Thank you very much for a wonderful and satisfying experience recently during my purchase of a new 2021 Audi!! I am very pleased & happy with my new purchase!!! Everyone was extremely pleasant & helpful! Salesman Brian Zeckman was excellent -- very attentive to my questions and concerns and addressed all of them superbly. He was very cheerful, flexible, patient & extremely accommodating. He allowed me to test drive as many cars as I needed to make my final decision. His main concern was making sure that my husband and I were satisfied, comfortable and happy with our purchase. All of the staff that we interacted with were very courteous, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! The interior & exterior car features were explained and demonstrated very clearly by a gentleman staff who deserves an A ++. I would recommend this dealership---professional staff, no pressure atmosphere---- just complete commitment to customer satisfaction -- putting the buyer's needs and preferences first. I highly recommend!

Alejandro was courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle he sold me. He and his team were reasonable when it came to my finances and giving me options on how to proceed with purchasing my vehicle. Jackie, upon signing many documents explained what they were, what they are responsible for as well as what I am responsible to handle. No hassles, no stalling, easy terms, easy drive home. I didn’t know what to expect because this is my first Audi (which I LOVE) and I’ve never had service at an Audi dealership or any car dealership before. But everyone was helpful and so nice! I pulled up and pulled right into the bay. I gave my name to Mike R, and after a few minute check in, I was on my way! Mike kept me informed all day about my car and answered any questions I had. I was expecting a really outrageous bill, but I was pleasantly surprised to pay the same or even less than I would have at a chain or local mechanic’s shop. But what really blew me away was that when I went to pick up my car, I didn’t even have to tell Mike my name!! He knew who I was! Now that’s personal service! Great job Mike and Audi Turnersville!!
