Bought a Jeep Cherokee from AutoLenders in Williamstown 2 years ago and loved it!!! But was interested in trading it in for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited so I stopped by again and met my new pal Marty Remer and 2 days later I was driving my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited! Can't say enough..just a great experience and a great team of people!!!

After doing tons of research on the next SUV vehicle I wanted. I found the best at Auto Lenders. Constantine made my experience easy and smooth. He greeted my husband and I right at the door. He acknowledged our presence. He was not pushy or overbarring. He listened to me and found the vehicle I saw on their website. He didn't play any mind games like I've experienced with other auto dealers. I was even able to test drive the vehicle with just my husband and no one else. This was the first time getting a vehicle on my own without a cosigner. They found me a great rate! I am highly recommending Auto Lenders to anyone seeking to purchase their next vehicle.

The dealership was polite and friendly with the sale of an automobile. It's a set price but the salesman Ryan was extremely nice and not pushy with a car sale and let us ask many questions without being annoyed. The only negotiating is with the warranty if you want one or not, and the loan rate if your taking out a loan. Other than those two items the purchase was great and I hope to have a long relationship with Auto Lenders by using there service centers for oil changes and basic maintenance.

I needed a better car for the long commute to my new job. Chris and Scott were very helpful and got me into an almost brand new Maxima for a great price. They even got me financing at 3% less than what my bank offered me. I was in and out in no time, and love the car! They also guarantee the engines in the cars they sell forever. When my wife needs a new ride, I know where I'm taking her.

These guys are great! I bought my first 9 yrs ago- it's still going strong, but I passed it on to my daughter. I came here wanting to drive a few makes...John W was very informative and patient. He lined them up for me and I was able to test drive them all- he set me up with Lou in Voorhees, who had a couple of other brands for me to drive. I found a beauty but had to sleep on it - no pressure! Scott G communicated with me the next day and by the time I was able to come in, he had everything lined up. Craig J brought me through the pile of paperwork in a short period of time.....explaining everything and answering my questions. I was driving away in less than 45 minutes. I did a lot of research prior to this purchase and I ended up with a beautiful vehicle at a fair price. These guys are a superb team. Thank you Guys!

I was extremely impressed by the great customer service with Auto Lenders Williamtown. Ryan W. was my sales rep and Scott G. was the GM. Both gentlemen made me feel like I was their most important customer. They understood and met my wants and budget needs. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. After seeing the one car on the lot and passing on it, Scott quickly offered to search their inventory to find anothor like car. He found one and had it sent to their location the next day. I went in the next day and Ryan and Scott met me at the door to show me the car. They even offered and had some cosmetic touch ups done to the car to help with my purchase decision. I truely appreciated this and it showed their dedication in earning new customers. We made the deal work and both gentlemen were wonderful...patient and understanding throughout the process. And the paperwork process was smooth and easy. Craig, the finance manager, was thorough in explaining the paperwork and made it very convenient for my husband and I to complete the signing because he was not there with me at the time. I chose Auto Lenders because of the quality warranty they offer and ended up enjoying my car buying experience. My sales person was Ryan W. in Williamstown, NJ and he was excellent! He didn't make me feel pressured and he really listened to my budget and concerns. I traded in my '09 Pontiac Vibe and was able to upgrade to a 2012 Mazda CX-7 with a full bumper to bumper warranty! The payment was right where I needed it. Scott Goldman, the GM, was also involved in the sale and was just as understanding as Ryan. Craig went over the financial paperwork with us and was very patient and made the process easy. All three gentleman were very accommodating and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a quality car. Even my "tough guy" boyfriend was very pleased with the service and process. Thank you, Ryan and Auto Lenders! I love my new SUV!

