I visited several BMW dealers and most of them were so diffcult to deal with and gave greedy prices. I came over to Auto Expo and Mo really helped me out. Excellent sales rep and very fair. He gave me a great price, and the exact car i wanted. I had been researching my car for months and by the end I cam to the conclusion Mo was being the fairest dealer. Its really not much of a decision to make, if your looking for good and fair service go on to Auto Expo and meet Mo. BTW my 2014 BMW 535i xdrive is my dream car.

I searched quite a bit for the vehicle i wanted, when i came across auto expo I saw that they had the best price and the best package on the car, so I went in to take a look. I met with my sales guy, Mo, he sat with me and we went over my wants and needs - he is very detailed and professional, but very personable.. great sense of humor... after a short period of time, he just felt like a friend (with lots of knowledge) accompanying me to buy a car! Ronnie, who handles finance is another doll, very accomodating, he worked out my finance in a way that fits me perfectly! Needless to say the car was a GO, after all I knew what I came for.. but I wasn't expecting to leave with a couple of new friends. You guys rock! Thanx!

We came to the dealership today to purchase a BMW x5d. They said the car would be ready 2 days ago and when we arrive to test drive it, it was filthy. The car had also been smoked in and that wasn't described in the description online. Upon further inspection of the vehicle we found out it had been in some sort of accident and work had been done repair to the rear end (despite a clean carfax). They worked with us on price and were planning to clean the car up. We went to pay for the car only to find out from Ronny there was a hidden fee of over $2,500 that was not disclosed even after we spoke to both Danielle and Angela, who told us the ONLY fees besides the cost of the car were taxes and DMV fees. The car was completely misrepresented (it had been in an accident!) and the dealership tried to charge us almost $3,000 in additional, unnecessary fees. We will NOT be buying a car from Auto Expo and unless you want to make a questionable purchase and pay exorbitant hidden fees, we dontalked recommend you do either!

I was interested in buying a BMWX5 diesel and made an appointment 2-3 days in advance. I asked over the phone ( talked to Megan) are there any major concerns about the car like deep scratches, nicks etc. They said the car was clean and it will be ready and waiting. I drove 4 hours to get there only to see disaster. The car was not ready at all and the scratches and nicks were barely reparable. They said they are gonna try to buff it out and it will take 40 minutes but when I came back they didn't touch the car. we talked to manager and he said its gonna be taken care of only to see car buffed out in the front of our eyes outside. The manager then tried to low ball us giving only $9,000 for our trade that was worth at least $12k and only then, after spending our whole day wandering around and nobody caring, we decided to call it a day and go home. Not professional at all

I drove from Boston to New York in hopes of buying a car at Superior Motorcars Inc, but unfortunately their customer service was horrendous and I walked away. Luckily on my way back I came across Auto Expo which especialized in 5 Series with the M Sport package. Mo Sadian who's an expert in 5 Series was extremely helpful in the process of finding my ideal car. The customer service was second to none and the deal they gave me couldn't be matched anywhere in the area. This has been my best car buying experience by far. I would recommend anyone to shop at this great dealer.

I got referred to auto expo by a co-worker, and she told me that they are the #1 top dealer and they will make it possible in every way to make you leave with a vehicle. I drove all the way from bridgeport ct, to experience everything she told me was absolutely correct and the truth. I bought a 2014 bmw x3 fully loaded and I'm loving it already. This is my 3rd car I'm buying and the other 2 dealers I dealt with was not perfect *5 like auto expo. I will 100% recommend then to any and every one, the are phenomenal at the Miracles they do. Do not second guess to come let them be your first choice. Make you ask for MO (he's great).

I called the dealership with questions about pricing. I live far and Angella assured me she would make sure I was taken care of once I came in. I came in to see a Mercedes c300 but left with a GLK, I'm in love! Angella was patient and answered all my questions over the phone and even texted the directions to me when I got lost! September 2016 - Yuryi & Sam = "You're approved for the Mercedes CLS3500". "I give you MY WORD! I wouldn't make you drive all the way here (2 hrs.), for nothing"! Spent the day before from 1pm - 5:30pm waiting for "finance" to approve the loan. "You car is waiting, come on down". WHAT MOTIVATES PEOPLE TO BE DECEITFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL & DOWN RIGHT LIARS??? I just don't get the mentality and character (or lack of) from YURYI & SAM!! Needless to say, their story changed and now the terms of the agreed upon contract changed drastically!! DO NOT - Trust, Believe or Bother Wasting Your Time! There are SO MANY MORE dealership in the immediate area that are HONEST & PROFESSIONAL you can buy from! **CONSUMER BEWARE** These people are a joke! I just don't get their mentality........I received your response with regards to YOUR fellow co-workers. I assure you, you do - or had employees named Sam Khawaja, Angella Nektalov & Yuiry Bolytan at the time, when I visited your dealership. Believe me.... I drove from Maryland to NY because the Mercedes in in MD was over priced and the mileage were to high. Went to NJ look and 3 other Mercedes and they all needed work or over priced. Diana helped me out and was very friendly even she called me and text me on her day off just to make sure I was still coming. I came for 1 car and left with a newer model and less miles for a 30 dollar increase on payments. Yuriy works magic when it comes to financing the car and covers the best options for warranty. I would definitely recommend that people go to get a car and ask for Diana. My trip was well worth it.

