Just the way it is supposed to go. Had an appointment. Greeted in service area as I turned off the engine. Sat with my service advisor, OK'd, work. Had it done and left. No "pitch" to sell me add on service items. Good coffee in lounge. Loved looking at new cars in the showroom and talking with my salesman who sold me the car 3 years ago.

Very sales oriented not about long term customer relationships. I have leased three audi's over past five years and the sales person actually told me that I didn't purchase at their location so they could not recognize that. Needless to say, I am not part of the Audi family, just the dealership I purchased from.Shame on you Audi of west palm. Needless to say, when my lease is up I will move to another car that is as loyal to me as I am to them.

Audi WPB is an old school car dealer; they tack on costs (one of the highest dealer fees around at $875), they haggle, they tell you they can get you the price over the phone and then surprise you with changes and up charges when you come In to buy, and they have their staff tell you that they'll be penalized if you don't rate them 'outstanding' in every survey item. Which as any good statistician knows skews the results highly in their favor. So, don't trust their good ratings. They don't come by them fairly or honestly.

I had a very disappointing experience. I had an A4 on order I had been in the dealership for an appraisal for an early trade in.. When I looked at the vehicle detail sheet there was the sport package which I had not ordered. Rather then admit their mistake they tried to tell me that the sports package was " mandatory" with the warm weather package. They told me not to worry about it" they will eat the cost". Next thing that I knew my trade which had been appraised originally less then a month before was now worth 4% less. They swore that the 2 were " not related". I expressed my deep displeasure and all they could say was"sorry that you feel that way". There was no attempt to keep me as a customer.Further research on Audi's own web site and at other agencies confirmed that the sport package was NOT mandatory with the warm weather package which is what I strongly suspected in the first place . I went to another agency and got a far better deal in the end. As people say; things happen for a reason.

I have been EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this Audi dealership and their customer service. If I could give 0 stars for this dealership, I would. I previously leased a BMW M4 from the Braman BMW in West Palm and have nothing but EXCELLENT reviews for that dealership. Their sales people and service department were extremely helpful and top notch. With my next car, I wanted to try Audi so I went to this dealership expecting the same level of service as BMW since they are owned by the same brand; however, it is night and day different. The sales people try to rip you off and they barely negotiate. They ended up losing mine and my friend's business because of their shady sales people. We both went to different Audi dealerships and leased a brand new S5 and S3 for $4 - $5k less than Audi WPB's "best offer." In addition to shady sales people, the service department here is AWFUL. I used to go to the BMW dealership once per week to get my car washed and they were extremely pleasant and nice every time. They greeted me by name and took my car in to get washed immediately. At Audi, I have been turned away from car washes at least 10 out of a total of 15 times I have gone in. The service manager often says they are too busy. If they do not use that excuse, they say that they stop doing car washes at a certain time which is way before the service center is set to close at 6:30. I have arrived at 5:45, and been told they stop doing car washes at 5:30 so they cannot wash my car. Another time I arrived at 5:15 and the same lady told me they stopped doing car washes at 5:00. The time keeps changing and I am beyond fed up with this dealership. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. For the amount of money people spend on their overpriced automobiles, you would expect the customer service to be top notch, but it reminds me more of a shady used car dealership. Take your money elsewhere!!

Audi West Palm Beach performs at the top level when it comes to service and sales. My recent visit was for a scheduled maintenance on my 2014 S5. The service department is well staffed and knowledgeable on all aspects of the Audi fleet of cars. Staff was helpful with demonstrating and training us, again, on some of the technology features of the car.I have and will always highly recommend to anyone that is considering an Audi to purchase and service it at Braman Audi, West Palm Beach. I have purchased and serviced all three of the Audis I have owned at Braman Audi. And any future Audi purchases will be from Braman Audi. My prior car was totaled in a flood. I took it to Audi West PalmBeach and they co--operated with the insurance company. When it became clear that I would have to lease a new car, Osner Jeanlouis, one of their sales people called me and offered to give me the same deal as I had 3 years earlier with a different dealer . No muss, no fuss. It was all done over the phone and all I had to do was come in and sign the papers. He was efficient and courteous and it was all done in a flash Not that I would wish this car-fate on anyone but it turned out really well and I would recommend Osner and the dealership highly if that is representative of all their dealings.

Everything just fell into place when I arrived for an appointment with Danny Racz to look at a new Q5 - either a 2.0 or 3.0. He was an exceptional salesman and took extra time and discussion with me to understand my needs, my previous wonderful experience with my 2013 Q5 Hybrid, and his recommendation that I try both options, a 2.0 and a 3.0. [A Hybrid was not an option].I drove away having purchased a 2016 Q5 2.0b Demo with 3800 miles on it. The price was great, the tech package the best and totally familiar to me from my previous Q5, the interior and exterior colors absolutely great.

I was very pleased with my experience at Braman Audi. All the agents I dealt with were pleasant, courteous and efficient. I was given an appointment right away to repair a defective headlight in my Q5 which was covered by warranty. They suggested I take a loner car, and I was surprised and delighted to find they gave me a Q5 to drive. After completing the repair, they topped off the fluids in my vehicle washed it thoroughly.

Marty is my favorite salesman and contact to purchase or lease a new Audi. Between Marty and Phillip my last lease for my mother was a bit rough at first but these two smoothed out the edges quickly. The overall experiance was excellant in the end. My mother leased a new A3 and learned the vehicles features from Marty before we left the dealership. She was welcomed back the next day to go over features she did not understand with no pressure on how long she needed to learn the car. Excellant dealership and professional employees to purchase a new car.

My Audi A5 shakes at certain speed and pull to one side. I took it there three times and they told me that one my tire needs to be change. I took my car to an approved continental tire shop because the tires were continental, the shop told me that the tires are good and Audi of west palm just don't want to help. Sure enough, 2 months later all 4 tires now are bad, the inside of all the tires are bald now. The vehicle needed alignment, wheel balance and front control bar replaced. Please everyone do not go there, service manager is very rude. I called and he hung up the phone on me.

I took my Q5 in for service 12/18/2015. I was given a loaner and had service all over me but 2 weeks later when the car would not start I had to be towed to the dealer. Waited more than an hour for the roadside assistance. Arrived at the service area and waited 30 min. I was told it would take 2 days to reprogram the keys. I asked for a loaner as they offered before. They said since moved to new location rules had changed and no loaner would be given. Funny thing is, when I took it for service only 2 weeks earlier, It was at the new location under the new management. After this experience I would not recommend anyone to use this dealer location. No service = Terrible service!!!! I guess I can thank Chelsea McGee, Joe Coscareli, and Jeff Galla for the new outlook on this place.

Service was quick and efficient. Service advisor, Pat, explained all that was to be done, including a recall I was not aware of, and the cost of any services not included in my warranty. Loaner car was ready for me, and the service was completed at the promised time. My car was serviced properly, cleaned inside and out, and am completely satisfied with the excellent service.

