Totally unethical. The absolute worst place to shop. I was told they had a specific vehicle on their lot by two different salesman. I drove for an hour, to find out they never had the vehicle. One of the sales reps even lied about him being the manager. I would never recommend this shady, unethical business to anyone.

We have purchased two new vehicles in the past four years, so we do have a xperience in new car purchases. We have never been treated so badly as we were at Auto Nation Chevrolet. To start with, we had an "appointment" to look at a specific truck. Our salesman immediately handed us off to another salesman. After cooling our heels for a long wait, our new guy shows up, offers us a cup of coffee and disappears for another extended period of time. He finally showed up and told us the truck we wanted to see was no longer available. We asked about another truck, he was going to search for it. Long story short, we spent close to 4 hours there, most of it waiting time with the salesman out of sight. Finally he was spotted out on the lot waiting on another customer. At that point we got up and walked out. A bit later he called to ask why we left, and just hung up on us as we were giving an explanation. Auto Nation should be embarrassed to have employees with such a poor customer service attitude.

The absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced from any business or "sales" people. I myself being a professional in sales and customer service was completely appalled at the way my wife and I were treated BY A SALES MANAGER (Chris)Story: We purchased a 2013 Equinox about 3 weeks ago to this post date. Everything went -okay- and we drove it off the lot. About half way home I realize we forgot to pull the license plates off the trade in (usually they do this for you, dont count on it!) so we made a quick phonecall to assure that the plates were pulled and held for us to come pick up at a later time. About 2 weeks after that my wife gets a chance to stop by the dealership and ask about the plates... nowhere to be found. So we gave them a chance to find the plates and scheduled a check up on the car for a week later (because the car was already having issues; tires/water pump)Today we dropped off the car, asked about the plates and was told that they were no longer at the facility and were probably thrown away?... So I asked to speak to a manager, here comes the ever so useful, Chris. I explained the situation to Chris, kept my cool... this idiot looks me dead in the eyes and tells me there's NOTHING they can do about it and that its our fault we left the plates.... we have a nice discussion about customer service and how shitty his is.PLEASE reply to this with the GMs phone number, you ALL need a lesson on customer service. We will not be back, nor will anyone who is close to me... this review is also going on google, yelp, white pages, and any other review site possible. You "sales people/managers" are a disgrace!

The service department couldn't be any slower. Took my truck in for a brake concern today (monday) at 845 am. Took 6 hours for them to let me know my drums were warped and a test drive for the power steering concern. Thank God I had my girlfriend to pick me up when I dropped it off in the morning. Long story short I took it to Just Brakes they had all tired off and verified yes the drums were indeed warped. Had New drums and adjusted brakes done in 1hr 30min. Terrible service today.

This was probably the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle . I went into the dealership knowing what I wanted to pay for the new vehicle and what I wanted for my trade. I don't like to negotiate so I told Justin what I wanted, he took the info to the manager, and came back and said they could do that. Could I have gotten better? Who knows. What I do know is I felt I was treated very fair while still realizing that the dealers are in the business to make money. They are not going to give a car away. Justin was very professional and a pleasure to work with, and the financing dept was professional. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Bought used 2010 Chevy Traverse in December 2015 - week later in the "check engine" light keeps coming on - had bought extended warrant for $$ - took back to get fixed was told would need a $600 catalytic converter and not under warranty -called Shawn Molling at dealership and phone call was never returned

This is one of the worst experiences I have had buying a car. The three vehicles that showed up on the various used car sites and on their own inventory listings were shockingly not available any more. Classic super hard sell, having you wait around, playing the sales manager game. Ended up purchasing a vehicle that met my criteria but that I subsequently found was leaking oil, the check engine light came on 20 miles in, and they had masked the smell of cigarette smoke. They knew this (despite or because of their 128 point vehicle check!!) as they tried to have me sign a non return waiver. Luckily I did not and returned the vehicle. I am currently trying to get my refund but they will not return my calls. Opened a fraud case with my credit card company. I worked with Ryan and Chris but I am sure they are not unique in their approach.