THe insurance quote i got was beyond my budget so i told him to refund the deposit. Its been more than 2 weeks the sales guy doesnt picks call, doesn't responds mail. I call more than 6 times every day and every time i get hold of him he says you will get tomorrow (Still i havnt received the deposit yet). They don't have any one who can handle my complain or take the matter seriously, they all transfer the call to the same sales guy who never picks up call or responds to email / voicemail. Extremely Extremely disappointed

To say the least, our experience with this dealership was a huge disappointment. We saw a listing for an Audi Q7 online. No price for the car was listed but the listing promised a payment of $407 a month. My husband called the dealership and inquired how they reached this payment number. He was told that the payment was based on a down payment of $3000 plus tax and fees. So my husband paid a visit to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. There were a few issues including the fact that the Push button start was not working. After checking the car he was told that that button issue would be a quick fix taking only about an hour. While he was there he confirmed what he was told on the phone that with a $3000 down payment we would be looking at a monthly payment of $407. My husband was assured that the information he had received was accurate and so on this basis he scheduled a time for me to bring our trade-in car in to be evaluated and for me to look at the car. The first red flag was when I got to the dealership they acted like they had no idea who my husband had Spoken to or where he would've gotten his information. The salesman Sam told me that the best price they could do on the new car was $34,995. With the down payment of $3000 that would've put us above the monthly payment promised. But Sam assured me that we would be able to make up the difference with our trade in. At first they offered me $9000 for my trade-in, when I told them that the Kelly bluebook trade-in value was $10,600 Sam said he would talk to his manager and see what they could do. When he came back he said they would be willing to give us $10,000 which meant after they paid off my car we would have $1000 to use towards the new car. Only AFTER hearing this did we agree to a credit check and begin the finance process. And that is when the real lying began. When I went to meet with the finance manager Avi The story changed, and he told me the most we would ever get for our trade-in was $8500. When I asked him why the other salesman had said $10,000 there was much confusion, and Sam tried to backpedal and tell me that I didn't really understand what he had been saying. But magically after having me wait 20 minutes they came back and told me they would be able to honor the original offer of $10,000. Then Avi sat back down and proceeded to tell me that we have applied for a special kind of financing that had a balloon payment at the end. When I said that we had never been told about that, and asked why no one told my husband that days ago his answer was "well why didn't your husband ask"Ridiculous ! Obviously they put a low number on the ad to entice people to come and blindside them with this information after they've already run your credit .... Shady!!! So I inquired as to what this balloon payment would be $9600 !!!!!! Now I am not a mathematician but I was told the price of the car with $34,995. And if you take 72 payments of 407+ $3000 you come up with a total of $32,000 but I'm being told I have a balloon payment of almost $10,000 at the end? That would take the total price of the car to $42,000. That is $7000 more than we were told the car cost. LIARS!!!!! In addition to the absolute deceit on the price, now we were being told that to fix the pushbutton we should probably have the car sent directly to Audi and we would need to schedule a time to come back and do that. So they're asking us to sign a loan for $42,000 for a car that we can even use the start button ????These guys are the worst kind of criminal... They smile and act as if they are doing you a favor by taking your " undesirable" car off your hands, while they take advantage of the unsuspecting consumer. Please do not waste an entire day of your life like I did and listen to their lies and schemes just to get you in the door. They fit the bill of a slimy used car salesman to a tee.

I called again and spoke to a different person who said she'd call me back. Never called! We are 3 hours away and I explained to each person that before we drive that distance we need answers. Not only was i miss-treated and not given customer satisfaction from beginning to end at two local dealerships that were nothing but crooks, which they took advantage of me and kept my deposits. Received offer from this dealer for my vehicle online. When we went there, first limited on-site parking, then receptionists asked for our keys to valet told her had to be looked at, asked for our insurance card told not necessary, finally met agent who had us wait a very long time. Then they made much lower offer then on line and below even trade in value at other dealership. I consider this a deceitful way to do business.

First of all the Porter had a accident with the car that I prchased and the dealership wanted to offer $200 for the damage. The accident happen on the property of the dealership and they attempted to buff out the damage, but the compound used came right off at the car wash. The car would not pass inspection because the tires were horrible and unsafe and the tint had to be removed they wanted to pay $70 for low profile tires on a Mercedes, that isn't going to happen. Then the check engine light came on, so the smart person would contact the dealer because the car wasn't 30 days old. Do your homework before you decide to purahase and the only person you can trust is Ali, he is very helpful. This says so much the sales rep no longer works there. Bebi knows her job and she does it well. I had to call my attorney, file a complaint with the New York Attorney General's Office and contact my Insurance Company.

