Was very interested in making a purchase in the near future. Was speaking to Bradley via email when he stopped responding to emails completely. A whole week has passed and still no reply after sending yet another email. Yes I could make the 3 hour drive there but with service like this, why bother!

Excellent customer service. Everything was pretty much straight up and honest. Had my vehicle inspected by a very well trusted local auto repair shop, and it was clean. I have turned down several potential purchases based on their inspection from other dealers. Never had the impression that they were anything but straight up and honest.

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Bradley and Jeana at Auto Haus. They do a wonderful job and made my whole experience easy and painless. I drove all the way from Iowa to get my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The first time I spoke with Bradley he was at home and on his cell and he made it seem like I was a family friend calling to check in. The biggest word I think of is 'comfortability' when bought my Jeep. It's scary sometimes making a big purchase, but they made it easy and comfortable for me. I highly recommend going through the Auto Haus if you're in the market for a new car. They made it easy and seamless for me.

When I purchased my car from Auto Haus last fall, they told me to come back with any problem, and they would take care of me. They mean what they say, because when I did have an issue with the car, they were there 100% to resolve it quickly and graciously. I would not hesitate to buy from them again, or send my family and friends there.

The wife and I wanted to trade in her van that we had consolidated some other debts onto our current vehicles loan. Brad was able to work with us and get us approved for another vehicle at a decent percentage rate and get us approved for the vehicle we wanted to upgrade to. Brad knows how to take care of his customers. I will be returning when I want to upgrade my truck.

After 4 dealerships gave me the brush off I had all but given up on finding a new car. I had been looking for 6 months and I decided that The Auto Haus was my last call. I met with Bradley and test drove a car...I decided not to purchase that car, but Bradley assured me he could find what I was looking for. I thought 'yeah right that's just a car salesman line.' Boy was I wrong! I heard from Bradley every few days letting me know that he was looking for the perfect car for me and after 2 weeks he called to tell me he had found it! And he was right. I am totally in love with my new to me car. And I am completely blown away by how far Bradley went to earn my trust and make the sale with me. Not just to make a buck, but he genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I have been telling everyone who will listen about the wonderful experience I have had at The Auto Haus!

Pros: The owner goes out of his way to make the buying experience "your" experience. Didn't feel pressured and got the exact car we wanted for a really great price Patient with us, even though we changed our mind on the car mid way through the experience Just a pleasure to deal with and came highly recommended. Cons: None, but pity other dealers can't be like this.

Recently purchased a 2005 Suburban Z71. We had very specific criteria for the vehicle we wanted to purchase. This is now the second vehicle that I have purchased from Bradley and his team at The Auto Haus. I had the opportunity to experience their excellent service department with my last vehicle and it led me back to purchase again. They not only know what they are doing they truly believe in the importance of relationships. They service what they sell and will get you the vehicle you want! A couple years back we were searching for a Chrysler 300 and was told by one of Bradleys family members to go see him and that he will take good care of you. So we drove to the Auto Haus and met up with Bradley and WOW we were so impressed. Bradley is one of the very best car salesman a person would ever want to meet. He made us feel so comfortable and was so interested in OUR needs not his. I felt so trusted in him and I knew he was very honest with us and at this point I will always send customers to him. Bradley gave us a price that you couldn't beat and best trade in price also. Since that time my husband and daughter have both bought vehicles from Bradley and are extremely happy. Shortly after I purchased my vehicle there the interior fell apart. The center console arm pad snapped off and appeared to be a cheap fix that was once broken already. The backs of the driver and passenger seats were not securely attached. Owning the Audi less than 8 months I had over $800 in break repairs as well. Lesson learned; do not buy a car from this chop-shop! .

Wonderful experience dealing with this company. The main emphasis is pleasing the customer. It was so refreshing to finally find a dealer so helpful and knowledgable about his product. Although his dealership was about 150 miles from our house, it was well worth the drive. I would definitely deal with them in the future. We ended up with a great car for a great price.

We just bought a 2003 Ford Excursion from Bradley yesterday. We really enjoyed working with the Auto Haus because there wasn't that pressured feeling. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. He was very honest and willing to work with us in any way he could. He made buying the vehicle extremely easy!! Both my husband and I said we would go back there anytime we need another vehicle. The whole staff was very friendly! We also loved the dog that was there. The vehicle looks great too!

We know new cars depreciate horribly, but have always detested used car lots and used car dealers: high pressure salespeople who are dishonest about problems with the inventory, provide terrible service and offer no accountability if there is a problem. So we spent a lot of unnecessary money on new cars over the past 44 years. We found Brad and his staff 7 years ago and have purchased 5 vehicles. One was a 2002 Lexus that was rear-ended by a full-loaded cement truck and totaled by the insurance company. We were stunned when Brad said he could repair it and would take it back on trade if we were dissatisfied in any way. We are still driving it 2 years later and NO problems. Based on our recommendation, our adult children and friends have purchased 6 vehicles from Auto Haus. They include many makes, models and price range. None of us will EVER buy from any other dealer. Brad does everything right and is the antithesis of the typical used car dealer in every way. We recently shopped for an inexpensive used car for our teenaged grandson in another state, and were reminded why we stayed away from used car lots for so many years. Terrible experience at every dealership we checked out. So we bought from Brad when we returned home and will have the car shipped. Even with shipping costs, we found a superior (and much safer) car at Auto Haus. It truly is a one-of-a-kind used car dealership.

