If you don't already know a sales guy at this Audi dealership, ask for Mario. He gave me all the insight I needed to know about the car I was shopping for without pressuring me in any way. He's friendly and knowledgeable, and most importantly listens to your needs and caters to them. I've dealt with a lot of car salesmen and he definitely stands out and meets the expectation of a luxury car dealership.

They pressure you to agree to unnecessary repairs with scar tactics. Delete invoices so that they can charge you again for something that should have been under warranty. The manager Ingrid is rude and unethical. They delete unfavorable reviews from Facebook and Yelp (they deleted mine)....Total scam and over inflated prices. Recommendation for repairs are not backed up with findings or hard codes. They took me to the cleaners for over 7 years total scam.

Brought my A3 in for a 15k mile servicing, I didn't even make it to the front door before I was greeted with a welcoming smile that was followed with, 'How can I help you today?' Despite not scheduling an appointment for the servicing, I was immediately set up with an employee to arrange a loaner car to enable me to get back to work in a timely manner AND they serviced my car(including 1 fuel pipe recall and a software update) before I got off work, so I was able to pick up my car that same day! Upon leaving with my fully serviced car, I was asked if everything looked great(it 100% did!) and if I needed directions to get to where I was going. Everyone I encountered was extremely helpful and really valued my time.

I worked with John and Erin in the service department for a software update and additional engine light issues. They literally got me in and out for two situations in two days. The loaner cars are SO nice and I felt like they really cared. I love Audi of San Diego. John also helped me with my tags that I accidentally threw away. I received great customer service here and never felt pressured to do something I didn't want. I actually bought a used car that wasn't a Audi and they were amazing. I searched all around for this car and the price I received was amazing and I know that they true did give me the best offer. I never once felt they were disingenuous when recommending things for me. I would defiantly refer a friend here for a Audi or a used car.

Terrible dealership!I owned couple of Audi's in the past and I have experienced the excellent Audi customer service in the past (ex: Audi Carlsbad/ Hoehn Audi). But Audi San Diego is exact opposite of what i have experienced before. I will never go to this dealership again.We went to buy a CPO 2015 Q7 from this dealership on this weekend. After we looked at the car in detail and completed the test drive, I sat down with Jamal and his manager Johnny Farmand for the price/finance negotiation.Johnny was extremely rude from the start. I have never seen anybody so unprofessional in my experience. I was not treated well by Johnny right from the beginning when I started this negotiation. He started talking to me as if he do not want to sell the car to me. He started saying that he do not know KBB when i referred to similar car's price from there. He also started saying that he will give the car for free and told me to take and go. I should have left the place immediately. He also put me under extreme pressure to finish the deal with whatever numbers that he is writing on a paper. He was not even giving enough time for me to think and respond. At the end, he walked away from me mid conversation without even saying goodbye or shaking my hand. I know this is far from how you should treat a customer.Note: I want to sincerely thank Jamal. Unlike his manager, he was extremely helpful, patiently answering all my questions, spent enough time, provided all the details right from the beginning. He was the only reason i stayed until the end.

I bought my first Audi back in April and Aimal helped me out and everything went so smoothly and it was a perfect first car purchase process! Not a month later I felt that I was having problems with the passenger seat air bags so I took it in about two times and Scott helped me. It was an ok process but they couldn't find anything wrong. Then something with the emergency break kept occurring so I took it in again and took it to George and he went above and beyond. He took us straight back to his guys and they kept my car for a couple days just to see if they could trigger what I was experiencing. Even though they couldn't find anything wrong they flushed out the whole car and I haven't had a problem with it since! Just recently I had to take the car in once more because the passenger window button was broken and they fixed it in no time. So far it has been a pleasure working with the San Diego Audi team!

Our sales guy, Greg W. was very patient and very attentive to what we were looking for. He was diligent in finding the exact car with every option I wanted.Then when it came time to negotiate, the sales manager, Johnny was great to work with - he is straight up - and we were checking every number and comparing online right in front of him..to make sure he was being straight up with us....and he WAS!In the end, we got a smokin deal on an awesome A6 and I couldn't be happier!!I also brought in my new car for repair on a surface scratch and the service dept. did an awesome job making it completely look like it was never there. They were courteous and helpful.If you want a great deal and no games and someone who is gonna be straight up.....GO HERE!!!

This is a very shady and dishonest dealership. I was in Audi San Diego at Miramar last week to buyout my lease on a 2014 S5 cabriolet premium plus and the salesman Mr.Sergey Kudriakov introduced me to Mr. Neal Kelly sales manager to help us with the paperwork and to give us the best customer service but Mr. Neal Kelly came in and ask me for "$1000 fees "to do the paperwork!I was shocked to hear that! Why a customer has to pay $1000 to buyout his lease? I asked him the question and he answered me because they have to pay the salesman and rent and electricity &... This is my first experience of leasing I don't know much about it and it didn't know how things are so I trusted those guys. :(They send me to buy 4 new tires $1200 for the car to start the paperwork . I was not treated right when It comes to financing I had to fight to get a decent rate starting at 6.99 and after 2 days back and forth they offered me 2.90 The salesman had a very disrespectful attitude when I was asking questions he was getting mad anyway I didn't like the way I was treated at Audi San Diego by those guys I went outside and called 4 more Audi dealership and what a big surprise they all told me there is no $1000 fees and in Audi San Diego Miramar they were not very honest I am so disappointed and discussed of my Audi experience .for me never again!

I normally don't write reviews, but wanted to say how pleased I was with my experience at Audi San Diego. In particular, I want to mention the great experience we had with I.J. Feinman. For me, car buying is usually not a fun experience. I end up going to a number of dealerships to find the right car, and when it finally comes time to purchase the car, the negotiation process can be exhausting (for both sides I'm sure). However, I.J. was patient with us and helpful throughout the process and got us a great deal on a car my wife loves. He even personally hand washed the car for us on an unbelievably hot day before the sale just so we could get a better look at the paint color! After the sale, even though it was late in the evening, he again personally took the time to show us every feature of the car, how it worked, and even gave us a nice parting gift to enjoy for our new car. I highly recommend Audi San Diego if you are looking for a new Audi and you would be well served to ask for I.J. when you walk in the door.

Brought my car in for service on an issue that my general mechanic stated would be covered by my warranty. He did the leg work calling to find that out and sent me over to Audi.After a few hesitant calls in to the service desk area (the receptionist couldn't get me a clear answer that someone was available to review my situation), I became doubtful that my experience would be any better in person. She finally said to come in and and speak with Damien.Well, Damien was exceptional! He alleviated our worries, ensured he would take care of the service from beginning to end, and was an overall professional.He had a great demeanor, smiled and was courteous. He reviewed the process and explained what we should expect from the service including what he planned to do to go above and beyond to relieve our worry on the car.He kept us up to date as the car had to stay with their department while parts were ordered and tests were done to ensure it was in great working order. He gave us a detailed report of what was being done and what had been done.And when it was time to pick up, he reviewed everything again to our understanding. We have a trusted mechanic because of all the bad experiences we've had at dealerships over the years but Damien made us believe that this Audi service department had our best interest as their concern, too.Thank you, Damien!

