Armando listened to us. First, he welcomed us (my wife, daughter, and me) and asked us what interested us: He didn’t try to sell us on a specific make and model. He listened to our needs and wants, he listened to our questions, and he guided us and checked with us constantly throughout the process. From the moment he said hello to the moment we left the dealership, he was personable, cordial, and professional. (We also felt respected and valued by all with whom we interacted while at the dealership.) It was clear that Armando could and would help anyone, whether you speak English or Spanish. He even assisted a colleague and was professional when doing so (a conversation I accidentally overheard). And, even after we left and have since been driving our new car, Armando has checked in to make sure that everything is running smoothly, ready to answer any questions we may still have about our new car. We also felt value and respected when it was time to actually purchase/finance our car. Kudos to him and the whole team!

thank God for my homeboy, France. got my boy the deal of a lifetime; low interest rate, easy payment plan and the credit check was quick and painless. even let us burn one in the office. that wire hits a little different when me and the boys are allowed a mid-transaction dart. give this man a raise and a gift certificate to the nearest rub and tug massage parlor. these people do good business, not like some of these other degenerate car salesmen walking around like the dad from Matilda.

Extremely professional, excellent personal and dedicated service that I've only seen when at stay at the Ritz-Carlton. I been to 3 other dealership before I stop at Chevrolet Auto Nation and between Mrs. Dallie and Harry I felt no need to go anywhere else, even though the first day I didn't find the vehicle that I was looking for. Mrs. Dallie and Harry team up and keep looking for cars all over Florida and did not stop until they found a perfect match for me. I gave this place an average rating from a previous repair job. Decided to give them a try again and they actually confronted me about the rating. Quite, frankly I was shocked. Instead of remedying the problem with excellent customer service they escalated bad feelings by this childish whining about a bad rating which wasn't even a bad rating. It was a fair to good rating. I decided at that point, I wasn't going to let them touch my car with this kind of attitude and gave the job to a competitor. I'm a very reasonable and fair person but AutoNation was not...........The most unprofessional appointment I've ever had.Needless to say, I do not recommend this place.

Auto nation did back end body repair and a paint job for me. After the job was finished, there were still ripples in the panel supposedly repaired and the paint job was not satisfactory. I confronted them and they did nothing about it. Then I gave them a rating which reflected the level of work they had done. They actually confronted me about the poor rating and then refused to do any further work. This place is both childish and professional. Never again will I conduct business with them!!

This is by far the worst place i have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional. They gave me the car just so i can write reviews on how good they were. Then they pulled my credit score down sixty points. And after completing the surveys and having the car for a month. They say they can't secure financing bc of vertifications for a job that i go to work at. My boss even tried calling them. Then they didn't want to give my down payment back after i returned the car. And they had the nerve to tell me that they were doing me a favor. If you are smart you will definitely run the other way.

I bought two keys for a 2007 Uplander. They were cut 4 times and were not cut correctly. I can see the difference between the original key and the copies. The parts man said to just push the key in harder and it will work. I know that it will damage my ignition cylinder by pushing it in harder. General manager never responded to my email. They refuse to let me return they keys and have not offered to fix them in any way. Horrible customer service, they do not even deserve one star.

I would rate this dealer's service dept. with negative stars. The service tech, Patrick, was not only degrading to my intelligence, but he was rude and pushy. My husband was stranded in Orlando after traveling there for a funeral. Patrick was no help because "I was making assumptions" on the issue with my car. It was an alternator. Anyone with a brain knows the textbook symptoms of needing a new alternator. He told me a quote for repair of an alternator would take 45min and a waste of time because I don't actually know what's wrong with the car. I called a local dealer and they helped me in two minutes. He then told me it'd take till the next day to get the vehicle for diagnosis and he'd be there till 5 that night for questions (it was 3:45). I called back at 4:45 and he did not answer. I left a msg. removing authorization and informed him we'd be there to take the car back. I called again at 6:30am the next morning saying the same thing. I received a call at 8:00am saying they already started the diagnosis the night before and I'd be charged the $140. Yet, he could not tell me what they discovered because they needed more tests. Again, anyone with a brain knows they have handheld systems that give repair codes in minutes. I asked to speak to a manager and was blown off. When my husband returned to the dealer, he did not want to fight or argue (he just lost his uncle and stayed an unexpected night in Orlando) so he paid the money and my father (who drove 150mi) repaired the ALTERNATOR in their parking lot for less than the diagnostic fee. Sad customer service Auto Nation...