Auto Nation North has been one of the best dealer ship I've been to in awhile. The atmosphere is great as well as their staff. I have to start off by saying Jonathan Reyes and Nathan Peterson are great at what they do. They both went over and beyond for us. A big plus for us is that Jonathan Reyes is bilingual which was great because my husband is Spanish speaking only so he was able to explain in better detail for my husband. We are definitely going to return for our next vehicle!! I must say it is the best out there and highly recommend this dealership. Thank you Jonathan Reyes, "We love our new Chevrolet Silverado 1500!"

My 2010 GMC Acadia is the worst vehicle ever bought!!!1st the A.C had to be repaired.2nd this lead to the cooling fans had to be replaced.3rd while all this was being repaired it was found the rear main seal was leaking and had to be replaced.4th during this process, it now started making a odd sound with a vibration to which I was told it was normal.5th now determined the water pump was leaking and could be the the cause of the sound / vibration so water pump was replaced, to which sound / vibration still there plus still smell antifreeze.6th now the claimant control does not work properly which temperature is either super hot or super cold and can't get the air flow to come out of anything but the vents. 7th oh yeah.... the lumbar does not work in the drivers seat and the electric folding mirrors are not working.Wow!!! worst vehicle ever bought over the pas t few I have purchased through Autonation!!! This loyal customer will not be returning there to buy my next vehicle nor buy a GM product!

I went to AutoNation N. BROADWAY to trade in my car that I previously bought from them, I was greeted by Angel I had already spoke to him on the phone told him what I wanted, my budget that I needed to stay under .He went above and beyond his sales duties, he made sure I chose a car that I was happy with and that I test drove the cars.He did not stop searching for the right car until I was happy with my choice and also in my financing. He worked with Andy and made me feel like they cared to get me where I needed to be.I could not be more impressed with AutoNation North and in the end it was late and to hear Angel say I'm going to fill the tank. I was amazed at the thought after being there Late I didn't have to go home late and still have to stop and put gas.I recommend and use them again in the future.

The finance department needs to be more efficient. The detailing department did a poor job at the final clean up. They said they would fill the tank but did not. But the sales guy was great. Andrew wasn't pushy or rude and was knowledgeable. There was a mess in the show room the whole time we were there.

The service you did for our Volt was excellent (10 on your scale). The only issue is that from the time I first call to let you know of the problem (hatch latch is not latching) to getting the first appointment is more than a week - and even though I said the latch had an obviously broken piece, when I did take the car in, they looked at it and said they would need to order a new latch. So I had to come back two days later. I tried to set up an appointment for the return visit but was told to just bring the car in. So I brought the car back in around 9:15am and sat in the office for 5 hours waiting to get the latch installed. From the time they told me they were working on the car to the time it was fixed was 30 minutes. Also, while trying to work in your waiting area, your wifi kicked me out of my work login every single hour (4 times while I am there). Finally, I also asked for an extra key and was charged $125 for the key and $90 to program it. I find that simply outrageous - this is something I could have done at home in a few minutes and I find it hard to believe that it would have taken your techs more than a minute to complete. I can only assume that you charged me for a full hour of labor to program the key. The service person did tell me that the key would be $125, which I also found to be unbelievably high, but I need the key so I paid it. I did not know there would be a $90 charge to program it and would have declined that if asked. The work that was done was done perfectly - the car and the new key work well. My only issue with the service department is the scheduling and high cost. Thanks!

Don't believe the listed price for used vehicles.After taking a test drive and getting the 'final price', they added $2800 to the quote sheet. They would not let me take the quote with me or take a photo of it. Their 'bottom line' price was substantially above the Blue Book value.Easy-going at first, but quickly very high-pressure. They made us wait for 1/2 an hour before presenting us with the final amount. Avoid if possible. There are far better dealerships out there.

