Adrian is hands down the BEST!!!!! I was traveling from Florida to Illinois and my truck broke down, and was one nightmare after another. After 2 car places, I came to Ford Marietta, where I met Adrian. He was nothing but professional and had a heart of gold!! I was a nervous wreck, and he kept reassuring me he would take care of me, and everything will be ok !!!! My truck had to have a new alternator put in, Adrian worked with me on a price, because I was literally stranded in the middle of no where by myself. I didn't feel like another customer to him I felt like family, he wasn't going to let me go unless he knew my truck would get me back home or to my original destination!! After so much stress, and tears, and a major set back of 13 hours of driving up north, Adrian got me back on the road and I was finally calmed down and peacefull and faith in humanity was definently restored because of this man !!! I highly recommend Ford in Marietta for anything and everything !!! Hands down the best, and the manger even took time to talk to me for a bit just to get my mind off of what's going on.

When I first met Sales Associate, Theo Garuba, I was looking for a 2016 Ford Explorer Platinum. He informed me that it was at another dealership and would be glad to have it brought over for me to drive, I agreed and the next day we went over the features of the car. Mr. Garuba was very helpful and knew the car inside and out but most of all no pressure. He made the whole experience of buying a car a most pleasant one. He has followed up with phone calls and email to make sure that I was pleased with the purchase and if I had any questions to call him. The whole staff was great to work with.

Ask for Theo. He won't try to upsell you and he's not pushy. He let us take our time and look at multiple vehicles. He was patient when we went home to decide if we'd come back the next day to purchase. When we did return, he was detailed, thorough, efficient, and super nice. He even fed us lunch! I had great experience at AutoNation Ford Marietta last recently. Special mention goes to Dominic Rodgers, who was the salesman with me. I called before going there, telling them my preferences. When I got there, a car meeting my specifications was already parked in front ready for test drive. After the test drive, we began to talk about the numbers. I had an OTD number in mind, which is a great price. As a straight shooter, I just told Dominic Rodgers my number. Minutes later, Dominic came back to me and simply said that they would take the number. No haggling was needed.Truth be told, I visited another dealer before visiting AutoNation Ford Marietta. I gave the other dealer the same number and the other dealer could not make it. Throughout, Dominic Rodgers was very friendly, professional and efficient. Never in one moment had he pushed me in making any decisions. All in all, great experience at AutoNation Ford Marietta. I highly recommend this dealership, and most of all, Mr. Dominic Rodgers.

I recently ordered and purchased a 2017 Ford Mustang GT350. While checking numerous dealerships most were charging $7,000 - $15,000 over sticker price. On a Mustang blog site a gentleman recommended Autonation Ford in Marietta and advised me to talk to Carl Yarber. I must say that was great advise. Carl walked me through the whole ordering process, answered numerous questions , gave me several options. While waiting for the car to come in he would update me weekly as to the progress from the status updates, thus I didn't have to call dealership wondering what was going on. Carl introduced me to a service manager, the master technician that would be working on the car and I was able to ask additional questions to these gentleman. Once the GT350 was delivered, Carl pulled the car into the showroom had a nice sign made on the windshield specifying my car and took numerous pictures of me and my family. Days later, Carl printed the pictures and made a memory book of the event and had it Fedex to the house. Carl went above and beyond the "call of duty" to make this a most memorable event! Theo was great. Very helpful and honest. Theo called when he said he would and kept me in the know. What I liked most is the fast in and out process. I went to another dealership first and remember telling them I did not want to be in the dealership all day. I was very happy that when I filled out the application online everything was put together and done when I got to the dealership. I went to One Source and I had to fill out an online app then when I called they kept saying come one in and haven't looked at my app. Then I was told I had to fill out another app when I get there...I never went. The worst part when I kept telling them get every thing ready before I get there because I wanted to be in and out. They said to me it's not like buying a hamburger ....well Auto Nation made this process like buying a hamburger I was in and out with everything done before I got there. Coming into the facility the service department were very attentive, and professional. I was directed to the waiting area inside the dealership where I could watch t.v:, and have a fresh cup of Starbucks coffee sitting in so comfortable couches. Available were Wifi for my personal device, and it was also an computer center. The service tech checked with me on the status of my vehicle that I could judge when I would be finished.

As a new resident to the Atlanta area I searched the web for a company to inspect and repair, as needed, a 2001 Explorer Sport Trac that was gifted to me. I was immediately greeted by Leeia a service advisor who put me at ease and started to listen to what I thought I needed as far as service goes. The main reason I am writing this review is that my service advisor listened to me and was able to translate my concerns to the technician so that all the service needed to my truck was accomplished. Needless to say Auto Nation is where I will seek service/maintenance for my truck as long as I own it.

I have challenged credit and was looking to purchase a 2016 mustang. I had a 2015 vehicle to trade which would add negative equity to the deal. I explained this to the salesman on the phone Thursday evening. He said I could apply on line. I did and was told he'd be off Friday but all information would be forwarded to his sales manager and he would contact me Saturday. By 10:30am after not hearing from him I text him to see where I stood he replied he was checking now. At 1:15 nothing. I again text him "anything?" At 2:45pm he replies I would need 5k down to make the deal happen how would I like him to proceed? I replied I didn't have 5k but asked what would the monthly payment be. At 3:11. It is 4:35pm with no response. I will no longer deal with this salesman or the dealership even though I bought a 2015 mustang from them 2 years ago. I knew the deal probably would not happen but I have never seen such unresponsive, poor customer service in my entire life. Oh by the way outside of the initial phone call from the salesman only received e-mail the entire process, I guess he couldn't be bothered.