By far one of the best experiences and service I have had at any dealership! I owed an A4 3 years ago and decided to trade up to an A6. Rony made my experience flawless and easy but the best part was that I was not looked down upon because of my young age! Which tends to happen a lot at luxury car dealerships, but not Audi! Audi WPB was super responsive to my inquiries. I live across state from the dealership, yet they responded as if I was in the showroom. When my primary contacts were off work, other contacts stepped in immediately to facilitate the transaction. The dealership was a pleasure to visit--really enjoyed the snacks and latte machine. I'm 25 years old and this was my second car shopping experience. I walked into Audi with my team of friends and experienced nothing but welcoming voices. One voice stood out: Rony! Rony was a delight. He was knowledgable and proud, but also able to articulate the details I needed to understand. He listened to what I wanted, showed me comparable many vehicles, and discussed all the options in detail. Throughout the entire process he was focused on me, not the sale. It even caught me off guard at times! At the end, he even took care of the window tint detailing of my new car (which took an additional day), without a second thought. His co-workers in the finance and service department also took impeccable care of me and made sure I was adequately, not excessively, covered. I have been dealing with Ken Dunlap in Audi Service at Braman Palm Beach for several years now in the servicing of two cars, an A4 and a Q5, . I have had courteous and well informed communication with him at all times and a clear statement of work to be performed and cost incurred. Anything that comes up during a routine service is discussed with me and the options and costs covered before work is undertaken with my approval. I have confidence in this relationship and feel the dealership is well organized and trustworthy. Since I live 15 miles away from the dealership I usually wait whilst service is being performed. The waiting area is comfortable and well equipped with complimentary snacks and drinks available. For a longer service I have always been provided with a complimentary loaner. I have purchased 3 new cars from this dealership over the years and believe the deals made were competitive and fair.

Memories of good or bad car buying experiences fade over time and seldom do you have the opportunity to truly compare dealerships and their staff. Recently, I bought two cars in one weekend -- an Audi S5 from Audi West Palm Beach and a Jeep Grand Cherokee from "another" dealer. The difference in dealerships was night and day. The Audi staff was professional and low key while the other experience was assembly-line and more akin to getting your driver's license renewed. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Braman. They appear to truly want your business and I expect I will be back again in the future.

I live in Michigan and found a certified pre-owned 2013 Audi A5 at Audi West Palm Beach by looking at vehicles on the internet. I had an excellent experience with this dealership. Actually, my experience was the best I have ever had at any dealership!! I was picked up at the airport by Manny who works at the dealership. The vehicle I was interested in was exactly as it was described to me over the phone by Osvaldo Blanco (aka Ozzy). Buy buying experience was fantastic my salesman was amazing. IMy issue is after the sale. The service manger is rude. I have had the same issue over and over and instead of trying to help I felt disrespected and I am still having the same issues with my vehicle. I plan to bring it to a different dealership to have my vehicle fixed properly. The sad part is my lease is up in six month and tho I will lease another Audi it will not be on Okeechobee . I believe in servicing my car where it was purchased and I have no faith in the service department.

At first, we were looking for a certified-used car but Rony showed us the numbers and helped us realize that a lease on a new car was a better fit for our need. He was great understanding our budget and working with us to stay within it--great salesmanship. We were in a hurry signing the paperwork and realized the following day that in our rush, we had not thought through the mileage. Rony and the finance team were great in helping us make the adjustment, increasing the mileage on the lease for a minor monthly increase in fee. They have also been great in follow up making sure that we are settled and satisfied. It feels great to be in a beautiful new car!

All and all it was a good experience. I would have liked to have taken home at the time of the sale a copy of the sales contract. I did not realize until the next day that I was overcharged on the state sales tax due . When I called I was told that all charges were subject to sales tax. It seems that I was charged sales tax for the trade-in of my old car. After contacting the business office again, also my daughter called, this matter was taken care of . I received a check for the extra charge a few days latter. I wonder if I had not called, would this have been taken care of. It was a fairly large amount $660. As i did not have a calculator with me at the time of the signing it was hard to see that there had been a mistake. I had a very good experience with your person who helped me understand the car. He was most helpful. As this was the first time that I had bought a car on my own, I really would have liked if there was a little more communication with my son, before i signed. Information was only faxed to him after I had signed.

I've used Lee for several purchases and have recommended several others to him. There's a reason why he's the number one producer there. He's just an honest likeable guy. Entered Sunday 2 pm in welcoming atmosphere. Immediate test drive followed by pleasant and realistic negotiation. Purchased car within the hour and could have driven away within another hour with all lease documents ready. As i wanted to clean out the car I traded at home, I returned Monday morning and the transfer was smooth.Excellent service.

I have to say that although I didn't actually complete the entire purchase in under an hour, I literally think that it was 2 hours or less from the minute I walked in to the time that I drove off in my new (third) Audi A4 from this dealership. Osner Jeanlouis was knowledgeable, friendly and immediately candid about the best deal in my price range and we closed on a car in about 20 minutes. It wasn't long before I was driving away smiling. This is the third car I've bought or leased from Braman Audi in the past several years. The car sells itself but the staff there is friendly and not pushy like other dealerships. And many thanks to Laura Fezza who did the paperwork in just minutes and then handed me the whole transaction on a USB drive. No paper. No hassle. No hard selling of extras. Done. Derek picked me up at the airport to buy my wonderful S7. Probably, the best part was that I got to drive 22 hours and 1400 miles home. It was a great way to get to know my car. Derek did a great job helping me get my deal done quickly while training me on the nuances of the S7 since I had never seen one. We are still trying to figure out how to load more phone contacts though. I smiled the whole way home. It was a great trip. Derek answered text messages on his day off to both make sure the deal went smoothly and answer questions on my way home.

My appoint was schedule with Derek but upon arriving, he was his personal phone so the receptionist gave him a note informing him of our arrival. It's amazing, he continued on his phone and did not acknowledge our present. After waiting, Rony Michel and Freddy stepped in and offered to assist us and from there on the treatment was wonderful. Rony was a very pleasant associate and both he and Freddy provided us with the best deals and we were able drive out of there the perfect vehicle. I would recommend Rony and Freddy to anyone, they are great guys.

I started off working with Derek Postin...unfortunately while test driving the Car that I thought I was destined for, another driving (who was texting) rear-ended me at stop sign. Long story short, the vehicle could not be purchased. I drove over 4hrs to close the deal on this car thinking my quest for purchaing a vehicle was over. While waiting to see "where I would go from here" Jeffery Brown stepped in and discussed some options with me...then other very friendly and caring dealers offered some very sound advise as well (not quite sure what happened to Derek Postin at the time, he just kinda disappeared and Jeffery stepped in). Long story short again, I ended up leaving the dealership with a new car (although I had not inteneded it to go this way, and although I may have spent more money than I had anticipated with the other pre-owned car i had lined up). It appears I ended up getting what I really wanted (the car i came to pick up was very nice, but I was settling for some of the options it did not have) now i have everthing I was hoping for, the turn around was quick, the General Manager worked with me to try to get as close to the payment I desired, the older dealers were all concerned about my outcome and offered help....jeffery was able to see me through to putting the tags on the car and handing me the keys...I love the car as Jeff thought I would) and I am well pleased with the overall end of my experience.

After visiting the Audi in Coral Springs and feeling baffled about the deal I was offered, I went to Braman thinking I would again feel swindled. On the contrary, I was made aware of all my options and, on my own terms, was able to negotiate a great deal on a new Audi A4. I was fortunate to have Herb Otten as my dealer. He is extremely knowledgeable about cars and the brand, not to mention he is an absolute joy to work with. Herb made me (and my hubby) feel well-informed and cared-for.

