Typical car dealership. First they agree on a deal and by the time you get to the finance guy the deal has changed and they claim the original terms were a mistake. Be careful, Matt Geiger in finance will look you in the eyes and lie. Not trustworthy at all. Also, know your numbers because Matt likes to play games with how much tax is owed. Study the numbers because if you're not careful Matt will overcharge you.

Once the car left the lot it was like the consumer does not exist. call with questions or concerns and you get told We will call you back one could wait forever to get that call. needless to say make sure you read all documents before you sign and I mean read.

I recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from Autofair Volkswagen and I keep coming back for a few simple reasons. I always get treated right and walk away feeling satisfied with my purchase. Many people have had bad experiences at dealerships and are often left feeling taken advantage of. I have never felt this way and am always treated with respect, and to be quite honest I actually like the whole process there. They make you feel at home, and everyone from the sales team right up to management is involved, not just with the transaction, but to tell a quick joke, share a story, or just to say hi and introduce themselves. I highly recommend Autofair VW if you want a great deal, and want to get treated as a person, not just a monthly quota!

As a long-time VW driver, I have now purchased 2 vehicles from AFVW in the past 3 years (Tiguan & Touareg). The staff is honest, friendly, patient and very knowledgable about their vehicles. The Service department operates on-time, they are thorough, and have always provided excellent communication during even the most routine check-ups. At drop-off, they will give you a lift to work & pick you up when your car is finished. I've recommended them to all of my colleagues, closest friends and family (including my mother). All have shared equally as positive experiences. I trust them to do right by me & all of their customers. Keep up the wonderful work, AFVW & thank you! I'll be back.

After having a bad experience the first time, they called saying g they've changed. I fell for it and drove an hour to hear crap. I told them to take off of any calling, mailing or emails. This was at least 1 1\2 years ago.I have a message on my phone from July, I received a flier in August.Before I called them again to tell that to stop harassing me, I would try to find out about this flier. It sounded to good. I received a call from Caitlin, I asked her about the flier and was it good for their entire inventory.To make a long story short, I told her I wasn't driving down from henniker for a tank of gas. She assured me that they could do something.I got a song and dance and forcing me to call the Attorney Generals offices about phone recordings.I asked to speak to the General Manager. I was told he would call me in the morning. He never did, he had his sectrectory call. That didn't work, she's not him, who said he would call.I never herd from Saunders until after the Attorney General's office.Talking with him on 8/26 and getting another line of xxxxxxxxx, promising to get me off of any list that they have. I have received at least 4 or 5 emails from his desk this week.What I haven't received is the $500 check he promised to send me to help my credit.My credit score isn't the greatest,its around 630, I just don't want a credit card.My next step will be a legal one

Went in to see about a fix my loan program they called me about my Nissan that I purchased though them 2 years again and walked out swapping out my car and getting a 2016 Teguan. I went in just for the heck of it and if I wanted to move forward with a purchase I had very low expectations that I would even qualify for any type of financing. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Hanna went above and beyond to work with me - not only did she get financing but treated me with the utmost respect. Her professionalism and upbeat attitude made all the difference in the world. The finance department and managers were equally amazing. I went to Auto fair to check out a car that I had seen online. I just dropped in and when we asked to see this car, they told us that it was already sold. They immediately pulled out another car for me to look at. Same price range and exactly what I was looking for. I was a little apprehensive at first because I did not want to get locked into the typical sales situation. But they made me feel comfortable and treated me with the utmost respect. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with our overall experiece with the folks at AutoFair. Our sales person, Robb Schwartz, was OUTSTANDING! Honestly, everyone there was OUTSTANDING! Our credit score wasn't great so consequently the first proposal for deposit and monthly payments, etc. was one we could not accept and we were prepared to walk away, BUT everyone literally jumped through hoops to give us a fantastic propsal. So my husband rang the bell, yes they have an awesome bell, indicating we are now the proud owners of a beautiful 2010 Toyota Rav. AutoFair llives up to its' logo, they DID, "MAKE IT HAPPEN."

My Mother In Law and I had a very positive experience yesterday and would highly recommend AutoFair Volkswagen !!! There was not any "high pressure" to purchase/lease at all. Our Salesman, Bob, listened to my MIL's wants and needs for her new vehicle and had shown her a 2016 Tiguan SUV; she loved it !! After she test drove it, we sat down with Bob, and then the Finance Manager, John Kent, to complete the transaction. When her new Tiguan was finished being cleaned , it was ready for delivery so we took it home. Thanks to AutoFair Volkswagen for a job well done.