We were looking into trading in our Dodge Durango. We had previously purchased a vehicle from Auto Lenders of Williamstown not long ago, and remembered it being a pleasant and gratifying experience. Johnny Gil was helpful at making sure that everything would be ready before we even arrived. We even bought our 4 year old son with us and they allowed him to play with the toys cars which kept him occupied. Our buying experience was seamless as we felt at ease arriving. We already had our minds made up on the Acura MDX, which they had shipped over from the Vorhees location to the Williamstown location that day for us. Johnny made that happen for us, and left us pleasantly satisfied. Other dealership have left us disgusted to come back for any car to a point that we always went somewhere else each time. Amazing customer service, great selection of cars, got us EXACTLY what we wanted at the payment range we needed to be in. Cannot say enough about the sales associate, Chris White---fantastic service, great listener, and outstanding people skills. I was referred by my sister who has bought cars from both Williamstown and Voorhees locations (9 cars total, I think). We went to Williamstown location. From start to finish, easiest and most pleasant car buying experience EVER!! Relatable and down-to-earth, answered every question we had. Test drive was awesome as you don't feel any pressure, since they let you take it on your own--I could discuss with my husband if I liked the car. By the time we came back (about 15 minutes), I was ready to buy it. Without even asking for it, Chris brought out the Carfax report on the car and went over it(fantastic, nothing significant in the car's history), was a previously leased vehicle with only one previous owner. The car was cleaned(like new!!), excellent condition top to bottom. Chris did all the leg work, calling the insurance company to switch it over, etc..........this was THE most pleasant car buying experience ever. We will definitely buy our cars there in the future. Cannot say enough good things about the selection, this place, and the service--HIGHLY RECOMMEND.....without hesitation--GO--you will be very pleased!!!. A++++++

Absolutely wonderful experience! The Dodge Journey I was interested in was not at the Auto Lenders in williamstown, which is where i live. So I contacted them and that same day Ross Waller, a williamstown auto lenders sales associate called me back right away and told me they were having the vehicle transferred to williamstown and set up an appointment for 2pm that day. Within hours I was a new owner of a Dodge Journey. Needless to say Ross and all who participated in my sale are 100% appreciated. When my husband is ready to purchase a new truck I can guarantee he will purchase from Auto Lenders!! I cannot say it enough. ........I AM SO HAPPY. THANK YOU ROSS WALLER.

I emailed Eric Halabura almost 10 times about a red 2011 mazda 6 I touring plus. While helpful, he didn't move much on price. Price originally quoted was thousands more than blue book value even in his zip code. Their website says many cars are hundreds or even thousands below blue book. Still, he was ok with me on the phone and in email. And he did try somewhat to make it work. Not a bad experience. May do business with him again in the future.

Had a Kia optimal turbo. Was insulted down the street by Toyota trying to offer us 15500 for her. John at autolenders did not ask what we owed, and gave us 18000! Would have been 19 but her tires were gone. They were right on the money. This is the second time I have used john and would recommend him to anyone who is tired of high pressure dishonest sales people.

Whenever I go to a car dealer, I find myself looking at a different car than I originally wanted. They tell you one thing, another happens, and the first thing they say after greeting you is "How much can you put down?" When you add in my situation, the car buying experience has been a total nightmare. That is, until I went to Auto Lenders. For a while I had been looking to get out of my car and into an SUV. I had done my research and knew the car I wanted. The car I wanted was at a different lot, and when I called about it, they OFFERED to move it for me. I didn't even have to ask. When I walked in I was welcomed with a warm greeting by Jason Jordan. I explained my situation, and the first thing he suggested I do is test drive the car to make sure it's what I wanted. He had it sitting out front for when I got there. I drove it and loved it, except that the bluetooth was not working (I'll come back to that). After the test drive I had him show me other vehicles in the same price range, but he wasn't pushy about it at all. During the financing process, this is where Jason really showed his worth. My situation was a bit odd, but he worked with me on everything. Normally whenever I went to another dealer, there was a "take it or leave it" offer. Not once did I get that impression from Jason or anyone in the financing department. Simply put, they don't push. They let you think on your own. I told them where I needed to be and what needed to happen, and we worked it out. Jason was by far the most professional and patient sales person I have ever dealt with. He didn't try to put me in a different model of vehicle to knock the price down, instead he did everything he could to get me in the car that I wanted. Jason really went back and forth with the finance department, to make sure I drove home in that car. After we worked out a deal, I voiced my concern over the bluetooth malfunctioning. I was weary about spending money on a new car and having to pay to get it fixed. He said it was no problem, and even put in writing that he would have it fixed at no charge. In writing! That was so amazing! I've never been to a better auto dealership in my lifetime. The staff as a whole is so friendly. They understand that you want to be put in a car, and they want to put you in one that you want. The experience is just Even if you're unsure if you can get in a car, if Jason could put me in a car, he could do the same for you.

