I can tell you this..One thing I hate is dealerships. Worked in the car business for years and know the games they play. NO games here! Honest transparent pricing with no back and forth haggling! Chris our Sales rep was amazing from the very start. Told him what my mother wanted to purchase, what I wanted to pay and what I thought was fair for her trade and he literally made it happen. They even allocated the color vehicle My mom wanted from another location. Chris kept me informed daily and always called when he said he would. When the car arrived Chris took his time to show my mom all the features and adjust the car to her preferences. When it came to the paperwork, Albert the finance manager was also a pleasure to deal with and explained everything to my mother patiently. We were both treated with the utmost respect from the initial phone call to our last meeting in person. If you are thinking about getting a new or used vehicle don't hesitate. Ask for Chris and he will treat you well. Thanks again guys!!

I went into Autonation expecting to hear that they could not help me get out of the purchase of my 2015 Toyota, as I still had quite a bit of negative equity. From the minute I walked into the dealership I was treated with friendly respect. Amy introduced me to Bruce Pileggi who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to my needs and wishes. I was seeking a low mileage certified SRX to replace my 2012 SRX that was totaled in an accident the previous week. He pulled up the perfect car for me. This is my second review, after first bad review I was contacted by Amy (AutoNation Cadillac Sales Manager) and she was apologizing for my experience in buying a car from their dealership and wants to do it right. So she offer to replace the busted tail light and give me a second set of key to the car I purchased (which are not disclosed to me by the previous salesman and I have to travel 4 hours to find out). So we made an arrangement to have my car fix to the nearest AutoNation Hyundai dealership close to me (1-1/2 hours drive from me which is another dealership review). But anyway, from time to time Amy is checking on me to see if my car is already taken care of, which I had another problem with the other dealership. But after a month and a half I finally got the tail light replaced and got another set key done. And I cannot thank Amy enough for her perseverance to do the right thing.

I recently purchased 2016 Cadillac CT 6 and 2017 XT 5 Cadillac.This purchase experience was one of the better ones I have had.I have purchased a total of 162 new cars.I recently experienced a failure of the air conditioning system of the CT 6.Although the service department was very accommodating the necessary parts were not available.Dealing with my sales person Bruce and Primarily with Jackson Bender, the General Manager, I was overwhelmed to learn that they went to a competitor dealer and negotiated for one of their cars to exchange the air conditioning components necessary for the repair of my car. In my 51 years of purchasing automobiles I have not found a dealer as concerned about my welfare as I have with Jackson Bender and Bruce, the sales representative. My overall opinion is that this dealership is devoted to customer satisfaction and consideration for their customers. I realize it is easy to complain but think it is necessary to identify a positive experience both in the purchase and especially the repair requirements of my new car.

Excellent service by the auto servicing group. Quick,efficientservicing of my CTS. One slight problem is that the doughnuts, etc.seem to run out by the early afternoon. Waiting around for2 hours with no "nourishment" is not the best customer treatment from a Cadillac dealership.

I was very disappointed with the unwillingness to help out with small things like, the hood latch came off the cable and needed reattached. I was give a ridiculous $$ amount to do this...even though I've already paid for every add on warranty available. Even if they had taken a look at it and explained why it was so costly to repair I would felt a little better about it. Instead, without even looking at it, they refused to do it! There were several little things like that which left me feeling like I was just a bother instead of a valued customer!

Jeremy was great to deal with in service when we had repairs on our vehicle. Because of him when we were ready to buy we came to Autonation. Then, Norman Alfonso was a good salesperson to work with as he gave us the car and options we wanted with low pressure. Service came about by visiting the Dealership. Tire Rotation, Wheel Balance, Nitrogen Pressure and 28-point inspection.Came in, went over them that morning, made a point to ask me for any item that might come up under the 28 point. Customer Waiting.My Truck lug nuts are set at 100 pound & have labels on the lug cover plates to that. The Tech came to ask me and again on the front-to-rear same-side rotation. See, pays to ask.Had the tech tighten them at Car Front-Wheel torque the lugs could have broken off.Under 28 point, tech found oil filter leaking. Went ahead under warranty to replace oil filter & conventional oil. They allowed me to return that afternoon, to trade out conventional oil, for Castrol Edge Synthetic oil myself bought that day, to change out. Auto Nation is a great dealership to deal with. I am a firm believer that the sales department is just one of the factors in buying a car. The service department is another important factor (if not the most important). The sales department is great - the deal on the car is fair. But once the car is sold it is the service department that you deal with for as long as you own the car. Jeremy (our service advisor) is great. He welcomes you almost as soon as you drive in. Listens to you if there are any problems and then sets up the service items that are due on the car. Between Jeremy and the mechanics I have great confidence that the items are done correctly and all software is up to date.

