We wanted to take the time to say THANK YOU to everyone at the AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram. From the moment we walked in to the time we walked out and the day after we were treated like family by the most honest and helpful staff. We were a customer who has some credit challenges and they were able to over come what issues we had and got us into the car of our dreams for our family. I was mildly in the market for a new jeep so decided to stop in to see what numbers I could hash out. Michael Lopez helped me with info and was very knowledgable about the options and configurations. He got my car appraised to see what my numbers would yield. I gave him a number I was comfortable with paying and the man made it happen. In fact it was 3$ under budget. The "haggling" was painless and the staff was courious. Definitely will be back for the next jeep!

I went to the dealer and just to see a truck I saw on cars.com. I was helped by Pedro Vega who showed me the exact vehicle and took me on a test. Was not planning to buy nothing but when I saw all the rebates and discounts I could not resist. Nice people to work with and very patient too. Had not such a good credit but they pull it off! WOW, I was happy with my buying experience and with the support Mr. Amaro provided all throughout the sale and including the installation of the factory hitch. I am now more impress to know that Mr. Amaro (not known to me at the time) even on his last day of employment with AutoNation took care of me like a professional. He waited one extra day to leave the business in order to make sure I was well serviced. Even his call back two day after to ask how everything was going with the vehicle was pleasant and enjoyable. I found out that he no longer works for AutoNation and had decided to move on. Being a true professional he had nothing but positive things to say about the company. Back in September of 2014 I personally took the time to right a review on this dealership and the great experience I had from the moment I walked to the moment I drove out with my new Durango. It was Great!!!! Today I returned to simple get an oil change at the same dealership and let me tell you the expireance at the service department was completely different, start off when we dove up we waited at lest 5 minutes before before we were acknowledged by anyone, plenty of service associates around just talking to each other and nobody even ask me or my wife if we needed any help. It took myself to start asking around who could help me. One associate was on the phone and just looked at me put his had up and said nothing like if I was bothering them. Well great experience with the sale but I don't recommend the service department to anyone

This is my second vehicle purchase within one year. I was recommended to come see a gentleman named Amaro for his exceptional customer satisfaction and his patient understanding of his customers needs. They were not kidding. I am very please with the care he exhibited to our needs. thanks again. The dealership showroom is one of the best laid out and designed I have ever seen. The small restaurant in the back could use an improvement in the customer service department. Only two customers around the counter and I was not acknowledge for over a few minutes. The two behind the counter were talking among themselves and they new very well that I was there as a customer waiting to be served.

I had stopped in to see Noel around three month ago and I was interested in changing my Wrangler for a new one. I had told Noel that it was not going to be today and I was just there to understand what had changed since 2011. Immediately Noel struck me as a very friendly and people person. I was correct with my gut feeling. Noel sat us down in his office and took his time to explain from front to rear, bottom to top everything in the new wranglers. Well there was not drought who I was going to see when the time came to change my wrangler. Needless to say I came back to the wrangler guy Mr. Noel. I love my new shinny Wrangler and I thank Noel for all his special attention to my needs.

I took my jeep in for and an oil change and tire rotation, and one week later at 9500 miles, i have a check engine light. I make an appointment for 5:00pm, and when i get there, nobody greets me, or provides any guidance. I walk up to someone and they give me a hard time asking me who i am meeting with, after i tell him the persons name, they don't go get the service adviser, they just point me in a general direction. Fine, no biggy, i walk to an empty office and wait outside for the service adviser. When he finally arrives, he tells me the techs are gone and i should drop the vehicle off tomorrow morning. Well what's the point of even offering appointments at 5? To top it off, chrysler does not offer loaner vehicles for warranty service. I will never go to autonation again, nor will i purchase another chrysler make. Also, if it matters to you, the service waiting area is small, cramped, stinky and dirty. There was a cup of spilled coffee on the side table in the waiting room, nobody cleaned it up. Just over all terrible experience.

