Absolutely terrible experience. I was sold a car that could not pass inspection. I was told that the bank would not allow me to finance without a warranty which was completely false. It took three months of calling to actually get the refund for the warranty for the CORRECT AMOUT which was almost half the value of the car. Every time I called I was told whoever I needed to speak to was not in the office and they would get back to me which never happened. I had to het the warranty company involved to get them to refund the money even though it was cancelled in their system for months at that point. Even for car salesmen these people are pretty unprofessional and untrustworthy. Not sure how they are still in business.

Called to confirm a used vehicle was available for test drive before driving 3 hours (one way) to look at it. Scheduled an appointment for the next day, and was told they would make sure the vehicle was ready. We arrived on time for our appointment, and was told it would be a few minutes as the battery was dead (someone left an interior light on). We took a test drive in a rural-developed area for less han 10 minutes per the instructions provided by the salesman. We had already secured financing and just needed the bill of sale and a copy of the title. When I told the salesman what our interest rate was he said "we beat Credit Union rates all the time" and they knew we couldn't spend more than an hour in the office because of the commute time. I reluctantly agreed to have them see what rate they could get us. The finance guy came back and gave us the info on financing they could secure. He told me everything except the interest rate. When I asked what it was he said more than 3x's what we had already secured. NO THANKS! When I said no, he asked if my rate was definite, and when I said yes, he told me to "take our loan and pay it off with your loan". Again, NO THANKS! He was rude after that and asked if we wanted to put a 24 hour deposit down to hold it, to which we said yes. Later to find out at least one of the finance companies they tried for us, the vehicle didn't meet their financing standards, so they pulled and dinged our credit for no reason. We couldn't get information on how it worked buying in NJ and registering in PA, but they do that "all the time". We were told the title guy had already left and they would have to send us the title copy the next morning. They provided a bill of sale, which the lines on my copy didn't line up and my bank wouldn't accept. They had also added a $189 charge for window etching, of which no one talked to us about. I requested a new bill of sale removing this as I did not want it, and clear for the bank. It took 3 tries to get it correct (2nd time it wasn't signed). Took 3 tries to get a full copy of the title also. When we picked up the car the next day, we were told the info that we received in PA was not correct when purchasing in NJ, but they couldn't tell me the procedures the day before. When I asked if they would clean it up (not washed, sand in the engine compartment, etc), they said they are cleaned when they come in (but this one had been on the lot for at least 3 weeks per the salesman the day before). They washed the outside and sprayed tire shine all over the wheels but missed half of each tire (which ends up all over the car when you drive). It had 1/4 tank of gas and sand still in the engine compartment. On the way home an HID headlight went out, a front doorlock actuator malfunctioned, a trim piece that had been TAPED in place came loose, the car was pulling to the side on the highway, an engine noise appeared, and the headlight switch was intermittently working. To date we have fixed all of the above parts, and had to replace the blown front struts, a broken intake hose (thought to be the engine noise), tires all the way around (miss-matched and loosing air - AWD vehicle), and an alignment. The engine noise is still there and now thought to be a squeeling pulley. So less than 2 months into owning this car we have put over $2200 into it and we aren't done. The things we have had to fix should have been apparent if they had made any attempt to inspect the vehicle upon receiving it. I wouldn't buy from them again as we are too far away to have our trusted mechanic look it over, and their customer service is basically non-existent. They did end up replacing the battery because it was bad, that's the only reason we're giving 2 stars instead of 1.

We started out with a great experience and then the horror show begins. We found the truck we wanted the sales person said it was available then took it for a test ride and we were convince to buy it and we sat down to fill out the paper work then IT begin its sale pending mystery shows up on the sales screen and were told its not for sale and if the other people backed out we would be called but in either case our sale person would call. Well no call the next day even after we made 5 calls to get a status on the truck. Then finally on Monday we call and of course our sales representative is not working so then I ask to speak to general manager and they send another representative to a please us... Just poor customer service... and very disappointed after reading all the great reviews...UPDATE - Now after I wrote this review I get a call from the sale person saying the truck is sold.. still the GM has not call. Great customer service Ben

after a long week of exhaustingly looking for a car for my daughter we finally found this place. Very beautiful show room and there were loads of people waiting to see a dealer and lots of deals going down. They definitely have a booming business. We dealt with Nick and he was knowledgeable and very professional. And we also met the owner. It was a quick stress free car buying experience. We wish we would've found this place first. They have a huge selection of cars and make the customers feel very comfortable. Beautiful dealer ship environment and even gave all the people inside the dealership free pizza. I bought a 2011 Saab 9-5 last month they sent me pictures of car I liked it a lot so I purchase without driving 500 mile to see for myself ask the sales man Aerial how the car looked he said perfect so I took his word What he didn't tell me about the hail damage on the trunk the right front rim was damaged the carpet was coming up on the passengers side and the a/c needed Freon also the car came dirty I had it shipped enclosed it took some effort from another sales person to get my refund after 3 weeks wont say I would buy from them again but i suggest anybody checking it out first

Prior to buying my vehicle from Automotive Avenues I did much research in the tri-state area on the make and model I was looking to buy. It turned out the best deal, and little did I know, best service was a few miles up the road on their lot. I spent an extremely hot and humid morning with one of the salesmen, Ariel, taking a thorough look, and test driving the car. We then went inside their very comfortable facilities to figure out the financial side of the deal. Throughout the entire process Ariel was wonderfully pleasant, patient, and helpful. The entire staff was great and they were able to help me drive off the lot in the car I wanted. They were not pushy, nor did they try to sell me anything I did not want. Automotive Avenues also had possession of the complete service history on the vehicle which helped me feel secure that I was buying something I could trust. I would definitely recommend them and do it almost daily when somebody comments on my new car!

Originally, I put a bad review of Automotive Avenues on this site. Upon having further problems with my car, the owner of the dealership contacts me and told me he would make things right with my car even if it means replacing my car with another. My car was towed there today and they are working on fixing it for me. I found the owners personal contact with an unhappy customer to be a stand up move.

I went to dealership because they had such a wide variety of cars to look at. I was interested in 2 different makes and they had both. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had more to chose from than was on website. The car I ultimately purchased had just come in. Our salesperson, Nicky, was great and easy to work with. We went on the lot after closing time and fell in love with a truck that was not on the main lot. Mike was getting ready to go home but made time to go and grab the keys for us so we could at least hear it start up. We went home and did research and found this was the best deal around and filled out the application online. The next day after work we went in and it was like 1,2,3. EVERYONE from sales (I believe it was Nick & Mike) to finance was absolutely amazing. This is our 2nd purchase from this lot and we will be back once we are ready to trade in!!! We saw the vehicle in passing and went home and did some more research and found this was the best price around.We filled out the application online and the next day we went to the lot it had been detailed and pulled to the front while we completed the paperwork. They even stayed open a little later for us since we had to come after work. Awesome personalities, great car buying experience!!! Wonderful experience at Automotive Avenues Dealership! Vast inventory with quality cars on the lot. Prices are excellent! Online prices are what they are, no hidden fees. Very happy to have worked with Nick D., he was honest, helpful, patient, and made our buying process a breeze. The dealership is very busy and it's not a surprise that people go to them because the staff is friendly and competent, not to mention that their prices are competitive. It was very nice to have met one of the owners, Bobby, a hands-on owner who made sure his customers are well served. My deal at Automotive Avenues was the best car buying experience i have ever had compared to 5 prior ones. Nick was very great, helpful and straight forward. Nothing to hide and no twisting of the price they published on the internet. The price i saw on t he internet is exactly what i got. No suprise charges nor hidden charges like i have seem other dealers do. Matk - the business manager was patient in answering all my numerous questions and he explained line by line what every item on the sales contract was. I had to travel 2 hours from NY to get there but it was really with worth it. I will certainly go back in future for car shopping.