Picked up a pre-owned BMW X3 this week and I love it! Max made the whole car buying experience a breeze and Avi was very helpful in financing. Purchasing a car can be so stressful but Max streamlined the process by doing almost everything over the phone so when I went in to pick up the car, my time was not wasted and I felt like an appreciated customer. First, I spoke to Angella on the phone prior to my visit, i asked her if a particular vehicle was still in their lot and she confirmed that it was still available and she will have it ready for me by 3pm for a test drive. I called 30 minutes prior to my visit, to confirm our appointment and a new receptionist confirmed the appointment. When i arrived the sales guy "looked" in their inventory and stated that the vehicle was "just sold" but had a few other similar vehicles. They showed me a "comparable vehicle", one year older, higher miles, and $5k higher. Our sales guy called his manager "Ali" to negotiate the price and he only came down to match the price which made NO SENSE since this vehicle was older and had 30k more miles. Luckily we didn't make a purchase. Once we got home and checked auto trader again they had listed the same exact car they were selling me for $25k was now listed for $22k.

Diana Rollins gave me the best dealership experience I've ever had - hands down. She's attentive, returns calls promptly, and is extremely effective without resorting to tacky or tasteless high-pressure tactics. Most importantly, she's honest. She gained my trust very early on and was able to get me a great deal. Often the car shopping experience is a tiring, daunting one. Salesmen often lure buyers in with "bait-and-switch" tactics only to waste the buyer's time in the end. Not Diana, she is authentic through and through. I had a very minor service-related issue with the vehicle shortly after my purchase. Diana gave me the same attention and dedication that she did during the buying process an had the issue resolved immediately. I've worked with other so-called sales professionals who won't even return your call once you drive off the lot - Not Diana. Highly recommended if you're looking for a late model luxury vehicle. Be ready to drive off the lot in something new when you visit - she's THAT good!

First off I want to make very clear that NO ONE hired me or asked me to leave this message. I wanted to do this myself. I went to auto expo with "NO CREDIT" they got me approved and got me a car I'm in love with, after leaving the dealership like most people I wasn't sure of how the contract work and auto expo made sure I understood and even told me they are here to make sure I'm 100% satisfied which they kept their word on. John ronnie angelo and Kim is amazing!!! They had the car I wanted at a fair price and, reading all the good reviews that they had on their website, decided that buying a car from them would be a safe bet. They gave us a call and told us that the car we were looking for was ready. We spent three and a half hours waiting for the car to arrive. The headlights weren't working, and the brakes needed to be replaced. The car spent several days at the shop, and the headlights still needed work. I received the bill of sale and payments were not as agreed. They were good about following up about the discrepancies, but it has been almost a month and I'm still waiting for things to be resolved. Not the worst experience in my life, but I definitely would have my bought my car elsewhere if given another chance.

I seen what I was looking for online and drove 44 miles from Suffolk to test drive the truck that they had advertised. I talked to Diana Rollins on the phone and she told me all the facts of this vehicle. As my wife and I pulled up in our car. Diana recognized the car from the phone call we had. Diana is a very good salesperson. She is always on the run doing her job. Always had dealer plates in her hand while walking to and from the office. We went on a test drive and we loved this car. Her phone is always dinging. That means she is a great salesperson. She is truly into her job. I got some money off for being a USMC veteran and I was very happy about that. Avi Eitan will work with you and call you back and forth all day if needed very professional. A car sale is annoying everyone is always weary about Car dealers even my wife & I. We were taken care of and even happy with the trade in price that we got for our baby. Ronny Eitan is very professional as well. He did all the paperwork and asked if we wanted to extend warranty. Everything has a price. Nobody wants to be taken. I am going to recommend this Dealership and tell them to go to Diana Rollins who even came in on her day off to finalize this sale. I think this dealership is very professional and all of their cars are High Class. We are going to miss our 2012 Cadillac CTS coupe but we are having a baby girl so we need a bigger 4 door vehicle. CI had previously bought a Mercedes from Diana about 10 months ago and loved the car and loved the service they offered at Auto Expo so it only seemed fitting that when I decided I wanted a truck that I go back! I called Diana and she literally had me in a truck within 12 hours and the crazy part is that they usually Don't even carry trucks there; being impressed was an understatement. The reason why I continue to use Auto Expo and go to Diana is simple; the customer service and knowledge of what they do is incredible and their kindness is infectious. I highly recommend Auto Expo in Great Neck, NY to anyone interested in a luxury car. They're affordable and they will work with you! I wish Diana nothing but the best. Friendly fast talkers. I just got my second vehicle in a 2 car deal. My first car is performing very well so far and the second is clean as a whistle. My scheduled oil change was free except the charge for synthetic oil.I believe they get most of their cars at end of lease auctions so they should be pretty well taken care of.Prices and rates are fair. My credit was fair at best but they know banks that got me financed the same hour. My rate is not 2.9% but I am paying more than the monthly minimum so total interest paid shouldn't be too much. I paid blue book for my first vehicle because it is pretty rare. My saleswoman Diana Is energetic and I could get her on the phone directly about half the time. When I left a message, she would normally get back to me the same day. She knows her vehicles and is very hardworking and relatable.If you want a late-model Mercedes or BMW with a reasonable amount down, Auto Expo should be one of your first dealers to visit. Although not perfect, they can get you approved and driving a great car in one day!

