When arriving I was greeted and immediately taken care of by Kevin. I told him what I was looking for and he took me out and understood exactly what I wanted, all he had to do was show me one truck and It was done! He was very friendly and made buying my new F-150 a breeze. I definitely will be returning in the future to buy a new family vehicle! If you go, make sure to ask for Kevin!

I purchased my vehicle sight unseen back in November of 2020. I live in Florida and saw the truck on the website. A family member who lives in GA went to the dealership and looked at the vehicle for me. I was nervous about buying a 2017 Ford Platinum Expedition with out seeing it or driving it myself, but I couldn't be happier that I did. It's almost a year later and I still feel like the vehicle was custom made just for me. My experience with the Auto Gallery Mall over all was good one. We had a little snafu when someone else also made an offer on the same vehicle, but Kevin and the team made the sale happen for me. I have a great rate and with good financing. Kevin communicated every step of the way and we did everything via email and wire transfer. Kevin even called and wished me a Happy Birthday this year. Thank you Kevin!!

For those who hate going to car dealership, this is your place to go. I was able to do almost everything online, came in checked the vehicle out signed the paperwork and I was out. Smooth sailing. The vehicle works great and clean. What ever concerns and questions I had they were quick to fix and explain. Big Shout Out to Elyse, thanks for all your help.

We had two employees help us that were five star worthy. Andres Salazar and Armando Mojica. Both demonstrated extreme patience with us and our children, and never pressured us or made us feel uncomfortable. It was really a totally different experience from what one would think is a typical car buying nightmare. This was pleasant, and we did end up buying a vehicle because we not only got a great deal, but the service provided could not be beat. We look forward to buying again from Auto Gallery Mall of Georgia.
