I thought that I had a decent experience here until I left. I asked to look at used vehicles and instead was swayed to look at new with the idea of 0 percent financing. I was given a quote for my car 6000 dollars less than I was given at a different dealership and told I was getting a great deal withOUT 0 percent interest like I was told without even running my credit. The "incentives" were "great" but like I said not what I had asked to see. They hid the real amount being financed and gave only the monthly payment. They also tried to high pressure sell me on a vehicle. Would not recommend at all.

Where to start, well they don't always put the right oil in your car, oil filters aren't always changed. The used car department sells cars with bad tires, rotors, body damage and more. The times you get for labor will vary from time to time. They'll tell you it's costs 40$ to patch a tire just because you have a free oil change coupon, normally that tire patch is 19.99. Everyone constantly talks about what you look like, what your car looks like and if you come in with a coupon your a automatic xxxxxxx. I could write this for days, avoid this dealership.

Stopped by as I was doing my due diligence trying to decide whether or not to purchase a truck or SUV so that I could safely pull my rather large boat. Cleveland did an outstanding job educating me and working with me to get me into a F 150 that met all my needs. I am extremely pleased with his professionalism and with my new truck! I highly recommend not only Auto Fair having had a great experience once before buying an Explorer but equally so Cleveland. Last week I brought my Ford fusion in for a recall fixed and aside from the fact that they never seem to stock all the parts that are needed for these fixes, which makes things inconvenient as they had to keep the car overnight, it was an absolute delight working with my service manager by the name of Dennis . Dennis goes beyond the call of duty in making sure that everything is tied down and write and he even gave me a follow-up call to see if everything was good so that is the kind of customer service you don't get anywhere else these days and for that I am very thankful and give auto fair Ford high praises.

Went in looking for a truck, and was greeted by the sales person(Bichr). I explained my situation to him, I had purchased a new car 10 months earlier and had some negative equity in it. I looked a a couple of nice low mileage used trucks and could not come up with a payment that worked for me. They asked if I had considered new and told me of all the current rebates. They pulled a new truck up for me to look at and ran some numbers, and were able to get me into a new truck with a payment that worked. I am very happy with the team at Autofair Ford, they took the time and went out of the way to help me get the vehicle I needed.

I have gone to them since 1995. Bought my first truck there. My son was driving 15 years later . after I gave it to him they leased me a truck and bought my 2007 F150 after the lease. I have only taken it to them and the work has been great overtime.Just recently I had a tire change done and hub was missing, they replaced it with a new part to correct the issue. They have always treated me very well and respectful.Will and have recommended them to friends and they are also pleased with the service. My wife has also bought her past two cars with Autofair and has had them always service her vehicle. We are very happy with them.

I've been in biotech sales for over 20 years. The service, straight forward talk and overall process was all about me. He listened to what I said, did not have his own agenda and ultimately we made a deal with the whole process taking less than 3 hours from walking in to finance, trade in and delivery of my new F150. He explains issues and needed repairs effectively and consults on what should be done, needs to be done, and does not need to be done (and when). Went in to look at the ST's thinking I had no chance but just wanted to get the information ended up going home with one.. Love the car and it was made real easy by Cleiton Silva. i'm seeing way too many positive reviews and starting to wonder how rigged they are, first, forget dealer incentives, they will find ways of burying them, forget about sale prices or internet pricing, they will bury it too, forget so called Best Trade in deals, what you will get is offered less the trade in price, so that said, GOOD NEWS, if your desperate, don't care paying over list and really have your back to the wall, they will help you, ( screw you in the process but hey ) forget about any chance of working a deal, their usual price is over list, deal with it, so that said, it was finally time to say goodbye to autofair ford,

I brought my car in for an oil change. There were several recalls that needed to be addressed (latches on all 4 doors and automatic steering which required tearing up the dashboard). I got it back and the AC on the drivers side didn't work and the drivers side door wasn't closing. They took the car back to look at it. I just got a call where they accused me of having other work done on the door which is why the latch install wasn't 100% and the AC was an "existing issue" that would cost $250. Neither of these were problems before I brought it in. They are fixing the door, but not without shaming me. It is unfortunate that I have to defend myself and pay extra for things that came up after they "repaired" the recalls. Drivers shouldn't have to choose between safety of bringing in the car for recalls or dealing with new problems their service people are creating. I have never taken my car anywhere else but Autofair, but perhaps it is time I look elsewhere.

My husband and I had a good experience at Autofair Ford. Our salesman was friendly and worked with us to get to a 'happy' place. I was disappointed on the trade in offer for my Subaru but it all worked out. We had a time limit we could spend at the dealership and everyone worked really hard to get us out on time. We pointed out some scratches on the vehicle we were looking to purchase and they worked a new paint job on the affected areas into the deal. Good experience overall.

I don't usually leave reviews, but Chris and drew were excellent to work with this is actually the second time I have delt with Drew. I came in I told Chris my situation and what I needed, his knowledge of vehicles on the lot led him quickly to show me 5 or 6 choices that fit my criteria. Needless to say I drove home in a truck that I love. This being the second truck I have purchased thru Autofair first being thru Drew and second with Chris. I can absolutely recommend them.

I'm sorry for having to rite again, but I feel I have not gotten my point across! I bought a 2013 mustang GT in Sept of 2012 Loved the car got great service. in oct of 2014 I bought a 2014 mustang convt.v6, I said when I turned 70 I was going to slow down! love the car before winter I bought a 2009 Saturn Aura, for a winter car They sold to me and I thought they would work on it if something happend in Sept I called service dept to get a oil change and also for a sticker. well it had a small leak in the exh . they told my son they would not fix it but would send me to someone that would ! while there they told him they changed a light in the back, the light bulb was$2.00 and labor was $23.00 ! I have always felt good doing busness with until this happend ! Just have not received the responce I thought I was going to get Got a call yesterday and was asked if they wanted me to be taken off your list and I was ticked so I said Yes have a great day RJS.

Without a doubt the worst car buying experience I've ever had. There tactics are very shady, underhanded and possibly even illegal. I bought a powertrain warranty with my vehicle. The finance guy said they were giving me a maintenance package with the vehicle. I have since discovered they charged my almost $600 for the "free" maintenance by sneaking the charge into the contract for my powertrain warranty which, is through a different compay. I don't know if it's too late but, I plan on contacting the Attorney General's office to see if how they operated was within the law.

) stars. I bought a used truck August 27, and just received an email from service that they failed my tires and it will be $1200 to replace. My transmission is gone, and they have basically sold me a lemon. They also claimed to have made numerous attempts to contact me on the evening before Thanksgiving when I was told by their employees that no one was giving me that promised return ride, yet my phone records show otherwise. I have 64 payments to go at $328 for what's turning into a paperweight. I was told by sales I cannot return my vehicle or it will go on my credit report. I am going to bring this to a separate mechanic for a diagnostic evaluation today, then notifying the state and sharing their false claims to have attempted to contact me. Lying on their reviews to make themselves look better, and blaming customers for their very poor service is a bad way to run a business. Save yourself the hassle and go to Londonderry.

I bought 4 cars here in the last 3 years 2 mustangs and 1 Saturn . I had my son take the Saturn in for a oil change and a sticker, they failed it because of a leak in the exh. and a light in the back ,which they changed for $43.00 then told they would not do the work on the exh. So if i bought a 2014 Bmw for $50,000 you would not fix it?? well if I have to take my Saturn somewere else I will also take my 2014 mustang Too!!!!!! and look for a 2015 while I'm at it! RJS.

I went to Autofair with a print out from the ford website of an Explorer. I wanted to buy a new 2015 or 2016. We were working with a representative named Gerald who was relatively new. The experience was going well. But he was unable to find what we were looking for on the lot. In comes Keith Osoeski, Gerald's "mentor". And everything went down the tubes fast. He asked what we wanted and what we wanted to spend. He immediately snapped that this vehicle in my head did not exist. I showed him the car I built online so that he would know the features I was looking for. He went to his computer and again told me, "it will never happen. It doesn't exist. I don't think you understand how this works." He tried to sell me on something well outside my price range assuring me that the brand new vehicle I wanted could not be found anywhere. And throughout this process his attitude was abysmal. So we left. We drove 10 miles down the road to Londonderry ford, where I guess they employe miracle workers. Because, wouldn't you know it, they found me a 2016 Ford Explorer with the features I wanted and in the budget I requested, a vehicle in which I am now the proud owner of. We had a shady experience with Keith a few months back too where he tried to over price a car on the lot that was on the website for cheaper to my sister. We should have known better and will never return nor will we every recommend Autofair to anyone. Don't waste your time, go to Londonderrh Ford where the customer service well surpasses this place.

The worst buying experience of my life. Left after my purchase feeling xxxxx! Sad thing is the new car is lovely, but the whole experience leaves such a bad taste in my mouth. I only wish that I had read the yelp reviews before I purchased my car. I have to take full responsibility for signing on the dotted line, but I am also compelled to let others know about my experience. This is the third car I have purchased from auto fair and I sadly had a bit of a trust factor, as in the past I felt treated fairly. They gave me a very poor trade in value on my truck, when I asked about it, they said Edmunds inflated there values, so that was not a reasonable tool to base the value on. When my husband asked about his discount, he had a hand waved at him and a no. I was getting zero percent financing so assumed that negated any discount. I have since been in touch with Auto Fair and was told that the salesman was certain I did not want to use my husbands discount and have him on the loan and was also told, well maybe I would have given ya a few more bucks for your truck but..I was there seven hours to purchase a car, I was exhausted and it was just a nightmare. If I can save just one person from having to experience this treatment the time I have taken to write this review will have been justified.

You ready for this one?..... February of 2014 I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Limited Edition Edge. It was beautiful, however, the electrical panel in the front end was screwed up. It kept telling me "No key detected" or "Shift to Park" when I had my key in hand or my car was already parked and turned off. So I brought it in to be fixed. In a rental I went. A week went by and they told me it should be all set. It was not!!! The car was still saying those same things but also my radio wasn't working right. Ide press a button to change the station and nothing would happen. Or I would want XM radio on and it would turn my the CD on. So I brought it back again. Another Rental. Then my driver seat wouldn't work at all. It wouldn't move forward or backwards. It was stuck. Again, back in the shop. I picked it up a few days later with all these promises that it should be all set and I would be good now. The very next day my seat moved all the way forward on its own squishing me up against my steering wheel while I was driving with my son in the car. That was it for me!!! This is only July 2014. I brought it back for the 5th time in less than 6 months. I said I didn't feel safe anymore and i wanted to get into a differnt limited edge. They said to give them a few days to locate another limited edge. They called me a few days later and said to come on down.(which is 45 mins away) They had one for me. When I got there not only was it NOT a Certified Pre-owned, It was NOT limited. It also was the only color I asked them not to get me. So, a manager said " Go out in the lot and pick out something you like and we will work with you" I found 2 Limited Explorers. He told me that one was too expensive but this one was doable. I asked to test drive it. They told me it had just been brought in on trade and wouldn't be ready until tomorrow and to come back yet again. I got there to find that all the paperwork was filled out and ready to sign before I even got to test drive it. I asked the manager "What if I don't like this one?" His response was "You'd better like it! I pulled a lot of strings to get you in this car." I felt he was pushy and I didn't have any other options but to take this one. And trusting in this manager because I know him out of Auto Fair, I test drove it and moved forward. Now going to right now... My AC compressor blew in my Explorer last week so I bring it in to be serviced. They take it, give me a rental and say we will get back to you tomorrow. I didn't hear anything the next day so I called around 5pm to get an update. A female says that they had to order a part but someone would be calling me the next day. 6:30am the service guy calls and says "I'm so sorry but your warranty lapsed less than 2 months ago and you will be responsible for $1200.00-$1500.00 worth of work PLUS the rental cost. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I thought I had a Pre-Owned Ford Certified like my Edge but I had a Auto Fair warranty. I told him not to touch my car and I would be picking it up that night. Even though I made it extremely clear not to touch it they went ahead and did an oil change after I had spoken to them. I fought with them about the rental because NO ONE told me beforehand that I might have to pay for it. They did eat the cost. I took the unfixed car to another dealer to see if there was anything they could do for me and they just laughed in my face. They said that they cant believe that someone could do such a mean and ruthless thing like Auto Fair did to me. The sales rep said he could never live with himself if he treated someone this way. There was absolutely nothing he could do. A 2011 Ford Limited Edition Explorer going for around $20,000.00 and I'm in debt for over $30,000.00. I am extremely unhappy with Auto Fair and the way they handled my situation. I would NEVER recommend them to another person.

Once I picked my truck, Fred made the rest of the process very easy and he made sure I got the best deal. I would refer all my family and friend to Fred in the future.