I had been to many dealerships in the past few weeks trying to get approved for a new car and kept being declined because of my negative equity position. The GM (Jared I believe is his name) came out, shook my hand and told me that he would make something happen. He ended up taking my payment from 572 a month on a civic to a 2014 VW Jetta TDI at 469 a month. He made magic.. I was assuming another decline would happen. If you are unsure that you will be approved, this place will approve you. Great experience with the salesman as well. I worked with a gentlemen named Jordan. He was awesome! Thank you Autofair VW!

Immediately walking in I was greeted by multiple people that made sure I was being taken care of. I met with Kyle LaChance and was initially nervous. I don't have great credit, and while pre-approved, I wasn't sure how far that pre-approval got me. Kyle was awesome. He explained everything that was happening and what he needed to do to get my into a car. He listed to my concerns, answered all my questions, and honestly couldn't have been better. After not a lot of paperwork, we were test driving a 2013 Jetta TDI, the one I was wanting when I originally reached out to them. Afterwards we discussed terms and I pulled the trigger. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. It's the only time I've left a dealership confident that these guys were on my team and wanted me to succeed. Do not hesitate to call them! Even if your credit is less than perfect, they can help you!

I recently went online to try to refinance my loan to get a lower payment. I had a family situation a few years back and am trying desperately to repair my credit. I received a call from Dezare set up an appointment with a lot of anxiety because I am 66 years old and as I said, my credit was certainly not the best. She was so kind and reassured me that this was a real possiblity. On Friday, Dezare was not able to meet with me, but referred me to Debbie Nelson. I cannot say enough about Debbie. She was kind, thoughtful and so helpful. She treated me so well and was indeed able to help me. refinance my vehicle. These two women are such a wonderful representation of your organization, and should be recognized as such. I felt like I made two new friends. They are incredible, and I will be sure to spread the word. When I am able to trade in my current car and search for another, you can be very sure I will be driving the many miles to your dealership to see these two wonderful ladies. I was very impressed with the dealership as a whole. The staff was very professional and also very friendly and outgoing. My sales rep was the greatest, I truly enjoyed him. Quite a young man. My husband and I came to Autofair of Nashua in pursuit of an upgrade from our current vehicle. I started the process online before we arrived, within a half hour Alycia called to give me the best news that we could have our pick of any vehicle and guaranteed our financing and trade in. That took loads of pressure off. So off we went. When we arrived we were greeted and Alycia introduced us to the sales team where Mike helped us find our perfect vehicle. Mike took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for and lead us to our new vehicle that we happily signed for. The financing team went above and beyond to help us get our payments to a level we were comfortable with. When I sat down with Steve to sign my life away he made the process so easy and thoroughly explained all the options available which helped easy the normal buying jitters. I couldn't be happier with my experience and I will absolutely recommend Autofair of Nashua to all my friends and family.

I came in looking for options to lower the payment on my Accord and wound up with a great deal on a Passat TDI. Deb was a fantastic sales rep, informative and personable. She took the time to give me all the info on the car I was purchasing and even helped pair my phone and snap a picture of me with my new car on my way out the door. Matt from finance made the paperwork go by smooth and made sure I understood everything before signing on the dotted line. I would definitely suggest paying a visit if you're on the hunt for a new car!

I stopped in yesterday as I needed a new set of wheels given my previous car being totaled in an accident (also purchased at Autofair VW). The sales staff was excellent as always, and I felt welcomed before I even stepped in the door. I contacted my salesman from my previous purchase and told him what I was looking for. By the time I made it onto the sales lot, the cars I was hoping to look at were already pulled aside, and ready for reviews and test drives. The entire process took a few hours, but I was in and out with my new vehicle much faster than I had anticipated. I would recommend Autofair Volkswagen of Nashua to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Their selection of certified pre-owned cars is top notch, and their inventory of new vehicles is nothing to pass up. This is my second vehicle through this dealership, and I have yet to be anything but impressed. Great work all around!

We test drove a car for our teenaged son at Autofair Volkswagen and found that it had significant problems, including bad brakes. Given the price of the car, we weren't surprised, and also weren't willing to make a deal.The sales manager said he had another car in our price range and asked us to take a look. We agreed and test drove the vehicle, spent an hour waiting for the back and forth between salesman and manager though we were told repeatedly that the car met our budget limits. The salesman finally came back and informed us that the price of the car was more than double our budget. They were hoping we were stupid. We weren't, and we walked. Definitely the worst car shopping experience to date, and we've bought a lot of cars.