Being a sales manager for 30 plus years, I enjoyed working with Herb. We had been to other dealers and looked at a couple of different brands. The sales person us key since the first dealer we went to was what my husband had researched and really wanted. Being approached by a person with little knowledge but did have experience, we went back a second time. He never got our phone no.and tried to close us by telling us about what he liked about the vehicle and the offer ending in April. We tried another dealer. They almost sold us till I called from carmax to say we were getting a quote on our trade and wouldn't be in that day but Monday. The tone of voice changed which turned me off. Had he not done that we may not have dropped by on Sunday while out enjoying a beautiful day with our neighbor. Needless to say. ....Herb "sold" us with information and professionalism. He got my husband converted to an entirely different vehicle which he is very happy with without being pushy. Herb is a true pro.

Osner Jeanlouis took excellent care of me and my family and was very patient while we worked out the details in buying a new S4 to surprise my brother with. I have purchased new Audis previously in NJ for myself and have almost always had a great experience, so I'm glad to see there's an Audi dealership in South Florida that continues that trend since my family lives down here and I may someday as well. I'd also like to point out that Madeer (I hope I spelled it right) was also extremely helpful and patient in going over all the paperwork.I feel like I should point out that we did have one problem that luckily didn't ruin our experience. We arrived on Sunday evening, just as they were closing and we walked around the lot for awhile without ever being greeted. When we went inside, there was only one salesman available, Jay Werner, and when I approached him for assistance, he told me they were closed and did everything but shove us out the front door. My dad asked him if he had any brochures and he basically blew him off, telling him they only had whatever was on the rack. After he herded us outside as if we were farm animals, he immediately closed and locked the door. Needless to say, my family was furious and after this horrible experience, we very strongly considered giving someone else our business. However, based on the fact that this was my first bad experience with an Audi dealership, I convinced my family to return with me the next night (well before closing time) with the caveat that we would not let Jay Werner help us, even if he approached us when we walked in. To our delight, Jay Werner was not even there when we arrived and Osner Jeanlouis was more than happy to help us out and actually sell us a car. In fact, everyone else there was super helpful, so we decided not to let one bad egg ruin the experience for us.

I have been dreading the buying of a new car for the last four months. However, the birth of our child required my family to purchase a second vehicle. My tension was relieved when I made contact with the Internet Sales team (Chris Hill and Karen Bond) at Braman Audi. They were very warm, friendly, and professional. I really appreciated that they were knowledgeable about their brand and their competitors. This was very important to me because I did not know a lot about the brand and actually favored the BMW brand. They facilitated in allowing my husband and I to understand the value in the brand as a whole and the different models and packages. The negotiations were tough but the staff remained professional. I think both parties understood that a profit had to be made but compromises were necessary. At the end of the transaction I felt that based on my research my family received a fair deal and the company made a profit. That being said the transaction resulted in a win-win for both parties. I would advise anyone that is serious about buying an Audi in South Florida to contact Chris or Karen. They made the buying experience pleasurable. Their support team was also quite nice to work with. It is really a sound crew of quality people, which is something to note in South Florida.

I was introduced to Herb Otten by Ken Dunlop in the Audi Service dept who I have happily dealt with for several years servicing my A3 and A4 (both purchased from Braman). My mission was to trade in my 2006 A3 and buy a 2013 Q5. Herb took me for a spin in a demo Q5 and then showed me several newly arrived Q5's in inventory which were still in their wrappers from shipping. We discussed the relative merits of the Q5 2.0 Turbo versus the 3.0L 6 cylinder engine and he convinced me that the 2.0 was more than adequately powered, gave better mileage and was cheaper than the 3.0 I particularly wanted a push button ignition and we found a new blue Q5 2.0L premium plus model which had this plus the new and improved navigation package which Herb demonstrated to me very effectively. After this we went through the numbers and after some back and forward we agreed on an acceptable price for my trade in and a loyalty discount on the new car. All of these discussions were conducted in a friendly and non pressurized fashion and I felt Herb was doing his very best to help me achieve the best deal his management could accept.. He gave me a thorough briefing of the new car's various features and he went the extra mile by bringing the paperwork to my home for signatures my wife had to add. Altogether, this was an excellent experience and service and I have no hesitation in recommending Herb Otten and the Braman team . Over the years I have found the service department, through Ken Dunlop, as a very helpful and friendly and efficient organization too.

In general everyone knows that Car Buying can be very stressful, however the experience I was given by Karen Bond at Braman Audi went beyond expected, just outstanding. Jay Werner was very knowledgable of the features of the Audit A6. He took time to explain each feature and followed-up with a phone call to make certain I didn't have any issues with the vehicle. He also offered to invite me back to the dealership to clarify any features I didn't understand. The electronics in these vehicles are very extensive and this quality of service is very important. The experience was far better than the purchase of my last Audi three years ago from another dealer.

My experience with Braman turned out to be a good one - despite a few initial hiccups on an out of state purchase, Daniel Bayard and Derek Postin were totally on top of things and got the right parties involved to rectify all issues. Thank you both for your assistance! My only piece of advice if you are negotiating on a purchase is to ensure the salesperson is on the same page with what "out the door" pricing is...mine apparently did not understand, and I had 700.00 of dealer fees tacked on to my price negotiated. In all, I got a great deal and am very happy with the follow up efforts of both Derek and Daniel to ensure my needs were met. Thanks!

I was connected to Jack Stang after viewing a Range Rover on the Internet. He was immediately very communicative and responsive. Within a few calls and messages he was working internally within the Braman organization to provide answers and facilitate my purchase. When he said he'd call back with information and answers, he did. Amazing how this simple this concept is so hard to come by these days. And worth mentioning, I'm in Kansas City and he is half a country away in West Palm Beach yet the process worked seemlessly as I felt trust in working from a distance because of Jack's efforts. We first met Nicole Stem back in July of 2012. She immediately won us over with her friendly, outgoing personality. She has been extremely patient and helpful over the last 6 months, during which time we finally found the perfect car. Not exactly what we expected to buy, but timing was perfect. Our car trading situation was a little trickier and time consuming than most since we live in Indiana, but own a condo in West Palm Beach, so our time was always limited when dealing with Nicole to find the perfect vehicle, but she came through for us!