I bought a certified pre-owned 2014 ford and on my way home it started to rain. I turned on the windshield wipers and they didn't work - on any speed. No function whatsoever. Also during my 30 minute ride home, I had high beams flashed at me a few times, which I thought was strange, until I realized the left headlight was pointing right up into the face of everyone coming towards me. Brought the car in to a different (competent) dealer the next morning. The fuse for the wiper motor was MISSING - not blown or damaged, not even there. The left headlamp bulb was not fully installed into the headlamp housing, and therefore not aimed properly. I'm not sure how the vehicle made it through AutoFair's "rigorous" CPO inspection without correcting these two safety issues. I'm also pretty sure NH state inspection laws require working windshield wipers and properly aimed headlights, so I'm surprised I got the car with a fresh inspection sticker. Not a good experience at AutoFair.

I wanted to change from my car to an SUV since I now have 2 grandchildren. My husband and son started to look for me and met with Fred Ranney at AutoFair Ford. We have been on the look out for an SUV for some time that not only matched my requirements but also my personality. Fred showed them a beautiful red 2013 Ford Edge Sport AWD with 22 inch wheels. They called me and I came right down. Fred listened to what I was looking for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful in assisting me to feel comfortable with all of the bells and whistles. I am very happy with my Edge Sport. Fred was so helpful I sent my other son who was looking for a new truck. He purchased an awesome looking 2015 F-150.

I must say that Cindy St... in the service department is TOP NOTCH. I have always been hesitent on bringing my car in for service but now that I have Cindy to work with, I'm very happy. She did a fantastic job at explaining to me all the "fixes" that my car is going to need now and down the road. She really went above and beyond the scope of any other person I have ever worked with at a service dept. She goes out of her way to make sure you are informed, updated, and satisfied. I contacted them for a used Mazdaspeed 3. I received an email from Amanda Poirier telling me the car is available & that I can come & see her & we'll talk about the car. I called her back, but I was told that she was off & that I had to leave a message. I did that twice, & then I decided to make an appointment to just go ahead & see her. My appointment was confirmed so I came with my whole family. I was greeted by a gentleman named Mike Pepper. That was a Friday. He told me that Amanda was in the back attending to another customer, & that he himself would just take care of us. He led me into the back lot of the dealership, showed me the car, which, unexpectedly, was not test-drive ready yet. It had a lot of clutter inside, & he told me that they've just received the car. Since they told me I could not test drive it in the highway, I was made to drive it around the lot, which was nothing because the car was running at the most, 5mph. He then led me back inside, & he asked me to fill out a sheet of paper, that would make a "soft inquiry" into my credit. Immediately after my phone alerted me with a notification of my credit inquiry, since I have a credit app on it. A manager whom I forgot the name approached me & tried to crunch some numbers, which I declined. I respectfully told them that I am shopping around many dealerships trying to find the best deal. They told me that they were capable of giving me a crazy deal, but again, I told them that I've been to a couple of other dealerships, & that I would talk it over with my wife & family. I then went home, had to work the weekend, I got a voicemail from Mike asking if I had made a decision. I did not return his phone call because I was working nights & I've already mentioned to them that for that weekend I will not be picking up any calls. I didn't call back until Tuesday to ask if the car was still available. Nobody picked the phone up, I left a voicemail. I did this for about 3 more times the course of the whole week. Another weekend came, I still did not get any call back from either Mike or anybody. That following Monday, I spoke to a certain Julie, who claimed that she's one of the managers & that she was aware of my messages & that she was "about to call me back". She asked me, "what's up?" I was so frustrated that I asked her "what do you mean what's up, I've been trying to call many times to ask about that car, & you'd ask me what's up?" She then said that the car has been sold already. So I was like, "That's all I needed to know!" I mean, how hard can it be to pick the phone up & call a potential customer to let him know that the car is gone! I left a review on Facebook, I got a call from Austin Mills, he explained to me all that happened, & that I can come in & take a look at other vehicles, & that he promised to make it up to me by giving me a huge discount. I declined. I am not going back to Autofair to get treated like trash. It all went downhill the very second I was told that the confirmed appointment with Amanda was really nothing that they threw me under the bus by letting a "beginner salesman" talk to me & lied to me about the supposed "soft credit inquiry."

I went in expecting them to be like all of the other dealerships. Telling you what you want to hear and showing you what you want to see, telling you yes you can afford it then when it comes to working out numbers, turns out you cant afford it but they're not like that. I went in shopping for a used car and to trade in my 2011 dodge. I ended up leaving with a Brand new 2014 ford focus and they made the numbers work for me as well. Kelly was my sales person and I highly recommend him to any and everyone. I've been around to many dealerships throughout NH and Autofair Ford was the only one willing to work with me and give me realistic numbers to work with and their negotiations were very fair. I LOVE my new ford focus and i am very glad i went to them for a new car. I am highly satisfied.

I went into Auto Fair where I was approached by a Salesman and I was introduced to Wade Koblinsky, whom was an Extremely Pleasant and very Knowledgeable about the 2015 Ford Fusion that I bought! His approach in Selling me a Vehicle was the Best and not at all forceful. He help me with everything that I needed to know about MY NEW 2015 FORD FUSION! I love the comfort and the ride it gives! Having the sync is Great! Using my Cell phone through the car is wonderful since cell phones will not be able to be used legally soon! Love the Sirius! The gas usage around the city is 21.8 ml per Gal. I have had the vehicle since March 15th. Thanks Wade for your professionalism in selling me a Beautiful Car! I love It! Your Service is tops!! I went to trade in my Chevy Malibu and could not have had a worse experience. When we arrive I explain that I want to trade in my Chevy. The sales person, (his name was Animesh) turned to my husband and asked his name and shook his hand, completely ignoring me. We looked at a couple cars and I picked out a good escape that I liked. We go through the process and although I go home with my Malibu I'm told to come pick up the escape in three days. Three days later I picked up the escape but the bank paper work is not ready and I need to come back two days later so they can fix the seatbelt and sign ask the paperwork. I come back again, two days later at my appointment time and Animesh talks me that the bank paperwork still isn't ready and to come back tomorrow. I live 45 minutes to an hour away. I received no phone call or notification that it would be a waste of time to come down. In the end I didn't even get the escape because they wouldn't deal with the banks the same day. They wanted me to come back the next day and I refused. So frustrating! This sales person is so inconsiderate. Definitely do not recommend this dealership. This is the second bad experience I've had with the Autofair company. Will never come back.

Long story short went to Autofair Ford to lease 2 cars. Worked Dave Payer he was great and worked hard but at the end of the day they were way too high in price and we told hime that we might be back. Then the first manager comes over and proceeds to tell us that the cars are worth that price. I said not to me they are not. He left then another manager came over and lowered the price so we thanked him and said that my wife and I would have to talk about it and left. We were not half way across the parking lot and they came chasing after us. They lowered the price to very close to what we wanted to pay. We called on our way home and told them we would take it and made arrangements to sign the papers. Showed up at the dealer and turned in our traded the salesman showed us all the features of our new cars while we waited for finance. We went into the finance office and started signing papers then noticed that the lease miles were lowered to 1-0K and the term was 24 months instead of 36. He went and got the 3rd manager and he told us that is the deal we accepted and we have to take it. I pulled the papers out of the folder and showed him the deal. He said that didnt matter and he would be losing money if he did that deal; I asked to speak to the manager that made the deal but he was on vacation. The manager told us he would talk to the General Manager in the morning and we would get a phone call. Guess what no phone call. I have called and they are in a meeting. The attitude of manager number 3 was condescending and he was acting like the mafia! They wasted our time, one manager lies and the other covers up for him. AUTOFAIR LIED to us and the management there lie and cover for each other,. He actually said well you are not supposed to have this paper what is in the computer matters. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AUTOFAIR!!!!!!The only recourse I have is to tell everyone I know what they did and how we were treated. I have documented this everywhere I can and will post on internet sites that rate businesses and hope people listen to the warnings. If it wasnt going to be in the single digits this weekend I would picket in front of their company!!!

Fred Ranney providing me with outstanding service. Walking into AutoFair Ford, my heart was set on buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee. While test driving, he explained everything I needed to know about the vehicle. I never once felt pressured into buying my new car. Fred made my car buying experience drama free and stress free. I believe I got the best deal I could have ever gotten. I would have never gotten this deal of a lifetime with any other salesman. I am extremely satisfied with my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo! Every time I come here it takes a ridiculous amount of time for things to be done and they do not update you what's going on. I went to get my car inspected and it failed they wanted to charge me almost $400 for the work which ended up only costing $140 at another garage. Then I go back to get it inspected and have been sitting here for two hours for a 15 minute job. I would NEVER reccomend this place to anyone.

Scheduled an appointment over a month in advance for an oil change, programming for a spare key and a sunroof issue. The month is January mind you.Arrive for the appointment early and first thing my appointment is not in the system, so back to square one from the start. Over 2 hour wait for the oil change and key, was told its to busy to work on the sunroof will need to reschedule. Reluctantly do so.Drive out of the dealership only to find that air is blowing in from the sunroof (it was not doing so when I arrived) I have to drive 9 miles on the highway in order to turn around and drive 9 miles back, as the sunroof will now not close at all. Told that it was fine when I left but they will look at, now another hour passes before they tell me a plastic part broke and they will see if its a covered repair. It is now passing 4 hours since i have been sitting here (I arrived at 9:40am) and the issue is still not resolved. I understand issues can arise and sometimes things can get backed up, however the time it is taken to work these issues that were scheduled out well in advance is ridiculous and unacceptable. Not sure there will be a return visit to this service department. I have no idea what/if the cost will be as I am still sitting here and have no idea if I will incur a cost or not for the repair.

I'm seeking a new truck and found a F-250 listed by AutoFair Ford. I did some of the early processes required to have some one contact me, and within 6 min my phone rang. It was a very nice and bubbly girl named Tanya. she told me I really need to come in "its the end of year clearance and my managers will do anything to sell me that truck" I told her that I live over 1 hour north of her and would like some early numbers to make my trip worth while. I provided my payoff, trade in vehicle info, vin #,, color, desired payment level ect. ect! She called me back to set up an appointment, then she said "if we can't make a deal today Auto Fair will fill my gas tank for the trouble of driving that far" and she also told me that the managers are also giving 20 percent over trade in value. I said fine I'm on my way, she said I'll give all this info to Brad (one of the sales managers I assume). So I drive down to Manchester walk in meet Brad for 30 seconds that was handed off to Ian (salesman). Ian started asking me all these ?'s, I said "wait, this is gonna be a problem already!" He said "what do you mean"? I said Where is all the paperwork and information I provided to Tanya and Brad"? No where to be found, so where the xxxx did all my information go? Anyway we went outside to see the F-250, can't find it anywhere! Guess what the F-250 was over to the body shop cause It got hit, first it was stated "it just happened a few minutes ago" the found out later it happened the day before! Well what was it Auto Fair? yesterday, today, tomorrow what? Here's where it went totally bad, My trade in value according to Edmund's was between 9k and almost 13K. Grant you it is an 2008 with 93k for miles But it is a Cadillac SRX not a ford escort or yugo! Auto Fair Ford offered me $6000.00 so asked Brad was this number with the extra 20 percent added? He said "no". so is that another lie? Remember what I was told by Tanya! I told Ian what I need my payment to be and the numbers they came back with was triple? You people DON"T Listen to the Customer! I told Ian earlier that this was "a yes we can or no we can't do deal"! Two and half hours later I said "enough, I just need my gas voucher and I'll be on my way! Brad said "What do you mean, we don't do that! Then he said "a full tank"? I said yes. He said I be right back. So Ian came back and said "I gotta go with you, cause all we have is a gas card". I said "fine lets go. Ian jumped in my Cadillac with me and we drove over to the gas station, filled up, then had to transport Ian back over to the Dealership! If you want to respond to this that's your right, just like it's my right to post this! Sugar coat it all you want, But just remember this customer is always right! That's how great business's survive, and your business is far from GREAT!

I brought in my Ford Focus Titanium for problems with the clutch. I would drive normally and without warning the car would have issues changing gears and the CEL would illuminate. When I pull over and restart the car, the problem would resolve and the CEL would remain illuminated for about 80 miles. The car had already had the clutch replaced for this issue under 2 months ago, and it started the problem again within a week. At that time, the cables were checked and it was fine after for about a month, when it happened 2 times this week so that prompted this service visit. I worked with Dennis and I have had a second clutch replacement. Overall my experience was good and they turned around the car in under 7 hours. Hopefully, this will resolve the issue and I can continue to go to Autofair Ford for just routine maintenance.

I have been to many car dealerships and most of them are the same, when I walked into Autofair Ford i was welcomed with a positive atmosphere. Fred was an outstanding guy, he answered all my questions, showed me all options on the vehicles and was very patient and understanding. I had leased my Ford Escape through Autofair Ford 2 years ago. I was really looking forward to my next Ford at the time my lease was up. My husband and I sat and heard our options, and we were asked, "What can we do for you today to get you to drive a new lease off of this lot today?" We simply responded, "We have a brochure for 0 money down same vehicle same car payment we had before. We'd like to keep this easy". Our offer was 1) We have none of those vehicles "from the brochure left" 2) We have an offer that is up to $200 more than what you were paying, and 3) We can bring that down if you pay $1,500 up front We passed. As we were leaving a manager appeared with a better offer but still needed the $1,500 up front. We also were given an offer from the "vehicle from the brochure which magically appeared on the lot". Driving down the street a little ways we were treated wonderfully at AutoFair Honda. I now have a new Honda CRV handled so easily our payment is still the same and such a nice experience.

