Leo in service is top notch. I receive a loaner car, explanation of all repairs, consults on future potential repairs and regular maintenance. Am very pleased with Audi Rancho Mirage.

Paul at the dealership was fantastic. We spotted an eTron Sportback that we were interested in and handled all the negotiating via text (the way things should be). By the time we got to the dealership, the car was ready- and we were in and out in an hour of time. Can't really ask for better customer service and follow through post purchase. 5 stars all around.

I have brought my A8 to Audi Rancho Mirage for the past two years. It is my first Audi I have owned. My last three cars were Lexus and they were great cars and the service was good. I thought I’d be spoiled with other service relationships. I was wrong. The level of service I have gotten from Lorena at Audi Rancho Mirage is far better than I have ever experienced before. I feel that when I drive up and hand over my car, it is being serviced by someone who doesn’t simply see it as another car on the road. The team there sees the people. They see that a car is an important part of our lives and we need it to do our jobs, to keep our loved ones safe and they take that charge seriously. I don’t think of Lorena as my service consultant or the team as simply dealer employees, they are my family’s transportation advocates. Because of this, I am Audi for life!

This Audi dealership is why I buy Audi’s. We were on a road trip from OC to Phoenix. Air conditioning on my Q7 wasn’t keeping us cool. Called and asked if they would look at it. They said yes. Drive in 20 minutes later, and they put us in a Lyft to get some lunch while they looked at it. By the time we finished lunch and came back they had fixed our issue. We were back on the road with full cool air. Today this dealership made a life long customer. Thank you for being exceptional!

Great experience purchasing a car at Audi Rancho Mirage. Our Sales person, Paul Deanda was great and made the buying process a nice one. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and welcoming. The Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The Business Manager was also very nice, as well as efficient! The Service Manager (who we knew from another dealership) is the best, and then there was Paul. Paul was very communicative and helpful before we ever drove to the dealership, sharing vehicles that they had in stock, pictures, information etc. He arranged for a no-pressure test drive and was available to answer any questions we had. It's important to note, there was no pressure at all in the process. We scheduled time to take delivery of the car. Paul had everything ready for us, and took the time to answer additional questions we had and also spent a great deal of time explaining the technology in the vehicle and many features that are often not known or missed! He was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend him

sell cars that wheels wear out after 10,000 miles stating that it makes it sports car, it is a front wheeled jetta pufffed up, it is not the sales personal to inform buyers that tires last such a short time acccording them so buyer bewaredon"t buy audi (remember the mid 1980's)buy a vw which owns audi and buy a jetta or buy any other car brand

I must admit the sales staff are on.The ball.They are extremely curtious and polite and at no time overbearing . I will certainly be back to purchase a car just waiting for the funds to arrive .As soon as they do I will be at the door step thank you .Mark

Audi, Rancho Mirage provided us with a wonderful buying experience. Our Q7 was thoroughly explained by very technical qualified personnel. They were very patient with us and made sure we were able to navigate through all the electronics prior to leaving. Financing our vehicle was made simple and our trade in car was easily taken care of.We highly recommend this dealership to all!

I Love my car!!! The brand basically sells it self. I just purchased my third Audi from Rancho Mirage, and I can't say enough good things about the sales and service staff. I am not an "easy sell", and they have always gone beyond my expectations. It's refreshing to buy a car from a dealer that is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their product, Thanks, keep up the good work guys!

Although this dealership has some of the best salesmen... (Thomas Moscato)...Your "Audi Experience" soon vanishes in the finance office.We were loyal Audi customers (still love the product), but are not loyal to Rancho Mirage Audi.First buying experience was wonderful. Second was ruined by finance manager changing numbers after agreeing on price. Third time had same finance officer who tried to mess with numbers again, didn't properly fill out information correctly, and later tried to refund less on a trade we had.What an insult! They were making a bunch of profit off of trade and sale, yet he was going to screw us over even more.Never Again!!!Goodbye Rancho Mirage Audi!Hello Walter's Audi.

Let me tell you about our (My wife and I) experience at this dealership. I was in the market for an A-5. We happened to be out in the area for dinner, so thought we could stop by and just do some preliminary scouting on one. We walked onto the lot and were finally "waited" on by a salesman that looked like he had just woken up and gotten out of bed. Wrinkled clothes, uncombed hair, you get the point. When I mentioned that I was looking for an A-5, he basically blew me off by saying they really didn't have any and to come back next month. So we proceeded to walk back to our car...........right by 3 brand new A-5's. I was so furious that I called the manager the next day to let him know what happened. He was very apologetic and knew right away which salesman it was when I described him. I have the feeling I was not the first (or would be the last) customer that complained about this guy. So my question is this....why do you have a rude salesman at a higher end dealership that you know is a problem? You must not care too much about your customers is the only answer I have.So I went to Walter's Audi in Riverside and was treated very well. Well enough that I have purchased not one, but two cars from them in the past year. I would highly suggest that this dealership get rid of Mr. Rude before they lose any more potential customers.