Its been awhile since I purchased my S4 from Braman but post sales service to me is as important as pre-sales.At the time, Mark Bendeck (who is no longer there) was my sales rep and Mark was pretty thorough and very patient. Theo, the sales mgr, who I wasnt crazy about (sorry Theo) was involved quite a bit because the S4 was ordered as a result of a bad A4 experience. I bought a 2009 Pre-owned A4 from Braman. I had it for 3 weeks and it was giving me problems. It was a CPO car too. How it qualified for CPO I will never know. Anyway, Chris Murray was director of Braman sales for all manufacture models at the time and he was fantastic. He heard about my disatisfaction and offered me another AUDI, BMW or Porsche to replace the A4. I ended up ordering the S4 and Chris saw too it that I got it for Invoice and returned all my money from the A4 purchase. Today I discovered that all my money wasnt quite returned in looking at the A4 and S4 buyers orders (more on that in a bit). Meanwhile, the 2011 S4 has been a nightmare. I sent a copy of the defect notice (per FL Lemon law) to the AUDI/VW group and to Vince Cerone, who is the Chief Operating officer at Braman Motor Cars. Fortunately, the VW group has made an offer to repurchase the car. However initially there was no call from Braman. I thought the lack of response from Braman on this issue is disconcerting. You would think that after Mr Cerone receieved a copy of my letter (mailed 4 weeks ago in dec 2012) he would have had someone call me to express concern about my dreadful S4 experience. But no phone call whatsoeverFast forward to today (Jan 28, 2013) when I had contacted Braman Motorcars about a line item on that S4 Purchase order. The line item interpretation was important since AUDI is repurchasing the vehicle and reimbursing certain purchasing costs. I left a few messages with BRAMAN Employees about the S4 purchase order but initially noone called me backI finally communicated electronically with Vince Cerone and conveyed to him the S4 purhase order line item was time-sensitive as the VW group was offering a buyback on the S4 and that offer was valid for 7 days. Mr Cerone promptly called me back to inform me the Buyers orders were being retrieved. Then the other employee that I left a message for (laura) and finally, Jim, director of finance called me and was very thorough with me on the the A4 and S4 buyers orders. As I suspected, though, fees did in fact get buried between the A4 and S4 without me noticing but I suppose I partly have myself to blame on that oneI will probably replace the S4 with another car. I might go the Porsche route though. I am not sure about AUDI with some of the experience I have had with AUDI's, although I do appreciate AUDI's buyback offer. Whether I go the Porsche route or try AUDI one last time for the S4 replacement, I am not sure about Braman. I suppose I will give them a chance since they were finally responsive to todays concern with the S4 purchase order. On the other hand, purchase a 2013 A8 in sep 2012 and Braman would not deal so I had to go elsewhere. I dont understand why one dealer could do so much better on an ordered car than another dealer. That makes no sense, unless one dealer has 3 times the overhead I suppose. I will have to weigh all the factors when I am ready for The S4 Replacement, which will be soon.

We stopped New Year's Eve to look at some cars thinking the dealership would be closed. They wer open and welcomed us in even though it was late. We returned on January 2nd to look at the car we ended up purchasing. We were in Florida on vacation, having flown in from Detroit. We hadn't planned on buying a car but the deal was too good to pass up. Paul and everyone else made our out-of-state purchase painless. We took delivery on January 3rd and ended up driving the car home. I'm only sorry we won't be utilizing the service department as I can only imaging how good it must be.

We were in the market for a new car and was looking at three cars, Audi, BMW and Cadillac. Jay Werner was very willing to assists us and discuss why we wanted to stay with Audi, as we are owners of a Audi A4. Jay Werner also assisted us with a trade-in and was instrumental in getting us the best deal on our trade as well as our new Audi Q5. The financing process was also very efficient with Laura Fezza. We had left our checkbook home so we were unable to write a check for a down payment and Laura arranged for us to bring in the check the next day. We also had a problem with a tire loosing air and Jay assisted us again when we brought in the car to the service department the next day. Jay was also very informative and patient teaching us all the technology with our new Audi Q5. He has also volunteered his cell phone number and told us to call him and he would talk us through it if we got stuck and needed assistance with the new technology. Jay Werner made this new car buying one of the best experiences buying a new car that we have had. I will definitely look for Jay again when we are in the market you another car.

I traded my 2010 Audi A6 and 2009 Porsche 911 (both purchased at Braman Audi) for a 2013 Audi A6 and a 2013 Audi S5. As was the case when I purchased the 2010 Audi A6, my salesperson was Marty Newman. I have nothing but the highest praise for Marty. He is a consummate professional: he knows the Audi brand inside out, he listens carefully to his client, he is courteous, and delivers the goods. Marty got me fair trade-in values and fair prices for the two new cars I bought from ohim. He went out of his way to find the cars I wanted, including searching elsewhere for the right S5 when it was not available in Braman's inventory. He explained all the features of the cars, particularly the technological aspects, even after completion of the sales and I had taken delivery of the cars. His relationship with his client continues after the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Marty to anyone who is thinking of buying an Audi in the Palm Beach area. In a word: outstanding!

I recently purchased my new Audi S4 from Braman Audi of Palm Beach. My Brand Specialist was Mr. Martin Newman. Upon my arrival, I was greeted immediately and taken to the dealer lot to see the available inventory. I had leased a 2010 Q5 and had 7 months remaining. I was way over in mileage and through a program with Audi, I replaced the car with a 2012. I had equity in the old car even with the mileage. Jay is a very nice man and was very helpful.

This is our second Audi Q5. We wouldn't think of shopping with any other Audi dealer. From the moment we began our journey with Braham Audi on Okeechobee Blvd. in West Palm Beach, FL, we were welcomed. It quickly became "home". The sales experience was smooth and accurate. From the most minut detail to the largest. Even the fact that they allowed us to bring our Great Pyrenees in to see if he fit. The service was wonderful throughought our ownership. And due to the human factor, even when there was one or two slight hiccups, they were rectified immediately. Now we just upgraded to get our 2nd Q5 SLine Series. WOW!! All the bells and whistles. Marty Newman greeted my wife and I with a warm smile and firm handshake, obviously willing to work with us to achieve our goal of purchasing a "special" Audi convertible that we had seen on the Braman Audi lot. Working with us from start to finish, he was knowledgeable about all aspects of the purchasing process, from working with us on price, finding an acceptable financing formula that we were comfortable with, understanding and answering our questions about vehicle maintenance, explaining in detail but in an easily understandable manner the many specific features of the Audi we were purchasing. Our test drive experience, including both myself and my wife, included a wide variety of driving environments so we both would feel comfortable with the Audi's capabilities. He went the "extra mile" in facilitating the "paperwork" of purchasing, staying beyond his normal working hours in an unhurried, but efficient manner to explain and expedite the process. Coming from Connecticut he facilitated our need to have the Audi shipped home, taking the time and making the extra effort to accompany us to the vehicle shipping firm, to make sure we felt comfortable that our vehicle would be cared for as if it was his own. Both my wife and I couldn't be more pleased with Marty and the whole Braman team. Professional, friendly, easy to work with, and thoroughly knowledgable about the product they are selling, one can't help but be impressed.

I originally was connected to Braman through an online service called CarWoo. Braman was the only dealership that responded to my precise specifications of what I was looking for. By the time I went into the dealership for the first time, Chris Hill was waiting for me and was fully versed in exactly what I was looking for down to the different color options. Even though I was fully decided on which model I wanted, he took me out for a long test drive to make sure I was getting the car I wanted. On the ride he demonstrated his vast knowledge of the vehicle by pointing out many features that I wasn't even aware of after my detailed research. He then took me to the lot and showed me each of the different color combinations that I was interested in. When it came to negotiating price, Chris was very professional and was willing to work with me. He was very helpful in the lease vs. buy scenario. I arrived at the dealership about an hour before they closed and Chris stayed two hours past closing in order to get the deal done so I didn't have to come back as I didn't live close to the dealership. Once done, my big dilemma was how to take possession of the vehicle as I was not close. Chris offered to personally deliver the vehicle to my office the next morning which was 72 miles away from Braman. Once there he walked me through all of the features of the vehicle including every button and knob in the vehicle. He then synched my cell phone via blue tooth into the vehicle. He then followed up several times in the 2 weeks after taking possession to see if I had any questions or concerns. I can't say enough about Chris' professionalism and his willingness to go the extra mile. My whole experience dealing with Braman and in particular Chris Hill was stress free.

