2017 Audi all road I had a quick and pleasant experience at the Audi dealership in Springfield Missouri I bought a 2017 Audi all road. Elvir Bazdarevic is a very non-pressure salesman . If you stop in to buy an Audi make sure you talk to him he will treat you right .

Great experience working with Sam and Jim. They got me a great deal on my trade and I got a great new car to drive. The Audi A3 is one of the best cars I have ever driven. I did test drive an S3 and was blown away maybe it will be my next purchase. All in all great friendly staff at Audi of Springfield.

This was car buying the way it should be. Jim Kacza and Sam Macahon made it a very easy and pleasurable experience. They delivered the car right to me at a very good price and made sure all was in order. Even though this was an out of town dealer from where I live, it was a much easier experience than i had locally. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Here is my Audi of Springfield, MO story... First, I would say that I could have been a Service Center/Mechanic's dream...An out of state driver who is passing through and needs immediate automotive care that should only be provided by an authorized service center. I was driving from St. Louis to Table Rock Lake (SE Missouri. I65 Southbound I heard an awful squealing. I thought how fortuitous for me...I made it to Springfield and had passed an Audi dealer 3-4 miles back. I turned around and pulled in to Audis service dept. I was met by Mr. Griffith, I shared my problem, we went out started the car, he easily identified the problem as a tension pulley. We went inside to discuss options; I also mentioned that I was overdue for periodic maintenance (timing belt and water pump replacement). Since one project was a must (tensioner and belt) and the other was need (timing belt and water pump); it was agreed that to ultimately save money it would be prudent to do both jobs simultaneously. Even the mechanic that would be working on my car came out to explain the procedure to me (I appreciated that) . So, I handed David the keys and hoped for a reasonable price! I Received my car back sooner than expected with the piece of mind that service was done professionally and at a price that was appropriate. Additionally, my car was washed and meticulously vacuumed which was neither requested nor expected.I Paid the bill with a smile...yes a smile! Reliable Audi sell some fine automobiles but honestly, once the new car smell fades and the odometer rolls past a 100 K it is the service centers climate and personnel that brings an owner back. Many thanks to Audi for making a great car and the service departments that keep them on the road. A special thanks to David Griffith for making my Audi service/experience a favorable one and the mechanic that did the fine work!

AUDI SPRINGFIELD GETS IT! They understand top-notch customer service, they are efficient and organized, and simply make your experience buying a car easy and fun. Darron and Michael were truly incredible to work with during the entire process of finding the Audi TT I was looking for. And, this was no easy task considering I wanted a very specific year, color, package, and design. They were understanding to all of my requests and got me exactly what I wanted, and even for a lower price than listed. They worked with me every step of the way to ensure the final product was to my complete satisfaction. During the process, I was fortunate enough to get to know these guys and get familiar with Audi Springfield. They make you feel like their only customer each time you call or walk in their office. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend this dealership and these gentlemen to everyone looking to buy and Audi. Lastly, the AUDI TT is beautiful! I love it.
