I took my Audi in because hr oil pressure light was on. They were kind enough to give me a courtesy car but within 24 hours they had called me saying the whole engine needed to be replaced! A whole $10,000+ which is more than I paid for the car. I had a friend look at it and he just said the oil level was a quart over that was it! I almost paid 10k for a $35 fix.

Let me begin by saying I read some of these reviews and wanted to share my experience with Mitch and Gary in the Service Dept. I bought my A5 at another dealership yet I have been treated like Royalty by these folks when I visit. My car is fine and needed no repairs however I have added The European Bi Xenon w/ LED DRL, custom RS style grill, window tinting, etc... Matt Flowers spent more than a week programming a new computer that had to be installed to run the new headlights. I couldn't find anyone to do this without flying them in from Cali or Europe. Long story short , Matt made my $3000 headlights work sweet. When it comes time to buy my next car it will definitely be from Audi of Tulsa. PS: The car I had prior to my Audi was from Lexus of a Tulsa ( another Don Thorton dealership) They too treated me like Royalty both in Service and Sales.

Julie Sharp was our GREAT salesperson at the Tulsa Audi dealership! I have already recommended her to others. My husband said it was the funnest test drive he has ever had! We love our new car and really appreciated all Julie's knowledge and helpfulness when we picked up our car. She took a lot of time setting up our radio, phone, etc and went through everything on our car before we pulled off the lot. Everyone there was very friendly and nice. She even introduced us to the service department. Normally I HATE purchasing a car but Julie made this purchase a very pleasant experience.

Our overall experience with Audi Tulsa was fantastic. When we arrived we were promptly greeted and approached by Kelly Major. We were interested in comparing two models. He set us up for test drives and answered all of our questions. We decided on the Audi Allroad and Kelly made the entire purchase process smooth and relaxing...no high pressure. We had one minor issue that needed to be fixed. When I took the car back to the dealer the service staff promptly fixed my problem and had me out in about twenty minutes. I highly recommend Audi Tulsa...we love the car (our third Audi).

I buy a couple cars every year and nearly all of them I buy outside of my local market. Of the 22 I've bought over the last 10 years, the one I bought at Audi Tulsa was, without a doubt, the best experience I've had. Being an out of town buyer, you really have to have a lot of trust with the people you are working with - since you are relying on them to accurately represent the car prior to you making arrangements to come buy it. You also must rely on them to have the vehicle ready in a timely fashion so that your trip is as efficient as possible. I couldn't have been more pleased. I worked with Julie Sharp and she was fabulous. Her responses via email were very quick and she was waiting for me when I arrived to see the car. In all, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I would highly recommend Julie and the rest of the Audi Tulsa team to anyone, but especially to anyone who may be buying a car outside of their local market.

I went in to look at new Audi Q5 and received no acknowledgement at all from the 3 sales people who continued to talk to each other. I had driven my daughter's 2000 Dodge Avenger while she took my SUV on a trip. They were too judgmental for me. I bought a Lexus.

I taken my car in for service multiple times for service and all seemed good until I needed something major done, the car hasn't been the same since. After having to return it three times to get things fixed that could have been found had somebody test drove it, i just started fixing them myself. When I called and went by to get a oil leak fixed that was caused by the above repair not being done correctly all I seem to get is "we will order parts and call you back" after a month it is still not fixed.

It was so refreshing to be able to have a great experience without the games and frustrations that can come with buying a car. Josh made sure I knew my car inside and out. I found a used vehicle that I liked via the internet and called to inquire. I spoke with Josh and he was very polite and straightforward over the phone. Nice dealership, friendly, professional salesperson, great product. Only frustration was the delays and seemed confusion over providing timely lease quotes. Still confused over the marked difference in lease rates on the Audi vs. similar priced vehicles at BMW and Mercedes. If Audi truly has best re-sale in their class it doesn't reflect in the lease residual's and therefore the lease rates.The dealership was helpful in every other way and allowed me to try the car by taking it home overnight.

I had an opertunity to visit Justin a short while ago. I told him I would not be in the market fot a new vehicle until next year when my current lease expires. Knowing this, most salespeople would have shook my hand and left me with something like "look me up when you are ready to buy". Justin however, spent about an hour showing me the vehicle and presenting me with a picture of what Audi would best fit my needs. His knowledge of the Audi product was truly amazing. I learned volumes about the cars, how they are engineered, and the benifits of Audi ownership.I am still that year away, but when the time comes to replace my BMW, I will own an Audi.and I will buy it from Justin.

I have had nothing but great experiences at the Tulsa Audi location, with the exeption of one. I had my 5000 "wellness" exam on my new Q7 and when I picked up my car, the service manager did not go over what he found, although I had expressed a few areas of concern. I would have appreciated a brief overview of how he thought the car was performing, besides the "it's all good" that I got. No paperwork given to me either. I wanted to review what they went over. But this, I am sure, is a very minor glitch. They were really busy and I'm sure my issue was seen as more minimal in the whole scheme of things. All other areas of concern have been quickly addressed and the team there seems eager to please.

We visited several other dealerships from different manufacturers on the same day and Audi Tulsa was a refreshsing experience. Justin was the only salesperson all day to ask us what we were looking for in a car and what we valued most. The BMW salesman barely said two words to us. Justin took time to ask us questions, answer them thoughtfully, and the test drive was extremely helpful. Even after purchasing the car, Justin occasionally checks in with us to see how things are going (things have been great). Our first scheduled service experience was not like any other service I've gotten from a dealership. Everyone on the staff seemed sincerely dedicated to making sure we were happy. And, by the way, the new facility looks great.

From the time I met Josh, I felt like I mattered to him as a client, not just another "hopeful sale." He spent a long time "selling" me on Audi before he even talked about the car we were test driving at the time. At first I didn't understand it but then once I was hooked on Audi, he began to tell me about the A4 I ended up purchasing. He really sold me a relationship with Audi and himself before he tried to just "get me in a car" that day. The value in that is, I will likely buy cars from him as long as he is selling them. I hope they are Audi's because I now love my A4, but more than the car itself, I just appreciated his genuineness and patience and willingness to go the extra mile for me from day one of the car buying process.

The Audi product is incredible, and I didn't realize that until Justin explained to me the amount of engineering and quality that goes into these cars. I left the dealership feeling like an expert and advocate of Audi, when the only reason I went to the dealership in the first place was to appease my wife who was in love with the Q7. I have to say I'm blown away by the car, and for the first time felt like I wasn't hassled by the anyone at the dealership...even in the finance department! Overall great experience...thanks Justin!

Well what can I say? I have been in the market now for 4 months and was not planning on buying a vehicle until January. Well that was until I met Justin Mullenax. Every dealer we have been to thus far comes no were close to audi Tulsa. Justin is a example of what a great salesman should be...professional, kind, no pressure, polite and courteous. I didnt even see him as a salesman; he was more of a professional consultant very knowledgeable of his product.