After 6 yrs of going to this dealership, bringing them customers, bring them ALL my repairs as well as svc. purchased new and used Cadillac's from them, they still find it a need to clean out my bank acct. even still when trying to buy another Cadillac from them? WHY? I gave up, went to another dealership & purchased another Cadillac from someone else. I will never again buy from these folks EVER. It is sad they have no loyalty to us locals that built them. Very sad, and the svc dept guy (Yes you Jeremy) that you find it hard to like me, it is obvious you don't, because i complained to your boss that you were a completely slacker in your duties when dealing with me (A customer), my bad Jeremy, i should have just taken it & said nothing, your right, lol. Wow, shame on me for complaining. O well, Never again will i or my family, or friends buy a car from this dealership. We have all learned, yes, they to felt the same treatment, My Aunt & Uncle tried to buy another NEW Cad SUV from them after buying a Deville last time, but they got the same treatment as well & their bank acct & pockets where also tried to be emptied, so they too went & purchased a Brand new Cad SUV from a different dealer last month. I consider myself an educated consumer. I did my homework, researched the internet found a 2014 ATS Cadillac I liked, with low mileage at a decent price. I made arrangements to test drive the vehicle and even received an e-mail stating that the car had been reserved in my name. I thought this was a great way to conduct business quite frankly and was excited at the prospect of trading in my 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet and driving home my almost new 2014 ATS Cadillac. I'm not quite sure what happened overnight, but when I arrived at the dealership to test drive my new car, I was told that I had not reserved it and therefore it had been sold. Huh??? "But I had received an email saying that the car had been reserved for me," I said. "Sorry, the car has been sold to someone else". "The fact that you received an email stating that the car had been reserved for you is a glitch in our system", is what they said. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I had an excellent experience at the service department. They have a nicewaiting room and plenty of magazines, television shows and food and drink. It is an upscale waiting room with plenty of chairs. The bathrooms are clean. My advisor is tops in knowing what the car needs. They make all the necessaryrepairs which are not too many. The repair prices are reasonable. My waiting time is not too long. I am pleased with their good service department.

I brought my 2012 CTS Coupe in for what I figured and hoped was an easy fix......,which it was...drivers window was dropping well over 2 inches when opening the door..only should come down about 1/4 inch....but what impressed me...is that when I walked in the shop (which they allow ) the Mechanic Jeremy.....had taken off both the under carriage covers....and was looking around everywhere with a flashlight for any problems....he spotted a small problem...which would NEVER had been seen with those covers on...trust is earned...I trust Jeremy

I have been a faithful customer to this dealership for many years 4+, i have paid them to service my Cadillac's, sent them many customers, sent them family members to purchase cars from them, even purchased another car from them as well myself, it does not matter to them how great and loyal you are as a customer, it means nothing to them, they will still treat you like a paycheck and try to clean out you bank acct anyway, my loyalty meant nothing to this dealership at all, i purchased a car AGAIN for 24k without any trade in and put 2k cash down, then attempted to trade it that same car back into them 9 months later to upgrade to a brand new SRX (from a 12' CTS ) that i just bought from them 9 months earlier and they would only give me 18k trade in on it they said (& it was in better cond then when i bought it with 4 new tires i added), WHAT, (i found out that Certified means nothing lol), Come on?, Really, i asked why?, i was told i was upside down?, WHY, i didn't trade in any car when i purchased the CTS. Well i had to go to Hyundai to get them to pay off the 23k payoff i still owed on the CTS and then i leased a 15' Santa Fa, again, wow, No Loyalty i tell you from Cadillac, none. Now i have tried to get that extended warranty we paid for back when we purchased the certified CTS *With bald tires* LOLOLOL, i have been put through H E Double Hockey Sticks for the past 3 weeks trying to get my refund. Still do not have it. Through the past 4+ yrs we have witnessed so many different and new faces there in the sales dept etc. Seems they can not keep people on there either?, i wonder why?. I have owned Cadillac's for over 20 yrs. and can honestly say that i will never again in this life time purchase a Goat even from this dealership no less a car. It is sad but it is reality, No Loyalty at all to their paying and faithful customers, O, & I AM THE BAD GUY NOW BECAUSE I AM TELLING THE WORLD THE TRUE FACTS OF HOW THIS DEALERSHIP TREATS THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS. Don't take my word for it, go there and make a purchase, you will learn the hard way as we did and as my Uncle & Aunt did and as my best friend did and as my neighbors did and also my cousin did. Never again will i purchase from Autoway -- Autonation or as they were known as Coastal Cadillac again. Also, don't depend on a call back from that service guy, yes him, because you will die waiting for it that will never come, and when you complain to the boss, that svc. guy will really hate you for it, shame on me for telling on him, lol. Thanks for the wild ride Autoway Cadillac. It has been a real eye opening experience. You left me feeling used and abused and damaged. Not cool my friends.