I do not live in the area but I saw a car that my local dealership did not have so I contacted Audi San Diego. Talked with multiple people and was told the car was available, then it wasn't, then it was. (That should have been my first clue) We came to an agreement on a price for the new car and a price for my trade-in. When I asked to have it confirmed in writing the deal changed. When we re-negotiated I went to leave a deposit only to be informed that the car was sold an hour or so before, even though I had been talking to a salesman the whole day about it. To top it off, the salesman didn't even have the decency to let me know the car was sold. I had to call him and ask why I had not yet received the paperwork for the deposit. Very unprofessional!

Also, service tech by the name is Jose managed to fix a part of my paint that was damaged that I had not notice! Made it look like new again. Will be coming in to have my car detailed. It took longer than what I expected. The specialist Manny was helping me, but when I asked for more options he wasn't able to help me. Also, the day I was waiting for my car, he said that it was going to take about 1 hour. I was waiting in the lounge for almost 2 hours and he did not go and told me that something was wrong. I had to go and asked him instead. In the other hand, I talked about the same issue with the technician Derek, he was very helpful, and gave me a bunch of different options. The few times I interact with other staff, they were very friendly.

This was the best no hassle car buying experience I have ever had, from my first internet request all the way thru financing my new Audi. Everyone was great, especially Yvonne who found the perfect car for me, started the application process via my preferred communication text messaging and got me in and out the door in under 2 hours including a detailed run-thru of the cars features. I was in the market for a new Audi. After shopping a few other Audi dealerships, my wife and I decided to go to San Diego Audi because we had heard good things about them from a friend.We went on a Saturday afternoon and they were crazy busy. In fact the receptionist told us that all the sales staff were busy helping other customers. Of course they were, Audi is THE car everyone wants.After a little while the GM, Greg came over and said he would be happy to help us. Right away, I liked Greg's informative, but not pushy style. He quickly found out my needs and took us to the prefect car for me, an SQ5. Unfortunately it was not in the color I wanted and, after Gregs education on what features and accessories were available, it didn't have what I wanted in a SQ5. Greg sat us down and started looking for the one that fit my needs.While sitting there a few of his sales staff came into the office, after all he is the GM, and I noticed how friendly they were and how much they cared about the needs of their own cusotmers they were helping. I am a GM over 7 retail stores and being in that office I saw the culture we foster, the customer comes first.Greg eventually located my SQ5 in Arizona and told us that he would get it transferred to the San Diego for us to test drive. Greg kept in touch with us the whole time to tell us when it was picked up, dropped off and ready for us to test drive. When we came back in Greg introduced us to Fernando and that he would be helping us with the test drive and any questions we had. Fernando was great, very informative, like Greg, and was patient to show and explain EVERYTHING on the SQ5.Long story short, well not really, we got a GREAT DEAL and EXCELLENT SERVICE from both Greg and Fernando.If you are in the market for an Audi, do yourself a favor and go to San Diego Audi! One of the best buying experience I have ever had.

I set an appointment and was 45 minutes late to my own appointment but I was accommodated (on a Saturday) and given head of the service line privileges as a waiter (a guest that chooses to wait on their service at the dealership instead of requesting an awesome and very tempting courtesy vehicle (they always make the courtesy vehicle the current year so if your car is an older model --- it sells itself to you) . So I waited for my 45,000 mile service to be finished and I was in and out of there in like an 1 1/2 tops!!! Damien Burton my service advisor took care of me!! Thanks bro!!

I have had my Audis serviced here since 2006. The service has always been excellent. George Gushlak has been my service rep and he is very thorough and does his best to make sure service is done on time and all problems completely resolved. Recently I had an oil consumption problem in my 2011 Q5. The work to repair was major and yet it was done on time and totally resolved the problem. And happily the Audi was in warrantee and didn't cost me anything. The service and sales department is class A all the way.

I was told to come down the dealer to get a S3, and the paperwork should be done in 1 hour. I was working with my salesman, Aimal. He wass great, very helpful, passionate, answered all the questions I had about the car without attitude. Then when I came in the finance office, troubles happened. It took me so long to finish up the paperwork( from 10:30- 2:30, which means 4 hours). I was late for my work that day. The financing lady was so rude, and unprofessional. She left the room when still working with us with the reason that she had to do some paperwork with another customer. Not recommend doing business with her. Long story short, I had great experience with the salesman, Aimal, but with the financing lady was in opposite way. Asking for Aimal if someone wants to purchase an Audi. He got me a good deal on it.

Very pleasant experience at Audi San Diego. My salesman was very knowledgeable, and quite pleasant to work with. My wife and daughter were the 1st contact with Audi San Diego and Fadi Houneini was their sales man. When I got there he was prepared with 2 cars for me to look at, and provided a purchase and a lease option. I had just come from work and I had my dog with me because he has been escaping from the back yard. He's a BIG dog and needs attention or he'll bark ( loudly ). When I went for the final test drive Bill Perks the finance officer walked and calmed my dog down. Now that's service! My purchase at Audi San Diego was easy and enjoyable. No pressure and the whole staff who's names I didn't all get were very nice and kind to my Dog "Dingoe". BTW this is a christmas present for my daughter. I purchased the car 2 weeks before Christmas and they are even storing the car for me until Christmas Eve. Audi San Diego is prepared to go the extra mile. Service Department continues it's excellence. Been alternating between Audi SD and another local dealership to bring my car for service. Although, I have friends at the other dealership, I'm making the switch to Audi SD permanently for my car service needs. The service and staff at Audi SD are top notch and well above the other dealership in my honest opinion. As mentioned on other reviews, the exceptional service starts once you pull into the service bay. Fast and attentive service when the staff greet you at your car, and that carries over to the service advisors. Brett Van Gompel has provided exceptional service each time I've worked with him. Jay Amiana and the rest of the loaner team are always personable and make it a smooth process to get you into a loaner and on your way. What's nice is they provide various Audi models to loan (not just A3's like the other dealership.) Great way to sell the Audi models when the loaner cars are varied. Got the opportunity to drive a Q7 for the day....not an SUV guy, but my daughter loved it! She's asking if we could trade in our car for a Q7. Continue the exceptional work!