Confirmed with sales woman via email that I would be at the dealership at 7 p.m. that day. She responds back that sounds great. I get there and she is gone for the day. A salesman tries to help me but can't find the car. Multiple salesmen at the dealership ask me how much the car is listed for. This is funny to me because they don't even know the price. They fumble around and lie to me some more about how the car is being painted. After the third time of them asking me for the price of the car I had to walk out as they're simply wasting everyone's time at this point.

We visited here on a weekend and had a salesperson offer to help us with our purchase. We wanted a particular car that they did not have on their lot (2016). To make a long, tedious story short, we went back the following weekend to learn that the salesperson was out sick. We had another person help us, but ended up leaving without the car. This salesperson said the transmission style of the car we wanted was "lousy, no good" and also said that the car cost to much for what it was. Strange that a dealership seemingly wouldn't work to sell you a car, but that was our experience. We did buy a 2016 that weekend, but not from this dealership.

I saw a car online that I liked and spoke with Arel Day over the phone. He was kind and polite and honest with me regarding the price. I was told an out the door price over the phone and it was honored when I arrived in person. Arel went out of his way to make our experience a positive and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good car and an honest salesman. After we bought the car, there were a few minor imperfections (i.e. scratches, bubbles in window tinting, small dent). Juliet Pederson was phenomenal as well. She went over the car meticulously and had every single imperfection fixed. The car truly looked brand new when we picked it up.My only negative experience and it was just a touch unprofessional was with the finance portion of the sale. I paid for the car in cash and when we met with the finance person I felt uncomfortable with his questions and felt that they were a little inappropriate. I was asked where in Windermere I lived and when I told him Keene's pointe said, "Wow" those houses are expensive. He went on to ask me how much I paid for my house and how much my house was worth. Overall this was a mild annoyance and a touch unprofessional and did not take away from my overall positive experience but I felt it was important that management knew about this.

My experience at Autonation Chevrolet was a truly a pleasurable one. I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered in a courteous manner. I cannot say enough good things about my Service representative Laura Cottom. She was very professional and extremely courteous. She seemed very knowledgeable about my car and even introduced me to the Corvette Specialist that was working on my car. I will make my preferred Dealer Autonation. My 2015 ZO6 went in for oil change, PDR update and rear end whining noise. Keith, master Corvette tech, took his time to try and find the whining noise including a road trip with me driving. Treated as a valued new Corvette customer; particularly by Moe the Service Writer (takes personal interest and keeps me posted as things move along), and Keith the Corvette specialist. This week one tire picked up a nail; the car's alert system warned me of the air pressure drop; I went to the dealer and they immediately took care of repairing the tire, even washing the car. I left a very pleased customer; basically treated as if it was a high-end dealership, such as I was accustomed too prior to buying the Corvette (one of the most reliable cars I've ever owned by the way).

Gus was our sales associate the day we came to your dealership. He was very patient and helpful. We got there a little after noon and didn't leave until after 8:00 pm. The whole time we were there Gus was very attentive and answered all our questions. if we had a question he wasn't sure of, he would find the answer. The only reason i am giving a 9 and not a 10 is because it was a sunday, business was slow, and i already knew what was wrong with the car. Either way they were still very quick, washed my car and less expensive than other Chevrolet service dealers. Very pleased.