My ignition was misdiagnosed. Was told components we're not able to be removed without damaging other parts of the ignition and the components needed to be replaced and given an estimate of $798.00 took the car to suntoyota had the problem fixed within minutes and was only charged for locksmith rebuilding my current ignition which was a small fraction of these crooks estimate! Even after being misdiagnosed no offer of refunding my diagnostic fee of $90.00

First impression is always lasting! My first visit with Auto Nation Cadillac dealership Service Department will always be memorable. The service attendant was very friendly and helpful to my needs. I have a recall on my 2002 DeVille Cadillac. I went for my appointment time and immediately I was attended immediately. In less than an hour the job was done excellently.

The purchasing process when buying a car is always tough and stressful. I'm glad to say that I left under the dollar amount I was planning on going with. Other than a few oddities, I really can't say anything negative about the experience. Our salesperson Lara did a fantastic job selling the vehicle, it REALLY helps to be able to talk to an actual car-person and not a "salesperson who can read a car window sticker".I do wish that the dealership gave the option to remove the dealership sticker off the back. Took me half a can of 3m adhesive remover to get that gunky stuff off after I removed the sticker myself. No offense to Autonation, just detracts from the car's beauty.

I am retired and have owned and purchased Cadillac's all my life, and moved here to Fl. I have been a Loyal Cadillac Customer for many years to this dealership *AutoNation Cadillac Port Richey Fl. Hwy US 19, BUT after dealing with these folks recently through purchasing another Cadillac, i will never again purchase a Cadillac nor step foot into a Cadillac dealership for a purchase ever again. There is NO LOYALTY at all with this crew, i have spent Thousands of dollars here and for some reason they continue to attempt, expect and try to clean out my life savings as well as my pockets every time i walk through the door. I have tried to be a loyal customer but can no longer afford their sneaky tactics nor listen to their lies. Tampa, Clearwater or St Pete Cadillac dealerships may be a better choice but i assure you that this Port Richey location is by far no where to spend my money. This comes from experience and facts by not only myself, but many of my friends and family also.

We had gone to another auto repair shop because we thought we would save money. They were not able to find the problem after more than a day there so we decided our best bet was to go to a Cadillac dealership. Jeremy treated us great and answered all of the questions we had. He got us scheduled in a timely fashion and called us with an estimate for the repair a few hours later. We were quite pleased to learn that it wasn't a major repair and could be fixed quite easily. We were very pleased and will take our other Cadillac in for service when needed. Jeremy was just great!!!!

very friendly, low pressure sales. My only downside was the push for extended warranty and the time it took to sign all the forms!! All I wanted was to simply buy a car and I had to say "no" for what seemed like about 20 times...no to extra car protection, no to credit protection, no to extended warranty, no to this, no to that! I know you have to try and do your suggestive selling but I'd like the option next time to just say no thank you once. All that being said, every one was courteous and friendly and I'm happy with my purchase. I'd buy a car from autonation Cadillac again in the future.

Bought a 2003 Cadillac Deville DTS with the Northstar Engine. The car was a money pit and Auto Nation charges, in my opinion only, unbelievable prices for their repairs. To replace a Transmission the engine must be removed and the cost is $4,200. I had to sell the car, as the suggested, total repairs were over $12,000.00