My wife and I had a very pleasurable experience at the Williamstown branch of Auto Lenders. They were very polite. They were patient, quick to serve and assist in our looking for what we wanted to buy. The congeniality that we experienced was phenomenal. I was not in the market for a car. Then my beloved 13 year old Chevy caught fire! Total Loss! I needed a car fast. Not easy for someone who researched that Chevy for four months before purchasing it. A friend recommended Auto Lenders. No haggle prices, good cars, nice people, okay, I'll check the web site. I saw a car in my price range in Williamstown, close to my work. Ross Waller greeted me as soon as I walked in. Unfortunately the car I saw had already sold. I told Ross what I needed: 4 doors, trunk for secure storage, an engine that can accelerate quickly on short highway on-ramps, and an interior that fits me. ( My rental's driver seat was so uncomfortable, I had to rig cushions under the headrest to support my upper back.) And of course my price range. Ross really did some digging in the online inventory for me. And he found a 2005 Lexus in my price range. A Lexus! I can't afford to keep that running! And he told me yes I can, they run forever and need very little maintenance. I sat in it, and it fits me perfectly. But I wanted my mechanic's opinion first. So I left a deposit (to keep the car on the lot in Williamstown). I called my mechanic, and he agreed, they are solid cars that will go 200,000 miles easy. So I test drove it the next night. And It was just as nice as Ross said: good acceleration, handles well, good for commuting and long trips. Next thing I know I am buying a Lexus. Of course the insurance was not enough for the Lexus. Auto Lenders was willing to wait for me to access my savings before cashing my checks. (Fyi, they do have financing, but I don't do loans if I don't have to.) And they made the sale contingent upon my mechanic's inspection! My mechanic approved it the next morning. He told me I got a good deal, and that he'd be seeing me less often. Ross was great. He listened to me and understood what I needed. And while I was signing all the paperwork, he transferred my things from the rental to the Lexus. The he returned the rental to Enterprise for me. He made it too easy. Love the car, and the dealer. Thank You! Thank You!

My salesperson Johnny Gil was so helpful when we went to look at a vehicle we were not aware they were closed but Johnny told us just keep on looking. He told us to pick out what we would like to test drive and he would make sure they would be ready for us when we returned the next day. When we came back he came out to greet us and we test drove 3 SUVS and could not be happier with him as the salesman and our new Jeep Liberty. Is is the second time I bought a great vehicle at a great price from Chris White at auto lenders in Williamstown. I drive three hours from my home to deal with him because of the great experience. When they say no pressure this is absolutely true and car buying can be stressful and intimidating. Chris does the exact opposite. He answers my endless questions and has worked with me tirelessly until I am satisfied. Also the vehicles are in great condition and certified thru them. I usually Hate buying a car but Frank Welsh and Auto lenders make the process a good experience. I went to a couple dealerships prior to going there and felt the four hours spent there was a waste of time. This dealership provides valuable information on vehicles to help in ensure the customer makes the best choice within their personal requirements for purchasing a vehicle. I was looking for a car for my Son to drive to College. I had purchased a car previously from Autolenders in Williamstown, and thought paying another visit was a good idea.......we were not disappointed. Jason, the Sales Rep, was very accommodating, answering our questions, and giving us plenty of time to test drive the cars my Son was interested in. Once he made his decision, the transaction was quick, with a price and payment plan we could not get at other dealerships. The Service Department is second to none, with knowledgeable Advisors, and great service......along with very affordable prices. I've owned many different cars from many different dealerships, but I was never a repeat customer at any of them. My husband and I just bought our third car from Auto Lenders, and we've had no less than an amazing car buying experience each and every time. From our first time there, not once did we ever feel pressured by anyone or like what we wanted wasn't attainable, which has been my experience elsewhere. Frank Welsh is our guy, and he is such an outstanding person to work with. It never feels like we're buying a car! We tell him exactly what we want and need, and he hand picks the absolute perfect selection of cars for us to choose from. To say he goes out of his way to accommodate us would be an understatement. I purchased an Infiniti G25 this weekend and am very happy with my experience at Auto Lenders, Williamstown, NJ. The salesman, Mike Cassetta, was very helpful as well as everyone involved (management, financial rep, etc.). All involved provided a smooth, no pressure buying experience. Doing much research beforehand, I found Autolenders to be competitive in pricing and rates as well as providing excellent customer service. I would definitely buy a car from this dealer again.