We were very happy with everything, being long time VW Beetle owners we stopped in looking for a new Bug. My wife found a beautiful black Wolfsburg, that was that. She drove the 2016 home and I drove the 2001. Debbie Nelson was great in getting everything in order, she is very knowing of VW, more so than most. I cannot say that we would buy from Autofair again because we tend to keep our cars for a very long time. They may not be around when we are in the market again or we might no be around at that point lol. But if they are we will use them again. As far as service, we shall see. I did have my eye on that black A5. It would look great with the 2 Beetles and my A4.Sorry, almost forgot Matt Geiger he was great with all the paperwork, happy he had to do it and not me.

Both the Sales Representative and the Finance manager were knowledgeable and treated with respect. Wish we had known in advance that the rate we currently have was the best it could be for the term that we have. Just two simple questions would have prevented us from a) taking the trip and b) it would have prevented from having to provide all our personal information taking up both our time and that of your sales Representative. By the way, we were in for just a refi but your questionaire did not allow me to indicate that or bypass it since nothing was applicable, before submitting the review.

Never going to another Volkswagen dealer other than this one. The people here are so much nicer and willing to help than Quirk and Autoserv. I worked with Nick and AJ (who are awesome) - they made sure I wanted exactly what I was getting, worked out the numbers, and got me in and out with a new car in about four hours. I got to ring the bell and drive home that same night - super happy with my purchase. Strange note: the bathroom smelled lovely.

Went there to try to lower my monthly payments on my car, but was a little disappointed that they couldn't do it. It would have been better if they could of let me know before I went there, as it took an hour and a half to travel there. The people there where very friendly though.

was told that would I receive a call back with some cost numbers and never did get a call back called several times for the numbers left messages to call me back but nobody did.I finally called customer service and they transferred me to someone who very abrupt with me told me that they could meet the price I wanted to pay. it would have nice if they had just called back with this information instead of wasting my time.

I was called the morning I went to their dealership 3 times and promised the car I was driving an hour away to was still there, still available and not sold. I get there and they sold the car the previous night. Then the sales persons proceeds to try and sell me cars way out of my price range. I made it clear I was there to see one car and was given attitude about it. I would never recommend this place and I'll never go back.

My total experience was wonderful. From the moment I stepped in the doors, I was totally impressed. The facilities are immaculate. Everything is very clean and modern looking. The decor is pleasant and homey, and brings a sense of ease. Everyone I encountered just walking in was so friendly and welcoming. Eric greeted me with a sincere handshake and offered me a beverage. My original intent was to inquire about refinancing my current car. I went in expecting the worst, since my credit isn't the greatest and my car was getting up there in miles. Because of my owing more than the car was worth, a refinance wasn't going to be an option. But, Eric showed me a new car and explained my options with that. We went on a test drive, and Eric explained everything in great detail. I decided to go with the new car because the monthly payments wound up to be cheaper than I was currently paying on my old car, and the new car was brand new! I really love that when you buy a car there, they lead you over to a large bell to ring and everyone cheers and claps, what a wonderful feeling! I

There was no pressure, there was no schmaltz ... there was no dingy, old uncomfortable dealership staffed by people who were anything but professional. They asked me what I had in mind, what I thought I wanted, showed me a few things that were in that universe and then carefully showed me the differences in technology, performance, trim and price. They were wonderful about my trade in, fair in the negotiation and quick about the sales and close process. I left the same day after weeks of shopping other dealerships and brands not ready to buy. I went into the dealership to purchase a manual transmission Passat only to be told that there are none available on the East Coast. After some questioning from the sales staff of my wants and needs they showed me a GLI. While it was not the car I came in to buy, I did appreciate the time they spent and willingness to negotiate. I had some personal commitments and had to leave the dealership before we could complete the transaction. Due to some delays I was not able to return until 5 minutes prior to closing, while I was away they had completed all of the paperwork so all I had to do was sign the papers and take the car. The sales associate, Eric, stayed after hours and thoroughly went over every one of the car's electric/entertainment options.

