I purchased a Sierra Truck, but then returned it during the (3) day return period. I then purchased a different Sierra Truck, but also returned that Truck during the next (3) day return period. I then purchased a 3rd Sierra Truck, and kept that one. The Salesman along with the Finance Department were extremely cooperative and never made an issue out of my (2) returned vehicles. I highly recommend this Dealership for any new vehicle purchase.

We first became acquainted with Laurel Autonation because a good friend of my husband's, Carey Desmond worked in their service department, he has been working on our cars for a number of years. Then the worst happened, my husband became very ill and passed away this year. During this time that he was ill, we had to buy a car that would be more comfortable for my husband to ride in because my Saturn Vue was no longer comfortable for him. Jerry Butcher helped us with purchasing our car that my husband liked, and the sale went smoothly. After he died I went back to trade his car in and get a vehicle more practical for my needs and I got a Equinox, again Jerry helped me with a smooth sale and the perfect vehicle for me. I had my first oil change last week and was on a tight schedule and the amazing service team had me in and out in 1 hour, no worries about have to rush to my next appointment. Thank you everyone!

I was taken care of very well. The only thing that I had a problem with was that the salesperson knew what I could afford per month on my lease. I ended up paying more per month then I was planning on. In the future, I will make sure up front, before coming to the showroom that what I plan to pay per month doesn't go over my budget.

The service I received from AutoNation was fabulous. I bought the car in on a Saturday morning. They couldn't fix the problem immediately and because my car was still under full warranty, I was given a rental car until the parts came in and they were able to fix the issue. Nia was the service representative and did an excellent job greeting me and following up with me after I left the building. The whole experience was seamless and I will definitely go back to AutoNation if I encounter any additional problems with my car.

I had an engine light come on so I researched to see which dealership in my area had the Best Customer Service. Auto Nation in Laurel, Md. was said to have the best. So I called to make an appointment They told me they couldn't get me scheduled for 3 weeks. I thought this was quite a long time to get scheduled but I went ahead and scheduled it. Then when I got there, I left my vehicle with them, a few hrs. later they called and said the codes read a problem with a Diesel component and there Diesel mechanic was not expected in for a few days to address the problem. I would imagine that if I already filled out all of my basic info on my vehicle, they already new I had a diesel engine in my truck and with 3 weeks they could have scheduled the diesel truck service on the same day the diesel mechanic was scheduled to work? A month later, truck is back on the road. Seems like it could be a little better organized.

I brought my car in to have the ignition gear looked at because it was kept getting stuck. I was not able to move it into P, D, R, or N. Upon being checked, Tony Persaud, Service Consultant informed me that everything is ok. So far so good. I was more impressed that when I asked Tony to check my car remote he walked me to the parts counter and checked it, then changed it. I had come into the dealer a few months earlier about my remote and was told I needed to pay $200 for another one, however, it only needed a new battery which cost $9.34. I am grateful to Tony for assisting with getting a new battery and saving me a couple hundred dollars. However, I still need a battery for my other remote and hope when I go back to the parts department in Laurel, MD I will not encounter any problems. Thank you Tony Persaud for my recent experience and being of such great assistance, especially with the car remote!

i was schedule at 7:15 to get oil change,air filter replace not cabin filter,4 news tires and inspection done. i was told t will take 2hrs and i was waiting for my car well make a long story short i did not leave dealership until 3pm afternoon. they waited until the last minute the head lights that was on the car were after market and i fail the inspection because they were technically illegal to have on the car in md. i only had the car for 3 months. the wait times extremely long and came to the desk several time asking when my car will be finish, i was told twice two hrs and another 2 hrs turn into 4 hrs. the repairs & labor cost me 1,630.30 on this day proof. 8hrs wait when i was there at 7:15 on sept. 24, 2015. i will not becoming back to this dealership again my service advisor was darby ilidis thanks but no thanks next time advise me bring a sleeping bag i was the first was there every one came after me left before me i was the last one to leave. u lost this customer here.

Sales people were helpful and the price was very good. We reserved our car before it had even been delivered and inspected so they rushed to get it done and ready since we bought it the first day it arrived. There was a leak and the drivers side window controls did not move the passenger windows. This was all found a few days later. It was all fixed for free but somewhat of a hassle.