Without a doubt the best car buying experience I've had over the past 30 years. Mike Cassetta was by far the most consultative, knowledgeable and service oriented car salesman I've ever met. Mike met us on the lot, took the time to determine our purchase paramaters including price range, style, color etc. Mike then proceeded to send us out on test drives. He presented the saliant aspects of each car and sent us out on our own to get a feel for it. When we returned, Mike determined how we felt about the car, answered our quesitons and then led us to another option which he already had queued up on the curb for us to test drive. We never considered the make of the car we purchased and would have missed the opportunity entirely if Mike hadn't pointed us in the right direction. Very important to me: Mike never put a car in front of us that was higher than our max sales price (no upsell). If he did, I would have walked out. The 'no negotiating' aspect of the Auto Lenders process freaked me out because I've always felt I had to fight to avoid being taken advantage of by the car dealer, but in the end, the price of the car I purchased was in line with my research on the vehicle. If you prefer to work with a straighforward, consultative, service oriented, knowledgeable good guy who works hard to help you find the right car for you, then Mike Cassetta at Auto Lenders is your man.

Ross treated me and my wife respectfully and did his best to get me in the car I wanted. They made my experience stress free and did not try to talk me into anything I couldn't afford or Or wasn't ready for. My experience from other dealers in the past made believing that car sales man Wer vampires in their own world BUT that was not the case in williamstown. They even provided the car fax report before I purchased it and reviewed it w me without me Even asking for it. Jason was an amazing sales person. He was very patient and not pushy. He respected my timeline, and kept his word. I was very impressed that Auto Lenders had competitive interest rates that were excellent. I opted not to select the extended warranty as part of my financed amount. I was somewhat disappointed at the almost bully-type behavior of Mr. Craig as he tried to push the extended warranty on me. After such a great experience with no hassle from my salesman, Mr. Craig's use of statements that attempt to put fear upon the customer to drive home the need for the extended warranty negates the quality of the product.

On MLK day, I visited Auto Lenders in Williamstown, NJ seeking to trade in my 2006 Toyota Sienna for a Honda Pilot with 4WD. This was my first time at Auto Lenders and I was very impressed with the relaxed atmosphere and smooth efficient process. My salesman Chris White was very professional and he paid close attention to what I was looking for. He found a low mileage 2011 Honda Pilot that fit my requirements. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle, without rush or pressure. Afterwards, sealing the deal was quick and easy. The entire process was less than 2 hours including my test drive. Trust me, this is better than buying new at a dealership and my vehicle looks and drives like new. Highly recommend Auto Lenders!!

Went there rather late and left with a car before closing time. The no haggle prices were great. There was no high pressure sales tactics and none of that back and forth let me talk to my manager routine you get at most car dealers. Salesman, Jason Jordan and Business Manager, Craig Johnson, were excellant. At this time, I have no plans to ever buy another car elsewhere.

Very disappointed considering Auto Lenders reputation! The salesman (Ross) and finance manager were very unprofessional! The salesman took advantage of my cousin who is not legally competent to buy a car, they took trade of a car that my mother is co-signor w/out her being present to consent to the trade in! When my 63 year old disabled mother and cousin went back to dealership first thing in the morning, they were bullied by first the salesman then the finance manager. My mother called me while I was at work to help her with the situation. I spoke to both the salesman and finance manager who were also trying to bully and bluff me. After calling corporate headquarters and advising both of them over and over that the credit app was invalid as well as the fact that my mother was not signing off on the trade in, they finally gave the car back to them! And to top it off, they told her they could not put the tags back on the car for her b/c they "didn't have a screwdriver". Shame on Auto Lenders of Williamstown!