They are lucky I can't go into the negative rating with them, the sales rep Jean was a good guy he was trying to help sell a car at the end of the day. But his sales Manager bald guy in the back named Avi something like that was very rude and needs etiquette classes on customer service. I went there with my own bank loan and the sales manager persuaded me to run my credit thru them he said he can get a better rate thru MCU probably a better rate b/c if I didn't he wouldn't make any money on the vehicle that he would sell me so after an hour of going back and forth. I let them run my credit since they said they have relations with MCU after another hour they came back out and told me I need to call this number so I so what's this Avi turns to me and says I have a credit for alert on my credit that I need to call and give them some information so they can run my credit on the paper it said some of the credit union which he specifically said he deals with MCU all the time I go ahead and tell him that's not what you said he starts yelling at me saying we don't deal with the bank I was appalled my girlfriend turns around and says what are you serious you just wasted our time so he starts yelling at her know we both going back-and-forth with him yelling and us yelling like we did something to him I thought we were customers and proper etiquette comes in this isn't the Boiler Room Avi your not on Wallstreet this isn't Wolf of Wallstreet you didn't lose the deal of the century if it wasn't for Jean calming everyone down we don't know how far Avi would have taken it. After Avi walked backed into his office I then proceeded to still talk to Jean to see what kind of deal he had on the table so the ad lists the vehicle for 23,495 right so he comes out with some numbers showing at the end of the deal I would be paying xxxx near 31,000 for the vehicle just by signing it watch the fine print it states of they finance you with 2,000 down it drops to that price. If I brought the car with my own bank I would have to pay 25,495 plus 1,000 they would charge me for not getting the loan thru them. I laughed and I walked out of that place with my pride and not letting a ripoff company jerk me.

Let me first say that I went to other dealers where I immediately felt disappointed and deceived to the point that I was afraid to put my hard earned money in their hands. I started my car buying process on 6/27..My brother purchased his Mercedes c300 from Diana Rollins and spoke highly of her Attentiveness and Ability to get him in the car of his dreams and at a price he could afford. My Sales agent was, and will be again, Diana Rollins. She did take the time to get me into another vehicle of my liking when the first deal fell through because of financing due to a former Bankruptcy. Ronnie Eitan, the Financial Manager, arranged the financing for my second choice. Bottom line, was he got me approved for X amount of money at a workable monthly payment. This dealership handles nothing but Value Rated, Mercedes Benz and BMW ' s. I have gotten nothing but compliments on my ( new to me ) 2012 E 550 Coupe. i went there all the way from conn. i was pre approved over the phone send all my papers they need then went too the lot too see diana she was my sales rep i test drove a 2012 bmw beautiful car then the xxxx iti was told my pyment with 3000 down were going to be 328 with 6 percent then i asked that i see the figures before signing or giving any money down they told me they would call me monday de too the banks being closed ok monday tueday wedsneday thursday no call it only takes one day too get bank approvel these people are scammers very bad dont believe anything they tell u unless your dealing with cash they also will call you and keep you holding on i have beening waiting 3 weeks for an apprval with the figures not yet have i gotton a call so think 2 before going there

So I found the car I was looking for with this dealership, a 2011 CL 550, I was already to do the paperwork and come up 180 miles and pick up the car. After talking to the salesperson Diana we settle on a price and was already to go. I asked for 5 days to have the purchase order sent to me so I could complete the paperwork and have the checks made out to the dealership. I tell my salesperson I am going to the bank and that is when the fun began. The first day she had knee surgery the next day she was just getting her knee looked at and didn't have surgery. The next day she was next in line to see her boss to approve a deal she told me was approved, the next day she was with a customer, the next she dropped her phone in water. Finally while I am at the bank she calls and says her boss laughed at the deal she told me was approved. I was told that the price we agreed on was only for people financing through them and if I wanted the car it would be an extra $5000. She then says it was written on the website. That is true but she told me we had a deal. She then calls days later to see if I was still interested, now they wanted to negotiate on something that was non-negotiable days earlier. All in all I have to say I was very happy not to buy the car it lead me to a Mercedes Benz dealer that had a certified 2011 CL 550 for only $1000 dollars more. It all seemed to be a dog and pony show. That is the story and I will not be back I am sticking with Mercedes dealerships as I have in the past. The best thing about buying this type of car is it is not a necessity so you have the upper hand when negotiating; you are always willing to walk away. If you choose to buy from them just be careful and watch the bait and switch.Update:Please leave me alone I will not change my review I have been very honest and objective as I could be

Being young and probably naive, I was a bit nervous to be all by myself buying my first car. I walked in, hopeful yet cautious that I would be getting a great deal and car that would exceed my expectations. I was greeted by Mo, who immediately put me at ease with his smile and knowledge on every car in the showroom. He gave me his opinion and said, if my family was here I would tell them exactly what I'm telling you know. I appreciated his honesty on things that I thought I knew, and he also taught me so much more. Terrible Service! This place was absolutely unprofessional. My sales person (mo sadian) was the worse. He couldn't give me any answers and he was very rude. This dealership was very deceitful. I will never do business here. I left without buying any car.