I had challenge credit and was looking for a 2016 mustang. I wanted to trade a 2015 vehicle which would create negative equity to the deal. I was dealing with a salesman named Greg Collins and was upfront and explained this to him. He told me to apply on line for the credit application. I did and was told by e-mail he would be off Friday but would forward all the information to his sales manager. He said he would let me know Saturday when he returned to work. Saturday at 10:30 I asked him by e-mail if he heard anything and he replied he was checking now. At 1:13 pm after again not hearing anything I emailed him again "Anything?". At 2:45 when he replied he said I would need 5k down and how would I like him to proceed. I let him know I did not have 5k but if I did how much would the monthly payment be? This was at 3:15 it is now 7:15 and received no response. This is extremely poor customer service. I bought a 2015 mustang less than 2 years ago and my experience was great. The irony of this is I had 5K but didn't want to use most of my life savings on a down payment. Had Greg been more responsive at any point of my dealings with him I believe we could have gotten a deal done. Given me options or ways to work something out or just have given me what the monthly payments were may have helped. After the initial call I never spoke to Greg or anyone else from this dealership. Everything from Greg was e-mail and when he decide a deal could not be done he moved on to the next potential client. I will not deal with Greg Collins again. I have never seen such Poor Customer Service in my entire life.

DO NOT! Buy from them they gave me an d carfax saying nothing was wrong with my vehicle, go to trade it in a year later and the other dealership printed the carfax and it flagged showing it had structural damage so I am stuck with a vehicle and a lot of money being put out on a car that isn't worth the amount I am paying for it.

I have been looking for a dealership to purchase a 2016 Ford Focus RS from and I have been talking to many dealerships in the area. I spoke with Waddell at AutoNation Ford and he informed me over the phone they could take the order for my car immediately with a $500 deposit, the car would be priced at Ford's MSRP and not a penny over, and delivery would be in July of 2016. I confirmed this information with him multiple times on the call, as it did not seem to be aligned with any of the information I had received from other dealers relating to this car. He attested over and over that this was the case, so I drove down to the dealership to put a deposit on the car. Immediately after walking in, he brought me over to the "RS Specialist" who talked to me like I was a 5 year old, as though I had made up everything that Waddell told me on the phone. The Specialist informed me (again, in a ridiculously condescending manner) that there was absolutely no way they could get one at MSRP, they could barely guarantee delivery this calendar year, and that they hadn't even delivered a single production model to the USA yet. At that point I thanked both of them for having completely wasted my time, and walked out the door. Waddell shouted to me as I was reaching my car solely to tell me that the reason he got the pricing incorrect was that "we had 6 of these on the lot last week that weren't pre-ordered, so we sold those at MSRP". That is directly contradictory to what the "RS Specialist" had just told me, that 0 production models of the car had been delivered. They couldn't even let me leave the dealership without lying to me AGAIN first.Stay away from this dealership, it's obvious they will completely lie to you just to get you in to the dealership, and the demeanor of their 'specialist' was rude and condescending. I don't know how that combination of people would ever successfully sell a car. Don't go to this dealership unless you have nothing but time to waste. I've never been lied to as many times in such a short period of time as I was at AutoNation Ford Marietta.

I am not a huge fan of Ford vehicles...This is the second vehicle I have purchased in the last 6 months. I originally purchased a used 2012 Focus Hatchback with under 18K miles for my 16 yr old daughter and was highly dissatisfied as we experienced a few issues. After many complaints, the dealership ultimately worked out a deal with me and I traded the vehicle for a 2015 Ford Focus Sedan. My now 17 year old is quite pleased. General Manager, we never asked you to give us nothing for free! We always service our car there! Why would you want us to have a junk yard engine in our 2008 Ford Taurus with NOT 100,000 miles on it! I know somewhere something went wrong there! This is the second ford we got with the motor going out. My husband is disable and he needs his car to get to the doctors. But what do you care! We only want to be treated with understanding and fairness! Our car had NO problems til the brake work! You can look at our car and see how well we keep it up! You can see in our history of service there that we serviced our car properly! How would you feel if it was done to you! Now you WILL NOT even call him! I wish we would have went to another dealership! A NEW ENGINE WITH 100,000 miles! Really? And you want to give us a junkyard engine then be back in another week maybe next day! I've been thinking about purchasing one for a while and even had one online ready to purchase without test driving it first. So I stopped in and test drove one. I have had my eye on the Ford Fusion since 2013. I was in love with the design the minute I layer eyes on it. (Mainly the grill). ( Sidebar ) I hope that Engineer got PAID for coming up with that look. Not even the Lexus can't mess with that design. Or.. Honda, Malibu (although nice), sonata and Camry. I told myself that when my daughter finishes college I WILL get that car. That day came on 5/30/2015. I saw the car 2 weeks prior on Auto Nations lot but had to be sure....... Once I decided that this car was it..... Stephon help me close the deal to a 2 year long desire. He was professional and kind. I will no doubt come back for my next car (which will probably be years from now). I will keep this short. Tom Lewis was my salesman. He was very helpfull in all things remotely related to my buying a car. He spent his whole sunday answering my questions pertaining to working the deal, my financial situation, and the car itself. As far as the dealership, I am a return customer, I knew what to expect. The lost is full of cars and I was able to choose my color within the options that I specified easy enough. The deal was straight forward and I knew exactly what was ahppening at all times. I shopped around for a couple of weeks and was pleased that in I saved thousands in exchange for driving almost 2 hours from north ga, The price on the web IS the price you pay. Some people may qualify for more savings in rebates but everyone is guaranteed a low no haggle price just by showing up. I would definately do it again and my father who went with me said he would buy his next car their himself. I have recieved several emails from Tom and Autonation asking for feedback and asking if I need help with setting up synch or anything else. That is very refreshing that I am not left to find this information out by searching online.