Lets just say I wasn't planning on trading in my car yesterday , I thought it was impossible to do so. But Fred showed me some cars, and I ended up finding the perfect one that I couldn't leave without. I was approved and still at the monthly price that was affordable for me. He was very down to earth and an all around easy person to get along with. He didn't seem fake in anyway as a lot of salesmen do. I bought a car from Auto Fair in June of 2013 and not even 4 months later had to bring it back in because the front calipers had stuck causing the breaks and rotors to be bad. Auto Fair corrected that but 10,000 miles later and after being inspected in October because of te caliper they said that they did a 99 point inspection. If in fact they had done that, they would have seen that the back wheel bearing was gone and the back brakes and rotors were bad as well. I heard a squeel in the back and brought it to my mechanic and he said that in 10,000 miles, these should have not been bad. Anyway, Auto Fair would do nothing to rectify this.

Explained all features of the vehicle, all steps in the financing process, set up appointments, prepped car, and followed up with me the next day to see if I had any questions. Very personable guy and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Even has a stash of chocolate hidden away in case you need it. :)Fred let me know there were Sync training classes available every Tuesday to help go over programming but if I wasn't able to make a class and had questions, to call him and he would walk me through.Tom in Finance made the process very quick and easy. Going to buy a new car can be a stressful endeavor sometimes. It's a big decision that you are going to have to live with for a decent amount of time and you never know if you are being misled by a salesman that just wants his commission. Fred Ranney made the experience much less stressful and easy to deal with. He helped with financing, showed me my options and was knowledgeable. I wasn't sure I was getting a car that day, but Fred made the experience so smooth and easy, I left with a great car at a great deal. Thanks Fred! My wife and I went to Auto Fair knowing we wanted to lease a new Ford Escape SE if we could reach an agreement on price, down payment, and trade in on my 21 year old truck. When we first arrived we wanted to look over the vehicles they had to offer and decide which ones we wanted to test drive. In the first 5 minutes we were there we were approached by 3 different salespeople which made me feel like I was being pushed. This is the reason for good not great for experience. When we found what we wanted we went inside and asked to meet Linda whom I had dealt with on the internet and phone, because I had found it a pleasure working with her and wanted to put a face with the name. Linda introduced us to Fred. Fred was very knowledgeable of the Ford Escape showing us all the features. Just so you know, we had test driven the same car at another dealership and their salesperson didn't go over many features at all. Fred is very friendly and a great asset in your sales department. When we were trying to reach a deal on the price and after a couple attempts at negotiation, Fred realized we were becoming inpatient so he brought Chuck over. Chuck then did everything he could so we would reach an agreement on the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Overall Fred and Chuck make a great team and it was a great pleasure working with them. The one thing I wish the dealerships would change is all the phone calls after purchasing a vehicle. People receive enough annoying phone calls as it is. To receive 7-8 phone calls within a week is a bit extreme. That being said our over all experience at Auto Fair was very good. Thank you to you all.

I Tried to get a new car there and there Sale's Team was sneaky and pushy, they even tried to chicken scratch a contract and suck me into a $500.00 a month payment. I took my business elsewhere and landed a brand new car for $10,000.00 less than Autofair. I'm glad Autofair's staff tried a fast one and I caught on!!!! Be careful with any contract and ask and read the detail's before you sign.

I would like to compliment the staff at Auto fair for making my recent purchase a pleasant and stress free experience ! Our sales consultant Mike England was extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He never made us feel pressured during the entire sales process and really listened to what I wanted in a new F 150 truck. The sales manager Chuck Hoegen was equally pleasant to deal with and gave me what I thought was a very fair deal for the value of my trade in . The entire staff at this dealership were so friendly to the point that we never even had to open a door when we were given a tour of the dealership. I spent about 4 weeks on line reviewing 7 different Ford dealers and even though all 7 were all courteous and professional in dealing with Auto Fair stood out above all of them. Their website was very easy to navigate and vehicle inventory was accurate in pricing and description. I really like dealing with the young lady on their website ! She didn't try to mislead me with false pricing especially when it came to offering me all the Ford factory incentives like some of the other dealerships did. In fact the price she quoted me on the truck I purchased turned out lower when I got to the final sales agreement with Mike. How wonderful is that!!! I would also like to thank Leo St.Onge in service. He has been quite helpful in giving me advise on how to keep my new Ford truck looking in tip top shape. I will be returning soon to have another one of Fords many well designed accessories to add to my trucks value.

This is the second Mustang I have purchased from AutoFair Ford. My salesperson was Makamae Kim who is a really patient guy ;o) He worked with me for 4 days on putting this deal together as I was not sure of what I really wanted....Used or New? Black or Green? Lease or Buy? I flip flopped constantly and Makamae was always patient and helpful in getting all of my questions answered and finding the best scenario to meet my budget. With Chuck Hoegen's input at the end I left with a beautiful 2014 Gotta Have it Green Mustang. LOVE IT! Mak was off the night I picked the car up and Clevland Burwell assisted me as well. He is also another really nice guy. AutoFair really goes to bat for the customer to make a deal that is realistic for the budget but they also work so hard to get you into the vehicle you really want. I've worked with Keith Oskowski in the past for my other purchase and he is wonderful as well. The experience was fun and I never felt pressured to buy. My wife and I were in to test drive a couple of cars on Saturday April 5, we were approached by a salesman. Exchanged names and so forth after discussing what we were looking for and that we were in beginning stages of looking for a car the salesman could not have been more displeased. He showed no interest in trying to sell us a car more like he just wanted us to leave so he could be with next customer. Any of the information on the vehicle I got was after I asked questions, I think he should have been trying to influence me to buy a vehicle from Ford. When we went on test drive and I had to turn around to ask a question he was playing on his I phone, quite rude I must say. I am pretty sure that if I do decide Ina Ford vehicle I will purchase it else where. Just because I was not buying a car that day does not mean I won't come back.

I was looking online for a very specific vehicle and located it at Autofare. Having never been to the dealership, I looked at customer reviews of the salesmen and picked Fred based on what I read. I gave him a call and let him know my wife and I would be down by 6pm. Fred was waiting at the front door and greeted us by name. We looked at the vehicle and found it was missing the third-row seat which I believed it would have. Fred and his manager asked we give them a day to locate exactly what we wanted. The next morning, I got a call from Fred stating they have what we wanted. We returned to the dealership with the vehicle being ready to test drive- dealer plate on it and set to go.We ended up buying the vehicle and planed to use financing I was per-approved for without gong through Autofare. We had a good rate but Steve Glassman found us a better financing deal and we re-wrote the deal under the terms Steve obtained. He didn't have to do that since we were already approved but he did- for our benefit.Other than the sea of salesmen waiting at the front door, the overall experience at Autofare was exceptional. Friendly, helpful, no pressure, good communication, and a fair price on the vehicle we wanted. I highly recommend Fred; and thank Steve for the extra effort in getting us a better financing deal than what we walked in with.

We found this dealership to be very approachable. They were able to take us for a test drive and explain the features of the truck. They answered all of our questions. We researched the average sales price for the particular vechicle that we were looking for and found them to be below the average that customers were currently paying. We thought we were getting a fair price. We asked for additional options to be installed on the truck and they had it completed within a day. We were very impressed with the professional appearance and the quality of service we received. We would recommend this dealership to family and friends.

I went into the dealership looking for a used vehicle and unfortunately felt my first experience wasn't a great one when it came to dealing with the sales manager. I previously wrote an in depth negative review but am re-writing my review because I was contacted by a representative of the dealership and he apologized and tried to make up for my unpleasant experience. I appreciate the extra effort to contact me and try to make up for my previous unpleasant experience. I definitely feel a little better having been able to work through this issue with the dealership and knowing they know what happened so they can address it.

Dennis Matteau let me sit for 31/2 hours until I finally went out to check. He was busy with a technician telling him he would not do a repair for the hours allowed. He initially told me that my car was out on a test drive and then he changed his story and said it was in the garage. He then got on the phone and ignored me. Finally the manager Jeff Scarinza approched me ( after 20 minutes more) and asked if I had been helped. I advised no. He checked on the car as I told him I couldn't wait any longer indefinitly. He brought the car out and said they cleared the codes. The car set the same codes before I left their driveway. Its clear to me that the car wasn't looked at until they cleared the codes and they just let me sit there for hours. When Dennis called after I left to appologize I advised that they had the car twice already over the last 5 days and the problem wasn't fixed.And bringing it again for a third shot seemed stupid to me as I am finished being abused as a customer. I also sugested his poor handling of the service from start to finish was horrible and perhaps he's in the wrong line of work. He could not recomend any other Ford garages in the area that may do a better job. Rest assured I will find one.

I went to find a specific car that was advertised online. The car wasn't even on the lot, took over an hour to find, once it was there and we went to look at it, it hadn't even been cleaned from the previous owner, was an absolute mess. They were unaware of certain characteristics of the car that they had already advertised online when it came to talking about price. After eventually deciding on a price of a certified pre-owned vehicle that was a year old, I have since had to bring it to the dealer closer to my house FOUR times because of all the issues. The car-buying experience absolutely left me with a bad taste and after having so MANY problems with a "certified" car, I assure you that not only would I not buy from Autofair but I would also not buy a Ford again.

This is my second purchase from AutoFair Ford. In both cases they were very pleasant to work with and were willing to do whatever it took to make the deal and have a customer leave the dealership satisfied with their purchase and with their salesperson. I was also impressed with their service department when I returned to have a remote starter installed. They told me it would take two hours but they put some extra people on the project and it only took 1 hour to do the work. They work very hard to insure they have happy customers.

I have bought all my vehicles from Autofair since I moved to NH 3 years ago; 2 cars in total. My first car I had all my service performed at Midas with no issue but after buying my latest car, and being told how good the service center is, I decided to try you. I have been in about 4 times for minor issues and an oil change. Each time has ranged from 1.5 hours to a 4 hour wait for a more complicated issue just after I bought my car.However, today I had a service appointment with your service center. I brought my car in for an oil change and rotation at 1030am. After over an hour waiting in the waiting area, I was called out to be told one of my tires had a nail in it, and others had to be replaced for wear. This I have no issue with, the tires were the originals and 49000 miles is pretty good lifespan. Even though I had replaced 1 tire for a puncture less than 5000 miles ago, I took my service managers advice that I should replace all 4 for uniformity. This was an unexpected expense, but again not problem.I told my service manager that I would go out and run the errands I needed to and he told me the car would take about 1.5 hours to be completed. So at about noon I left to go about my business. When I returned at 430, I expected to pay and head home. I mean, an oil change and 4 tires wont take 6.5 hours, right? Well thats where I was wrong. I was asked to wait 15 minutes for my car to be ready. Ok, maybe my car was blocked in or something ad they just had to move it. Again, nope. After an hour I went back to the service desk and wondered where my car was. Again I was told 15 minutes. The service rep asked if I wanted to speak to a manager and I said Whats the point, it wont speed anything up and I was told that the manager would come to me immediately. I went to the waiting room and waited. While I was there, a customer came in asking us all about the service. She told us she was up from another state and was thinking of buying a car from here for her daughter and wanted to know what the after sales was like. I gave her my frank, honest opinion that I would recommend the sales side, but as for aftercare, should go elsewhere.15 minutes later, I finally had my keys and bill. No manager showed up. I paid my bill and left at 6pm. When I got out to my car, it was parked in a line with no exit, and I had to reverse 20 meters to wedge my car out from all the other cars. Then I noticed one of my old tires was in a bag in the back seat, even though I didnt want it and Im sure I paid a fee for disposal. And while on the drive home, I noticed they never even bothered to change the service sticker. So, in short-8 hours to change oil and 4 tires. Really?-Tire left in rear seat after I paid disposal fees-Service sticker not even changed The cherry on top!-Ill be going back to Midas!Regards

Alex Therrien was our salesperson and he was very friendly, helpful, and informative. He answered any and all questions and made us feel confident in our selection of the Escape 2014. We felt confident in his ability. Tom Adams assisted with the bank loan and the warrantee and service cost information and the extended warrantee information. Adel Mohammed assisted with the negotiations for price of the new car and the car being turned in. The entire time spent at the dealer was about 5 hours, which included an hour and 1/2 for looking and a test drive, and the balance of time spent doing all paperwork. The necessary paperwork makes the process lengthy, but Alex was very efficient and thorough in getting the job done. You don't want to feel rushed in making a car purchase.

