The best Mazda dealer in St. Louis. Really best overall dealer if you ask me. Bought my 2012 Mazda 3 from them used and it was raining that day. The next day after I had the car home I noticed a small dent on the drivers side piller. There was no way I did that already. They told me to bring the car back in and they will fix it. They fixed it for free. This is one of many good stories that I have of this dealer, they really care about the customer.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They owe me a refund on my GAP Insurance and Raoad Service because I refinanced my car. Have been calling the service manager for over a month. Always get thrown in voicemail. After three weeks of calling I finally got the GAP Insurance refund. It is now May 31, 2016 and I started this process at the beginning of April. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend Auffenberg Mazda or their dealer group to any family or friends.

I live in Missouri but choose to drive the extra miles to have my Mazdaspeed 3 serviced at Auffenberg Mazda. Dave Alvarez is always straight forward and truly seems to go above and beyond to help me receive any applicable discounts when having my vehicle serviced. They have even offered to pick me locally at the completion of the service after I have dropped it off.

These people really do want to sell cars. As soon as I contacted TruCare USAA, I was receiving messages from them. Jon spent a lot of time with me...gave me lots of options. They sent me home with a new vehicle over the weekend while my new Mazda 3 Grand Touring SGT was being brought from Kentucky. Then Jon drove it 40 minutes to my house in West County so he could show me everything and get the garage opener and Bluetooth, etc. functioning. I've purchased a lot of cars, and this was the the best experience I've had.

Dustin did an excellent job with the explanation of various aspects of the CX-5 that we were looking at. He was not pushy at all, but rather accommodating. I highly recommend your asking for him!

Hi, I bought 2015 Mazda Mazda3 from this dealer. Sticker price was $ 20,300 and I ended up paying $ 20,500. they even included $ 1250/- as rebate and don't know how the price raised to $ 21,550 by the time of billing. Worst dealer. Mark ( finance Manager) was fired and the dealer were not able to keep up their manger's promise. Sales person ( Silas Berger) was a new joinee and he does not have enough experience in dealing issues. It took 65 days for getting me a title and that too duplicate just because of their Finance Manager;s error ( Mark)Not: don't ever fall in this dealer's trapthanksKumar

Hi, I have bought a 2015 model car from Auffenberg Mazda. Silas Berger was the sales consultant. we explained him all our requirements and what needs to be done. He nodded his head for everything. After purchasing and paying the amount, now they totally ignore my problems .they do not even respond to my phone calls or emails. such a negligence no one can accept. Mark is the worst guy you will find there, He just says something for time being inorder to convince you at the sale and after that he never gets back on that. Definitely, I would not recommend anyone to this dealer in futurethanks

I had a very pleasant experience and would purchase from here again. Jon was so nice and worked hard to get me the best deal. Mike also was very nice and even went so far as to come out to show me he found a little more savings for me and redid the contract outside at the car as I was getting ready to drive off in my new vehicle!

Aggressive pricing. Willingness to find the car I wanted. Since I live almost 50 miles from dealer, they offered to deliver car. It arrived (on a flatbed trailer) in perfect condition. Couldn't have been an easier process. BTW, pricing was a few hundred less than USAA's negotiated price; well below MSRP and 'dealer invoice.'

Mazda in O'fallon, IL is my go to place when I have any questions about my car, which is a lot. They are always on top of things, very quick to get things finished and they actually listen to you instead of trying to talk over me like most places do. Dave is the service manager and I wanted to give him a shout out for being so very nice and always helpful. Everyone there is great! Mazda is the only place I trust the people to work on my RX8. Good job guys, thank you for being such a great business to come to!

I went to Auffenberg Mazda to see what kind of deal I could get on a new Mazda CX-5. I knew exactly what I wanted, I have relatives in the car business and I wasn't ready to play any games and was expecting to have to.I was focused and ready to leave at first sign of any BS.Jason Hall, our salesman was awesome!!Not only did he not play games, he was honest, thorough, super friendly, and not only did he take the stress out if buying a vehicle, but actually made it an enjoyable experience for both my wife and I. I should mention that the manager was fantastic as well as the finance guy for working with us to get the best rate possible.Will definitely recommend Auffenberg Mazda to my friends!!

I dealt with Jason Hall and wanted to express that he was amazing. I had never bought a new car before. The thought of negotiating with car dealerships can be a hassle and intimidating. If you look for tips online, a lot of people compare it to getting a root canal. That was my frame of mind when I stepped in. I have never been happier to be wrong. Jason was nice and a pleasure to deal with. The whole team at Auffenberg was friendly whenever we came in. Even though it took us a few trips to decide to buy, in the end it was all worth it. He is an asset to your company and he has single handedly made Auffenberg Mazda my first port of call the next time I need a car.

I lost a mini cooper to a deer and thought I wanted another mini but mazda opened my eyes. I have a mazda3 which is a very reliable and exceptionally performing car since I love to zoom zoom! The whole experience was great the people awesome. Thank you! I will definitely recommend yo guys.

There is NO WAY I would rate this dealership so high! They NEVER fixed anything on the first trip! They were very friendly and wanted to get a good rating from me, but with the difficulty of me finding time to get my car there it was certainly never convenient for me to RETURN to get it fixed properly! I'm sorry, but cannot rate them highly for service! Frankly, I find it hard to believe this rating

I was in the market for a new mazda and applied for financing before I heading down to the dealership.Jon called me within 30 minutes to set up a time to make the deal.The dealership was about 40 miles away,but the price he quoted was worth the drive!I arrived at the dealer at 11am on Monday,Jon didnt have the car in stock but quickly located one and then went to take care of my trade in.He was extremely pleasant and came across as geniunely helpful and not just trying to make a commision.I didnt want to spend all day at the dealership so Jon got everything done in about an hour and arranged for someone to go pick up my new car.I was given a very nice loaner car to drive in the meantime.2 days later (due to my work commitments) I went to pick up my new car.It was even more beautiful than I imagined!Jon walked me thru all the features and options and I was on my way!I never once felt pressured to do anything or felt "talked" into anything.Top to bottom,a super clean,super friendly dealer that I would go back to in a heartbeat

We received fast friendly service. We knew what we wanted and they helped us to achieve that goal. We were not left alone at anytime or made uncomfortable. We had purchased from this dealership before, but it was not assumed that we remembered anything from before and refreshed our memory and made sure we understood everything.

I bought a mazda 6 not long ago from Auffenberg Mazda. I really love this car. It is both sporty and comfortable and the car is loaded with great features. It was very easy to deal with the sales staff there. I got a great trade in and other incentives and ended up with a great price and deal. If you want a Mazda, go to Auffenberg.

The staff were very friendly and I was greeted immediatley upon arrival to the dealership. They were able to answer any questions I had about the Mazda brand. I got a great deal on an awsome car that I love. I really appreciated they way they handled the sale. They were very honest and upfront about the terms of the sale and how the financing would work. I left with a full tank of gas and a clean car.

Everyone that I spoke with was very knowledgeable of the car that I was looking at (CX7). I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle. They have a great selection, and they are all very friendly. My car buying experience was simple, which was not what I had expected when buying a new car.