Fantastic overall experience. Lucas took care of us from start to finish, really listened to our concerns, and made the car buying process as painless as possible. He took the time to explain all the features to me (I'm not a car person) and offered to do a "second delivery" appointment if I needed help with the technology or anything else. He also coordinated the repair when I got a chip in the windshield a week later. I truly feel he is trying to build relationships with customers and tailors the experience based on your needs. Greg Clifford, General Sales Manager of Audi San Diego has helped us on everyone of our purchases. The quality of service he provides, attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I can honestly say that there is nobody else I would ever go to for an Audi purchase. Last week we purchased or 5th car in 4 years and like always we were treated like VIP clients. Our sales associate Lucas Kielar greeted us as we pulled into the driveway of the dealership. He immediately welcomed us and found out our needs. We test drove a few vehicles and he was very knowledgable of the brand and the features of the cars. After coming out of signing our paperwork he was thoughtful enough to pull the Audi we were trading in and our new one together for a great last photo as he knew how much we love and enjoy our vehicles.I will 100% be coming back to Audi San Diego to work with Greg and Lucas and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I bought my first Audi in California at Audi San Diego. I could not have been more pleased with the service. I originally came to the dealership because my old Audi was starting to give out. It was late on a Saturday and George made sure to get me in and taken care of. Because of this when it came time to buy a new one I went back and talked to George who sent me over to Johnnie in sales. Johnny was great. He set me up with a really good deal and never at any time did I feel pressured. I was also impressed with his knowledge of Audi cars and he patiently answered all of my questions. Finally, I dealt with Jamie when it came time to finance the car. She is a rock star and was very helpful. Not only did she explain all the financing options she also helped me get the right protection package with the car so it is one less thing I have to worry about. Her overall knowledge of finance is very impressive and her customer service knocks it out of the park. All three went way above and beyond then anyone I have ever dealt with at any dealership. Because of these three people I will be a client of Audi San Diego for life.

She was incredibly professional and handled all matters in the most pleasant way possible. I hope to work with her in the future. I worked with Ray Poota during my purchase of an S4. Dealing with Ray was great experience. He took time to answer all my questions and presented multiple vehicles in their inventory to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Once we reached a fair price, Ray promised to have the car ready so that my wife and I could be at the dealership early in the morning to complete the transaction before a work function she had to attend. Bills Perks in finance ran us through the monotonous task quickly and managed to get a few laughs out of us early on a weekend morning. I experienced exceptional service from the first day I got my Audi A3 in April 2014. Don Bragg literally held me by the hand and continues to do so to this day, for which I am very grateful!!! Rosalina was able to clearly walk me through the paperwork as this was my first such transaction since moving to the US.At different occasions, I've had exceptional service from George, Jack and Josh. Lately I have been experiencing hiccups with my car and have had to call roadside assistance a few times to help me bring it in to the dealership. On the 16th of September, in my panic to make it before the service department closed, Jack Myers went out of his way to make sure that I was able to get a loaner vehicle when roadside assistance eventually arrived, especially because I knew that I would get to the dealership after the service department had closed for the day. That gave me a huge sense of relief because I had my son with me and I was trying not to panic. I returned my car for further work and Josh was able to take care of me when I came in on September 26. A stress-free experience all around.Thank you very much!!!ND

When we walked into the Audi dealership, we didn't think we would be walking out with a new car, but we were wrong. We just moved to San Diego, due to a company relocation, and were in need of a vehicle. A co-worker who also recently moved here, suggested we go to Audi and talk to IJ. We didn't really expect Audi to be able to accommodate us so quickly, but they bent over backwards to get us into a car that afternoon/evening. As a new resident with little to no US credit, we thought the process would take a few days to complete, but it was done in a matter of hours. Credit to the finance and sales departments.It was also the last day of the month, and with the new models on the show room floor they wanted to "move metal" so we got a great deal! We had a price in mind, and they really made it happen for us.

I had the privilege of working with IJ Feinman at Audi San Diego. IJ went out of his way to provide the most seamless car buying experience I have ever had. He was punctual, knowledgeable and willing to work with me on every detail and treated me as if we had been friends for years. IJ never tried to push me into any situation, he just asked what I was thinking and we went from there. He spent countless hours walking me around the entire lot showing me every car I was interested in. Whats more, he went above and beyond the call of duty when he gave me a full tutorial on my 2016 A7 and had it washed twice just to make sure it was looking excellent. I would not only recommend my buddies to buy from IJ, but I would urge them to work with him over any other dealer in the area. The whole time I was there I felt like I was working with a friend, not a car salesman, and I fully attribute that to IJ's personable personality. Brought our A6 in because a check engine light came on. We dropped the car off the evening before it was to be serviced and were given a loaner car while our car was being evaluated. Just after lunch, our car had been diagnosed, repaired and was ready for pick up. The only thing I would say was a (very minor) problem is that the carpet on the driver's side had grease spots even though they had put down a paper protection mat and covered the seat. All in all, Audi San Diego is the best dealership we have ever used. We are thrilled with the way we were treated when we purchased our car (Don Bragg is fabulous), and the service area ia a 10 (thanks to our service rep George and everyone else who helped us!).

I really like my car and spent a lot of money including a black out package for a SQ5 but once the sale was over the love was gone. There was a problem with the paint peeling off from the black out process and after excruciating pain my car is back in for a second time with absolutely no clue as to the cause of the problem nor when it will be corrected. Getting someone to return an email is almost impossible all the way up from the original sales person to the general manager. Nice car but buy it somewhere other than the San Diego location.

My salesperson Don is so thoughtful that he had the detail team at Audi SD wash my wife's car while we were waiting for my paperwork to be completed! Their customer lounge is so comfortable that we were able to watch the women's soccer game while enjoying a snack and we felt like we were sitting in our own living room. George Gushlak has been my service rep twice, and both times we has gone above and beyond in serving my needs and concerns for my vehicle. My first service appt w/ Audi ended up costing much more than I anticipated, and George not only did a great job in explaining the repairs required and physically showing me issue, he was able to lower the price by a significant amount to help me out financially. I recommend any customer to George. He has exceeded all my expectations from a car dealership/service.

Our first Audi and loving it! Took a drive from La Quinta after receiving an email from Ray that the gently used A4 which caught my attention had just sold. Ray asked if I would be interested in a new Audi if he could provide a smoking deal? We jumped in the car for a Mothers day road trip arriving later than planned. I missed an exit. In spite of arriving at 3:40 when the dealership was closing at 6:00, Ray took the time to give a great intro into all things Audi to a newbie to the brand. We started a test drive with an A4 Quattro, moved on to a FWD A4 and then moved to the A3 model. Not one test drive was rushed and we were given opportunities to wind the vehicles up. After several test drives I found myself leaning towards the A3. At this point Ray asked if I had considered Diesel. I had not and knew zilch about Diesel. Ray educated me and we test drove a TDI. Long story short I am loving this car. I'm blown away by the MPG and torque. The quality and luxuriousness of this car is not disappointing. Ray came through on his promise to cut me a smoking deal without the usual battle that takes place once in the negotiating office. Moved over to finance and were presented many options. Now it was way past closing time. I wasn't hurried. After finance Ray took ample time to pair both my phone and my wife's. He spent tons of time explain everything in the drivers seat. This vehicle has so much. I felt like I was showing my age in lack of understanding of all things computerized. Again Ray was more than patient and I never caught him looking at his watch. Truly a hassle free buying experience. Ray is a great listener and honed in on my needs and wants and hit a homerun!

