My husband and I were looking for an SUV and we found a great deal on a Jeep Patriot. Robert helped us get a better look at it by providing additional information with a Carfax report. This particular vehicle had been in a wreck but not totaled. When my husband and I test drove the Jeep we found their to be something wrong with the steering. We brought it up to the lot and they immediately put it in the shop to find that it was a rack and pinion issue. They are fixing the issue at no cost to us, rightfully so, and we will be picking it up today. Thanks Robert for all your help!

The service here is at AutoOne located off Division in Arlington, TX was a wonderful experience. This my first time buying a car. Well, my finance is buying the car. The staff here was awesome as answering all questions and knowledgeable in finding the best deals.. When you come, make sure to ask for Shalanda. She knows what she is doing and has much experience at helping us select the car that is affordable and finding good deals. She was helpful to my fiance, that recently received his discharge papers after filing bankruptcy. She made the promise that once he receive his discharge papers that she would be able to get him in a vehicle. She has followed through with that promised. Today we he is signing the contracts and riding away in a used car that he wanted (2013 Chevrolet Malibu).

Buying a used car can be stressful. I unexpectedly had to replace my son's car. I went to USAA for a car search for a used car. I had dealt with many dealerships in the past and I always questioned these small dealerships that don't have NAME BRAND titles... but I have to say the experience I had at Auto One was beyond compare! They not only remember and know me by name when I come in the dealership- they gave me an honest price... they worked with me... they didn't try to sell me a bunch of things I didn't need or want... they were very honest and very upfront. You feel comfortable walking into Auto One because although you are attended to when you walk in- you are not mobbed by salesmen like you are at traditional car lots. I have to say after calling and going to several dealerships including Holt Dodge/ Vandergriff Chevrolet... it was Auto One who not only had the car I wanted- 2010 Dodge SRT8 Hemi- but had sold it at a honest and fair price. I have to make mention of the "family" feeling you get at Auto One... my teenage daughter was with me when I bought the car and she was talking to Marco- he actually gave her a Pen off his desk that she loved! It really was like buying a car from "family" orientated business verses a "money" orientated business and I highly recommend them!!!!

ANDRE CONTACTED ME THE DAY AFTER I PLACED AN ONLINE INQUIRY FOR THE CAR I'VE BEEN WANTING. ANDRE CALLED ME AND WAS VERY POLITE AND RESPECTFUL OVER THE TELEPHONE. HE GAVE ME AN APPOINTMENT TO COME LOOK AT THE VEHICLE AND WAS NOT AT ALL UPSET TO FIND OUT THAT I HAD TO RESCHEDULE. ANDRE WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME AS I SELECTED A DIFFERENT CAR EVERY 5 MINUTES DUE TO PRICES AND PAYMENTS. ANDRE KNEW WHICH CAR I TRULY WANTED AND MADE SURE THATS THE CAR I STAYED TUNED IN ON. WHEN I ARRIVED TO THE OFFICE TO FILL OUT PAPERWORK AND SUCH, ANDRE OFFERED REFRESHMENTS AND ASKED ALL QUALIFYING QUESTIONS TO ASSURE I WAS COMFORTABLE. I went to Auto One to purchase my 2012 Cruze, not only did they work a great price and deal. They went above and beyond the means to make sure I got everything I could want. In the few problems I did have wasn't problems at all for them. I would recommend all my friends and family to go to Auto One for a car. I rate Auto one #1 the staff is great and friendly they worked hard and fast to get me approved. I went in right before closing and talk to Alex and told him what I was looking for by the next morning Alex had called and said I was approved. As I went down to Auto one to get my 2012 Dodge Charger thanks to Nina for her great help in handling the paper work where I was in and out in 30 minutes. Auto One is the best in customer service, quality buying process, and friendly staff for taking care of my needs without the hassle. Thank you again Nina and Alex!

Auto one car lot was unable to find me a lender.They didn't seem to interested in my credit nor my business.l was wanting to purchase a truck, but was unable to.I ended up going to another dealer and getting a 44 Dodge Hemireal sweet deal.Thanks for not helping me.

I was looking to purchase my dream car and they made it happen...2007 Corvette! I told them what my situation was and it was very challenging and they went to work for me to find the best loan and it was numerous of options. William (sales rep) told me he will work hard for me to get it done and he made it happen. The sales manager worked hard for me as well. He explained the options that i have (financing) and most of all had numerous of options and didn't go with the first one just to get the sale. He made sure I had the best rate and that was very important. The whole staff was very friendly! I will come back to buy if i need a car and i will refer potential car buyers to them.

THIS IS A GREAT DEALERSHIP. OWNER IS REALLY NICE, MY SOFT TOP HAD A BROKEN LEVER, AND ALL I HAD TO DO WAS TAKE IT IN TO GET REPLACED WITH NO OUT OF COST. I was about to give up on looking for a used truck because five other dealers had already turned me down, but as it was getting late i decided to stop by this one last dealership...Auto One. I was so tired of hearing no that I wasn't even going to go inside the office let alone get out of my vehicle. Then the salesman told me just give him 10 minutes and he promised me I wouldn't be disappointed. Needless to say I'm now in my pre-owned Chevy riding clean thanks to Marcus England.

They handled everything so quickly for helping me find out what I qualify for since I am fresh out of college. So I had little credit and the credit I have was student loans (not good). Marcus was very courteous and spoke the truth about what they offer. The process was only long because they were negotiating with the bank/lender on my behalf to secure my financing. Once that was finished, I was in and out. They made every attempt to help me out with making sure that I had the correct documentation and went so far to let me use their computer to print off my verification information. Highly recommended...will return when in the market for another used vehicle. Go see them!

Overall the whole process was good. The application was easy, need two check stubs, a bill in your name, DL, and two references. I would recommend Marcus England to deal with, he was very professional. I didn't feel any overbearing pushy sales. Marcus was kind enough to show me other vehicles I was in the market for....a truck. They were willing to work with the amount of down payment.....definitely would go back to them if I am in the market for another car. Definitely recommend.