Terrible service! Sales person I had (Mo Sadian) was very unprofessional, rude, arrogant and lacks basic customer service skills. Very disrespectful! He had absolutely no knowledge about the car he was selling. The only answers I received when I asked questions about the car were I dont know and google it. I liked the car though despite minor body scratches and dents and price was good but I had worst experience with him! Will never go back! I would not recommend to anyone!!

Michael was very knowledgeable about the Mercedes Benz brand in general. I had questions about the mechanics, characteristics, affordability and maintenance of the E-class line from the E-350 to the E-63 and he knew the line inside and out, I settled on the E-350 because it fits my every need and Michael was an expert in identifying thoes needs. Great experience, would recommend to anyone looking to make an educated purchase to satisfy their transportation needs.

I cant say enough about Mike Caesar. He was upfront, didn't pull any punches and worked very hard to get us the deal we were looking for. Mike has an easy going nature and is not one of "those salesman". Integrity, friendly, down to earth and honesty are things that you hope to find in a salesman but rarely ever do. Out of the numerous dealerships that we went to, Michael Ceasar, was by far and away the best salesman that we talked with. Michael treated us like family rather than a customer. He regularly shared the best insight, knowledge, and experience that he had with us to ensure that we were completely comfortable and satisfied with the process. Michael also worked long hours on our behalf given that the first time we met him we showed up approximately 10 minutes before Auto Expo was going to close. Despite the late hour, he meticulously listened to our concerns and provided us with the best service possible. In addition, Michael continuously followed-up with us to ensure that our needs were being met by his dealership and to ensure that other dealership were not taking advantage of us. I cannot say more positive things about Michael; he was simply the best and we hope that he has a long career in the business. Don't walk to Michael, run, as you will likely save yourself a ton of money, time, and energy while also receiving top of the line service from a stand-up guy!

I am extremely happy with the results of the sales person Diana and the patiences the finance personnel Ronnie. I have dealt with many dealers and by far the experience I recieved from Diana and Ronnie is the most professional but yet caring. Diana made me feel at home, she is caring, knowledgeable, supportive, and also a hard worker running around finding the vehicle of your choice. Literally walking through the snow and ice. I purchased a BMW 335xi and a Mercedes Benz truck and am pleased with both...they were able to get me financing for both at the same time. My salesman was Angelo and he is very patient and accomodating. The final paperwork with handled by Ronnie and he is also very accomodating..he was able to get my warranty included while keeping my payment within limits. Friendly environment and I also referred a friend that purchased a her BMW a few weeks later.

I purchased a beautiful luxury car from these guys, six weeks later I still don't have a cd/dvd player. I went on vacation last week a day late and $300 wasted because they took a day and a half on a water pump replacement. Been to their service center 7 times and the car is still not functioning properly. BEWARE!!! This dealership can't replace a cd/dvd player that was broken and promised to be repaired before the purchase and six weeks later still don't have it replaced. They say yes to everything but obviously don't deliver. Don't believe what they say, make them fix everything before you give them a dime, don't make the mistake I made, salesman Josh promised the world but the promises never came through

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone here or to call you back or e-mail you in the proper time. Also, they post pictures of different cars than the one they are selling. How unethical and wrong. I almost bought a car from them because the picture showed a certain option but the car did not actually have that option. These are scammers. Don't say I didn't warn you.

My overall experience was okay. However Kim Alexander ws such a great help. She went out of her way to make sure I had all the answer to each question I had before making a trip from Connecticut to New York. She also assisted me with being able to have certain things completed before leaving Connecticut . In all honesty Kim sold me my 08 Range Rover and I would hope that she is given a commission. KIM job well done. I have already given a few of my girlfriends your name and let them know you help to make the process of purchasing a car easy.

The drive from Staten Island was worth it. I love my Mercedes and I recommend anyone to this dealership. Dennis really helped me out, he definitely knew what he talking about. I would of gave them 5 stars if they had a bigger parking lot, I had to drive around the block to look for a legit parking. I went into the dealership knowing that I had some issues working against me like my credit and length of insurance history. Usually dealerships lead with those questions first and it does not progress very comfortably after that point. Cliff was excellent! He asked what my needs were, what my wants were, and even when I wasn't able to get what I originally planned, he suggested the best option for me as well as a plan to get me into the car I wanted eventually. That is what I call great service. Apart from service, the selection of cars were all of a very high level. The management was also very pleasant in the closing process. I would recommend Auto Expo and it's staff to anyone I know! I am sure this is the first of many purchases I will be making with them.