Bought a 2015 kia optima with 17,000 miles.... Car loaded with every option!!! Price 14,9000, test drive was great car ran like I was testing a brand new car! My credit was not great, salesman nick took all info and times looked like deal was not going to happen! My sales man nick who was just delightful from start kept reasureing me its bad but we are not done yet. Then he comes to me and said we did it, the financed me with chase, not with a high percentage rate but one like someone with good credit!!! Nick was amazing no request to small, and he got right on it!! Car is amazing and it was cheap, go there and ask for Nick.... You will not be dissapointed!

Don't buy your car here! Made the deal signed the contract. After it was all said and done two hours later I get a call saying that they made a mistake and sold me the car for the wrong price and that they wanted me to return the car and do the paper work all over again. They wouldn't own up to the mistake that they made and was trying to strong arm me into returning the car was telling my credit union one thing and then calling me and trying to harass me about the mistake they made. The car also needs new brakes and a wheel alignment! I will gladly be returning the car tomorrow at the expense of the dealership

What great guys. You don't feel like you're being sold herejust working with an expert to find the best car for you. It's very low pressure and actually fun since you don't have to feel like you're going to war with aggressive salesmen. They seem to be very selective on their inventory and have great prices. One salesmen explained their philosophy to me: "We'd rather sell 300 cars at the right price than squeeze you and sell 100 for a bit more."

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! My wife and I put in an online request to test drive a 2013 VW Tiguan the next day. When we arrived at Automotive Avenues, we were beyond impressed with the service. We dealt with Mike Rich who went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we wanted. Just 2.5 hours later, we left with the car! They made sure the car was cleaned and spotless before we drove off. We didn't think we would leave with a car that day! Quickest car buying experience ever. We've had the car for a couple weeks now, and Mike followed up with a courtesy call to see how we feel about the car and to thank us for our business. In fact, going to pick up my plates today. My wife will be needing a car soon, so we will definitely revisit Automotive Avenues. I've literally been ranting and raving to everyone about this place.

I bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from this dealer. After being told they would not negotiate on the list price, I had them finally agree to an amount that basically covered the Tax and admin fees (which were plenty). Literally 2 days after the sale, my 18yr old son broke down on the hwy. $2,000 later my long time family mechanic got the car running again. After speaking to Bill (one of the managers) he agreed to provide a refund of approximately $300 to help cover some of the cost. I was not looking for a full reimbursement as I very much understand the "buyer beware" aspect of used car sales. The fact is that after agreeing to provide the credit (in writing) I NEVER received the money. As an update, Bill reached out to me and after being apologetic for the misunderstanding and the delay in sending out the check, I have since received the check as promised. He offered further assistance in looking for another car for my next son to be driving. In the end, Bill and the dealership kept their word.

I went to Automotive Avenues for a 2nd car (after a wonderful experience with the first one) to have Javier find me a truck. I looked at a Nissan Xterra and after the usual stuff (test drive, inspections, etc.) I decided to make the plunge. You see... I found out that there are inherent problems with the Xterra that, if they are going to occur, happen at around 100k miles that kills the transmission (mine is an '05 with around 68k). This car showed none of these problems. 2 days and around 150 miles later guess what? Death to the transmission! Thankfully I purchased an extended warranty!!! The warranty company was a little hesitant to pay because I only had the car for 2 days. This could have ended badly if it weren't for the efforts of everyone at the dealership from Javier (sales), Bobby (service), Wanda (finance) all the way up to Billy (owner). They all went to bat for me with the warranty company. In fact, Billy even offered to refund me my money if the warranty company wouldn't pay as a gesture of good faith!! Quite honestly, I was VERY pleasantly surprised about this one because the car was an "as-is" sale. Billy seemed almost embarrassed that this happened to me. I could not (nor would I) have held it against him or the dealership because nobody could have predicted this to happen. I went to the local Nissan dealer (where the car was being repaired) who just got off of the phone with the warranty company. The warranty company gave the approval for the $9,000.00 repair thanks to what Billy and the staff of Automotive Avenues did on my behalf.With this business attitude and "top-down" integrity, I predict that Billy and his dealership will be around for a long, long time! My son is coming due for a new car and I know where I'll point him to!Thank you to everyone at Automotive Avenues!!!

It was a pleasure to shop for a vehicle at Automotive Avenues. There was no hassling on the price, it is what it is, so that took away a lot of stress. We had some concerns about the condition of the vehicle, and they were addressed and fixed immediately.We did a lot of research on the vehicle and the market price of it, and found through True Car that Automotive Avenues had one of the best prices. We would definitely keep them in find for future vehicles, but perhaps we will sell our trade in on our own. Not sure we got a good trade in value.

My Mom purchased her last 2 cars at Auto Lenders in Lakewood and I had thought I would buy my next used car there as well but that was beforeI I found Automotive Avenues. Place was jumping with activity which added to my comfort level that others had made the same choice to shop there as I did. I got a great deal on a 2013 Nissan Sentra and could not be happier. No haggle pricing which was fine with me and really great service. I dealt with Anthony and he was super nice and not pushy at all (what a relief ). I will definitely be back!

Had a great experience with Dan our salesman upon arriving. Simple no BS walked in had a couple of cars to look at and within an hour had a deal written up. a real pleasure. The best car buying experience I've ever had-no haggle pricing, no hidden fees in the sales contract, just a simple pain free car buying process. GREAT STAFF made buying a car fun again. I just purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L from Automotive Avenues, LLC ("AA"). It was a good experience overall.Their price was incredibly competitive, and their policy is not to negotiate on price. Looking the vehicle over, I did see what looked like the original battery and possibly the original tires still installed, but AA guaranteed in writing that they would order tires and a battery for installation at a later date. So they are willing to negotiate on peripherals, just not price.Sales process was reasonably efficient, but I had to wait upwards of two hours for the finance people to start my paperwork. I was there at a busy time (Saturday afternoon), but the wait was unacceptably long to me. Otherwise, good experience, and I would buy from AA again.

No doubt the worst car buying experience I've ever had. My family and I drove in from Vermont to get a Honda Pilot they had. We had a few discussions and were told its in a great shape and the financing is all set some come on down. The car had 4 dents, was missing the factory installed steps (thank you carfax), had a lot of stains inside and a cigarette burn in a seat and was partially repainted recently. The body stuff was easy to figure out because I used to work on muscle cars and have experience around shady work. The best was that Bob told me it had never been smoked in. Well Bob how did it get a cigarette burn in one of the seats. Oh yeah maybe once he said. How the heck would he know just once? Terrible customer service, low quality auction cars (all off lease that dealers wouldn't keep) and they simply don't care.

Automotive Avenues in Wall NJ is a large used-car dealership with a wide selection. We found just the car we were looking for, and it was exceptionally clean and low-mileage at a fair price. The salesman we dealt with, Anthony was friendly, polite and informative. Saturdays can be very busy here, so there was a little bit of a wait for the transaction to finish, but in the end we were quite pleased by the experience. Shortly after we drove the car home, it developed a problem, one that had evidently slipped by the mechanics' inspection. The owner of Automotive Avenues, Bill Solko, handled our case personally and very graciously. Even though the defect was technically not covered by the limited warranty, he directed his mechanic to order a replacement part and install it, all free of charge. We came away from the whole experience with great respect for the way this dealer conducts his business. Highly recommended!