I recently purchased an Infiniti from the Williamstown Location. I looked it up on a Monday, and was driving it home on Wednesday. John W. was the seller, but everyone was top notch. Chris in Finance even made that process painless. If there were not people ahead of me, I would have been out of there in an hour! I don't have patience for pushy sales people and price haggling. You won't find that here. What you get is a fair price and a positive experience. I will be back for sure.

My brother is a mechanic at AutoLenders, so I figured it would be a good start to search for a car. He made the process so easy with the help of Ross, the salesman. Ross was actually out on disability but worked with my brother all day to get the car I wanted to williamstown autolenders. I was so thrilled with all the help he gave us. The car I wasn't was in my town within a few hours and we went to check it out. Everyone was very helpful and the process was so easy. The car is in perfect condition and everyone who helped us was great. I love that the cars have low miles and only one owner. My experience with auto lenders was a great one, I would recommend that everyone buy their car there!

I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan from Auto Lenders in Williamstown and couldn't be happier. I had visited other dealerships prior to shopping there, and the difference is amazing! There are no sleazy salespeople at AutoLenders. No one follows you around to pressure you. No one rides in the car with you when you test drive it. All of the salespeople looked professional and the show room and lot were spotless. They even moved a car from a different location up to where I was shopping so I could see it. My salesman, Michael Cassetta, was awesome. He always had a smile on his face, even when answering all of my many questions. He returned emails and phone calls promptly. He went out of his way to make me happy. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car. You wil not find a better, more genuine, car salesman anywhere. I also was happy with my experience with Craig Johnson, with whom we visited to complete all of our paperwork. That's the first time I ever met a credit manager with a sense of humor who seemed to enjoy what he was doing and smiled the entire time. I think Auto Lenders is a wonderful place to shop for a car and I think once you give it a try you won't go back to other dealerships again. I just purchased a 2010 Nissan Sentra. I love my new car! I have been car shopping for about a month prior to coming to Auto Lenders. Let's just say it was a long and stressful month. Auto Lenders, however, made my car shopping experience very relaxed. I didn't have to deal with any pushy sales men and Jason Jordan was very patient with me. He did not try to hurry up and throw me in a car. He patiently waited for me to find the car that I wanted. From the moment we walked in, the time we spent there was much different than any other experience I've had at either new or used car dealers alike. There was no pressure, we were able to take our time looking at the vehicles in which we were interested and no one was looking over our shoulders trying to sell them to us. I haven't bought a car in 13 years and didn't know what to expect when I went out looking for one. I wanted to try A.L. out, hoping they'd be different from the regular dealerships, and they totally were! Found out recently my Son's car was a safety hazard, due to a rotted frame. So, a replacement was necessary before going to college. Went shopping, and became annoyed at the same old selling tactics at other dealers. While driving home annoyed, we went past Auto Lenders, and I said, why didn't I think of that place to begin with. We visited the Williamstown dealership, and Jason the salesperson was very helpful, and the buying process was painless. My Son is now driving a nice 2010 Ford Fusion, thanks to Jason and a great deal from Auto Lenders. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a low mileage late model used vehicle.

AutoLenders of Williamstown is a great place to buy a car. Our salesman, RW, worked with us to have vehicles from their other locations brought to the Williamstown site for us to test drive. Having purchased a Mercedes from AutoLenders in the past, we were confident that we would be equally satisfied with our second purchase. Their prices are great. Our salesman was accommodating. The six month, six thousand mile warranty is A plus. Everything is covered. We had very positive experiences with service center as well.

I commute a long distance for work and needed to buy a good car and did not want to pay a new car price. I did some searching on the internet and felt the Auto Lenders had the car and price I wanted. When I got to the sales lot I met Jason Jordan who said buying a car here is a laid back experience, and he is correct. I picked a few cars out that I liked, test drove by myself and picked a car that liked best. The whole experience was easy and quick. About a week later my wife was concerned about the reliability of the car my daughters share, we looked at Auto Lenders website and found a car and price we liked. Jason took care of me again and it was quicker and easier.