I brought in my A3 for a software update and as always, everybody was nice, friendly and efficient. The lounge where i waited was comfortable and with WIFI access. Great getting the car back with a free car wash and replacement of a burned off license plate bulb.

I had a serious service issue that of course cropped up at the exact wrong time. I called Jack Meyers, my service consultant, and he explained all the loaner cars were out. I asked if there was anything he could do. He hesitated a few seconds and then said, "Come right in and I'll figure it out." I got a beautiful A6 loaner immediately and the whole transaction took maybe 2 minutes to complete! What a great experience!!

This was a truly exceptional car buying experience. I came on the lot to pay cash for a used A4. However, Frank gave me all of the information I needed to make an informed decision on leasing an A3. He explained the advantages of doing so, and why it was in my interest. I hate to admit it, but he probably could have sold me a more expensive A4 because that is what I was looking for when I stepped on the lot. Frank was exceptionally knowledgable, friendly, and professional. He took the time to match me to a car that fit my lifestyle and needs, rather than trying to sell me the most expensive model he could. To my delight, Frank did not subject me to any high-pressure sales tactics. He is a consummate professional. It is also refreshing to do business with a company that realizes it is in their interest to cultivate long-term, positive relationships with their customers, and keep them coming back. The more I drive my A3, the more I enjoy it. It is the perfect car for my. I didn't know that when I stepped on the lot, but Frank made me realize that it was a perfect fit by giving me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I wish more businesses acted that way. I did my homework on Audi before coming to the dealership, so I know what a great company it is. I purchased my A4 from Audi just over two years ago, and have since had it serviced by Audi regularly. I always receive top-notch customer support and amazing service! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. I recently had my pistons replaced due to a defect, and everything was completely covered under the CPO warranty. My service rep Brett Van Gompel was a true professional and kept me appraised of my car's status the entire time. I'm an Audi customer for life!

I took my Q7 to service. My advisor Julio was great, he was very polite and friendly. I had no problem with him at all. He follow up everything during the process. Other employees were very friendly as well. However, the loan car that they have provided was so so so dirty. I had to take it to wash to go to work.... I have a mercedes as well, and when I take it to service, they give me a mint condition loan car. And the other thing is, my car was not washed well after the service. These are the things which are called "complimentary" but being have to wash the loan car to drive it, was really not a complimentary at all... These are very important things. I used to have a BMW and they were also just like a mercedes. Always clean my car after service just like a brand new. and the loan car they provide is always super clean and nice.

I purchased a 2009 Audi Avant A4 wagon from DON BRAGG 2 years ago. I travel 25K miles a year so it was time for me to turn my A4 wagon. I loved the car and my experience with their service department (GEORGE GUSHLAK) was excellent. I was hesitant to buy another due to repairs I had on it - but every repair was covered under the 100K CPO. When my car was in for repairs, I was always given a beautiful Audi loaner car and they made every effort to work around my hectic schedule. I had owned 3 Volvo wagons prior to my Audi so I was still not sure I'd get another Audi. In November I started looking at a variety of cars. Nothing thrilled me like Audi. DON BRAGG KNOWS HIS AUDI PRODUCT INSIDE AND OUT. He is polite and no pressure. Desperate to make a decision, I went in last week to look at an Allroad wagon Don had told me about but thought I could settle for a Honda CRV (less cost, , reliable, good mileage). In my heart, it was a step down from the luxury wagons I had driven and I do not like SUV's. I bought the Honda and the minute I got home I called Don to tell him I had made a huge mistake. Audi took the Honda back (without the cooling off agreement) and gave me the option of taking my old A 4 wagon back or anything from their inventory. Their main goal was to have a happy customer, not make a sale. I was stunned. SD Audi offered me top dollar for my A 4 wagon (more than any other dealer did) and an amazing deal on their Allroad wagon. All I can say is they have won me over!!! I am now a very proud owner of a car that suits me, is visually stunning and a pleasure to drive. YOU CANNOT PUT A PRICE ON QUALITY NOR LUXURY SERVICE - it goes hand in hand and Audi SD has demonstrated that to me since I bought my first vehicle there. THANK YOU to the incredible staff there.

I had come in at closing time on a Saturday and don took the time to show me cars and take me for a test drive. He was very knowledgable of the products and was able to show me what the car can do. He was not pushhey and worked with me to get a good deal and take the time to sell the car. Great dealership and I would recommend dealing with Don personally . Overall a decent experience. My only gripe would be that one of my tires was damaged while in their possession and had to be replaced at my expense. The rest of the tires still had tread left, but due to the Quattro system replacing one or even two was not an option. So $1000 and 4 new tires later I finally had my car up to working condition.

You get someone great like Fernando in sales who is very personable and seems genuine with people --- to someone who gives empty compliments like Yvonne... Things like " you'll look so great in that car ... it's the hottest car" this is a disgusting tactic when you haven't even met me or assessed me in the car yet - lame and irritating. Comes off untrustworthy. Service needs revamping. The Better Business Bureau indicates most concerns from this Audi dealership are from service. With fairly new management, it still falls short in my experience. No communication to customer. I made an appointment weeks ahead with Brandon German. Parts were in facility. I was promised expectations of the car being ready after 4 hours. 8 hours later, I'm just now being told that there is a delay and that they are still looking for the part they should have had. This communication was via email... very impersonal and delayed. I'm already pulled into the dealership at this point . Ridiculous . I will be honest and say that when I spoke to Scott, they were able to acutely work on my vehicle , which was then ready another hour later, however, not completely finished and still needing work which I am hesitant to scheduling. If you want your patience tested, this is a good place. A customer should not be the one taking initiative for follow up. Especially at a reputable and respected establishment.Business needs addressing as well. Don't bother calling, you will only end up with the front desk and voice mails each time. After 2 months of communication and requests for a call back, I am still waiting from Karla and Rosalina to call back. Responding at a Glacial pace is the consistent factor in the whole place. With all of this, I am still enamoured with Audi. It's sophistication , it's refinement , it's prestigiously perceived, and a lot more I would ever want in a vehicle. This is my 2nd purchase in the brand with plans for loyal longevity and future purchases. I would hate for experiences like these to tarnish the brand. My wish is for Audi SD to align better with customer's needs and to stop giving false impressions of grandeur. Every customer is important.

