Yoshi and Alexis were the guys who helped me buy my suburban. I'd been talking to Yoshi for months trying to find the right car. He was very patient with me. Finally the right car came up and we were able to get a good deal. Great group of people here. The manager was very professional , came up and introduced himself, and made the deal we needed to get the car. Everyone was very helpful and stayed late to do the paperwork even after the place officially closed for the night. My experience was very positive.

I had a great experience purchasing from Autonation Chevrolet Airport. Jon Grant kept me up to speed on a car I was watching through its transit for nearly 45 days. He offered his time even before the vehicle arrived for test driving comparable vehicles just to make sure I really liked the vehicle I was waiting on. He also searched high and low trying to find me just what I wanted. He’s laid back and easy to work with and doesn’t make you feel pressured in anyway which is saying a lot. Todd in finance got to me as quickly worked with me to make sure I was meeting my financing goals. A pretty seamless process as far as a car purchase goes. Thanks!

We were in the area and my husband was looking for a new truck. They had a 2013 Ford F 150 with an eco boost my husband really liked it. Our salesperson was understanding we weren't able to take the truck home that day cause we were in the process of buying a house. After we closed my husband contacted him told him we will be up to finish the deal. He was a bit pushy on the time and asked us if we could get there in less then an hour.. we live an hour away from Orlando okay.. so it wasn't like a hop skip and jump away.. we get there and our salesperson helped us out for like 5 minutes and told us he was leaving due to college okay no problem. Then it dawned on us we didn't get to see the car fax.. my husband asked the saleswoman that was taking place of our sales guy if we could see the car fax.. and there was absolutely NO service history done on this vehicle.. and my husband worked on cars all his life and makes sure there's a book he can record everything he does to his trucks.. so seeing no service history was very scary for him.. on top of an open recall not being taken care of (we had no idea that was even a thing but we are from a different state so they obviously do things differently), anyway the reason I'm giving such a poor star grade is because they completely BOTCHED mine and my husband's credit scores.. no buying the house didn't do it good BUT they ran our scores so many times my credit score dropped significantly, and it took over half an hour, by that time seeing the no service history we cleaned our hands with that and just walked out. Do I recommend our salesperson? Sure if I can remember his name. Do I recommend buying a vehicle from them? Sure why not, just be prepared for your credit score to get botched from them running it so many times just to get a sale 🤷🏼‍♀️

I honestly can't say enough about this outfit and these two guys, Alex was my sales rep and Manny brought in and drove home my financing package, which by the way was 9 points under everyone else that approved me. Manny even took an extra hour to bring me up to speed on how to advance my credit score and revolving credit line. Alex worked tirelessly to source out and locate the specific vehicle to fit my needs and bank qualification criteria. Once located, the vehicle was delivered to the airport Auto Nation location within 3 hours of ordering it and WOW, perfectly as described.Not a drop of funny stuff, bait and switch or fluffed up price tag. I have been brining my car here for more than five years and I everyone has always been respectfully and so friendly. My car is always left it great shape. I would highly recommend this location and especially Cristina Luna in the service department who is the person who always take care of me and my cars needs. She always makes sure I am satisfied with the service and works with me to make service needs fast and easy. Amazing customer service had the most relaxed buying experience I've had at buying a new vehicle. The sales associate Michael was very knowledgeable and charismatic. This was the first time I had ordered a vehicle. They said it would take 6-8 weeks and it only took 5 weeks. Everything so far about my truck is good. The dealership and I bumped heads a couple of times getting the details set in stone, but overall is was a good experience. This is my 2nd vehicle I have bought from AutoNation Airport. The interest rates were high for my vehicle and I was going to get a car loan direct from a bank, but the dealership matched the bank's rate, which was much lower than what they offered. So I was very pleased about that, because it saved my an extra trip to the bank.

Called for a service and full detail, they had a cancellation and I could get right in if I was there in about 40 minutes which worked great. I also was shopping for tires and Steve convinced me it was a fair deal and honored my coupons for getting them at the dealership. I find this location to be efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and do great work especially on the detailing. Even though not near my house I would rather drive 30-45 min versus other facilities I've tried nearby. Nice professional facilities as well!