I went in looking to buy a used vehicle. I didn't find one that met my needs but the salesman suggested I look at a new vehicle. I didn't think I could afford a new car but they worked with me and were able to get me into a brand new car. My wife was elated and we drove it home that same afternoon. Excellent experience, excellent people. My wife uses a pride 9 electric scooter, there are no manufacturers making a lift that will pick up the scooter and put it in the trunk yet. I have solar panels installed on my roof. The 240 volt charger is a must since I want to charge during the day time.

I have taken our Impala to other dealers for repair, generally with no good results. AutoNation North Denver has repaired the vehicle correctly, first time, every time. There service writers are friendly and very knowledgeable. I will not take my vehicle any where else for service, even for routine services such as oil changes.

My 3 year old (under warranty) Chevy Cruze was driving horribly. It was revving and not shifting, jumping in park and lastly jumped into gear in stop and go traffic, causing me to almost hit someone. I went straight to the dealership and said my car wasn't even safe to drive and I wanted it looked at. Jonny Walker took it upon himself to make sure my car was looked at even though I didn't have an appointment. After 20 minutes he came to say they were getting me an Enterprise car, so they could figure out what was going on with mine. After 2 days I was told my transmission had "lost its brain" but they had completely re-programmed it. I was kept updated the whole time and told what to expect while breaking in the transmission. They were great and even changed my oil and rotated my tires.

This dealer is more concerned with $ then customer relations. I order a truck through them in Nov. I was told no deposit, then 2k, the $500. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks, which was later extended. I was pressured to purchase scotchguard for $$ and had to argue with the sales person to have it removed from the deal. I never signed paperwork in fianancing and later found the same truck with upgrades for less $. This dealer would not budge on their price so I purchased the latter. I am now told there is no refund on my deposit although I was never told in writing or personally before that my deposit was non-refundable. Very poor customer service and pushy sales people!

Willy was so patient, I think he went through the lot to make sure I had just the right car at least 3 times. From the time I arrived(30 min. I, too recently purchased a used Silverado from this dealership. I originally made contact via Cars.com website and their Internet sales. I wasn't impressed with the response that I received, but made my way to the dealership to look at the vehicle on a Sunday. I went back to the dealership on Monday and was very pleasantly greeted by the Sales Manager. He then handed me off to one of the salesman who was also very pleasant with me. He was very straight forward...no BS...no sales games...and 2 1/2 hours later...I was on my way with my new (used) Silverado. The loan staff was very nice and to the point despite the fact that they had been hammered by customers all day and I was his last purchase at 8pm. I would do business with these guys again without hesitation.

I was treated respectfully by having plenty of time to check out features and colors to my satisfaction. This took several hours by my choice. It is nice that they did not pressure me. We worked with the internet sales team who were very knowledgeable. I knew this since I spent many hours researching cars of this type. Before we finalized the choice the salesman asked us if we felt that this car was the right fit for us. This convinced me that they were working to make sure we had the right car or they would keep working with us until we had the right fit. They too set up our cell phones to work with the audio, showed us how to use the audio and navigation systems. After they set up ONSTAR we were on our way. The finance department handled all the paperwork smoothly. Ive received emails since the purchase asking if I had any questionsthe follow-up has been great.

This was the best dealer I have been to in a long time. My wife and I have been searching for a mid size sedan for her and our 3 month old son for a while now. I visited all the dealers on 104th ave. and each one we had bad experiences at, some didnt even acknowlegde our existance, others didnt seem to listen to a word we said. At autonation Chevrolet, the salesman took the time to understand our needs and did the walking and searching for us. they were all very low pressure salesmen. We ended up leasing a new 14 Malibu LTZ. I was totally against leasing at first but after they explained how leases work now rather than how they used to nickle and dime you, our salesman was very educated and I would definately recomend all of my family members to purchase from them.

Yesterday I went to the repair shop and talk to the girl that's been helping me and she knew from the beginning that the window need repair. I was working with Willy B who was great. I have not had a salesperson that was as nice and helpful as Willy for a long time. He was very polite and able to answer all my questions. Willy made the process very easy. The management team went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal possible.Willy has kept in contact with me and has helped me with questions that came up after the sale. There were some small scratches on my vehicle and Willy made sure the paint was fixed. It was just a great experience from start to finish.