Over ten month ago I approached Noel Amaro with a future request. I was planning to change my vehicle in 2015. I had done business with him in the past and I know he would earn my business again. Well, Mr. Amaro does his homework on his customers. I am a very picky person when it comes to the cars I like. Last month I told him to start looking because May was the time frame I had to buy a car. I was surprised when he came by my office with a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee. He said to me. "This is your next car". I want to say, at first I though he had forgotten how picky I am about my cars. He had not forgotten. He provide a demonstration all selected to the things I look for in a car. The seats must be very comfortable, simple to understand, easy access to everything and it must have all the safely features. He had it correct all the way down to color of the car. Noel is not a car salesman. He is a people person who cares and wants to do right for his customers. thanks again.

I want to relate a recent experience I had trying to get my Chrysler Sebring repaired. I initially took it to my local dealer whom I had originally bought the car from new. In the ensuing 7 years he has gotten all of my service business which amounts to quite a bit of money. I ran into a problem with my car recently and of course brought it back to my normal dealer, they kept the car and I got a call from them several hours later telling me that they needed to replace a simple part but it was going to cost me over $1,000, I asked will that fix the problem I was told it might not so additional work and parts may be required. First of all it was just a plastic piece of trim and I was in no position to come up with that kind of money especially since it was open ended as to the final cost. I questioned the cost and the part with the dealer and there attitude was basically confrontational, there were no customer service skills at all. I felt as though I was being RIPPED OFF after all my years of loyalty. I told them I couldnt afford that and not to do anything. I then did some research online about other Chrysler dealers. After reading many reviews I decided to contact AutoNation Chrysler in Pembroke Pines even though they are about 35 miles away because I saw that the General Manager seemed available and very involved in customer service. AN EXAMPLE OF EXCELLENCE I left a voice mail for the General Manager, Yuri Cil and really didnt expect him to personally call me back. I have tried talking to the GM at my dealer for years unsuccessfully as he deems talking to a customer beneath him. Much to my great surprise a few hours later I actually received a phone call from Yuri, I explained the issue and problem and he actually listened asked question, interacted with me and I felt like he genuinely cared about me as a person, a customer and my issue. He told me that he would personally meet me at the dealership, introduce me to his best technician for the job and personally oversea ever aspect. So I made an appointment with him and drove the 35 miles to his dealership AutoNation Chrysler of Pembroke Pines. I went into their beautiful showroom and asked for Yuri and he actually came out and warmly greeted me. I felt that he really cared about me as a person and a valued customer. He then personally took me to service department and had his top technician German come and look at the problem with him and then told them to get the car in the shop and find out what is wrong and give me an estimate. Since I needed to leave the car he arranged for me to get a rental car at no cost to me and assured me that they would be calling me with what they found. Yuri and everybody I had contact with at the dealership was so friendly and positive and wanted to help in any manner that they could. The next day Jose the service writer called and told me what German had found and what it would cost. I couldnt believe what he was telling me: for the same part that my dealer wanted over $1,000 plus Yuris staff said they would order the part, have it in that next day and the total would be UNDER $400. I could not believe there honesty, integrity and incredible customer service. I picked up my car the next day and it was all repaired, problem solved for a stunning $375. I have never had such a positive experience with any car dealer nor their staff: from the front desk to the man who parks the cars you can clearly see Yuris culture permeates the entire dealership. Kudos Yuri Cil to you and your staff!! I cant recommend them highly enough, try them and you will walk away amazed as I was. This is a place where old time values of customer service still exists and with a smile. I will never go anywhere else for service from now on and when it is time to buy a new car they will be the first on my list.

It took a long time for the Jeep Renegade to finally come to the showrooms. The wait was well worth it because the level of service and attention to my needs and time frame was way over the top. The showroom at this dealership looks like a basketball arena with the nice cars as the players. It looks like a very nice place to visit right from the start. I was looking to trade my six year old car and asked for an appraisal to see what I would get for my car. The salesman MR. Amaro that greeted me at the front door was very helpful with his explanation on how they do vehicle trade appraisals. He took me to his office where wrote down some information about me and my car. I actually enjoyed the appraisal and how I was asked about my cars condition and history. At the end I felt the appraisal for fare and everyone was very nice.