I recently had to purchase a new everyday car since my truck had run its course. I solicited quotes online and spoke with several but Al seemed to be the most accomodating. After visiting the first Ford dealership where it seemed my presence was of pestilence as opposed to patron, I made my trip to Auto Nation earlier. Upon arrival, Al was busy but accommodated me with refreshments and gathered information on what I was looking for. He met my price range and pulled the second vehicle around that I purchased without driving. He expedited the financing and even with the finance officer was abLe to find additional Ford discounts. I had researched a specific vehicle prior to visiting the dealership. The initial individual I had been in contact with was not available so another salesman was assigned. I immediately explained that I was perfectly content with keeping my vehicle and I already knew what I would accept as a trade in. The first offer was downright stupid on the dealerships part. Rita did everything in her power to make sure I knew everything about the car, and just wanted to be sure that I had picked out the car I really wanted. As a first-time buyer and recent college grad, it was a somewhat intimidating process. Rita was fantastic and very personable, though, and made me feel confident about my decision. Onto finances, see if you can talk to Jay (financial manager). Jay did an amazing job to fit my needs. He was even able to delay payments and get me an extended 7-year bumper-to-bumper warranty while paying barely more than the actual MSRP, after discounts and rebates. Dear future Car buyer,If you are considering purchasing a new vehicle at Autonation I would advise you not to do so. After buying a vehicle through them and having numerous issues with the vehicle they refuse to acknowledge my situation. Their advice was simply tow the vehicle (at my expense of course) to their service department. After towing the vehicle the service department called me to ask what the problem was. They eventually made it out like I had no idea how to properly start a car and that the vehicle had no issues. I took the vehicle back home and shortly after the issue occurred again. So, I took the vehicle back to the service department and had them keep it for over a month. Again, they found that there was no issue with the vehicle. Then after having the vehicle back for a short period of time the problem occurred again. This time I took video evidence documenting my no start problem and demonstrating the vehicle had fuel and was being started properly. Autonation decided the only thing they could offer would be to put me into a more expensive vehicle or a cheaper vehicle since they can not find the issue. However, despite their attempt at helping me they waited until I was out of their 3 month warranty, I was not able to drive to work and towing the vehicle on numerous occasions. I strongly recommend buying from another dealership that will acknowledge when they have sold a lemon. Avoid the hassle that I have been plagued with and shop at a more reputable dealership.

He was courteous and personable. He took the time with us when others would have been impatient and rude. In the beginning of our discussions it seemed like it wasn't going to work out but Brian, the sales manager, and the financial representative all worked very hard to get me where I needed to be in order to purchase a vehicle. Even with a limited credit history and other issues that could have easily allowed the dealership to turn me down, they went above and beyond and I am one very happy customer. He was very patient with us over 2 weeks as we decided exactly which vehicle best suited our needs and wants. Not only was the final price great,, the facility was neat and clean...the friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness was wonderful. The sales manager, Anton was great to work with, too. We called first, then visited AutoNation the same night we had a rather disappointing experience with a different Ford dealer. We went in looking at a used Mini Cooper on the lot, The salesman let us take it out on our own and drive it around. When we werent really pleased with it we asked what else they had in the price range and he showed us both new and used cars in our range. He was knowledgeable and polite and let us talk and wander without badgering us. We didnt buy that day but we did end up coming back and going back to the same salesman. I was checking out all the local dealers in my area for the vehicle that I purchased and hands down I couldn't have found a better deal and sales team, I walked into the showroom at 10am and before noon I was driving my brand new 2014 Mustang off the lot! I was searching online with CARS.COM for reasonable used BMW's in the Alpharetta,Roswell,Gwinnett or Marietta area of the state of Ga. I discovered Auto Nation Ford in Marietta,Ga had a nice 2008 Navy Blue BMW 535xi on June 25th and the price was very very very reasonable with only 113k miles on it. We drove to the dealership to check the vehicle out physically and test drive it. Upon pulling in the dealership parking lot I jumped out the car to run over to the BMW like it was Christmas in June. My honey and I were so excited as the car was SUPER CLEAN inside and out and we were in awe about the price. While we were looking over the car a salesman by the name of Doug Floyd greeted us. We then asked if there was a carfax on the vehicle he replied yes. We then ask could we test drive the vehicle and he proceeded to make a copy of my license and retrieve the key for us to test drive the car. After test driving the vehicle, I decided to make an application to purchase the vehicle. I really like Doug as he was not a pushy salesperson. I told him I wanted to run the deal by my credit union to see what type of deal they would offer. He did not have a problem with that. 5 days went by before I heard from Doug again, which was cool by me. On July 4th I completed the deal both Doug and Shawn the sales mgr. was as attentive as they were when I originally made my 1st visit to the dealership back in June. *****I TRULY LOVE MY BIMMER !!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst car buying experience ever. As we walked the lot no one helped us. We went inside and had to ask a few different people for assistance. We found the car we wanted on one of their other lots and then waited 6 hours for delivery from their sister store. I was never thanked for my purchase. Not by the manager, sales person no one. I was asked to actually sign all the paperwork PRIOR to seeing the car and any negotiation. While waiting we encountered someone who was waiting for a simple oil change. He had been waiting 4 hours for that. Two weeks after a finance person called me and proceeded to yell at me thru the phone and used profane language in trying to intimidate me to give more information about the purchase. I will never buy or recommend this place.

Saw an ad for a F150 on car.com. Said they still had it. Next day drove two and a half hours. Everyone greeted me with a smile. Saw the truck and was very happy. My wife was to. Jeff greeted me as I walked through the door with a "welcome to Auto Nation how can I help You? for the next two hours we tried to locate a new Flex SEL like the 2009 I had to trade. He was very patient and at no time did I feel rushed or pressured. After searching in and out of state we located one in South Carolina and started work on that when I spied a Flex Limited parked out front and we went to work to see if I could purchase that car at a price I wanted to pay. We worked the numbers but were not where I wanted to be but Jeff continued to work with me and brought his boss into the discussion. Because I was moving up to top of the line I had to come up a little and his boss was willing to come down a little and I asked for a few extras which were given to me. I am now the proud owner of a 2014 FLEX LIMITED and could not be more pleased. Jeff and his boss were both professional in the way they treated me and at no time did I feel any pressure to buy which would have turned me off. I have bought at least 10 new Fords and I loved my last two FX4s. I had received the worse customer service possible at Alan Vigil Ford service department ( in Fayetteville) so buying another Ford from them was not an option. My wife decided last month to switch to Audi after 5 new Mustangs GT conv. I was not ready to give up on Ford. I decided to try Auto Nation in Marietta. I found them to be fair in their pricing, fair in the trade in allowance, and they also had a large inventory to chose from. The sales person I had was brand new and lack the product knowledge that an experienced sales person would have, but she was very pleasant to deal with and I am sure after a few more months she will be great. The management team was active in making sure the deal worked and my new truck was delivered spotless and with a full tank of gas. I could not be happier with my new platinum f-150!

