After being involved in an auto accident and under pressure to return my rental car only 7 days after my car was totaled I was extremely stressed out. After searching many places for a car, Auto Leader's website was very detailed about their vehicles for sale so you don't have to play a guessing game about the vehicles' history, options, price, etc. Steve was very friendly on our test drive and not pushy. The manager Steve was also very friendly and not pushy like most dealerships and made the process of purchasing a car easy and expedient. I would definitely purchase a car from here again and would recommend to friends and family.

The overall experience was terrific. From the time we stepped onto their sales lot to look at their inventory until the time the keys to the vehicle were placed in our hands, the GM (David) and Sales Associate (Steve) were wonderful. They are the type of people that get down to business as soon as they shake your hand and do everything they possibly can to make the transaction take place. Keep in mind, you the customer must have your ducks in order and are prepared to move forward with the car buying process without delay. David and Steve do not waste your time or theirs, are skilled at what they do and will exceed your expectations. The entire process, for us, took maybe 3 to 4 hours tops, including the test drive, before we were able to drive away with the car that same afternoon. Autodealer has in house financing, deal with many lending institutions throughout the area and have developed as well as maintained those credible relationships over the years in order to secure the best rates for their customers. Notably, GM David is extremely competent in communicating with the lending institutions and was exceptional in negotiating the best terms for us. The inventory Autoleader carries is diverse and impressive. The late model vehicles are competitively priced, are in great condition, have excellent mileage and are backed by extended warranties the customer can purchase when discussing financing. Autoleader even has a service department to assist the customer with repairs if you so choose. If your in the market for a vehicle and want an honest, haggle free environment, then stop by and ask for Steve and David at Autoleader. It will be well worth your while to do so.

A few weeks ago I purchased a 2013 Volkswagen passat from this dealership. My experience was the best I ever had attempting to buy a car. I was at the dealership an hour before they closed and David was on the phone working out a deal the minute I walked in. A couple of weeks ago our family car was totaled when another driver ran a red light. That put us in a situation where we needed to buy a replacement, quickly. We made a purchase from a different dealer just out of state trying to take advantage of what we thought was good pricing. It turned into the worst experience we've ever had buying a car. Ever. Thankfully on Good Friday, the dealer agreed to unwind the deal and take the car back. While this solved a major problem for us, it also meant that we needed to find and buy a car that afternoon. We arrived at Auto Leader under a lot of pressure, still agitated and skeptical from the terrible experience just mentioned, and focused on 3 vehicles we saw on thier website. David was incredibly patient and generous with his time. We grilled him with questions about the dealer, thier service, the quality of vehicles, etc. We expedited him to be kind, straight forward, and fun to be around. It was clear that he took pride in how he did business and the quality of his merchandise. We test drove the 3 vehicles, selected one, and closed the deal - all in one afternoon! Based on this experience we would definitely recommend Auto Leader and David.

My spouse and I give thanks to Steve and staff for outstanding customer service. For years I only bought my cars from Toyota dealerships and this was my first time purchasing a car from a local dealer. The pricing of their vehicles is fair market value and Steve helped us to get a better interest rate than what was given to us via USAA. You don't need to haggle with purchase price like you do with other dealerships. Like most dealerships you can spend your whole day negotiating price but with this one you are only there for no more than two hours or less (due to paperwork and reaching out to your insurance company) if there is anything wrong with your vehicle they will fix it on the spot. I am very pleased with their service and I will buy my next car from this establishment.

Just bought our second car from AutoLeader in three years. Both times have been a very great experience , from the test drive to the buying experience to the occasional tying up of loose ends post-sale. Would highly recommend to anyone. Before our first purchase here I was a "big box" buyer only - now I'm not sure I'll shop anywhere else.

Several weeks ago I spotted a car on this site that I was interested in. It turned out to be a VERY pleasant experience once I spoke to Dave. AutoLeader is an excellent family-owned dealer and repair in Baltimore. The office isn't posh and the main lot is crowded and kitty-corner across the street. Don't let that discourage you: What they do, the do well. David and his team communicate straight up without the hinky feel so typical of used car sales. They also deal in some nice vehicles. I got the right car, good price, well detailed, with full CarFax paperwork, and the process was quick and well done. Service continues, too. When I called back the next week and needed a copy of the safety inspection so I could drive for Uber, David was helpful, and got it to me in seconds. I will go there again, and will recommend. We were looking for a particular car and when this one showed on Cars.com, I immediately called David at Auto Leader. He answered many of my questions on the phone, and then when I asked if the car had been a 'smoker' he did not know, but volunteered to run across the street, sit in it for a few (it was a hot sunny day) and call me back. He did just that, then we went right into negotiations on the phone (texting actually). I told him I that I was not interested in a protracted haggling exercise, just please run the numbers and give the 'driving off the lot' price. He did just that, so we hopped into the car and headed up to see them. Once we arrived, he had the car ready and walked us through all the components of the hybrid. We took it for an extended test drive and then headed back to the dealership to close out the deal. The car only had one key/remote and no mats, so he promised to take care of both items. They found the right OEM mats to fit and then ordered a replacement key. The entire process went very smoothly and the replacement remote arrived and was programmed a couple of days later. Great customer service and the car was exactly as described, both online and on the phone.

