I just had a great experience at AutoNation Ford Bradenton. I had been watching their inventory for some time, keeping an eye out for the new 2022 Ford Maverick Pickup Truck. I saw that several units were in transit to the dealership and reached out to them. I was quickly contacted by Luke Neal who confirmed the availability of the vehicle and then arranged to have one reserved for me. He then set up for the trade in and financing. His communication with me was awesome. He kept me informed of each step along the way. You can tell when someone enjoys their job and it was very apparent that Luke is one of those people! He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. In fact, everyone I interacted with at the dealership was helpful and friendly. Luke really made it one of the most painless car purchases that I have ever had! I highly recommend you give them a chance to earn your business!

I've just had the best car buying experience of my life at AutoNation Ford in Bradenton, Florida, where I got an outstanding buy. Truly, I've not had an experience this good when purchasing a used vehicle before.David Hannon, my salesperson there, was refreshing to work with pleasant, straightforward and direct in his communications with me. He followed through when he said he would, and did not leave me hanging at any point. He went out of his way to get me the vehicle I needed at a price I could afford. And I just love it! I was pleasantly surprised when he even worked it out that some needed repairs were taken care of at AutoNation right after I purchased it at no cost to me! They say "Worry-free pre-owned vehicles" and they mean it!Every person I interacted with at AutoNation Ford was pleasant, direct, professional and highly customer service oriented, including the general manager Troy Brown, Rory who managed the sale paperwork, the service manager (so sorry I don't have his name) and Donnette Roberts, my service advisor/liaison (what a smart idea to have a service liaison!). I will certainly go back to AutoNation Ford when I am shopping for a vehicle in the future, for an unusually good car buying experience.

My vacation got off to a bad start with my tow vehicle breakdown 75 miles from home and 300 miles from my destination. I put trust in having my truck towed to the local Ford dealership for analysis and repairs. Michelle and her team analyzed the problems and provided me with an estimate on cost to repair the truck. She also provided me with their opinion that I had several pending issues as well. They had the truck repaired on time and for about 20% less than what they had quoted me. Nice surprise.

This was the best car buying experience I've had and I'm almost 60. I live in Naples and I bought this car in Bradenton FL over the internet and phone. My salesman Eric Hale was the ultimate pro. He had the car ready when I arrived. The paperwork took 20 minutes and I was on my way home with a beautiful Silver Mustang at the right price. What an exceptional dealer and sales associate. The dealer I purchased my f150 from was not as concerned with my problem as AutoNation service team.I spoke to the service manager who assured me Michelle would take care me and she did. We found a used Ford Explorer, 2014, on the internet; however, we live 1 1/2 hours from Bradenton in Fort Myers, Fl. We were fortunate to be able to speak with Dave Hanon on the phone who was extremely courteous and helpful. We were able to put a hold on the vehicle until we could get to Bradenton. Dave and the rest of the staff worked diligently to make it possible for us to purchase the car and not only get a fair price on our trade in, but get a decent finance rate on the new loan. We can't say enough about the staff at Bradenton Ford. We really were made to feel that we deserved to have the car rather than being treated "unworthy" as we were at other dealerships in Fort Myers. We would definitely recommend Bradenton Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. It is worth the drive from Fort Myers to be treated with the professional courtesy and respect we received.

Came in for a scheduled oil change and possible air filter replacement. Work completed. Battery terminals needed cleaning. I arrived earlier (10AM) than my appointment (1015AM). Service took over two hours. Overheard techs in the customer waiting area say that they were "backed up". Do appointments really make a difference?All work and other communication were excellent. Jason Fuchs is recommended highly!