I took my wife's 2006 Trailblazer in for a door switch recall but also had them look at an electrical problem that was causing the battery to drain. They had the work done the next day. My only complaint is that I had to wait a couple of hours for their courtesy shuttle to take me home. Overall I am satisfied with the work performed and the treatment by the staff.

I was able to go online and determine a fair price. The salesperson simply asked what do I need to do to close the deal. He sent me the price including taxes and tags and with and without the 0% finance option. I told him which one I wanted and what vehicle and then when by and picked it up. We've been coming to Autonation for years but this last service experience was unique. We had a major repair on our Envoy which should have been pretty simple to address but the warranty company decided to drag this claim out for weeks. The representative was simply outstanding. He kept in contact with us about what was happening and exactly where they were in the process. I will go to this facility whenever I need "dealer required" service. Everyone from the service rep arranging my repair to the shuttle driver were very courteous and treated me as a valued customer. There were some issues with the original repair but they were very quick in getting the problem rectified. There was one issue with having a prolonged wait for the shuttle but I think it was more a timing challenge with the number of people being picked up around the same time. Not a complaint because many service shops don't even offer shuttle service. This will be my dealer shop of choice (at least for the foreseeable future.) There is another GM shop about six miles closer to me but I did not feel treated as an important customer there.

I have owned my Equinox now for 4 1/2 years and love it. It has only been serviced by Auto Nation Chevrolet in Laurel. Since I purchased the vehicle I moved to southern Maryland but still return to the dealership on a quarterly basis (or as needed) to have it serviced. The staff is friendly and it is an easy walk to other destinations. Sometimes (even with an appointment) I have to wait quite a while to get it serviced but I trust their technicians to do a good job.

I arrived at the service area drive up, Ellery Queen greeted me. I told him just a oil change. Ellery kept me abreast with what was going on with my vehicle. The wait time was exactly as he had stated to me. And he recommended another service to be performed. Which was the air filter needed to be change. He quoted price and I agreed to have it done. Flemmie Johnson Jr., the Finance Manager, looked very nice within the first 5 minutes into the process of buying a used SUV. He explained the process, the interest rate and the monthly installment. His demeanor changed the moment I declined signing up for The basic or Standard maintenance plan. He spent too much time to try to convince me why I have to take that maintenance plan. I told him that I do not want to sign up for any kind of protection. After all It is my SUV and my money. I chose not to take his plan. He avoided making eyes contact and stopped explaining in detail the content of the remaining paperwork. He was just pointing out to me where I need to sign and print my name. With too many paperwork to go through I do not have time to read everything before I signed. When I got home, I read everything and realized that He sneaked two protection plans in the paperwork that I do not want to sign up. I went back to him and tell him to remove those two protection plans. His first reaction was "I can't take it back, you already signed for it". He pointed out my signature on the contract and asked me that whose signature is this? I have to threating that If he doesn't remove those plans I was going to return the car and get my money back. At this point, He said let me see what I can do for you. After four (4) hours of waiting in the lounge, He finally fixed it. He was looking at his computer screen while he was handing over the final paperwork to me for signature. When leaving I said thank you. He didn't respond to me. He was just focus on the monitor. we didn't shake hands. My only comfort was my sales consultant Cindy Shaughnessy. She was very helpful during the process of choosing the SUV. She was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She helps me find the SUV that I would like for very long time.

I do like the negotiation about the coverage Powertrain Warranty. But most of them do not covered. It makes feel disappointed. As long as we can afford in whatever we can do! It is big difference than buying new cars with Warranty that covers everything. Well, it seems pretty cheaper than other expensive cars that need to be repaired.

I always have an excellent experience at the shop who has done major repairs on my car. I am the first and only owner of my vehicle since buying it new in 2004 and at 203,000 miles its still going! The only issue I have is communication or the lack of in some instances. For example, I had to call to get a status on my vehicle when I thought someone would have called me. AND, when I did call, the service agent asked if I was sure I brought it to your repairs/service shop. Ummm, I'm a repeat customer - Isn't there some system you can ask my name and find it in? Kinda made me feel nervous that my vehicle was gone.

Auto purchases ,for me, tend to be finding a way through the razzle dazzle to the salient issues. Cindy Shaughnesy at Autonation Laurel MD made the process not only efficient, investigating the components of the purchase ,but enjoyable as well. The coffee could be improved but learning all that was needed to make an informed decision as to whether this purchase is right for me could not have been better facilitated by Ms Shaunessy. At the completion of the busines I felt Cindy more of a welcome advisor than a sales person. I felt compelled to make it known that there still are bright spots in business and I feel Cindy Shaunessy is a bright spot that makes doing business a win win event.