I can't remember if it was Amanda or Lindsay who greeted me, but she was prompt! She came out to greet me as soon as she saw me park! I'm so sorry I can't remember exactly who she was. Excellent buying experience. I worked with both Alex and Fernando to make the deal. Alex took a car right off the floor for a drive to show me why this was the car for me. On a busy final day of the month. Meaning, it was slammed busy and he stepped up above most sales reps I had dealt with. I actually bought the other car on the floor but that drive helped me make my decision. Fernando was great as well. He was helpful, efficient and knew when to shut up. I bought my 2013 CPO S7 from a different Audi dealership, but Audi San Diego has been the best dealership for service that I have experienced. My technician Derrick was truly impressive in his attention to detail in correcting annoying interior rattles. When you purchase a high-end vehicle you expect everything to be high-end, unfortunately with a previous owner and California roads somethings are going to have wear and tear. I truly appreciate the level of customer care and service Audi San Diego provides. Highly recommend.

Audi is where it's at. They do a great job on all their cars, everyone there is always friendly and helpful, plus they probably have the best waiting room I've ever seen (fully stocked with snacks, cold drinks, one of those new coffee machines, an HD TV, outlets for any plug ins, a charging station for your smart phones and an outside patio where I can smoke cigarettes). It couldn't be any better!

Arrived to drop of my car at 6:59am, walked in the door and was greeted with "we do not open for another minute". I turned and walked back out the door and waited for 30 whole seconds before they would speak with me. My appointment was for 7:30am so I figured that a basic service would be complete by lunch time, but by 12:30pm I had received no call, so I called. The service writer I spoke with took my name and number and was suppose to pass to my service writer George, but yet again no call. At 1:30 I called and was finally able to speak with George only to have him try and razzle dazzle me with his excuses as to why my car was not ready. He also asked what completion time I was promised by the person checking me in, funny thing was it was him who checked me in and he never gave me a time. I was eventually given a completion time of 2:30pm, and specifically asked if I could pick the car up at 2:30 and was told yes.2:22pm I was on the free way about a 2 miles from the dealership when I was called by George to tell me my car would not be ready because of a fault and a brake light that was out. At this point I knew that my car had not been touched until late afternoon the brake light had been out for a month and gives a warning every time you start the car. I know Audi has great service technicians and they would not miss that.As far as work done it seems the technician did his job well. The service writers need a lesson on how to treat customers and to be up front and honest about what is going on. For a first experience with Audi San Diego service department I am extremely disappointed.

I guess if you don't have a top of the line 2015 model, the level of service you get drops off, quickly. Was told they wouldn't be able to offer a replacement rental even though the part I came in to have replaced was due to an AUDI RECALL! Had to use Uber to get home and wasn't offered any compensation, thanks guys! 100 to 1 says if I had a 2015 model and not an old '06 A4 they'd have found a way to get me home...Oh by the way, they did a diagnosis (that George tried to charge me for initially which I turned down, which they ended up doing anyways so they could quote me on repairs) that ended up being over 7K in repairs, I had everything fixed at Lusti Motors for $1,200. Will never step foot in this place again, what a joke.

Yvonne Coley What a abosulete xxxxx !She acted nice in the beginning and then gave me a horrible qoute on a car that had been on the lost for awhile (prob because she shouldnt work in customer service ) . She emailed back with a horrible attitude and was sarcastic. Fire her if you ever want to have a good reputation again . Do not buy a car from the internet unless you want a horrible experince . I have owned multiple audi's in the past and wouldnt recommend this dealership .

I.J. Feinman did an very nice job helping me close the deal on a (gently) used Audi A4. I.J. took the time to explain the cars features to me and was friendly and accommodating. He even got me some nice new car mats.Unlike other dealerships, I do not feel like Audi San Diego "hides the ball" or plays games. My A4 experienced an ignition coil failure. I contacted Audi San Diego service and spoke with George Gushlak. I explained this issue my beloved A4 was having and he diagnosed the problem over the phone. Audi Roadside Assitance dispatched a tow for my vehicle and kept in contact with to make sure that my vehicle had been collected for service. George contacted me when the car arrived at the dealership. We discussed the problem at hand which happened to be a recall. I also asked to have the recommended service performed since the car was already there. George also had taken care of a software upgrade and the starter engage button.unlike other dealership experiences , I was kept up to date on the on the staus of my vehicle. My entire service experience was "top shelf" and I was back behind the wheel within less than 24 hours! In this day and age, "customer service "has seemed to become non existant but George Gushlak proved that it truly still exists. Thanks again George!

After months of research, I decided to buy an Audi A3. I took the time to go to the dealerships in Phoenix and San Diego. When I first arrive here, This dealership is, by far, better than any others I had experience with. They were personable and listened to my desires. I was planning on waiting until March to buy a car, but after talking with the sales person, I changed my mind. They worked hard to get me into a car that I not only wanted, but at a price I could work with. They stayed until I was happy with every detail (well past closing time). The finance person was very experienced and explained every step of the process. Since I live in Arizona, there were extra steps she had to make, she was knowledgeable about out of state fees and was able to explain these to me. The area was clean, the bathrooms were nice. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership and refer any of my friends here.

I have had nothing but great experiences every time I have dealt with the service department at Audi San Diego. Recently I was going on vacation and my trunk latch failed. I called and was told that they did not have an appointment available prior to my departure date, but I contacted George and he told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. True to his word he set me up with a loaner and got the latch repaired in time for our trip, all at no charge because it was a warranty item.I highly recommend Audi San Diego, they are 5 star service group.

I live in Las Vegas and found the car I was interested in online. I contacted the dealer via email and was hooked up with Neal Kelly. We went back and forth through email a few times discussing the vehicle and potential price. Neal was responsive in our communications. In a short period of time we arrived at a number that appeared to be appealing to me as a buyer and I arranged to fly down to San Diego to examine the vehicle and potentially make a deal. Neal picked me up at the airport really making it easy for me to get down to his dealership. He had the car positioned for me and as soon as I arrived I examined it and satisfied myself that it was, in reality, exactly what Neal had inscribed to me prior to my arrival. Neal stood by the price we had agreed to and within a couple hours he bid me good bye with a full tank of gas. The vehicle had been a one owner low mileage car and it was immaculate. The only issue was that the owner's manual was missing. I asked Neal if he could do anything about it and he agreed to contact the lady that had traded the vehicle in on a new Audi. Within a couple of weeks, Neal sent me a text advising me that the original owner had located the owner's manual and had agreed to give it to the dealership. Without pestering Neal, he ultimately retrieved the manual and immediately shipped it to me via express delivery. I am so happy that Neal took the extra effort, post sell, to satisfy his customer's wishes. Neal is a very intelligent and sociable individual and he exhibited a great deal of integrity in working through the purchase of this vehicle with me. If all car salesmen were as professional and easy to deal with as Neal the automotive industry would be looked up to with respect by everyone. He certainly does serve to give Audi San Diego a great reputation. A happy customer "Don"