I love this place especially after the remodel. The last time i was here they were still operaring out of trailers during construction. Dont get me wrong i love the smell of coffee and popcorn all in one room but the new space is much nicer. My 4 and 6 year old had a place to sit and color while the grown ups talked. WOW! Where to start; this was the fourth dealership I'd went to within a week, the third one today. From the moment I was introduced to John Gwidt, he made my needs and wants his sole focus. My husband and I had been car shopping all summer long, and it was getting old, just like our car was. We visited many dealerships, met many sales people (key point here people), our sale depended on the sales persons attitudes and dispositions. Therefor, continued to keep looking. We went to Auto Nation North. We were greeted by a really friendly and pleasant guy by the name of Willie Brown. I was nervous and a little apprehensive about buying a new car but became quickly at ease with Mr. Brown. We already had in mind what we wanted so he showed us a 2003 Equinox. He happily let us cruise around in it. We purchased it later that day. The show room was clean, they had beverages and food. We hung out with Willie all day, took our new car home, went back the next day for Willie to show us every detail and feature the car had on it. It even had a full tank of gas. So go to Auto Nation North and check in with our buddy Willie Brown, he'll treat you right.

I am in the market looking for a Surburban. I went to AutoNation North because they had one they seemed to be what I wanted. I took it for a test drive loved it. I was talking with Brooke and she seemed friendly. I made an appointment to come the next day so that my husband could check out the vehicle. I had an appointment. 6pm. That way no one's time is wasted waiting around. I arrived on time thru all the crazy traffic only to be told by Brooke that the vehicle that she knew I was coming to see had sold a few hours earlier. WOW!! No call to let me know?! Thanks for wasting my time! So I asked if she had anything else. Brooke told me they had a black Surburban that just came in but not been cleaned but I could check it out. I had my kids and husband with me. Brooke said I could drive it to the front and she would meet us there. She came out with the license plate and said that she did not need to go. She then said to me and my husband in front of my children....please don't steal it. She had a straight face. Not only did she say it once but she said it twice! Said her boss would get mad at her! Well, first off I don't need to steal ANYTHING they have! I am capable of buying what I want. But how disrespectful to say that to me in front of my kids and if you are worried about someone stealing the vehicle then go with them. We took the test ride but my husband and I got more and more upset and just brought the vehicle back. NO thank you!!! We won't go there ever again!

Very impressed with Rebecca; I do not like the process of buying a car and she made the experience much easier. I contacted the dealership via email and in less than an hour I had an email back explaining store hours and a salesperson would get back with me. Rebecca and I emailed back and forth the majority of the day regarding my wants and how she could accomodate them. I made an appointment with Rebecca for four pm, she showed me the car we'd spoke about via email, I drove the car, liked the car and we bought the car. Generally after you buy a car you do not hear from the salesperson, Rebecca has made herself available for questions, concerns or clarifing the technical aspect of the car. I must admit that the finance department is one of the worst I've encounter, they are not up to speed with their personel, they are not fully knowledgeable nor they act like they know what they are doing. They take too long to process the paper work and it sure causes frustration watching all these employees walking around but no one is doing anything. Oh, by the way, Andy and Jeff, kudos, you guys are ok in my book.

He understood my needs, and was very low pressure, in letting me make my decision. I have 2 daughters that I will send to see Josh when they are ready to buy a car!

I have tough credit and after going to multiple dealerships and basically getting told to leave or get a cosigner, Joaquin was able to say Yes. Now im rebuilding my credit in a car I can afford and I plan to come back when I can to trade in my Honda for a nice Cruise. I love these guys for working with me and I plan to referr all my friends here.