Even though this was the third attempt to remedy a problem, I was treated royally. Provided with a brand new version of my car. They never gave up until the problem was addressed and fixed. They even put my three carseats in and out....above and beyond. (Thank you, Moe!). When I picked up my car it was immaculate with a full gas tank. Taking a car in for service is not a dreaded event. I know that qualified technicians will do their best, that I will be provided with a car in the meantime, and that my business matters. We have purchased many vehicles including Corvettes and Traverses and have always been very happy. Other family members do the same. I think my husband should get a job there selling cars. He is extremely knowledgable when it comes to cars and cannot say enough about your dealership. He is always talking people into purchasing cars there. They respect his opinion as well, and do buy! Lauramarie was great. I originally came in for an oil change I notified her about a couple of other things going on with my car she handed me a business card gave me my options of contacting her to schedule for that service she even have me an idea of what may be wrong with my car and that it may even be under warranty, but to be prepared in the event that it wasn't. She was extremely helpful and efficient. She got me in and got me out all three times that I was there. (1. Oil change 2. Fan from motor wouldn't turn off 3. Car cap cover gasket or something split) everyone there were in good spirits and very professional.

I went in looking for a Chevy Cruze Eco 15 minutes before you were set to close only to glance at it. When I explained that I wanted that car for the mpg. Jessica informed me that because I was getting it in Automatic it wouldn't be much different mpg than that of a LT. She asked me if I had a color preference and introduced me to Dollie who then searched for a car that fit my needs color wise. They didn't rush me and let me do a test drive. Joe was just a friendly. We paid and then instead of having Dollie go over all the features that night even though she was willing to, I told Dollie I was tired and would return the next day. I met Jewels the following day and she was just as pleasant. Even though it sucked that my car was worth less than I had hoped I loved the whole experience. This is my first new car and not only was the staff friendly they were efficient.

I went in with two issues - one a recall and the other unknown. The service diagnostic was very fast and I was given a rental cost at no charge to use as they didn't have an exact ETA on the service itself. I was called about 4 hours later and everything was complete, I was expecting a couple days so this was a very welcomed surprise. Overall, everything was priced fairly, done quickly and because of the warranty on the parts I feel very comfortable using them again even if its just for general maintenance.

Since I purchased my certified pre-owned vehicle over a year ago, 3 out of the 4 tires either separated or were about to separate and had to be replaced (the 4th was replaced by me because I drove over roofing nails a month after I bought it). AutoNation comped me for the first separated tire, but when the remaining 2 original tires failed, I ultimately paid out of my pocket. While I was disappointed to have a truly bad luck of the draw on the condition of the tires which were on my car when I purchased it, the service manager did price match the best prices I could find in the local, and waived the balancing fees in order to deflect some of my unexpected out-of-pocket expenses. I appreciated the effort very much.

During routine service on my 2011 GS convertible LT3 Corvette, technicians noticed a sound coming from the powertrain. A second appointment was made, and they worked for two days to identify and correct the problem... and gave me a free Malibu loaner. The work was covered entirely by the powertrain warranty, and the Vette is perfect once again. Mo Grossy and everyone in the service department treated me better than I've been treated in any other dealership service department in 46 years of owning cars. As long as I own the Vette and live in central Florida, I will not go elsewhere for service.

Awful, awful, awful, unprofessional, unacceptable, disgusting, the worst. Brought my 2006 corvette in for some minor recall work and warranty work and a few small other items. They call me in a few days and say the car is ready. I get it home and found multiple problems with it. The steering column had many large obvious scratches in on it, a large wire was pinned between the glass and the dash above the steering wheel, the driver door window did not work. I brought it back and they had it a few more days and said that the worker was in a rush to fix it and that is whey it was given back damaged. I went to pick it up and found scratches on the outside of the car and other damage on the inside of the car. Sloppy, unprofessional, unacceptable work. Do not go there

Recently our 2008 Malibu LTZ was subject to recall service. John Mann, our service advisor, kept us up to date on parts availability so we would only need to bring the car in one time to deal with both issues, I have always subscribed to the saying "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". John has always kept us informed of all routine maintenance issues on our 2008 Malibu and 2006 Silverado, which keeps both vehicle in fine working order. When an unexpected issue has arisen it has always been dealt with quickly and professionally by John and the service professionals Auto Nation Chevrolet. We purchased both cars at this dealership and had an excellent experience each time. However buying a car is a once every several year occurrence, but we visit the service department several times a year for oil changes, tire rotations etc... A great sales department got us into the cars, but the excellent service keeps us coming back.

