So I just want to start with the fact that I got a car that I absolutely love. I am a young adult, which means my parents still have to cosign even though I am technically the sole owner. Throughout this experience the salesman and financial manager continued to direct the conversation to my parents instead of me. Any questions that I had about my car the salesman would give me the consistent answer of, "oh I don't exactly know". This is frustrating especially when these details can make or break the sale. Not only was he lacking knowledge on details of the car, he gave me one option. They did not go out of their way to find various options for me, even though they should have know that this is an important factor. The dealership is too rushy and doesn't take into consideration a customers needs. Unfortunately they treated me as if I didn't matter, even though I am the one who will be paying for 100% of the car and handling all of the maintenance.

I have had several problems with not just the sales department but also the service department. The service department will not get back with you in a timely manner and the sales department make the rudest comments. I have been told the owner encourages the rude behavior also. This dealership is a disgrace to Logansport, IN and I do not recamend anybody dealing with them.

Once we worked out the timing--all was good. the challenge is that I work in Kokomo, bought the car in Logansport, and the service department and I work the same hours. So everything is a two-evening process. I drop off my car one night and pick it up the next night.

I came over to see what I had "won" in your sale flyer I received in the mail. The initial test drive was with one of the sales people brought in forn the sale. She knew NOTHING about the vehicles I inquired about, not even the selling price. She was there to sell, not build a customer-dealership relationship. The "outside" finance guy didn't like it when I sorta demanded numbers for me to "crunch". All his objective was, was to get the monthly payment in our range (which he didn't do). After "filling" out a paper for credit checks, we were told we'd have to come back tomorrow. This was already my 2nd trip. We came back the next day to meet John at 4:30 like he requested and were to notify him if we weren't able to make it. Guess who wasn't there!! Being a little irate, I called John's cell # he had given my wife. At this point Giles could hear my frustration and came into the showroom to see if there was anything he could do to help. After explaining the story to him, he went to the back. He came back out wondering how we survived with me only having income of $300 and my wife working at Walmart. My disability income is 4x that and my wife has never worked at Walmart!! They (John and/or Carla)had screwed up our ap so that no bank wanted to finance us. After correcting the ap and resubmitting it, we were told to come back tomorrow (fourth trip). All-in-all, Cass County Ford done an excellent job of correcting the mess-up of the "outside sales group". A special thank you to Giles for stepping in and the rest of the crew who helped with this. All sales folks will work hard to "earn your business." The real test of their integrity is how they correct a problem, and how they treat you as a person when they make a mistake. I have had a very negative experience with this dealership in my attempts to have an extended warrenty transferred to me. This dealership made a mistake in the original contract and were agreeable to fixing it, then transferring it to me, until they learned that there was a cost to them. When they learned this, they blamed the previous owner of the contract, failed to return phone calls, and said they coudn't help me. I ended up having it settled through the Ford Extended Service Headquarters and the Better Business Bureau. It took 8 months and countless hours on the phone to get this problem corrected because the dealership was being so uncooperative with the Ford Extended Service Plan Headquarters. When the plan was finally corrected, I made a trip to the dealership which was 37 miles away on my day off to have it transferred. I called the day before to let them know I was coming. When I got there I waited a long time in Matt Kay's office and was told to come back next week because they coudn't figure out how to transfer it. They said it "wasn't in the system," and they couldn't reach the Headquarters to have them update the system. I told them I would come back later that afternoon since I have a job I must go to next week. They told me to come back in 2 hours, but when I did they still couldn't find me in the system. I called the Ford ESP Headquarters and spoke to the contact person there, she said it had been in the system for two weeks. I called the next business day and was transferred from Matt Kay to Tracy the business Manager "who will be dealing with this from now on." Tracy then informed me that she would try later to reach the Headquarters. I had talked to the headquarters just minutes before and I told Tracy that. Tracy then infomed me "Jim will need to get back with me but he was busy right now." This is the most unprofessional treatment I have ever experienced. I am not going to tell people not to come here. That is up to you. It is likely that you will be treated well if you are wishing to purchase a vehicle, but in my situation, I believe that the dealership management and staff were not willing to take responsiblility for their mistake and I do not feel I was treated with respect. I am most upset because it is my opinion that they wasted my time and were not honest with me.*added the next day- I spoke with Andy Redman at Greentown Ford today who had no problem transferring the contract into my name. I called Jim Hayden (owner) at Cass County Ford to let him know I would no longer need him to transfer the contract into my name, because I had the other dealership do it. He cut me off before I could finish and threatened me by saying he had "seen my google post and he was going to give it to his lawyer and sue me for slander. As soon as I arrived, Service Manager Mitch assigned my 2015 Lincoln MKZ to a Technician right away to facilitate the factory recall adjustment. He also gave Kristopher who does car washes & interior cleanings a heads up that he would be getting my car just as soon as the adjustment was completed.Mitch ushered me to the Customer Waiting room where I stayed until it was all done in about 40 minutes! Much quicker than I expected!My only disappointment has been how much the adjustment has affected the LED running lights not only in brightness, but also when I walk from my car to my apartment at night. Also, the headlamps don't stay on now after I've turned off the car, locked it and am walking to my apartment. Just the (now dim) LEDs.