We found a 2012 Ford Edge CPO online and emailed the dealership. Within 10 minutes i had received a reply asking when we would like to come look at the car and test drive. I had my car in for service. A 2015 Toyota Prius that I purchased from AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park. I have been too busy to get all the way up to Toyota. I stopped in and saw Andy Spenik on the service drive. As it turns out Andy was the parts and service director. They performed my 20k mile service to toyota standards and even made sure that they used a toyota filter and synthetic oil. What a fantastic experience!!! Kory in Internet Sales and his Manager, Scott were excellent. I was dealing with 4 other dealerships this week for a new 2016 F150, and the finalized the deal locally with Kory and Scott at Bradenton Ford. They were totally honest and very pleasant to deal with. This is the 5th new car I've purchased in just the last 3 years and the 51st new car since my first Dodge Dart in 1970. Autonation has the unique ability to pull cars from probobly several dozen sister dealerships in Florida. This makes it easy for them to locate what you want, exactly equipped to your specs, I made the deal on Saturday for a truck that was at one of their sister dealerships, and they delivered the truck to me the following day, Easter Sunday! Amazing. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I told Kory that he has become my only go to Ford sales rep. He is not at all pushy and he knows his stuff. His manager, Scott made us feel like we were family. I also need to mention Rory Verner the finance manager. He was very helpful and just as honest as Kory and Scott. Kudos to Autonation for having the best team out there!!!!

I leased a beautiful new Focus from Jeanette Billings at Autonation Ford in Bradenton. She was so great and made having to get a new car (usually torture) a reasonably quick and really painless experience. Until yesterday, I would rather have had a root canal than buy a car. I still dreaded it, but it was absolutely wonderful. I cannot thank Jeanette enough, and Rory Verner, the finance wizard, who even talked to the insurance company for me. All of the managers, sales people and finance people RoryVerner, Rick Rupp and Brandon, are so kind and hospitable, and of course, honest and all generous with good advice. Even the car detailer, Dave Hannon did such a good job making sure the car was spotless. Car sales is the most difficult job there is, and Jeanette acts as if it's a breeze. She showed me how to work everything on my great new car, made sure I got the BEST PRICE, and answers every question, any time I call. I will never buy a car anywhere else. We had to have our car towed up to Auto nation Ford due to a manufacturers recall that rendered my escape immobile. While there, for an obnoxious 4 weeks, the mechanics damaged my car tremendously! They fixed the recall, however in the process, broke MANY other things. When my vehicle was (finally) returned, the following things were broken: -passenger side fender flare ripped up/off. -Front passenger quarter panel dented and slid back enough to make it snap inward when the door is opened. -Damaged passenger side front bumper. -Passenger side headlight buckeled out. -Broken exhaust system. -Minimal power stearing. - Disgustingly dirty, inside and out. I swear they drove into something with it, then drug it through a mud pit and thought we wouldn't notice!!! It disgusts me! I'll never be back, you can bet on that! We were also told we would be reimbursed for our tow bill since it was Ford's recall that was the reason we had to have it towed in the first place. Surprise- we were never reimbersed. Very disgusted!! (Dale, the service dept rep we spoke with was always very kind. But this is unacceptable!!!!!)

My experience went very well, and just as I had planned. John Nicholson was my Sales Consultant, and did an EXCELLENT job. He worked very hard to get me at my monthly payment, and the amount I wanted for my trade. I had many, many, specific "wants" while searching for my car (I visited a Toyota and Subaru Dealership prior to e-mailing Ford) and AutoNation Ford called me immediately and began their search. The Sales Managers along with the Finance Department all worked diligently to make me an offer. Within 2 hours, I was signing the papers. When my car arrived, I was very impressed when John when he showed me all the perks on my car. In addition to many other things, he thoroughly taught me how to use the touch screen and steering wheel controls to change the radio, navigation, and phone! Lastly, all the people that I had encountered that day were very friendly and helpful. The dealership was clean, and the communication was open and honest. I couldn't be happier with my new ride. The GM at Autonation Ford, Bradenton is Troy Brown. His team of Salesmen in my experience included Mike Bolton who was supported by Mike George. Mike Bolton knows his Ford vehicles, their stats and specs. Both gentlemen where accommodating on the lot and during test drives. The offer and purchase / negotiation process was straight forward and free of hand scratched notes and obscure definitions. Financing was quick and competitive with good customer service from the young man who's name escapes me.While I purchased a used Chevrolet P/U that day, I had intended to buy a Ford. Either way the experience was great and I recommend these folks to any car buyer in the area or willing to drive to Autonation Ford in Bradenton.

