Scott Doyle, our sales person, has been very friendly and great at helping us find the vehicle we were looking for. Your finance department was also able to find excellent financing terms. And finally, there are a few issues with the Equinox that are related to items direct from the factory, but Scott and Jody, your Service Manager, have been working to get them all ironed out. We love everything about the Timonium AutoNation. From the day we bought our car, everything bout this location has been wonderful. From Scott Doyle who sold us our car to Barry who always handled our service in the past and now Jody who currently oversees our service, we trust in AutoNation to take care of automotive needs. We never have and never will take our car anywhere else. Prior to purchasing our current Malibu from Scott, we took our old Malibu to AutoNation for an oil change and one service visit was all it took for us to know we had found our dealership for life!

My car broke down, I needless to say was upset called autonation after a discussion with mr jodi the Svce manager, they took care of everything. They did an excellent job. I was given a loaner car while they repaired mine. For the service performed of rebuilding my transmission it was completed in 6 days. The car is working great just like new. I give them an a+. The dealership had recently been remodeled and was beautiful. The salesman Mark allowed us to test-drive several cars and there was a nice selection of colors. We picked a blue MALIBU and have been very pleased with the free services that came with our new car. My wife wants to continue servicing the car at Autonation because they are less expensive than our local garage and she can have the car serviced on Sat. morning. The car is great and we are very pleased with Autonation Chevrolet.

Again, I was more than pleased with the excellent service I received. Along with a routine oil change, I had a special request related to stickers that needed to be removed from the windshield of our car. The routine oil change service was completed very quickly, along with a needed front end alignment, and the stickers were GONE in no time, thanks to a special tool and a very kind service representative. AutoNation was there for me all the way and here is why. I purchase my Silverado 1500 late Saturday night to be exact everyone had left for the evening but my saleman Mr Rudy Raly and Mr. Szumlanski and not to mention it was dark, So the truck look very good until next day. The day I will never forget and I sure my family will put this in their book of a bad deal for starter the outside mirror had to be adjusted by hand, to unlock the door it was done manuel with a key in the door, no carpet and the rims just plain ugly ugly. My family kept asking why did I trade my good payoff truck for this and I say they gave me a good offer that I could not past. So Sunday was a bad day all I did that day was felted bad of my deal and talk about that ugly truck. But Monday came and AutoNation here I come, And the was ready for me I started my concern with Mr. Rudy my saleman and he said he got this and boy he did he use the 3 days cool off policy that was in place, put in the vehicle that I deserved and I was out in a hour. And guess what! my family restore their faith in my decision making again everyone is happy to include my 18 month grand bady. Rudy get Five Stars

Drove over a 100 miles from just outside of Philadelphia to purchase a car I found on cars.com at this dealership. My salesman Scott was terrific and the sales manager Joe was awesome! They gave me a price for my tade-in over the phone and when I got there they actually ended up giving me $500 more. Scott actually bought my father and I pizza while we waited for them to prepare the new car we were purchasing. If I buy another Chevy, I wouldn't go anywhere else...even if I have to drive over 100miles..it is well worth it!

My 2010 HHR's power steering went out and I assumed it was covered by a current recall - it wasn't. After dealing with GM customer care and getting nowhere, I called Barry in the service department. What a relief to talk to someone who cared about me and my issue. I took my vehicle in and Barry promised to look into the issue and take on GM for me, but could not promise me anything and I didn't need to pay to diagnose the problem (which another dealer, closer to me, wanted). I am happy to report that my power steering has been fixed at no cost to me. Barry and Jody really came through for me. They were extremely courteous and were helping me because it was the right thing to do. I will continue to patronize them even though they are further away, the customer service is worth the extra miles. I am amazed that Barry was able to help me when a customer service manager ay GM and another dealer wouldn't.

I dropped off my car around noon (having previously set up an appointment to do so to take care of a mandatory factory recall on the vehicles ignition) and was informed that the work would be done later that afternoon. Around 4:30pm, I called and was given the "all done" by the counter person. I arrived, and paid for the extra work I asked for (brakes and oil change), and went to my car to leave. I turned the key and nothing happened. I tried again, and still nothing. So I went inside, and informed them that the car would not start, and was met with an incredulous "Get out of here!" I replied, "That's what I was trying to do..." and we went outside to the car. After some jiggling of the key, he finally got the engine to turn over, and drove it back to the service area. About 20 minutes later (and swapping out the ignition for a new one), I was on my way.