We traded in for a 2015 VW Passat, more for the comfort of the electric seat adjustments for the driver. The sales people tried their best to meet our needs,financially to reach affordability for us. This was the easiest most enjoyable car buying experience we've ever had. We knew we wanted another VW (my third) so I didn't need to be "sold." Raji was a wonderful salesman who took the time to help walk us through what we wanted without being pushy. My family has been going to AutoFair VW for a very long time. My grandfather has been taking his cars to the same people and mechanics, even before they moved here from Tully. The service reps, especially Brandon, were very easy to talk to and understood the concerns I had with my car. Wes, the mechanic, worked for two days figuring out exactly what was wrong with my engine. He spoke with my father over the phone and was very detailed in describing what he was doing and figuring out prices for me. I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend if they have concerns about their VW cars.

This is the first time I have bought a car from a dealership and I am a single woman. I was wary going in, but ready to tackle the process. It turned out to actually be FUN!!! The salesperson I dealt with was Nicky and he was very kind, affable, explained everything in detail, introduced me to Travis in the Garage (the one who will fix my car if needed- Travis was GREAT), and made it as easy as possible. Not only is he really good at his job, but he loves his job, which showed. Steven, the Finance guy, has a dry humor that made me laugh and was very settling while talking about money and I signed all those forms. He went slowly through all the documents with me. General Manager was a kind man who knows how to treat not only customers, but his Team. Got to Ring the "Bought a Car" Bell and everyone clapped! Too much fun! Great showroom! I bought a used Toyota, not even a VW, and it was a very GOOD experience all around.

AFV, very nice facility, friendly people, the process is what yo expect but too way to long. Kurt is the sales guy was very nice and explained the car features. We refi'd onc car and ended up buying a used car. The deal was complicated but in the end I think we did ok. It took way to long, 7 hours from walk in to drive off. It should not take 7 hours to buy a car. The sales manager was very nice and helpful and I give cudos to the Finance guy as he did an Excellent job explaining all the options.

Mr. Perez gave us an informative test drive of two models, a Golf GTI with the 220 hp turbo engine, and a used Golf TDI diesel. The former was a wonderful vehicle, with ideal suspension calibration and loads of power. The latter surprised us with its quietness and refinement, and was the favorite of the missus. Our obstacle to purchase: we have two vehicles with more than 100K on them which run great: a Honda Civic and a 1994 Mercedes E320. Trade-in potential of either could not possibly match their $ value to us. Ergo, it's a bit hard to make the numbers work. Despite this, we are glad that we test-drove VW and may very likely return in a couple of years when the diesel hoopla is resolved.

I responded to an ad about lowering my current interest rate by refinancing my car. Although I felt sceptical about going in. I stayed open minded. I pulled in and was immediately greeted by a happy man. He grabbed some paper work, gave my keys to a finance mgr and they responded quickly. After ten minutes maybe I.had options, refinance with some money down or buy a new car. I was given a tank of gas and they are currently working for me. I have the answers I need just need to make the decisions.

I visited the location a recent Friday afternoon with some requests for working a deal that were admittedly a challenge.I was coming out of a lease of another make vehicle with 3 months remaining. While dealing for a little while with a representative we were unable to reach a mutual agreement for purchase. I was urged to come in on again when I had more of an opportunity to discuss option. When I left that Friday,the Sales Manager had mentioned that possibility of a purchase to come in closer to my desired figure, rather than a lease which was my original intention. I emailed the representative I was working with as well as the Sales Manager to see if it we there was still room to get the deal done. I had not heard from either of them on that Saturday and again nothing on Sunday. It should be noted that email was my desired method of communication because of my schedule. On Monday I emailed both individuals I was dealing with along with Manger of Business Development.I received no response. I called the dealership and was directed to call my sales representative's cell phone, which had a full voicemail box. I attempted to call the Sales Manager after he had called me, and had successfully left him a voicemail around noon. I followed up a few more emails with no success. I was finally able to reach the Sales Manager and asked whether we were close on the numbers because I was try to be very respectful of everyone's time. I was advised at that time that "we were very close to getting something done". Upon sitting after getting there at 4:15 pm, I was presented and offer that was $125 over my desired final number. That is not remotely close which now made me feel as though it was a mistake to come down. At this point the thought of financing was scoffed at by the Sales Manager and we were looking at a lease. To pacify me, they then asked me to test drive a 2014 which made no sense to me. I played along. I got back and spoke with my sales representative and advised him of the amount that I would be able to do at a maximum to work out something and I couldn't do more. At this point the Used Car Manager got involved and the Sale manager was no longer around. When he came over he came back with something that was closer to my desired amount, within $20. At this point, I had been at the dealership for 3 hours and needed to return home to my children. Through this whole process there was a tremendous amount of what seemed to be flipflopping though I am sure it was not intentional. There were several people involved and things that were important to making a deal that were discussed on Friday, we now seeming like this was news to the new people involved. I could have been mistaken when I left however I recalled being offered something within $5 per month of my final offer however today after several emails and online contact requests, it turns out that I was mistaken. With all this said, the people involved were very kind, however the whole process seemed very disjointed which made undesirable. I was really anticipating working something out as I felt that I was led to believe that it was possible, however I cannot confidently say that it ever was.