Overall experience was good. It took longer for the paper work to be processed than expected. Make sure you eat lunch before you start the purchase process. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly however when it came down to the purchase he was a typical sales person. All in all, he did his job. There were some unexpected charges added on to the purchase price that did not show in the on-line advertisement of the car that we were purchasing, which we had to resolve.

Auto Nation Chevrolet West Colonial. Kamal was the salesperson that provided service for me on 23 August 2014. He was very respectful, never pushy, and did his best to meet my needs. The first Silverado 1500 that we test drove did not meet my satisfaction and I mentioned to Kamal that I was going to wait until March of next year to purchase a vehicle. I did not really know what I was looking for in a new truck since my previous vehicle was a 2000 Silverado 1500 6 cylinder. Kamal did ask what options I was looking for and I told him that I had no idea, being out of touch with the latest available technologies. He did not hound me to make a decision or push me into a purchase but he did find a vehicle that he thought that I might like and asked if I would like to see it. I am glad that he did. It is perfect in every way and I drove it home that afternoon. A 6 cylinder Silverado 1500 LT. Kamal is an excellent salesperson and an asset to your force. Bruno did all of the paperwork and again found the best incentives for me and financing. Bruno is outstanding at what he does. Honorable mention goes to Jessica who helped pair my phone with the truck's computer and to Jewels who helped my wife with her new Chevy Equinox. So, that is two vehicles we purchased from this dealership within a month. All personnel at this location are extremely helpful and put their customer's best interest at the forefront. I went to purchase a car to get a fresh start. I was given the run around. I sat for a hour on day with no one helping me only coming because I was responding to them sending me a request. I have never been treated this way in my life by no one. Jake, David and all the others. I was mislead very bad. I just cried when I got home. Then was left without a ride home. The car that the kept telling me was ready never was it was sent to the aution I was told after being told it was ready for a week or we cannot find the keys.

Hubber was our service representative, and did a great job listening reasonably to our complaints about prior service issues. The vehicle was brought in due to continuing issues (engine mount and transmission) that were not identified during the previous visit in September. I told Hubber I objected to the diagnostic fee being charged a second time because the original complaint was never handled from earlier visit where the diagnostic fee was paid. Hubber got approval to waive the second fee, and had the car looked at promptly, and then scheduled a time to have the engine mount replaced and the transmission repaired. The repairs were done, and when picking up the vehicle, we told Hubber we were not happy about paying the first diagnostic fee for an issue that turned out to be a warranty issue. He agreed to refund that fee and made the check request. I am still hesitant to refer friends to the dealership from the previous experience, but Hubber and the most recent experience has significantly improved my opinion of this dealership.

Our salesman, David Hay was great. He didn't pressure us but he took the time to understand our needs and show us lots of options. The breakdown seems to be when you actually begin negotiating the deal. The finance dept. took way too long to return with an offer! We were ready to buy the car and were happy with our selection, but the finance dept drug the process out to the point that we almost walked out. We had to return later that night (other commitments) to close the deal. The car was detailed and ready to go before the finance dept got back with us!

BE AWARE WHEN BUYING USED VEHICLES FROM THEM!! I stopped by to look at used trucks and found a white one I wanted and was told by both the sales man and floor manager that the truck was a certain price. I proceeded to take it on a test drive and after went in to do the paperwork. Only after they knew I wanted the truck did the general manager tell me the price was wrong and jumped $2000 over what I was told. Needless to say I left without the truck and I felt like I was getting the shaft because they thought I would have paid more. Then I get a rude call from the general manager telling me that I shouldn't have even been on the used car lot because it was off limits and they quoted me a price on the wrong truck and not the one I test drove. But it was not there fault. BE AWARE WHEN BUYING A USED VEHICLE FROM THEM!!