I purchased a vehicle from an outstanding sales person who not only helped me all the way through the process. He actually took it one step above the rest. I called him to see if he know someone who would install my locking gas cap cover on my new wrangler. He asked me to send him a photo of the cap from the front and back. Well he asked me to stop in and he would install it for free. What a wonderful person. I will remember Noel every time I know someone is looking for a car.

For once it was a very nice experience going to a car dealership and not feeling attacked and pressured to buy. The person who assisted me was Mr. Amaro. His approach was one of a kind person trying to understand my needs in order to help and guide me in the right direction. The day I stopped in the dealership I was not planning to purchase a vehicle. I just wanted to scout out the place and good thing I did. I noticed a few things stat stood out. I walked the lot and the lot was loaded with vehicles. Rams by the mile, Jeeps of all colors and trims. The cafeteria was full with customers and the place felt comfertable to be in. One of the sales reps was very welcoming and asked if he could be of help. He quickly struck me as a very nice person and I was correct. He was very helpful and new his vehicles. I stopped with my sister a few nights ago just to look at use cars. I did not see anything on the lot that jumped out at me. I would say the only thing (actually person) that stood out was the man who was driving by in a red jeep. He stopped the car and surprised us with his few words. He actually apologized for not having a sales representative to assist us. We told him that we had sneaked in by the side entrance. He came out of his car and asked us if he could have the pleasure to assist us. We said sure. He asked us what kind of vehicle we needed. We told him that we are not ready to buy at this time. This is what I liked about this salesman. It was way after 9pm and it looked like he was heading home for the day. It was cold outside and he invited us to his office just to provide us with any information we needed for when we were ready to buy. We did and he was very informative. Obviously we did not purchase a vehicle that night, but when the time comes we will not forget Noel.

My husband and I went in for an oil change on our 2010 Dodge Charger, which by the way is where we have all of our work done, and were greeted immediately by the pleasant ready to work service team. Although it looked very busy my car was taken in -in relatively good timing. The waiting area is pretty small for the service dept. area but it offers a few seats, coffee, tv, and restrooms- more than that place that changes oil on your local corner. While we waited we walked through the used car lot and greeted by another employee who advised us the sales team would be in shortly. We sat in the sales lobby area as we waited, which is big offering tv, a small cafe type food sales bar, kids area, and soda machine. Moments later the sales manager came in and told us Noel Amaro will be right with us. We waited another 10 minutes until the manager came by again this time with Noel. (We were there very early) Noel showed us a used SUV and their best selling vehicle both which suited our needs -not that we were shopping to buy. Then Noel happened upon a 2014 Dodge Durango that he and the finance dept. MADE fit our budget. We left the vehicle there as we needed to get a few things together. My husband didn't get back to the dealership until 8:57 pm (they close at 9 and Noel was off since 6). The manager called Noel who came back within 5 mins and my husband came home with the vehicle by 9:30 pm with the deal that was put in place earlier that morning. I may as well mention that deal is beyond belief and I couldn't be happier, unless we hit the lotto too. Noel is truly the greatest. He is personable, honest (his appearance looks honest as well), well groomed, straight forward, and polite. He did not force the sale or any vehicle on us, was patient as we decided whether or not to purchase (seeing as we went in for an oil change) and very dedicated to customer service and his job. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, and if your buying look for Noel Amaro.

Very happy with our experience here. Our sales rep Deante Powell was a real Pro - honest, very courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We bought an older RAV-4; had a couple issues that were quickly resolved and fairly worked into the deal. A necessary repair (new muffler) was done quickly and without complaint. We only had a couple of days to find a decent car for our daughter, and we accomplished that with minimal stress. Wellington in the Finance office was also a gentleman and another Professional. Can recommend the Autonation Team without reservation to other parents looking to get a good deal on a pre-owned vehicle for their kiddos.