My advisor was relieved a day after my vehicle was dropped off. Received a new one ASAP. She was great however my vehicle was kept for a week with getting a rental. But overall service and advisor was great. This is the 3rd or 4th time my vehicle has been serviced for the same problem. Burning oil too fast.

These company only replies to good reviews, which leads me to believe they don't care if a costumer is satisfied or not. This company should not be in business. At least I have seem others that reply and try to help unsatisfied costumers the best they can. I'll stay away from this one... what a shame!

When my son and I arrived at the service department...very closer to closing time, we were greeted by Derrick Prehn. We were then referred to Nia Livingston who became our service consultant. Nia was VERY professional and courteous at all times. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure that our service was completed in an extremely timely manner. Our car was ready 3 hours BEFORE she promised. She was in constant contact with me by phone advising me of every situation with our repair work. She notified us of recalls that we didn't even know we had. She also gave us recommendations for future needed service as well. The cashiers were friendly as well. This was my first time going to AutoNation and I had an excellent experience....mostly due to Nia Livingston's professionalism, pleasant attitude, care and concern to understand and meet the needs of her customers.

I received a phone call from the General Manager Mr. David Coyne and during that phone call , Mr. Coyne as with all other dealership managers insisted that he would give me the best pricing , the best trade value for my trade , and the best purchasing experience then any other dealership in my area. He told me to visit the dealership and meet with a Salesman by the name of Antoine Martin to work out a deal that would be pleasing to me ; Mr. Coyne guaranteed . Of course, constantly hearing that same line over and over from every dealership I was a bit reluctant to travel to Laurel Maryland to this dealership but there was something about Mr. Coynes' conversation and the tone of his voice rather compelled me to at least check out the dealership and I'm glad I did . Upon arrival , I was greeted with nothing but hospitality and professionalism from the front door, a meet and greet with Mr. David Coyne himself , to the salesman's desk , up to the time the deal was sealed !! I have to say , " It was the most enjoyable , friendly , and honest automobile purchasing experience I have had in a very very long time . I used the car buying service from my credit union to choose the car I wanted on a Thursday night. I knew exactly what I wanted becuase I've been looking at the car on the chevy.com web site for a long time. As soon as I clicked on the send button, my phone rang and it was AutoNation in Laurel. I was told they did not have the exact car with the color scheme I wanted but they were sure they could find it at one of their partner dealerships. I went the next day after work and Derek found my car in Delaware. The car was transported to Laurel on Monday and Tuesday after work I went for a test drive. They found the exact car with all the perks I wanted and the right colors. I did not have to compromise at all. I thought for sure I would have to give something up this late in the year. I wanted a manual transmission in a Cruze 2LT, and I wanted it in Blue with a black interior. The car had all the options I wanted and it only had 5 miles on the odometer. The service was fantastic, I cannot recommend Laurel AutoNation enough. We are a Chevy Family and you can bet we will continue to buy from AutoNation. In addition Lisa found a better loan than the one I had from my credit union by .5%.

I searched for months online and at a few dealerships for the perfect used car. I had a budget, but still wanted as many "bells and whistles" as I could get. My husband and I went to AutoNation because they had a car online that was close to what I really wanted. It turned out to be not a good match but Earl searched the inventory of all their dealerships. He found my dream car, with all the accessories I wanted in the color I wanted. He drove to the dealership in White Marsh, picked up my car and 2 hours later I was driving home a very happy woman.

I had my water pump go bad on my 2013 Malibu. It broke down on me in Beltsville Md.The closest Dealer was yours in Laurel.Not the dealership that I bought the car from , but that didn't matter to Phil in the Service Dept.He treated me like a regular customer and a friend. I had a very good experience with this dealer. One thing I hate about buying a car is being pressured, I didn't have that experience here. My salesman was Kyle Egert I hope I spelled it right he was very helpful I was also worried that my credit was bad and I won't be able to get a car that I wanted. They worked it out somehow, I'm so greatful to everyone that made it possible also got low interest rate for which I'm really very surprised. We could have purchased a car pretty much anywhere. We were in the market for a used late model SUV and through the USAA buying service, which AutoNation Buick GMC in Laurel is affiliated, it was a WIN-WIN! We found a 2013 GMC Terrain that we were very interested in looking at. We notified USAA that we wanted to test drive that vehicle and they contacted AutoNation. Within the half hour after we located that vehicle online, Keith Allen called us and set up an appointment for the next morning for us to see the vehicle. We were treated extremely well, the car was available for us to test drive, and he even told us take it out for a good long test to be sure. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, filing the paperwork was quick and easy while they prepared the car for delivery. Our salesman, Keith Allen has followed up with us since to ensure we are pleased with the vehicle. Would recommend AutoNation to anyone who is in the market for a used or new vehicle.