I purchased on loan a 2008 Chevy Impala in November of 2014. In February I received a certificate for a free oil change as a thank you for having purchased my vehicle from the Ford dealership. I went in on March 26, 2015 for said free oil change; however, they did not have a part (I believe I break pad though I could be mistaken) in stock when I got there and had to go and get another one. The service took longer than expected for that reason and luckily I didn't have anything immediate to do afterward, but they kept me updated on the status of the service as it progressed and, considering the extra time that it took for service completion, they offered me a second free oil change certificate to make it right.

I initially approached Sales Representative Giles Hoagland last summer explaining that when I was through paying off my condominium mortgage and a credit card consolidation plan, I would be in the market for a 2012 Lincoln MKZ. It was truly a relaxed, no pressure, informational visit. I was very impressed that he didn't try to pressure me into buying a car right away. My time-table was about 15 to 16 months away. My financial circumstances changed for the better when my Dad "gifted" me some money and essentially wiped the slate clean of those debts giving me greater financial flexibility. I visited again with Giles and he plus General Manager Tom Korkos were able to get me into a NEW car for a very reasonable price! They were extremely patient and Tom did a masterful job finding a 2015 MKZ in the Midwest that matched what I was looking for! It wasn't a perfect match, but short of ordering one from the factory and waiting 3 months, it was nearly perfect. They have been amazing to work with and very personable.

Had a good experience leasing my 2014 Edge. Found some flaws on the paint and took it back in in mid December. As of this date, Jan 12, I have heard nothing back about it being repaired. We purchased the car with the clutch shudder effect. I mentioned the fact that the car was trying to start from stop in the wrong gear. I was told it was the new type of transmission, they don't use torque converters anymore. I purchased the car anyway. I was glad to see the recall notice. Made me feel not so stupid. But glad to have it fixed. It seems to be running great.

As always everything was explained about what was done to my vehicle and what I needed to be watching for in the future.I like the fact that someone is at the desk until 5:30. I didn't have to leave work early to get there before 5.Had service completed on moon roof. Glad it rained hard within a few days to make sure that all was reinstalled & sealed correctly.Thanks

I purchased a 2013 C-Max. I was coming only to look, but walked out with a car. Giles is pretty persuasive in a good way. I believe I got a great deal, and I appreciate it. Love the color, style, gas mileage and features.The only negative I have at all is that the upholstery and mats still had stains. Not sure if they could have been gotten clean or not.

The service I have at Ford with Mitch is the best service I've ever had. He always goes out of his way to help me out. We've ran into quite a few issues with my NEW Ford Escape but he always is right there doing what it takes to get it fixed.Last year when I did purchase my car I walked in specifically asking for a specific person, can't remember his name now, but Giles took over the whole process and rushed me through everything. I wasn't happy with him and how aggressive he was and how he took someone elses sale..

I have purchased three vehicle's one super duty truck, two cars. Purchased the cars at the same time. The one thing I would recomend is that you include vacuming the carpet with the lube oil and filter and scheduled maintainance on the vehicle. Other dealerships do. Heck the quick lube joints wash your windows. You provide SERVICE after the sale. I don't believe it's too much to ask. Do you?

I bought the 2014 Ford Escape. Everyone at Cass County Ford were very helpful. Even the General Manager sat down with us to explain leasing vs purchasing. (We are new to leasing) Haven't been to the service department yet, but I think it should be as pleasant as the rest of the Dealership. My husband and I are glad we went to our small town local dealer first, we couldn't ask for better treatment.

Funny salesman, Bobby Brown who said I could call him day or night with questions. Since the Escape has so much technology, I feel I need someone to talk to from time to time once I'm off the car lot. He also understood my situation and did everything he could to ensure I could get the vehicle I really wanted as soon as possible!Everyone else was a joy to work with as well.

They were friendly and wanted me to drive away in a car. i didnt get car i wanted but next time i should after i pay off my 2014 ford focus. also the sales man was great he let me sit in passenger spot first and showed me all features befor i test drove than once i got in i loved the car was so amazing.