The overall feeling I got from this dealership is one of dishonesty and mistrust. Failure to mention the Audi loyalty discount, and then compounding it by leaving it off the bill of sale, after mentioning it to them 4 times, is very suspicious. After bringing it to their attention, somehow it was MY fault that the front liscense plate holder (NY state) was not installed, but they were willing to "share the Cost" to have it done.On the positive side, our sales rep, Herb Otten, was fine. My comments refer to others with whom I had contact at Braman.

After visiting several Audi dealers in South Florida, I became a bit discouraged. I Had dealt with Audi of Lighthouse Point and Audi of Coral Springs and found both to be not very customer friendly. I am originally from Pennsylvania and was never exposed to this type of treatment. In PA, they really make you feel like they want your business. So, I decided to explore dealers outside of my area and that is when I met Lee. From the very start, he was willing to work with me to get me the SUV I wanted at a price that was affordable to me. When the other dealers told me I would have to wait months for a car and then tried to "nickel and dime" me to death, Lee got me the car in 3 weeks and gave me a very fair price! As a former Lexus owner, I wanted to test drive the Audi and get a feel for the experience and what it could offer me. I had owned the Lexus SC430, and I did not intend to trade it in but rather looked at the Audi A4 and the Audi Q5 for a different type of vehicle.My exchanges with Lee Aksoy were fine. It was not until he brought in John Maggio into the process that my mood about Audi changed. John was condescending, arrogant, and flippant. He told me that they were used to dealing with high-end clients, high-paying clients, and clients who made "better offers." It's great he is used to working with individuals with such disposable income, but his intonations were not welcomed nor solicited. I would have walked away from his counteroffer and the entire exchange if it had not been for Lee, our interactions, and my own unique needs in the moment.In retrospect, I wish I had. There are too many Audi dealers, too many Audis to choose from, and my 'disposable income' likely would have been better spent. John was not suave, sophisticated, nor savvy. Sure, he made a sale from me but that had more to do with my momentary needs and not because I was impressed with Audi, John Maggio, or the overall experience. I remain a Lexus-at-heart guy because their customer service has met my expectations in a way that Audi has not. Disappointingly, I've never even heard from Lee or John about my car and whether or not I've been happy with my choice. Apparently, I wasn't a high-end, high-paying enough client to merit such a follow-up.

What a great experience. In stark contrast to another local high end dealership that dealt in an ethically dubious manner, at best (so I didn't do business with them), Braman lived up to the reputation of the 3 friends who referred me to them. Marc, the salesperson to whom I was referred, gave new meaning to professionalism, courtesy, respect for and satisfaction of the customer. Not to go overboard, but Marc re-defined the high end of what a car-purchasing experience should be, exceeding all expectations. When you feel comfortable that you got a good deal and they got a good deal, that they value your business, that you were not in any way given a hard sell, that your sales rep was knowledgeable even about a car they don't sell new (mine was a Mercedes, which has been amazing), you know you've got a dealer whom you can trust and go back to again and again. These guys are professionals of the highest caliber. Thanks, Marc, for finding me a terrific car and making the purchasing experience a true pleasure. I look forward to doing business with you for many years to come.

Having visited two other Audi dealerships I found the staff at Braman Audi to be knowledgeable, friendly and anxious to please. I thought we were pretty lucky when the salesman who came out to greet us when we pulled in was Marty Newman. In two days of back and forth we made a new friend in Marty and, I guess, John Maggio, the sales manager. Time will tell about the future relationship but for now it was a very good start.

I made 2 great choices recently. One was picking the Audi A6 3.0 to be my new car. The car drives and handles better than all other cars I looked at and test-drove. The other was choosing to purchase the car from Braman Audi, who was able to deliver to me the car of my choice, with the options I wanted at a fair price. However, to me, what really separated Braman from other dealerships Bramans salesperson, Rob Stirling.Robs respectful, patient and honest approach brought me back to Braman from other Audi dealers with whom I had negotiated. Even after the deal was made and I had taken delivery of my A6, Rob has made himself available to answer all questions I have about the car; and he did so with a minimum of response time.Since making my purchase, I have and will continue to recommend Braman to anyone interested in owning or leasing an Audi. Paul Montelbano was a great sales associate. He was friendly and personable; accommodating on making sure I was able to take as many test drives as I requested; and very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to explaining and answering my questions pertaining to the car. I did not make any quick decisions in my search for a car and it took me a couple of months to do so, but never at any time did I feel pressured by him. I also want to mention that, whenever Paul was not in or available, he had fellow sales associate Chris Hill as a terrific backup to help me with whatever I needed. Chris always seemed enthusiastic about working with me as a customer and sincere in his desire to help. Now that I have my Audi, I will miss seeing them as often, but it is thrilling to finally be driving the car I know was meant for me.

I had an extremely painless and stress free experience leasing my car. Rob Stribling, my salesman was the most knowledgable, efficient and helpful salesman. I have to say, the experience was actually fun! They worked with me to get me a price that was within my budget and at my preferred terms. Ron Bacak, the sales manager was also a pleasure to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend buying from this dealership. I will be referring my friends!!! Also, in my opinion, and I did a LOT of research before leasing from Braman, the Audi cars is the best on the market. I couldn't give the dealership, the people, or the car higher accolades.

This was my first experience with a luxury dealer and my very first luxury purchase-I'm so excited with my new Audi Q5 (her name is Betty). Dennis Turner was my salesperson and he made sure that we (my husband and I) were comfortable. I was impressed with his knowlege of the vehicle and how he wanted to make sure that we left with the vehicle of our choice at our price. In addition, the two finance guys, Chris (he's cute) and T.J. was also great with us. I can't imagine going to another dealership after this experience. We were trying to buy a Q5 in Florida remotely from the UK and found it difficult to find an Audi dealer who would take us seriously. The experience on the phone with other dealers was generally poor, and all insisted we 'call into the dealership' despite me explaining that this was not possible. Q5's are thin on the ground so we needed to secure one ahead of our trip so that it could be delivered ASAP on our arrival. Also, it was difficult to get an accurate trade value on our old car without us taking it to a dealer.I stumbled across Dealerrater by accident when googling Audi dealers in Florida. No surprise that other people's experience in dealing with the other South Florida Audi dealers wasn't great either. I emailed Marty purely based on other people's comments on Dealerrater, particularly as a couple of the other comments were from people who bought from him remotely. Braman was 2 1/2 hours north from us, but I felt that it would be worth the drive to get the car we wanted with an honest deal and to avoid a bad experience. From the first email Marty went the extra mile to get the car we wanted and make the deal smooth.Marty found us the exact spec Q5 we wanted from stock, but it was going to be expensive to have a tow hitch fitted as the car was at the dealer already. No problem, Marty found another one the exact same spec that was still being shipped, so the tow hitch could be fitted at the port on arrival in the U.S. much cheaper than the dealer fitting it.How can other dealers not get us a Q5 at all but Marty at Braman can find 2 the exact same in 24 hours ???4 weeks later the Q5 was ready to collect when we arrived in Florida, as promised, and Marty kept us informed of it's progress by email.Marty also gave a trade value based on my honest description of our current car over the phone. He was good to his word and once he inspected the car, and it was as I described, he gave us the price we had agreed - no quibble.Our experience at the dealership was great. Braman is 5 minutes off junction 99 of the Turnpike and the minute we walked in the door everyone was very friendly. The Q5 was immaculately presented. Marty is a fun guy and made the collection process a breeze. Laura took care of all the paperwork and was also very friendly and efficient. Would I drive 2 1/2 hours to buy another Audi from Marty at Braman ?Absolutely !If you aren't local to Palm Beach do yourself a favour and make the drive rather than put up with poor service from your local dealer.