This dealership really has everything. A great selection of cars, affordable prices, and employees who are genuinely interested in making sure the vehicle is right for you. When I came in, I was helping to look for a car for my sister's 17th birthday. The employees were always willing to lend a helping hand, and presented themselves in a very professional and courteous manner. We ended up driving away with a very stylish 2012 Acura TL, and my sister has loved it ever since! You helped to make her very happy, and I have to say thank you very much for that. I identified a 2012 Chevy Leaf SV as a vehicle that this dealer had that I would be interested in buying. I submitted my information via Autotrader and later received a call from a young lady who described the vehicle and scheduled a test drive. I advised her that I had to drive approximately 1 hour and a half to get to their location, so I wanted to make sure that the car that we were discussing was available. She advised me that it was. On my way to the test drive I received a call from one of the salesmen who advised me that he was reaching out to make sure that I was coming in for the test drive. When I arrived, I was shown a different vehicle, as was told that the one that I was interested in was probably sold and they just never updated the website. That would have been an acceptable excuse had I not asked if it was there and then had them call me twice regarding the vehicle. Why call me if what I want is not available?There were two other Leaf models available, one S model with 63K miles for $7,995 (the unit that I wanted was a SV which had 38K for $8,995) and a SL model with 31K for $12,995.It is frustrating to drive that far to then be told that an administrative error was the reason that I thought that I had a vehicle of my choice available. Miraculously, the targeted vehicle no longer appears on the webpage (I showed it to them on site via my cellphone). To add insult to injury, they were not in the least bit apologetic. They basically just tried to convince me that if I didn't like the two options available, too bad.

I bought a 2006 Equinox from Automotive Avenues in Wall , I drove it home and check engine light came on . My son got in and the transmission wouldn't go at first. My son called them and they had us bring it right back. By the way it was a no warranty as is purchase , but they offered to either return our full purchase price or check to see if it was fixable. We liked the vehicle and had them check it out . They completely checked it out and fixed it in 2 days . Could not have been more pleased with the quickness and courtesy we received from them. I'm not one to read a long winded review so I'm not going to write one either. The prices at this dealership are the lowest around by far. Yes I had to wait for a salesperson to free up too. I see that's something a few other people mentioned as well. It is true but I'd rather wait an extra 10 minutes and save a couple of grand which I did! Staff was helpful and professional. A great experience as far as I'm concerned.

Was worth the stress of the unknown! Im from NY about 4 hours away and found AA online and a tahoe i really liked. I contacted Mike and and he gave me all the info. On a whim i took a ride one day to see it, it wasn't there - it was in their shop being looked over. They were very apologetic, and tried to go to shop but they were closed already. I didn't tell them i was coming so i couldn't be to mad about it. Drove home and decided to give up - the price seemed to good to be true and maybe it was a sign. But it bothered me, i really wanted it (against my better judgement)... convinced myself that if it was meant to be it will be. and put in a loan application. Even if i did get approved im sure interest will be high and i can feel better passing it up. Not only did they approve me - but a phenomenal rate. Guess i can't pass it up now. Mike called me and told me the news - i said i cant be there for another two weeks. He held it for me. Drove there to pick it up and see it for first time, they asked me if im still interested after finally driving it for first time as if there was no pressure at all to be locked in. Signed papers and drove it home... Its been 2 years now and its still driving great! With cheaper prices i expected to have to put a little more money into it after getting it but surprisingly all costs have been normal wear... Very happy I went through with it. It was a super stressful 3 weeks for me buying a car I never seen or drove, worrying about EVERYTHING, but it was well worth it.

Recently, my wife and I purchased a Sienna from this place and the services has nothing but OUTSTANDING! Javier (salesman) assisted us on showing the vehicle and any inquiry we had. After some thought, we decided to see what type of financing competitiveness they had, and it was very attractive in terms of rate/terms. We needed the car to be registered ASAP bc that Friday we had to go to Canada. At first, we were concern bc no one was returning our calls. But then when Bill (owner), took charge, he was able to accompany us registering the car and obtaining our plates. I woukd like to thank Chris, the manager at the location for all his work on making things happen. I was looking specifically to purchase a 2012 Volkswagen Passat to surprise my Mother for her 60th bday! Upon arriving to the dealership, there were a few kinks in the process, but Chris made sure all issues were resolved to my satisfaction. Moreover, Chris arranged for me to have a clear title ready, a shipping company to ship vehicle to South Carolina and followed up just to ensure things went smoothly. Great selection of cars at this dealership. Must have been at least 400 vehicles on the lot. Prices are far below market even though the cars looked really clean. Extremely busy place like some other reviewers noted so be prepared to wait. I dealt with Nick in sales and Wanda in finance. Really good people. Very helpful and not pushy. I was nervous at first figuring it would be a typical used car dealership experience but it was anything but. I'd definitely recommend Nick, Wanda, and the dealership on a whole. I went to this dealer on a Friday after making an appointment to test drive a vehicle I was interested in. The salesman was very personable and friendly. I test drove the vehicle with no problem. Afterwards, we sat down to discuss price / financing, etc... It was very close to their closing time of 6:30 p.m. My sales person was continuously interrupted during his time with me to assist co-workers with different things. Finally, the finance woman came out and told me that she will contact different banks the next day (Saturday) to try to get me a lower interest rate loan and would call me that Saturday afternoon. At approximately 3:00 p.m. after not hearing from her, I called the dealership. A gentleman answered the phone and when I asked to speak with the woman in finance, he told me she's busy. I asked to speak with the gentleman I initially set up the appointment with and was advised he was unavailable. I then asked to speak with my salesman and was told he wasn't in that day. Moreover, he did not offer to take a message for me but rather, suggested I try to call back. I never heard a word back from the dealer, contrary to my conversation with the finance department. Very unprofessional.

I'm not the kind of person that puts much stock in reviews but I have to say, what a lot of what others are writing about this place is spot on. They have a huge selection of late model cars, with some older inventory as well. I was looking for a late model Cadillac ATS and they had about 20 to choose from which was more than my local Cadillac dealer. The quality was the same as I had seen at Cadillac but the prices were thousands less. It's clear they work on volume because the place was mobbed when I was there. Definitely more of a car buying destination than a browsers paradise which was fine with me because I wasn't there to kick tires or take joy rides. I was there to get a great deal and I did. Staff was really helpful and friendly despite being bombarded with customers. Special thanks to the finance department. Real pro's in there. All in all a great experience. I'd definitely recommend this dealership.

I was in the process of moving across the country, Chris and his team not only helped me as a first time car buyer, but they communicated to me consistently through the entire buying process so that I was in the loop. The team also went above and beyond and did all the work to find and hired a third party company to ship my car to my new home in NC. I didn't even get to see the car I was interested in. I called to see if I could test drive the I care I am interested in. I was told their policy states that to be able to test drive you have to be ready to buy the vehicle. How much pushy can you get. I can just imagine if I were to go there in person. Very unprofessional even the manager Chris was as well. This is very sad to know that one cannot come to this dealership to drive a car without being committed to purchasing the car after. Looks like I shall take my business else where and I suggest others do the same

Went to see an X5 two weeks ago and Javier showed us the car, but it didn't have heated seats, so we moved on. Saw a new listing and went back today. Javier greeted us and showed us the car (yes, it existed and no bait and switch happened). Car was as advertised and he immediately took us on a test drive. We liked it an agreed to purchase---there were no games and no hidden fees (the $289 doc fee for each sales is disclosed on the site and Javier told us about it), as long as we could get good financing terms. The finance team found a great deal for us and we had the paperwork signed and deal sealed quickly. They prepped the car and we were on the road very quickly. Thanks to Javier and the professional team--including the finance team (how often do you hear that about a car dealer finance team or salesperson?)--for making this the way all car buying experiences should be. I would buy from them again and I would recommend them---especially after weeks of dealing with low life dealers and tricks and bait and switch operations everywhere else (and unreliable personal sellers on Craigslist).