I can honestly say that Vedran Karahusic must be one of the most helpful and amazing car salesman around. The effort he put in just to help me get the car I wanted is truly unbelievable. I had a limited means of transportation, and Vedran drove an hour+ to Massachusetts to come pick me up and bring me to the dealership, then drove me another hour+ back to Mass to an insurance company, and then to the registry where he sat and waited over 2 hours for me to get my plates, and then another hour back to the dealer-ship. Verdran gave up more than a day of his time to help me buy a simple used car from the dealer. I bought the car over 2 months ago, and I am still amazed at how helpful Autofair Ford allowed Vedran to be. Everything about my experience at Autofair Ford was amazing, and it seemed like there wasn't anything they weren't willing to do, to help me. There isn't any other dealer that I would ever recommend someone to, and I will surely buy my next Ford from them. If you are considering purchasing from Autofair Ford, make sure to ask for Vedran, it will be the best decision you will make in regards to buying your next car. If there is anyone at that dealership that deserves a raise or a bonus, it is Vedran, and if I ever hit the lottery, he will surely receive a nice "bonus" from me.

Derek was amazing! He was super friendly, gave us some good advice, and NEVER pressured us. On Thurs morning, we came in to see Derek and he helped us find a Fusion with options we wanted. I told Derek I work far away and really hoped to have the car for Friday since I was really uneasy driving my other car with a ball bearing that needed to be fixed. He said since the car was out of state, he would do his best. We went home and waited. It was getting toward the end of the day and we hadn't heard anything, so I assumed it wasn't going to happen. Then, Derek called and said he had the car, it was in getting cleaned up and to come down in about a half hour. He drove almost an hour, each way, to get our car, so I could drive safely to work the next morning! In my eyes, Derek is a rock star!!

My parents went in the week before and traded in their old car and got a 2010 Nissan Rogue and came back saying their experience was awesome and that maybe it was time to trade in my beaten up Explorer. We went up on a morning off, I had researched a 2012 Toyota Yaris on their site the night before praying I could come home with it and wound up coming home with a 2014 Ford Focus that I absolutely fell in love with. Phil was amazing and did everything he could to help me while training a very lovely new lady as well. He remained focused and was goal oriented on getting me that new car and he did. Steve was very upfront and very friendly with a great sense of humor. He handled us quickly and didn't confuse us one bit (which I was kind of expecting!) I would definitely recommend this crew to a friend, and I actually already have!Very Happy Customer!

I had gone to Toyota in Bow NH because my husband wanted a Toyota truck. The sale person there didn't let me test drive the truck I was looking at, she went over their sales pitch, which was what on the truck is what you pay. Didn't seem like she even wanted to sale me anything. I then went to AutoFair, where Alex came up to me and asked if he could help me with anything. I told Alex that I am his worst nightmare.( I wasn't sure what I wanted or if you would have what I was looking for) I told Alex I needed something that can tow a trailer with two snowmobiles. Alex took the time to find out what the Edge could tow. Then took me out for a test drive. Alex went over the number with me. I didn't want to do anything till I talk with my husband. Alex let me bring the Edge to where my husband work. I personal love fords but I was sent out for a Toyota. I have you know my husband drove the Edge home and I haven't got to drive it yet. Thank you Alex I think that all of you at AutoFair are very helpful, work has a team. It is very nice to see a place where everyone is friendly and goes out of their way to help you.

I called for a specific Ford truck online for sale. Julie said it was for sale and in stock. I drove 1-1/2 hour to see and then they said it was not available. I told them Julie said it was...then the Salesman Russ said its sold. I went home the next day called on the same truck two different times of the day to get different people and they said it was still for sale and available. I told them that it was still online for sale and they are lying. This is known in sales as a bait and switch. They get you to come in for one vehicle and sell you something more expensive. Yes, they are super friendly there and their service is great, but the bottom line is "buyer beware" . I did buy a Ford Lariat and was happy with it until the 4wd did not work. I dumped the truck and purchased a Mercury Mariner from my Local Ford Dealer. The business manager from Autofair contacted me and informed me of their" computer glitch" and apologized for the problem. He also assisted me in expediting my vehicle warranty refund and gap insurance that normally would have taken six weeks to get. (Thanks to Sean Woodruff) .The bottom line is try your LOCAL Ford dealer first! Claremont Ford in Claremont NH has a no pressure sales team that works with you for the car you want. They are honest and their staff is great. If you buy from AutoFair Ford make sure you test EVERYTHING before you leave the lot especially the 4WD!

I had stopped by just to see what inventory was available for the type of F150 I was interested in buying. Mat Lahey spent a few hours showing me what was available and then patiently searched area dealers for my F150. After some give-and-take negotiation I struck a deal and made my purchase. The engine light came on in my Escape. I called Leo in service. His first question was "how is the car running?" When I said fine and no problems, he proceeded to tell me what the problem could be and how to fix it. I did exactly as he told me-and to be honest I was a little skeptical! But, just as Leo said the problem was fixed without having to go to the dealership. Thank you, Leo! This type of service and commitment to your customers is why I will keep coming back to AutoFair Ford for continued service and when I am in the market for a new car the only place I will shop! Let me start by saying, this was not a smooth experience. Keith and Kendra as sales personnel were great and highly recommended. Not pushy, answered any and all questions I had and were a pleasure to spend the day with.I had some issues with registration due to paper work, so I recommend if you are registering in MA to ensure you have exactly what is needed and all forms are completed correctly before leaving the dealership. The issues I had were corrected immediately and were even hand delivered to me in MA the same day. Frustrating, but no big deal.I recommend everything about this dealership except the service department! I am not going to go into detail, but if you are buying a used vehicle...thoroughly check your new car and maybe even have your own garage inspect it thoroughly. If you do have service work done here, inspect the issues you needed fixed prior to leaving the dealership.So I had some headaches - Management went above and beyond to make it right. I was impressed with the professionalism and dedication Alex had when he was presented with the problems. So much so, my husband is considering purchasing a new car from them. (avoiding the service department of course)I have made my recommendations to management as to things that do need improvement and I hope they follow through so that the next person does not have the inconveniences I had. If it had not been for Alex and Sean Woodruff, this review would of been a lot different!

I contacted this dealer via the Internet to request info on a new car lease/purchase. Lynda, their Internet sales rep connected with me both via email/phone. I made an appt with Lynda to meet with her on a Monday afternoon. Lynda assured me that I would be meeting her, but that I should ask for Adele, some guy on the sales floor.Upon arrival, I approach the front reception desk and ask the lady to get Adele for me, she looks around blindly for this guy, then after 5 minutes waiting, she finds him and he greets me and asks me and my Fiancee to have a seat at HIS desk, which we did. Then, Adele intros us to Tim Sewall, another salesman.To make a VERY long story short, bottom line is; Tim went out of his way with great efforts to find us a beautiful CPO car that we loved and wanted to buy, but after Tim took my info and the appraiser did his assessment of my pristine used car, the finance guy gave us ABSURD numbers to consider. This dealer works high volume and every person coming into that place is on a mass assembly line at that point. During our visit there, we saw at least 2 other customers getting the SAME treatment by the finance guy as we got.Tim was VERY kind and personable with us, and was going far to get us going home in the car we wanted, but that finance guy put Tim's efforts to vain. We'll NOT go back. Note: They also have another security fenced in lot where they have a bulk of their inventory parked about 1/2 mi from the dealership. Tim, thanks again for all that you tried to accomplish for us. Damn the finance guy.

Paul was a wonderful salesman. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the 2013 Ford Flex. He was quick to get the keys and allow us to look through the vehicle. He was able to answer any question that we may have had. This is the second time we have leased a vehicle from this dealership and found it to be quick and painless. Unlike the other stories here praising Autofair Ford my experience was far different. So much so that I tend to think a lot of these stories are fictitious, or the negatives are deleted. I know my earlier review was deleted. So much for unbiased reviews huh? I did not see many happy customers while I was there in fact most people were walking out.My experience was this; I found a car on their website I was interested in. I contacted Autofair Ford and asked them to quote it. They did but they were more than the competition. I told them that and they said fine come in and they would beat the competition. Great! Off I go to AF and then I get stuck with the worst salesman ever. First he cant find the car, 1 hour later he gives up and then insults me for wasting his time. Next he quotes the car and is not even close to my other offers. What an incompetent sales staff and lying sales team. Hopefully this review makes the cut otherwise I have to start review dealerrater.com . I hope these guys go out of business.

I began my search for a truck about a month ago. My first stop was AutoFair Ford, and I met Tim Sewall. I explained to Tim what I was looking for as we began walking the lot. Very quickly Tim was able to understand what type of vehicle was looking for and we were off on a test drive. I left Ford with my eye on a truck but had to do my due diligence and visited a few other dealerships. Two things drew me back, the truck Tim showed me and the service he provided. He was not pushy or overbearing. He allowed me the time and space to determine if this was right for me while providing me with information and details required. It is a fine line but I felt Tim held a steady course. I would recommend this dealership and Tim to anyone looking for a new car or truck!

I went in during the week to buy a vehicle for my partner. The person I was suppose to meet with was busy so they gave me a salesman by the name of Tim Sewall. After sitting with him for five minutes he knew what we were looking for and took us out for a test drive. After finding out we couldn't afford the payments on the vehicle we were looking at we left and called the next day. Tim went above and beyond any salesman I have ever dealt with and I trade my vehicles in every two years. Tim finally found us a car that was within our price range a new 2013 Ford Fusion we went in looking for a focus or escape and got a fusion. He started with us and within a few days made us the proud owners of a new car within our price range. Not only did he go above and beyond he worked hard to get us a deal that we could work with without breaking the bank. His attitude and desire to make customers happy is a key to a great day of car shopping. Tim is professional and a kind hearted person who tells you up front whats going to work for you. After seeing the wonderful service my mother received when she purchased her 2013 Ford Escape, I knew I wanted to have the same experience and Keith did not disappoint! We arrived early and he came out in the cold rain (yes in May can you believe it!) and said we didn't have to wait to come on in.From determining which road to take, certified pre-owned or new, we worked together to see which was the better option for what I was looking for and I decided that new was a better option and went for an Escape. Avoid Andrew Gosling and Autofair Ford Here's the scope: I was in the market for a new Ford Focus Hatchback. I started the search using the Internet and collecting prices from local dealers. I reviewed the responses and selected the best deal out of the list (Grappone Ford). Now to get a better deal... I then contacted the dealers closest to me and asked them if they would beat Grappone's offer. Autofair Ford stepped up and said "yes, we will beat that deal but you have to come in this weekend and meet our sales team". I asked what's your price? They said they would not tell me over the phone but if I came in they guaranteed they would beat it. They added we would not ask you to come in if we were not going to beat Grappone's price because we know that would just get a customer upset. Ok I went in and met Andrew Gosling. I had already selected the Focus I wanted out of their inventory list and asked Andrew to price it. Now fast foward... 1 hour later Andrew is still walking around the Autofair lot like a chicken with it's head cut off trying to find this non-existent car. Finally he comes back in the store and says he can't find the car I want that they list as "in inventory". I express my disappointment and he replies that I'm wasting his time. I get up to leave, but he stops me and says he will get the car I want. OK beat the price. He mumbles and says he has to talk to his manager. Another 10 minutes go by then he returns and shows me the price ($2K over the Grappone price). So, I conclude Autofair is dishonest, incompetent, and hires unprofessional, untrained staff to sell cars. They cannot beat reasonable offers from competitors and basically are a bad dealer. My advice, avoid Autofair Ford, and especially avoid Andrew Gosling.

Wade was very personable and knowledgeable. He definitely knew how to sell me a car. All in all I got a good deal. I had 2 issues with the car after I took delivery, but they were handled quickly and professionally. Overall a good experience all round. The only negative thing I had to say was the finance manager I worked with (who's name escapes me) was 2 hours late in calling me back for final paperwork, and he also forgot a very important form for me to transfer my plates so I wasted 40 minutes in rush hour to get to the town hall, and had to come back again. But all round, I would recommend them. Had bought a car there last year, and upgraded this month.

I spoke to them on the phone and wanted to know pricing, and they recommended I come in because they were having a big sale, and boy am I glad I did! They had me ask for the manager when I got there and everything was set up accordingly. They have a TON of vehicles there, let me tell you. Whether they were new, used, or certified, all the pricing was extremely competitive and aggressive and I got everything I came for. My salesperson Tim was amazing, he immediately offered me a beverage, all the employees were friendly and had big smiles on their faces, they went above and beyond at each step, and it was such a warm and comfortable experience that I've been literally shouting it from the rooftops. I have sent 2 friends and a family member in since and they have all left just as happy. Please try these guys out, they really do make it happen. -Shannon

Made appointment for a test drive was told car would be sitting out front waiting for me and while I was on test drive someone would appraise my vehicle to expedite my visit. When I arrived the vehicle wasn't out front 45 miniutes before i took test drive when i returned no one had appraised my vehicle waited another half hour and after being their for and hour and 15 miniutes new no more than when i wlaked in. Had to ask for my keys several times before I was allowed to leave. Will never return to Autofair Ford.