This is strictly for the Service Department. I recently bought a 2012 Audi A3 premium s-line from a Commonwealth Audi. Little to say the least I did not have any intentions on coming to this dealership for servicing due to all the bad reviews and word of mouth badness from my friends. As reluctant as I was, this was the most convenient Audi service department for me. I came in with the intent of being bias to yelpers and friends, but that changed.Initially I called in for either an appointment or to talk to someone about servicing my car. I had a faulty window, due to a factory recall. No one was available from the service department and I thought, "how typical". I left my number and issue with the operator and within 15 minutes Jack Myers calls me up and tells me to bring it in at any time before they close. I brought the car in within a few hours. I thought I'd be there spinning my wheels for the next hour or so trying to get them to buy my story to fix what I needed to fix. Jack took a look at my issue and quickly gave me a courtesy car. I was in and out within 15 minutes tops. These guys are spearing up a new concept and heading in the right direction for the service department. I felt like they heard what I had to say and quickly took care of me. The car was done within 3 days due to ordering the part(s) and an unaccounted technician. Jack was in constant contact with me, which I'm entirely okay with knowing the car won't be serviced for another 2 days. They even ordered/fixed the part that wasn't broken just to give me that piece of mind. I got to drive the courtesy car for the entire length of time for FREE so I had no problems with that. The courtesy car was the A4 AllRoad, which has every possible option available. Picking up the car was just as fast as bringing it in. Everything is in working order and they checked everything from bumper to bumper for me just to be sure I was well taken care of. They even emailed me a check-list of things they did.I would highly recommend getting your Audi serviced here. That's to say I was under warranty. I hope the service is the same for out of warranty cars as well. I'll find out for sure after my warranty ends.

It seems that Audi's reputation for service is indeed a core value. Being that i purchased my 2013 A4 in Newport beach i had a great experience there and had taken it there for service and it was great. I was hoping to get the same experience here at San Diego Audi and i have to say i did! I have to give props to John Kortlang. So courteous, polite and was looking out for me. I had even asked if i can have a Q5 as a loaner and with no questions asked it was pulled out for me. Wow. Got my car serviced and came bake the next day and was treated just as well. Their waiting area is really nice with tons of goodies, but i didn't have to sit much. I even had a young man named Brandon take my empty cup from me. It seems to me that customer service is a priority and i felt it. Looking forward toward my next Audi which will be an S6! Kudos to Mr Scott who brought my Q5, Mr Brandon who offered to take my empty cup for me and of course to Mr. John Kortlang who just was just great!Hugo

On 8/29/2014 I bought my son a 2005 infiniti g 35 coupe,as I travel 3 hours to go home. I started having problems service engine, abs light , traction control light come on and clutch problems too. Saturday 8/30/2014 early in morning I spoke to Scott from service and he told me to take it to infiniti or Nissan dealer. I took it to Nissan they keep it for four days. Nisan dealer told me those problems where do to modifications done to brakes and suspension .They advice me to take it back to dealer were i bought it. So I did , the audi of san diego. They keep it for three weeks and in those weeks they couldn't fix problems. Than they send it to Kearny mesa infiniti to fix what they could not fix. They found more issues in the car. It need lower control arms audi decline it to get fix .I went to pick my car on 9/27/2014 and spoke to Brandon. I ask him, I need to talk to a manager because he was not be able to help me. Later I spoke to a sales manager which he was very rude and very unprofessional name Geoff Rawe. I explain to him my concerns and told him that what they were doing to me was not right. I was not going to accept or sign nothing until I speak to a general manager. Than Mr Rawe ask me to take the keys of my car and give him the keys of loaner or he was going to accused me of stealing the loaner car. Than he throw the keys to the ground when there was other people present he throw the keys to floor like I was a dog and humiliated me and 19 year old son. I have never in my entire live had that bad of experience like the one I had at audi of san diego with there management team. At the end they did not want to pay the full expenses to fix my son car problems. They knew car had this problems before they sold it to me. They want me to pay half of the cost to fix it. But it is not right. It has been a very bad experience buying a car at AUDI of Sandiego dealer. They told me they were going to make right for me so I can leave happy with my son first car purchase but they never did.

Let me first say that I had my most pleasurable experience buying a car right here at Audi San Diego with Rafa!! Rafa is a true (by good standards) salesman. When I was speaking he was listening, when I asked a question he gave me direct answers. I knew the car I wanted when I got there and I knew what I wanted to pay. I work in sales so I understand an offer must be reasonable to be even considered. I made an offer very well below the sales price as well as a few other requests and I was also willing to pay cash that day. Within five minutes Rafa returned with a smile congratulating me on my new car. It was that easy I made an offer and a few requests and got the exact car and price I was looking for. NOW, that being said I'm not letting them off that easy, they were supposed to fill my tank with gas and (they were crazy busy that day) they did not. They sent me down the road on empty, and after waiting for the other things to be taken care of I just wanted to get down the road. Now realistically the $60 in cash I put in before I reached the 15 means nothing and pales in comparison to what I spent there on the car. The fact is they did forget and did drop that ball. But I would still give them a perfect five out of five stars for the whole experience. I enjoyed the experience, the entire staff front to back was friendly and professional. I really feel bad mentioning the gas cause it was such a wonderful experience, but maybe it wont happen to anyone else now. :) I will most definitely recommend anyone I know to go to Audi of SD for their new or used car. When I arrived his customer service continued. I told him the price range I needed to stay in for monthly payments and he made it happen with no hassling or compromising. I had a small electronic issue immobilizing my A6. The Audi roadside service was on point and dispatched a tow quickly. Once I got to SD Audi I was greeted promptly and kindly. Their service department was very professional and knowledgeable. My car was entered into their system and I was into loaner car in no time at all. My loaner by the way was a brand new A8; an amazing ride. While my car was being worked on, they kept me informed on the status and any updates. Once my A6 was ready, I returned the loaner and was on my way with my baby. My car was even washed when I got it back. I'd like to thank the service department for the outstanding care and service my A6 and I received. Well done!

