I began my search for a specific Mercedes a while ago. Lucky for me I located it at Audi Sugar Land and worked with sales associate Juan Mesa. I live in New Jersey, and this was my first time purchasing a vehicle out of state. Juan made the process easy. He responded to all my questions and requests immediately, even In his days off. 5-star SERVICE department. I love the communication and honesty and I can tell that they go above and beyond when it comes to QUALITY. I have experienced that all Toyota dealerships have this same 'attention to detail' culture and I am happy to leave this review to share with others.

Highest quality service from Staff!!! I purchased my Audi in February of this year and had a wonderful experience with the sales agent and Manager Brad. Months after purchase I needed advise and some help and Brad the manager not only he was helpful he went above and beyond in collaboration with Eddy from service to help me. In a matter of minutes they resolved an issue I had. This is simply superb service!!! I highly highly recommend them. They truly care. More than 5 Stars ⭐️

Am not coming here again to buy car. The service guys make me wait for 15 minutes this morning. It was a black man that walk towards me because he see me waiting without no one attending to me. Am a brown skill lady and I deserve the same treatment. The SUV I got from you was wasn't credit and I paid cash.and to be treated that way is not nice. Am not coming back to you guys any more.

We are so thankful to Audi Sugar Land and Sebastian Mesa for helping us buy the perfect car for our daughter, even though we live almost 300 miles away! I saw the exact Q3 she wanted on their website and called, hoping maybe they could arrange to transfer the car to a dealership closer to where we lived. Instead, Sebastian told me he would take care of the paperwork, figure out our trade-in, then make the trip to get it to us himself. Two days later, he drove our new car right up to our front door! Audi Sugar Land, we’ll definitely be buying from you again! (Sebastian, we’ll make the drive next time! 😊)