My wife and I drove over from Fort Myers, FL to see a Honda Odyssey we found online. We didn't arrive at the dealership until almost 8:00 p.m. on a Saturday. I had visited with Noel Amaro over the phone and he had everything ready when we got there. The van was pulled up to the door and we immediately went on a test drive. Noel was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. He along with a couple of gentlemen stayed until close to 10:30 p.m. in order for us to get the deal done (they even played ball with our two boys while we were taking care of the paperwork). Every car dealership I have ever gone to I walk away feeling like I have been taken advantage of. However, Noel and the staff had us leaving with smiles on our faces! My wife and I wanted to buy or lease a new car. We currently have a 2006 Jeep Liberty and although we have had no problems with this car, we wanted to find a car that would offer a smoother ride due to previous back injuries that I had. So we decided we would go a Jeep dealership first as a courtesy or loyalty even though my eye was set on a Toyota Roadrunner. We went to Auto nation in Pembroke Pines, FL. We were greeted by Mitchell Gross. I was expecting the usual pressure sales pitch which has happened to us in the past. To my surprise he asked me what made me come to Auto Nation and after I explained about my back his main concern was to try any and all cars to see what was the most comfortable for me before we would even talk price , style, color etc... We took several cars out and went over the speed bumps. It was hot out that day. He placed us in a car and while running the air conditioner he ran back and forth getting keys for me to test other cars. He was down to earth, not pushy but concerned for my well being. I told him he was the first dealership we visited and I wanted to visit Toyota to compare cars and pricing. I was shocked when he said he understood and would be here if I needed anything else. I was expecting the pressure that I encountered with previous car searching. As we talked more and more and exchanged stories of family and new York he grew on us and the end result of this very long story is, we got a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport. We are very happy with our purchase experience. It was stress free, smooth and enjoyable, specially for our three children. I recently Purchased a new car at Autonation Chrysler Dodoge Jeep Ram Pembroke Pines. I had a great experience during the buying process. My salesman was Mr. Pena. I was looking around the parking lot when he came over and greeted me. He was taking care of something and stopped to acknowledge me and offered his assistance. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and displayed a great deal of professionalism. This was a stress free endeavor. The negotiation took a couple of days because I had two choices. We came to a meeting of the minds and settled on a very good price. I am very satisfied with my car and the service that I received from all the staff members who aided in closing this deal. As a foreign business person arriving in the US without credit history, I had a bad time with many dealers. Some were rude and did not even care about me. With AutoNation - Pembroke Pines my experience was quite different! Noel, the sales professional who took care of my process was very focused on my needs instead of my credit history. In the end of the day I did not even financed my car with the dealer, but decided to buy a car there because of the wonderful sales service I'd experienced. Having Noel as a salesperson was an unexpectantly pleasant experience. Noel's personality was comforting as if he were not a car salesperson but a human-being who sold cars. He was very warm, inviting, understanding of my spending limits, and didn't try to coerce me into going over my budget. He made me feel that no matter what, he would do whatever was needed make my buying experience a smooth, painless, and one that was totally my decision.. When we ended up with a number above my budget, he left and came back with a reduction, which allowed me to purchase the car I wanted. My wife and i have recently moved from N.J to Florida. Me being a hotrod guy whos owns a 2010 ss camaro thought it would be a great car to have here. How wrong could i have been. From traffic lights to traffic jams to 9 mpg it just simply didnt make sence. And not wanting to part with the ss but keeping my wife happy i went car "looking". Well we had heard a friend mention autonation and i said we can look. When we arrived there we were greeted by a gentleman named Noel Amaro. He had just introduced himself and said if he can help just let him know. i said NO of course, were just looking. I had been looking a wranglers before but really never considered it. But looking at my ss and the traffic in south florida i did understand that something had to be done and making people move was not an option. So my wife had convinced me to ask Noel our salesman for help. So i did and that was probally the smartest thing i did all week. What a gentleman, he was more then helpfull with ZERO pressure. He said just look around. So we did and found a jeep we liked but i drive. And I could not have been happier with Noel. He was able to reach each and every number we wanted with no pressure at all, he accomated my wife and i needs to the fullest. In fact we walked out or should i say drove out in a new wrangler and could not be happier. So if you are really looking to get into something and not shop around i would make Auto Nation and Noel Amaro my first and only stop.