I did a vehicle search on the internet looking for specific Mercedes-Benz, model, color; options... in the whole tri-state area only handful of dealers came up as matches. I checked them all and Auto Expo not only had the best price and customer service of them all, their Mercedes looked brand new. I brought my Lexus as a trade in and they were able to give me top dollar on my trade and Ronen Eitan worked out the financing. The one item they over looked on my car was the brakes, which started to squeak after three months and Ronen asked that I bring the car to their service department and they replaced them for me. I have no other issues with my Mercedes-Benz which still looks like a new Benz. I highly recommend them as they stock exceptional luxury vehicles and provide outstanding customer service.

I came to Auto Expo with one car in mind, a 2008 Infiniti M35x. In the past I had been to dealerships that yes you to death just to get you thru the doors so that they can beat you in the head once you get there because like many other Americans in this day and age my credit has been put thru the ringer and it's not so easy to get financing for a vehicle, not like it used to be... Alfredo took his time and answered all of my questions, Being that I had my mind set on this particular vehicle he had a lot of work to do to get me into it, he even called around and got quotes for me when it was time to get insurance. I bought a 2008 kia sportage at this dealer last week and I had a very goodexperience. I expected the usual annoying sales people when you go look for acar but I got a very different feeling. I called before I came and spoke with Bryan de Leon who could not have been nicer on the phone. When I came in he greeted mevery warmly and asked me exactly what I was looking for and showed me only what I was looking for and made sure it was in my price range of what I could spend. I expected a small 5 employee dealership but it was much more official than I thought. Beautiful operation, everyone goes out of their way to say hello and offer help. We purchased a Honda Civic 06 from that place a year ago. The Odometer readings were 56717 at the time of purchase. Few weeks later the Title came and it had 77858miles on it. At the point of sale our salesperson was reluctant to show us the CarFax, and i couldnt even suspect that there could be an issue when you purchase from a Dealership. Basically, Auto Expo place will rob you and lie to your face with a sweet smile. I am about to get an attorney and sue them for all the money they took from me. Don't believe a thing they tell you. This place must be shot down and very fast. My advice to you, never buy any car from Auto Expo.

Contacted them about a car they posted on ebay. Negotiated with Josh on the price-downpayment and terms of the loan. He proposed two options, I chose the one that best suited my needs, and scheduled an appointment to come to NY from DE. Drove 150 miles and sat in the showroom for over and hour and a half for Josh to free up. Turns out the car was in another lot 15 minutes away. Drove over there to find he had no keys. So I drove a 300 mile round trip and spend 2+ hours there to find out I couldn't do anything but look at the car...and then Josh asked me for my information to start the loan process! I refused, stating that I would not buy a car I could not even get in or drive.Josh and I exchanged emails and reaffirmed the deal. I agreed to come back again and test drive the car. Drove another 150 miles and the car was there with the key. I liked the car and started the loan process to purchase based on the terms Josh presented to me. I gave them a $1,000 check to hold the car and said I did not want them to cash it, that I would pay the downpayment in cash. Josh agreed. I received an email the next day stating my credit was excellent and my loan had been approved. Josh wanted me to pick up the car before the end of the month, so I agreed and took vacation time from work two days later and rented a trailer to go get the car. I have emails detailing the deal Josh offered me, my clarifications, which are in email and spoken to him in person, and my acceptance of those terms. I have this in writing!So I drove another 300 mile round trip to go get the car. When I arrived at the dealership the car was there, still dirty and not detailed. They could not find the second key. I got an email from my bank that payments had bounced and that was because Auto Expo cashed the check they had agreed NOT to cash! I had to show them my account on the internet where the bank debited the check, and the carbon copy from my checkbook before they would issue me a refund check! I waited over an hour for the finance manager to meet with me and was very frustrated. I went back to Josh after and hour and said I was leaving and that I wanted the $1,000 they took from me. He promised that someone would be with me. He got me in with Avi who sat me down and told me he would not do the loan Josh had promised me. Instead, he said he would take a year off my loan but my payment would double! What kind of deal is that? I accepted the deal that Josh presented me. Josh told me I was approved and could come down and pick up the car. All in all I drove 900 miles, took a vacation day from work, rented a trailer, and had to pay bounced check fees, and then they won't even sell me the car for the price that they gave to me! I am out over $1,000 in gas, tolls, trailer rental, lost wages, and bank fees. This is a bait and switch dealership, predatory lending, lies and deceit. You cannot trust these people.

Well im sure everyone has their own opinion on how they were treated at this dealership, in my case i could not have gotten a better deal on my nissan maxima, Alfredo took great care of me just like he said, on top of that,i would have liked to get more money on my trade in then i expected but the deal overall went smooth. my process would have been faster if Ronny the finance guy did not have 4 customers at the same time as me. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a terrific deal. Gordon.