Buying our new 2016 Mustang convertible at AutoNation Ford in Bradenton, FL was a very nice experience. Our sales rep, Jeanette Billings, was very patient and worked diligently to find a very specific car and color for us. She was as excited as we were when she located the exact car and had it shipped to her dealership. There was never any pressure and hard sell, even from the Finance person, to add anything onto our purchase. We had been dealing with a couple of different Ford dealers in our area and farther away via the Internet but AutoNation Ford made us feel the most comfortable and there was no 'razzle-dazzle' during the price negotiations as we found at the other dealers. We felt like the entire staff we dealt with wanted to make it a special experience for us... and they did.

2011 Ford Taurus, 2000 miles piece of CRAP!! I've taken my car in for a front end noise to be fixed at least 4 times with them "repairing" petty crap and calling it fixed. It was the 5th visit they claim they replaced major parts only for the noise to return a month later. Also, while trying to start the car it drags upon starting which they claim they can not hear or duplicate, however they chopped that up to my battery needing to be replaced which was a lie. I've had to have both motors in the rear window replaced. Here it is 3 years later and you guessed it, the front end noise and drag to start still remains. I drive less than 4 miles to and from work. There's 32, 000 miles on the car now due to being driven out of state 3 times. My consultant is useless, I call leave messages and NEVER receive a return call. On different visits to the dealership I've had oil left in my car from the mechanic's, a lunch bowl left under my seat and my car reaping of cigarette (keep in mind I don't smoke). I wouldn't buy another used or new car from AUTO NATION FORD if my life depended on it.

Bought a used F150 even though I love the vehicle the service to fix them items in the owe list still not been taking care of. There seems to be a huge disconnect from sales to service. Matt was the sales rep, there was a lot he did not go through about the truck. We have been texting each other about these issues and nothing gets done. He tells me to go to service and the service asst.manager Jason did not resolve my issues. No one seems to know who will take care of these problems and it is becoming very frustrating because like many I DON'T LIKE TO WASTE MY TIME.It's been three weeks and nothing get resolve...lots of promises but NO RESULTS!First time buying a Ford, love the truck, but very poor service department and customer service!

I started out dealing with an Autonation Ford competitor in my area and could not get the deal that I thought was achievable. So, quest for a 2015 Ford F150 Platinum pretty much came to a screeching halt. Then, some months later, I took my existing Ford F150 into Autonation Ford for standard servicing. Got into a conversation with my salesperson, Michael Bolton, and told him my tale of woe. He asked for the opportunity to take a look at the deal that I wanted even though Ford was not offering any meaningful Rebates on this model of F150. They went to work and, after a few days, they had located the exact truck that I wanted (colors, options, etc.) and came back with a deal that was over $4,000 better than their competition. So, I dove in, signed the papers and drove it home. Since I took possession of it, I did have to take it back to install some additional accessories and was blown away by the dedication to customer satisfaction that they offer (thank you, Dale and Gary). So, all the way through it was an enjoyable experience and they proved that they are there to earn my business. Gotta give this group of hard-working dedicated people '5 Stars'!!

Dave Hannon was very helpful in getting me a used Sport Trac for a price I was willing to pay. There were a few minor repairs that I required, and he ensured that they were completed in a timely manner. Also, he facilitated a remote signing, as I live in Tallahassee. I have previously commented on the professionalism of the entire sales department, but this time my comments are aimed at the service department. I have never been treated with the degree of attention and courtesy at any other dealership than I have at AutoNation Ford (this includes MB of Sarasota, the Gettel Group (the worst), and many others over the years). My Service Advisor (Andrew Bilan) is by far the best I have ever dealt with. His follow-up and his concern are truly exceptional. There are very, very few people that I trust to the degree that I trust Andrew. I have been involved in the purchase of 7 vehicles with the AutoNation group of dealerships. The service department is one of the main reasons that I stay with AutoNation. They seem to actually care about the customer. How refreshing in today's business climate.