Mr Amaro's reply surprised me at first and then I found out he was genuine. I met Matthew and after heavy contemplating, being that I was only there for an inquiry; I ended up purchasing the 2014 Dodge Charger at a great price/deal. Matthew was very friendly. Although, I rated my overall experience and Matthew's customer service as ok because I think he was overwhelmed with getting even more sales, his attention was swayed. He didn't follow-up, but he did give me his direct line and I was able to contact him directly in order to complete my deal (i.e., window tints). I had to contact his manager Tommy only once and my needs were met eventually. Both gentlemen were pleasant and knowledgeable. I am now completely happy and I would still recommend this establishment to whom ever I meet since they had also taken care of the maintenance on the Dodge Charger that I traded in as well.

I don't know how business's like this can exist when there are so many dealerships in the area.It was lies right from the start. Our own fault for sticking around for so many hrs just to get screwed so bad at closing, that we had to call off the deal from hidden fees and lies about them.It's illegal to advertise one price and then try to slip in $700 dealer fees. Telling us they are legal and tax related. Putting your finger over them like I won't look. ask them to remove expensive extras only to have them keep popping up in later drafts with said finger trying to cover themThey thought they'd wear us down having us sit there and sit there late into the night 11:30 and then just throw forms at us with more and more fees. We kept the documents we'll be sending them to the proper authorities.

I have to say that I went to several dealership (Aventura, Miami Lakes Automall, Planet Dodge etc...) but I had not experienced anything close to the service I received at Autonation. I researched extensively on-line, picked out exactly how I wanted it equipped and then went to Auto Nation Pembroke Pines to order a new 2014 Ram 1500 Laramie 4X4 on February 15th, 2014. The sales associate assisting me was Mo Tavakoli and he took the time to go over, then double check, my lenghty options list to insure nothing that I wanted would be forgotten when we placed the special order. Since I even had specifics about the side view mirrors, Mo took me out onto the lot to personally show me several choices I could have before we went back inside and went over the list one more time. Mo patiently answered my many questions, didn't try to "sell" me on any further options and got my order out to the factory that same day. Mo stayed in touch with me by e-mail and phone during the following weeks to keep me up to speed with my order status and immediately telephoned to surprise me when the truck arrived (earlier than expected) on April 3rd, 2014. I went down the next morning and Mo again made sure of things by going over my options listing with me to verify that everything I wanted had been installed in my beautiful new truck. Everything about my vehicle order & delivery experience was pretty simple and without pressure or stress. I'd be less than truthfull if I didn't mention one negative aspect of this purchase and that came AFTER this transaction was complete. Even though I'd already paid for the vehicle in full, Auto Nation wanted me completing a form that included how long I lived at my home, my Social Security number, my yearly income and so on....almost like a credit application. I was told that it was a Federal requirement ....yet I don't know anyone else who bought a car outright in the last two years who was asked to complete such an an invasive form? I am looking in to this. But for that form, I had a very good experience at Auto Nation Pembroke Pines.

To Whom It May Concern; My wife and I recently purchased a used Lincoln Navigator from Noel Amaro at your Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Pembroke Pines, Fl. His attitude and professionalism was second to none. He did NOT try to push us into a vehicle we might not have wanted, he showed us the vehicle we were interested in even though it had not yet been prepped for sale. Once we told him we wanted the first chance at the vehicle he spoke to his sales manager and got us the best price without any haggling or arguing. He and the sales manager arranged for us to put a refundable deposit on the vehicle if we did not like it after it was presented to us to test drive and look at. Worst maintenance ever, no respect for customers, all kind of excuses, my car is brought in 4 times for the same issue and the problem is getting worst, my car is a Brand New Jeep Wrangler 4 door, I'm consulting right now whit a Lemon Law Attorney, Looks like a have a very strong case. warranty issues with electrical components in your vehicle like Power Windows Power door locks and Alarm system Jeep subcontracted with a much shipper - very low cost-quality independent company and don't want to take any responsibility. but make no mistake the price for this items on the Vehicle invoice is for the top of the line Mercedes o BW o higher so be prepare before you get screwed like me

