Dana Dutoi, he's the man, great service, I drove 3 hours and bought what I was told on the phone. 3 hour trip was worth it while being approved before making the trip. 30 minutes total in there to sign and test drive and I walked out the door. They have backed up everything that was told me me.

Found a F 350 online in the morning, went to test drive. Never any pressure. I left still thinking and sent them my credit application a couple hours later. They ran it through one bank, gave me 3 options to pick from and I decided to go ahead with it. They stayed late for us to come back. Never tried to up sell anything or hide any details. Chris is amazing.

I've been all over the board with how to fairly rate this dealership based on my used car purchase. At the end of the day, I'm going to rate them 4 out of 5 stars but will list my areas of dissatisfaction. Let me start by saying I'm very familiar with the car buying experience and have sold cars in a dealership years ago. I research the heck out of what I want to buy, pricing, repair history, ownership history, dependability and areas of common problems. I also look at reviews of the dealership to get an overall impression of what to expect. I located a vehicle at this dealership. I initially came across it on cars.com which had a sales price listed (with no disclaimers from what I could see). I then went to the dealer website and found the vehicle listed there with "no" price listed. I sent a message (via the cars.com dealer inquiry portal) with several questions about the vehicle. After several days of not getting a response, I located an email on the dealer's website and tried my questions again. Still no response. I called and spoke with one of the sales guys to verify the vehicle was still in stock. After voicing my displeasure with the lack of email responses, I decided to drive the 45 minute drive to go see it. Upon arrival, there were half a dozen sales people mingling in the lot as it appeared they were having a special event. As I approached, one of them asked if they could assist me. I stated I was here to see Matt, the name of the sales person I spoke with on the phone. He looked bewildered and said he didn't think they had a Matt working there. I went inside anyway and noticed several other people who appeared to be sales associated mingling around. I was also standing next to windowed offices that appeared to house possibly the sales manager. After standing there for what seemed like a couple minutes with no one approaching, I finally stuck my head in the office and said I was here to speak with Matt. He was promptly located in the back and we started the dialogue. I inspected the vehicle, drove it and agreed to sit down and discuss price. I should note that Matt was very helpful throughout the process and I have no issues with him. So my trade in (and I'm the first to admit it was a heap) was inspected supposedly by the sales manager. After several minutes, the sales manager comes over and sits down. (Nice enough guy but got the hurry up used car salesman feeling with him). He showed me the price of the vehicle I was wanting to buy (which was $3000 more than what was listed on cars.com) and stated he could not give me anything for my trade in. I asked why his price was $3000 more than cars.com had it listed for. He stated it's because they (cars.com) just pull random vehicles and that their price was reflective of his guaranteed $3000 trade in value, which again supposedly mine was not eligible for. I was going to walk out because his price was ridiculously high for that vehicle. He asked what I would pay and I told him. After doing the typical back and forth, I finally agreed to a price that I thought was fair, albeit still on the high side. I signed papers, agreeing to a finance rate through a local credit union and all was good. The very next morning, I received a call from the finance guy that he needed me to come back in because an error was made on the paperwork and the finance rate was listed wrong. It was going to be higher. I stated we had a signed contract showing the rate that was listed. Long story short since I'm running out of space, I agreed to come back in but negotiated an additional price off the purchase price since it was their fault. The very next day, my air bag warning light came on. Again, attempted emails to service mgr with no response. Realizing I bought as is, I was still interested if they would take care of due to it being the next day. After calling, I was told there was nothing they could do. Also had to call after 30 days to get my compensation check for their paperwork screw up

Was a easy buying process our sales guy wasnt pushy at any part of our buying process. He truly listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle and gave us a great deal on it when we found it. My wife and I truly love our escape!!! We would highly recommend bremen ford and the friendly staff.

After searching tens of dealerships, we chose to work with this one. The staff was terrific and listened to what I wanted. No pressure, unlike other dealerships. One big name dealer in South Bend wanted us to schedule an appointment just to come out and look. Another wanted a deposit to hold a vehicle until the weekend when we could come out to look at it and test drive. But we worked with Chris at Tim Martin's Ford in Bremen, and couldn't be more pleased. He found just the vehicle to fit our family with the features I wanted. He was curtious, down to earth and understood this was an investment for us, so he wanted us to be happy. Thanks Chris for such a stress free experience. I will be recommending to everyone I know to purchase here.