I was in the market for a Mazda 6 and found exactly what I was looking for at Auto Leader. The car was in excellent condition with low mileage at a fair price. My credit union was closed so Dave provided alternate financing at the same rate. I initially purchased the extended warranty but changed my mind. The paperwork was completed but Dave removed the warranty without any problems or pressure. I did not expect that. He also ordered an interior piece that was broken and made a repair on the trunk at my request. He really exceeded my expectations. Thanks Dave. I would definitely buy from there again!

I was in the market for a new vehicle and had been doing my due diligence in regards to research. I had viewed their website several times and saw a couple of cars in my price range. My best friend purchased a 2008 Lexus ES350 from them and sang their praises and guaranteed me that I would have a complete and pleasurable experience. Since I trust him with my life, I went...well, he was right once again. I bought my 2009 Nissan Altima Hybrid totally pain free. Dave and Steve made the entire experience one to remember. I didn't just buy a car; I began a relationship. It was so good that my fiancee purchased a 2012 VW Passat the following week!!! And if you're a sports fan, Lem will keep you deeply engaged, even though he's not a fan of the black and purple! The entire staff at Autoleader truly understand the concept of customer service. I recently bought a used VW Golf from this dealer and the service was great. Earlier that day my 1998 Jeep Cherokee broke down, after being sick of repairs after repairs, I decided it was time for something more reliable. I did a quick search online and immediately I was sold on this Golf. That evening I went into Auto Leader and within 30 min I owed the VW! The car was in great condition, just as told online. Having stop out at they're lot to check out the vehicle I was interested in. I found the car was badly scratched and scuffed and had been hit minor body damage none of which were in the description or on the Car Fax. The car had not been detailed and was dirty in the interior as well as under the hood from previous owner but yet it was up for sale to the public...... BUYER BEWARE!

Bying a car from a dealership is all new to me. Ive been the individual to just buy my cars out of pockets, however due to unexpected circumstances I had to fiance my car. Now the dealership process is was all new to me. I went to Auto Leader right after leaving one dealership (whose customer experience wasnt so great) that affected my credit in a way that it wasnt supposed to. I was indeed a little skeptical after being decieved from the previous dealership, however, David was so wlecoming, comorting, and understanding, to me when I explained my need in a car. He didnt try to sell me something out of my requirements and really took my opinion in consideration as opposed to just getting a comission check. The car had a minor difficultiy with the alignment after test driving with Steve, so David offered to keep it a little longer to assure the quality of it was superb! Being a very busy woman he even offered me a temporary car until it was completed. I have gotten my car and it is AWESOME! It was literally a breath of fresh air considering I was car shopping for about 1 month!

I read the reviews for this dealership before I visited them, and was a little skeptical that they could be that good. Well, they are. As a female shopping alone for a car, I had some condescending experiences at other dealerships. That did not happen at all here. My salesman, Steve, was laid back and friendly- not like he was trying to learn things about me to pressure me into buying a car, but just a genuinely nice guy. The pushiest he got (which was not at all) was to suggest similar cars to the one I wanted to see, and even then he stayed at my price point and features I said I wanted and didn't try to up-sell me on something I couldn't afford or didn't want-so he actually listened to me! I got a nice test drive- not just around one block and back again- which really helped me decide because above all, I wanted a car that handled well. I didn't have to haggle the price and the price advertised on the website WAS the price of the car- not special pricing that no one seems to qualify for or is blamed on a computer glitch once you are at the dealership. More importantly, they don't charge a lot of random and dubious fees- just tax, tags, title, and small dealership processing fee. I paid cash, so I can't comment on their financing options, but they did take a personal check with verification of funds, which made paying really easy. Afterwards, I had an issue getting in touch with my insurance agent because of the holiday and Steve did everything he could think of to try to reach my agent, even calling another agent to ask about a work-around since we couldn't reach mine, and letting me use his computer to access my online insurance account. Even with the issue of reaching my insurance agent, I was only there around two hours. I could not be happier- I got a great used car for a great price and the process was painless, even enjoyable. I highly recommend Auto Leader, and will visit them again when I'm ready for a new car. Thank you, Steve and David!