First of all!! one diesel mechanic only, and a to top it off CROOKED!!!! Second, never was told, by Terri of the one mechanic issue, and had to leave my truck there an extra day to service, which meant no transportation to go to work.Third, when returning my truck the water in the fuel light was on, answered from Terri needed to replace the filter! Again when truck was dropped off the light was not on!Fourth, When I returned a couple of weeks to service my truck again, to replace the Batteries, decided to replace the fuel filter. Terri called me back saying that the filter was replaced, but that the light was not going off, and that the mechanic had done a fuel diagnostic on my truck and found that I had water in the fuel tank, which it was impossible for that to be true at that moment! cost to repair 1500 dollars including new batteries, fuel filter, and dropping fuel tank to clean!! Spoke to Terry saying that there was something wrong, and that this was not true, to please help me out! her response, I'M NOT GOING TO ARGUE THIS WITH YOU NO MORE, IT IS WHAT IT IS!Decided to go and talk to STEVE KOPECY CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER ,which was already aware of the situation, obviously he was warned that I was coming to see him. Steve showed me a bottle water with a sample of my fuel in it, and obviously with water in it too, explaining that, that water was from my truck. So I begged STEVE to help me out there with the cost of such repair, that I couldn't afford, he was able to bring down the cost to 1050 dollars. which I agreed too, and obviously had to leave truck there once again! The next day no answer from Steve all day, when he called me like around 6:30 pm to tell me that they did three more fuel analysis on my truck, and found that there was actually no water in my fuel tank, that the water found was actually already in the water bottle, that the mechanic had used!!! That he was disappointed in the Mechanic for doing such. The next day Steve offered me a rented car to accommodate me, and the truck was returned the day after, at a cost of 481.85 working properly and no light on! I would recommend for you guys to replace the Diesel Mechanic, and Terri Nutting Service Advisor for dishonest and Crooked behavior, until such action I would not ever return to your dealer, and never recommend your services to anybody. For the headache and pain they caused me! There has to be a law for such crooked actions and corruptness. Thank youJavier De Los Rios

Had the pleasure of dealing with Marcos Uscocovich. Honestly, I'm 1,000% satisfied. The car buying process always involves quite a few steps, but Marcos made sure all my doubts and questions were completely answered. His service was nothing less than stellar. I never felt like I was being pressured to make any choice (usually salesmen try to push you around to get their way), but not this guy. He was upfront and honest. And even though I purchased a used car (a Honda), they made sure to check for the best financing available and gave me real help. I'm glad I came here, and would definitely re-visit in the future. You guys helped me out big time, so the least I can do is write a few words. Great people and awesome deals. No gimmicks. Thanks guys!

I HIGHLY & WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! I initially came to the dealer to buy a car for my son. We met with wonderful people who are "NOT" stereotypical pushy sales people. I was so pleased with the staff that I returned to buy a certified pre-owned for myself. I highly recommend MARCOS USCOCOVICH as your salesperson, he goes the extra mile to make sure your happy and that you feel comfortable with the car you choose, MARCOS is a superb person! We enjoyed talking to him and found he was a down to earth person. Another pleasant surprise was the Sales Manager JOHN FALCIGLIA, again he was down to earth too and awesome to was work with. JOHN was able to negotiate us through a deal process that met my sons needs. In the end, my son ended up in a beautiful car with extras that he did not anticipate. Both JOHN & MARCOS spent extra time with us at the dealer, even after they closed, to make sure the deal worked out perfectly. They were both extremely kind and very personable and made sure we were happy all the way through the transaction. The final process of financing was even more impressive with the assistance of ORLAN SPAULDING & WILFREDO RODRIGUEZ...All I can say is WOW you guys are the Best! No messy sales contracts, just a straight-forward process that was done in a flash. Again, since my son had certain needs they tailored his deal to make it happen financially. I went to Arrigo (both Sawgrass and Palm Beach) and my experience was very poor. I had been given a price for the car and when I went back to purchase it, they changed the price on me because they had made a mistake on the first quote. I took the quote to Autonation and they honored the original price from Arrigo without hesitation. Buying process was smooth and very professional. Highly recommend it.