8 months ago i purchased a car from Auto Expo, they told me to come back in 6-12 months then I could get into a better car if i made all my payments on time and they were right! I went from a 2007 honda Accord to a 2008 mercedes C300, originally i wanted the mercedes first but due to my credit it was not going to happen. Now I am driving the car that I love! and i will definitly recommend Auto Expo to everyone!

Since I purchased my 2008 Honda Accord from Auto Expo, I have had my car serviced at Auto Expo Service Department at 1800 Jericho Turnpike New Hyde Park N.Y. 11040. A couple of things I can say are they have always been friendly and with great customer service. I currently work in Wall Street so I dropped my car off to be serviced and they arranged to have my car dropped off to my job. If my car needed something other than what I brought in for service, I always received a call. They always worked with me as far as finances and deciding what the most important thing to have serviced first. I always feel like they go the extra mile to keep their customers happy and keep them coming in. I have recommended them to my friends, whether they have purchased a vehicle from Auto Expo or not. I get treated very well and not every service department makes you feel comfortable when you go to them but Auto Expo Service Department is different and I never have to think twice about taking my car to them.

Gary Reid here from Hampton Bay, Long Island. Purchased a 2009 Mercedes S550 just 2 days ago.I had no problem with this dealership. I shopped and shopped and even stopped at other places to get prices and Auto Expo offered me the lowest price.It did take 2 or 3 hours for the whole process but hey its a pre-owned showroom so it still takes time. They offered a great APR with Chrysler Financial, and I was truly satisfied. I recommend you ask for George when looking for a car, he was new in the game but can really work with you. A++ from me!

Where do I start...Chris was the sales guy and I contacted him from CT to get me approved before I wasted my time coming there. I faxed him everything he needed. He contacted me and said I was approved for a C-Class Benz and I told him no Thanks I was intereted in an E-Class and he assured me that if I gave him $5,000 down instead of $4,000 down he could put me in the E class. I specifically told Chris that I wanted the 06. So my husband and I arrived and he showed us the 04 E-class and stated that he didn't remember my email. So i looked at the 04 and decided due to the price $18,995 with the $5,000 down it would be fine. We spoke to the finance manager who told us we were approved and what our payment would be and to come back woth insurance but refused to let us sign anything but asked for a down payment. so we gave him a down payment of $3400 to go with the $200 we already gave them. Prior to arriving to pick up the car I emailed and spoke to Chris telling him to have the car detailed, light fixed etc. he stated thaty he would have everything ready. we arrived there and waited almost two hours and found out that they were just running our credit "to get the rate down" which was a lie. We finally meet iwth the finance manager who tells us he could only get us approved for a C-Class benz and not the E-class that was promised to us and we had insurance on already. My husband and I went ballsitic on him and he still tried to sell us the C-Class and anything else we didn't want. After being lied to that he would fight for us and work with the bank he finally agreed to give me my money back! I was livid and had to cancel the insurance. We basically put money down on a car we never had. Cjris didn't say one word to us after that, not an apology or anything. This place is a bunch of CROOKS and LIARS!!!! I am utterly dsgusted and warn you not to do business with these guys. They pumping up the prices and refused to show us the approval from the bank that stated we had to get a C-Class. It was ridiculous and an utter waste of our time!!! Many customers were complaing and yelling at the salesman and finance managers both times we were in there. LOSERS!!!!

Well first and foremost my name is Wendy and I was hesitant to go to Auto Expo.The first day i went I took a test drive and I really liked the car but it had some dents and scratches that i wanted them to take care of. So I left a deposit of $300 dollars for them to process my deal and to hold the car so that it does not get sold. 2 days later I go back and the scratches and dents were fixed and Ronny the finance manager really got me a great deal on my 2008 Mazda. My salesmen was Chris, a very polite young man. I really appreciate their hard work and I will be going back in 6 months to trade in my lovely Mazda for hopefully a more Luxurious car.

My name is Janice I purchased a 2008 Lexus Es350 with 45k miles from Auto Expo and I love the car I love the options in it and specially the navigation and rear view camera. This is my first luxury car and I am so excited. I dealt with Cliff Chen and Ronny the finance manager, they stuck with me through the whole process no matter what. I was reffered to Auto Expo by my brother in law who purchased 2 cars from Cliff. I was told their service was great and I didnt believe it until I walked in and sat down with Cliff. I was blown away with what those guys Pulled off. My credit was not all so great but with $2000 down they were able to get me financed for the Audi I have been searching for. They had sold the Audi in the color I really wanted but I was extremely satesfied with the payments Ronny (finance manager) got for me that I did not mind the alterntive at all! So overall these guys at Auto Expo are great, very friendly and they can expect me soon when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle. Thank you Auto Expo.

i asked for keys no keys to car i ask to get head light change it took me two months to get it done i went out and found the same car at a really cheaper price. i asked if i can get the car i really wanted they said yes but when the time came they gave me nothing but excuses i went with a pre authorize from my bank they by pass it and got the loan from entirely different bank

