Bought my toyota highlander just recently from Auto Link. The check engine light came on after a week. I took it to craig and brought it right in. He was nice enough to give me a loaner car for the day while the car was being fixed. I was very impressed by the customer service here. Definitely would recommend them to a friend.

I have never felt more welcome at a dealership. This dealer ship has a very nice selection of quality southern vehicles. Once i test drive the car I was able to bring to my mechanic. Once my mechanic gave it a thumbs up I decided to buy and he cared about making sure I received the best interest rate possible ( 1.9% at AFCU). Craig was very professional and made the experience very easy.

My daughter, a first time car-buyer, recently purchased a car from Auto Lnk Inc. I accompanied her, as this process was new to her. We spent several days driving and considering 4 different cars. Craig was unfailingly patient, he allowed us to take the cars to our mechanic, he was knowledgeable about the car, and the price of the car was reasonable. I would highly recommend this dealership.

GOOD LUCK having your phone call and voice mail returned by this SLOWWW dealership! On an early Saturday afternoon while searching online, I spotted an SUV tagged "just listed" featuring most of what we're looking for. I acted quickly to contact this dealer, but no luck: VOICEMAIL! Followed up my call the next couple of days: VOICEMAIL! I figured no biggie, most probably closed Sunday and for labor day Monday. However, no reply to my voicemail the whole time though! Continued my quest the next two days(Tuesday and Wednesday) this time certain that I would reach someone right? NOOOO, complete ignorance of my inquiry. I have dealt with auto dealers about a dozen times in the past and I've never had one ignore customer calls. Finally, I get an email from a guy Thursday morning(on the 6th day since my initial inquiry) informing me that the SUV has been recently sold but he has a similar one that's not AWD. Geeeez, really? Mr sleepy head, why would I need and search for an SUV if it's only front wheel drive? Shouldn't it rather be easier to simply look for a mini cooper or a prius?

I was shopping for a car online and found a great deal at Auto LInk, I liked the fact that they deal in Southern Cars so I went to see the car, I was greeted well by Craig the Owner. All the cars had a carfax printed out and placed inside vehicles. Nice to know the history of these clean southern cars. The car drove great and still does, I ended up buying it. I recommend this dealership for your next car purchase.

Working with Craig made the car buying experience quick and easy. I was going back and forth between two similar suv's, then once I decided I was able to take it to a mechanic and everything checked out great. Would definitely recommend Auto Link.

I bought a Subaru XT from craig and it has been a great car so far. great customer service and transfering my plates was easy. the whole buying process was a breeze. A few weeks after i bought the car the check engine light came on. I called craig and i dropped the car off to him . It was fixed the next day for free! overall a good experience

Very pleased with my purchase at Auto LInk Inc...I had applied for a loan at another dealer but decided to shop around..I'm glad I did..Craig was able to get me a lower APR..so I was very pleased with that...now I'm very happy with my Acura TL ...would definitely recommend anyone to check this dealer out... They are very helpful and have great customer service

Wanted a accord for my daughter. we found one online at Auto Link and went to dealership to see. We took it for a test drive and found the car to drive nicely. Did have a question on the brakes and Craig assured me that there would be new pads and rotors on the car before inspection was completed as he had just brought the car to the lot from auction..We ended up buying the car and have been pleased with how it has performed and thank Craig for his honesty and assistance....

I was interested in a specific used car offered, called to ask about the details and then drove 90 minutes the next morning to see the vehicle. I hoped that the gentleman on the phone the night before might not be working. I arrived and viewed the car closely on the lot. It was impeccably detailed and waiting near the office entrance. Unfortunately, the same man was working. My interest in the vehicle and the clearly communicated active search to buy this very specific model of car within a 200 mile radius of my home didn't seem to get past the fact that I 'did not fit the profile' of the typical buyer. I was told three times that perhaps this would be a great car to buy for my 20-something son or daughter. I was even told that the car sitting next to it might be a better choice for me. I was clear I wanted a 6 speed standard transmission sport coupe and this very particular model of the car, not an automatic transmission Civic sedan. My experience may have been unique. Both on the phone and in person the respect and informative communication left me wanting. I inquired about the Carfax report both on the phone and in person and was not given a straight forward answer beyond a vague hint that one might be run sometime for this car and that I could buy a report myself. Happily later in the same day I found a year newer of this same model car, 6 speed and 15K fewer miles on it. I was happy to drive another hour down the road to be treated as an intelligent woman who knew what she wanted, something that I did not find at Auto Link.