We recently purchacsed a new Malibu at Autonation Chevrolet Timonium from Mark Franklin. We enjoyed dealing with Mark who allowed us to test drive the cars. When we came back from the first test drive Mark had the next car out and waiting with keys available. We had a good time talking about the cars and Mark gave us the info about current deals. We bought the car and even came back 3 days later and bought a new Cruze from Mark for my son on the 0% promotion. When we got there Mark had the 2 cars i told him i wanted to test drive out ready to go, he even had a welcome sign in one. I think we have our car needs filled right now but we would definitely consider Autonation Chevy again. Phil in finance was great to, finalizing all the paperwork and financing.

I was a first time car buyer who was very nervous and unsure if I would even be able to purchase. I hate to be hassled and pushed into things. I got a great deal, I got amazing service and I met some really great people in the process. I spent all day at the dealership making decisions and going through the process. Everyone was so patient, friendly and helpful. I didn't feel rushed and I never felt pushed into anything.My sales person, Rob, was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The dealership manager, Phil, was knowledgeable and thorough but efficient so I could get on my way in my brand new car. The financial person I dealt with got me an excellent deal and made me feel special. I would recommend AutoNation Timonium to anyone. I didn't know buying a car could be so easy. If they hadn't been so thorough I would have thought it was too easy, but everyone was so honest, Definitely changed my way of thinking about sales and salesmen in general. They really know the meaning of customer service!

We believe in the value of dealer service, but Autonation Timonium goes above and beyond our expectations. Since 2006, we have purchased 4 vehicles from Autonation, and have come to feel like a member of the family. One thing I never question is the honesty of the service dept. staff. If you need just one reason to buy a chevy, that's having the opportunity to deal with auto nation chevrolet ( or as I remember them, fox Chevrolet). When I first moved to America two years ago, I bought my first car which was a pre owned car from them and last month when I desided to get another car I knew they are the first ones that I can count on. I have to admit if it wasn't for them, There was a good chance that i never even consider buying a chevy. They are so friendly, patient, calm and understanding and most importannt of all they don't give you the feeling as if they would do any thing just to sell you something,The feeling you get from many dealerships ! From the minute you walk in every thing you hear is the trouth ( or at least they make you feel that way!) i am absolutely sure when ever I deside to buy another car, that's the first place i'm gonna' go.

I drove an hour and a half to buy my 2012 Tahoe. It was well worth it- like Joe promised! Scott was attentive, professional and very knowledgable. I will definately be back for my next purchase- even if it is in 10 years.

I was greeted upon entering. The paperwork for my scheduled maintenance work was ready for me to sign. Every employee who entered the waiting area spoke to me and asked if there was anything they could do to make me comfortable. The work on my car was completed within the time frame indicated to me. When the work was complete, the work papers were explained to me completely. I paid my bill and left. It was a pleasant experience!

I was extremely pleased with my experience at AutoNation. Scott Doyle was the "best"! He was very helpful and always able to answer all of my questions. No one there was at all pushy, or made you hesitant to go onto their lot. Everyone there gets a thumbs up from me! I would definitely recommend AutoNation to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. I recently visited Fox Chevrolet at the recommendation of my children to purchase a new car. I was so pleased with the personal attention that I received and felt that the sales staff and management was working with me to find the right car for me. I recently worked with Micheal buying my brand new Silverado. Experience was great from the second we pulled on the lot. The truck I came to see was reserved with my name on it ready for a test drive. Its a pressure free atmosphere at Fox Chevrolet of Timmonium. Micheal was very helpful with the questions I had and my concerns as well, but I never felt as if the Fox team tried to push anything on me. If your looking for a fair price on your trade this is the place to go.

It was awsome working with ben. I went to four other chevy dealers none of them could find my specific truck since its rare they always pushed me for something I didn't need with way more options I did not want. Ben actually looked for my vehicle for weeks even though it was only a work truck its what I wanted I never was hassled with anything out of my buying range . I would strongly advise anyone who's shopping for a new car to visit ben and the staff at fox chevy in timonium . They were like talking to I T guys compared to the sub par dealerships I went to before. Thanks again , Nathan twining