Purchased a Certified 2013 Escalade September 12, 2014. The vehicle performs as you would expect a Cadillac. We are very pleased. The salesman, John Bailey was very attentive to our needs and because of the Certified standards of Cadillac a couple loose ends have to be completed. I just had one the most pleasant experiences ever experienced by myself in purchasing our new Caddy. No haggling; I told them what I expected for a trade in, They didn't bat an eyelash and gave me the maximum I could have expected. I told them I expected them to at least meet a competing dealerships advertised price, they didn't bat an eyelash, and in fact beat that advertised price. I told them I wanted a loyalty discount as I had purchased the Pontiac I was trading in to them FROM them and was a returning customer. They didn't bat an eyelash and gave me great rebates and a discount. They went the extra mile; They connected and activated the OnStar for us. They set up phones to connect to the car via Blue Tooth for us. They washed the car and fueled it full before we left. I really can not say enough about how well we were treated and would highly recommend anyone interested in a Caddy go see Bruce at AutoNation Cadillac in Port Richey. We had been looking at Cadillac for a while and had stopped and talked to David Miles at AutoNation Cadillac several times. We finely decided to take a drive one evening , David wasn't there but we had the pleasure of meeting Tracy Strand. She was extremely pleasant. We drove a sporty Cadillac first; this one was not for us. We wanted that Cadillac ride, so we chose to drive an XTS and decided this was it. The ride was wonderful and we loved the color ( RED). Tracy went over all the bells and whistles. She was Amazing. I wanted to know if they gave classes to learn all these things, and of course they do. The next day when we decided to get the one we had driven we went back to see David. Talk about feeling like you were the most important people on earth. We have bought lots of new cars in our almost 50 years of marriage but we have never been treated like we were this day. Barbara Mello set all the things up on the car for us. We have already met the Service Manager Alfredo Crespo who set us up with a 6 month check up. We cant say enough about everyone at AutoNation Cadillac.

I'm thrilled with my XTS Cadillac. I popped in one day to AutoNations Cadillac and drove a few cars. The salesperson knew I was wanting a good deal and wasn't going to be rushed into the buying process that day. A few weeks later I receive an email letting me know of an XTS that was practically new. We had purchased a 2005 Chevy Corvette through AutoNation Cadillac of New Port Richey Florida via AutoNation of Delray Florida. This was a second purchase through AutoNation Cadillac. While trying to get the car from AutoNation of Delray, Mike Stanton GM, Scott Douglas Used Car Manager, and George Bears New Car Manager fought very hard for us to get the car from Delray. Delray did not want to give up the car but through the intense intervention of the previously mentioned men we finally got our car. About a month later we started having problems with the car. The traction control system light was coming on along with the check engine light. We brought the car back to the dealership and had the car diagnosed and the technician Daniel Snouts told us there were 47 different codes that came up. They decided some of these codes were due to a low battery, so they replaced the battery. However, that was not the problem. So they did another diagnosis and replaced the TCM, that still did not solve the problem. The next step was the ECM, again that was not it. Finally, after discussing the issue with the technician, we told him that my husband had the shifter cable replaced about 2 weeks prior at AutoNation Chevy in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Daniel the technician all of a sudden had a light bulb go off in his head and he suggested that maybe some wires might have gotten pinched with the removal of the center console. So Daniel removed the console and found a rat's nest of wires that were not factory installed. He then told us that he was going to make the wires back to factory original. After all the hard work that he did to figure out what was wrong with the car and that it was the wiring, our car was back to herself. We really appreciate all the hard work that not only the technician did but both the GM, Mike Stanton, and Scott Douglas, the Used Car Manager did by putting us in a rental car for two days and allowed us the opportunity to also drive a Lincoln MKS in the event we wanted to trade in the Corvette after all the issues that it had. But due to the diligence of the staff of this dealership we came away satisfied. We did not have to pay anything out of pocket due to the warranty on the car and the inconvenience we were placed in because it did take some time for the issues to be resolved. We would highly recommend and have to our neighbors and social contacts to give AutoNation Cadillac the opportunity for our friends future car purchases and service. In the event we decide to purchase another vehicle it will be through AutoNation Cadillac in New Port Richey, Florida.Sincerely, Michael and Liz Lawlor.

Awesome experience! Bruce Pileggi was completely transparent throughout the entire car-buying experience. I highly recommend him and Autonation Cadillac. We purchased a like-new vehicle for practically trade-in cost. There was a scratch on the bumper and the dealership painted the entire bumper at no extra cost. The car was delivered to my office located almost an hour from the dealership and surprisingly with a full tank of gas!