So now i have the car I really wanted and didn't have to settle on the closest model. We were met by Theo. he was extremely kind and courteous. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and did a detail search for our truck. He found one at a sister lot. He went to retrieve it for us to test drive. I wanted an all black Expedition but the inside sold me. The truck was clean rode well and I pleased he took the time to listen. Jay was able to match our rate that we had and completed our paper work as quickly as possible. He explained every thing to us clearly. Answered all our questions and gave us great advice. This is my third Expedition and this was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership.

Just stopped in to check out some vehicles was talked to by a sales rep who just asked what was my wish list. Got to work the next day and had six cars and information sent to me. Took a bit of time had to wait until my car got up here but once here all the paperwork was completed quickly. Had to fix one thing and that took a bit of time due to personnel being gone...but it was worth it. Car looks great....feels great and drives wonderfully. Buying our car took a while, but our salesman, Jeff McGlashing kept up and gave us a great deal on a brand new 2014 Ford Mustang. Even though negotiations did become a little rough, Jeff remained calm and polite. Not any bad stuff I can think of now, because I really don't think there were any. Just, overall outstanding performance, especially from our salesman. He really kept our attention over the other Mustang at Tidwell with less miles on it.

We went to AutoNation Ford in Marietta looking for a vehicle in a particular color with certain options that I had not been able to find anywhere in dealership online inventories (and I had even looked in another state while on vacation). I chose this local dealership, because I had experienced their outstanding service department on an old Ford truck I'd purchased from my mother-in-law after my father-in-law's passing. Eugene Stoyukhin was quick to offer his assistance. AND he was able to show me EXACTLY what I was looking for in a SuperCrew F150 in the color I wanted from his inventory! Eugene proved to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was great! Sales manager, Jason Kerr, worked hard to find ways to make the price fit what we wanted to pay for the truck. Finally, Jay C. Moore, the finance manager with whom we dealt, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, despite the lateness of the hour at which we completed the transaction. All in all, the entire process was made easier by folks who were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in every way!I will not hesitate to return to AutoNation Ford in Marietta in the future for vehicle purchases and will heartily recommend them to my friends and acquaintances!

My husband and I went in with a specific budget and car in mind. We knew how much money we were willing to spend and were ready to walk away if necessary. Jason McKibbin was extremely professional. He listened to what we were saying. He didn't try and push us into something else or steer us another way. He listened to us! After hearing us, he went and found the car we were looking for. We did our test drive, then talked financing, etc. He continued to work with us through the financing because we had a budget and we weren't going to exceed it. This was one of the best car purchasing experiences we have had. Thank you Jason!!

Great job by internet manager Gregory Collins and internet sales associate Charmist Field. The was kind of a challenging sale but both of these guys did everything they could to get me in a new vehicle and take my trade in. Night and day from the Ed Volyes Jeep dealership down the road that I recently reviewed under Jaywalker. Both Gregory and Charmist were professional and went above and beyond in gettnig me into a new Ford Explorer. It is funny how dealerships on the same street can go from terrrible to terrific. I had my 17 year old son bring my 2011 Ford Edge in for a 15,000 mile service and an issue with the computer module. Bill Sharpe was terrific, both in dealing with me over the phone and with my son in person. He is a credit to the dealership. I have dealt with many service reps over the years, and I would put Bill right at the top.

This was my first experience buying a car I found on the internet and I was very apprehensive. Great bunch of folks, customer service was super! I drove 2.5 hours to purchase this car. They were very honest about the condition and valued my time and expense in coming to their dealership. I highly recommend them! The process was smooth and efficient. Anton was the best! I previously wrote that this dealership was great, but now a month after buying my car, I have been having multiple issues with it. The service follow-up is horrible. On three different occasions I have had to call them for service they were to be providing me. And they have completely messed up my daily schedule on multiple occasions, by not taking into consideration my schedule. they always have an excuse for dropping the ball, and sometimes they don't, they just say "oh well" basically. I am saddened to write this, but I had to. they messed up my paperwork and almost caused my credit to messed up.

bought my car since Feb 28, it is now May 6th and still unable to transfer my tag from My other vehicle. First my Paperwork was never finalized so I had another temporary tag issued. I Waited another month, Went To DMV and told me TeamFord had already issued me a tag since April 18th...and where are the tags? Who Knows!!?!

I love my car I have the Oxford White 2013 Ford Fusion SE w/1.6 ecoboost engine, dune interior, moonroof, Sync. It drives like a luxury dream car...everywhere I go...people say to me "is that the New Ford?". Before this I always drove foriegn european made made cars...in fact I traded in my 2002 BMW 530i. My car salesman actually called me as I was walking out the door to go to another dealership to test drive another car. However he not only beat their price but gave me the exact same vehicle I was looking for. They acutally had someone drive to Union City to get the car I had wanted. Everything was seemless and easy in & out in under 1 hr. No lemonade cars sold here...very knowledgable about the car and answered all the concerns & questions I had. BTW that little 1.6 L ecoboost engine has some kick to it...and I feel like a pilot behind the drivers seat...the car is well built and doesnt feel cheap. It gets good gas milege as well. Great Car-Great Service-Great Deal...I'm now a Ford Fusion Fan.

We recently purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT from Team Ford of Marietta. I did advance research on several auto sites to determine features preferred and pricing. Team located the vehicle with the options desired and was able to beat the pricing at several local dealerships and also beat TRUECAR pricing. We also received a higher trade-in at Team. Anton Davis was very professional to deal with and did not pressure us during our vehicle search. Once we finalized the purchase he demonstrated all the features of the car so we did not have to review the entire manual before we could use the features that we were unfamiliar with. We also obtained advance loan approval from our bank before we started our search. Would recommend Team dealership.