He did not try to over sell me on something that wasn't important to me. His knowledge of the vehicle (2014 Buick Enclave) really put me at ease. Especially the safety features. I brought my car in for a recall notice. I had been told on the phone that it would take 1 1/2 hours, so I had made the decision to wait while the repair was taking place. Upon arrival, I was told it was a 3 hour repair. Not having that much time, I turned to leave. The service department quickly made the decision to have 2 service technicians assigned to my car so that I would not have to reschedule. I was out in less than 1 1/2 hours! I have purchased two vehicles at Auto Nation Buick, GMC in Laurel, MD. The sales staff will go out of their way to get you the vehicle you want (our salesman drove to Salisbury, MD to get the Buick Enclave that we wanted). Financing was quick and painless. The service staff, especially Phillip DeLeonibus, has been excellent. When service is necessary it is done on time and it is done right. Overall this is a great dealership that I would recommend to anyone!

I traded in my 2008 GMC for a brand new 2014 GMC Yukon XL. AutoNation beat price of the other 3 dealerships, which I was considering, by at least $1,500. There was no pressure during entire buying process and sales personnel resolved all issues very quickly and without any stress. Facilities look brand new and are very comfortable. Buying a car from auto nation was the worst experience of my life. I trusted the staff of auto nation but my deal of pre owned certified 2013 Impala was bunch of lies, later car developed many problems but half of the problems were fixed but still the problems are there like shaking of the car, bad suspension, transmission is slipping. After speaking to general manager I was able to get time for a text drive by one of the best man in service department since my car was shaking and after the text drive he said the tires need road force test whereas the tires were new but he did not perform any test, I went to tire shop and he performed the text and the results were two of the rims were bent and nothing wrong with the tires. As far as slipping of transmission is concerned I was told if there is no check engine light than transmission is good and like wise suspension is also good as said by them. Please avoid going to Auto Nation to buy a car.

My experience with the Fox dealership and service shop has been nothing less than an awesome experience. Their persistent sales person Chuck Outen called me after I had done some internet shopping. He was persistent in that he did not want to rush through a presentation but want to discuss the wonderful features of the 2011 Lacrosse when I had time to really listen. Well, it was worth it. (One salesperson, at another dealership, wanted me to purchase the Lacrosse but never said why or explained the features of the car.) Mr. Outen knew all the "ins and outs" of the LACROSSE and explained them to me when we went or a test drive. Once the car was purchased I had a choice of using the FOX service shop or one closer to my home. Since all went well with the purchase, I thought I should stay with this dealership and I have not been sorry. The 30+ miles to the FOX service department has not been disappointing. Medrick Mills is the service-person that I call regarding appointments etc. He has been excellent. Mr. Mills even worked with my Mother (from SC) when she had a problem with her BUICK. The FOX dealership in Laurel, Maryland has been wonderful. And, the new service area is extremely nice. Overall the FOX dealership and service has been one that I would not trade to go to another dealership!!

My HHR will have to have its ignition fixed as part of the recall. Chevrolet sends me an email to coordinate with them so that when a solution is available I can have it done by a local dealer. I havent been notified as to which dealer will be doing the work. No work has been scheduled or performed. AutoNation Chevrolet Laurel sent me an email asking me to review their service. It reads in part: "We know you have options when servicing your Chevrolet HHR, and we appreciate that you chose us. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of how we do business. When customers write reviews, we gain valuable feedback and other customers have the opportunity to learn more about our business. In just a few words, you can help us improve our level of service and tell others how we did with your car servicing. Please take a moment to share your experience with us by visiting one or more of the review sites pictured to the right and below." What bothers me is not that its a form letter but that whoever sent it didnt check to see that work was done on my vehicle before sending it. It suggests they arent too concerned with quality control but a very concerned with getting reviews.