i went there with an already high and unfair payment on a car i bought at another dealership. kurt took the high interest rate, cleaned it up for me, and i got an incredible car(2015 VW Pissat). i have a fair payment, interest rate lower than anything ive seen, and a ride the ladies love.......i mean my wife loves! anyone that says this place is anything but fair honest and caring, really didnt give them a fair chance. i went there looking for used, kurt showed me the benefits of going new, and ended up buying new. i love autofair VW of nashua. they went so far above what is expected in a fair deal, im surprised they didnt need a pilots license. if you are looking for a great car and dont mind taking a beautiful ride, please go to this dealership. i wish i wouldve went there instead of the mistake i made staying local, that doesnt matter because they cleaned up that mistake. thank you to all the wonderful people at autofair of nashua, my family loves you. thank you again

I love my 2016 Tiguan! Mike Cybulski was some much help when it came to getting the right price and car for me! I have a lot of back problems and when I was driving my old vehicle (2014 Kia Soul) I was experiencing a lot of lower back pain. Since buying the Tiguan I haven't experienced any back pain! The process was quick and simple. When in Finance there was little wait time and the paper work took probably less than 20 minutes! Fast and easy, the store is clean and welcoming!

Be careful if you are thinking about going to this dealership for a car! Sorry this is long. I called Autofair Volkswagen and spoke to Alicia on the phone (who was very friendly and helpful), I told her the deal I had been quoted on a Passat TDI at another dealership were I had previously bought cars and that I was helping my parents, with the car buying process. She assured me that they could beat the price quoted by the other dealer and told me that it was the end of the month and they were very motivated to sell cars.I sent my parents to the Autofair VW that day (I couldnt go due to work). They were at the dealership for 5 hours and left at 9pm, after they called me and told me the best price they were given was $4000 more that what I was quoted over the phone. I took the morning off work 2 days later and went to the dealership with my parents after calling and again speaking to Alicia and again being told that they would beat the other dealerships price of $26,500. I spent 4 hours talking to two different salesmen (Matt Web was very helpful and nice) and we finally agree on a Passat TDI SEL for $27,000. After the test drive when it was time to sign the papers they put the price at $30,000 and tried to get my dad to sign the papers without me seeing it. Once I confronted them about the price difference the finance officer (I guess that is his title he sits at the desk behind the glass to the left of the entrance) told me that I was lying about the price. Then the salesman and I showed him the paper that had the price and monthly payment he had printed out and he said, no that wasnt the car we were talking about, see the stock number is different. I said, that is the only car we test drove and that is the car that the salesman and I agreed on and he came and spoke to you and you gave me the price of $27,000. He then began to back track and say that there was some confusion on their part but that it was still a really good deal and we had spent so much time on it that we should just go ahead and purchase the car at $30,000 because he wasnt going any lower he didnt care what price he had quoted me. At this point I was upset and doing all I could not to lose my temper. He then began to yell at me about the MSRP and the price he was offering and how we should be happy with the deal on the table. He also insulted my parents about their credit. At that point we left.I called Noyes VW in Keene where I should have gone to begin with, I told them what happened and that I wanted an honest number for what the car would cost out the door before I drove there. Not only did my parents get the new TDI Passat that they wanted but it was $300 cheaper than it would have been at Autofair VW and everyone was respectful, pleasant and honest. The owner of the dealership even came over to talk to us about our experience while we were there. I highly recommend Noyes VW to anyone looking for a great car. (Diesel is the way to go if you ask me?) If dishonesty is how they want to run their business, my family and I will never go back. So you dont think this was my first experience with a dealership. My wife and I are proud owners of 2 TDI Jettas and we have pursed 4 new VWs over the past 15 years.

Overall my VW Golf purchase was a good experience. They work with you up until it comes to price. Then not so much. Also, the process took a LONG time. Maybe they were just busy that night, but the paperwork should not take so long, it really makes you want to walk away. The salesman was very conscientious and did his best.