I purchased my vehicle on Feb 14, 2013. The financial manager said my vehicle should have 60 days limited warranty which included the engine and transmission components. Two weeks ago, I found out my transmission or engine made a loud noise when I swift the gear from park to drive. I believe the engine or transmission mount cause the problem. First, I called the Lexus dealership and they said this is not a common problem., so I called my (ford) dealership and ask does my warranty cover it and they said it does not. I called again on March 20, 2013, one of the manager named j and he said that my warranty should cover the repair. I am very disappointing why I bought the vehicle with that kind WORSE customer services. They act so nice when you are buying a car from them, after you finish the business with them, they will act like they dont care about you or leave us alone.The lady who answers the phone for the dealership, she needs to go. She is very rude to the customer.Highly NOT recommend this dealership at all!!!

I had been doing a lot of "lot" browsing until I finally decided on the type and style of SUV I wanted. I got online and sent in an email request and was contacted almost immediately by Salesmen Jeff Wright and he was curteous and not "pushy" to find out what my likes were in the type of vehicle. I made an appointment to look at certain vehicles and he did a search for me as to what "extras" I wanted and he offered three different vehicles to choose from. I didn't get that pinned into one vehicle approach. I was able to negotiate an excellent deal on my trade and purchase price, the end result is that I Love my New Ford Escape SEL. I wanted a a 2006 Lexsus IS 250 Fully loaded with Low miles on it. I told my wife that they would not be able to find it. I was shocked when they found it!!! it had everythng I aske for and more.. I was pleasantly surprised at the the professionalism and customer care I received at Team Ford of Marietta. Antwon Davis was so helpful on the phone that I made the 2 hour drive from Augusta to Marietta just to do business with this dealership. Antwon did not have the exact car I wanted on his lot but tracked down just what I wanted and had it shipped to my house the next day. As a frequent visitor to car dealerships (Over 30 cars purchased in my lifetime) I would have to say this is the best experience I have ever had. Team Ford has a new customer for life.

To begin, salesman Jeff Pirkle was excellent. Finance manager Darrell Harp was awful. This was the fourth Ford XLT Explorer I have purchased (2012 or2013). I visited other dealerships before going to TEAM Ford. I knew what I wanted, they had it in stock. After agreeing on a "walk-out" price (including tax and Premium Warranty), after signing over my 2012 Ford Explorer title to them, after the new car was prepped and while electronically signing papers I noted a price increase of $ 191.00. I complained and it was removed. While continuing to sign new documents, I again noticed in the fine print that the DEALER would receive a $750.00 refund for the unused portion of the extended warranty on the Explorer that I was trading in. I had stated that I would use this refund to get to the price I needed. At this point I was extremely aggravated and started to walk out. Again the finance Manager Darrell Harp went to his boss and removed this. I also noted that the finance charge was increased. Since I will pay it off in a few months I let it go. I feel that they were deceptive and tried to cheat me at least three times. Luckily I always try to read the fine print. This was the second Explorer I had purchased from TEAM Ford. There 'WILL NOT' be a third purchase of any kind. If you go to this dealer you better read the fine print !!!!

Even though I was shown around by another rep prior to the day I came in with my mind made up, I was still helped in narrowing down to the choice available. I met Jeff who is laid back, honest with the deal I was getting, what was exactly involved, and I appreciated that since it was my first car purchase. This was by far one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. Bobby Jones was the most laid back car salesman that I ever encountered. He was very kind and patient, and made me feel as if what I wanted was as important to him as it was to me. I never felt like a woman buying a car, and being taken for a ride.... And just as i thought it could not get any better, the finance manager, Dwight Parrish, was a true delight as well, helping me make the best decisions for me and my budget all while making sure all of my needs would be met for peace of mind with this new vehicle. I have even received follow up calls to make sure I was still enjoying my new purchase and to help me learn how to use the complicated sync systen...now that has never happened before! I chalked this whole experience up to great leadership at a great dealership. The sales team, finance team, and the follow up team, can only be as good as they are required to be by a good, sound leadership, and I am thankful to Team Ford for an unforgettable car buying experience...for the first time I believe ever, I felt that I actually "purchased" a vehicle, and was not simply "sold" one. Love our new Escape. However customer service could have been better from Jeff. he was supposed to set up service to have sidesteps installed after they were ordered and received. He never contacted us. My husband ended up calling the service mgr. to find out that the steps were in and to set up installation.:-(. Also the whole evening we were in purchasing the Escape (about 3 hours) we were never offered a glass of water, a cup of coffee. That would have been a nice touch.

Everyone that I dealt with at Team Ford Maretta was great, very friendly, personal. I went in looking for a specific truck, size, color, upgrades. I was told they had just sold one like it, but would look around. I was touring the dealership a little, and the salesman came looking for me to tell me they had found my truck. It had came in the night before, they hadn't even processed it in yet, and it was EXACTLY what I wanted. We went to lunch and 2 hrs later I was done and driving off the lot in my new beautiful red F150 platinum truck, all cleaned up, a full tank of gas, and my phone synced up. Now that is what I call service!!!

I've bought several cars at this dealership. Those experiences were fine even though I cannot remember the name of the person that sold me the car. However, the name I continue to remember is Gary Baxter. As I take my vehicles to the dealership for regular service, I've dealt with this guy for over 7 years. He has never forgotten my name. Always friendly. When there was a serious problem, he always had an answer. Returns phone calls.....Team Ford ought to be proud to have him!

Tyrone was an excellent salesman. I had researched what I wanted and he was able to find exactly what I wanted and have it to the dealership in a couple of hours. It was Easter weekend and the dealership fed me lunch because they had to get it from another dealership. He was a great salesman. I don't like pushy salepeople. I am a to the point person and if I had gotten a pushy salesperson I would have probably walked out. He was just the type salesperson that fit my personality. I had an excellent experience buying a new car.

I would highly recommend Team Ford of Marietta and our salesman Ron Sitz. Ron was a very helpful and professional saleman. He responded quickly to every question I asked by email during the whole process. When I was not able to make it to get the vehicle in person, he delivered it to my home.So far I bought two cars in Team Ford of Marietta. One was pre-owned Ford Taurus bought in 2006 and this time is the new Ford Focus. They definitely have excellent pricing!