I experienced very poor service on Friday, 11-13-15. Arriving on time for my 9:30 AM appointment for an oil change and recall notice for my 2014 Corvette Stingray, I was greeted by my service advisor and advised he would have me out of there shortly. After 1.5 hours my service advisor approached me in the waiting room and told me that they were "really backed up" and asked if they could take me home and pick me up at day's end when my car is ready. I told him that would not work because I had a full day of other things to do and if he could provide me with a loaner car. The advisor stated he could not provide me a loaner. At this point I asked for my car. The service manager then approached me to apologize and asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I stated I did not want to reschedule and how disappointed I was, being that I have purchased 2 Corvettes from this dealership and have been a loyal service customer for both cars since 2007. There are other Chevy dealerships in Central Florida and it looks like I will take my service business and all future purchases elsewhere. I have not received any calls from upper management so I will assume that my business and loyalty is not valued.

This was the WORST experience and WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Sunday, I take my Infiniti G37 hard top convertible to Autonation Chevy Airport in order to test drive a 4Runner and have my car looked at for trade in value. I was told "The sales manager will test drive your car and drive it around the lot while we test the 4Runner." Nothing was said about testing the top. When we came back, the Sales manager, Denise, said, "I put the top down but it wouldn't go back up." We left the dealership and brought the car to Infiniti the next day to find out there was a blanket jamming the top mechanism. Essentially, Denise hadn't checked the trunk for debris and the top was now malfunctioning. Infiniti charged $160 for the diagnostics. After several phone conversations with Autonation, that went nowhere, we went to the site and had a conversation with the GM. This man, Younes Bougrine, was so awful to us. He admitted fault but states that Denise was his most valued employee. I had to ask him to lower his voice, he continually interrupted me, and he dismissed our request for Autonation to cover the diagnostic fee. There are more examples of his arrogance and pure lack of consideration for customer satisfaction that I won't even bother to type here. Again, I will state plainly, this was the MOST AWFUL experience with customer service of my life! IF you choose to give these people your money, you are making a HUGE mistake!

I have recently moved to Florida and needed a car. I was initially thinking of getting a used car so I came in to check out the offerings. Jeffrey Rivas was my sales person. He was really nice. We went through the used options and he also introduced me to the Chevy Spark, a relatively inexpensive new car. I did not think that I would be able to get financing on a new car but he suggested I could try since he had thought the same thing about himself but had been able to. We went out for the test drive and I really liked the car and all of its features and it turned out that I was able to get financed. Anyway, I love my new Chevy Spark and am so happy with it. I also am really happy with Jeffrey's service because I was overwhelmed with getting a car but he guided me through the whole process while being totally personable and not at all pushy. I think I had a preconceived idea that car sales men are dishonest but I found him to be completely down to earth and likable. If I was going to buy a car again, I would definitely want him to be my salesperson. I also really appreciated the help of the man who did the financing though I forget his name. Lastly, I thought that the walk through the store for the blue bucket gifts was fun and a nice way to end the experience.

We bought our Suburban here in Orlando in 2007. We have always been treated with courtesy. The service department is helpful when you do things to your truck like try to back out of your garage with your back door up, Or swiping off the rear view mirror as you back out of the garage. I can't say enough good things about my Service Adviser Dewell. They treat me and my car with respect, they keep me updated regarding progress and eta of delivery and always get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I strongly recommend considering the team over at AutoNation Chevrolet Airport for your service needs. I am confident that the rest of the advisers are equally as competent as Dewell, so regardless of which one you work with, you will be in good hands. I am very particular about my 2013 Volt. With that being said, I know that when she goes in for a check up or a minor fix (The Volt is very low maintenance), she is in good hands. This most recent visit I saw that they did detailing and car washes too. Prior to this I usually took her to Images Car Wash on Colonial (they are very good), but do to a time constraint, I decided to give them a shot. I chose the least expensive full service option $19.99. I must say....I was very very happy. So much so that AutoNation Chevrolet Airport is now my detailing spot. I bought a spark back in January and have taken it back 3 times because the way it drives does not feel normal. First time I went there they told me was normal second time I went there I actually asked for someone to Test drive it with me and Greg the technician told some of what it did was normal but the jerking, stalling or pulling when driving at low speeds wasn't so he did an update in the transmission and stated that within 100 miles the car should feel better did not happen to get back a third time and supposedly they contacted GM and stated it was normal. Still jerking and stalling now waiting on a response to see if the company decides to refund me for my car for something they want to say it's "normal"