The way the folks at AutoNation Cadillac in Port Richey, FL handled my inquiry was head and shoulders above all others. They were prompt to get back to me. Extremely personable and professional, and, when they weren't able to meet my price on the car I initially contacted them about, went way over and above everyone else by searching high and low to find my perfect car at the price I told them I'd be willing to spend. They did it! They actually found me a car that was better than what I had originally contacted them about and were able to work with me to get a deal done. Rodney Rupe was the Sales Associate I dealt with and Jim Zabel was the Finance Manager. Awesome people to deal with. This is my third car purchased at autonation cadillac. I have owned BMW in the past and have purchased my first cadillac CTS and i must tell you that the technology in the BMW seemed out dated compared to the Cadillac Q system. I also like the fact that the service department is opened on Sunday from 10am-3pm. Also I'd like to mention that they will wash my car for free for life.I would like to close by saying better value, better service, better see Bruce.

My wife and I leased a 2013 Cadillac DTS from AutoNation Cadillac, New Port Richey, last year. The sales staff was great, especially Barbara Mellow, the sales manager. She was very professional and extremely helpful in our lease and after sales activities. Sorry to say the car had a noisy brake problem that could not be repaired to our satisfaction. The service staff tried very hard to correct the problem and even had an engineer from Detroit come down and work with them but the problem did not disappear. That is when Barbara Mellow jumped in to help us by authoring, through GM, a replacement vehicle. There were no 2013 Cadillac's available that were acceptable to us due to color combinations and accessories. Barbara then went back to GM to permit the replacement to be a 2014 and found the perfect Cadillac. We plan to replace our vehicle with this new vehicle in a couple of weeks when we get back from a trip. In conclusion, my wife and I appreciate the professionalism and hard work Barbara Mello went to in order to please us and keep us happy Cadillac owners.Thank you Barbara !!Leon

My DeVille is a 2002 with now just over 100K miles. On both occasions I've taken my car in for service at this dealership Jeremy has been enthuastic about the care of my vehicle. He has patiently and carefully gone over every aspect of the service I was requesting, explaining everything that would be done. Then after the mechanic had gone over the whole car mechanically he went over every thing they found that needed attention and what he and the mechanic deemed necessary and what they considered could wait for a while, allowing me to spread the cost maintaining my car on a fixed income. Hope is very polite and efficient in processing the financial aspect after service is completed. She is very friendly (and beautiful) and makes parting with your money a more pleasant ending to the experience.

I met with Bruce with questions of a certain price and mileage. He called me back and was eager to assist me. He was very personable. It was an extremely cold evening and he noticed my daughter was cold. He offered a jacket to wear as we walked around the dealership. I was shopping for a car for Christmas for my wife. i contacted Autonation Cadillac spoke with Bruce Pileggi and he emailed me some cars that were for sale with them. I was suppose to get a Chevy Equinox for my wife, but the another dealership sold it. Bruce called me after the new year and said I have the perfect car for you. Car issues are certainly a big stress for people. Having someone with a calm voice who is knowledgeable and doesn't give you the run around can make a stressful situation so much less...well...stressful! I was having some issues with a vehicle I purchased and took it to Cadillac to have checked out. Alfredo was my service advisor. He was efficient, courteous, understanding and best of all, made sure I had a loaner to drive to I could get to and from work while my car was being repaired. She was very friendly and had a positive attitude. She took me to the lounge/waiting area to show me the coffee and bagels that Cadillac was providing its customers so the hospitality was great....thanks. After the service was completed, Jen came and got me, escorting me to cashier Debbie who explained the paperwork and had me sign. There was no charge for my service, which is always a good thing. At our house, my wife buys the houses and I buy the cars. After this buying experience she may take over the cars as well. It was too easy. I did the re-con and found the STS on line. My SRX's battery had a bad cell and would not start. Called AutoNation Cadillac, spoke to the GM Michael Stanton who told me to bring the vehicle right in. I traveled several hundred mikes to work with this expert team. Our family is so grateful, and our daughter has an exceptional, safe car for her first vehicle. This is my second review on this dealer because in my first review I wrote that this dealer was slacking. In this review I would like to say they are not slacking in the customer service department! Barbara and frank called me after my last review and asked me to come into the dealer so they can take care of my issues. I took my vehicle in and they gave me a rental while they looked over my vehicle and addressed the issues we discussed from the previous visit. They found an issue in my rear brakes and fixed it at no charge. Also for my inconvenience,they filled my tank,washed and waxed my truck. I still have small issues that they are willing to help me with and it took over 3 months for this to happen but they made me happy this time and that's not easy. I had a bad experience with this dealer but they are doing everything they can to fix it and for that,I would recommend this dealer.