I was in the market to purchase a new 2014 Grand Cherokee for my wife, (her 3rd consecutive one). When I walked into this Dealership after having visited 3 other Jeep dealers in the Fort Lauderdale area, I had a very good idea what we wanted. Buying a car could be a little annoying because of the normal procedures that it requires. We had what you might consider high maintenance needs when purchasing one of our cars. Tom was very patient with our back and forth considerations, and really assisted us in choosing the right car that we could not be happier with. He and John worked together to create a deal that really worked for our budget and had the tech we were looking for in a new car. I purchased a dodge charger from auto nation in Pembroke Pines, FL . Without any hesitatioln I have never met such a great team. They made everything easy and without and questions or complaining they were always willing to help with anything i needed. Jose, the General Manager is been on top of everything with making sure everything went smoothly and i walked out the door with a smile on my face. Dave whom is one of the managers of the dealership is the first person i met and has never left my side. He helped me with ensuring i got into the car with no headaches. John who is another manager at the dealership has been a pleasure to work with who has not only brought a smile to my face but my daughter who is 9 fell in love with his personality. Without going to say, i will ensure anyone friend, family member, co worker comes to visit them to purchase a car. They have made me feel like i am a family memeber and every time i walk in the door i am greeted with love. I can imagine going anywhere else. A family away from home . I had a great experience at this dealership. From start to finish it was a top notch experience. Tom Latesta and John Falciglia were extremely helpful and kind. I wasn't sure what i wanted when i walked in but by time i left i was not only confident in my purchase but i felt great about it. I have to say the customer service was great.... I had gone to a few dealers in the Miami Area and they said they could not do anything to come back in another year or 2 when my lease was up. That my payment would be a lot higher and looking at a deal would not even be worth looking at. Auto Nation Dodge went above and beyond and got me the car I wanted with every possible option paying less Monthly with 0 Down!! I highly recommend this dealer to anyone.. Initially I submitted a bad review due to making an internet\email offer on a Challenger SRT8 and receiving little response to my attempt to strike up a deal and felt a little jilted as a result. I have since returned to the dealer and I'm happy to say that I got a decent deal on a 2011 Challenger SRT8-392! The sales staff were helpful, but some time and haggling was needed on the trade and purchases price. Overall they came in just under $1000 on my trade compared to what Carmax offered, and the purchase price was decent enough to make pulling the trigger a no-brainer. Give these guys a shot. They did right by me in the end and I would recommend them for your next Dodge purchase without reservation! ~J.

They sold me initally a used truck, the truck has a defect on the engine, they never could find the problem after six visit to their service department, even charge me for extras whem they change fuel pump and was their wrong diagnostic, then offer me to get in a new car, ask for more down payment on the new car, tread people like they doing favors. nobody want to get responsabilities of nothing, service manager A BIG LIAR.post sale attention the worst ever.

5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That should be enough said! However, the quality of customer service was terrible. I called them twice with no return call and no one could tell me if my car was ready for pick up. When I decided to go in without a call to find out in person what was going on I saw my vehicle being pulled around to front and then was told I had to wait 10-15 minutes for the paperwork to be processed since my sales contact was out to lunch. Horrible experience. I could be much more understanding with just a simple phone call but apparently lunch was more important than keeping a customer happy. It was my first and last time taking my car there!

My wife took our 2009 Grand Cherokee for an oil change. Our third jeep in 5 years and one of three I still own. After a hard sell for other items that were not needed and and a 2.5 hour wait (40 minutes of that was just waiting for the car to be pulled around) my wife left very upset and swore she would never return again for anything. Don't send your wife in alone unless she knows about cars.