I was online looking for a used Honda Accord and found one at Auto Leader. They had the color and leather interior I was looking for but it was $3000-$3500 less than the other cars I had found. I flew to Baltimore from Charlotte and the trip was worth it. David was friendly, knowledgeable and ready to get me in and out within a half an hour. When local Honda dealers wanted to charge me $106 to make an additional key, David offered to make one for $56. I'd highly recommend checking out Auto Leader's inventory before you buy. I purchased a blue 2011 Toyota Camry in April 2014 from Autoleader. I am from Pennsylvania and about an hour away from their business, but I decided to travel down to see them because they had a car that I was interested in. The event of purchasing a car was refreshing, to say the least. It was a friendly, no-pressure experience and they were able to get a great rate on my car loan for me as well. I also traded in my Toyota Corolla, for which I got a fair price. They gave me temporary plates and registration and they also handled the transfer of plates and registration. I received them, as promised, in the mail about five weeks later. I had some minor issues with a tire and the stereo, which they handled without question or hesitation. In addition, they washed my car and gave me a gas card for my trouble and travel. I highly recommend Autoleader, my salesman David Engelman, and the rest of the crew because they work together to create a high-quality, customer-centered environment. I already know where I will be getting my next car!

Went here to check out vehicle advertised on cars.com. The general manager emailed me and said it was available for sale. When we arrived we were told they weren't sure if was ready. We left after the general manager ignored us and proceeded to take a phone call and go in the back while we were waiting to find out if it was even there and none of the 3 other sales people sitting there could help us or knew anything about the car. When we walked out we saw what appeared to be the car we had seen on the website in the back of the lot with the front bumper removed.

I bought two cars at Autoleader: 2005 Santa Fe in Jan 2009 and a 2010 Accord in Jun 2013. Still using both cars and neither had latent issues. Routine maintenance keeps them running smoothly. David and Andre know cars and are no-nonsense. They share what they know and they don't pressure you because they know they have good products at great prices. I could not find a similarly equipped Honda Accord with similar mileage at a lower price east of the Mississippi when I searched online. Best pre-owned car dealer in Baltimore - hands down. I'll keep coming back.

David, the manager, is a very down to earth nice guy. The owner, Aundre, however provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never give this company any business. The quality of repairs on their vehicles is very poor. ie leaving tools under the hood, trying to sell vehicles with balled tires, use dirty oil. All around poor facility.

I have never had such a bad car buying experience. I now know why their cars are such a good price We go to test drive a vehicle, the gas gage is on E, so the sales man says to go across the street to get gas. When we try to start the car, the battery is completely dead. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come over and hot shot the vehicle. When we get back from the test drive, and I continue to check the vehicle and notice the back tires are bald and dry rotted. They replaced only the front tires on an ALL wheel drive vehicle!! I confront the owner who was COMPLETELY rude and told me that I was being picky and that I can leave. He continues to go on that he never wanted to buy my car and I would not find a better deal. Im sorry, but if Im going to spend almost $20K on a vehicle, I need for it to start the next day. Buyers stay away from this shady dealer

What can I say about Autoleader...a lot actually. David and Lem are awesome. Andre was cool too. Lem helped me pick out my car and looked out for me. I needed a car for travel and camping, something roomy, but affordable. David took care a lot of the leg work because I hate paperwork and a long difficult process. I had neither. Lem and David were friendly, accommodating, and had me laughing. They helped me with the whole process and made it so so simple no crap or headaches. Now, I have a sweet Rav4 suv. They made sure any issues I had were taken care of before I signed anything or left the lot. If they always keep me happy like they did today I will always buy a car from them.

David is awesome.... They will give you whatever you need. Can get financing for almost anyone... Always available. I bought 2 vehicles in 8 months time.

The owner David provided excellent customer service by showing me how the features of the navigation and handfree link worked on the Honda Accord that I purchased. The buying process was easy and fast. The car was in excellent condition.

I live in Texas and my daughter attends college out of state in Baltimore, Maryland. You can just imagine my alarm when she decided to buy a used car near Baltimore BY HERSELF! A single 21 year old female buying a car by herself is somewhat risky in so many ways. Dave at Auto Leaders was like a guardian angel. He answered all of my phone calls, addressed all of my concerns, went out of his way to meet all of our requirements, even installing a keyless entry system and fixing a window switch. He provided these services efficiently and graciously. He even providing my daughter with transportation, and installed the license plates! The car she bought was clean, low mileage and below blue book value. The customer services we received from Dave and his team was outstanding and unmatched. THESE GUYS WERE HONEST, FAIR AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to meet our needs. It was so refreshing to find such old school business ethics. Dave was an answer to a prayer, a real guardian angel!