From the time I drove up, I was greeted Beshoy. Told him what I was looking for, did the test drive. Got back talked about the figures, and came to an agreement. During the buying process the entire staff made us feel like family. Asked us if we needed anything. After everything was done I was able to drive my new car home. First time buying a new car and it was my sales persons, John-Eric's first sale. He did great! He was very honest and down to earth and did not try to sell me something I did not want, I came in wanting a very specific model, ended up getting more for my money in the end. There was also very little negotiating needed, because the sales manager produced a price and payment in my range the first go around, I was very pleased about that. The really only downside were a few things, it took close to 2 hours to close the sale because they only had 1 finance representative, so it was a little annoying, but not the worst. Also, before you leave they have you set up your first vehicle diagnostic with OnStar, I get home, read the email it sends me and it reveals my tire pressure was 8 LBS under-inflated right off the lot, again, a little annoying but not awful. I brought the vehicle back the next day (they were filled with nitrogen, I could not fill them up myself) and John-Eric and Ashaar (?) took care of that situation very quickly, no questions asked. Overall, I'm pleased!

I took my car with a hybrid problem only , when I picked the AC wasn't working. Few weeks later I took it again because I shows that there is a problem with the hybrid again. I brought on Monday, nobody call me nothing. So I when to the dealer on Wednesday and they said there is a problem with the transmission pump. Once again the car got into the dealer just with a light showing that there was a problem with the hybrid , now the steering wheel is shaking a lot, I can't drive the car. I spoke with the manager from the service department and all he said is that they don't touch nothing. So can somebody explain to me, how did they check the damage if they don't touch nothing, and why the car got worst . The mechanics from that dealer are not professionals because if they have to damage something else in order to check the damage is not fair for the customer. Nobody wants to help me, all I want is my car like it was at the moment I left with them. THE STEERING WHEEL WASN'T SHAKING.

My son is leaving for Air Force flight school and needed a small car for his wife to get around base. Looking over a used Mazda 2 that seemed to have a decent price. This dealership puts on a $500 "paint protection", $300 "theft protection" and $700 "dealership fees". All non negotiable. That's their $1500 profit right off the top on a $12000 vehicle. They said the paint protection and theft protection is installed on all cars "no matter what" and is non-negotiable. Who would want to pay an additional $1500 for the privilege to buy a Chevy. UnAmerican trying to rip of our servicemen. Shame

Well things didn't go well there with my airbag, so I contacted AutoNation & I received a call back from Younes Bougrine & Ian McKenzie Service Department in regards of the situation my vehicle was having. I had been searching for a long time and Autonation Chevrolet Airport Orlando had exactly the truck I wanted. This dealer was incredibly helpful and professional as well as courteous throughout the entire process. At first i just went in to get some numbers and information. I was helped extensively by Rafael and Denise. While a dealers objective is to sell never do I feel wrongly "forced" or "Pushed" to make the purchase, but instead was dealt with patiently informed on many behalfs from the vehicle itself to the purchase numbers. After a few days of sleeping on it the sales Manager Denise kept in contact with myself as we dealed on behalf of numbers and the overall sale. Sales memeber Rafael was also very informative and helpful during those days. This teams customer service was so great I made my way back to the dealer which was about an hour from my house. I was able to reach a more than fair price and make the purchase on a brand new Silverado and left incredibly happy with the purchase and all those whom were a part of the deal. That is entire team went above and beyond my expectations. Sales member Rafael, Jose; sales manager Denise, and Finance manager Charlie were all extremely professional, helpful, and courteous. Pleasant sales people, no hassle to sell, interested in your needs and finding an automobile that could be the one you want to own. Dealership very clean, customer service top notch. My pet peeve is dealer fees and none accentual add on's that increases the purchase price. You have to haggle them down. I believe this should be the sales person job to ask if you want these extra options...that's his job to sell you. Not added on by the front managers desk and then they give you a price that all of sudden is several hundred dollars or more. But, you can deal with them, and if they can make a reasonable profit they will sell you a car.

Diagnostics were performed satisfactorily. Cost [parts & labor] for repair was disclosed. Once repairs were completed the final cost was $160 higher. When questioned the service rep did a little song & dance then reviewed his figures with the service manager and revised the figures back to what was originally quoted. This sort of "see what the customer will tolerate" is unnecessary and does not engender confidence in the dealership.