My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Autonation Ford this week when we purchased a CPO 2011 Ford Edge. Our first impression was of Craig who is a Salesman and was a pleasant surprise to others that we have met elsewhere. Craig was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. He did a great job of making us aware of all of our options for vehicles but didn't once come across as pushy. 24 Hours after meeting him he followed us up with a courtesy call which ultimately got us across the line to purchase the car as we were considering looking at some others to compare. Once we had agreed the price we were passed to Rick to talk finance options. Rick, just like Craig was super knowledgeable, explained everything, but did not push us into anything. While we had done a lot of research and knew pretty much what we wanted and the price range we were looking for, my hat goes off to the Bradenton Autonation Ford Team. Jeanette, our sales rep, set the gold standard right off the bat...she was punctual and straightforward on the phone, yet patient when it came time for us to decide/discuss things...this speaks VOLUMES as most dealerships are pushy and anxious to sell vehicles. After dealing with 10 different dealerships, we fortunately found ourselves speaking with Jeanette and Scott down in Bradenton. Without a doubt, the best car-buying experience i've had. Scott provided all the pricing and information over the phone, before we decided to drive an hour down the dealership. This honest approach, with the customer's needs in mind, coupled with a professional and courteous interaction, was one of the reason we decided to purchase our vehicle with Bradenton Autonation!! Not to mention that they were the LOWEST price of 10 (yes TEN) dealerships all claiming their price could not be beat. AutoNation Ford in Bradenton Florida would not honor a price quote given by their salesperson.All of the interactions with the dealership were documented through email, but they still would not honor their price quote.In March 2015 my wife and I were looking for a Ford Explorer. After determining that none of the vehicles on the lot would fit out need, we decided to order a vehicle. We came in on a Saturday to select all our options and order a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport. The Sales person whos name is Barron Buck informed us that he could not give us an exact price quote until his sales manager came in on Monday. Monday came around and Baron sent me an email with the price of the vehicle. I agreed to the price and said I want to order the vehicle. Two or Three weeks later I received an email stating that I could not have a 2015 Explorer because Ford stopped taking orders on 2015s Barron then told that they had ordered the 2016 and that I could have it for the same price as the 2015 he had quoted me earlier. He even gave me the Vin Number which can be supplies if needed. I then voiced my concern that I was counting on rebates for the 2015. A day or two later he sent me an email saying that the dealership would honor the rebates I was quoted for the 2015 on the 2016. It took several months for our order to finally arrive at the dealership. My wife and I made an appointment to finish the paperwork and pick up our vehicle for 6/13/2015. We went through the process of inspecting the vehicle, submitting the paperwork for financing and trade in. Finally they brought the paperwork for finale cost for use to sign. I immediately noticed that the price was too high. After weeding through all the different costs I noticed that they were not giving me the originally quoted price. I showed them the email were Barron had given me a price. They took it back to the sales manager and after about 15 or 20 minutes they came back and said they had fixed it. I took a look at it and all that had changed was extras had been removed from the price. These were the extras I had opted out to begin with. I showed them the email again and told them I wanted them to honor the original price. Back to the sales manager again. This time they came showed me a cost were they increased my trade in value, but had not adjusted the price to what was quoted. I sent them back again telling them I expected the original quote to be honored. The third time the sales person came back, he told me that I was quoted an A Plan price and I should not have been quoted that price and that they could not honor the price. There was a good $4,000 price between the quoted price and what they were trying to make me pay for the vehicle. I understand that mistakes are made, but they had quoted me the price over 3 months before the vehicle came in. This gave them plenty of time to notice their mistake and correct it prior to showing us the vehicle and getting us excited about driving it home. The sales manager came out and said there was nothing he could do and really showed no empathy for the situation and made it seem that he did not care. This situation reminds me of the Bait and Switch scenarios that used car dealerships have been known to practice. It is unethical and immoral. The dealership should honor the original quote based on good customer service and basic business principles. The sales persons names that were assigned to our account were Barron Buck and Jeanette Billings. Sadly I was to frustrated by the end of the ordeal that I did not get the sales managers name or I would have listed his name here as well.