I'm telling everyone about the great buying experience I had with Autifair Volkswagen, its sales team, and General Manager, Jared S. I went In anticipating to test drive a certified pre owned 2915 Jetta I'd seen on cars.com; and a few hours later, drove off the lot in a brand new 2015 Jetta SE. Mike P., my sales consultant, let me take an extended test drive in the certified Jetta I'd inquired about on cars.com so I could expirience both street and highway driving. It wasn't my ideal color choice, and while Mike had to step away for a few minutes, a colleague of his suggested a brand new one. General Manager, Jared S., closed the deal by beating the competition hands down, and included the first two scheduled maintenance services. He truly made me feel good about the deal. When a slight issue regarding paperwork arose after the transaction, Jared made it right, saving me time. I like that! He's earned my business. I traveled from MA for a new car in Stock that I was interested in. I made it clear what my expectations were before I drove over an hour to buy a vehicle. Having been in auto sales/service I can honestly say that AutoFair VW and Mike P.exceeded my expectations. The negotiations were very straightforward, they accepted my offer and I also financed thru VW Credit and purchased the extended warranty.... the experience was seemless. The new dealership is state of the art and everyone answers to a very high mark of professionalism. And did I mention John the Service manager and Brandon in Service. Ordered some accessories, they called when the parts were in and set my appointment time. When I arrived I was greeted and treated as if I were their best customer. The service took just as long as they estimated and the cost was spot on what I was quoted. Trust me you cannot put a value on integrity and professional care and treatment, but if you could the eating would be priceless!

Sales professional was very nice and friendly. The car sales manager consistently lied about the price of the car and that he had to add $995 on to the price because, according to him there was a dealer premium or dealer extras or that the car (it was a basic tdi golf) was a rare find or something! After negotiations left me getting what I wanted for my trade I ended up paying slightly over sticker. Then came Scott the finance manager, he tried for a good 30-40 mins to push extended warranties and service plans at me. They also said that I would have registration the next day.. It's been 6 days and I'm still waiting! When I asked Koe the sales manager to provide me with the dealer charges that he insisted had to be added, he provided me with the charges applied to another car l, a tdi Passat. If you are to buy here, I would be prepared to haggle with joe and do not trust a word to come out of his mouth. Also, each one of the sales people (except mine) spent all their time shouting about the activities in the NCAA March madness.

I went in this past week witha very strict budget. They understood and told me that they could help me out. They brought out some cars they were decent but with very high mileage and I was just not impressed by them, I explained i was looking for something with a little less mileage but in my budget nothing over. A Sales Manager I assume came out and showed me a car I fell in love with it. I couldnt test drive it right away because i had to brinf my mom home but later in the day i went back to test drive it. Then i fell in love more with it, but come to find out it was almost 2 grand over my budget and the Sales Manager who I spoke too was not there for the rest of the night. I sat there waiting for 3 hours made 3 trips to and from, for them to tell me its not in my budget and i would need to put more money down. THEY WERE FRIENDLY BUT DID NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ME ABOUT PRICES BEFORE I TEST DROVE THIS CAR.WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME BEFORE I DROVE IT! Very aggravated i drove 40 minutes from my house 3 times.

I told them I needed a lower payment than the car I was trading in, they have me test drive a brand new car with payments triple what I was paying for my trade in. We came to an agreement I signed for the deal they took my trade in and gave me the car I purchased from them, a week later they tell me they shortened my loan length thus upping my payments by nearly $100 and I had to either sign that day and didn't have much of a choice due to the fact I was told I was approved so I went ahead and got it registered and plates yet. The sales reps very rarely looked me in the eyes but had a good attitude, the gentleman who helped me at service seemed like he hated working there by his body language, finance managers call me in to sign at a specified time but didn't have any paperwork printed out waiting for the signature. There seems to be a large disconnect of communication between all departments. Going to give the Manchester location a try for any servicing but honestly I wouldn't recommend the Nashua location to a soul.

The buying process was more fun than I could have imagined. I think I got a great deal, even if being treated like the best customer they all, and I mean all, ever had, might seem hoaky, I believed I was, and still am...because they still treat me like a personal friend every time I go in (for routine maintenance and stuff.) They're all buddies, and they're all my buddies, even though I'm old enough to be their grandfather. (Where is the owner? He must be over 35!? I love my loaded Jetta. It's 1.6 litre is fast and reasonably economical 33 mpg as I drive it... (I had a Jetta deisel 40MPG). But I really love the people at this dealership. They take care of you!!! Get the renovation done, damnit.. I want to hang out. (Not really, just because I'm too busy. Maybe when I retire... but I love teaching too much...)