I was stressed out and nearing the end of my rental and out of work due to my injuries. Bill (the owner) was so nice and helpful along the way throughout my purchase process. Got all of his finances in order as well as his own insurance policy for the first time and drove off with his beautiful Altima coupe on Thursday night. No hassles, no pressure, excellent customer service. The used cars on the lot look like they just rolled off the assembly line. I found the car I wanted online through CARFAX and then went directly to Automotive Avenues website. I knew this was the car for me after my test drive and had to have it. After my car accident i I was stressed out and nearing the end of my rental and out of work due to my injuries. Bill (the owner) was so nice and helpful along the way throughout my purchase process. My stress was lifted when I got my New (pre-owned) Nissan Murano and drove home!!!! All cleaned to spotless, i happily went home and felt such a weight lifted off me. A car I purchased had an accident and was not repaired well. The accident damage caused an issue which resulted in a $2000 repair bill. Everyone makes mistakes and the damage slipped through detection through the sales process. While I thought I was out of luck and was stuck with the bill, Bill reached out to help, even though the purchase was months ago and I should have had the car checked before I drove away. While 99 percent of cars Bill sells will be in great shape and have no issues, the 1 percent Bill is not willing to give up on and will do what he can to make things right, even if there is no legal requirement to do so. While you may want to have an independent mechanic check out any used car no matter where you buy it, you don't have to have your lawyer on standby when dealing with Automotive Avenues. You should feel comfortable dealing with them, even if you have to travel a long distance.

Great car and great guys. Fast efficient and truthful. My nephew just bought a Genesis coupe. No haggle means just that. So do your homework and come with a flashlight and coveralls to check out the car. They have great low mileage vehicles and the car fax was spot on. I know since my friend works for car fax and checked it out for me. I paid 50 percent less than new for a car that was less than 24 months old. The Hyundai dealer just offered to buy it from me. My Ebay cell phone app. accidently sent a $500.00 deposit. When contacted about refunding the fundsthe seller told me this deposit was "non-refundable."If this is the way a dealer does business,I would be very reluctant to have "any" business dealing withthem.

We recently purchased an off-lease 2012 Hyundai Genesis from Automotive Avenue in Wall, NJ. The car was in excellent condition for being over 3 years old and was loaded with options which made it a very good deal for the price. But for a few minor cosmetic issues, it feels like a new car. Have had many compliments on the car from people who believe that it is a new car. Our salesman Dan was very friendly and was not high pressure. He respected my position, and did not play the car salesman game that I have experienced in that past. All over, we were very satisfied with the vehicle we purchased and the way we were treated by Automotive Avenue. We found them on Carfax.com and were pleaded that the Carfax report was available on the dealers website.

They where very professional, they didn't try an pressure you, they didn't call you every other hour like most dealership's do. I bought a car from them an I live in another state. Answered all my question's over the phone an didn't surgar coat anything. They were honest and had everything ready for me when I got there. Our second vehicle we've bought from Automotive Avenues. The selection is always huge and the prices are by far the best out there (we live about 3 hours away and still feel it's worth the trip). I guess it's just the high volume of cars they sell that gives them the ability to have such aggressive pricing. As some of the other reviews state the place can be real busy so sometimes you do have to wait a few minutes for assistance but everyone there is super nice. Owner is really great like the last review says. You can see he really cares about the customer experience. Definitely a place we'd recommend.

I bought my 2011 Cadillac cts from automotive avenue two weeks ago and from arriving at the dealership to right now I am very pleased. I came with my father to help with negotiations and I'm not going to lie, we were pretty tough on the guys to make the low price even lower. We went back and forth, pulled every negotiation tactic you can think of, stayed past their closing hours... regardless of our antics the staff remained pleasant, professional, and proficient. I would gladly return.

My husband and I had been to multiple dealers ( new and used) looking for a good, reliable, SUV. It seemed no matter where we went we dealt with the typical pushy salesperson. By the time we made it to Automotive Avenues I didn't even want to get out of my car. What a refreshing change from all the other dealers. Everyone was really nice and professional. No pressure sales approach which was such a relief. Javier our salesperson showed us a few options until we found a vehicle we were in love with. He took us over to the financing office and it was pretty much the same. No pressure at all which really made us kick back and relax. On the way out Bill the owner came and checked on us to make sure our experience was a good one. I've read a lot of their reviews and can see why most are positive. I purchased a 2008 corvette from Michael Shaw over the phone,He held the car for me for three weeks with only a $300 dollar deposit. My wife and I flew in from south carolina and were not dissapointed,the car was everything he said it was and more, the car was a little dirty and before i could say anything they had the car cleaned to we could test drive it, the checkout process was quick and painless we were on our way within 1 hour they even gave us some gas money.they called me to see how we were doing and to make sure we got home safe the car as the staff there is wonderful

I rented a car to drive from Allentown, PA to Wall Twp., NJ. Automotive Avenues was helpful in providing transportation to drop off the rental car. Test drive was very short, around the block only. Automotive Avenues is a high volume used car dealer. The prices are reasonable, the cars are clean and look good and the facility is just what it needs to be, not more. I was happy for the good deal and the straight-forward manner. Regarding the LEAF, make sure that the car has its SD card, regardless of from whom you buy. These are hard/expensive to replace. Everyone is amazed when I mention how good a deal I got from Automotive Avenues, no negotiation necessary. I would recommend this dealer.

Personally, I'm not the easiest guy to work with, I like things cut and dry and done quick. Tim helped my fiance and me both into new dodges for a great price on both cars with an amazing warranty. You want to talk about cut and dry, I was in and out after only looking on their website and talking on the phone for 30 minutes. They had everything ready and set to go and within an hour and a half of first stepping foot into the dealer, I was driving away in a 2013 Dodge Dart and my fiance a 2006 Charger (only 19k miles on this baby too). Call and ask for Tim or Danny, all the guys work together to help you into a car as quick and easy as possible. Highly recommend anyone looking for a car to start here. We will surely be back when we are looking again, but for now thank you Tim and Danny for making this a great experience.

A big two-thumbs up to Automotive Avenues in Wall NJ. I needed to buy a car as my current Porsche SUV was going on life support with 185,000 miles on the odometer and an engine going south. I was looking replace the car with same car model but newer. I knew the car's strengths and weaknesses and had a good experience with the last one that I owned since new. I was an educated buyer. I narrowed my search to six cars. My source for all but two of the cars was Cars.com. After making my initial phone calls the field narrowed down again to three. I was asking simple questions like, "Can you send me a maintenance history or can you provide a detailed Carfax?" I had the normal run around with the three of the sellers such as "Oh, that car is no longer available but we have another for a bit more money". "We don't have any history, but the car was perfectly maintained, it's a cream puff". Yep, a dealer actually called an SUV a creampuff. Another said the price was only available if I financed through them. It was down to three; time to go visit the lots and take test drives. In two days I saw and drove all three vehicles. From that group, there was a dealership and two resellers. The dealership was professional but wasn't offering the same "value" as the independants. Their car had similar mileage but was two years older and was priced $2,000 more. I visited Automotive Avenues as my second stop. I told them I was not going to make a decision until I drove all three and they didn't try and tackle me before I left with some bogus come on. Then the last seller visited informed me that he would not sell the car without am extended warranty and LoJack contract which added almost $5,000 to the cars price! When I said 'thanks, but no thanks" and got up to leave, he called over the owner who was "ready to make a deal" and came back to the listing price. Too late. By far, the car that was most faithfully represented and the best VALUE was from Automotive Avenues. It was priced right, in very good condition and honestly presented. My salesman, Tim was attentive and professional and listened to my requirements in order for me to buy the car. His manager Bobby took me seriously when I said, "I can live without this, but I DO need this". No excuses, no backsliding, just good fair negotiations. In my experience, Automotive Avenues cared about providing me a quality product. A couple of days later I was called to say the car was ready for pickup. What was promised was done, and done properly. I'm a Car Guy and Car guys know other Cars Guys. AutomotiveAvenues appears to be a business that is run by "Car Guys". Check out their inventory. You will see some very interesting cars and "modern classics". They know how to "buy" good inventory and offer very competitively priced cars. My car was well documented and they will tell you what they know, and more importantly, what they don't. The buying process is straightforward with no games or last minute surprises of added expense. Everything is spelt out when you first sit down to discuss your purchase. I had a very good experience with Automotive Avenues and I would recommend them to my friends. Good inventory, good sales people and honest management. You can't do much better than that in the crazy world of used car buying.