Best to take your mechanic along when buying a used car from this dealer. They lied directly to me about two repairs that had to be done as part of deal. I knew they had lied about it since I am a mechanic and the way they said repair done was not what manufacturer requires. The car was in need of alignment. Was told they fixed it by filling tires with air. The real fix is by a special tool made by Mercedes and done with full tank of gas and 150 pound weight. Second required fix was the ac. They wanted to put on used Chinese compressor that was wrong size and not approved by Mercedes. They did put it on and it broke after a few miles. I had new approved compressor put in. It was not factory part but it was not a Chinese part either. Don't use this dealer for repairs and have your own mechanic check the car and give report and make sure contract is subject to your mechanic's approval of the repair.

Having my car towed outside the service area, Ian was very helpful and reassuring me as to where to have the tow driver place the vehicle, It was 5:00pm, My vehicle would be worked on the very next morning. He set me up with the staff for the courtesy car to take me home. True to his word he called me early the next morning told me what the problem was and the cost. My most recent visit to this dealership was due to a problem with one of my tires. I was rather stressed at the time, since I had a very busy day scheduled and was afraid that I wouldn't be able to get the problem resolved in a timely manner. Ian Franklin in the Service Department was very understanding of my situation, and was able to get my tire repaired quickly so that I could be on my way. Ian was courteous and professional, and I left the service department feeling confident that my vehicle was safe to drive again. I recently had my car towed to Courtesy Chevrolet and was fortunate to have been greeted by Mike upon my arrival at the Service Dept. Although, he was busy with others, he escorted me to a very comfortable waiting area, took over details with the towing driver and in a very expedient fashion, had me on my way to obtain a rental vehicle and back to work. He kept me apprised of what was going on with my vehicle and was always accessible by phone. In today's world of little or poor customer service, Mike was a breath of fresh air. While I do not expect or want to have any further service needs, I hope the next time I do, Mike Wheeler is still with Courtesy Chevrolet to handle same for me. Rated because Mike was made me feel very appreciative of your business, he was friendly and prompt when getting the answers to my questions. Even when I returned to have the work done he was training a new guy, Mike and the new guy had smiles on there faces like they were very happy. Knowledgeable and friendly service with a smile. Had an oil change and was recommended special oil due to the mileage my truck was at. Never knew it made a difference but I appreciate that I feel my truck is in good trusted hands and I can always expect affordable, great service, & quick turn-around. Very pleased & will come back & most certainly will refer friends.

I had a problem with my car and I took it in for service and dealt with Mike Wheeler in the service drive.Mike was very helpful in getting my car looked at immediately upon my arrival. The car was fixed and I was on my way very quickly. Mike was very professional and courteous!I will always bring my cars into this dealership for repairs because of how I was treated by Mr. Wheeler.

Have a fleet of Chevys and had to have the speedometers replaced. Ian helped me out and went over and above to make sure that everything that could be covered was. I was treated very well. This was the absolute worst shopping experience for cars I have ever experienced.I requested pricing on 3 separate pairs of vehicles, yes I was going to purchase 2 new cars from them.The choices were Malibu LS/Equinox LS, Impala LS/Equinox LS, Equinox LS x2.After explaining what I wanted and I would only work with OTD prices, I was sent the following prices.Malibu/Equinox $45,000Impala/Equinox $45,000Equinox/Equinox $47,000Once I got there, and spent 3hrs filling out the paper work etc, they come over and tell me the Impala/Equinox was priced wrong and it would be $49,000 out the door. Almost $5000 more. I got pissed and left.I contact my sales person Samantha and inquired if the $47,000 price for the pair was available that I would go back and buy. They now claimed it to be $48,000.If at all possible RUN away from this place before they try to lie to you to get you in and change the price.

I recently purchased a used Corvette from another dealership in town. (not a Chevy dealer). a few days later I noticed that the clear panel roof had sun damage. I decided to take the car to the nearest Chevrolet dealer by my home to have them asses the problem. I expected a fight on my hands. This is where I met Tim Brown in the service dept. I told him briefly about the problem and he was all ears. Before we even got to the car he told me that they would fix the problem. No sarcasm or anything, i was shocked. He asked me if this was my first Corvette and I told him yes. He acknowledged the problem and assured me that GM would take care of the problem. He then took the timeto answer a couple of questions I had about the car and was very thorough. I appreciated that very much, He seemed very sincere and proud to represent GM. He then checked the vin# and told me that i had a great deal of warranty on the car that I didn't even know about. Again he went the extra step. The whole experience was UNBELIEVABLE, not what I expected or how i thought I would be treated in the service drive. I sure wish all employees would treat customers like Tim treated me, maybe some businesses wouldn't be in such trouble. Still not impressed 100% with Chevrolets quality. I don't believe a 3 year old car should have to have its roof replaced but I'm sure GM will get there. Tim made it all right. Car has been fixed and all went great on that visit as well. I will buy mu next new Corvette from your dealer as long as you have Tim there,

