The service team here is a great one! They did the service expected, and pointed out some other areas that will need attention in the future. There was no hard sell, just pointing other things they noticed while the car was up in the air. Great job as always AA, thank you!

Due to an upcoming Track Day event, my car needed a Tech Inspection done performed on it. As a new customer to Auto Assets I did not know how fast I would be able to be fit in. Rob (service manager) was able to quickly have the inspection performed and fix a minor maintenance issue (found during the inspection). I was surprised with how fast everything was done, I had dropped the car off at 8 AM and was able to picked it up at 3 PM, yes in the same day. I was also very impressed with the photo's of the car the technician took at each of the inspection points. When Rob called asking if I wanted to have my maintenance issue fixed I reviewed the photo and told him go for it. I will be returning to Auto Assets in the near future, hopefully not on such a short notice.

I was pleased by the whole process. Very thorough and complementary inspection followed by timely repair. Communication exceeded any past experience at other shops. It had been a few years since my last visit and the progress this business has made on so many levels was impressive. Chip, thank you for the Saturday “code” reading, above and beyond the expected.

Auto Assets scheduled very quickly. Team was very kind, courteous, and professional. They are very thorough and most of all honest, unlike the other guys. Prices are reasonable and fair. I recommend servicing your vehicle with them if you have not done so yet.

In two days, I was able to drive home in my dream Jeep Wrangler. All because of Zach at Auto Assets. I have been shopping around for months, and once I found this beauty, Auto Assets did everything they could to make sure I got to drive her home. 10/10 recommend this dealership and specifically Zach for your next car! Highly recommend! Recently traded in my A4 for an A8 with these guys. The buying process went very smoothly, no pressure on the sales side. Had a hiccup leaving with the car, one of the headlight stopped working as I was pulling out of the parking lot coupled with an issue with the hood latch. Headlights on these cars are not cheap to replace. These guys stepped up and made everything right making sure everything was fixed. I live in Dayton over an hour away, they drove the car to me after the car was fixed. Really impressed with their service. I worked with Rich, he's a class act. Next time I'm looking for a car, they'll be at the top of my list.

I purchased a 911 from Auto Assets and it was one of the best buying experiences I ever had. Rich and Chip were great to deal with, straight forward about he car and flexible in negotiations. I would highly recommend purchasing from them. The best part was the entire buying process took less than an hour!

This is not your typical car buying experience. They are dedicated to making sure you dont just like what you bought.but make sure you LOVE it. Throughout the purchasing process, I was kept up to date, advised of any unforeseen issues and communicated with via multiple mediums(phone, text and email). Quite simply, this is what car buying should be like. Ive used there service shop on many occasions and theyve earned my business in purchasing cars. This company is a class act from top to bottom and I recommend them.

Hands down the best service experience I have had at a car dealership in my life. This place was absolutely amazing. They had a crew that was top notch and took care of every one of our service needs for our daughter's mini cooper. Matt especially was great! Purchased a GTI from this dealership recently. Car was better than advertised. WAY better. It looked like it came out of the show room. Given that I live about 3 hours away, this was very helpful. They had all of the service documented on the car and were very transparent about its condition. One of the service personnel actually did a full under-carriage inspection with me! He put the car up on the lift and walked through everything with me. I am knowledgeable enough but no mechanic so it was certainly a huge help. To make a long story short, if you are in the market for a VW/Audi or whatever is on their lot, this is the guy you want to buy a car from. I seriously doubt you will find a better dealer anywhere.

These guys are amazing. They have worked on my car a lot of times and helped me fit the propper performance parts for my Audi. I love doing business with them as they have never let me down. They helped me narrow my choice of cars and saved me from buying a defective car.