After the purchase they called a few times to see if everything was ok and asked if there was there anything more they could do. Only had one issues ...a burned out light. I went in to buy the bulb and not only did they give it to me for free, they even installed it for free! I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Thankfully I knew what I was looking for. I knew more about the vehicle then the salesman trying to sell it. There was a lack of communication after the car was bought. I felt as if they were like "okay, we sold it, you're on your own now". I have always had excellent service at my previous dealership where I've bought all my cars. I will be going back to them, I've learned from my mistake.

VW America really needs some direction - their sales are falling while the rest of the auto industry is seeing double digit growth. Take Subaru where they are having 20% growth mainly based upon niche AWD wagons. We have asked and asked on blogs for AWD wagons and nothing - they think that a larger SUV will be the ticket. Idiots. As for Autofair I asked for their best quote on a new Golf TDI SE, Manual. Got back that those are really in demand vehicles and MSRP is the best we can do. Next phone call to another dealer - we will meet invoice. See ya Autofair. I would suggest others shop around - don't waste your time with Autofair.

Saw the ad on TV for $XX for you trade; push it, tow it, drive it and a quote of a monthly payment. Sounded great, so we went in. When I asked about it, I was told that deal wasn't meant for me at all, since my credit was good but not excellent. (High 600s) They never ever looked me in the eye while they responded and breezed, I mean flew right over my inquiry and changed the subject faster than I can describe. The first deal I was presented was WAY, WAY over what I could afford and what the TV ad described. In the end, hours later, they took my trade and hit my monthly payment number and I left with the car that night.

The email I got asking for my review is indicative of the whole experience with Autofair VW. It opens with Dear , (not actually addressed to me). I tried to buy a car from them last year when we were looking for an Eos. Two times I came to look at it. The first time it was buried in the back of the lot so we could hardly even see it. The second time they called me back to tell me they had pulled the car out so I could see and drive it and I was shocked to see they hadn't even cleaned it out. Coffee stains and garbage all over the inside of the car. These jokers shouldn't be allowed to sell cars and the people who buy from them deserve every bit of heartache they will invariably get. I never thought I would miss Tulley VW but these guys set a new low for the bar.

Made an appointment for my 10K mile service, and waited 2.5 hours for it to be completed. The communication was lousy, and I had to initiate any updates. The service rep acted as though I was putting him out by being there. I will be going to the other nearby VW dealership from now on. Also, the Internet reps will tell you anything to get you in the door. Don't expect to find them there or have their pricing honored.

Great dealership. I purchased my Audi from here in mid 2014. The process was hassle free no pushy salesmen and a comfortable setting. I didn't even have the intention of purchasing a car the first time I stopped in, but a great price with a great rate and a excellent salesman(Nick Pichette) made it a no brainier. I highly recommend this particular auto fair to anyone in the market for any vehicle, they have access to the other auto fair inventory. Loved doing business with Autofair. Sad that I moved and can't do business with them again. I'm living 3000 miles away and if it was worth it, I'd make the trip just to do business with them again. Love you guys!!! Bought 4 cars through them!!

Despite it being nearly 5pm, the Service Department was happy to assist me and replace my car remote key entry fob battery. Very rapid service and they had me out of there in just a few minutes!! It's always a pleasure to visit and do busines with AutoFair. We have purchased 2 cars in the past 18 months and also have our service done here. -Jim

AutoFair is consistently friendly and helpful. I have ease getting an appointment at this busy dealership, even with little advance notice. The atmosphere is welcoming, and all of the staff are personsble and engaged. All my repairs and maintenance are thoroughly explained, and they are always at or even below the estimate! A model of how a dealership should be run, and when I am ready to replace my beloved vehicle, I will be getting it through this location.

Even with all the construction going on everyone was still on top of their game. Great service and appreciative workers. Mechanics create a great environment and eye very efficient in explaining themselves and the work needed.

Did not buy my VW there because they had not yet taken over from the Nashua mega dealer. Service was always done on time at the price quoted. Loaners have been free and clean. Can't wait to check out new showroom once the re model is completed.