When I arrived at Autofair Ford I was set on looking at their inventory of used Ford Fusion sel awd. I was greeted and asked what I wanted and unfortunately they did not have what I wanted in stock. I would have said thank you and left. But the salesman continued to push me into looking at a volvo, and then a mercedes when I told him i strictly wanted a ford fusion sel awd. I, however, kept an open mind and decided to drive a model that wasnt my top choice, it was nice and I was considering it if the price was right. I continued to be pushed into buying the car that night which I was not ready for. I left, went home to research the car a little more and found they were trying to sell me that fusion $3,000 more than the asking price on their website. Thank goodness I did not buy the car that night, I am currently still looking elsewhere. I understand caresalesmen work off commision but the customer service aspect was just ok. However, Keith knew what he was talking about. He showed me more about the car than any other salesman could have.

They beat the price quotes that we had from a couple of different dealers in the area, and quickly set us up with the exact Focus that we wanted. I was looking to buy a used car. I shopped around for a while with no success. So I stopped in here. I asked if they had what I was looking for, and unfortunately, they didn't. My review isn't negative based on this, but it did play a role in what happened next. They asked, would I be willing to pay a little more for a new one. If the price was right I said. They offered me a car, which wasn't actually in their possession, they would have had to go get it. I really had no interest in buying anything sight unseen, regardless if it was new. They came over with a price for my trade, and what my financing options were. My payment would have been in the in the neighborhood of 800 a month. I said I wasn't interested, but they kept asking "what would we have to do to make a deal today?" They never offered a better price or finance options. I'm writing this review to inform buyers that unless you have other options, they really seem to be concerned about the sale, no you. I found my new car elsewhere with a payment about half of what they wanted. My advice, shop around.

Please avoid autofair ford. They practice deceptive tactics. I received an excellent quote for a 2013 Ford Focus Black on Black Std Transmission from an Autofair competitor. Since Autofair was from the same region I contacted autofair over the internet and asked them if they could beat the quote. I received a reply from Lynda that they could not. Ok fine, but 2 days later I received a call from Lynda that they could beat the quote and come on in. I did not react initially to her request. She kept calling back and was adamant they would beat it and she would not say this just to get me in. She made a point to say they would not ask me to come in for nothing because they knew that would be upsetting and they would never do that. Reluctantly I went in and per Lynda's instructions met Adele the Sales manager. Adele greeted me, looked up a comparable car from their inventory and left. Next n odd looking man walked up and said "do you know the process?". I said no, he then said he was Andrew and he would help us. He looked at the computer and said he would be right back with the car we wanted to see. 5 minutes later I saw him pull up in a silver focus. He came in and said want to drive it. I said its the wrong color I want black and is it a manual? He said no its an automatic. I said thats the wrong car I wanted the black manual they have listed. He checked the computer and said he would go get it and be right back. 10 minutes later I see him wondering about the parking lot looking lost. Long story short 40 minutes later he concludes he cannot find the car, perhaps their inventory list is old. Frustrated I said this is wasting my time, he replies I am wasting his time (obviously Lynda mislead me). I am upset and said ok you don't have the car but you were going tp beat the price, what is your price? He looks at my quote, leaves, then comes back about 5 minutes later and say I have a good quote. Ok Andrew what is your quote (that is going to beat it?) He now quotes me $1700 more than my quote. Ok that upsets me. They knew the quote I had before I came in and Lynda promised they would beat it. $1700 more for the same car is not beating it, that's wasting my time and insulting me. These actions make the folks at Autofair Ford look very dishonest and petty. I have visited Autofair Ford numerous times over the past 10 years and 1. never bought from them because they were always higher than the competitors and 2. Been mislead by their poor sales tactics. I will never call or visit Autofair Ford again, I will forever advise others to avoid them.

Autofair wasted my time and lied to me. Before going to Autofair I had done plenty of shopping around for a low price. I had a dealer right down the street from Autofair give me a very low quote. When Autofair asked what the quote was (over the phone) the promised me if I drove a hour to them that they could beat that price and would not waste my time. They couldnt tell me this special price over the phone though. However, I had a vin number to a car on their lot that I was interested in comparable to the quote from the dealer down the street. When I arrived I was seated at a horrible desk for a hour. The manager seemed to avoid me even though I was clearly trying to get his attention. After a hour of the sales guy looking for the car we had been talking about they determined that they did not even have a car on there lot similar to the one they told me they had. Even though they promised me they could beat the quote I had with that car. After all of that waste of time they came back and said even if they did have the car on the lot that there price was over 2000 dollars more than the quote I already had. At one point the sales man helping me said "I was wasting his time". What a insult and a idiot thing to say. So needless to say I left and within the next hour had purchased a brand new vehicle right down the street for thousands cheaper. I wouldnt even waste my time ever again going to this dealership. Do your research and do not over pay.

As you drive into AutoFair Ford it has a nice appearance. The cars are on display perfect, but the showroom was under some minor construction. We arrived at 8pm and spoke with Mr. Nick Box (salesman) about a Buick Enclave in their inventory. Right from the start he was polite, courteous, and very professional. We (like everyone else purchasing) have a goal in mind of what payments we want to be at, and it only took one offer and 2 counter offers and we were satisfied. We told Mr. Box we didnt have much time that night and he met our needs with timeframe and price. My wife and I were driving out of the parking lot with our new buick by 1000. A+After setting things up with Mr. Box, he sent us into the finance department to speak with Mr. Gil Martinez. Gil is a straight shooter and had laid everything out before moving this portion of the sale to his office. Very positive and professional as well! We had a GREAT interest rate with our own credit unionBut Mr. Martinez topped that as well to our surprise. My wife Mr. Martinez and I had a great conversation while going over terms and conditions which made things very comfortable and as they say painless A+This all started off with Ms. Monica Torres in the internet sales department whom got this ball rolling from the get go. I went to Autofair Ford not expecting to be able to purchase a car. I was able to drive away with a brand new 2013 Ford Focus thank to the sales representative Scott Kling. He was extremely knowledgeable and his experience is was afforded me that opportunity. He is also a very personable person and made me feel 100% comfortable with deciding to purchase something of this caliber. Scott's great customer service didn't just stop at selling me the car. He helped me to find insurance for my vehicle and he went over everything there is to know about the car with me. He even answered all my, what seemed like, 100 questions. Scott also set my cell phone up with SYNC for me as I am not very tech savvy. I am glad he did because I absolutely love this feature. Also, while there my daughter wanted a snack out of the vending machine and as I looked for change to give her, Scott reached in his pocket and handed her a few ones! He did not have too but I thought that was very sweet!

Buyers beware. The only interest Autofair has is their own. Did you know not all dealers use the optional "Dealer added information"? It's the smaller sticker next to the large window sticker, AutoFair uses this to add about 1k to the vehicle sales price. The "Gold Rewards Program" is actually already included w/your new vehicle purchase. "Ford and Lincoln Mercury also will offer complimentary roadside assistance for the entire basic and powertrain warranty period, including towing, fuel-fill and lock-out services". If that alone does not convince you this dealership is not consumer friendly, please read on:AutoFair prefers "spot deliveries" this technique can cause the consumer many problems and only offers protection to the dealer. If you do decide to take a vehicle off their lot, do not sign the "contigent on financing" waiver-again protects the dealer not you. They will take your trade in hostage and force you to sign their newly found loan contract days or weeks later.As you may have noticed I am not a happy AutoFair customer, I have taken the time to write this to hopefully protect someone from misplacing their trust in this dealership. There are so many good dealerships out there that there is NO reason to subject yourself to their unscrupulous sales tactics and questionable finance schemes. I also believe their tactics are used throughout all the dealerships owned by AutoFair. I also believe any favorable reviews found on this site or similar review sites are most likely written and replied to by an AutoFair employee.

I went to Auto Fair Ford looking for a new Mustang. They didn't have the one I was looking for in stock so the salesman I was talking to told me they could order one and have it in about 9 weeks. I placed my order and put down a deposit. Nine weeks later I get a call from AutoFair telling me they never placed the order. When I ask how this happened they told me the dealer I was working with left and in the transition the order was overlooked. Obviously I was rather unhappy. After several conversations with a new salesman and the manager AutoFair made it right by placing a rush order and compensating me for the delay.Not the ideal experience but in they end they made it right which is all you can ask for. Mistakes happen but when they do good business do right by their customers and that is what AutoFair did. I scored them as OK for now assuming the rush order comes in as expected I would upgrade that to good or higher.

We did. We bought a used 2007 Toyta Camry that was on the lot. My husband and I went in last weekend to just test drive a few cars and of course, we went home with a brand new Ford Edge! Joe Ouellette, our salesman, made the entire experience SO easy and painless! Even with our six month old baby in tow! :) They even brought another car that we wanted to test drive from a different lot, so we could see them side by side. Bringing an infant car shopping could have been a disaster but everyone at Auto Fair did their best to make us all comfortable and made test driving a breeze! Joe did such a great job taking care of everything for us and he has even called already to make sure we are still pleased with the car! We would absolutely recommend Auto Fair to anyone and everyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle. They really do "make it happen". :)

Everyone was very friendly and courteous from the moment we pulled on the lot. Both Scott and Keith were very helpful in helping us find the right car for our needs and the finance department was wonderful in helping us get the car at a payment we could afford.It was also a help to have them set up the sync in the car for our phones as i commute a long distance to work and have a young child. The service department called the next day to set up the first scheduled maintenance, which I thought was wonderful, one less thing for me to worry about and the follow up phone call to make sure we were happy with our new purchase was also very nice. I would highly recommend Auto Fair Ford to friends and family looking to purchase a new car.

I was looking on the Web, checking out the new vehicles (mainly Trucks). I had a 2007 Avalanche and loved it. It had 83,000 miles but still in excellent condition. I thought it would be a good time to buy a new truck. Initially, I was planning on buying another Avalanche, but wanted to look at the F150 withe the EcoBoost 6 cylinder. I received a call on tuesday from Autofair and another Ford dealership. On Friday Amanda called and asked me to just come in and take a test ride. Right, I know once I'm there they would be pushy and I'd get ticked off. Of course she said that wouldn't happen.So I went up met Adelle who got me with Haque our salesman. Well, I must say, I wasn't rushed, pushed into anything but Haque said take your time, pick what you would like to ride and he would get the keys. So I decided to look at the Larato,fully loaded and with the ECO Boost engine. He got the keys pulled it out and ran down how to operate almost everything, and off we went. Now I know why they weren't pushy, the vehicle sells itself!! I love the Avalanche but not asa much as this truck. The ride, comfort features and power were all AWESOME!!!So, I decided to get this specific truck. Yes it was expensive but we decided to lease it and they gave me a great deal and a great value for my Avalanache. The lease cost ended up to be less than my daughter's 2012 Honda Civic. Yes I am a happy New Ford Truck Owner!! Definetely would recommend the F150 and AutoFair Ford..BTW, I'm not getting anything extra, if I was unhappy, I would have stated it.Roy Jennings

My wife and went here last Sunday (7/15/12) and just went in to see what they had and information on the Ford Focus's. Did not expect to drive home the same day with a brand new 2012 Focus. We were there for a total of 4 hours but it surely didnt feel it. Everything went so smooth from the test drive to fiancing and everything in between. Everyone at AF was so helpful in making this happen. Trust me the last thing on both my Wife and I's mind was driving it off the lot that day. Great people that make car buying stressfree and a big shout out to Joe Ouellette (which is not listed up there) for his fantastic knowledge, respect, and helpfulness in making this happen for us. Came in to check out the Edge. Bought the Edge, drove it home and realized I should have bought what I really wanted...the new Ford Taurus SHO. Called the dealership and they said YEP, bring it back and we will write up the Taurus! No hassle, done with smiles and had everything explained to me on both vehicles! These 2 guys, Scott Waniak and Khaled Haque went above and beyond. I am 55 and this is my first new car in 10 years...they made the experience fun and painless. From the moment we walked in, I saw only smiles from the employees. It is nice to be greeted by people who really seem to enjoy their jobs. We were given just the right amount of information on the new car we were looking to buy (a Ford Fiesta)and the test drive was enjoyable and stress free. The employee that worked with us was very informative and helped the process go quite smoothly for us first-time new car buyers. I would highly recommend buying from this dealership which goes above and beyond for customer service.The one thing I didn't like was the lack of air in the building. I was sweating almost the entire time. The AC was on, just not very high at all. That part kind was a tad stressful, but not a deal-breaker. Just being honest and letting others know.

Talked down to us like we didn't know anything. Tried to tell us to keep paying for a car that didn't run and take out a new loan. When I asked him what to do about my vehicle he told me to donate it to charity as he said it's only worth a dollar to them! And my car was a Ford. I ended up going elsewhere and purchasing a Hyundai & getting $2500 for my old car.

