Got a great price on a nice car, and the people are friendly, but the car was dirty (I had to ask them to clean it up a bit) and when they installed the temp tag on the rear of the car, they used screws that were too large and an electric driver, effectively ruining the rear license plate mounts on the car (BMW). I didn't realize this until I went to install the permanent license plate, and now I've had to order a couple of (thankfully very inexpensive) license plate mounts and do a bit of bodywork in order to repair the easily avoidable damage they did. They also put a bit of fuel in the car before I picked it up, but they must have bought the cheapest 87 octane they could find, because the car started idling terribly on my drive home, something it didn't do at all on my extensive test drive the day before. I almost considered returning it, but bought some fuel system cleaner and topped off the tank with Shell premium, which fixed the issue. The good price definitely offset these issues, but I can't help but think these people just aren't car guys.

Martin and his Boss were great to work with. Went above and beyond what I was expecting. Easy, simple, and fast deal. Pictures do tell the story cars are nice. Great people to work with, and would buy again and recommend them.

It was a good experience dealing with this Dealer. I expected a bigger dealership with more sales people. But the communications and treatment were good by the salesperson.I am satisfied and I am looking in a near future to make business with this Dealer again.

Bought a super clean, well maintained 2006 BMW 325 xi from Auto House Motors on 6/23/16. The salesmen were very knowledgeable and calm - no high pressure sales tactics! The sales process was very smooth and took very little time. I would recommend Auto House to my friends and neighbors.

We bought a nice, dependable sedan. Why? Their customer service was excellent. They directed me to the perfect car without their expertise I wouldn't of been able to find. Great people to do business with, they work with your budget and makes this transaction easy. i been to bigger dealerships and certified dealerships, and they do not compare with the customer service this people give. Might buy from them again.

I arrived after driving down there 1 hour and the doors were locked during standard business hours. Understandably confused I called Auto House and was told it was an inconvenient time for me to visit, and was asked to return another time. There has been no precedent for this and I feel very poorly treated by Auto House. I would not recommend Auto House to a friend or even a stranger if this is a common practice. I will not be returning to Auto House for any purchase in the future.
