I really enjoyed my shop in experience with Jackie. He was very attentive and made sure that all my wants and needs were taken care of. The car that I wanted was at there dealership in Indiana (I didn't want to drive that far), and he sent someone to pick it up and deliver it to me he same day. The car was everything I asked for and the experience was great. They even gave me top dollar for my tradin. If you want great service friendly people and no one trying to get over on you. Then auto park ford is your place.

I went in and was greeted right away by Andrew Eger. He was so helpful finding me a car that fit my needs and budget. He showed me several vehicles and advised me which would be the best for me. I test drove one car and fell in love with it. He sat down with me, did the paperwork and I was off to work. I went back the next morning and picked up my new car. I have exchanged several email to describe the vehicle we want. I could not get a yes or no answer. The individual I dealt with finally suggested I buy a new car. I took her advise and bought a new Buick Enclave, 4 buckets seats, gray interior, white exterior. 6,000 miles. I wanted a Ford Explorer, White, any color interior but no browns or tans, 4 bucket seats and third row seating, lowest mileage possible.

Worst place to buy a car. The DO NOT stand by anything they say. They will bat their eyes at you and say all these nice things then the moment you sign the contract to buy the car, you are nothing but dirt to them. Even to try and get them to follow through on things they promised verbally and on paper to do and fix on the car. My car had a few things wrong with it that they would fix if I bought the car. They gave me the run around after I signed the paperwork even though they had it noted! They went against their word multiple times to the point they would leave me waiting in a meet up spot but would never show up. Thats right NEVER SHOWING UP. When THEY were the ones that told me the place and time. Not me. I would call them waiting asking if they were coming, and they would tell me they weren't. That other things happened instead. Okay? Ever thought of NOTIFYING your customers then? I took the time out of my day to drive to the location and then sat there and waited like an idiot to the point I had to call you to find out what was really going on. This happened 3 times. They are unprofessional. Here is another good example: There was a noise coming from my car and I suggested a failing strut since we just had it happen on another car. All the manager did (Jim) was walk over to the side of my car, push on my car and said 'nope not the strut.' I am sorry, but thats NOT an inspection. Thats a lame excuse to say you got what you want (I bought the car) now for me to leave. (GUESS WHAT? Took it to another place...It was the strut.) Then I continued getting the run around. Later to find out that the noise was actually noted in their initial look over in my paperwork. I could continue for ages on different stories or go into detail, but this would turn into an essay.All in short, they do not follow through on any of their words and when they ditch you, you become the problem or 'you don't work with their schedule,' even though you tell them 'anytime works' or 'you pick the time and day' DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. EVER.

They don't rush you in any way. They spend as much time answering all you questions. Didn't have to go to 3 different people to get answers. The owner even came in and shook our hand. That means a lot. People don't take the time anymore but Auto park ford spent a lot of time in person and on phone to make sure all your questions were answered. Trust me, they care.. Very nice people to work with.Love my new Ford Edge.

Found a selection of 2014 Ford Edges I was looking for on Auto Trader available at Auto Park Ford. The dealership was two and a half hours away from my location. Spoke with Sandie Owen and she stated she had two left so I made the trip to Sturgis. Glad I did. The one that appealed to me did not have the leather I wanted but Sandie said they could have it installed for a reasonable price. The overall price of this vehicle was about $4.000 less than anywhere else. Sandie and staff were extremely helpful and made this car buying experience very enjoyable. Would make the drive in the future to deal with the friendly folks at Auto Park Ford.

I went there in a 20 year old (very tired car) and drove out in a brand new 2016 Ford Focus lease that was a payment in my budget. Sandie Owen was the best, she went above and beyond running numbers to find something that worked for me. Everyone was so friendly and I just love my new Focus, thanks so much to you all!

My check engine light came on and had it looked at over my lunch. They told me it was the main computer going out in my car and would cost me $2000 if came back on! They charged me $106 dollars to hook up to computer. Told me if came on again would lock up my motor if drove on it. Two weeks later, it came back on. Took to my local garage where my car normally gets worked on. Was NOT the main computer for my car but just the heating elimate in my car! And it DID NOT cost me $2000 to fix !!! The dealership refused to return my money for reading my computer in car. I will never ever return to this dealership and in the Spring will NOT consider it for when I am buying a new car!!