Purchased an 2015 A3 Quattro fully loaded, I got what I wanted when I wanted and at how much I wanted it for. My sales rep, Jeremy Beard never said no to anything I asked for, and did an excellent job as a middle man to negotiate the deal going back and forth between his manager and I , looking for a solution. Never any pressure at any point, never pushy, never tied to upsell. Always felt Jeremy was working in my best interest. What a pleasant man he was to buy from. San Diego Audi loaned me a Q5 while I waited for my A3, even though the wait was only a few hours while they went to another location to go get the car. This is my first time visit on Audi San Diego. I purchased my Q5 2013 in another dealership at LA on event. My car is due on 1-year service and also there is tire warning light came up during my driving in the weekend. That drives me to make a service appointment at Audi San Diego.Joshua is the specialist assigned to my service. He is such as great person who makes the process so easy. He checked the updated information in system for any software update for my car and explained every items to be checked and worked in this service. I had nothing (no social security number, no banking history, no address in the US...) and yet she listened to me and we worked together. I have a warranty (QCertified) through this dealership though I purchased an Acura, so when my car was up for an all around check up, I took it into the Kearney Acura serive department to get my car oil checked and everything. After the serviced my car, they said I had two leaks in my car and said I could pay a fee to see where the leak was (which was almost $200) which they said the 2 leaks were here and there and they needed to get fixed ASAP. They said they weren't sire if my warranty covered it so I took it back to Audi for them to get the leaks fixed. Come to find they didn't see any immediately attention that needed to be done. George said there was a leak but it was nothing that NEEDED to get fixed soon plus the warrnaty wouldn't have covered it so it would have just been money out of my own pocket that I didn't need to spend right now. When Audi took a look at my car, they gave me an Audi for 2 days, when I went to pick up my car, they have a nice waiting area, had my car washed, and best of all they didn't charge me anything!!! They felt bad that I was charged a fee to check my oil leaks so George managed to get my fees waived! Would highly recommend this place. They have always been wonderful to me.

We brought our Q5 in for the 15k service and looked around the lot just to see the new line of Audis. We saw a Q7 and asked Don to run some numbers and liked what we saw. The deal was too good to pass up. After the weekend we decided that the Q7 was just too big for our needs and contacted Don to see if he could get us back in a Q5. In no time at all we were back at Audi. Don came through and pulled off the miracle we needed to not go upside down on a few old day purchased Q7. Everyone at Audi San Diego made it happen from the finance gals the managers and owner! I cant leave out Dionne in the service department who knows how to put the finishing touches on any Audi! There are very few times on this journey I call my life that I can say I've been genuinely and pleasantly surprised. Maybe it's my cynicism or maybe it's because we are surrounded by people and businesses that do the bare minimum which means mediocrity is the standard. I love cars and when it comes time to buy one I enjoy the search but dread the negotiation. I expect the selling side to do one thing, take me for all they can because it's a one-and-done transaction. My paradigm of what it means to buy a car was completely turned upside down recently when I bought my 2012 A3 from Audi San Diego. The experience couldn't have been more pleasant and straight forward than if I'd done it without pants on (I'm just saying that for most occasions no pants is more comfortable than pants). I called on the car late Friday and spoke to Manny Naddour who is the Internet Pre-Owned Manager/Buyer. He had left for the day but still picked up his phone to tell me he'd be back Saturday morning. He was friendly and very professional on the phone and when I showed up Saturday morning he was the same friendly guy I spoke to the day before. He had the car out front ready for me to take a look and it was exactly as advertised. Being an Audi Certified Pre-owned model meant it was thoroughly inspected and re-conditioned. It was also the lowest-priced A3 in all of southern Cali for a 2 year-old car with 24k miles. I test drove it and when we got back to the dealership Manny simply asked me "what do you think?" My only answer was "yeah, let's do this". I was at the dealership for two hours but the negotiation took only 30 seconds. The reason it was such a good experience was because of a few people who helped me that day. Geoff Rawe the Audi Sales Manager looked for several financing options and found me better terms than my credit union offered me. I ended up financing the car through Audi Financial. Thanks Geoff! My next stop was Angela Baires the Finance Manager who walked me through all the paper work you have to sign. She made it easy and Angela has a great sense of humor. My last stop before driving off was where I began with Manny Naddour. If you must climb the Himalayas to find the answers to life I won't discourage you. It's a worthy pursuit. I'll just tell you this, the Monk in the monastary at the top of the mountain is Manny. He is a man who has the expertise of many years in the car biz and the wisdom to practice the art of listening so well it's the first thing you'll notice about him. Put simply, he is a real pro and will treat you right. And the best part is he's local! You don't have to go to Asia! If you're looking to buy an Audi or find a used car that is on the lot at Audi San Diego do yourself a favor and call them.

The service I just received from Audi San Diego was 5-star. The Thursday before Memorial Day weekend I had to have my S4 towed in due to a coolant warning light. I purchased my car from CarMax, but it was still under Audi warranty. Jack Myers made sure my car was repaired by early Friday afternoon and Lindsay Putrus picked me up at my office so I could be on my way before holiday traffic. The car wash was much appreciated as well. Thank you Audi San Diego for delivering a stress-free experience!

Our current Audi A4 (2004 model) was 10 years old and we decided to replace it with a new vehicle.. Went to Audi San Diego specifically to buy a new or one year old Audi A4. We didn't even consider or look at any other brands. Willie Reid was very patient with us and showed us their stock of vehicles over several visits to the dealership. We eventually decided on a 2014 A4 premium plus with MMI navigation package because my wife (she's the principal driver) wanted the backup camera and side assist. features. We are very pleased with the car we purchased, and the entire process of purchasing it. With our history of keeping vehicles for a long time, we are looking forward to many years of ownership of our new A4.

I have had a great experience with Audi San Diego. I went to the dealership completely green to car-buying, and Don helped me through the process. We hunted down the right car for me, and I ended up with a car I love to drive! Angela helped me through the paperwork and with finalizing everything. Both Don and Angela were very responsive after that day as well, Angela answering my emails and Don offering help with questions. I will be a repeat client and recommend this dealership to others!

Joshua Chamberland and Jay helped me here at San Diego Audi. What a great experience!! A check engine light came on- AND not only was I trying to get out of town, but I was getting ready to ship my car overseas...(a car being transported needs to be in perfect condition). There is honestly no other dealership I would rather have gone to.Everyone at Audi San Diego was not only friendly and personable, but they really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and excited about my new purchase. I was met at the door with a huge smile and positive attitude.The whole process was something I was a little apprehensive to, as I hadn't bought a car in over 10 years. I worked with Yvonne mostly over the email, and I also talked to her over the phone once. Unlike most of the other agents I dealt with before choosing my car, she did not bother me by calling me every day or pushing me. I had a fantastic car buying experience at Audi San Diego! I was in the market for a new Audi A5 and after looking at all the dealerships in 500 miles radius, Audi San Diego was the most responsive and transparent. As a matter of fact, I did all the paperwork from my home in Arizona. My first time at the dealership was when i picked up the car and it took about 10 minutes. This wasnt my Audi so i knew what to expect from the vehicle. Nealy Kelly was very easy to work with and great at communicating every step of the way. Just this evening I received a $30 check to my name for DMV fee overpayment. This was a total shocker to me. I guess i just didnt expect a dealership to care enough to refund me a fee I may have overpaid. Definitely recommend this dealership and Neal Kelly. Look forward to future business...