Chip treated us great. It was closing time but he stayed opened for us, we took our time, we took the car for a test drive and we were never rushed or pressured. I had a concern with the car and he told me if it did not go away or get worst he would take care of it. He did just that, I was concerned and took it back for them to look at, bottom line he took care of problem and is a man of his word. We got a great low mileage Audi for a great price,

Auto Assets is the place to buy a used imported car. Chip and the guys know their stuff. I have bought two cars at AA in the past three months and have taken cars there for service for several years. I always feel like I get a fair deal.

We recently purchased a used vehicle from Auto Assets. The dealership was clean and the staff were very professional. The entire experience was easy and painless. We noticed the AC wasn't working properly right after purchase and they got us in quickly and repaired it without charge. Overall this was a very good experience and we will definitely return there in the future.

I have been doing business with Auto Assets since 2002. I have purchased 5 cars there in this time. I bring all of my cars here for service as do my family and friends. In a time when the "stealership" cares more about profit than the customer, it is GREAT knowing you can actually TRUST someone with your car. Thanks Guys

After being frustrated with a local VW dealer's lack of customer service and a personal touch, I went in search of a better, more personal experience and found it at Auto Assets. They took great care of my Passat and I eventually traded it in on a Audi A4 on Chip's lot. Whether servicing your car or selling you a car, there is always a personal touch with Chip and his staff. Every time I call or walk through their door, I am always greeted with a smile and a "how's it going?".

I have used Auto Assets for repair of my cars for several years. I hav also purchased two cars through them as well. They do what they say they will do. They tell you what needs to be done, without trying to "sell" unneeded repairs. All the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate of the customer.

I was looking for a slightly used truck. After visits at other dealerships, find one at Auto Asset. Not only the truck matched what I was looking for, Chip was very professional and pleasant. He actually agreed to meet us for a test drive on December 26, despite the fact that his business was closed ( I only realized it once we got there). Nice guy, nice business. Would definitely go back to that place, much more personal and friendly than the big names.

I've had great experiences already with both owner and staff. I especially appreciated the thorough and realistic conversations we had prior to my (pre-owned VW Passat) purchase. Since taking ownership, too, the owner in particular has proven to be a man of his word. These guys love cars. I highly recommend 'em.

Being a woman sometimes you feel like a car sales man will take advantage of you for what they think to be your lack of knowledge about cars, it was not this way for me at all at auto assets. I was more than impressed with Chip and his team, which felt more like a family. I knew walking out of there i got the best deal on a car that i can depend on. I felt like my dad was selling me a car, there where no pushy sales men calling all the time. I also feel very good that if anything ever does happen to my new saab that i can take it there for service and repairs and know again that i will not be getting ripped off. One of the best experience i have had with buying a car.

Ive been dealing with Chip and Matt at AA since 2004. They have always been very helpful in helping me and my modified vw's. I work in the industry and know how hard it is to find people that go out of their way to help you out. I always get this at AA. I will continue to choose AA for my performance/repair needs.

We have been using Auto Assets for nearly 20 years at this point. And we found them quite be accident then! The staff, owner and mechanics have always treated us with the utmost care. Just as if we valued friends and family. I personally feel respected there and always much safer on the road because of their fine work. Everyone is always cognizant of our budget also. We have had 5 VW's over the years and they are the best and most honest repair shop we have been fortunate to have in our lives for the last 3 cars. And we keep our cars 10 years and generally hit 200,00 miles mostly Thanks to Auto Assets care. Thanks you so very much!

I have been in the Powell,Ohio area for 9 years and I have all three of my vehicles maintained at Auto Assets. The techs are highly trained,the management informed and the quality of service is unsurpassed. The oil service,not oil change,is the best in the area. Any questions you have will be answered by any of the knowledgable staff or management. All repairs are throughly explained before work commences. The building is clean and the staff friendly. Going in for repairs is never easy but this repair facility makes it economical and expedient.

I've had the experience to buy and sell cars with this great group of people. They are open and honest about the cars they sell and apply no pressure to close a deal. I looked at and drove several cars over several months, each time welcomed back but with no pressure to buy. If you need a used car, I would highly recommend going to see the great staff at Auto Assets.