Huge financing issue here. Was assured a sale, and that my new car was financed. Tried to buy a Honda Accord 2007, they told me they had a bank that would work with me. I told them that if there was no official approval then and there for the loan there was no transaction that day, they told me not to worry everything was fine and working out, and I can trade in my old car for the new one. So I did and drove off with the new car for a week, they than called me back and wanted another $1000 for the new car, which was beyond what I could do, so I had to head back and re-exchange the cars. They assured me the transaction was good and there would be no problem after I told them that I was not going anywhere with a new car and trading in my old one without the official the clear. So I had to give all 1's for my rating.I can not remember the name of the sales person who I dealt with, nor the manager, I am too pissed off at them to even go back to get their names

This is our third vehicle we have purchased from you. We have all of our service done at this location as well. We are always treated well and that's why we keep coming back. We typically don't have to have an appointment for a regular service. We just bring it in and the wait is never very long. Dave has taken great care of us in the service area.

Wow!! I should have definitely looked at the reviews before going to this place. They definitely will absolutely screw you over. I bought a 05 Honda accord from them and the radio stopped working after 24hours and the power window wouldn't role up. SO I took it back to the dealership and within the 3 day money back guarantee and the sales man who I bought it from said to make an appt and they would fix it. Well I came back the next day and they fixed the window but said they would have to refer me out to "someone" else to fix the radio because it wasn't a Chevy. I was told I would be contacted regarding the radio and never was. On top of that they broke my door that the window was repaired so that you were unable to get out from within. When I took the car back to inquire about the radio and notify them of the new door situation that was not present until after the window was fixed, they attempted to tell me that I would have to pay for half the cost to get ANYTHING fixed! To make a long story short I climbed the latter and the manager JEREMIAH CAREY said he would fix the door but not the radio. And now when I press my key lock the same door now will not lock unless you manually lock it. Please dnt go there its not worth it. There are plenty of other GO places that have the same amount of banks to approve your loan, PLUS the business ethics to treat there customers RIGHT!!

We recieved the best service at Go on Saturday and I walked out with the car I wanted also Chris was great and also the girl that help him with our car she was very sweet helpful and it was the fasted time ever or buying a car it was only a couple hours as opposed to four or five hours we have experienced in the past Chris was very helpful showing my husband and I all the features of our new cruze I love the way my car drives and handles thank you so much Go Chevrolet for making my dream come true.

I would highly recommend staying away from this dealership. Wanted to purchase a used vehicle - did so for $8000.00 - and it turned out to be nothing but a huge problem once it was driven off the lot. Returned the car for an inspection and to have the car serviced. Long story short, they could not figure out how to fix the vehicle and sent the vehicle to different places to have it looked at and serviced all the while disregarding and not returning my phone calls to find out when I could get the vehicle back. This happened twice - once after they had told me it was "fixed" - $850.00 - then when they had taken it back again because the car was still having similar issues. The first time the kept the car for over ten days - the second time for over 25 days - while I needed to find my own transportation to try and get to-and-from work. The service employees would answer the phone and continue to delay any answer as far as when the car was going to be available. The service manager did not return ONE phone call regarding this issue. I had a relative call in because they seemed to be ignoring me - the service manager told her that he would check out things and that I could get a loaner car while they vehicle was continuing to be fixed. After that conversation, the service manager was never "available" and did not return ONE phone call.This car was purchased with insurance monies after someone had totaled my car on the street. I payed an extra $2000.00 to try and find a reasonable automobile. All in all, I ending up loosing about $3000.00, wasted time and energy - tons of hassle - being led around, lied to, and disregarded -not having transportation for over a months period of time - and left with a car that still was not "fixed." An true example of an organization that has no reliable foundation as far as service, sales, and products - and is basically out to rape people.

I am in the market for a used SUV and Jonathan has been great about being very approachable and forthcoming with the information that I have needed. He has bucked the trend of the stereotype for "used car salesmen". He even went as far as sending me some current promos about some of the cars that we had talked about, several weeks after our initial visit. When we are ready to make the purchase, I can't imagine doing it anywhere else than GO Chevrolet!

