I submitted all of my financial paperwork and was approved for purchase on a vehicle. I was informed there was another off, but mine was submitted first and would be worked as such. My sales representative Ryan informed me I would receive a call back regarding putting a deposit down to hold the vehicle. After six attempted phone calls, and 18 hours later, I was informed by another sales representative that he was selling the car to someone from New Hampshire who was flying in after my scheduled appointment. I was informed my offer would not be considered before his despite mine being submitted first, the other offer did not have to put down a deposit, and that with sales representatives both working a sale this is just something that happens. Unless you are on the lot, don't bother inquiring about a vehicle with this dealer.

I went to go check out a car that I saw online and was helped out by Zak. He told me everything that was up with the car, what work was done on it, what modifications it had on it, and pointed out the dings and dents. Zak made the process extremely easy of purchasing a car. I didn't feel like I was forced into the purchase. I will definitely go back there if I buy a car in the future. If you go talk to Zak, he knows whats up with the cars he's selling and will tell you in detail of what work went into it and what is wrong with it. Do know that their prices are non negotiable so keep that in mind.

After unfortunately totaling my old Honda Accord, I desired to get an upgrade. However, I was worried that purchasing a much nicer car would put a deep hole in my pocket. Fortunately, a friend of mine referred me to Auto Boutique Chicago. After driving compact sedans my whole life, my eye's were set on buying a beautiful Audi. Upon entering, I was greeted with excellent customer service and received assistance right away. I told them about my situation and what I was looking for. They were extremely knowledgeable and steered me in the direction of an amazing Audi A8. At no point, did I ever feel they were pushing me or forcing me into any decisions. After browsing all of their stunning European cars in their inventory, I happily committed to the pre-owned Audi. Making the purchase was a breeze and I received all necessary information regarding the history of the vehicle. I ended up coming back for all my maintenance services as well, due to their overall knowledge and affordability. Overall, I would definitely recommend Auto Boutique Chicago for anyone looking for an optimal car buying experience and for anyone looking for affordable car service!

Had a great experience buying a car from these guys. Staff was knowledgeable about the car, very helpful both on the phone and in person and easy to work with. I did not feel pressured in any way as you often do in a car sales situation. Transaction was smooth and efficient. Thanks for all your help in buying this car and for making it a good experience. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Great people to deal with. Staff was knowledgeable and upfront with any issues with the car that had been resolved/repaired. Facilities were modern and clean. Everyone was very helpful. Appreciate everything guys!

Auto Boutique Chicago really took the pain out of the normal dealership/mechanic experience. Not only were they honest and up front about my repairs, but they also were extremely helpful in walking me through the car buying process. I left with a great car for a fair deal. The owner/GM Zak really knows his stuff--he fixed an issue with my previous car that no other mechanic could solve. Overall experience was an A+ and would recommend this place to anyone.

The guys over at Auto Boutique really take the stress out of the car buying process. Adam was easy to deal with throughout the scheduling and coordinating around my work day, and Zack took me around the car and pointed out a few little cosmetic flaws I probably wouldn't have noticed myself. They are all around honest guys which the car industry needs more of. I can feel confident that their won't be any surprises about my car down the road, and feel confident that I'll receive the same level of treatment when I return for service at some point.