Overall my experience with Braman Audi was positive. I've noticed that Braman dominates the West Palm Beach area, but I was still greeted promptly and in a friendly manner. I was taken seriously throughout the process. Rob was generally knowledgeable with the S5 and quickly sought out answers he did not know off the top of his head.In terms of price, I'm fairly pleased with the negotiated value, but I obviously was hoping for a bit more of a discount on the MSRP.Overall a great experience in buying my first car.

I have been using Braman Audi for service since moving to West Palm Beach. The service staff have been courteous and responsive. All work completed has been to a high standard.Based on the strong customer service, I decided to work with Braman to trade our existing Audi for a newer model. The sales rep (Dennis Turner) was very proactive and responsive. He quickly put together a trade that made sense, took care of all administrative and transfer issues, and was readily available for all follow-up questions regarding the new vehicle (both before and after purchase). Osner Jeanlouis was a very knowledgeable, friendly and highly professional sales rep to deal with from the start. I had a million and one questions, on a daily basis, and was quite annoying, I'm sure! :) Osner dealt with me with unbelievable patience and always delivered the info I needed to make an informed decision in a timely fashion and in a friendly manner. When it was time to negotiate, it was clear that both Osner Jeanlouis and Theo Ribatto have their customers satisfaction at the top of their priority list. I had actually checked dealerrater.com before starting my car shopping, and was very surprised to see Braman Audi listed so highly. I had never purchased from a Braman dealership before, but had my BMW serviced at the Braman BMW, and was not overly impressed. Many of my friends had also told me to stay away from Braman, as they were not happy of how they were treated.I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the Braman Audi dealership, and met Dennis Turner. I was interested in the Audi A5 coupe, but wanted a manual transmission. Dennis took me out in a model he had on the lot that was an automatic transmission, so that I could get a feel for it, and when he saw how serious I was about driving, also let me drive the A5 convertible model he had driven with me to the lot, back to the dealership. While I wasn't impressed with how the automatic transmission handled, I still liked the car, and was curious to see if there were any sticks available. Dennis found out that a model with a manual transmission had been special ordered but then canceled, was arriving in June, and would I like to be informed of its arrival at the dealership? I thought, sure, but still considered other manufacturers in my quest for my perfect car.Sure enough, I received emails and a phone call from Dennis, informing me of the arrival of not just the black Audi A5 that was special ordered, but also two identical Ibis White manual transmission A5 coupes that came from the factory, and when would I like to come down for a test drive? I was still trying to decide which car I wanted, and was not ready to commit yet, but kept checking the Braman Audi website for their inventory. First the black special order was sold, then one of the whites were sold. The more I thought about it, since Audi was the only dealership that even stocked any of their cars I wanted in manual transmissions, I was more inclined to purchase from them over BMW, where I would have had to special order one and wait 8-12 weeks. I contacted Dennis to arrange to test drive the one remaining white A5 coupe. I was impressed at how well the manual transmission handled in this car. It was a much better drive than the automatic, and I was hooked. But I still needed to do my pricing research, and discuss everything with my husband. A few days later, I received an email from Dennis, with a photo of the car I drove, with the caption, "Come take me home!" I thought it was cute- not too pushy, yet a subtle reminder of this gorgeous car I drove. I did so much research, I even made a spreadsheet to compare the Audi with the BMW, Infiniti and Mazda cars I was considering. Dennis and Ron, the manager, had called me with different pricing figures that they had been working on. I went to zag.com, where we had obtained a fantastic price for my husband's Infiniti, and got pricing for the a5. Although Braman was not one of the dealerships that dealt with zag pricing, neither was the Infiniti dealership that matched the price, and hoped they would meet their price. My husband and I arranged to meet again with Dennis late on a Saturday afternoon.After informing Dennis that I wanted to purchase, and didn't care about monthly payment, but bottom line what the price of the car would be, I waited for he and Ron to return with a price. I figured I would have to haggle to get the price I wanted. I nearly fell off my chair when Ron gave me the price - which was comparable to the zag.com price!! I still felt like I needed to get a better deal - and he agreed to reduce the price by $200 - the amount of the all-weather floor mats that had been included in the price of the car, something I didn't want or need. The only thing I was disappointed in - was that he could not come down another $500 - that was the amount that was shown on the Braman website when you register on the site before you come in to purchase a new car- claiming that had to be done before coming in. (We figured they probably would not meet the zag price AND take off $500.)So even though it was the end of day on Saturday, Dennis stuck around after hours to complete the sale and demonstrate all of the intricacies of my new A5. We had discovered a few smudges on the interior that the detailing department had missed; Dennis has promised that I could bring the car back and they would redo the detailing for me, at my convenience. Also, I had wanted to transfer my license plate from a previous vehicle to my new Audi, but did not have the plate with me; Dennis and Ron agreed to register the car with my tag number, and go home with a temporary plate; Dennis came by my house personally the next morning to swap out my plate with the dealer's, thus avoiding another trip back to West Palm Beach. So overall, I am more than pleased with my experience at Braman Audi. Dennis and Ron were professional, friendly, and pleasant to deal with. I would have no hesitation recommending Braman Audi to anyone I know who is in the market for a car!

Everyone was pleasant right from the walk in. Mr Marty Newman introduced himself and was listening to what I was interested in. We bought the car in less than 1 hour. Mr Walker in finance was quick and effecient. My visit resulted in a "rocket-ship" purchase and a very good experience. I have been with Bramen for at least 6 cars and this was the brightest visit.