On April 2nd, 2012 I brought my Chevy 2006 Impala in because it was having a problem and needed a new water pump,I spent over a thousand dollars to fix the problem and when i got the carback they said it should be as perfect as a new car but when i left the car ended up having more problems than when I brought it in. It started having transmission problems along with other things and to top that off the problem I first brought it in for was never really fixed,I ended up going and trading my car in at another dealership for a new car because this chevy dealership never does the job, this was not the first time I brought my car in and it came out with more problems. PLEASE I ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM!I dealt with Service Advisor Cio Montalvo, and it sucked. Never dealing with this Chevy dealership again.

The sale was smooth, good price on the vehicle, I would say great but all new vehicles are over priced and that is not the dealers fault. I got what I felt was an acceptable offer on my trade from the start. I've bought quite a few new vehicles and get real sick of the "let me talk to the manager BS", that did not happen here. I went back to have something done that was owed and purchase some accessories and all the staff was very helpful. Everyone there (sales dept, parts dept) treated me like they sold me the vehicle themselves, I was impressed. I live about an hour from Courtesy Chevrolet on West Colonial but will definately give them the a call first next time I buy a Vehicle.

She answered all of our questions in terms we could understand. Actually she sometimes anticipated our next question and covered features we were not aware even existed. They list these cars as being LTZ models and they are not even close. When you actually go the website and check the prices they are about 5-6k higher than the cars.com ad. What a ripoff.

Purchased a used Saturn from Courtesy on Colonial mid March. It's now coming up on the end of May and i still do not have a tag for my vehicle, nor does my finance company have a copy of the title. I can't drive my car because the 4th temporary tag that was put on my car came off. (due to being prited on relatively thin stock) I have sent many emails and my last email was sent over 3 days ago with no response or resolution. upon purchase of the car i was promised an owners manual. (Gm Certified, one would assume that the certfied car would have this. I was ok as long as they sent it to me. it was documented and promised. 2 1/2 months later...nope, still dont have it. When i left the dealer, they attached the wrong tag. when i informed them, i was told just to drive it back and they would replace it. Do you know what happens in Florida if you are stopped for driving with a bad tag?? i wasn't going to have my car impounded for their error. Several hours later they did some out and replace it. do they keep track of their customers on temporary tags? of course not. My tag expired. again, more emails with no response. a few days later a new tag shows up at my house. so now i know they do not track or even care if thier customers tag expires. with about a week to go before the tag expires again, i reach out to see where we stand. i hear some chatting in the backgroung about not knowing where the title is, (WTF???) ok maybe they weren't talking about my car, no probably they were. i get an email stating that it will be "a few more weeks" and they will send me another temporary tag. (remember, this is now my 4th tag on this car) This new tag that comes in is on relatively thin stock. apparently driving in the rain just makes this thing fall appart. Because when i got home, the tag was gone (except for the 2 pieces where the screws were holding it to the car.

I went in to look at a used truck. I liked what i saw. Told the sells person (TJ) I am interested. But wanted to think about it. Thought about it for two days. Called TJ, told him I will be in the next day. Called TJ the next day morning and told him i will be in after 5pm after work. Call TJ after work and he tells me he sold it that MORNING! WOW. What a to do business. 2 days later I went in and bought a 2010 truck. Sales person BRUNO. GREAT GUY!GREAT SALES PERSON. The service department SUCKS. It takes three trip to get minor things fixed, (Well almost fixed). JEFF service department manager cant run a department. DeAnna customer relations does not return calls. Cio in the service department looses paper work. But BRUNO you rule!!! Overall D-