The morning my husband and I found our Mustang Cobra, David went out of his way to help us reserve the vehicle. I purchased a focus from another dealer. The car was junk, and still isn't fixed. We went to the previous dealer, who finally made a decent offer. We went to autonation, who was actually trying to repair the focus, and they blew away the offer from the other dealer. I had purchased 3 cars from other dealer. While we initially thought it was taking a little long, we were later surprised to see the detail and quality of service. It was much more in depth than we had at our original Ford dealer. I worked with Tim Betts over several weeks through phone conversations. Being a stay at home mom of 2 little boys didn't afford me the opportunity to go to dealership and "shop around." Tim made it so easy. I would call him or email him and he immediately took care of me. He even let my husband pick up cars to bring home so that I could test drive. When I finally decided on which vehicle I wanted, he drove it to my house and sat in the vehicle explaining all the features to me and then left it with us over the weekend so I could be sure it was what I wanted. What a nightmare. In my test drive, I noticed the steering wheel didnt feel right. My Salesman said the car had no issues, and they give a 51 point inpsection. I purchased car, noticed something was terribly wrong with steering. Bottom line, after pulling teeth, and car being at shop twice, its not fixed. I had to bring it to another garage. The way I was treated was terrible, no one could give me a price. I was told "Cost" Then I was told "Half of Cost" then I was given another figure, what does that mean? They obviously were not looking at an honest "hard number" of what their cost was!!!! And my car still isn't fixed! I've left messages, no one ever calls me back!!!They ONLY called back because I had to put a stop payment on my check! I refuse to pay for something thats not fixed. Mr. Niles tone on the phone with me was that at $650.00 and a free tire (because I complained, otherwise they were going to charge me for it) WAS A DEAL!! Wow! what a deal! I asked a direct question on the phone with him this morning, and never got an asnwer. That is why I am writing this review- to warn people. If I can stop one person from doing business with these snake oil salesman-- I've done my job- My salesman never once contacted me or did anything for me.

They brought me the car to see due to my schedule and made me a deal I could not pass up. The long tedious portion you normally have with the finance manager was about 15 min from start to finish. Our sales person was Scott McGrath. We was wonderful! he did his best to find exactly what we wanted in our price range.My husband and I went to look at a car I'd seen a few days before,when we got their Mr McGrath told us they had also gotten in a mountaineer he thought we might like. He was right! We loved it! We decided to sleep on it before making suck a large purchase,which was our mistake,because by the next afternoon the Mountaineer had been sold! We ended up finding a car elsewhere as there was not any used cars at that point,with the mileage and cost we needed, I would go back to this dealer though,they were very honest and up front. Mr McGrath let me know of any cars that came in he thought we might like,before we ended up finding a car elsewhere. I would highly recommend this dealer and Scott McGrath if you can get him for your sales man!

This dealer's sales 'managers' (Brown and Coplon) can not keep their word. Remarkably, a new truck which was 'a week away' when the deal was cut couldn't be produced when it came time to do paperwork. They apparently have no problem telling a customer whatever is necessary to get you 1) into the store or 2) to get your 'yes' but can't seem to do sufficient homework to know if they can actually deliver on their promise. A truly disappointing waste of time. Forget the hype and steer clear.