Jay Werner greeted my husband and I when we walked into Braman Audi. He was very gracious and he listened to our needs and wants. We were only going to look at a car but he treated us so well that we decided to go ahead and purchase that day with him. Jay was honest and not pushy. We were able to make a very fair deal on the car and even after purchase Jay followed up with a very nice phone call. Our Audi Sales Team, led by Martin Newmann was professional, patient, collabrative, fun and confident in their product. I had been restructuring our "car park" over the last six months from 4 autos; MB E350 2006, Jeep Grand Cherokee 2006, Prius 2009 and a Porsche 911 Carrera 4S down to two vehicles. I had recently unloaded the MB 2006 and Jeep 2006 and purchased a new MB 2011 E 350. My wife was keen on divesting the Porsche and Prius as seed capital towards her new 2011 auto. Mia uniquely shopped around for the first time in her life and really drove the MB 350 SUV, the MB R class, the Lexus 450 SUV and the Audi Q5. I also test drove my wife's short list alone which is where I met Martin Newmann and he captured that I was primarily interested in the "cash out aspect" on the the divestment of the Porsche and Prius and secondarily, vigilent as to Mia's final selection. Martin got me to test drive the Q5 and I returned the following day with my wife. The cash out issue was resolved to my expectations and the Audi Team, again, with Martin suffering the lead role, concentrated on wrestling Mia into her Q5. 2011 or 2012, 2.0 liter or 3.2, cinnamon, pearle white or brilliant black? 18 " or 19 " wheels? B&O radio package or standard? You can get the drift on my patient and professional demeanor comment. The case/sale was happily closed to everyone's joyous satisfaction. Mia drove off in her new Q5 in time to pick up our Grandson before the squeezed 6 pm summer camp deadline. Our Grandson, AJ did exclaim, "Mia has a new Bestia Negra" to his Grandmother. Good buying experience in the showroom - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Could differentiate against the competition well.Working throught the financials, signing all the papers however felt like I was being "sold" lots of extra's, insurance for pretty much everything. Confusing in how it was presented. If I accepted all that was offered, I probably would have added about $200 to my monthly lease! Similar experience when I brought the car in for my first service. The service by the way, was the result of a trim piece that was faulty upon delivery. Bramen/Audi's issue with the new car. My "loaner" car was actually a "rent-a-car", with additional coverage to purchase being strongly suggested. Car was not washed or even hosed down prior to me picking it up so it was hard to see if all the trim that needed replacing actually happened.I have purchased a number of luxary brands over the past several years and I must say that these 2 issues are unusual.Sincerely,Jan Wahby

I purchased a new A4 for my son for college graduation. Dennis Turner was the sales rep who worked with us. He was very thoughtful, considerate and knowledgeable about the vehicles. In late December 2010, my husband and I called Braman Audi with the idea of purchasing a TT coupe through the European Delivery Program. Since that first contact, we've met and communiated via e-mail, phone and mail with numerous staff at this dealership. Everyone -- from the general manager and sales manager to several sales people and support staff -- has been extremely attentive and professional. Our primary contact has been with Martin Newman. He's shown his expertise and experience as he addressed each of our concerns and questions. Paul was very professional. We told what we wanted and he made sure we left happy. He was able to locate the exact model we wanted in the color we wanted with all the options we wanted in a matter of minutes. He then arranged for the car to be delivered to the dealership and prepped for us within 48 hours. He even picked me up at home and brought to the dealership to hand me the keys to our new car. I have been visitng Ken Dunlap at the dealership for over 2 years now, and every time it has been a very good experience. The one most memoriable is when we first purchased the Q7 pre-certified vehicle that continually was in the shop. Ken was very professional and did alot of research and made it a point to the the car in top dog shape. Martin Newman .our salesperson was very attentive. He spent alot of time trying to satisfy us with a price that we were happy with. he spent a lot of time explaining the car to us and all the small details. I am very satisfied with my entire experience. They entire staff at Braman Audi is class act and I would recommend this dealership to my friends. I will buy from them again in the future. This is my second transaction and have been very satisfied, so far.

we were welcomed into the dealership where everyone was very friendly and helpful On our first visit there were no Q5"s to drive but Marty was very good about keeping in contact with us. He contacted us as soon as a vehicle was available to test drive. The purchasing process was very simple and pleasant. The day of delivery the Q5 was waiting for us in the showroom where Marty spent an hour explaining all the features of the car and making sure we were comfortable before driving off. Marty made sure we have his cell and direct number should we have any questions or concerns. Overall, we must say this has been one of the best car buying experiences we have had.

The service that I received by my sales associate was excellect.My salesman, Marty, was persistant and a good closer...Negotiations with the sales managers where challanging at times. Had to fight hard to get the price I wanted. Made me make a number of trips to the dealership before we agreed on price; I still think they could have done better on the price. Overall, I was happy with my car buying experience.

I must think very highly of Braman Motorcars as this is the second car that we purchased from this Dealer. Paul Montelbano, our Salesman, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the A4 as well as the other models. In comparing the models, we knew that the A4 would meet all of our requirements. He answered all of our questions and gave us his full attention during the entire process. The paperwork was handled quickly and we received our new vehicle without any delay. We have also taken our car in for scheduled service and it was handled with quick, friendly service people and the vehicle was given back to us washed and clean. Our Salesman, Paul Montelbano, also took the time to say hello and inquire that we were satisfied with our purchase. He made the entire transaction enjoyable and we will certainly request Paul when we purchase another car from Braman.

Good service, easy no bull. Car is extremely reliable and I look mighty fine in it. Marty knows his stuff about cars and we have already recommended him to other people. Only problem is that I wish I lived closer to the dealership. Everything Marty said about the car is true, great style, reliable and fun to drive.

Marty's knowledge of the products he is represents and how they would benefit me. Upon first meeting, he qualified me as to the type of car, accessories and current inventory available.He arranged a test drive for me, at once, so that I could become acquainted with the differences of the 3 models that met my initial preferences. After test driving, he made the sale happen smoothly and without incident.

We purchased an Audi A4 convertible from Mr. Newman a few years ago. He was so pleasant and helpful that, when we heard about the early return plan,we decided to see him again. Unfortunately, a deal was not reached, but it was most definitely not due to Mr. Newman. He tried everything in his power and even contacted us again when we left. We are still trying to work something out. If not, we will return to Mr. Newman when our lease is up. We got his name from satisfied friends and were more than satisfied with his efforts and friendliness.

He never showed disinterest in me even when I returned a number of times with questions about different aspects of the car. My wife and I visited numerous dealerships over the last few months; as we were interested in a crossover vehicle for our next leased vehicle.I must say the experience with Mr. Newmans knowledge of the vehicle was astonishing to my wife and I.He went above and beyond to make us feel very comfortable.We had no pressure put upon us; and could not leave the dealership without agreeing to lease our new Audi Q5.He was very knowledgable in all aspects of the vehicle.We highly would recommend the dealership and Mr.Newman to any family and friends interested in purchasing or leasing an Audi.All details,pricing, financing information; were clearly pointed out to us during our visit.

When I came to Brahman audi I just wanted to see the A5. I really wasn't ready to buy, buy Martin was so awesome as a salesperson and he knew the cars inside and out and I fell in love with the car. I just wanted to say that my experience at Braman Audi, particularly with Marty Newman was exceptional. It was truly a great experience leasing my car from him. He listened to my needs and professionally answered all my questions, which made for pleasant accommodations. I feel like I was treated very well! Soon after leasing the car I had some minor transmission problems and took the car in for service. I was pleasantly surprised by follow up calls from Marty, who is not in the service department, to make sure all my needs were being attended to. To be honest it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I felt like I was sitting down with an old family friend however we had just met. I plan on being a repeat customer and will recommend Braman and Marty to my friends and family.