First let me start by saying, purchasing our truck was great. Our sales rep, Christian, was a pleasure to work with and the process of purchasing went as expected. This is not our first vehicle purchase, so we are aware of how the games are played and how the negotiation process works. Just this year we have purchased a 2010 Camaro SS from Carl Black of Orlando and a 93 Full Size Blazer as a restoration project for my husband, so this truck was to be our family get around vehicle. Because Christian was in training he was being assisted by the finance manager to "help" negotiate the price. I came in on a particular vehicle I found listed on their website that was discounted by over $8k, as I had a lot of negative equity and I wanted a vehicle that was going to help absorb that. When they pulled the vehicle from the lot the finance manager said "this cant be the right truck because look at the picture, its a base truck and this one has chrome handles, mirrors, foot rails and a bed liner". I said but your stock numbers match up and I came in to purchase this specific vehicle at your listed advertised price of $30,800. After trying to persuade us to other vehicles with leather, crew cab, 4x4 and even a diesel, they almost had us on the diesel, but while all the options are nice and I went back to the original truck because I have 2 kids to put in the back and plan on giving the truck to my daughter when she is able to drive. Leather and options are nice but kids will be kids and they are only going to tear up. The finance manager ran inside and returned stating "I am sorry I cannot give you this truck for our listed price, someone must have messed up, but I will let it go for $31,375." Negotiations back and forth I met him in the middle at $31k. I even signed the Will take today form and adjusted it from the $31,325 at 7+% they had shown to $31k and a 2.99%. Once in financing things fell apart. The Finance Manager explained he still couldnt give me the truck for $31k but that he was going to give me something even better to make up the difference. We agreed to move forward with financing when we found out it was a 3 yr Tire and Wheel protection plan. After hearing the interest rate of 6.99 at $850 a month they were offering thru 3rd party lenders, I called my credit union and obtained a 2.79. My credit union faxed over the approval and asked for the bottom line out the door price as this is what they were going to be cutting the check for, less my trade ins. The finance manager grabbed his calculator and said bottom line price is $29,211.22. My old loan was with my credit union so they were handling the payoff internally and informed me that the truck transaction needed to be handled as if it was a cash transaction and my vehicles were free and clear titles in hand. He said something was wrong and he would prefer if I did in-house financing. Why would I want to do in house financing at $850 a month when Navy Federal gave it to me at $629. Looking at the Retail Purchase Agreement the selling price shows was $35,274.52, I questioned this he explained that it was 35,274.52 plus our appearance protection, Theft Protection, Tire and Wheel Protection and the Convenience Package my bottom line was $38,570.52. They were discounting the truck by $8k and after their dealer fee, the FL battery fee, tire and Elec filing Tag fee I was getting the truck for the agreed amount of $31,375.72. $25 difference of what was agreed upon but ok lets keep moving. After tax tag and county taxes total came to $33,461.22. They applied a rebate of $4,250 which brought me down to the $29,211.22. Less my trade ins of $8k brings the check they needed at $21,211.22. Ok great. We took delivery at midnight and did not see that the truck got damaged in detail, the dealership fixed this with no problems, even gave me another tank full of gas for the inconvenience. I was on cloud nine, nice truck, great deal, showed it off to my family, friends, co-worker and referring everyone I knew over to AutoNation Chevrolet Airport. I took delivery on my truck on Aug 10th, on Aug 22nd, the same Finance Manager called me to say he needed the contact number to Navy Federal and my account information because the numbers dont match up. Well how can this be I asked, he said he was off by $8k. The bottom line said $29,211.22 and our check was only for $21,211.73. Sounds like you are not taking into consideration my trade ins. Told him to figure it out and call me back. I called Navy Fed who went over the Retail Purchase Agreement line by line with me and they said I had nothing to worry about, even verified that the dealership cashed the check on Aug 15th. Never heard back from the Finance Manager so I assumed they must have figured it out. UNTIL LAST NIGHT. I had another manager call me and demand that I come in and a lady by the name of Charlie Alvarado called and said that if I didnt come back in and re-sign that they were going to send the hook for my truck. When I called my credit union and put them on speaker phone they also informed them that I was right and to stand my ground. They were not going to be getting any additional monies for the truck. This is when things got extremely emotional. With my 2 kids in the office with Mr. Cardova informed me that As soon as you leave this lot, I want to let you know what you can expect, I am going to call the cops and report the truck stolen, you have a beautiful family and they are going to watch you be arrested for grand theft Mrs. XXXXX and a felony is nothing to joke about. We will also call our attorneys who are not cheap and prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law. At this point I begin to call my attorney, and its after 9pm at this point and my husband told me to simply call the cops instead. If we are going to report it stolen, we might as well do it right now while its still on the lot. The 911 operator informed me that as long as we are current on our payments they cannot repo my truck, especially because they are not the lien holder, Navy Federal Credit Union is. We had Sergeant Joe Capece of the City of Orlando Police Department come out and inform us that this is all a civil matter and that because the truck is in our name they cant report it stolen, and because they are not the lien holder they cannot legally repo the vehicle and we are free to go. Our cloud nine was quickly ripped out from underneath us. I have never been so insulted in my whole life. As previously stated I have purchased numerous chevys including a S10 in 2002, a Cavalier in 2003, numerous K10 ranging from a 1976 to a 1984, and currently own a 2010 Camaro SS, a 93 Blazer and our 2014 Silverado. While I know this isnt a direct action of Chevrolet, the actions, threats and unprofessionalism presented by this dealership has put a bad taste in our mouth, and I am not looking forward to the months ahead. I have put money in escrow with my attorney because if any of Mr. Cardovas threats are true, I am going to be having extremely high attorneys bills here in the near future for a mistake that his dealership did. Cashing the check is acceptance of the contract and threatening a family to have their mom arrested for Grand Theft is in no way a good practice or a smart way to have a customer work with you to correct the error.