I had spent 3 days online with dealers all over the state, and when I contacted Autonation,the salesman Tim said, "come on in, I can get you anything in the state from any other dealer no charge if we don't have what you want!" We'll go in I did. Whooped over their stock and picked out a couple possibles, looked statewide with him to see availability and prices. Autonation had the best prices statewide! I was purchasing a surprise gift, so Tim brought my two maybes up front side by side for the owner to pick from. "Awesome Deal, Great salesman, would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I stopped at AutoNation Ford to get an extended warranty on our 2011 Explorer. We spoke with Shawn York, he was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. He explained some of the specials that was going on for the 2013 models. He went over our options of getting a new car with no mileage verses old car with mileage. I drove the 2013 Ford Flex, it was easy to drive and very comfortable to ride in. There was plenty of head and foot room. Shawn was very helpful finding us the car that we wanted, plus the options that were important to us. He took the time with us and got the monthly payment that was comfortable for our budget. I had moved here from Michigan and the dealer in Michigan was not able to fix the oil leaks for a month. I brought my vehicle to AutoNation Ford and they verified that I indeed did have an oil leak. I had to return and my vehicle was kept for two days, but the problem was fixed. I might add this was supposed to have been fixed by the dealer in Michigan, but was not. I was very pleased with the service I received and I might add that Jay did call me to keep me posted on the progress and about when my vehicle would be ready for pickup. She was right on the money with all the details. Like I said the experience was good and I will definitely return for any service needed on my vehicle to AutoNation Ford.

I had a unique experience at Autoway. I met a sales guide, Dru, who was fantastic. We purchased a new Ford Explorer, but it had a unusual, very slight manufacturer flaw that was to be fixed. After we finalized our purchase, the body shop determined that the flaw could not be fixed. Our sales guide Dru worked tirelessly to try to find us another vehicle. In the end, we were unable to find the right car at Autoway, but I'm happy to say that the associates and managers at Autoway proved to be incredibly fair and honest. Because we ended up finding a car at another dealership, Autoway issued us a complete refund for our original purchase with no hassle. They even transported my trade-in directly to the other dealership! The folks at Autoway have incredible integrity, and I would highly recommend anyone to purchase their next Ford at their location. I walked in to the AutoWay Ford with pretty low hopes of finding a great deal. I am only 20 years old and have a short credit history. My family is growing as I have a wife and a 4 month old daughter. My wife and I were browsing through the lot when Brett walked up to us and started showing us various vehicles that were definitely within our budget. My wife and immediately knew that we wanted the Toyota Matrix they had for sale (used). Then came the hard part. We needed to see if I could get a good financing deal. It took a little while, but it was well worth the wait. We ended up getting 3% of a lower interest rate than we thought and it brought our monthly payments down lower than we were expecting. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I have now become a loyal customer. Whenever we're ready for another car I'm sure to go to AutoWay Ford in Bradenton. The customer service was great and their employees couldn't be more knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely recommend them to everyone that I know!-OneHappyCustomer

Walked in after work and Marc Kassel was available to help me. Had an idea which vehicle I wanted from online inventory. Was initially worried when they couldn't find the vehicle but Marc was persistant and tracked it down.They stayed until everything was explained and set up even though it was after closing.I could tell everyone was tired but they remained upbeat and smiling. I initially went to Autoway Ford to trade my 2011 Chevy Malibu for a USED Ford Edge. Upon my arrival, I was immediately greeted at the door by Marc Kassel and The first thing I told him was that I was interested in a USED Ford Edge BUT wanted an appraisal done on my Malibu first before I went any further. Previous dealerships I had went to, didn't listen to me and Immediately tried to sell me something before even taking a second look at my trade-in. Marc didnt. He did exactly as I asked. To my surprise, Autoway Ford offered me significantly MORE on my CHEVROLET Malibu than even the local Chevy dealer where I purchased the car. So of course, I then wanted to check out the Edge's Autoway had. I told Marc what I wanted and within about 5 minutes, he had a whole list of Edge's that were exactly what I asked for. As we were walking back inside from looking at the USED Edge's, Marc stopped us for a moment at a NEW 2013 Edge and brought the price of the NEW Ford Edge to my attention, and then we moved on. He never pushed the NEW Edge on to me or anything, just simply gave it as a better option considering the low price. I was immediately interested in the New Edge and purchased it.Most dealerships try to push something onto you that you dont necessarily want or cant afford, But Marc didnt do this. IF you are looking for a new or used vehicle, Marc Kassel at Autoway Ford is who you should go see. I guarantee you wont be disappointed. My 2013 Ford Edge is by far the BEST vehicle Ive ever had. And I have it thanks to Marc Kassel.