This was my first time visiting Team Ford of Marietta and I highly recommend their outstanding Sales and Service staff. I purchased a used vehicle from Team Ford after visiting several other locations close to my home (Norcross) that were all the "typical" vehicle purchasing experience. The trip was well worth it and resulted in one of the best buying experiences I have had for a vehicle in some time. In addition I noticed some items that I was not pleased with in the vehicle after further inspecting the first day I had it home (I purchased at night and could not inspect as thoroughly as I wanted to). I contacted my sales representative and he coordinated with the Service Director and completely resolved all my concerns exceeding my expectations. I cannot express in words how thrilled I am with the Team Ford of Marietta group, they truly emulate what it means to deliver outstanding customer service and will personally go out of their way to ensure that you have the best experience possible and make right to your satisfaction the concerns you have. Tom was great to work with! I sent a price request to 5 different Ford Dealers looking for an F-150. Tom was the first to respond, the only one who sent vehicles that fit my description, and acted like he wanted the business. The response I got from the other dealers paled in comparison to his. I didn't get to meet Tom personally and only spoke with him over the phone, but he impressed me with the level of service he gave. Thanks Tom.

I had decided that the 2012 Explorer Limited was what I wanted and after working with two other dealerships, my husband called Team Ford. He told them what I wanted for my trade and where I wanted my payments. Rodney quickly told us that Team Ford would do the deal, so we promptly made the one hour drive to the dealership where I had the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was friendly, willing to spend time with me showing me all the features of my car, how to use the Sync, Navigation, etc. (even though it was closing time on a Sunday.). I highly recommend Team Ford and I'll be back!

I didn't feel heavily pressured by anyone - I even thanked Ron for not doing that from the beginning. Even though, I did know which car I wanted from the beginning. My son and daughter-in-law were in your dealership 2 weeks ago to purchase a new vehicle too and had highly recommended that I work with Ron. He is very helpful and informative. The finance experience was exactly the same. We bought a 2012 Ford Fusion over the weekend. I cannot even explain how much of a great experience we had with Ron Sitz. He is the Internet Sales Manager. He is very laid back which for my wife and I makes things much easier. He did not pressure us into anything. We did come there with an idea of what we wanted. However, he did show us multiple options. The only experience that we did not particularly enjoy was our time with the finance manager. I cannot remember his name, but when we were going over the extra options for the warranties such as oil changes, tire rotations, etc. he was rather pushy. We told him that we did not need any of this. He asked, "Why would you want to pay more?" His tone came across a little condescending like we do not know what we are doing. My wife's father owns his own mechanic shop. Besides that, our experience was very smooth, and Ron should be commended for his great customer service. We have already recommended him to my wife's parents and my mother. Thanks a bunch, Ron!

My husband I were looking for a newer used truck with low miles for one of our sons. Our sales person who answer the phone listen to our needs and wants, took him a couple of days but he found a better truck than we had hope for in our price range. Derek Cates took all of our information over the phone and when we showed up the next day almost all of the paper work had been done, we were in and out of there in little over an hour. Derek went beyond his job to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. Our son is a proud owner of a 2009 F150 STX, with payments he can afford.

We wanted to buy a FORD truck --Our credit score is 800, we are employed, wanted to buy American, we wanted to buy local and we wanted to buy a FORD.Simple huh- Not if you go to AutoNations TEAM FORD in Marietta, GeorgiaWe selected a truck that TEAM FORD would bring in from out of town and the GM, Jim Slezak, was getting and estimte on our trade-in. They said 15 minutes tops. --So we waited and waited - over 90 minutes. No one spoke to us, acknowledged us, or even looked at our trade in. We were sitting in the showroom but it seemed we had become invisible. We finally ask for our keys and left.Later they contacted us by email with apologies and we made a deal for a trade in and a differant truck as the one we selected had been a loaner and we wanted new.My husband has already given them all the requred information and he heads to TEAMFORD to finalize the paperwork. He waited for 3-1/2 hours!!! After complaining the paperwork was produced and signed in minutes.Please note that we were told FORD cannot get navigation systems for their vehicles due to the tsunami in Japan and Navigation was a must for us. The next best option is SYNC explained as follows ---"-works exactly like Navigation, but without the screen. It is a turn by turn system that is voice activated and voice guided and you can see the directions in the dashboard. " Seems reasonable - if it were true.Our appointment to pick up the truck was Saturday at 9. At this point we had realized TEAM FORD is organizaional mess and called to confirm. As expected they had apparently forgot that we would be there so we made arrangements to come in later.The truck is ready, we are at TEAM FORD and the sales person begins going over the features. All is well until we get to SYNC. We had not been told that SYNC has to work through your phone. And interestingly enough the sales person and the technical expert did not know this either. They actually tried to use it without a phone connected and were unsuccesful Over an hour later and many questions to many people we discovered that indeed this will not work without your phone in the car. It is extremely cumberson to use and your phone is tied up while you are using the navigation feature -- This is in no way just like NAVIGATION without the screen. They have misrepresented this product or they just don't understand their own options.Even after experessing our frustration to management they did not get involved, or offer to find someone that could demonstrate the product in a way that might make it look workable.At this point we have spent 8-1/2 hours at TEAMFORD trying to buy a truck. So we decided to just forget the whole thing and ask for our keys to the trade in and we would be on our way.Steve Smith, Assistand General Manager told me "we had a binding contract that I could not break" And we had not even taken delivery of the car. He either did not know the law or hoped a little intimidation would solve the problem.Long story short - we left without our truck and the parting shot from Jim Slezak was he"would not sale us the truck now anyway because we would not be positive on his customer service scores&quot and not selling us the car woul impact him less than selling us a carat this point. FYI -- The owner of TEAM FORD is AutoNation which is nationwide and should not be considered localBottmline, We are stiil going to buy a truck, we are buyng local, we are buying American

We had previously purchased from TEAM Ford and had a great experience and returned to purchase my new F-350. Although the exact vehicle I wanted was not on the lot, they let me test drive one just like it and located the exact vehicle I wanted. They verified it through email and brought the truck to the dealership. When I came to see it two days later it was immaculate and ready to go. I was still working out my trade in and not ready, and the dealership worked with me, gave me the three more days I needed and we closed on Friday. The whole experience was outstanding. Tom Lewis is a friendly, real person salesman and I look forward to my new truck, and regular maintenance.