After months of careful research I contacted a BMW dealership and was assured on Friday night that the vehicle I wanted was available for test drive/purchase on Saturday morning. Sure enough, after driving an hour to the dealership, I was told the BMW I wanted was sold the night before but they had something "perfect" for just 5k more than I wanted to spend and brought out the infamous "4 square". After several frustrating high-pressure sales tactics like this I decided to expand my search to include other dealerships. Enter Autoleader. I was very impressed by their no hassle, no games, straightforward approach. The buying process was amazingly stress free and quite frankly Autoleader had the best price for the BMW I had seen from over 6 months of thorough research and test drives in Connecticut, New York, through Maryland all the way down to Virginia. Traded in my wife's 2002 Nissan Altima for 2010 Toyota Yaris. Unbelievable service quality and professionalism. Had me in and out in no time. From the time I called the Manager Dave, to the time I showed up to get my car; nothing but superb customer service. Dave was swift, fast and very prompt about getting the deal done. No hassle or anything. He is a man of his word, and will work with you with whatever your situation is. I highly recommend dealership to anybody.

These guys really came through for me. I recently moved to MD and had just been hired for a dream job...problem was I didn't have a car. I won't bore you with describing the circumstances of my situation, suffice to say that I was out of money and had nothing other than a letter stating my salary. They took care of me when no one else was willing to help. In less than a day I drove my new ride off the lot. Three weeks later, I realized that there was a slow oil leak, and I called David to tell him what was up. His mechanics discovered that the rear main seal needed to be replaced and while the engine was dropped, he also hooked me up with a stellar deal on a new clutch. Bottom line is that these guys do whatever it takes to make sure their customers are satisfied. I will do business with them again, and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a new ride.

Had a great experience interacting with the sales staff. They displayed great customer service and were honest and forthcoming during the process. They offered me a fair value for my trade-in up front instead of giving me a lowball offer and trying to haggle. After buying the car, I discovered a few minor issues that they took care of right away.

I found the ABSOLUTE BEST PRICE for a 2007 Toyota Camry V6 LE in absolutely excellent condition. For its age my car had relatively low miles and was the best kept used car I had seen in three days of exhaustive and frustrating car-hunting in the greater Balto-DC area. This place came through for me. My wife and I were treated like royalty from the instant they got my call. They worked with me and my budget. They have customer service refined to a degree I had not yet seen. Most of my dealing was with their general manager David Engelman who was an absolute gentleman. Without my asking, they had my car polished and waiting for my test drive when I got there, which was at 6:00 in the evening. I GOT OUT OF MY CAR AND HE HANDED ME THE KEYS TO MY NEW ONE. The relationship was one of RESPECT. It was not adversarial. You do not have to argue with these professionals. They are not a showroom, they are a dealership. These people actually sell cars. They were pleased to accomodate my every request. I closed the deal with them that very night. I was pleased to drive my beautiful new car off their lot early the next morning. I CANNOT EXPLAIN TO YOU THE SATISFACTION OF MY PURCHASE. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. These people have an excellent reputation which is why I went to them. They did not disappoint. They are excellent!

I found a Rare bird. 07 Camry SE v6 Navi. I made arrangments to drive down 2 days ago and purchase this car. I filled out the application over the internet and agreed to have this dealer match or beat my current rate by my bank. They only beat it by .50% but since it was less hassle for me i decided to use them. I had given the dealer many updates as to where we were and that we were sitting in traffic. They assured me that since I was driving a long distance they would wait for me. I arrived 1.5 hours past there closeing time. The car was shinned and ready to be delivered. WOW. A DEALERSHIP THAT STOOD BY THERE WORD, WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT. I would drive 5 hours next time just to by from these guys

Found the dealer on the web, made an international call and was basically spoken to as if I was a pest, then the phone went dead. I thought there was a mistake, called back and said I called a few seconds ago, this is an international call and I was not sure what he said earlier was for me or he was speaking to someone else. The man on the other end of the phone mummured something and put the phone down. He must be having a bad day but why take it out on me? I am a cash paying client who does business with the USA a lot.

AutoLeader is the best experience i have ever had purchasing a car. I go into this dealership after visiting many others and i knew this was the place where i would buy my car. First of all, they have an excellent selection of cars and if they dont have what you are looking for then they will get it for you. The sales people are very fast, friendly, and helpful. The cars are at resonable prices and many have very low miles.I worked mainly with Izzie and David and they treat you like they have known you forever. I'm pretty sure the other reps are the same!!! If you are looking for a car this is the place to buy something stylish and affordable. Please dont waste your time anywhere else just give Auto Leader a call.

We found them online and we were used to buying from franchise dealers but we thought we would try an independent one last time. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and professional this family dealership was. They knew more and had more Hondas and Acura's then the local franchise dealer. We will go back again. Very nice and friendly family owned business.