If you haven't met Scott Douglas Sales Manager at Port Richey Auto Nation Cadillac you need to! Scott made this the absolute BEST experience we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. He went out of his way to answer any and all questions that we had about the difference between purchasing and leasing. He also paired us with Tracy Obermeir salesperson to assist in showing us our new ATS. She was awesome. The finance portion was smooth and seamless thanks to the help of Vicki and Athena. I recently purchased a used Pontiac GTO. On the first test drive I mentioned to Tracy that the car wasn't very clean(window tint shavings everywhere), considering it was on the front row of the sales lot. She aggreed, had it taken care of after the test drive. I loved the car, came back in 2 days to buy it. Autoway would not budge on the price.. In the purchasing of this vehicle, the rear window needed to be retinted. After we got it scheduled to do this I dropped it off on 01/02/2013 at about 10am. On the next day Tracy called me about 5pm and told me that was completed and that I could come get the car. I said that i would be in first thing in the morning(time restaints). I got to the dealer at 7:15am on Friday and looked at the window and it looked great. Being in a hurry I gat in the car and left. Upon my arrival at home I started looking further at the work done. They did not clean the inside of the back seat area where the work was done. Old window tint shavings in the nooks and crevices. Window clenaing solution stains on the back of ther leather seats and trim, dirt on the leather seats, and they DID NOT vacuum up thier mess. Now I live 30 miles from this dealer ands feel that I shouldn't have to drive back to get this fixed. Maybe I should have looked closer while I was there. But if the people involved would have just done what they were supposed, I wouldn't have this problem. IF YOU BUY A CAR FROM AUTOWAY CADILLAC OF NEW PORT RICHEY, FLORIDA. MAKE SURE THEY CLEAN IT!!!!!! Very disatisfied customer

I Would recommend this dealership because my vehicle is finished. It's a DTS DeVille, 2001 and I did get exactly what I paid for at pick-up. I had an AC pressure line replaced, and the other issue was my windows stopped operating, they are fixed now. I will do a full update on comments as my vehicle is in test mode due to the electrical issue they should have completely FIXED for $450. I am not a person that will just click 5 without thoroughly evaluating the entire experience.

When I was shopping for a car, I visited Autoway Cadillac. David Miles is my salesman. I was very impressed with the entire experience, all the staff were very friendly and pleasant. Management staff were all so helpful and pleasant, willing to go the extra mile whenever the need arose. David was absolutely brilliant, extremely knowledgeable about all vehicles in stock, and found just the right car for me. The finance officer, Donna, who assisted me with all of my paperwork, was extremely proficient and knowledgeable about the entire process, which made it a very painless experience. Ronnie, the service writer, also helped me with my post sales visits, made sure the appointments were made for follow up visits, called to remind me, ensuring that the appointment was totally convenient for my schedule. Ronnie is the tops! Also,the service staff go the extra mile to make sure that your vehicle is cared for and stays clean during your visit. Overall, I would recommend Autoway Cadillac to all my friends--they treat you like family, every single visit!

Bruce was a saleman that when I was looking for a car he was not pushy in trying to sell me a car...he let me look and when I had questions he was there for me. Once our purchase was complete he followed up with us on how we liked our car. When we serviced the auto Bruce was always there to say "HI" if there's anything I can do for you just let me know....Bruce never ended that sale..Bruce always left the door open even if it where just to say "HI". Just stopped to look, we were about to leave and Bruce came over to ask us if we were helped, we said we were just looking , because we needed to sell our 30ft travel tailer in Michigan first, then we would be interested in a good used suv. He asked us to come in and he would look some up for us. But he wanted to show us one he had in the showroom. It was a beautiful silver 2007 SRX and looked great. We both fell in love with it AND bought it. Bruce was great too.

The personnel at this dealership are friendly, easy to work with, and seem to be genuinely interested in my satisfaction with the car, the service, the price, the warranties and in other wordds, the whole package.My sales guy is Dave Miles and over the years and several cars, we are pretty familiar with family doings, grandchildren and the like. He calls when he has the car that meets all my criterion, then helps to make the purchase an easy and painless exercise. Alfredo is my Service Writer and he is always easy to work with, concerned that as a single woman, my car is in perfect mechanical condition, eliminating potential problems on the road.All together, this is a good group of folks whose purpose is to facilitate my having what I chose to drive with the least amount of fuss and bother. Most dealerships I have visited in the past have nothing but pushy sales people. They take your keys for an evaluation of your trade in, and don't give them back till they hound you to death. Tracy can find the right car for you with her eyes closed and makes sure you always leave and return as a happy customer. She is truely a professional that has mastered if you leave happy then you will come back for more cars and I have.. for SEVERAL and my friends too. Don has a handle on what a high maintenance customer is with a really nice purse but makes the deal happen. In the end you must be trusted near my purse. Then you have Paul who remembers I'm a return customer and see's me at the community store and treats me to breakfast. At the end of the day it's about customer service and this is a TEAM I TRUST!