I bought the car from this dealership only by looking at the pictures since I am in TN. When the car got here it was better than I expected such as having a remote start feature that wasn't shown on the listing. Overall I am very happy with service I received and the longest delay was my bank approving the financing the car. Just make sure if you are having the car shipped to add a little extra to the shipping price to get it shipped quickly.

Have been hunting for a G37 for my step son. We live in Delaware. There were two local cars that fit the bill but after looking at we were surprised a franchised dealership would retail them. VERY picky cars. I saw one online at Automotive Avenues that looked good (but so did the pics of the first two). We took a spontaneous road trip, nearly two hours to NJ. I called on the way and got Chris on the phone. When we arrived the car was up front and had obviously been spruced up, wiped down, and stood tall. After a brief test drive is was obvious it was a good one. The inside was a 10 and outside 8.5, about as good as you'll find in my opinion. I left a deposit and after I wire the balance on Monday Chris is having it transported to Delaware which was well worth the $150 extra. It was a quick, painless transaction and I won't hesitate to buy from these guys again. Best of all there were ZERO ZERO ZERO hidden fees. The advertised price is what I paid and the price was actually around wholesale money. My step son lost his dad at 15 to cancer and I felt blessed to help him get his first nice car and Automotive Avenues made it a fun purchase. Many thanks Chris.

I first thought the deal was too good to be true, but I put a hold on a 2003 Jaguar XK8, with the GM, Bill, on a Sat. This dealer had posted 40 photos of the car. They left out nothing. I wasn't necessarily in the market for a car THAT day, but the deal was just too good to pass up. I was contacted Mon morning by salesman, Chris, who told me how to purchase the car via wire transfer. I purchased the car sight unseen from NC. Any questions I had about the car were promptly answered by phone or email. Due to health issues, I was not able to go to NJ to pick up the car. Chris made arrangements for the vehicle to be shipped to my house in NC for a much cheaper price than all the quotes I had gotten on my own. The car arrived at my house with only a few bugs stuck to the bumper. lol It's not the fastest process, but it worked for me. I would definitely recommend this dealer to others.

Took a chance buying a vehicle online. The experience couldn't have been better, thanks to Bill, Michael and the staff at Automotive Avenues. Paperwork was a cinch- FedEx'd to me and back to them (they paid both ways!). As we are over 1,000 miles away, we decided to use an auto transport service. We searched U-Ship, but they came up with a better deal than anyone on U-Ship offered. Vehicle was delivered exactly at time and day promised by a very professional outfit. I've bought and sold a legion of cars over the past 46 years since I was 16, many of them online. I've not had a more pleasant experience nor have I found a nicer group of people to work with. They've earned my highest endorsement!

Very customer-centered dealership! My husband and I along with our two-toddler daughters traveled across town to multiple dealerships looking for the best vehicle for our family. Automotive Avenues was going to be our final shopping destination if open by the time of our arrival; the owner answered the telephone and assured us that he would be there until 5 p.m. or after to ensure his customer's satisfaction. We were relieved and decided it was worth traveling an additional 1 and change to this dealer. When we arrived, the lot was busy with activity, yet the owner and his staff seemed to provide personalized attention to each customer. The vehicle that we wanted was being detailed upon our arrival, and the owner welcomed us to inspect and test drive it once it was done. We were impressed with the car deal and dealership so we made the purchase and drove away with our 2011 Traverse!!!

I went to Automotive Avenues because I saw that they had the Genesis coupe I wanted while searching car guru. I phoned and found out the car was available. I put a deposit sight unseen over the phone to hold the car. Within a week I went and purchased the car. Approximately one week later the engine light came on so I called the dealer. It took several trips back and fourth for repairs but the problem was solved By Bill the owner. Bill kept every promise he made to me and was diligent in solving my problem. If you want problems buy a car here. I bought a 2006 tundra drove it away with no brake lights some one stopped me to tell me you have no brake lights. Next day my battery was dead had to buy new one along with brake light bulbs. wow don't they check these things before they put them out for sale. And to end it off I have no spare tire or tire mount.Called them about it and got blown off. And to top it off I have a truck that I have to put air in rear tire every week or it will go flat.So if you want a problem car just shop there and you will get one.

So, let me preface this by saying that I wasn't planning on buying a car until April or May. In the process of me showing my girlfriend the type of car that I would like I came across a beautiful 2009 Nissan Maxima on eBay. It was exactly as I wanted and it was $6000 under Blue Book Value, I stared at that car all night and eventually thought to myself, "Why am I wating?" I noticed that there were 7 other people "watching" the car and I couldn't let it get away so I purchased the car. As soon as I sent the payment I thought, "What in the world did I just do?!" "I just bought a CAR ON EBAY!" "No test drive, no kicking of the tires, NOTHING! I am not the type of person to buy a pair of shoes sight unseen, let alone a car. As this was my first time purchasing a vehicle this way needless to say I was worried the car wouldn't actually be as perfect as it seemed online. After I submitted my down payment I started to get visions of online dating and the person online who has a picture of themselves posted when they were 15 years younger and 40 pounds lighter. And then you show up and..well....you know.The day of my purchase I called the owner, Bill on his cell phone to ensure the car was still available and that it was actually as advertised. Although I called Bill on a rainy Sunday while he was outside walking his dog he was very friendly and patient with my questions and assured me I would be satisfied. On Monday, I called and spoke with Mike who would become my salesperson and asked him to fax over the paperwork to my bank so that I could pick up the check and arrive before they closed that night. Mike faxed the paperwork within 5 minutes and silenced more of my worries. Automotive Avenues closes at 6:30 and traffic was a nightmare coming from Philadelphia during rush hour. I called Mike and not only did he promise to stay open and wait for me to arrive but he also gave me better directions than my GPS. We arrived at 6:45 and was finished the process before 7:00. The car looks and drives like it is brand new. Honestly, it even looks better in person. I was so happy driving back to Philly; however, even though I was satisfied, I was still a little worried that the bottom would fall out in 2 months. To ensure the mechanics matched its physical appearance I took it to my local Nissan Dealer for a complete check-up. The call came pretty quickly that the car is in excellent condition!! No repairs needed! Just as advertised! No matter how you are looking to purchase a vehicle I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Automotive Avenues in New Jersey. The staff there is friendly, professional and honest. After this purchase my mother informed me that she is due for a new car soon to replace her dying 2000 Chevy Malibu. I hope Mike is ready to give my directions again.