This is the second time purchasing a car at Autonation Airport Chevrolet, both times with a trade in. The sales personnel were fantastic, no-pressure, no-nonsense, relaxed, and always very courteous. Denise coordinated sales both times with Ziad the second time. Both were marvelous and a joy to work with. The prices are very, very competitive and trade in values equitable. The car selection is excellent and internet viewing allows one to do a lot of "looking" before arriving at the dealership. The entire process was smooth, from the test drive to driving off the lot. This is the way to purchase cars. If you're in the market for a Chevy, I highly recommend them.

Took my car to the Lee Vista Blvd service department twice because my car wouldn't start after turning it over 6-7 times. First time I'm told it was because if a corroded battery terminal and today I'm told they can't find anything wrong. So I guess just making it up?? Turning it over off and on for almost 3 hours isn't going to tell you what's wrong with it !!!! They say can you leave it with me over night. I say no because I need two vehicles and can't afford to pay for a Lease and I'm told their is nothing I can do for you then!!! Let me start off by saying our salesman was excellent. He was courteous, patient and genuinely there to assist us instead of just "trying to get us to spend money.". HOWEVER, the sales department itself is BEYOD unprofessional. We spent about two hours at this dealership, test driving the car, talking about it, negotiating the car price, going over the price breakdown (which involved getting rid of meaning extra unneeded charges) and ultimately coming very close to signing the paper right then. Our sales rep knew we were 90% certain we were going to buy this car. My mother told him to give us a little talking time, she wanted to make sure this was the one I wanted and wasn't questioning any others. About 15 minutes later she walked back inside to find our sales rep and get the process started. About two minutes later she walked out to inform me that the car had been sold. Little did we know, another sales rep that had shown the car a previous day, had called their customer to inform them the car was being shown and we were thinking about buying it. The woman had gotten there halfway through our negotiation process and quickly sat down with her sales rep and started the paperwork the second we walked outside to talk for a few minutes. NOW, I understand without some sort of deposit, the car is in no way secure. That woman had every right to that car. However, it was very unprofessional and rude for them to not even inform us that there was another buyer present and that even stepping foot outside without putting down some sort of deposit would make her eligible for the car that second.

My visits at Chevrolet at the Airport is always very nice and so are the people at the Service Dept. No complains, however General Motors, as far as I am concern does not stand behig their products, last call I received on 9/12/13 from someone called Darlene was totally useless, finally telling me she will be closing my case. This car is already pass the 5,000 miles, required for a better mileage, however still only makes 20 miles to the gallon (false advertizing) In conclusion, still I'm not happy with my 2011 Aveo!!!!! (and please don't blame Auto Nation Chevrolet by the Airport), I've been dealing with them for years and never have any complains.Another call from GM will be appreciated

Gave us the wrong car, didn't do paperwork correctly.....a big mess! Clearly the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Still trying to get things sorted our after 2 months. Beware, and stay away from this dealership!!!