I was a customer of State Motors for 20+ years. I knew them and they knew me. We had a great relationship. I had my cars serviced only there and appreciated the service I received. I was very disappointed to learn that the Mercury line had been discontinued and that the only cars being sold at State Motors were to be Lincolns.So, when it came time to buy a new car, I approached AutoFair with mixed feelings as it was like turning my back on State Motors. But when I walked up to the front door of AutoFair and Keith Thibodeau warmly greeted my husband, Burt, and me, I knew this was exactly where I belonged. His gentle, soft spoken demeanor put me right at ease and erased any apprehensions I had about even being there. Yes, Keith is certainly a "keeper"! Keith had a great way of flushing out what I really was looking for as he determined the cars I should be sampling. I was very pleased with the entire process even though it took a relatively short time. I must have been more motivated to buy a Ford than I realized. Do you suppose it was all those great TV ads at work here? Hmm...Gus Mayr was pleasant to work with and not at all "pushy" about closing the deal. He beautifully explained every thing so that our questions were answered and we felt satisfied with the purchase. All of the other people I met, Matt Roy,the Business Manager, and the other sales personnel were very friendly, polite, and respectful. Collectively, they all are viable assets for AutoFair.I believe I am about to start building another satisfying relationship with Ford Motor!

I have given the rating I have because I don't think I could have been treated as well anywhere else. We made two trips up to Autofair. First trip was to compare the Ford Explorer to the Edge. Steve Glassman went through both cars very thourgly and let us drive both. At no time did we feel pressured for a sale. He really explained and answered all our questions. We left from the first visit very pleased. We went back with all intentions to purchase due to Steve and his patients with us. Our neighbor Keith Osowski also works there and we did ask for him. Steve assured us he would be involved in the sale, it just happened to be Keith's day off when we went to test drive. When we did go back Keith was with another customer and once again Steve helped us.We went up with no idea of which car we would drive home in. No way were we influenced and we did appreciate when Steve stepped aside to give us time to discuss it. When Keith was available it was clear it was a team effort by both comsultants.Every aspect was taken care of right down to getting in touch with our insurance company. I was very impressed. First off, I would like to say that my initial Autofair experience with Mr. Sewall was not as expected. Not with him, per se, but with the car. After sorting out some minor glitches (and having a wonderful laugh in the process), we spent a great deal of time with the car. He answered all my questions with knowledge and respect. The product was just what the doctor ordered. Tim worked very hard for me that day, running back and forth and getting me the best deal possible. One thing that set Tim apart is his honesty and integrity throughout. He genuinely cares for you as a customer and his easy demeanor makes you feel as if you are dealing with a friend. I was in the market for a new vehicle, and as such, went to a number of dealerships, calls, etc.I eventually ended up at Autofair Ford, and as soon as I stepped out, Scott Kling gave us a friendly welcome. From then on, he guided us through the options we had, what the delearship had, and given our preferences and what we were looking for, even though they did not have my exact car in the lot, that he would get it. I ended up getting excellent rebates and a little more - Scott took his time to ask me all the necessary questions so he could get me all the discounts that could apply, e.g., recent graduate school grad discount.I left with exactly what I wanted at a great price.Further, Autofair Ford overall was very friendly and helpful. Everyone, not just Scott, were friendly helpful. At the end, when Scott was showing us our vehicle when we picked it up, the head of sales came out and spent a good time talking with us and getting feedback of our experience and making himself available for any questions we might have in the future.I will highly recommend this place to anyone out on the market for a car, and specially, I recommend Scott Kling as your sales specialist.When I go to a dealership, I feel I have to put on my fighting gloves and make sure I am not "taken for a ride" by salesmen, trying old selling tactics like "this is the last car on the lot, dont miss out on it", and similar antics. Instead, at Autofair, and specially Scott, it was not like that at all. I never felt like I had to "have my fighting gloves on". Rather, he made us feel comfortable, and that he was an advocate for us, guiding us through our options and trying to get us the best deal he could - balancing tastes, options and price range. Ill definitely be going to Autofair for our next vehicle.

I came into the dealership only interested in one vehicle a 2007 ford edge which was in my price range and had low miles. I was created by Brad at the door who was very welcoming to me and my fiance and was eager to help get us into this car. I took the car for a test drive and fell in love, having my mind set on this car we went and talked numbers and we got it to a price that I could afford and ended up getting a deal with the bank even though I didn't have much credit history & not much to put down at the time. Well to start with, they got me there to drive a car they didn't have. I asked 6 times when I talked to them on the phone to make sure they had the car I want in a V6 Manual transmission and she assured me they did despite the fact I couldn't see it on their online inventory. Well of course they didn't have it, they convinced me to drive the automatic version instead to see if I liked it, telling me if I liked it they could get me the manual from another dealership to try. It drove nice, but I really needed to drive the manual version in order to make a decision, they told me they could get me the manual version, but not without me purchasing it first. They actually wanted me to buy the car before I could really drive it. Just to see where they would go we started to talk numbers and they treated me like a child, would go nowhere with the price despite the new 2013's coming out soon, and tried to practically steal my trade in from me (offering me well below its trade in value). Matt practically talked down to me throughout our negotiations, which weren't really negotiations cause he wouldn't budge. cause of course there's practically "no markup" on this particular car. I will be buying this car somewhere, but it sure won't be from Autofair in Manchester. Bait and switch and treating customers like they're children is may work with some customers, but those of you who want to be treated fairly should shop elsewhere

Tom, was able to get us into a fusion with not that great credit. That was totaled after only 5 months. I did not give it much hope of getting another car, but Tom worked very hard to get us into an Escape even with the credit score lower than before. If it wasn't for Tom we would not be driving a new car.

I have bought 4 vehicles at Autofair Ford and all from Gus Mayr 1Used and 2 NewFord F150's and a New Ford Fusion. That alone should tell you that Autofair and Gus do a great job. Gus works as hard to find a vehicle that matches your needs as anyone I've ever dealt with he does not push you into a deal you don't want to make and his knowledge of the Ford line is top notch. After the sale he does not just forget about you either. My last F150 blew a air conditioner hose while my son was driving it in Concord NHAfter calling Autofair to get it picked up Gus called and offered to bring my son home to Plymouth Nh. Unlike some people I usually equate purchasing a vehicle with having a root canal. Something you need to do but dread the time when it must be done. It's time consuming, lot of haggling and the sales people make me nervous with their fast talk. However I recently purchased a vehicle at Auto Fair Ford in Manchester, NH. I was fortunate to meet Tim Sewall. A very pleasant easy going man who knows his products. I instantly felt relaxed and felt this person was here to help me. He explained all the features of the vehicle in detail and how and when I would need to use them, everything from the engine, MPG, slip traction, to helping set stations on the radio. When it came to financing, Trading my other vehicle, explaining follow up care of the vehicle he had the answer for me quickly and accurately working smoothly with other members of the dealership. I must say buying a new vehicle really is pleasant if you have the right people helping you. Tim's charm, knowledge, humor and over all pleasant personality really made it an enjoyable experience!

I visited AutoFair recently, the first person to greet me was Tim Sewall, who immediately struck me as a most genuine individual and eventually became the BEST car salesman I have ever dealt with. Due to some extenuating circumstances and the economy, I immediately explained that I would be a hard finance but that I was in need of wheels very badly. He responded with courtesy, saying "We deal with a ton of banks, we understand how life is and it shouldn't be a problem!"Tim took the time to run me all over the lot, while I checked out everything I was interested in. I first test drove an off-lease fiesta, but explained that I was interested in a hatchback. They made it happen, I drove off the lot a short time later in my 2012 Focus!In short, Tim, and everyone I dealt with for that matter, was so professional, understanding and respectful; I could do nothing less than recommend them to ANYONE interested in buying. I bought my new truck from Autofair. When I bought it was of course dirty from being on the lot. At the time it was late at night and the Service Center didn't have time to thoroughly clean the entire truck. The inside was done to an extent and the outside of the truck was not done. Scott told me to bring it back and he would get it cleaned. About three weeks later I brought the truck back to get cleaned. Autofair service kept the truck from 6pm to 930pm. 3+ hours. When the vehicle was returned to me, the bed had soap in it, the wheels were not done the outside of the truck was still a mess. When the teenager that returned my truck asked me if it was satisfactory, while standing in the parking lot lights (because it is now past 9pm), I bent over and touched my rims and came off with enough brake dust to coat my finger blackish red. When I showed the child he looked at it and said "it's brake dust". I, as you have guessed was not missing out on what the identity of the dirt was. I was showing the child their failure. Three and half hours of my life gone waiting in a dealership effectively being ignored for what should have been a 30min process all to have my vehicle returned to me dirty and soapy by a teenager who clearly has NO IDEA of what customer service is about. When I spoke to the manager he told me to get it "dirty" and bring it back and they would do it right. Seriously though, I don't need to waste any more of my life at a dealership that has no pride in what it produces after the sale is done.Sincerely Mark V. Jolin.

I received a flyer in the mail for labor day savings for a new car and great financing opportunities. My husband and i decided to try the ford dealership knowing that we have never owned a ford. We went as a family, my husband, my 8 year old son and myself, in search for the right car. We drove up, we were greeted by Scott who also spoke to my son, interacted with hin for a few and then let us look for a few more minutes. Scott then came back to start discussing our options with the Fusion.As Scott discussed the options on the Fusion with my husband and I, he continued to also carry on conversations with our very active and talkative son. We decided to test drive the Fusion after Scott showed us every option. At this point Scott probably realized that this was a family event for us and even pointed out some options that our son was very interested in. When we returned back Scott discussed all financing options with us, to which I was extremely happy and suprised at our options that Ford Motor Credit could do. We decided to sleep on it, if that's what you can call it since we knew on the way home this was the car for us. Scott called us the next morning, only cause we asked him to call us, to schedule a time to go down and finalize the deal. I cannot say enough about how the level of interaction between Scott and my entire family (including my son) is what helped seal the deal with the purchase of our new Fusion. I also don't want to take anything away from the rest of the staff afterwards because the were also amazing. However, it was the advertisement that got us into the dealership and then Scott who truly was the best salesman.

When I went to Autofair Ford, I went looking for a new or used vehicle didn't care as long as it had better gas mileage than what I was getting. Matt Roy aproched me in lot and asked if he could help me, told him what I was looking for and told him that he's going to hate me by the time I was done and that I never liked Ford,Matt just said "No problem" we must have test drove 5 or more cars, I even changed my mind as Matt was going to get the keys to test drive one and each time Matt just smiled and said No problem, next! Finally found two cars I really wanted, then came financing, we went back and forth on the pricing on one car and just when Matt figured that I was going to take that car, had price all set I changed my mind on the vehicle and went with the other car! I thought Matt was going to be mad, but he said "No problem"! So everything started all over again, but this time I stayed with the 2010 Ford Fusion, It was missing the owners manual which Matt ordered right away, brought me into the Service area showed me around, made me feel important, the way a customer should feel while shopping for a car, also, this happened at 7pm on a Wednesday night and I never left until almost 10:30pm, long after they were suppose to close at 9pm!And NEVER felt pressured at all. All around VERY satisfied with Autofair Ford. Matt is a top of the line saleman, which Autofair Ford is lucky to have Matt Roy as a Saleman. Also, after having the car for 6 months now, I love it! I will definitely go see Matt Roy again at Autofair Ford for my next vehicle! As Matt said "No Problem"!

My Fiance and I went to autofair in order to find a small SUV we could use for the NH winter coming up. We were looking for a Ford Escape, and knew we could not afford a new one, even with our trade in. So, we were trying to find something used but that would not break our budget. Gus was relentless in trying to find a SUV to match our price, at the end of the evening we must have seen 5 cars and diced through the numbers on all of them. No matter what was tried, Gus was unable to get the price to our number. He was not pushy at all in trying to get our number to move higher, he knew we had a wedding we were planning and paying for, and was understandable to how firm we were being. Gus then brought up the idea of leasing a new vehicle, which had never crossed our minds. He got us a brand new Ford Escape, at the price we wanted, with all the options we could have ever dreamed of having. My commute was perfect for a lease, and we were able to get exactly what we wanted for the amount we wanted to pay. If he had not been so nice, or helpful, we would have absolutely left without a car.

As soon as I walked into Autofair, I was met by Matt, who was friendly and knowledgable about exactly what I was asking for. It did not take long for him to find a car that fit my needs, at a price I was comfortable with. When entering a dealership to buy a car, I don't want to spend all day there going through different cars and going back and forth on price. With Matt it was easy, I walked in and out with what I wanted in just a few hours.I also dealt with Ken in financing. He worked hard to get me the right financing, but also in a timely manner.I just recently stopped in to get my vehicle inspection sticker, again met by Matt as I walked in. I gave this rating because I am quite dissappointed in the F350 and I ran into Scott a couple months after the sale and I had been back to the dealership a few times with problems and he dissmissed me, did not show any interest in my vehicle concerns. The service dept has tried but Ford has no answers. I also wish Scot had known just how poor the gps was that Ford puts in the Superduty. Or if he did I wish he'd shared it with me.