I telephoned Mike at Automotive Avenues in Wall, NJ about a listing for a used Toyota Highlander. Mike was very helpful and answered all my questions about the vehicle. As I am located in Nevada, there was the problem of finding a reputable and reliable carrier to transport the vehicle at an affordable price. Mike spent time and found just such a carrier for me. When Mike wasn't available, I worked with Steve who also provided the same level of customer service in regard to processing all of the paperwork involved with the sale including discussions with my credit union to handle the payment.Subsequently, I had a small problem with the Nevada DMV over some additional information they wanted before issuing a new title. I spoke with John and he assured me that the problem would be handled as a priority.It's hard to imagine how a long distance vehicle purchase could have been done more professionally. We traveled 75 miles from Philadelphia to Automotive Avenues in Wall Township, New Jersey to see an advertised 2006 Chrysler 300 Touring sedan. The car was just as advertised. The salesperson Matt was very courteous, helpful, and considerate of the fact that we had traveled a distance in search of this vehicle. The vehicle was at their repair facility for minor repairs, yet, we were allowed to visit the repair center on our way back to Philadelphia to see the car. We liked what we saw and returned the next day for a test drive and to purchase the vehicle. There were additional minor repairs needed; parts were order, arrangements made, and the vehicle was returned for the repairs one week later. The repairs were completed as promised and the experience with the repair shop owner Eric Bradbury could not have been better, a true testament to the quality of customer service from Automotive Avenues. They made the used car buying experience a pleasure as well as the 150 mile roundtrip drive well worth it. The owner, Bill, and his entire staff are courteous and customer-centric. These guys are the real deal! TRUE Wholesaler. I had been looking for a Volvo for quite a while. Had a good feel for how much car I could get based on my budget. When I came across this rig on Ebay, my only hang up was that it seemed to good to be true. It appeared to be in immaculate condition, and well below book. After more due diligence I realized it was for real, as evidenced by their other listings as well as inventory not on Ebay. Now the only problem was buying something "sight unseen" in New Jersey. I live in Idaho. While I've bought things sight unseen before, never 2,500 miles away. After reading their feedback on Ebay as well as other independent websites, I felt completely comfortable. To have sold over 700 vehicles and have a 99% feedback rating on Ebay, is remarkable. It's hard to get that rating selling nickle and dime stuff. With vehicles there are so many variables, couple that with the dollar amount and it's impressive. Especially when you factor some people are nearly impossible to please. When I took delivery of my car, all my research was confirmed. Steve went above & beyond to insure we had a positive experience and were completely satisfied. Matt is a very genuine, friendly and professional salesperson. Will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Automotive Avenues.

I purchased a 2010 Prius II this month. I had been shopping for a Prius and Automotive Avenues had the best price. I was extremely fortunate to have worked with Bill Solko, the owner. He was great to work with, no pressure and down to earth. Our transaction was easy and actually reflected the way car shopping should be. There were some minor issues with the car, which Bill took care of without any hesitation. My car was ready within a week. When I picked it up, it was spotless. I have been driving the car for the last 3 weeks and am very pleased. I took the car for a full service/maintenance check at a local Toyota dealership. The car passed with flying colors, but for a couple minor bulbs that needed to be replaced. Also, after picking up the car, I realized there was no FM/AM reception. I was very concerned and contacted Bill. Again, without any issue, he took care of the problem. The service has been outstanding. I really had a great experience. Thank you Bill and Stephen!

Trully a great buying experience with Automotive Avenue. Purchased a 2010 Lincoln MKX sight unseen other than on line listing. Bill Silko was beneficial in my decision to purchase. I was hesitant at first since I am in TN and they are in NJ. Bill responded timely to my questions and sending pics to verify.I bought the car on a Friday, shipper picked the car up on Saturday and delivered to me in TN on Sunday. They also assisted my shipper and he too spoke highly of the personnel.I had a concern with a moonroof not operating as should. Bill Silko quickly responded and advised to have it looked at. Fortunately it just needed cleaned and greased.The over all experience was very good. I had a run-in with a salesman at Automotive Avenues and previously posted a negative review. To my surprise a couple weeks later the owner (Mike) was calling me to apologize about the way the situation was handled and offered to make up the difference in time and money spent. The salesman I had problems with has not been listed on this board before, and is no longer working for the company, so it seems to be an isolated incident that does not reflect on the way this company strives to do business. I just wish I had one of the good salesman, I would have bought the car. Thanks to the owner though, I recommend purchasing from Automotive Avenues with confidence as they stand behind their ratings.

I searched the internet in February, 2012 for a pre-owned 04 Lexus RX330 in good condition. I found one that was offered by Automotive Avenues on eBay. Since I live outside of Philly, about two hours away, I felt more comfortable to drive to the dealership and deal directly rather than through eBay. I set up an appointment and was greeted by Mike Buhl who is a seasoned sales professional. Mike had the car ready for a test drive and allowed me to do a thorough check of the vehicle. The car and its condition was accurately described in their on-line ad He answered my questions and concerns about the vehicle to my satisfaction. When it came time to negotiate for the car, Mike stood firm that the internet price was the best possible price and was not negotiable. He did agree to touch up some minor blemishes and correct a minor issue with the moon roof. Overall, I felt that it was a fair deal and proceeded with the purchase. When I picked up the car, all of the paperwork was in good order and the car was ready to go as promised. I have now owned the Lexus for about 7 months and have been very pleased with my purchase.I found Mike and the other folks at Automotive Avenues to be straight-forward, fair and respectful of the customer. They do not use high pressure sales tactics or shady deals to sell their cars. I respect that approach and would recommend this dealership. It is interesting to note that Automotive Avenues does a significant volume (over 600 vehicles) of their business throughout the USA using eBay. Although most of their eBay customers purchase the vehicle sight-unseen, they have a very high favorable customer rating (greater than 99% positive) on eBay, so they must be doing it right. I was afraid to walk in the door but once I did, I felt at ease pretty quickly. Phone was ringing off the hook so I think they can use a receptionist, but I guess it's because their prices are so low. The vehicle I bought was $3000 below market easy! I read the other reviews and can only tell those of you that are reading this that they were nice, knew what they were doing, and I saved a lot of money.

Mike & Everyone at Automotive Avenues, My name is Josh Plummer out of Louisville, KY. A few months ago I purchased a 2008 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. I had never bought anything more than a watch or a pair of shoes online but came across a deal that was borderline to good to be true. Against my better judgment I put a down payment ($300 or so) on the 2008 Hybrid, being that I never laid my eyes on the car and never drove it. I was in for a bit of a roller coaster ride for the next several weeks. The first hiccup was my 3rd party local financing didnt pan out and it would take almost 2 weeks to solidify but your people at Automotive Avenues told me to rest assured that that the quality of the car and their word were golden and that they wouldnt sell it to the next probably easier customer. The next Hiccup was having the car delivered to me, which being in the transportation industry I understand that juggling a dispatcher and a driver as well as a few extra stops on the way would only take more time. The final hiccup came with getting the title transferred from NJ to KY and as you can imagine it did not go swimmingly after 4 different visits to the DMV and needing several documents faxed signed and re-faxed because KY DMV does not recognize anything from NJ DMV it was finally finished. Through this whole process I kept checking the website where they put a Pending graphic across the car, but remember these pictures were all I actually had during the waiting period of getting it financed to having it delivered. You and your staff were reassuringly easy to deal with and when I finally started the 2008 Highlander up for the first time all the stress immediately dissipated. It has been a couple of months now and I truly enjoy the 2008 Toyota Highlander Hybrid and would recommend Automotive Avenues to anyone. Your service from the guys that answer the phones, the salesman that make the deals (in my case a really good deal), to the lady in the back that handles all the title work and final preparations made buying online as stress free as possible, given the obvious hurdle of having to be patient.Thank You! I was very leary of buying a car on ebay sight unseen. I called the dealership and talked with Mike at great length. He answered all my questions, explained how the shipping worked and was very friendly. After talking with Mike I decided to purchase the vehicle. My wife and I decided to fly out and drive the vehicle back. When we got to the dealer the vehicle was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Mike and his manager were extremely nice and got us on our way quickly. The vehicle drove and rode great and we love it. I would'nt think twice about buying another vehicle from Automotive Avenues. Thanks guys for a great experience and a great car at a great price.