I walked onto the lot in search of a 'slightly used' sedan. I was met by Scott O'Connell, and after a brief discussion of my needs, he understood exactly what would interest me. I was looking for great gas mileage, and an engine that would last a long time. He put me in a Jetta TDI, and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Scott was easy to work with, as was the management and finance staff. Haven't needed any service yet, but I'll be utilizing their service center also.It was a good car buying experience, Scott is a pro, and I'd recommend this dealer.

We had a great experience at Autofair Volkswagon. My son and I stopped in to see if the dealership had any used standard trucks. Anthony England met us in the parking lot and said they din't have any. As we were leaving he ran up to the car and said they had just taken one in in trade. It hadn't been cleaned but he let us see it anyway. It was a great truck and he was very helpful in getting a good deal. It was agood experience all around, Tony, Jared and Matt were a pleasure to work with.

I have purchased several cars over the years and this is by far the best experience I've ever had. Anthony england was not only knowledgeable and honest but he was one of the most compassionate sales people I have ever met in my life. He took the time out to actually listen to my concerns I have credit issues and he didn't judge me or treat me any different I went to several places before going to AutoFair Volkswagon and I must tell you that this experience was on a whole different level of customer service. I've never actually seen the dealer come back and lower my payment and my rate after going in the finance office talk about honesty!!!! If you're looking for a new or used car don't even THINK of going anywhere else go and see Anthony England at AutoFair Volkswagon I highly recommend him!

Found a car for sale online that they had advertised. Called ahead asking if it was available, showed up for the test drive andthey hadn't even bothered to clean the trash out of it. That should've been a red flag to get out of there. But I assumed since it was alarge dealer that they valued their reputation and the sales guy promised me the car in 2 days after signing most of the paperwork (another ignored red flag). I showed when it was promised and after we signed the rest of paperwork (including the title to my trade in) they informed me it wasn't ready and wouldn't be for 2 more days. They agreed to deliver it since I'm an hour away and it arrived at my house in this condition: upper shock mounts not attached, used parts in place of the promised new, 1/3 tank of gas and running a little hot (sales guy apparently had fun with it) and not detailed. After a lot of calls, threats, stress and 2 weeks I finally got a full tank of gas, a new key (old one was broken), keyless entry fob and some money back because of the shock mounts and used parts. Awful experience and I can't find the right words to express my anger at getting ripped off like this. I moved on because I didn't want this to waste more of my time, we could've easily gone to court/arbitration, but I'd rather have fun fixing the car and write them bad reviews to warn others to stay away.

The first time I went to this dealer, I dealt with the old manager John Poole, who sold us a vehicle that was not safe. It should have never been sold and they put an illegal inspection sticker on it. After talking to the CEO Assistant, we went in and met with Trevor and they did everything they could to get us out of the death trap we originally got. We got a beautiful car that we absolutely love and it was in our price range. They staff was so friendly and really took care of us to make us happy to fix what John Poole did to us. Melissa Haberman was our car salesman. She is great! She showed me all the features to our car and helped me set everything up. She checks in periodically to see how everything is. After my experience with her, I recommended my mother to her, and she just purchased a car too. All I have to say is thank you for making things right!

I always went to autofair vw ever since they bought out Tulley.I had always been pleased and recommended them to friends and co-workers.on a recent visit, I couldn't open my door and was told the part was broken and needed to be replaced for $500. A couple days later it started working again, and has ever since (months now). I guess it wasn't broken after all. more recently, I had my brake light go on. Autofair did my brakes a few months ago. I found out the cap was never put back on my brake fluid reservoir.I brought both of these things to the attention of the general and service manager, just wanting to let the know. I was told I'd be contacted, but nothing.after weeks,nothing.no apology, no explanation.so go at your own risk. maybe it's broken, maybe it's not.and check all the caps before you pull out...

I had an outstanding experience with Jared Saunders at AutoFair VW. I had been shopping for a Corvette and they had a used one. After multiple conversations on the phone (I am out of state), I forwarded pix of my car and we discussed price/financing/warranties. Everything that Jared had said was spot on with no deviation at all. I drove there in my trade-in, and they had me back on the road in my new car in less than 45 minutes. Follow-up from Jared has been outstanding including overnight packages/emails or whatever I needed. I would recommend this dealership/Jared to anyone. In fact, Jared is already searching for a vehicle for my son. I rate them a 10!!!

Jarred and the folks at Autofair VW made my car buying experience the best I have ever had. They run a great low pressure dealership. They go out of their way to make the customer happy and they were even very friendly with my 3 year old son. These people run one of the best dealerships in New Hampshire.