We had three older vehicles and were looking to trade them in for newer cars. When we got to the Auto Haus we received nothing but friendly, helpful, straightforward customer service. Their patience is to be commended as we took quite a long time deciding on the two new cars we wanted, and in addition got a very fair trade in price on our old vehicles. Not only was our experience exceptional with the selecting and buying process, they made our young children feel very welcome and part of the experience too. I recently purchased a 2007 Dodge Ram with a Cummins Diesel from Auto Haus in Green Bay. I was hesitant in purchasing a vehicle with a salvage title but was assured from my insurance company as well as Bradley and Chris, the service manager, that there were no worries and the truck had passed all inspections. They were kind enough to show me the before pictures and share with me the damages that were done and how the fix worked. After two lengthy test drives and lots of questions and answers I purchased the vehicle and have been happy ever since. I drive past the Auto Haus everyday on the way to work and have taken notice to the fact that within a 3 mile radius located on the same street are 6 other used car dealers who have seemed to switch owners and names several times thru the years whereas Auto Haus has stayed in business continues to sell vehicles day in and day out and develop and sustain themeselves in these trying economic times. It has to be because of the continued customer focused quality that everyone is given from the time when walking thru the front door right up to driving the purchased vehicle off the lot. The truck was recently taken back in for some service work on the air conditioning and the Master Tech Mark was very knowledgable and professional in diagnnosing the problem. After the work had been done at the end of the day I receieved a follow up call from Bradley, the owner, asking how things went and was I satisfied. That in itself is service not recieved from others! Bradley, Chris, Mark, and Shannon defenitly win my business for life as my "new" used car dealer!

We have known Bradley and the Auto Haus dealership for over 15 years. Yesterday we made our 6th purchase from them.(We have also referred many more customers.) I think anybody can sell a car. It's what happens after the money changes hands that really matters. I bought a 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 from this dealer in July of 2012. After recently obtaining the car fax report I found that the truck was a rebuilt salvage and was not nearly worth what I had paid for it. The carfax also showed that the truck has odometer issues. After contacting the dealer and expressing my frustration, they offered to buy it back for $7,000 less than I paid them less than ten months ago. I am stuck with a truck that is not even worth what I owe on it now. I value honesty and I did not receive any honesty from Auto Haus on Velp. I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy! Please get a carfax before you buy any used or new vehicle. I feel like the biggest sucker they have ever seen!

Bought a uses 2007 Lincoln Mark LT. Emailed Auto Haus on Velp to inquire about the vehicle and the possibility of shipping it from the dealership in Wisconsin to where I am stationed in California. Got an almost immediate response, and they took of EVERYTHING for me. Even delivered my vehicle straight to my front door! From the first Email to me getting the truck took only about 12 days and was effortless and painless. Got a great deal on a beutifull truck in just about brand new condition and barely had to do a thing myself. Highly recommend this dealership!!

Bradley and team gave us a great car buying experience. Bradley sourced two vehicles we were looking at, brought them in with no obligation, and we test drove them. We ended up choosing one of the vehicles as it perfectly met our needs and interests. It also had way more features than we were expecting and without any haggling or hassling over the price. Bradley took our vehicle in trade giving more that a fair trade in amount. The combination of the two meant we were able to save a few thousand dollars without any negotations. The team at the Auto Haus on Velp was also super friendly and their service after the sale is exceptional. I've bought more than 20 cars over the last 50 years and this was hands-down the best experience. Price negotiation went very fast - none of the usual "your killin' me, so I'll come down $20 at a time", Price was more than fair and the truck looked very clean, so I drove 6 hrs to check it out. One hour 15 minutes later, I drove 6 hrs home - In my new truck! Record speed for processing the sale, accurate description, and a fair price. That's what all car buying experiences should be like. Bradley rocks - If I ever need another car, I'm looking here first.

This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car and one of the best experiences overall. I have worked in sales for over 15 years and I will definitely be a customer for life! Bradley and his friendly and knowledgeable team were able to answer all my questions over the phone and email, which made for an easy purchase for me as I drove 4-1/2 hours to pick up the car. Based on the information I was given prior to the drive I was very confident in quality of the vehicle (2003 VW Passat GLX) I ended up purchasing. The few issues I did bring up were very quickly addressed and resolved to my extreme satisfaction. I left a very happy customer and felt like I was part of the gang as well. My wife had brought a car here 2 yrs a go, it was painless. Bradley explained every step and still takes care of her when she finds an issue or thinks there is an issue. Well, unexpectedly last night my trusted Honda Accord EX V6 busted it's lower ball joint. With so many miles, and such an older car, I decided to upgrade to a newer car. Again, this experience today was painless. Bradley and Co let me take the car for an extended test drive so I can show the car to my wife. She then took it for a test drive. She liked it also. I texted Bradley to start the paperwork, less than 1 hour later...BAM, I'm home with the car. I decided on a '08 Mazda 3 S 2.3 5 spd manual.

I needed a car to replace another quickly, and found exactly what I was looking for at the Auto Haus - first looking at the car online, using the website's realtime chat to ask questions from Auto Haus staff, and then stopping in at the Auto Haus the following morning to look at it. Bradley and his staff were amazing, went way out the the way to make the process easy...so easy that my husband ended up buying a car too! We will definately be back, for maintenance and future car purchases.

When I first went there was just looking and came across the car I was looking for. the service I got was beyond excillent. Everyone was friendly and seemed like they cared more about you and didnt act like some of the dealers that almost turned me away because of how they treated me. Over all, I would recomend this dealer to my family and friends.

in August 2012 I purchased a 2008 Envoy from AutoHaus. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The first tiem that we arrived to look at the vehicle the owner had it in Door County but they aranged to have it back to the lot the very next day and also agreed to stay late if needed in order for me to come after work. They gave me a very fair trade amount for my old vehicle and were very open and honest about everthing on the Envoy that I purchased. I would highly recommend this used dealer to all.