I am very happy with the 2006 Lexus RX330 that I bought off of Ebay from Automotive Avenue. The transaction was easy and smooth. The car drives and feels very good. Everything worked in the car. There were a bunch of scratches that I was able to compound out. Some will be more work but aren't noticeable unless one is up close. Looking forward to taking it for long drives in the summer.

In March of 2012 I found a 2006 Dodge Durango Limited for sale on E-bay, I contacted the seller and read and re-read the description very carefully. It was stated VERY VERY plainly that "EVERYTHING ON THIS 2006 DODGE DURANGO WORKS PERFECTLY". Tires were said to be at 50% tread and only minor scratches. I purchased the vehicle and the problems started. 1. First I could not get anyone there to return my calls, then finally when they did, it was very apparent that Steve did not know what was going on. I was originally told shipping would be $750.00, Steve informed me it would be $1000.00, reluctantly I agreed. After hearing nothing for nearly a week, I called Steve to find out when i would receive the vehicle. I was transferred to Bill Solko, (supposedly the owner) after telling Bill about my apprehension in dealing with Steve, Bill told me to Deal with only him from that point on. I hung up feeling a little better. After a few days I had heard nothing again, so called Bill to find out when my car was being shipped, He informed me that they were having trouble finding a carrier to deliver my vehicle, I gave Bill a couple alternate delivery locations trying to expedite delivery. again i heard nothing for 2 days. Finally Bill called to say it was to leave their lot in two days, and he was going to run it through his shop one more time to make sure it was good to go and everything worked. 4 days later the transport driver called to arrange for a delivery time. when we got the car and started checking it out we found the following:TIRES HAD ONLY 20% TREAD LEFTAC DID NOT WORKCD PLAYER DID NOT WORKSEAT TRIM ON DRIVERS SIDE TAPED ONSUNROOF LEAKED WATER STAINS ON HEADLINER FROM SUNROOF LEAKINGI immediately Called Bill and informed him of these issues, He said to get estimates to repair AC and he would cover the cost, he would send a replacement AM/FM/CD player, he said there was nothing he could do about the other issues. I said if he would take care of the AC repairs and send the replacement radio i would be satisfied. Over the next several days I obtained estimates from 2 reliable repair shops, Bill said they were too high and to go to the nearest Dodge Dealer and get an estimate. He did not like that one either, saying they were all 3 taking advantage, he would do some looking as well. after 3 days with no word, i took it on myself to call the dodge dealer in wall township (just a few miles from Automotive Avenues lot), thinking the repairs must be cheaper out there, and if so i would settle for compensation based on that estimate. The estimate from them was only $80.00 less than the lowest i had found locally. I informed Bill of this, as well as that I had not received the new radio yet. He informed me that he was going to be out of the office for the next week and he would get everything resolved upon his return. Ten business days passed and He did not make contact, by this time I am 99% sure I am gonna be Screwed for the repairs, radio, tires etc..... after several more emails, bill finally responds and says he will buy the parts and send them to me and he will find an affordable shop in my area to install them. Finally on 4/20 the parts arrived (one month since taking delivery)I emailed Bill that we had parts and to let me know what shop to take it to. no response from Bill, sent several more emails, and Bill finally responded on 5/1 (11 days later)at this time he stated that it was my fault it was taking so long, because I couldn't find reasonably priced estimates!!!! He said he would be willing to send us a check for $400.00 to cover labor to install parts. After having dealt with this for 6 weeks, I agreed and asked him to send it please. Today is June 16th and still have not received the check, I emailed Bill and he replied " I decided I had done more than enough by sending you replacement parts for items that were not even covered under the warranty you were given in the first place ". Nice customer service huh? Today we also had the AC replaced (the parts Bill sent were wrong) and i had to buy parts and pay labor, I am now out 900.00 for tires, $1000.00 for AC repair. $250.00 to have the sunroof leak fixed TOTAL OUT OF POCKET $2150.00, But Automotive Avenues won. I have every email sent to and received from them, and am going to the NJ Attorney Generals office next.

We were shopping for a used Tahoe. Prior to going to dealerships to view vehicles, we did a good amount of internet research to determine what would be a good price for a 2005/06 model with the options we wanted. Although Wall was a good drive, we did go to Automotive Avenues. They had a nice selection and all the cars appeared clean. This place states they do not negotiate on price, and that was our experience. We put a deposit on a vehicle we liked ($500), and planned to pick it up the next day because a fan switch needed replacement. However, we did visit another dealership and found a vehicle we liked a bit better. When we informed Mike of this, he was completely professional, refunded our deposit and wished us well. Although we did not buy from Automotive Avenues, we had a very favorable experience there, and encountered no hassles regarding the return of our deposit. Mike was laid back, friendly, professional, the prices were good and the vehicles appeared clean, with Carfax provided. We certainly do recommend using this dealership--or at least going there and deciding for yourself on their professionalism.

so far I have purchased two vehicles from this place. Great prices, great staff! Not all the cars are in the best shape but most of them are excellent. Just make sure you take advantage of the car fax and you shouldn't have an issue as well as do your research on the particular car your looking for so you can quickly identify any issues when you go to see the car! i was in and out within an hour of making my decision on buying the cars.

Went to look at a 2010 Lincoln MKT at this dealership. The mileage, condition and options on this vehicle were by far the brst around eith their price being s few thousand dollars lower than other within at lesdt 300 miles. Salesman was friendly, immediately offered us s test drive, and sat down and spoke to us about the vehicle with real professionalism and no games. He gave us some finance scenarios, and a trade in price for our vehicle. What he explained to us was that the car payment we were looking to have would only happen of we looked at less expensive vehicles. A hard dose of reality, but an honest one, and he was right. We purchased a less expensive older model different make vehicle elsewhere, but I would feel very comfortable making s purchase from vehicle from this dealer in the future.

I purchased a 2010 Chrysler Town&Country Limited at Automotive Avenues in Wall, NJ. I have to say it was the best car buying experience I ever had. They have a no haggle pricing system which made buying easier. I had already done my homework so I knew that I was saving between $4000 and $5000 by buying from them. They claim to be a large wholesale dealer that opened to the public in Wall and I have no choice but to believe it's true. The price and quality was simply amazing. Everyone there was really nice and it was a very light atmosphere. The owner (I think his name was Bill) even held our 1 year old while we took care of all the paperwork which included financing. FYI-they beat my credit unions rate too. I will never buy a used vehicle anywhere else.

The listing was for a 2009 Toyota Prius Touring. I received a 2009 Toyota Prius Base model. There is about a $600 difference in the value of the two models. The vehicle was also not in the condition as described in the listing. The listing stated "Everything in this Toyota is in good working order." I attempted to have the State Safety inspection performed but it would not pass. The passenger side headlight and fog light are burned out. The fog light is a relatively inexpensive repair but the headlight has an HID headlight and will be costly. The cost for the headlight comes to $303.85 because they have to remove the front bumper to replace a headlight on a Prius. The listing also stated "As for imperfections, there is nothing to mention with the exception of maybe a tiny scratch here or there." There is no mention nor picture of the softball size dent on the passenger side rear quarter panel. I paid $12900 for the car, $289 document fee, $300 shipping, 863.64 for taxes and title transfer, $73.81 for a PA State Safety and Emissions test that the vehicle could not pass, plus $51.33 to replace the torn wiper blades. The dealership said that the front spoiler was missing as well as a few screws under the hood and the plastic panel that covers the passenger side taillight inside the trunk. I contacted the seller. The owner immediately became very upset and started using profanity. I wanted to see if he would help cover some of the cost of repair just to get it to pass the State Safety Inspection but he said if I was wasn't happy he will have the car picked up and he will send me a check for $12900. I explained to Bill that I would be out almost $1600 if I did that. He became very angry at this point and continued to use profane language. He told me to take it or leave it. I said I couldn't afford to loose $1600 and the call ended. I spoke with Mike B. throughout the process of purchasing the vehicle. When I contacted Mike to express my concerns he advised me to contact the owner, Bill S. Upon further inspection of the vehicle the gaps in the front body panels are uneven which my mechanic said is an indication that there has been body work performed.