Denise was awesome to work with - she went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the car that day. I had an awful experience at a car dealership the night before and when I came home , I saw the Equinox online .Denise has reached out to me the next day. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the car. Both Denise and Favio (in the finance department) stayed until 11:45pm at night with me until the process was finished and I was able to take home my new Equinox. The service department was below poor but that was the lowest score they had. Made an appointment early on Sunday to have my car serviced, I explained to the lady I had the FMMP (the free service package I BOUGHT with my car that comes from Chevrolet). She told me to just bring in my FMMP info and the service will be covered. Sunday morning came, I parked my car in the service bay and asked if that is where I should leave it for service, the man who greeted me (which I later found out was the manager of the Service department) responded with "I am the only one here, what do you want?" I explained to the man I made an appointment to get service done since my FMMP emailed me and just said i need to come in for service, but did not say what. The manager got my paper work (which had the wrong model of car on it) and proceeded to ask me what service had been done on the car. I told him I bought the car used, so I was unsure. He then responded with "Oh, well let me call the dealer you bought the car from" (which was New Smyrna Chevy which was an amazing experience) "and talk to them." I was unsure of why he was calling but I said ok and waited. He made a few phone calls then came back and said they were not open til 11, so I had to pay for the services (of which were still undetermined). I told him that no one told me on the phone I had to come in to Courtesy Chevrolet when New Symrna Chevy was open so they could call about my FMMP. The manager of service then replied with "Well I can't just give you a free oil change." Since I was already having issues, and he seemed very unprofessional and rude, I asked him who the manager was and if I could talk to them. He then replied with "I am the manager, you're talking to him." So when I asked who was above him he gave me a quick name and said "but he is not here." So I asked the man for a phone number that I could call. He pointed to a sign then started to walk away from me. I then said "Excuse me, can you show a little customer service and at least write it down for me?" He then scribbled the name David Vega and walked away. I wish I would have caught the managers name, but I was so shocked at the rude and unprofessional manner of this man that I never caught it. Of course, the dealership does not have any names posted on its website, and with good reason. I'm sure they get enough complaints that they don't want people to know who they are. But if you go on New Smyrna Chevy's website, they have pictures and names of all the staff. I have left a message for Mr. Vega, I will update with his response.

I would not recommend this dealership. I had a great sales experience, the sales team was fantastic but the service department is terrible. Since buying my Camaro a year ago I have not had pleasant experience. If you are looking to buy the car but not have it serviced there I would reccommend but the service department is terrible with the exception of Steve Barton. I would tell you the only way to get your car serviced here if he was your advisor otherwise buyer beware! I love my car, I love chevy's but you may want to look into better dealerships who have a better service department and customer relations team.

*************DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONCE YOU BUY THE VEHICLE!!!! Wow! I am fuming mad right now because I am trying to simply collect a refund from the extended warranty on the vehicle I purchased from them a year ago. I just sold it and I'm going to use it to put a down payment on another vehicle. I have been trying for the last 3 days to get a quote from them for the amount expected back and they keep telling me they will call me back in an hour and never do. The finance manager along with her staff is completely and utterly incompetent and does not care about the customer. Additionally, back a week or so ago I asked a lady (I don't remember her name) over the phone, who works in the service department, about window tinting and she told me she had no idea what days the guy who performed the service was there and told me to come in and ask one of the guys that works in the garage....ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Since she works there I guess it is too much for her to get off her ass and walk around the corner and ask. I haven't been this frustrated since I had to deal with Dell's customer service over the phone in India. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONCE YOU BUY THE VEHICLE!!!!*************

I was on the search for a specific used car and even thOugh the car was not on the lot my first visit the guys at the dealership where able to find the exact car I was looking for within a couple of days. Everyone was extremely nice and they even introduced me to the gm of the dealership which assured me they would find my car. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Was told I didn't know what I was talking about. They said their tech "just returned from school", but he knew NOTHING about the fluid that is now required for a diesel. Don't want ANYONE at this dealership touching my vehicles!!! Was treated like an idiot that couldn't count! As it turned out, I knew MUCH more than they did about the diesel fluids. Also, the manager is an outright liar, which I have emails that prove that.

the employees at this dealership were great. they were never pushy nor did they make me feel like i was being pressured into any thing. every one there was extreamly friendly and took great care of me. the whole process went so smoothly i all most cant believe it.they worked very hard to give me what i wanted and at a great price. i actually wen't there looking for a camero and left there in an unbelievably good shape used corvette. thanks to every body at courtesy chevrolet at the airport in orlando for helping me achieve a goal i thought would never come true. i am now the proud owner of a 2005 c6 corvette because of the guys there. i would recomend this dealership to any body looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

I have bought many cars in my 58 years, but I have never bought from such a customer friendly dealer.The salesman was low key and willing to work with us to find something we could afford. Jack was a superior representative for Chevy who went out of his way to make the deal. He followed up and really cared about the future of his customer and our relationship with Chevy. I am a female and have had some very bad experiences with car purchases. This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had. Courtesy Chev. certainly lives up to their name. I feel that we both won on the deal and will continue to be a loyal customer of this dealership.