I was looking for a car similar to the one that I already had and noticed that dealership had what I was looking for!! I flew in to Chicago and John picked me up from the airport. He drove me around showing me where Michael Jordan lives along the way to the dealership. When we got to the dealership I was greeted by his son's whom work with him at the dealership. We sat down , he discussed the everything about the vehicle to me ( which he previously did over the phone) he showed me pictures of he and his kids and some of the Hot Rod's he had/ he sold ( my father and I are/ were also into Hot Rod's) We all had some laughs about his boys driving Hot Rod's to high school and what is teachers thought about it back then. I gave him the remaining balance due and I signed the papers for the vehicle. While sitting there listening to John (the owner) along with listening to his son's.. I thought, WOW... WHAT A GREAT FAMILY ....NOT TO MENTION A GREAT FAMILY BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!! Before leaving informed me that he had driven the vehicle and let me know ahead of time everything about the vehicle and basically told me that it was a solid car and that I can easily without any problems drive it back to Maryland (Germantown - which I did of course)--- without any problems-- whatsoever!!!!!!!! To conclude this review, I will say this. John and his son's offer you a phenomenal experience when you go to their dealership and here are just some of the reasons; THEY ARE HONEST, UP FRONT, NO HASSLE, CARING, FRIENDLY, TRULY WARM ..... I can really continue to on about my experience with the family here at this dealership..... above everything.... it made me TRULY FEEL THAT I HAVE A FRIEND IN CHICAGO!!!!!!! Sandie in sales was awesome but the day we took our car home the brake light stopped functioning and being LED there are no bulbs to replace and they did not stand behind their vehicle. Asked what they would have done if I had noticed at the dealer and they said they would have fixed it but since I drove it off the lot for one day I am buying a 425$ tail light. If the navigation failed or something non safety related I would understand but this is a matter of safety!

I dealt with Jim device mgr. it took them two tries to fix my warranty issue. First try was a reprogram power steering, second try they had to replace the power steering motor. When they replaced the motor they left the battery near dead overnight in the cold. When I went to start it up the battery was dead. Jim said he woul get a techs to help. That never happened. He had it towed to the shop. Tells me batteries dead. My car was functional when I brought it in and now it's dead. Instead of picking up the tab for the towing I had to pay for it. After all that when I went to pay Jim tells me that my car is ready and out front. I found it in the back of the building on a dirt road parking lot. His customer service is very poor and should not be dealing with customers. Very dissatisfied and will be going elsewhere for my repairs. Also I have missed two days of work. Jim is not a good communicator, when you have a customers car for a day, at least call and update before you go home and your secretary has to text you to come back because you left for the day. Why would Jim tell me that a tech will come and look at my car when they are not an outsource dealership. Very negative experience, I would never treat a customer the way I was treated. I'd find a solution to help that customer and not cost him more money. I felt like I got robbed from Jim, not a person I would ever deal with.

Called them at 9 in the morning asked about a vehicle said they had it etc..Told them lived little over 100 miles away be there bout noon to look at it. 10:30 am get email from them telling bout vehicle. Get there round noon he isn't there "went to lunch". They try to find it can"t. Say well web site isn't up to date must have been sold sometime last week (rather rude in tone also) Other sales man half laughing says oh must be problems with comunication..Really problems with comunication.. he was also rather rude..why do you tell someone you have the vehicle when you don't, especially when have been told they will be there to look at it with all intentions of buying it, and you know they have a considerable drive to get there..Six o;clock at night an it is still listed on their web site for sale. 250 mile round trip for nothing..an their sales people find it funny would not recomend them to anyone.