BUYER BEWARE before dealing with Bill Solko or Michael Shaw of Automotive Avenues Wall, NJI strongly believe they had sold me a vehicle that is suspected to be tampered with, in a accident. I also suspected speedometer tampering and factual fraudulent selling conditions of the vehicles.Please take the time to read through my experience at this dealership, I wanted to take the time to warn the public of Michael Shaw of Wall, NJ so that they dont have to go through what I just went through with Michael Shaw of Automotive Avenues Wall, NJ.My true story:I have been in the market for a Mercedes SLK32 with low miles and in pristine condition; I had come across this 2004 Mercedes SLK with 37 thousand miles offered by Automotive Avenues. Ive bought many cars before, but I still wasnt satisfied with the dealerships description since it stated EVERYTHING was is in excellent condition "no paint issues, interior issues or accident history or repairs".Whenever a dealer describes a vehicle for sale, they always promote the car to be in excellent or mint condition with never any mention of any flaws, damage or mechanical issues there is no such thing of a perfect used car, they all have issues, you just need to know what to look for. That being said, I had contacted the seller direct through ebay with my phone number, to contact me. Shortly after, I was contacted by Michael Shaw (owner of Automotive Avenues Wall, NJ). My 1st impression was he lacked people skills, typical used car guy, he tried hard to be business oriented, but hes one of these sales guys that cant handle anything without making a big deal about it, always too busy, rushes you on the phone and barley lets you get a word in. This isnt my 1st time dealing with someone like this, but giving everyone the benefit of the doubt, I decided to press forward. I had noted I was interested in buying one of his vehicles on Ebay and I wanted to get some additional photos since I wasnt local to buy the car and his auction lacked the pictures I need to be comfortable with it understand the condition better. Immediately he said he didnt have the time to take any more pictures, nor would he, Michael Shaw rambling on about how busy he is running the dealership and has too much going on to take additional pictures for every person that wants to buy one of his cars. I was really thrown back by this, but he had agreed to do a walk around with me pointing out ever defect he could find. Just to clarify, prior to doing the walk around, I noted Im a car enthusiast, I wanted a very clear car 0 issues, all issues disclosed down to the stone ships and Im also very meticulous when it comes to my vehicles, so I wanted a very honest walk through down to ever little issue ding, scratch, dent etc. After spending 15-20 minutes on the phone with Michael, what came out of the conversation was a few very minor stone chips the size of pin heard and 2-3 door dings that you could barely see and could be removed as well as a few of the wheels had curb damage that he said he agreed would be fixed prior to selling me the car. In a nutshell, Michael noted only the discriminating buyer would only find what he noted. He was convincing at the time and the pictures he had posted along with our conversation seemed to validate it was a clean car with along with a clean car fax posted on Ebay. Little did I know, I was about to get screwed by Michael Shaw!After we had made an agreement on the phone over the price and shipping arrangements, I had proceeded to move forward with buying the car. That day, I wired the funds over on 2/8 and waited patiently for the paper work and car to be shipped to me the over the next few days Im only 275 miles away.Over the next few days, I had emailed Michael and this woman Debbie, but I had never received any paper work or update on when the car was being shipped and by whom. Finally Debbie provided me with the name of the shipping CO Level Storage Corp W. Springfield, MA. Prior to this, Michael was always very short in his email correspondence and even when I had spoken to him on the phone, it was like I was asking for too much. This really had me worried and concerned Finally, I got word the car was being picked up on 2/11, I would receive it on 2/13. Upon receiving the car that day, it was something out of a bad movie when it showed up, one of those stories you hear about and pray never happens to you!I received the car with 1, 18 and 1, 7 key scratches down to the paint on the passenger side of the car, 15+ other major scratches, paint chips and dings on the vehicle. The front bumper was hanging off missing hardware, it was also missing the lower grill completely, one piece of the drivers side grill was partially held on by a few zip tie, all 4 wheels were spray painted with overspray on the tires, the tires were barely holding air, the interior had a whole in the drivers seat, the air bag light was on, the check engine light was on, the center cup-holder console was broken and didn't close, there was duck tape holding the door panel on the drivers side, the trunk would not stay open as well! When I opened the engine hood of the car, it was evident the engine had more than 37 thousand miles on it and it was in a major front accident. I outright refused to take delivery of the car. I immediately called Michael and he basically told me to sign for the car and takes some pictures and he would work with me on the issues. I outright refused too and he kept saying its a used car, its going to have some issues. I was appalled, I had never been in such a situation before, Michael Shaw was another person since he had my money, I pleated with the Michael to take the car, but he refused too and got off the phone with me telling me to just send picture and he didnt believe me. I told the delivery person, I had no paper work, the car isnt mine and to take it back. The form that they also wanted me to sign to accept the vehicle, noted all the following I just spoke about. The driver then received a call from the transport CO and the driver was told by Michael to take the car off the trailer and leave it in my driveway. In order to get Michael to take the car back, I noted I would assist in the shipping and pleated with him to do the right thing and take the car back. I was at a loss, but finally Michael said we would work something out financially and he would contact the carrier to have them return the car to him since legally it wasn't mine.After the car returned to Michael the following day, he kept saying there was nothing wrong with the car even with all the pictures I took and sent him, it was like talking to a child, he wouldnt let you get a word in, Michael kept over talking me, it was evident I had to go to his level and just agree on his terms and pretend he was right just to get my money back. It killed me, but I had no choice, he had almost $17 thousand dollars of my money. His terms, he had wanted $2000 for his time and all the shipping charges paid. Once again, I was appalled and very upset but I was scared I wouldnt get my money back, so I only agreed to the shipping loss and tried talking to him like you would to a child, finally he agreed to that ONLY if I left him positive feedback to save face, otherwise he wouldnt wire my funds back. A nightmare, unmoral and scary to think what he has done this to other people It was the hardest thing I had to do at the time not to bite my tongue off, but I knew there were other avenues to make the public aware or Michael Shaw of Automotive Avenues Wall, NJ. In the long run, I got my money back minus the a $600 he stole from me for shipping cost as well as a few nights of sleep over all this. To conclude, I have learned a valuable lesson and Ive shared my story hopping that others will read this and not do business with Michael Shaw and Automotive Avenues of WALL, NY. Called about an 2006 Hummer H3 and was told the vehicle was in for detailing to call back. I called on three different days and was told three diferent stories. The 4th call they told me the vehicle had engine problems and was not available. I don't really know if there was such a vehicle for sale

Called to see if a vehicle was in stock to do a test drive and was told a sales person would call me back. Nobody ever did so I called again and got the same answer and they told me the truck wasn't in stock. Called the next day and found out the truck was in stock but sold just an hour ago. It is hard to trust a dealer that doesn't call people back or have control over their inventory.

Nothing but smiles. They made buying a new car for my wife very easy and almost fun. Had to wait a bit to do paperwork, but that was because this is a very busy place. Never pressured me and let me be myself. The wife loves her new car. Two thumbs up all the way. See Automotive Avenues when you need to buy a new car.

After an exhaustive search of the auto market and trips to numerous dealerships, my experience at Automotive Avenues was refreshing and enjoyable. David was extremely knowledgeable and honest and I very much appreciated his low pressure, no nonsense approach. I felt comfortable and reassured that the information I was receiving was correct and that the price was the best out there. I would definitely go back to Automotive Avenues and work with David again. Overall, a very satisfying experience and I extremely pleased with my new car!