I have owned four new Ford Explorers over the past 11 years and worked with dealers from Georgia to California. Everyone makes mistakes. However, a true test for quality customer service is how mistakes are corrected and how the customer feels when they leave the dealership. I cannot say enough about Team Ford. A misplaced part caused me to wait an extra hour or so at the dealership. The service manager quickly solved the problem, and had me on my way within 30 minutes. The entire team apologized for the error and took the extra time to detail my vehicle without me requesting this service. I will definitely purchase my fifth Ford Explorer from Team Ford. It is easy to provide routine service when there are no problems. Problems, however, usually leave everyone with a bad feeling especially the customer. Team Ford went the extra mile to correct a mistake and earn my trust again. It was important to Team Ford that I remain a Ford customer. It is now important to me that I support their dealership. Way to go Team Ford you are the best!

I have had nothing but great experiences so far with the dealership & the people in the dealership. I had a dead battery issue recently, and the staff waited until I was able to get there to install a new battery and test the reliability of the car. They were also willing to drive me home if they couldn't get the vehicle going.

I had an unfortunate incident while traveling on the highway. A vehicle in front of me ran over a large piece of tire tread from a semi-truck and hurled it into the air towards me as I was traveling behind this vehicle. As the tire tread flew up into the air in my direction it ripped my driver's side view mirror off the door without causing other damages to my vehicle. I was in need of emergency repair to replace my mirror. I work a few miles from the dealership so I decided to go on my lunch hour to see if they could help me. I was pleased that they could order the part but pleasantly surprised that they could have it and do the work on a saturday. Ruby Savoie, Service Advisor was receptive and very professional when I entered the dealership offering to help immediately as I was also scheduled to be at work the same day. Not realizing the mirror cover had to be painted, Billy Sharp, Service Manager offered to have this taken care of for me and agree to schedule a time for me to come in and have it snapped on so I could just drive away. I really appreciate professional and courtesy customer service as was given to me by the staff at Team Ford of Marietta and wanted to take the time to so noted. Thank You!!!

WORST Customer service Award goes to ---->> Scott Patterson (TeamFord of Marietta Manager) <<---- he is absolutely horrible!!! Guys like this are the reason why car salesmen have such a bad rep!! Way to go Scott. Yesterday (6/4/11) I bought a Used 2007 Mercury from Team Ford of Marietta. When I first arrived at the dealership I looked at the car, which looked great on the outside and inside. I asked to test drive and of course the salesman said yes. However he had to jump the car because the battery was dead. Obviously that was a very bad first impression, but simple things like leaving a light on can cause that so I test drove it anyway. Both of my parents were by my side to help me with making a decision for the right car. My father works on cars as a hobby so I trust his judgement. The car did have CarFax and no accidents or anything serious was reported. After weeks of looking for the right car and hours of reflection I decided to purchase this particular car. However the used car manager, Scott Patterson right of the bat came off as an arrogant sales man who only cared about money and not the needs of his customers. The reason I am mentioning this is because during the negotiation process of pricing the car to it's true value he would not budge on the price what-so-ever. His mannerisms and attitude were completely unprofessional. There was instant animosity which was completely obvious. Who knows why? The only reason I continued with the sale was because my salesman, Tim Savage was great, and I needed a car that day. The whole day my parents and I were promised that if the car continued to have battery problems after that day the dealership would replace it with a brand new one. Before I drove off the lot the car went through inspection and servicing. I was told verbally and through paperwork that everything was clean and the battery had no problems. Today (one day after purchasing) every time I started the car it struggled to turn on. The battery was hanging on and every time I restarted my car the settings would change back to default (huge indicator of a battery issue). The dealership/employees/management were dishonest. Again Scott Patterson the used car manager no longer wants to help me with the situation. He got his money so he does not care. BAD BUSINESS!! Remember this is one day after the car is bought. He was not even willing to give me a rental/courtesy car while my car is being serviced/detailed (This takes up 5-6 hours.) He deliberately told me "Well you better make some arrangements than shouldn't you?" Out of customer service purposes and me spending thousands and thousands of dollars, a rental car should not be an issue. He said, "That's more money coming out of my pocket". Which in reality it isn't. *** The worst part of the day was when he came into the room while me and my mother were signing contracts eating Cheetos and drinking soda right in front of our faces. His greediness and rude gestures/tone in his voice upset my mom and she expressed how unprofessional it was to not give me a courtesy car through the long wait. Blatantly he replied, "DUDE LISTEN, she is not getting a rental car. I'm losing too much money!!" Scott took it too far when he disrespected my mother by calling her dude. She was nearly in tears and Scott walked out with a smile on his face.*** ***It is apparent that Customer Service and leadership qualities of Team Ford of Marietta Management DO NOT EXIST. I am absolutely appalled, disappointed, hurt, and angry. How me and my Mother were treated. This is entirely UNACCEPTABLE. This is BAD business. I will never recommend anyone to purchase their next vehicle from here. The dishonesty, lack of respect and customer service, and disrespectful acts has gone too far!!***

Although nobody likes spending money on repairs it's something that is necessary. They staff informed me frequently on what was going on with my vehicle and assured me it was in the hands of senior technicians. They offered a shuttle to get to and from work whenever needed and the driver (I didn't catch his name) was quite funny! I recieved the card that asked to rate he dealership from Emily Blackmon (she had stapled her business card to it) the cashier. Overall it was a wonderful friendly experience and I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Team Ford.

Derek worked with me and finance person for a long time. Might be buyer's remorse but I feel a paid too much for the vehicle but ultimately that was my decison. Derek is the kind of Salesperson you want to work with, he is very patient and knows all about all of the Models which impressed me. When I needed service for a defect in the car's interior the Service Dept. was fast and efficient, I can't remember his name but he really helped me and even got me a ride back and forth to the Dealership.