I researched on line different vehicles and decided on two in the large size car category. Ford Taurus was one and Buick Lacross was the other. The reason I chose the Taurus was because the interior was roomier and it had a few more toys. My experience right from the start was a good one. Chuck Hoegen was very helpful and knowledgeable, if he didn't have the answer he would get it. Usually, i get the sales person that talks down to me, that does not answer my questions, and that is pushy. that was our experience that same day before we went to see Autofair Ford. It was a refreshing experience. Scott asked what i was looking for. gave me suggestions to consider, was not pushy, did answer my questions, and was very helpful. then when we decided, he got it all togehter quickly, and even taught me how to use the sync service. i would recommend Scott and this Dealership, and i have a really cool car to boot!

Buy a used truck was fine, I did feel like a reverse yo-yo in the showroom, I would ask a question and Gus would go and return, then someone else would come to the showroom and talk with me then they would dissapear, then someone else would come and go, then finally I had to go with the finance guy. I was joking with a guy in the next booth who was applying for a sales job to change that if he got a job there! Overall I was pleased with the outcome.

My family and I have purchased three vehicles from Auto Fair Ford & Honda. All three purchases have had issues whether new or used. Just two months ago I purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla with only 30,000 miles on it and ever since it has been a disaster! I started to smell a egg like (what they like to call a "Sulfer") odor in my car when I would turn on my windshield whippers. After having the windshield whipper compartment "replaced" I am currently still smelling the awful odor. Long story short, I've been given the run-around from Auto Fair; from multiple appointments with nothing changing or being fixed, having to switch my gas to meet their needs and still having the same problem. Basically, I was sold a lemon and the dealership is not willing to replace my catalytic converter, refund me my money, or anything. I am now stuck with a car that has a horrible smell, that I continuously have to bring in to Auto Fair & Toyota to be looked at with no change at all in the service I am receiving. I have also left multiple messages for multiple employees (management and service department) who did not return my phone calls. I decided to show up un-announced looking for an answer and magically they were able to take my car and look for a solution. The woman in the service department that I was dealing with was now willing to call toyota's corporate office (after about 5 or more times now bringing it to her attention) to look for a change. She also said she was giving me a rental with no charge to me; however I was told by enterprise that I was required to pay for gas (even though I have gas in my OWN car) and insurance (even though I have full coverage insurance on my OWN car). I would absolutely never purchase another vehicle from any of the Auto Fair dealerships because they do not stand up to their word and they have horrendous customer service.

This was the 2nd time I purchased a car from autofair, the first Mustang I purchased, both the salesperson and finance person(David) was excellent. Dave took the time to explain every thing and got me the best deal possible. So this is why I decided to up grade my Mustang with a 2010 model that I just happen to see on the lot. The salesperson was ok but Gil the finance person isnt qulified for his job,he never explained anything, I had to call him to get any responses and when I spoke to the general manager, he was not customer friendly,it took almost 3 weeks to get loan paper work complete,I started on 8/22/11 and it wasn't until 9/8/11 that paperwork was finally complete(I hope). I had to go to the dealer ship 3 times to get it complete.This is unacceptable, poor customer service, no apology from either Gil or the general manager, no compinsation for the inconvience or anything. I will say that Dave did step in and helped out and caught another mistake made by Gil and corrected it otherwise I might have had to go back a third time(Nice Job Dave!!).I work in a customer service field and if I treated my customers like this, I would be looking for a new job.Dave should be promoted to manager, for he was the only one in your company that was customer friendly and tried to make me happy, only to get my anger aimed at him instead of were it should have gone.If this is the way you treat customers, I'msuprised your still in business, I would not recemond your company at all and will tell all I know about the poor service you give.

Autofair Ford listed (and still does list, two days later) a 2010 Subaru Legacy GT: a rare model I've been looking for. Knowing that websites can get outdated, I called Autofair to confirm that the car was still available. They said it was, asked when I was coming in, and said they'd have the car ready for me. I took the hour-long drive to Manchester, only to end up wandering the lot with a salesman, looking for the car. Finally he found someone who told him the cart had been sold two days before. He then wasted more of my time looking for another Legacy, which ended up not being a GT. Autofair sent me on a 2-hour wild goose chase because they don't know what they are doing. Beware.

Purchased (2) vehicles on 6/28/2011. One new, and one used. Total time in the dealership was about 8 hours. I understand the detailed process it is to process 2 sales, but spending 8 hours in a dealership with an infant & a senior citizen is pretty much torturous.We were absolutely settled on the 2 vehicles we selected, and had our own financing. Due to a 3 hour drive home we asked if we could make arrangements to return the next day with the trades, cashiers checks, etc.The managers pretty much forced us to take the vehicles that evening. It was almost like it wasnt even something we could negotiate. They said "You are taking them tonight."They were also a bit pushy in the finance department to try and get us to finance with them as opposed to using our own credit union.Sales/finance manager started calling almost immediately the next day or so wondering where their money was for the cars. This was before they even faxed/provided the requested purchase & sales agreements to our credit union. They also called our credit union and were "extremely rude" to the banker. Had they not been so pushy in getting the cars out the door that very evening, they would have had their money IN HAND the next day.One issue was one of the trades was still at our home 3 hours away. I had NO PROBLEM returning the next day with the trade and money, but they assured me someone would come get it. It was picked up about a week later by our salesperson.Now almost 3 weeks later we are still in a paperwork nightmare, and the temp plates they issued us have expired and we cannot even register our vehicle or drive it.We submitted the Ford dealership review, with less than perfect scores. A sales manager called us and tried to offer us free gas cards to change our scores to rate them perfect.Nobody in my family will EVER spend another dime at this dealership. And we will not be sending any friends there either. Another dealer will be getting our next vehicle purchases in the near future.At this point my mother is disgusted with the whole process, and would almost be happy to get her old car with over 100,00 miles on it back, and return the vehicle she got from AutoFair Ford.I feel bad for my salesperson, as he was WONDERFUL to deal with. This review is not directed towards him whatsoever, and the issues/problems we have are very much out of his control.

Scott took the time to show us a couple of cars we asked about. He didn't push us to make a quick decision. We actually were there late after closing and were able to drive home in our new car that night. Scott has sold to others in my family prior to this and they have been happy working with him too. We found this out after our purchase. It was coincidental that we met Scott first that day. They had spoke well of the dealership but didn't say who they delt with because they didn't know we were shopping for a car.

Scott talked to me like I did not know anything.When he was showing me the car he tried to impress me with all the "safety features" He kept mentioning things all cars are required to have by law. He got the price of my trade wrong when I went to pick up the car, then he argued with me when I pointed out the error. Another salesman stepped in and resolved the issue. I told Scott that I would be there at 7:00 to pick up the car, when I got there he had not done anything to get ready for me. We did not leave with the car until after 9:00 that night. I am 49 years old and this was the worst car buying experience I have ever had I was offered free oil changes today If I would retract my review. This was done by Larry the sales manager. I feel that bribing bad reviewers shows a lack of integraty, by pulling my review I would be depriving others of the chance to see the whole picture of how people have reviewed this dealer.

Buying our used SUV was a great experience. But after that was HELL!! Every time we bring it in to have the oil changed they find something wrong. Even after they fixed the problem less then a month ago. Our tires were in the caution range. So we had them ALL replaced with the recommended balancing,four tire alignment and all the bells and whistles that go with that. My wife brings it in today, less then a month later..maybe 1000 miles and they tell her the tie-rod is bad and needs to have an alignment. She also brought in a coupon sent to use thanking use for the purchase of our SUV for $5 off any fluid exchange. They told her that wasn't good for an oil exchange. Last time I checked oil is a fluid. It seems we are being taken advantage of with our vehicle every time we bring it in.

He has been to date, the best sales person I have dealt with and I have purchased many a vehicle. I was looking to downsize vehicles, and my credit was not very good. The dealership, especially the salesperson, Scott Waniak, treated me with respect and professionalism. Scott was everything a good salesman should be- polite, attentive, helpful, honest, informative and most importantly NOT PUSHY, RUDE or CONDESCENDING. I would also use that description for Adell as well. Actually I even liked the finance guy (I'm sorry but I cannot recall his name) he was more than willing to make sure I fully understood all of my options as well as how all the numbers worked on the forms. (I can say without any doubt that I fully understand all of my finance paperwork.One of my biggest pet peeves is bad customer service and I have no problems what so ever about making any discontentment I may have very, VERY well known. (You don't want me to tell you about my birthday trip to Foxwoods. Never stay at the MGM Grand.) I have nothing negative to say about my experience with Scott and Adell. Quite the contrary, I intend on baking some cookies for them. (they can share if they want)

My initial experience with the new guy was marginal, his sales nmanger was typically a standard car salesman. As time went on I was introduced to Scott and I definately can see why he is top performer. Scott is very professional and willing to help any way that he can. He is focused on the customer even though I am an X plan account. I am a Vice President for Philips Healthcare a major fleet customer of Ford. The Escape I purchased is a personal vehicle. Scott handled every part of this transaction like I was a ( normal ) customer not cutting any corners. I do still have some issues with the back bumper and hitch, but I am certain they will be handled with the same level of professionalism.Scott is a definate asset to Autofair. We loved working with Scott and Jessica was great when it came to the finance portion. The only reason I felt at all uncomfortable through the entire process was this sales manager named Lance. We were really all ready to purchase the car, Scott had made us a fair deal, then this Lance guy "swoops' in for a kill that didn't need to be "killed". Frankly, he almost killed it. I had to send my husband home he was so offended. Again, Scott rocked, I would recomend him directly. My experience was great because I no longer had a vehicle and needed one as soon as possible. As a single mom with 5 children, I needed to get around in a vehicle that was dependable. I filled out all my applications online and when I got to the auto store, everything was ready for me. My sales associate was very understanding of my situation and worked fast to get me into a great priced van. While waiting for an answer from the bank, he helped by playing with my baby and offering me coffee and snacks. After all paper work was filled out,and being at the store for the first time for only 3hrs; I was on my way home with my new van that day!!! A year ago I visited Autofair Ford to look at leasing a 2010 ford Edge. Matt Roy was the sales person. I told him what options I was looking for. There was no car on the lot that matched what I wanted. He said he could locate one and found one at another dealer. When he contacted the dealer he found out it was a demo and recommended not to take it.He continued to search and found another in Maine. We went through to number to lease and found the cost to be prohibited. I decided to buy and he was able to find a rate acceptable to me. I picked up the car the next day.i have had no problem with Edge. It has been serviced at Autofair. The experience was without a hitch.I had a problem sync-ing my cell phone with the car. a salesperson at the dealer spend over an hour trying to make ir work. We finally came to the conclusion my cell phone was not compatible with ford sync. They were correct...after changing phones it worked.Very happy with the car and dealership.Bob Hesseltine

My husband and I have owned Ford vehicles for the past twenty two years, first a Ford Bronco II for twelve years and then a Ford Escape for the past ten years. When it came time to trade in our Escape we didn't hesitate to go back to AutoFair Ford in Manchester NH. This dealership has been taking care of our vehicle for the past ten years and we were very satisfied with their service dept. So we decided to go to them to get a new vehicle. Their sales staff were just as friendly and helpful as the service dept. We ended up purchasing a 2010 Ford Escape Limited and we LOVE it. I (wife) am especially happy with it. I work at night and driving this vehicle to work in the snow and freezing weather this past winter has been a very positive thing. I have felt very safe in it and have had no problems what so ever. I just am so proud of owning this SUV and keep noticing how many others have made the same great decision to purchase a vehicle from Ford. Thanks again for a great experience and especially for a super duper wonderful SUV.

I visited the Autofair Dealership a week ago and due to some miscommunication did not have a good initial impression. Immediately after my visit, Lance worked extremely hard at changing that impression. His level of commitment to providing a great customer experience is very rare and very much appreciated. He was able to identify a suitable vehicle to match my needs and arrange for an appointment as soon as the vehicle arrived in the lot. He kept me up to date with the status of their inventory to ensure I was getting what I needed in order to make a decision. I would definitely do business with Lance and Autofair in the future.

My husband and I needed a relatively inexpensive car, very reliable and within our budget. Doug listened, which we feel is key in such a business, and he zero'd in on a ford focus for us and we loved it right away. It's not luxurious, it's just right for us for now. We have been trying to reestablish our credit and so it worked out great that we could Both be on the loan AND the bank that the office got for us after the first one didn't work out, was even $25 less than the original bank loan! Made the experience even sweeter. Lastly I really appreciated the gentle, kind and non-aggressive style of Doug throughout our time in working out the deal. I have had horrible past experiences with dealers, and this was bar none The Best I've had the pleasure of working with! I felt no pressure, and honestly had Doug not been such a person the deal probably wouldn't have gone as it did. Thanks for all you did Doug! We were happy to add to your bonus too! Enjoy as you deserve it!

I thought it was a tremendously great experience. They stuck to the very low advertised price and I got a great deal on a rare used vehicle. Scott Kling was a great advocate for the buyer and worked the numbers very hard to make the deal fit with my budget and needs. I will definitely be going back to see Scott Kling again.