I knew that I wanted a truck that would seat 5 and fit in my garage. I went to a number of different dealerships and looked at a number of different trucks from different manufacturers. While on a non-chevy lot they listened to what I wanted and introduced me to the Chevy Colorado (a year earlier model with only 100 miles that was picked up from a distressed dealer and was on their used car lot). I liked the look inside and out and the way it handled on the test drive. Which was during a downpour and I got to use the 4 wheel drive as we drove through rushing water that was above the hubs. I then went home and did my research. Once I was convinced that this truck had the reliability to go along with the other things I liked, I was ready to buy. I talked with the original dealership and with GO Chevrolet. The original dealership tried to sell me the year old truck at just below the going rate for a new truck. When I met with GO Chevrolet, I told them what I was looking for and they showed me not just the Colorados that they had on thier lot, but pulled up the inventory of every dealership in the state to show me everything that was currently available. After we identified which one that I wanted (color and options), we started to discuss price. There was no haggeling necessary. The first price they quoted me was better than what the other dealership wanted for the year old truck and was better than anything I could find online. I didn't like the bed liner that came with it and so they even gave me a great deal on a spray in liner (I'm sure they have worked a deal with that vendor, but it was a much better price than I could have gotten). I have gone back to the dealership for tire rotations and oil changes (standard maintenance) a few times, and get the same outstanding service. As a service center or a dealership, I trust Go. I imagine a lot of that has to do with the quality of people that own and run the dealership. As long as Jonathon Lampros is there, I will be a loyal customer.

Very knowledgable, courteous, helpful and straight forward staff (Lampross). Felt well-taken care of, felt he understood our needs, wasn't overbearing, which made us want to work with him more. Felt price was fair. If we get a Chevrolet, it will definitely be from Jonathan Lampross and GO Chevrolet. I would recommend people to go to GO Chevrolet, and I would specifically reference Jonathan Lampross.

EASILY THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE DEALT WITH!! We were shopping around for a new Camaro. My husband spoke to a salesman, who's name escapes me. His name is pretty insignificant, though because he was so incredibly rude, that we would NEVER buy any vehicle from this dealership! We were looking for a very specific vehicle, it had to be the "perfect" one. The salesman told my husband that he did a search and couldn't find the car we wanted within 400 miles. He then tried to talk him into a vehicle that Go had in inventory, that was NOT the vehicle we were looking for. My husband told him no thanks, and that we'd keep looking. Amazingly enough, about 5 minutes after hanging up, the salesman had miraculously located the vehicle we were looking for, it was headed into Denver, and would be here in a few days. It was coming in to a different dealership, so he would have to dealer trade it, but he could get it if we were interested. My husabnd said he would call him back.I work for a company that gets a GM supplier discount. I called the salesman back to inquire about the pricing for the Camaro with the GM discount. He was completely evasive, and rude!! He basically acted like I was stupid for even asking for a discount on a Camaro. Apparently it's the dealer's discretion as to which vehicles may be purchased using the discount. "We've never given any type of discount on a Camaro. It's a very popular car. I guess I can talk to my sales manager, but I don't think we'd even consider it." There was a little more to it, but he basically said that it was unheard of and that I had nerve to even ask about it. Since they're so popular, they can sell it without giving any discounts. Fair enough, but how incredibly rude!! (And for the record, I got a FABULOUS discount somewhere else!) Then he wouldn't tell me how much they wanted for the car, but wanted me to commit to whether we wanted it. Then he admitted that he didn't even know if he could get the car because the other dealership may have it sold already. He was completely insulting to me.We will NEVER purchase a car from Go Chevy. I refuse to deal with anyone who can't show the smallest bit of respect to each of their customers. GO Chevy doesn't deserve my business!!!Incidently, I called Medved Chevy, and they found the exact car I wanted (and more), had it in town and ready to go within two business days. They gave us a great deal (including the "unheard of" GM discount on a Camaro), helped us find additional discounts we qualified for, and gave us a decent price on our trade.Go to MEDVED!!!!!!!!!!
