It seems like they are not very motivated to sell cars. They have 2 of the exact car I want to buy with cash, and both have been sitting on their lot for a couple of months. But they won't give me the Carfax. I'm gonna have to know the history of the car I am buying before I fly across the country to buy it. It seems like a pretty petty thing. I guess they just aren't interested in selling cars to people that don't need financing and n know EXACTLY what they want.

I was in a jam and needed to get into a van or suv with just a trade in and 0 money down, and Carlos made it happen for me. I am not stoked about the payment especially since I am coming from having no car payment to paying a little more than I wanted but I was just happy I was able to get into something last minute. The van is nice and roomy for me and my little ones, and Carlos explained everything to me. Thank you guys for helping out this single mother during the holidays.

Overall, had a very good experience at the Avondale Auto Action on Dysart Road. The slowest part of the process that could be a little quicker would be the finalization of financing and the temporary tag process. Tony was very professional, representing the company in good regard, very professional, easy to work with, apologetic for the long wait time, and very approachable. The facilities were in fair condition, with the office being clean overall with necessary computer wiring and upgrades in progress at the time of the visit. Disappointed that the water fountain was not working at the time, but bathroom facility was clean and in working order. Overall pleased with the general overview and process, especially in the time of need of having a vehicle for work purposes.

I originally went to the Glendale location and had nothing but issues! was about to walk away from the dealership when I contacted the Avondale location. Carlos was AMAZING! he not only personally got the jeep I was looking at from the mesa location but kept us updated during the whole process (unlike the Glendale location!). they are a short term lease company. 3 years and the jeep is mine. this company so far is amazing, I get 3 free oil changed just for going through them which I have not heard of a dealership ever doing. If you are looking for a easy application process and want a sales person that actually cares I would definitely take the extra mileage and time to hit the Avondale location. by far the best dealership experience I have ever had.

I went the Auto Now dealership located in Avondale, AZ, off of Dysart Rd. and Van Buren St. Right away I was greeted by Tony who was eager to assist me. Even after a bankruptcy Tony was able to assist me with obtaining a vehicle loan for a Ford Focus. Carlos went over all the paperwork with me when I purchased the vehicle and ensured that I understood all of the fine print. I would highly recommend Tony and Carlos to my friends and family. Tony and Carlos were both honest and made buying a car stress free, unlike other dealerships in the past.

I visited the Auto Action in Chandler on Ray and Arizona Ave. It was very helpful indeed! I was in urgent need of a vehicle and Vincent did an amazing job attending to every need. Not just mine, but as well of others. He was able to multitask and get me out of there with a great car! I visited the Avondale location on Vanburen and Dysart Roads and these guys are great!! Friendly, fast, and they listen to what you want. They worked with my situation and didnt try to talk me into some thing that wouldnt work for my family! I drove away in a car we are all sure to love with the down payment that fit my budget! The salesmen were fantastic! We came in and told them what we were looking for and what we wanted to pay and they showed us options within that range. Its a bit more pricey than what you should pay for the vehicle but for someone needing a quick car, this is a good place to go.

I can only be honest when it comes to customer satisfaction. The gentleman that I worked with gave me the best car purchasing experience ever. We moved here from Maryland, the vehicle we had died and we needed a car fast. My credit is far from perfect but Auto Action stands by their advertisement when they say everyone is approved and down payment is low. Rick at the South Phoenix location was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. We weren't sure what we wanted, but living here we needed it to be fuel efficient. Rick is not just about making a sale, he made sure that not only did we get a reliable vehicle but something that we really wanted. He took us to 3 lots before we actually found something we really liked and stayed after closing to finalize the contract. He is AWESOME and we appreciate the extra effort and his outgoing personality. The Kia was clean, low miles, nice body and runs like new. The facilities were clean and cool. We would come here again and refer Auto Action to anyone and everyone.