I was shopping online for a used Mini Cooper. The Autoway Ford dealer 50 miles away seemed to have the perfect car for us. I recently was in the market for a new Fusion. I stopped in at AutoWay and spoke with Marc Kassel. He was very helpful, friendly, and very easy to work with. Between the first time I stopped in and the time I went back to buy the car, I was quite busy, so we kept in touch by phone and email. His sales manager, Gary Hallows, was also knowledgable, friendly, and easy to work with, and was able to make the car affordable enough for me to purchase (I originally was going to buy a used Fusion) Heather Raney also was helpful, doing all of the paperwork, explaining everything, transferring the registration and title, etc. All 3 of them worked with me to get the transaction done in a timely manner, as I had to be on my way to a business appointment. This included doing paperwork, transferring the tag, even helping me transfer my personal belongings, detailing the car, etc.I'd definitely recommend the team at Auto Way Bradenton for anyone needing to buy a car.

I purchased a used ford f-150 with only 47,000 miles on it. It was riding rough and vibrating and shaking. I Brought it in for service. Was told the drive shaft was shot. They swiftly replaced the drive shaft. They must not have driven the truck after the replacement because when I took it home, it was riding as rough as before. The service associate said it may be a bad tire, however, I had put new tires on in the prior week. Two days later, while on the highway, twice the check engine light was flashing and the truck was severely shaking worse than usual. I video taped this on my cell phone. The engine light flashed for a few minutes. At this point it is still driving like crap all the time. I told the service associate I was sure it was a misfire. I took the truck back to Autoway Service and was told there were no codes and the rocky vibration is just a normal characteristic of the truck. So I have a truck that gives me a headache to drive. Two days later, again on the highway, the truck started shaking and the check engine light flashing then went to steady orange. I drove straight back to the dealership. They promptly scanned and advised that the codes revealed a fault in the # 7 spark plug and coil pack. They replaced the spark plug and coil promptly the next morning. I was happy to hear that they were not charging me for the work done as I had been there so many times. I would have been happier to pay if the truck was actually fixed. Upon further investigation, I find out this is the 4th spark plug and 3rd coil pack replaced by this dealership on this truck. I then inquired, if 4 out of the 8 plugs have gone bad, wouldn't that suggest that the other 4 need to be replaced and/or there is an underlying problem causing the plugs to fault. I was blown off and assured the problem was resolved. Well, there is some improvement, the truck still rides rough and appears to be jerking/hicupping as I am driving, which means the other spark plugs need to be replaced as well. So, now I guess I will take it somewhere else to get the rest of the work done and be inconvenienced yet again.