The staff at Auto Park in Sturgis Michigan is Great. Sandie Owen is the best, I stopped in to look at a truck and she went above and beyond to find me a better truck that looked the same and had less miles on it. To top that she also had it brought to the Sturgis dealership so I didn't have to drive anywhere else to look at it. I drove the truck home the next day. Sandie was excellent in wanting to work with us. We went to 2 other Ford dealerships before going to the one in Sturgis and they were very rude and pretty much treated us like we were crazy for wanting what we wanted. We have had a couple serious things happen to us over the last 3 1/2 years beyond our control and Sandie recognized that. The other places didn't act like they wanted to waste their time with us. We are a hard working couple that has been together for 24 years and pay our bills. We also haven't had a car payment in a few years and decided if we were going to do this for the last we are going to get what we want. Sandie was the woman for us and the Ford dealership in Sturgis was the place for us.

We were in the market for a new vehicle. I said Mustang - the wife said the family practical car the Explorer. Guess who won? Anyway, we met Sandie at Autoparkford in Sturgis and she was quite helpful and knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. We have usually steered away from the dealership when it was previously known as "Gateway Ford" and we were impressed with the changes from the new ownership. The selection was larger and if they didn't have what we wanted on the lot Sandie found it for us. The haggle over the initial sticker price we felt was very fair and she walked us through in detail about the Explorers and the options available. Not only was Sandie helpful but the finance department was great as well. They answered all of our questions and made us feel more at ease over our purchase and financing. Everyone we dealt with or talked to at Autopark were friendly and answered any of our questions. We were pleased with our purchase and once the vehicle arrived, Sandie was fantastic in going through all of the features and operating details. The service department has been great as well over a couple of recall issues with our 2002 Explorer. They fixed the problems in a very timely manner. To sum up our experience, it would be very safe to say that we will most likely make our next purchase at AutoparkFord in Sturgis Michigan and this time I'm sure it will be for a Mustang!!! Finally!!!!!!!!!!

I have never owned a Ford product before. We went in to Auto Park Ford in Sturgis to buy a used truck for my husband. (which we purchased). While we were there I said we were thinking about trading my 2006 Malibu Maxx that we had bought new at the Chevorlet dealership in Sturgis.I told her we had seen the new Ford escape on television and she took me out and spent time going over the features and answered all my questions. I was able to drive the escape and loved it. I wanted certain features and color and they did not have a vehicle on the lot that had what I was wanting. Sandy called and search until she found the vehicle I was interested in. She spent time, answered all my questions, made me feel that my purchase was important to her. Everyone at the dealership was excellent working as a team to get me the best features and best buy for my purchase. I picked up my vehicle last Friday and was so impressed with what this dealership offers. Sandy went over the features again and helped with all our paperwork. I was very impressed with the service we received and love my 2013 Escape. I would recommend if you are looking for a vehicle to visit Auto Park Ford in Sturgis. Ask for Sandy! She is great and I love my new Escape!

Sandy,When I decided to get a new car, I had a list of requests for the new car. She worked very hard to get me the car I desired. Unfortunately, the care I wanted she was unable to get me. So I looked on the lot and found the escape I am now own. Because I wanted a back up camera she was able to have one placed in my escape. I am very happy with the time and effort she put into getting me a new car. I am very happy with the my blue escape. She always does me a great job of finding me a car that will work for me.

She goes beyond the call to find us exactly what we want as far as color, size etc etc. she gets all the paper work do on a timely matter, she goes thru all the specks, answers all questions we have. Sandie has been great to work with during the purchase of my new truck. She is not a high pressure sales person which I like as I could check out various trucks with different options and then compare pricing. Once I determined the features I wanted on the truck and my choice of color she provided choices of trucks available with the options and pricing. I attended one of their BIG Tent Sales and bought a 2008 Saturn Aura. The salesman guaranteed me that if I would want to upgrade my car in the future they would give me full price of my remaining loan. (This is the reason I decided to purchase from them, thinking that they stand behind their price, etc) The day came when I was wanting to do that and went in to the dealership. Not only did they recant their statement, but also was told that my car was priced DOUBLE what it should have been when I bought it. I feel so betrayed and taken advantage of!!!! I will NEVER again buy from them and neither will my in-laws who have always bought their vehicles from them!!!!!
