I have to say this was the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had. (And I'm over 50) Alex has a nice selection of German cars. I had my eye on a beautiful CLK convertible. It was visually perfect, but wanted to make sure it was mechanically sound. (I was recently burned on a trip to Chicago to buy a used 500SL) He encouraged me to take it to my mechanic to have it checked out...which it did. There were just a few very minor things that Alex fixed without issue. I've had the car for over a month now and have been stopped twice by strangers who think it's brand new. Would not hesitate to go back to Alex and Autobahn Motors in the future!

I cannot possibly give enough positive comments about Autobahn. I have worked with Alex for my last 3 car purchases, over almost 20 years. The cars at Autobahn are beautiful, reliable and have the good word of a very honest businessman behind them. He will help you find the right car for YOU. He does not push you into cars that are out of your price range or not what you came for. Their service is so helpful and accommodating!!! I have sent so many friends to Alex and we have all left happy and confident with our purchases. This is the best place to buy a car in KC. Thank you so much, Alex!!!

I wanted to take a minute to rate my most recent experience at Autobahn Motors USA. As you can see I gave it the highest rating. My last buying experience was a smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically, I would like give high praise to the owner and salesperson, Alex. He was polite and professional without being aloof - he listened to my needs. I never once had the impression that he wanted to sell me a car in inventory if it did not meet my needs. I didn't walk in late one weeknight with the intent on leaving with a new vehicle, but the more time that I spent talking to Alex about my situation - at the time, my growing family - the more inclined I became to purchase. His 22+ years of knowledge and experience in the auto business far surpassed any experience I found at other local dealerships. His approach was relaxed, but attentive. I never felt rushed to make a decision. In fact, I felt better equipped to make a decision than before I walked in. After doing a few more weeks of homework and shopping around, it became increasingly clear that Autobahn Motors USA was where I wanted to take my business. Not once did I feel like I had to channel my hardcore negotiator. After many hours of research and hassle-free test drives, Alex found a quick and painless way to make a deal work for me that was fair to us both. I drove off the lot with all the usual excitement that comes from buying a new car, but without the knot in my stomach that comes with wondering whether or not I had made the right decision! I couldn't ask for much more than that. Not only did I get to leave Autobahn Motors USA in my fully loaded VW Touareg, but I also left with my dignity still in tact. Both my husband and I have been in the hospitality industry and, by default, have high standards of how business should/shouldn't be done. EVERYONE at Autobahn displays a level of professionalism and work ethic that is sadly, scarce these days, but not here! Our experience buying a beautiful vehicle from Autobahn EXCEEDED every expectation!! The level of customer service - from walking in the door to driving away in our "new" car was above what we have ever experienced. And it didn't stop there. Although we purchased our car without a warranty, a small issue (after purchase) occurred, however was immediately handled to our satisfaction. I feel everyone at Autobahn GOES ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure that their customers are 100% pleased with the entire process. Honestly - I cannot wait to purchase another car from Autobahn!

By far the most enjoyable car buying experience I've had. I was recently in an accident that totaled my car, so I jumped into the market of buying a car very quickly. I went to a few car lots to look at different options, but never found the selection of cars that I found at Autobahn Motors USA. But as good as the selection of cars was, what really made me want to do business with this particular car lot was the honesty and trustworthiness of it's owner, Alex. I was particularly fond of a 2009 BMW X5 he had, and he walked me through everything I needed to know about the car. He told me what he had put into it, and why he arrived at the price he did. I haven't been car shopping too many times in my life, but being able to speak face-to-face with the owner was truly a pleasure. There are no games being played here like the ones you'll see at bigger dealerships around the metro area (I'm looking at you Hendrick Toyota). Also I must give credit where credit is due. Andrew Johnson, the salesman I worked with at Autobahn Motors USA, was very knowledgeable about all the cars that I was interested in on the lot. He had a detailed answer for every vague question I had. Andrew helped steer me in the right direction on what exactly would fit my needs, but never tried to push me or force something onto me. Due to that, I have a lot of respect for him. Without his help I wouldn't have been able to find my dream car. After buying the X5 from Autobahn Motors USA, Alex has been more than willing to assist me in any adjustments to the car I may need. I am a Missouri resident so I needed to get a front license plate installed since the previous owner didn't have one. I gave them a call since I don't have many tools with me currently, went down to the shop, and they had it installed right away without question. This type of care will keep me coming back for business for years to come. If you're wanting to find a reliable luxury car, and you want to buy from someone who you can trust, make this your first stop!!