I have been a loyal Volvo driver but it was time to shed the convertible and get into something more practical (for me). After looking at BMW, Lexus, and Acura, I found the A6 to be the better of the other three and the sales experience to be easy with upfront information and no pushy upsells. Mike Babanti was awesome to work with. He asked the right questions and helped me narrow my search down based on my needs and helped me with my trade in. I can honestly say, I am now an Audi driver for life.....

I bought my car from this Audi dealership 3 years ago. When I purchsed my car, one of the selling points was "Free Oil Changes for Life". That was one of the reasons I spent a little more money from the dealership rather than look elsewhere. After a year and a half I loved it. I even reccomended 3 people to buy an Audi, and they did. Recently they changed their policy, no more free oil changes, instead its $126 per. There reason for doing so, "We were bought out and the new company doesnt want to do that anymore." HA, this is the kind of answer I got after purchasing a 30k car from them. Isnt that against the Law? Dont they have to assume the contracts from the previous owner? I would think so. What do you think is going to stop them from doing this again. For all you people who buy warranties be careful. They may just change their name again and not honor it. I thought I was gonna be an Audi guy for life, well definately not anymore. I dont deal with companies that lie to their customers.

Typically, I try to interact as little as possible with car dealerships and car salesmen - it's just never been a positive experience in the past. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the staff and entire process at Audi San Diego! When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a friendly receptionist who then introduced us to Neal in sales. Not only was Neal professional and informative, he was personable and never came across as "pushy". For once, we didn't feel like we were being talked into purchasing a car. His customer service is impeccable and we truly appreciated his willingness to answer questions or return our calls - even after we made the purchase. He really does go the extra mile for his customers and doesn't make you feel like a number - he always remembers us and even remembers personal details we chatted about while making small talk. Additionally, we were happy with the negotiations we made and THRILLED with our new car! We intend to return to Audi San Diego for our future purchases and will most certainly request to do business with Neal again. Keep up the great work!

I went to Audi San Diego to purchase a Q7. When i arrived, Memo came right up to me and my family and helped us find the car we were looking for. They did not have the Q7 i was looking for, but they did locate one rather quickly. Memo himself went to the other dealership near by and picked it up!The staff there treated me well and everything went smooth! I highly recommend this dealership and Salesman!

I worked with Memo Rueda, the internet sales person and he helped me find my Used A3 (even though I initially was looking at the newer models). He was knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy.My only complaint would be that processing the sale took a bit longer than I expected (2+ hours), but I hear that this is typical for dealerships.

I recently leased a 2013 Audi A4 from Audi of San Diego. I have never leased a car before and had, had my previous vehicle for almost 10 years. As a female buyer I was intimidated by the whole process. When I arrived at Audi I was greeted by a salesman named Neal Kelly who immediately put me at ease. He was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything to me throughout the whole process, and got me into the car of my dreams for a price that I was comfortable with. I have recommended Audi of San Diego, and Neal Kelly to all my friends in the market for a new car!!

The following is my experience from two different visits to the Audi service department. After handing the keys for a scheduled maintenance appointment, they pointed me to a section for a "courtesy" vehicle. The person asked for my driver's license, a credit card, and car insurance. The insurance information was not enough to them and they requested the insurance card itself which was in the car that is being serviced. After going to the car and bringing back the insurance card, they said "your all set" and put a key on the table. One thing I noticed is that the key was not for an Audi, so I asked what the car is and I think they said Kia. I asked whether they have another car and they said sure. I chose the least uncomfortable vehicle among the available which entitled me to pay extra since the "courtesy" only covers so much per day. When I returned it, the person went and checked the fuel gauge, which is inappropriate especially when youre explicitly asked whether you filled the car with fuel. Then they request a charge that is way far from the difference they mentioned to me when I picked up the car, and when I asked why, the reply was that I requested this insurance and that insurance. The person literally counted several insurance types that I registered in insisted that I requested it and this is what I owe per day. They did not want to accept my argument even though I reminded them that my insurance information was not enough to them and that I had to bring them the insurance card itself. Eventually they said we covered you with insurance and since your saying you do not want to pay, we will take care of it and it will be on us! It was a similar experience the next time I came for service. The story short, I asked for an upgrade and they said I will need to pay the difference and I said that is fine. However, the only upgrades they offered were two SUVs and neither was suitable and so I told them to give me any regular car. This time I explicitly mentioned that I do not want any type of insurance from their side. So the person is constantly talking me into buying their car insurance and saying what if you hit the car on your way, I said that I am going straight to work and back, and so the person continues what if the car gets hit while its parked at work!!! And on and on until I said that I will not buy any coverage from you and that I am being late for work. This time when I returned the car, the same thing happened. After handing the keys, the person asks whether the car is filled with fuel and I said yes. The person goes out and checks. Sliding into the office chair when returned, and not even making eye contact, the person puts one leg over the other. Then another person I have never spoke to before starts crunching numbers while looking at a screen and then says your total is something. The number was not expected and I thought the person lying on the chair is the one helping me. Then I look around and it is only me and so I asked whether the person is talking to me. The person literally repeated the previous statement about the total due and this time also without lifting an eye. I asked to explain the numbers and the person said I requested an upgrade!!! The car they gave me was a Mitsubishi!!! A two door Mitsubishi!!! They said that I requested an upgrade and that they gave me one!!! Again after going back and forth, they said we will take care of it and it will be on us. I told them this is what they said last time about the insurance. When I turned around and left, the two starting talking to each other and I heard one laughing. To conclude, this is an experience I would not expect in a gas station and despite it mainly being with Enterprise, it is an experience imposed by the Audi service. I waited three weeks before posting this since I expected someone from Audi to call and explain what happened as it did happen in their building and in front of the people that were working in the Audi service area.

I was planning on buying a Q5 or 7, but decided to go with a used Audi A8L. I was pleased with the entire buying purchase and was glad I got a certified pre-owned car as I had a few issues with the car. On the service side, I found the staff well informed, concerned, timely, and helpful. They kept me up-to-date during the repair and gave me a loaner/rental car. The people managing the rental car service were also very quick and pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership and making sure you have any extended service plans when you buy your audi so you can relax and enjoy your dream machine without worrying about paying high service bills.

I didnt end up buying from here, just due to stock, but spent several hours at the dealership, as well as emails and calls. Overall knowledgeable, but a little busy with a big sale when i was there.
