Julie Sharp was an excellent, skillful Audi Representative. She was able to answer our questions and researched issues she wasn't clear about. We felt our experience was professionally executed. She kept us well informed during the buying process and during the period while waiting delivery of the car. This was our first experience with Audi and we were quite impressed with Audi of Tulsa's sophisticated service.

Our overall experience with Audi Tulsa was fantastic. When we arrived we were promptly greeted and approached by Kelly Major. We were interested in comparing two models. He set us up for test drives and answered all of our questions. We decided on the Audi Allroad and Kelly made the entire purchase process smooth and relaxing...no high pressure. We had one minor issue that needed to be fixed. When I took the car back to the dealer the service staff promptly fixed my problem and had me out in about twenty minutes. I highly recommend Audi Tulsa...we love the car (our third Audi).

I buy a couple cars every year and nearly all of them I buy outside of my local market. Of the 22 I've bought over the last 10 years, the one I bought at Audi Tulsa was, without a doubt, the best experience I've had. Being an out of town buyer, you really have to have a lot of trust with the people you are working with - since you are relying on them to accurately represent the car prior to you making arrangements to come buy it. You also must rely on them to have the vehicle ready in a timely fashion so that your trip is as efficient as possible. I couldn't have been more pleased. I worked with Julie Sharp and she was fabulous. Her responses via email were very quick and she was waiting for me when I arrived to see the car. In all, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I would highly recommend Julie and the rest of the Audi Tulsa team to anyone, but especially to anyone who may be buying a car outside of their local market.

I went in to look at new Audi Q5 and received no acknowledgement at all from the 3 sales people who continued to talk to each other. I had driven my daughter's 2000 Dodge Avenger while she took my SUV on a trip. They were too judgmental for me. I bought a Lexus.

I taken my car in for service multiple times for service and all seemed good until I needed something major done, the car hasn't been the same since. After having to return it three times to get things fixed that could have been found had somebody test drove it, i just started fixing them myself. When I called and went by to get a oil leak fixed that was caused by the above repair not being done correctly all I seem to get is "we will order parts and call you back" after a month it is still not fixed.

Josh was so great to work with. He gave me the best car buying experience that I have ever had! He listened to what I wanted and needed in a vehicle and found the right one. It was so refreshing to be able to have a great experience without the games and frustrations that can come with buying a car. Josh made sure I knew my car inside and out. I already owned an Audi (from a different dealership), but was never shown all the bells and whistles....Josh took the time to show me everything. I will buy my next car from him as well. I truly believe in this dealership as the finance department and service department are also great. So professional and friendly. They go the extra mile....every time!!

I found a used vehicle that I liked via the internet and called to inquire. I spoke with Josh and he was very polite and straightforward over the phone. Once I arrived at the dealership to test drive it, I was not disappointed. Not only did I love the car, but the politeness and professionalism of everyone at the dealership made me feel very welcome. Josh listened to what was important to me and even got a tape measure to help ensure that my dog would fit in the back of the car. I truly appreciated the "No Pressure" approach and would certainly recommend Audi Tulsa and Josh to anyone looking for an Audi.

Nice dealership, friendly, professional salesperson, great product. Only frustration was the delays and seemed confusion over providing timely lease quotes. Still confused over the marked difference in lease rates on the Audi vs. similar priced vehicles at BMW and Mercedes. If Audi truly has best re-sale in their class it doesn't reflect in the lease residual's and therefore the lease rates.The dealership was helpful in every other way and allowed me to try the car by taking it home overnight.

Justin made buying my first Audi a great experience. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. The Q5 was in high demand, but he found the exact car I wanted. He even checks in occasionally to make sure I'm still enjoying my purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesperson to others.

I had an opertunity to visit Justin a short while ago. I told him I would not be in the market fot a new vehicle until next year when my current lease expires. Knowing this, most salespeople would have shook my hand and left me with something like "look me up when you are ready to buy". Justin however, spent about an hour showing me the vehicle and presenting me with a picture of what Audi would best fit my needs. His knowledge of the Audi product was truly amazing. I learned volumes about the cars, how they are engineered, and the benifits of Audi ownership.I am still that year away, but when the time comes to replace my BMW, I will own an Audi.and I will buy it from Justin.