I bought a car from Auto Lenders about 9 years ago and just recently another one. From my first phone call four days ago to actually signing the purchase agreement I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Besides having acquired a really great SUV at a terrific price, I had the pleasure first to speak with Scott who gave me all the information I would need to come into the dealership and talk with a sales person. When I came in one evening I really only knew that I wanted a smaller SUV, white would be great, and the night progressed from there. I met Frank Welsh who could not have been any more helpful or friendly. He had two cars waiting for me and gave me the keys to test drive both, which I did. I finally had my eye on a really cool white SUV on the showroom floor, and we went from there. Due to some issues I had to complete before turning in my other car, I did not take the SUV home with me that night, but I could have done so. The next day I called again and spoke with Santi Marti who could not do enough to help me accomplish the acquisition of the SUV. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Scott Goldman, another very positive experience. In the end, I am now driving the 'very cool white SUV", which I had wanted, and I can come away from my experience with Auto Lenders and say that Frank and Santi spent so much time and effort to help me accomplish my purchase and I want to thank them so much for that. Scott was my first contact and he was responsible for steering me in the right direction, and I thank him for that. I guess you get the idea that Auto Lenders is the place to go when you want to buy a car, as well as have a great bunch of people to help you through the process. Thank you guys again. I had lost my 05 mustang in a wreck a few months backs and had looked online at thousands of cars and about a dozen visits to bad dealerships. This place was great. Matt Sebastian got back to me immediately and held the car until I could come in to test drive it. Frank Welsh was great. He offered to pick me up at the bus stop (I commuted four hours from NYC....well worth it!) bought me a soda while i waited and let me test drive it alone which was great. They worked to get me a great loan and even a 3 year warranty at a good price which is amazing since the car I bought was a 2007! The dealership was clean and the cars were spotless. They gave me a full tank of gas for the road and I got a free oil change and inspection for November if I want. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I know. Used dealers can be scary to go, but my experience there was as good as it gets!

I am happy to say that my latest experience with AutoLenders, John Wisniewski, and Santiago Marti gave me a renewed faith in quality customer service. John listened attentively to my needs and preferences and went out of his way working with Santi - literally OT - to find the vehicle I was looking for... with all the features I needed as well as a payment I could comfortably live with. On January 18th, I went to Auto Lenders around 5 o'clock, expecting to just test drive a few vehicles and come back another day if I liked something since they close at 6. Never did I expect to have the ENTIRE process done in two hours, driving away in a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe and not feeling pressured at all. All of the sales people were extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks to Sandy I needed another car. Thanks to everyone here, I got one faster than I expected. It was so much easier to come to one place & test drive a variety of cars, than to have to go to a variety of places to test one or tw cars at each. John, Santi & the rest of the group work together to get you what you need. They'll even let you go on test drives without them!!!! Personally, any car of mine has to have a sunroof - but the one I loved here didn't have one. Rather than let me walk out the door empty-handed, they've arranged to install one for me. The financing options are also flexible & reasonable, which helps me tremendously. My previous car lasted 12+ years, and I expect this car to last as long. My buying experience was excellent. The sales person was extremely helpful in getting us the car that we picked from the online selection and having it sent to the nearest Auto Lenders. They had the vehicle at their location within a day for us to test drive. They answer all of our concerns and cleaned the vehicle so it looked brand new. My experience at Autolenders was great! I came in to the store not knowing what I wanted so my salesman Frank showed me 4 different cars that I could test drive on my own to help me make a decision. Frank was very patient with me and his customer service was second to none!! I left with the car of my dreams and a 100K mile warranty all for a great price. What a wonderful experience at Auto Lenders. Our salesperson, Scott Hendricks, was so very helpful. I hate car shopping but coming here was possibly the most pleasant experience I have ever had of the seven cars i have purchased in my lifetime. I selected a few cars on line that i was interested in and they were delivered to the Williamstown showroom ready and waiting when I arrived. I purchased my car in Williamstown but when I first found it, it was at their Toms River location and they drove it down to the Williamstown lot instead of having to go there myself. I just purchased a 2008 Honda CR-V with low mileage at Auto Lenders in Williamstown, NJ. For my husband & I, Auto Lenders turned a potentially stressful situation into a pleasant purchase experience. I am currently unemployed, & I have not had a car payment in over 5 years. Financially, we were not planning on adding a car payment to our household budget, but had no choice due to VERY necessary & VERY costly repairs needed on my 2002 Toyota RAV-4. Morris was super nice and came out and helped me choose a great new car for my needs. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgable about cars and everything else. I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend my family and friends come here and buy a car! The service was wonderful and everyone was very nice.