Over the past 10 plus years I have purchased many vehicles and serviced at Autofair Ford. Never a complaint. This time I had an unusual concern with my brakes. Autofair did everything they were told to do by FMC. When this did not resolve my concern, Tim Jordan went the extra mile, even two, to follow up with other options to resolve my concern. Although a lot of leg work on behalf of the dealership, my problem was resolved. My Service Advisor Jason called the folling week to follow up as well. Nice touch! Many people only take the time to complain. And I too am guilty of this at times. This time I wanted to actually take the time to commend for a job well done.

lied about final price, sales person said he spoke to my insurance company and that they had insurance binder and i was all set to pick up car. Only to find out that he never did and they did not issue one since he did not give them the vin. Good thing my insurance called two days later and advised me of the problem, Bottom line if I had an accident I would have not been covered. Sales person never returned my calls about how the radio sinc worked had to go to another dealer to get questions answered.Just found out that the car should have came with two remotos not the one as the sales person told me again another he lied. This is a 2010 car a new car not used. In 34 year of buying vehicles worst dealership and staff. I will never buy there again.Ford should take a long hard look at how is representing their image.

I am very happy with the purchase of 2010 Fushion. I had been looking at them for a long time. A friend of mine bought one on Friday night; she told me how good the deal was and how well the sales person, Matt Roy, treated her. I stopped in the next day, looked up Matt and made a dealHe showed me a car, on the lot, with the features I was looking for, the 6 cylinder SE. I got a very good number on my trade in and worked out a great financing package.All in all the experience was a very good one, Matt went out of his way to help me set up the sync system and show me all of the features of the car.Gil in finance made the paperwork process go smoothly and quickly; the whole process was quick and easy.

Jim Savage and the service department have always been there for me even in an emergency.They have always gotten me in and fixed my truck in a timely manner.They have even stayed late at night on a Friday night to fix my truck. Don't know what I would do without them!

I have been bringing my vehicle to AutoFair for a few years now and have nothing but praise for the service I have been given. I deal with Jim Savage and he has always bent over backwards and even gone above and beyond. Being a woman and having vehicle issues..I need to trust and know that I am not being sold a "bill of goods". Jim has always done his best to work with me and accommodate my needs. Money is tight for everyone and he always looks for discounts, coupons etc. Every little bit helps and I thank Jim and AutoFair for working with me. The piece of mind I have knowing my vehicle is service by trained mechanics and the additional accomodations made by Jim make an unpleasant situation less stressful. I wrote an earlier review stating that the price quoted was less than the price given when I arrived to pick up the car. Since then I received two calls from the sales manager who stated, "that is not the way we do business." He was very apologetic and offered to help in any way he could. I came into Auto Fair for service. I reported bad wheel barrens in the rear which was warranty work. I also had two seat belts that did not work, front passenger was jammed and the rear belt would not lock in. I was told that the wheel barren noise was from the tires! They said that the tires would take an inspection sticker but until I replaced them they would be unable to determine the faulty wheel barrens. I have never heard of such a thing!! As for the belts they said the front needs a new mechanism, it possibly does however, I'm not sure how they would know without taking it apart. they said the rear belt was fine "if you hit the brakes at5mph it will lock in". This response is not acceptable. I know you can lock any seat belt without the car even started. I have a car seat and I would never dream of starting the car without my child locked in securely. Anyway, they charged $150.00 and did absolutely nothing to my vehicle!! Iam absolutely 100% disatisfied with their service at Auto Fair Ford. On 6/3/10 I recieved a full refund Per James Davis Director of Service 1 day before this was to post on dealerRater. I have made recommendations for them in the past to friends and family in which they have made sales, unfortunately however Iam through with AutoFair after this experience I feel they only tried to reconscile this matter when they wre notified of this report. Too Little Too Late!!

I traded in my nissan xterra for a smaller SUV BIG MISTAKE! The agreement with the trade was to remove my audio equipment from my nissan ( ALPINE AMP AND CROSSOVER COMPONENT SPEAKERS ) They agreed and when I went to pick up my equip was told Charles brought my equip to his home...DID HE THINK HE WAS GOING TO KEEP IT FOR HIMSELF??????? It took me a few days to get MY STUFF BACK. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER!!! I WOULDNT EVEN GO BACK FOR MY FREE OIL CHANGE!!!!!!!!

Steve was excellent in helping me identify a car for my needs. He was accomodating with the sales process when I requested a car that was not already on the lot, searching out other dealerships for the car I wanted.Steve made the buying process a little more fun, and treated me like a friend and not a victim of a sales person. I was hesitant to start looking for a new vehicle, because I'm a young woman and was definitely taken advantage of when I bought my first car at a different dealer in Massachusetts. I paid a lot more than I should have for it. I really didn't want to do the whole run-around, dealership antics thing, but I went to Autofair Ford looking for an AWD or 4WD vehicle. I drive by there a lot and figured I migh as well look. I knew I owed more on my car than it was worth but needed to get into something safer and more reliable in the snow. I worked with Matt Roy over a period of at least a month. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially since I didn't know which vehicle I wanted and didn't know very much about Fords. He took me on test drives in the Fusion and the Edge and explained the benefits of buying new and pre-owned. I thought I'd decided on a used Edge but changed my mind at the last minute. Matt was very patient, no pressure at all, and finally got me into a brand-new 2008 Edge with AWD and a moonroof for a really, really good price, including the leftover from my old car I had to put into my new loan. Gil Martinez was the finance manager I worked with to get my loan. He was very helpful and worked with a bunch of banks and credit unions to get me the lowest interest rate possible. He explained everything to me and didn't make me feel like I was signing a bunch of papers I didn't understand.I'm very happy with my Edge! I'll certainly send family and friends there and if I ever trade my Edge in, I'll definitely go back to Autofair Ford.

I recently purchased a 2008 ford escape from autofair. I traded in a vehicle that I knew I owed more on than it was worth,so was a little wary and honestly thought I was just looking. However,Gus treated me with nothing but respect and courtesy and was able to make me an offer I could not refuse with the help of his manager,Phil. I was offered a more than fair amount for my explorer(also purchased at autofair) and still got an incredible deal on my new car. I have since had follow up calls and I feel as though they genuinely care whether or not I am satisfied with my purchase. Their finance department is also very helpful and I was locked in at a rate that even my credit union could not touch. I recommend autofair to all of my friends and family and anyone else looking for a vehicle.

I recently traded in a lease a year early, and bought a Montego. I was led to believe, by both my salesmen, and my finance person, that ford was going to pay off what I owed on my lease so that I could buy the Montego. Because of what we were told, my wife and I believed that ford would let us out of our lease for nothing, in order to get us to buy the Montego.During the signing process I saw that the price on the contract was $22,500, when I expected it to be around $19,000. I asked the finance person why the price was higher than I expected, and he assured me that that price didn't reflect the fact that ford was going to credit me for the balance of my lease.I understand that this is my word against theirs, and that I signed a contract. However what I was led to believe by the employee's and what I signed were two different things. This seems very predatory to me.**The issue has been resolved**Autofair and I worked out a deal to satisfy both parties.

I went to Autofair Ford looking to get out of my car and into a small suv. I was greeted out in the parking lot by Dennis who answered all the questions that I had and helped me pick out which one worked best for me. I ended up getting a new Escape and I love it! He got me to where I wanted to be payment wise and was very helpful thoughout the entire process. I went into finance and worked with Otto who ended up getting me a low interest rate even though I didn't have much credit. I had the best experience buying a car. I have recommended Autofair Ford to my family and friends and will be going back when I am ready for my next car!

Steve and Kendrick worked with my wife and myself over a week. They assisted us in showing us a number of cars allowing us to test drive and evaluate the cars. I came to autofair's service dept. for oil, filer, & rotate. I mentioned at write up that I heard slight noise when driver's window lowered and thought it needed some lube. After checking it out I was told they were ordering a new window regulator. Vehicle is under warranty and I think the time spent and going above just lubing the part is great.The following day I recieved a follow up phone call to verify I was happy with the service. This is the forth vehichle I have purchaced form Autofair Manchester! I just bought a new 2008 Ford Explorer. I turned in a leased Ford Edge, Which was also a positive expierience for me. But I decided I needed more passenger space so I purchaced a 7 seater explorer. I love it! And I have had so many good experiences over the years at Autofair I wanted to share that with you. They are helpful, courtious, and determined to make your car buying expierience a great one. From the moment you start thinking about a new purchace to any follow up maintenance they are very thorough and professional. Their internet site is outstanding! It is fun and easy to use from home and always up to date . I found that very helpful when selecting my new vehicle. They always make sure you are 100% happy with your purchace or maintenance. They will help put you in the vehicle you are looking for. And follow up after the sale to make sure you are happy with the purchace. Their maintenance department is easy to deal with. It is very easy to get an appointment. And they are very thorough and quick in getting it completed. You get to deal with the same people every time which makes it more comfortable and personal.

Auto Fair Ford, Inc. is presently being investigated by Ford Motor Company as well as the Better Business Bureau in the state of New Hampshire for submitting fraudulent/forged documentation to Ford Motor Company. The business office there will buy back your customer satisfaction survey that FORD sends to you several weeks after the sale, to find out how that particular dealership treated you. Due to the fact Ford stock is almost worthless at the present time, Ford Motor Company is trying to hadle this fraud "in-house" for they do not need anymore bad press. Auto Fair is trying to use a few low-level employees as fall-guys for the actions of it's upper management, but that is only putting a band-aid on this criminal behavior until the damn breaks wide open and their management is exposed for submitting all these forged documents to make Ford Motor Company believe they are doing the job Ford expected them to do? The business manager ( Gil Martinez ) was foolish enough to put this agreement to buy the survey in writing, which is still intact and on file with several of the above mentioned parties. In their quest to pass Portsmouth Ford, by using all these deceptive business practices.......they have managed to tarnish the name inside that Blue Oval.

Pushy sales people and uninterested service people. The service is very poor and for such a large dealer they never seem to have the parts in stock so you lose the use of your vehicle for 2-3 days for simple stuff!They have a very poor attitude / very high prices.Never again will I purchase a vehicle from Autofair nor will I have it serviced there.I have never experienced more uncaring robotic employees in any of my dealings. The 'hey - it's not MY problem' shines through in the service department like a beacon. They overcharge for service they perform and always push to do additional service to push the tab even higher. When you catch the over charges they are unflinching in their denials. It appears to me that they have too many customers and want to chase several away so they don't have to deal with them!

I bought a car from Autofair and it was the worst mistake I have ever made.I bought a used Mustang Cobra here. A month after I bought it the clutch went. I had to fight to get it fixed. They did not turn the flywheel which should have been done. Hence a year later the clutch was starting to go again. The warranty they sold me was worth as much as the paper it was printed on. When a rear caliper froze up they test drove the car and declared nothing was wrong with it. Hey, did you not notice the one black wheel on the car? Or maybe the cherry red rotor behind the rim? When they called me they clainmed nothing was wrong with my calipers, but for $500 they would replace my pads and rotors. These parts of course were nonwarranty parts. Oh yeah, did I mention the fact that I asked that the rotors be replaced a year before that and they said no? I only put 6000 miles on the car that year. In a nutshell, their mechanics are unknowlegable technicians who could not screw in a light bulb without a service manual. I guess you need to roll onto the lot with your car on fire to get them to replace the warranty parts.What about the car I bought? Autofair refused to release any information about the car...like the fact that it had been demolished in an accident. A Carfax report claimed led to the discovery of a minor fender bender on the front of the car, less than $1000 of damage. Have you ever heard of the freedom of information act? I know more about how Kennedy was killed then I do the car I bough. I went after them for it and it got me nowhere. Then one day I pulled the rear tire off the car to check the rear caliper and I discovered that the whole right side of the car had been replaced. There were about 10 gallons of bondo and fiberglass in the trunk. We are taking floorboards, trunk lid, quarter pannel, possibly doors, and front bumper. The car I bought was not what I paid for. Rather than pursue matter legally I bailed out on the car. This time I went new.Lessons learned: 1) DO NOT SHOP AT AUTOFAIR. 2) Before you buy it, take the used car to a body shop and ask if any major damage has occured, someone did great work to my car, you could only see paint belemishes at night under flourescent lamps. I bought the car in the day like everyone says to do. 3) Take a Carfax report with a grain of salt, if the dealer wants to hide something they can, if they want to scrub a title they know how. I had someone look at the car before I traded it in and they said it should have been totaled.

Had three visits before a sales person would even approach me; "upfront lowest price" on vehicles was great, however, they would not even entertain a trade-in at Blue Book level; did not explain financing options and what was better - take a rebate or 0% financing; and really did not have any enthusiasm or effort into making a sale. My title was in my pocket and I wanted to buy. When a reasonable payment range was sought, they were $20 over and couldn't be bothered to make the deal. Extremely disappointed that they were not agggressive for a sale at all. Actually felt they just didn't want to see me driving one of their vehicles.