We purchased the extended warranty when we bought a used car in 2010. When the moan roof stopped working we took it back for service. When we got the car back it was covered in grease and dirt, all over the floorboards and roof. When my husband asked why it wasn't cleaned prior to us picking it up, one of the employees blamed my 3 year old daughter....even for the mechanics grease around the moon roof we just had them fix....Not soon after the items that had to be removed to fix the moon roof started falling off, so we took it back for more repairs (for the items that were broken when they "fixed" the car. We were again accused of intentionally breaking these items! One of the salesman even toldmy husband that they hope to never see him again. My husband had to get loud and aggressive to get them to fix these items.After getting the car back, guess what, the moon roof wasn't working yet again!After getting the car backs again adds, we started noticing a rattling from the backseat, from under the roof, which had been taken off to fix the moon roof. My husband called the dealership and he was told to come back in on a Saturday morning. When he showed up no one was aware that we had an appointment and why we were there. After finally being acknowledged my husband was told to talk with a salesman to get a car to drive while ours was being worked on. None of the salesmen had any idea of what my a husband was asked to do, and when my husband began to get upset, from multiple times of being screwed abounds, they called him a jerk and threatened to call the police.All we wanted was for the repairs to be performed, as stated under the warranty, and have them fixed right the first time, no more no less. We have been call names, treated like scum and made to feel like we are putting them out. I could, never in a million years, imagine being treated like this from anyone, anywhere, especially a business that thrives on customer service. I would never recommend anyone buy a car here. You may be treated fine when buying the car, but dont expect any respect or true customer service once yours have signed your name on the dotted line. We will never buy another car from here and I have a personal goal of badminton this dealership anywhere I can. Facebook, better business bureau, google and to anyone who will listen. Please heed my advice and shop elsewhere. I juste want to save others the experience we have had.

Went into dealership with no expectations other than to take a test drive in a 2012 Mustang v6. Was very impressed with the car and I'm not the type to spring for a new car if present car is good transportation. But as the saying goes, you can't take it with you. Heather is a very knowledgeable Sales person. I had already researched the Ford Escape and had a number of questions ready that I needed answers for. Heather answered everyone without any hesitation. She gave us, wife and I, a complete run down of all of the special features of the Escape which was very helpful even though I had seen many of them on your website. It is always good to actually see a particular item instead of just reading about it on your PC. Heather made sure to be in contact with us before our visit to test drive the Escape as well as after our visit. Definitely rates a 5 star salute.

I had a huge problem with black mold on the convertible top of my car. Rick and Abe took care of me without breaking my wallet. Huge thanks to both of you!1/3/12 - Still have black mold. No help from Autoway at all! Do NOT purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle from this dealer much less an extended warranty as neither one means a thing. Ive been sick for 9 months now and the futures not looking too bright!

I went to Autoway Ford because I was interested in a 2011 Mustang . Before I knew about Autoway I went to other dealerships and I decided to make business with them for several reasons. I can say that during the whole sales process Heather Raney ( my sales consultant) provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. She was always there and available to answer all my questions and concerns. Then after the sale was completed and I drove out of the lot driving my new 2011 Mustang I met my service advisor Tom Sommers. He is very knowledgable, courteous and professional. Autoway walks the extra mile after you have your car to make sure you are happy with it. I would say if you are looking for a Ford in the Sarasota Bradenton area Autoway Ford is the place.

I have a local ford dealer that I have been dealing with for many years. The whole experience with Autoway ford has made me sever my relationship with my local dealer and drive sixty miles to Autoway. The price was unbeatable ( my local dealership said there was no way they could come close to matching the price I got) they treated me with respect and listened to what I wanted. Kelley was very patient and helpful. I appreciated his low key, no pressure approach. He took the time to identify my needs and did his best to meet them including multiple vehicle searches to find just the right car. He kept in touch via phone, e-mail, and text as I requested and took his time even after the sale to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. The dealership was well laid out and everyone was friendly. Looks like they have a great service department including a curbside concierge (though I hope I don't ever need to use it for anything other than standard maintenance!) If you are in the market for a Ford, give Kelley and Autoway a chance to earn your business.

We are in our 70's and have purchased a new car every 3 years for the past 40 plus years. We have never had a better car buying experience. Honest, up front, helpful, friendly,a great deal and the follow up after the purchase has been with out equal. I can't find one negative other than it is 30 miles from our home. If it was a 100, we would do it again. They are as good as any business we have delt with in the last 40 plus years.

I had service done to my old vehicle and was handled so efficiently and courteously by Jennifer Mantooth in the service Department that when it came to be time to trade I immediately went to Autoway Ford and met up with Jeronimo as my salesman. I could not have been more pleased. He spent time explaining the vehicle (2011 Edge), was extremely courteous to me and my wife and very patient in answering our questions. He just did a great job dealing with us.