I went to look at a car and gave them my License to copy for thier records. We couldn't agree on a price so I left and mistakenly left my license. It's been two weeks and they will not return my calls or mail my license. They want me to come back so they can try and sell me a car. This is not how you do business and I wold not recommend them to anyone.Glen Mackie

Josh Eduard made the initial experience superb.. He made it feel like you had known him for a lifetime- Avi picked up and took on the sale, Everyone is always very busy, but they draw on other to help out. I was suspicious dealing with any dealer. I read online about this dealer ship and checked out the reviews. At first I almost canceled my deal, but Ronny got involved and made sure everything was done in my liking. I purchased a used 07 Mercedes E350, I did not get approved for the rate I wanted due to my credit, but Ronny kept every promise he told me. Which is very odd for a car dealer.Thanks - Talia

Buying a car is the dream of many and mine was fulfilled through Auto Expo Enterprises Inc. I don't think someone can get better service than Auto expo. I recommend this to all especially who are looking to buy their first car as the people out there are really good and helpful. I am an amateur however auto expo made it easy when it came to choosing my car.They also provided me with tips on how to maintain my car. My praises for Auto expo can go on and one however there's one thing I'd like to say to them especially Cliff the person who assisted me, " Good going and keep up the good job". Hi,If anyone is looking to buy a car please never buy from this dealer and you will repent for life. I have so many issues with this dealer that I am going to Sue them.I bought a 2008 BMW 535IA1. First they never put the price of the car on their website and allure people showing wrong monthly payments and they even don't mention number of months or other terms which is illegal. And when you actually go there they will tell you that there will be big balloon payment in the last month. The ad they put on their website shows lot of features on the car and they are lying about those also. And when I went to pick up the car the car was standing in the car wash shop when i clearly told them the time when i will come and pick up the car and they just gave me the car end of the day around at 8:00pm before closing there show room.2. This Guy Ronney i have never seen bigger idiot and liar and cheater than him in life and all these guys think they are too smart swindling with people. He doesn't put itemized fees and payments on the contract and since I was very excited to pick up my car and it was getting late he made me signed on some papers without putting any values just showing the total on one paper and he told me he will mail the contract immediately next day. And I have called them and emailed them more than 50 times to send me the contract and sending papers from NY to NJ he took exactly 60 days. And he says they have send 3 times and papers are lost in mail.3. When i picked up the car I was told it is a fully loaded car and they are lots of features in BMW and they all are not standard and when i picked up the car and on the way back i found out lot of things were missing. And I informed them immediately next morning and they told me they will exchange the car and for 4 weeks that idiot and cheat played with me and told me pick any other car from the dealer ship and we can exchange the car and adjust the price without any deductions to me. And after 4 weeks he told me that he can't do the exchange and he told me that that illegal. And this guy kept the phone down.4. When I got the contract after 60 days i found out that the price is not itemized properly and he made me buy the Warranty from them and he didn't put that any were in the contract the itemized cost of the warranty. I had the paper and i spoke to the sales rep who helped me and we found out that i was charged almost $650 more than we decided on the price and the Sales Manager who is another biggest idiot, Cheat and swindler in there company told me that they agree i was charged more but they can't do any thing since the contract is signed and I have already financed the car.5. Then after first few days itself when I started having problems with them i decided to cancel my warranty and get the money refund and today it is more than 12 weeks and they haven't done that. I finally got tired and went all the way from Philadelphia to NY to meet them and which i informed 3 days in advance that i will coming on Monday Jan 11th to get these issues resolved and confirmed by phone also and no one spoke to me this guy Ronney and Avi (alias Albert) was sitting right there. And Ronney was pretending he was busy and this idiot Avi pretended he is not the sales Manager(I have never seen him before but only spoke to him on phone) and this guy told me Albert had left for the day but Sales guy Josh and Receptionist had told me that he is Avi(Alias Albert) and they made me sit for 3 hours and no one spoke to me. And this guy who is the owner who don't talk to customers because he is a big shot and he doesn't even care about his customers and will never talk to you even if you have problem with there staff and i have never seen such an Idiot Owner6. After I got the car I had a small issue with the one of the tires I had a flat tire and then i took to authorized BMW dealer and they told me that this car has been gone through a major accident which is not there in the Car fax and they fixed themselves and we can see the color difference on the side doors and the back bumper is not fixed properly.I have proof for all the issues and if anyone wants to contact me I have recorded the voice conversations and then I have emails exchanged between Ronney, Avi and Josh(Salesrep).Please I want this dealership should be shut down and they have hurt my self esteem and tortured me mentally or they should pay for what mental trauma I have gone through and I am not going to leave them and i want them to take the car back and pay for every penny I lost on that car and apologize to me(all 3 of them Owner, Ronney,Avi) and pay for my time and mental pressure. And I hope someone else also who is frustrated with them should SUE them.