I went to Auto Lenders expecting advice only. I came in with a 19 year old vehicle. Not only were they able to take my trade, they gave me a great rate. Morris Silverman was professional and courteous. The service was fast and efficient. Santi Marni, business manager, was extremely helpful in getting me approved. This is the fourth vehicle I've purchased from Auto Lenders. This was a pleasurable experience. I would recommend them to everyone.

Was nervous about buying a car and go swindled at a dealership. Decided to give this place a try after hearing a radio dad. Took my father along for support, and had a great experience. John Hynes was very friendly, and walked me through the process. I didn't feel pressured at all, and liked their no haggle policy. The cars on the lot were nicely organized, and after John explained where everything was, I had an easy time browsing. I would definitely recommend Auto Lenders if you are looking for a used car.

Morris was very honest about the vehicles we reviewed. I was very concerned about maintenance costs for these vehicles and he was able to point me to vehicles that are easy to maintain and have excellent longevity. The Acura TL was within our price range and fit all of the criteria we needed before making the purchase. This is our second car from Autolenders and I recommend them to anyone looking for a good pre-owned vehicle.

I stopped in on Saturday, 9/17/11 just to look at a couple of cars but Chris White swept me off of my feet with showing me cars and providing me with valuable information regarding my trade vehicle. My husband and I left Auto Lenders with every intention of returning on Monday to trade in my C230. Instead of coming back on Monday, my husband and I returned on Tuesday when we met John Hynes. John was outstanding with walking my through the process of purchasing my new C300. I also spent time with Matt (he was great to!). I cannot say enough about the staff at Auto Lenders at the Williamstown location. I had an awesome experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frank Welsh (in the Williamstown location) was our contact. He got us lined up quickly with the various vehicles we wanted to test-drive, with the field narrowed from prior research. We found a car we liked quickly, were able to make appropriate comparisons, and were comfortable with making a same-day purchase. It's hard to imagine a more smooth or satisfactory operation.

The whole process was amazing. I was not pressured at all. They went through a lot to make sure the car I bought had the features I required. My agent was Frank Welsh. He was a very patient person. Coming to Auto Lenders to purchase a vehical allowed me to able to establish a professional and honest business relationship from the start. John Hynes was the salesman i had direct contact with. He treated me with the respect and patients many would only hope to expect from most dealerships, which as my experience has been is not the case. We loved the whole purchasing experience. The inventory was top-notch and the salesman, Matt Sebastian, was a pleasure to work with. It was refreshing not to have to haggle over price. Frank was the best salesman. No pressure at all. Showed us several vehicles in the price range we wanted. Even let us drive the same vehicle several times so we could be sure it was the one we wanted. After the selection, he worked us through the whole purchase process and even called our insurance company for us to have it insured. Auto Lenders is a great place to do business. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with. Morris Silverman has especially been great to us. We have purchased 3 cars from him. The inventory online at autolenders.com is a great place to start, but Morris would be your go to guy to do business with. We wouldn't keep buying cars from him if we didn't think he was great!

I was having trouble getting a new car because I owed too much on the car I was currently driving (which was pretty much falling apart!). I had gone to numerous other dealers and nobody could help me out. My dad had previously purchased a vehicle from Autolenders in Williamstown and he was thrilled with his experience. Matt took the time and put in hard work to get me a great deal. Everybody there was incredibly nice and efficient, especially my salesman Matt, and Santiago, and even the Vice President congratulated me on my purchase. After two successful purchases I absolutely recommend the excellent staff at Autolenders. They were friendly and straight-forward, and they took the time to get me the car I wanted.