First of all the dealership is spotless clean in and out. Tracy was my sales person, she is outstanding, she knows what she's talking about, she guides you through the process, and she's not running to the manager everytime I ask her a question, (I hate when sales people do that). I'm from Brooklyn NY and I will be the first to say we are an impatient bunch. At no point in this deal did I feel like I was getting scammed. If I did feel that way, well I would have just went somewhere else, which was a common thing when I was making a car purchase in NY. Anyway...Tracy is a sharp lady and it was a pleasure working with her. Then there's Barbara, the customer service manager, what ever was not right or questionable she fixed it, no questions asked, another professional. I just felt that these people go above and beyond. And I do not want to leave Jeremy, the service advisor out of this review. This guy is unbelievable, you see this is the guy you deal with when all the sales smoke clears. Jeremy knows his stuff, anything I ask for bang it's done, he does not have a negative drop of attitude running through his veins, possitive attitude all the way. And one thing that he does thats really cool is that everytime I pick up my car it's washed!! are you kidding me, who does this? Jeremy does. It's like a sitcom on TV and all the characters just meld perfectly, you remove one and the whole thing falls apart. No baloney, if your looking for a Caddy, go see these guys, it's a pleasant experience.

Overall I had a good experience with my purchase of a used 2011 CTS and I would buy from them in the future. However in the future I would spend more time going over the verious accessories that were already on the car. We recently bought our SRX with Tracy as our saleswoman. Having dealt with her in the past, we know she is very knowlegeable, professional, friendly and sells cars without pressure. My husband and I started the process of looking for a Cadillace CTS months before our actual purchase date. Bruce Pileggi is THE best car salesperson I have ever encountered. He did not give up on us although my husband took a very long time coming to a decision to actually sign the papers. Bruce is persistant but never bothersome and truly pays close attention to the buyer's preferences and "must haves" in a vehicle. He doesn't try to "sell" a customer, he "accomodates" a customer's needs, and does this respectfully and with finesse. We recently attended a breakfast for new car owners at Autoway, Port Richey, FL. As always, we were greeted with friendly smiles, conversation with employees we have come to know, and the utmost professionalism in the Service Department. Recently I had an intermittant GPS unit which was part of the Center Console. Every time I went in it worked fine. When I went on a trip, it lost memory. Ronnie the Service Manager and two technicians stayed with the problem until they repaired it, late in the evening. They have to replace the center console. When I come into the dealer, I am greated and the car is taken car of.

My wife and I were riding by and she has been talking about a Cadillac for a long time.So we stopped in to look at what they had on the lot.Tony came over and ask if he could help and then left us alone to look around.I really like when they give you a chance to look without being jumped on.Then Tony came back and answered all our questions.My wife still wasn't sure so Tony invited us to test drive the car she was looking at.After that we came back to the dealership { the cleanest place I have ever seen ] and we started talkind while they looked over her car.She still wasn't sure.She had a price and payment already in mind and their were a few things she wanted that weren't on this car.Tony went and got Gary to see if they could make her happy.After many trips to back and forth we were close to a deal when she noticed the car didn't have a garage door opener built into the console.Gary went back again and returned with a deal for her.They are having a factory installed opener installed in the car she wants at no charge.Thanks to Tony and Gary she got the car she wanted at the price she was happy with and equipted the way she wanted.I have been to a lot of dealerships in my life but this was with out a doubt the best.Tony and Gary treated us like old friends.If your looking for a car you have to meet these guys they are great.Tony even took the time to drive me home while she finished up the paper work as I had things to do.I would highly recomend AutoWay Cadillac on 19 Port Richey FL to anyone looking for a grear deal with great people.Thanks Again Tony and Gary for a really fun experence.Terry & Eve Bonomo