I have had nothing but great experiences at the Tulsa Audi location, with the exeption of one. I had my 5000 "wellness" exam on my new Q7 and when I picked up my car, the service manager did not go over what he found, although I had expressed a few areas of concern. I would have appreciated a brief overview of how he thought the car was performing, besides the "it's all good" that I got. No paperwork given to me either. I wanted to review what they went over. But this, I am sure, is a very minor glitch. They were really busy and I'm sure my issue was seen as more minimal in the whole scheme of things. All other areas of concern have been quickly addressed and the team there seems eager to please.

We visited several other dealerships from different manufacturers on the same day and Audi Tulsa was a refreshsing experience. Justin was the only salesperson all day to ask us what we were looking for in a car and what we valued most. The BMW salesman barely said two words to us. Justin took time to ask us questions, answer them thoughtfully, and the test drive was extremely helpful. Even after purchasing the car, Justin occasionally checks in with us to see how things are going (things have been great). Our first scheduled service experience was not like any other service I've gotten from a dealership. Everyone on the staff seemed sincerely dedicated to making sure we were happy. And, by the way, the new facility looks great.

From the time I met Josh, I felt like I mattered to him as a client, not just another "hopeful sale." He spent a long time "selling" me on Audi before he even talked about the car we were test driving at the time. At first I didn't understand it but then once I was hooked on Audi, he began to tell me about the A4 I ended up purchasing. He really sold me a relationship with Audi and himself before he tried to just "get me in a car" that day. The value in that is, I will likely buy cars from him as long as he is selling them. I hope they are Audi's because I now love my A4, but more than the car itself, I just appreciated his genuineness and patience and willingness to go the extra mile for me from day one of the car buying process.

I have had an Audi before purchased from an old Tulsa dealer. I've only considered purchasing another when Don Thorton brought this new Audi dealership to Tulsa. The purchase was easy and seamless and my salesperson was great to deal with. I would recommend this Audi dealer to anyone as well as having Justin Mullenax as their salesperson.

Every time my husband and I visited the dealership, we had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and courteous to us. What stuck out the most to us about this vehicle was not only did it look good, it has great fuel mileage for a vehicle of its size and by far beat all other cars that we had been looking at out of the water. Since Don Thornton bought the Dealership Audi now finally has a high quality, reputable and professional shop. In particular sales and service have improved dramatically. Audi Tulsa exceeded my expectations on every level Having never driven an Audi, I stopped by to test drive the new Q5. While I loved driving the car and its sporty features, it was my salesman Justin's expert knowledge of the technical features of the car and detailed engineering operating system coupled with a professional enjoyable personality that ultimately led to my purchasing the vehicle. As an extremely conservative thorough consumer, buying a car the same day I test drove it was very out of character for me. Yet, Justin and the Audi staff spent a considerable amount of time answering all my questions and I left the lot feeling confident in my purchase a well as with the best car I have ever driven....and am still driving! The entire purchase experience went smoothly as well as all subsequent service trips. I highly recommend Audi Tulsa for a premier experience!

The Audi product is incredible, and I didn't realize that until Justin explained to me the amount of engineering and quality that goes into these cars. I left the dealership feeling like an expert and advocate of Audi, when the only reason I went to the dealership in the first place was to appease my wife who was in love with the Q7. I have to say I'm blown away by the car, and for the first time felt like I wasn't hassled by the anyone at the dealership...even in the finance department! Overall great experience...thanks Justin!

Well what can I say? I have been in the market now for 4 months and was not planning on buying a vehicle until January. Well that was until I met Justin Mullenax. Every dealer we have been to thus far comes no were close to audi Tulsa. Justin is a example of what a great salesman should be...professional, kind, no pressure, polite and courteous. I didnt even see him as a salesman; he was more of a professional consultant very knowledgeable of his product. Justin gave us all of the information we needed and asked for our business at the perfect time!!! We are waiting on a insurance settlement check that we will have this month and have already committed to buying from Justin. I've already sent a referral and will tell everyone how awesome Audi of tulsa is! Thank you so much!!!!

My sales rep. was Justin Mullenax. His knowledge of the product is extremely surprising. I was just looking for a car and he gave me lesson in what makes the car run like a well oiled machine.