Braman Motorcars has performed well in all aspects of sales and service. My salesman, Martin Newman, did a great job of understanding our family needs and positioning us into the appropriate vehicle. His time and effort explaining the car, particularly electronics, was complete and very professional. Since my purchase I have recommended Audi (Mr. Newman in particular) to two close friends. The only negative to report is Audi's lack of brochures needed to make comparisons to other brands. Both BMW and Mercedes readily give first class brochures without excuses such as "Going Green" as stated by Audi. This corporate policy may save you money, but is costing you sales. Otherwise, Braman Motorcars has been great.

Dealing with Marty was a pleasure, and continues to be. He is knowledgeable both with the product he sells and also with putting the person he is dealing with in the right car. I was less than impressed with the S5 when I drove it, and was thinking about moving on to a different brand to find a 2 door but Marty suggested I give the S4 a try based on what he had heard I liked about past vehicles. He was accommodating in helping me track down a car that had the exact options I was looking for and definitely has gone the extra mile to keep me in the loop with the production and pending delivery of my vehicle. He's just a pleasant guy to deal with all around.

Being the Customer Service manager for Tiffany & Co. in Boca Raton, I encounter the same situations as Mr. Ken Dunlap does. Both being upscale retailers, our customers come to us they are usually annoyed that what they bought from us isn't working properly, and have high expectations. Unfortunately I had such an experience last Monday when my 2008 Audi A4 suddenly had a mind of its own. The vehicle was knocking and I was met with resistance when the gas pedal was pressed even slightly. It was roughly 6pm and I was on 95. After some expletive words to myself I called your Service Department and was asked to bring it right in. Luckily i was 15 minutes away. Ken was very cordial with me and within 5 minutes I was given a loaner car and told that he would let me know what the issue was. Within the next 2 days I received his call stating that the transmission had to be replaced, surprise to me, but I would not be charged for any aspect of the servicing. Thinking it would be at least a week for the work to be done, he called me that Thursday to say my car was completed.People are so quick to complain about their experiences in any retail format, so I just wanted to send you a quick note about how efficient Mr. Dunlap was. It is my thought that people come to your store because of your product, but come back because of the service they received. My expectations were surpassed. I love my A4, and know that if I have any future servicing needs, I will return to see Ken, as well as Braman for my next Audi. Q3, anyone? ;-)

Mr. Newman was wonderful to work. He saved this deal and if it weren't for him, I would be driving a BMW. Istopped into Braman after having visited another dealership who insulted me so badly that I walked out. This is after my being a very loyal Audi customer for a number of years. Mr. Newman was not only very pleasant to deal with, he was very knowledgeable about the product and took the time to listen to me and find me what I wanted. I went in, met with him, and walked out with a new lease. Because of him, I intend to go back to Braman when my lease is up in September of this year and get another new Audi!!!!!!

I can say without hesitation, that my very pleasant experience at Braman Motorcars Audi was entirely due to Paul Montelbano. He was friendly, good natured, and extremely knowledgeable. I had an overall idea of the car that i wanted with that said i have to say the staff did not push me towards anything i did not want i came in and stated i wanted an s4 and also gave the vin number that i had looked up using their websites mobile feature off my phone. Once i had looked up the vin i test drive and had a car with in 2 1/2 hours signed and all done not to mention 5k cheaper then sticker.

Ken Dunlap is a pleasure to deal with. Although there are closer dealerships, I always drive the extra distance for Ken's service. There are currently 2 Audi's in my driveway, and I wouln't purchase or service them anywhere but Braman. My car is always delivered as promised and I get no suprises when I go to pay.

I have leased THREE Audi vehicles and have had superb service during the past (almost) 10 years. I have always been delighted during every one of my visits to this dealership, and most recently, Ken Dunlap upheld all expections. Marty, my salesperson, went above and beyond in being helpful. I was seriously considering purchasing another vehicle at a different dealership. I had already taken it for a test drive twice! I was happily taken by surprise when Marty let me test drive an Audi rIght into the other dealership's lot where I parked it side by side to his competition. His actions spoke louder than his words. He knew he was promoting an excellent product and was not intimidated by the competition (Mercedes). As for Marty's personality; a great guy that both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with. Five star! Thanks for the pleasant sale experience. I love my new car! Marty Newman has sold me 2 cars since 2006. He knows everything about the Audis as well as the competitors' products. He has spoken to me on the phone when I have had questions, even on his days off. Purchasing a car from Marty has been great and that is why I plan on utilizing him again the next time I am in the market for another car.

Paul did a great job. I came in looking for a car and had one in mind. He asked me what I was interested in and showed me the car. When it was time for a test drive he asked me what package I was interested in and when I asked told him that I didn't think I could afford the more expensive one he didn't try to put me in it and I am very appreciative of that. He took me for a drive in what I asked for, which not to many people do lately.

I first went to a different Audi dealership knowing the car that I wanted and caught the sales team lying to push their inventory on me. I then called this dealer ship and spoke to Dennis who was honest and professional through out the whole sale and because this was a surprise for my wife she went back 3 weeks after the purchase and Dennis showed her how to use all the features on the car. My wife had only great things to say about him. I have purchased several cars in the past and the paperwork and financing is always the most annoying part to deal with, but Chris was outstanding and made it painless and he was even a bit under the weather at the time. Both must be great assets to your company.

Marty, upon first impression, is a friendly, agreeable, and knowledgeable sales person. My wife and I felt immediately at ease with the Q/A process of getting to know the product and services available from Braman. my experience leasing my A5 at Braman audi was simply outstanding! Martin Newman is the salesman I worked with. I cannnot say enough good things about him. He was unbelievably terrific to work with and continues to keep in touch with me, mind you im 2 years into my 3 year lease! I also would like to put in a word about the service dept. I was already a previous Audi owner and knew I wanted to purchase another Audi. The closest Dealership to me for Audi did not follow through with their service so I called Braman Audi in Palm Beach. My call was sent to Paul Montelbano who immediately impressed me with his prompt information. He had exactly the car I was looking for and started working on pricing as I had requested. I explained to him that I was an hour away and could not just pop over to make a deal. I really needed to make sure his pricing was the best he could offer off the bat. We set our appt. and he was ready to work with me once I arrived. Our deal only took approx. 1/2 hour to complete, and he had already detailed the car to be prepared for me to drive it off the lot. Paul is cordial, welcoming, and well informed on his product.Once I drove off the lot-about an hour later I noticed a scratch on the hood. I drove back to Braman to show Paul and he and the manager came up with a plan to remedy the situation so that it would not impact me to drive up again or inconvenience me. They offered to send a loaner car down after the New Year holiday and pick up my car with a flatbed and then return it to me. The professional manner in which this was dealt with was fantastic. The customer service is above and beyond at this dealership and I would drive a hour any day again to work with Paul and his team.Thank you

So far the best dealership I've visit. -- I looked for a car for over two weeks going to car dealerships everyday.-- I did not buy a couple of cars due to the sales person attitude or lack of common sense.-- At Audi Braman, i found a "normal" sales person and were resasonable when negotiating the price of the car. Very comfortable and a great deal.

Braman was able to get in a very rare car and sell it to me at a reasonable price. They are excellent at service, and they answered all my questions on operation, maintenance, etc. I give them high marks! Paul offered to come to my house and program my remote switches but I was able to do it by conferring with him via cell phone.