My dad has been doing business with this location for a number of years, and when it was time for us to upgrade from our Honda to a Cadillac, there was no other place for us to go. I stopped at Autoway for advice n repairing the stains on my new SRX resulting from a week-end trip to Ft. Lauderdale. Upon arrival I was greeted by David Miles and Gary Choquette. He is personable and extremely competent in spite of being very busy at all times. During this visit, I got an oil change and had a computer module updated. Frank Rodelli and his knowledgeable staff has taken care of our 2003 CTS since we purchased it pre owned in 2005.We were always impressed with the speed in which he would diagnose the problem and have it repaired. Often we were able to wait and our car was returned within an hour or so. When ever we would have to leave our car for a longer or overnight stay Frank would always have a loaner car ready for us or have started the paper work. Several times when a repair was needed that involved a decision on what would be needed to get the job done Frank would call us first and give us options and give us time to decide which way to go. we like that in Frank, he never pushes us to decide immediately and he always lets us know when safety should be involved in making our decision. We have been a customer for over 5 years and we will continue to use Autoway Cadillac and our favorite Service Advisor Frank Rodelli in the future.

I have taken my SUV to Auto Way Cadillac in Port Richey for service and maintenance on 3 different occasions. This dealership and service department exceeded my expectations on each visit. I have owned BMWs in the past and those dealerships can't hold a candle to the service department at Auto Way Cadillac. From the minute you walk in, it's apparent that it's different. Each time they have had an enormous breakfast spread with fresh coffee, donuts, bagels, drinks, etc. It is sparkling clean and all employees are professionally dressed and friendly. I can't tell you how many times an employee has come up to me and asked if I need anything and if I'm doing okay. What a difference that makes!The real difference however is Ronnie Flynn. She is by far THE best service person that I have ever that the pleasure and privilege of dealing with. She is personable, knowledgeable, informative and delivers what she promises. How fortunate for Auto Way to have such a valued employee! It's so nice to walk into a business where the front person who welcomes you is someone like Ronnie. This is definitely a case where the front line affects the bottom line. She is definitely an asset to this dealership and as long as Ronnie is working there, I will continue to be a customer. In my opinion, she IS the service department at Auto Way Cadillac and should be running the service department.

I took my Cadillac in for service on a Saturday due to having an issue with the key not working correctly in the ignition and also the airbag light was displayed. Ronnie explained in details why these issues were happening as well as how it would be repaired. Ronnie was extremely professional and friendly. Frank has been my service advisor since I bought the car there almost 6 years ago. He is friendly and takes a genuine interest on what service is needed and listens as you describe any problems with the car. I have to say I trust Frank and the service team at Autoway Cadillac as to what service I need and when for my car.In fact the entire service area is friendly and are always willing to help. I remember one time my wife brought the car for a tire problem and Frank wasn't there. The rest of the service advisors fixed the tire and said - "don't worry about it - when Frank is in he will call me (which he did)". To me that is very important - my wife comes in with a problem - it is fixed - and we settled up later. You really don't see that anymore.

My SUV had a recall type issue - AutoWay Cadillac in Port Richey was the closest dealership I cold take my vehicle to, I was leary that this (as most) dealerships might take advantage of my needing to bring my vehicle in to see if it needed this small repair work done, however, I was not pressured by the representative who took care of me and the minor work was done (and very quickly) while I waited in their comfortable waiting area. Mr. Crespo the representative who took care of me from start to finish was exceptionally professional. If my vehicle needs service I will definitely take it back to him personally - it is nice to have a person you can trust and as well a service dealer who dose quality work.

Probably one of the best car buying experiences I had ever had. Everyone that I came across was more than happy to direct me or just say "Hi". The selection of color and equiptmnet was good and with Ken's expertise on the product, and the time spent, we found the right combination.The pricing and negotiating was very refreshing as it was presented in writingincluding all the fees and registration on one easy to understand form. We were a little surprised as to our trade value (isn't everyone) but we were able to talk andwork through the numbers effortlessly. In early July 2010, I purchased a used 2009 Toyota Camry hybrid from Autoway Cadillac. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the price we negotiated was very fair. This was mostly a long-distance transaction due to me being in San Antonio, Texas and the dealership is located in Port Richey, Florida However, when the car arrived, I later learned it had been smoked in (disguised) and had the hood repainted. These items were NOT disclosed to me when I bought the car. If you are considering a purchase from Autoway Cadillac, I STRONGLY urge you have the car inspected, or you inspect it yourself in person. The fact that the car I purchased over the phone had been smoked in and had previous paint repair that was not disclosed to me is the sole reason for not giving this dealer a better rating.