Derek Cates was not at first able to find the type/price of used truck that we were looking for in his inventory.He searched other venues and found several but we didn't choose them.We later found what we were looking for else where, at the same time Derek found the same truckbut it was slightly older with more milage but was more expensive. We told him about the other truckwe found and he got the price much lower. We ended up with the exact used truck we were lookingfor at a great price. Derek was never pushy nor did he act like a typical car sales person. He seemed truly interested inour needs and found what we were looking for.

Derek was able to offer several options in order to make the deal happen. He was friendly and knowlegeable about the industry and the vehicle i was purchasing. If i were to buy another vehicle, I would prefer to work with Derek. I also didn't feel too pressured the way many people feel when trying to buy a car thanks to Derek.

Overall it was a good purchasing experience. I probably could have haggled for a little cheaper price, but the terms were well within my budget and Derek was an extremely helpful sales person without being pushy which was worth a lot in my opinion. On a subsequent service call to fix a stuck warning light. The Service manager was very helpful and provided a loaner car which not every dealer will do.

Dropped my vehicle off, 2008 Ford Escape, 25,000 miles off to have the GPS system repaired, windshield spraying device and to check out my transmission. The parts for the GPS and windshield sprayer had arrived. I dropped it off on May 11th. I get a phone call on the 13th informing me that nothing on their computer system had come up with a fault in the transmission system. I explained what good is it to have a 4WD vehicle if you can't even back up a paved hill, with two passengers. I got the well we can't replicate the error speech. I then said, I am out of town for a graduation, like I told you when I dropped it off on Wednesday and will pick it up on Monday. I go in Monday to pick up my vehicle, made an issue with the assistant service manager over the way I had been treated to this point. So he has it "washed" for me - and then they pull it up. I get in and drive outside the building - no radio or GPS is working. I drive straight around and back into the service bay. I inform the assistant manager that the GPS/radio system doesn't work. He then has to "test drive" it with me in it - I had all I could do to contain my laughter and sarcarsim. He hit the same buttons in the same sequence and got the same results. We walked back in and then I couldn't help but say "can you believe what I tell you now?" Here is the other kicker with this dealership - if you have anything electronically with radio of GPS -they have one guy who only works on Tuesdays and Thursdays between noon and two pm. I get no offer of a rental car or anything for compensation for the amount of time my vehicle is in the shop. Better yet, they keep making the same guy I complained about call me. Thursday, May 19th, I finally get my vehicle. The Service Manager is all apologetic and then comes off like they did me a favor by replacing the GPS system/radio. I told him during the test drive, at least more is working when I leave then when I brought it in. I sat down in his office and gave him a play by play of how badly this transaction had transpired. I further said, would this be acceptible for one of your family members - he says No. I said - that's my point - this has been very unacceptable. He concludes our discussion by writing on the back of business card giving me a free oil change. It goes to show how clueless he is, 1) assuming I will be back to that delearship and 2) I have a service package - so he has not done his homework on my account.

I walked in saying that I was shopping around for a used mustang convertible. Sied said that they did not have one available and had me set down and fill out some papers and they could locate me one. I filled out everything and he gave me a keys and told me to go take and hardtop they had on the lot for a test drive. He also asked for my keys to my car. I took the car around the block and it was ok but not what I was looking for but he already knew that. I went back and he is asking how i like the car and i tell him. Then he goes on about how he as worked up a deal and the payment will be ect. I don't want they car. He says this is what they have and the deal is worked out so what is the problem. Then they loose my keys. I took me an hour to get out of there all the time being bullied by the sales and management into a car i did not want in the first place. I went to Greene Ford in Gainesville and found an awesome deal on a 2010 Mustang Covetable.

I knew what I was looking for when I came to Team Ford and Ty Tucker made sure I got it and the finance Department and Ty worked hard to get my Payments where I needed them to be. This is the second Escape I have purchased from Team Ford and will be coming back for my future automobile purchases. As I walked up to the dealership, Bob Bauer came out to greet me. I knew what I wanted and Bob worked really hard to get it. Their whole team was friendly and courteous. They were very open and explained everything. The whole deal was very low pressure. To get me what I wanted, they had to get a car from another dealership. When the original deal didn't work out, they kept trying until they found exactly what I wanted. The car was perfect. After 1 month I haven't found even a minor quibble. Working with Team Ford of Marietta definitely exceeded my expectations. During the time I was at the dealership, they brought in a buffet lunch and invited their customers. I thought that was a nice touch.

On two different times we tried to do business with this dealership and went as far as having to have the General manager assist us because no sales person would ever return our calls. After a week of working with Joe Coscarelli (G.M.)we were told that we could not get the edge we wanted with a payment we could afford so we moved on. A week later I recieved a call from a sales person at Team Ford that told me Joe Coscarelli told him to call me and tell me about a 2009 Black Edge SEL that they just got in and was told that they could make the payment target we were seeking. I told this salesman that I was out of town and that I would come in on saturday to drive the Edge. He told me that he would call me friday and find out when we would be in on saturday. Just like all the times before, I recieved no call from anyone at Team Ford on friday. Around 8 P.M. I called and spoke with Stan (Sales manager)and told him who I was and wanted to know if they still had the 09 Edge SEL. Stan told me he knew nothing about a 2009 black Edge Sel and that he would get with Joe Coscarelli first thing saturday morning and give me a call. Again the call never came until I called and spoke with Stan around noon and again was told that he would call me back in 10 minutes. an hour later the salesman called and told me the same thing I was told by Joe Coscarelli a week earlier that my payment would be over 550 a month. Why did anyone call me in the first place if they had no intentions of making the payment work. Also where did the 2009 Black Edge SEL go? It was never on the Team Ford website. The sales manager knew nothing about any black Edge SEL. I feel like I was played a damn fool by everyone at Team Ford and I can assure you I will tell all my friends and family to stay clear of Team Ford Marietta.