Being a petite female I was nervous about going to the dealership alone, but the entire team at AutoNation treated me fairly and with a high level of respect. Darryl was able to offer me the vehicle I wanted at a price that worked well for my budget. My entire experience was professional and it ran smoothly. Darryl had the vehicle parked out front of the building when I arrived, he gave me a thorough tour of the vehicle, he took me for a test drive, and then he explained the pricing with me and he even included the applicable incentives which helped to lower the price of the vehicle. Since buying my brand new GMC Terrain, Darryl has contacted me to follow up and see how things were going and if I needed any additional assistance. After doing our homework on the computer, we found exactly what we were looking for at AutoNation in Laurel. We purchased a 2013 Chevy Silverado crew cab. Prices were comparable, salesman knowledgeable and friendly, over-all experience was excellent. Felt they were honest and worked with us to get the best deal possible. Would definitely recommend this dealership. We purchased our last truck, a 1995 Chevy Silverado, from this location 19 years ago when it was Fox Cheverolet and couldn't believe we returned to again find they were the best dealership in the area to workl with.

It is the big lie that pre-owned certificate cars are being checked for 125 safety points since I got junk for the price of $17000.00 I had plenty of visits to service department to fix the problems. The worst dealership I had to deal with.

Bottom line... My wife and I had an awesome experience at AutoNation Chevrolet, Buick, GMC of Laurel. We came across the dealership while researching the 2014 GMC Acadia online. They had one with options and color that we were looking for. So we decided to make the 60 mile trip from Frederick, MD and didn't regret it. Our salesman, Kyle did everything to make us feel comfortable from the time we walked in the door. This was a far cry from the experience that we recently had at other dealerships. Kyle was friendly, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. He gave us all the time we needed without feeling pressured. Kyle took the time to walk us through the owner's manual and explained all of the interior features sitting in the car. He made sure that we were totally comfortable before we left the lot. Great, great, great customer service. We also have to commend the Sales Manager, Deniz for being pleasant and accommodating. Overall, it was a great customer experience and we cannot recommend Kyle and AutoNation Chevrolet, Buick, GMC of Laurel enough.

I have purchased at least 15 new cars over my lifetime. I believe this was the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Communication was open, honest, and timely. Our salesperson, Kyle Englert, was friendly, knowledgeable and always available. There was absolutely no pressure. The Impala we purchased has great styling and technology. All persons at the dealership, including the general manager and sales manager were friendly and accommodating. Upon taking delivery, we found the car in mint condition. We were aided by our salesperson in registering OnStar for any help we may need on the way to taking the car home. Again a superb buying experience. We will recommend Kyle Englert and the entire dealership to our family and friends.

After my last car, which I also purchased from Fox, I promised myself that even for the free oil changes, I would never again have my car serviced there because of the extremely long wait (once, I got there at around 8 a.m. and didn't get my car back until after 11 for an OIL CHANGE only!). So I was apprehensive about having the oil change on my new car done. But, I prepared myself for at least a 2-4 hour wait. I was very, very, VERY surprised when the CSR who wrote up my ticket said I would be out w/in an hour. I checked my watch, it was approx. 7:40 a.m. When I received my car back, it was 8:39! I'm impressed.

I purchased a 2008 Buick Enclave a few years ago. Part of my enjoyment of owning of this excellent family vehicle can be contributed to my experiences with the service department at Fox Buick GMC. The staff is very friendly, helpful and quite knowledgeable. Fortunately, I've needed service only a few times. But each time, my truck was serviced properly, timely and at very reasonable cost (post warranty). As a self-professed car guy, I've owned over 30 vehicles in my day and have a myriad of service experiences from plush to absolutely shady. All that said, I'd readily recommend this Fox dealership to anyone that I know.

I entered Fox with deep reservations. There is no way with my credit situation I would be approved! I just went because Cindy was the most positive, personable and persistent of all the dealership reps. to make contact. I was pleasantly greeted by staff which was very welcoming. Cindy was ready. She had done her research and was waiting with keys. When I told her I couldn't afford the monthly payments, she again reviewed the available options, persevering even after I lost hope and got up to leave. The financial guru, Michelle, she was working with was of like mind, and I left FOX with a 2013 Chevy, all my own! This is my third new car purchase. It has been the very best experience.
