I scheduled an appointment online for someone to look at a problem regarding my car door and I asked for a Service Advisor to call me, this is an option when completing the online form. No one called me and when I called, there was never an advisor available to speak with me. As a result, I was at Union City Autonation Ford Service Department at 7:00am for NOTHING! I don't understand why no one called me. When I got there this morning, I was told to go to the Collision Center for a solution. My rear passenger door is rubbing against the front passenger door when it closes. This car hasn't been in an accident, so I have no idea why this is happening.

I went to AutoNation Ford to get an oil change and to get a duplicate operating key made. I was told the key would take some time since all had to be verified with the warranty company. I was told the oil change w/tire rotation would cost $49 and the key would cost $100 (my deductible). After 2.5 hours of waiting, Sheri came to tell me that my total charge was $470.62 and when I told her I didn't have that kind of money, she stated that the key was already made so it could not be returned. Also, the $100 deductible had incorrectly been included in the cost. After deleting the $100, my costs were $370.62...which I had to use 2 credit cards to cover. When I got ready to leave the next morning, I tried to use the new key and my car responded with "Key Not Detected". My Ford Fiesta would not crank nor could I unlock the doors with the new key. So using my original key, I took my car back to AutoNation Ford to get a refund. Chris the service manager authorized me to get a refund after he tested the new key and saw that it was NOT working as intended. He offered to fix the new key but I declined his offer. My question to him is WHY DIDN'T SHERI OR THE NEW KEY MAKER AT AUTONATION FORD NOT CHECK TO ASSURE THE KEY WAS PROPERLY WORKING B4 TAKING MY MONEY? Chris didn't have an answer. I declined his offer for them fixing my key because I didn't believe it would ever have worked and I would have wasted more time. I will do all possible to never have to take my car to AotoNation Ford on Jonesboro Rd again for any service. I'll go elsewhere to get my oil changed or to another dealership to get service. I'll be letting Ford Motor Company know about the disservice I experienced at AutoNation Ford.

On Sunday, May 12 I purchased a new F1 50 at Union City how donation I have been looking around at other dealerships for a purchase without much avail I then called autoNation Ford and Union City and talk to Mark Cain about my interest in a new F1 50. Mark answering all the questions I had concerning buying a new F1 50 and very knowledgeable on the project. We then set up a appointment for the following Sunday to see if anything met my specifications . Sunday morning Mark had a family emergency but took the time to set me up with One of his peers and provided him with all the information that we had talked about. Hi arrived at Union City AutoNation and met with the person Mark set me up with and found a vehicle and I might and I purchased a new 2016 F1 50. My buying experience was very professional and without any pressure from the dealership. My brakes were having issue(loud shrill and chirping noises). I had a few challenges- but, in the end, the service department made it right!!! Everyone has such an awesome attitude. They are a great place to take your car. The Service Manager, Richard called me and made everything right. We are all human and are not perfect. After a terrible car accident (all were safe and OK) my insurance company totaled my 6 1/2 month old Ford Escape. I was $3600 dollars upside down in it and feeling like a total victim with a humongous financial challenge ahead of me. The accident was not my fault but the police report did not give either of us drivers a ticket and we shared the same insurance company so it was not looking good for me in my replacing my car... and more debt seemed super inevitable. I walked into the Union City Ford dealership to gather information about how bad my situation was going to be in getting a functional car to handle my every day life in. I was greeted by Jerry Springer who quickly made me laugh and told me he wouldn't make any deer jokes and I could call him Jerry Springer! He was so personable and put me at ease during a very intimidating experience as a single teacher mom. He immediately let me know that he was up to the challenge and was going to figure out something. He explained everything to me and did not make ANY of my questions feel like they were stupid questions- and I am sure anyone else in his field would have known they were really dumb questions that I should have known answers to (I teach 2nd Grade for a reason!) He helped me truly replace my same car and taught me so much about this huge purchase for someone in my shoes. I appreciate his time, effort, and gentle way of helping me to get my life back on track with a super cute 2016 Ford Escape....with GAP INSURANCE! It has been 2 days and I just referred a friend to go see him for another Escape. I will most definitely be back to see Jerry Singer! Better to buy a car vs be a guest on his show!

My mother has been a customer since '88 and I have been a customer since '02 when Auto Nation Ford Lincoln of Union City was known as Gene Evans Ford. We both have all our service and maintenance needs done here. The Service department is very helpful if they see anything that needs immediate attention they will always come to us and explain what needs to be done. Purchased today a gently used F150. Drove 60 miles to visit this dealership and am very happy. Tom K. was my salesman and he treated me very well. The truck was exactly as advertised and they gave me a fair trade in allowance, as well as all necessary prep work in their service department on the truck I bought. My family has been loyal to Gene Evans Ford, now Autonation, since its beginning, simply because they have always been loyal to us. From my first car at 16, to the Ford Fiesta that got me to college, and now to my soon-to-be family car, my new Ford Edge, Autonation and salesman David Miller have become like family and taken care of us throughout the car buying process. My husband and I were married this summer and moved to Texas. Thinking about having a bigger vehicle for a family, we started looking at SUVs. Having never bought a car without the assistance of my parents, I was unsure of what exactly was a fair deal. I realized something was off when the salesman at the dealership in Texas kept going back to the manager for lower quotes when I said I couldn't afford the rate or payments he presented to me. Why wasn't I given this lower quote to begin with if it is possible? After hours passed, I called my mom back in Newnan and asked her to give Autonation in Jonesboro a call to see what they could offer me instead, since I had purchased my other two vehicles through them in the past. While still trying to make a deal in Texas, I received an email from David Miller and left the dealership right then.David offered to have someone drive out my new Edge to Texas and take my trade in Fiesta back to Georgia. My husband and I decided to drive back to Georgia regardless due to Christmas holidays, but couldn't believe what an incredible offer David had presented to us. We arrived at the dealership, my new Edge sitting out front with a big red bow. David Miller came out and hugged me, having remembered me from my two visits to the dealership over the last 10 years. He showed me every detail of my new car, took us on a test drive, and made the process faster, easier, and more enjoyable than anything I experienced elsewhere. David talked to my husband and I about how much we could and we were saving at their dealership and told us he didn't want us to be taken advantage of like we experienced in Texas, most likely due to our age. At Autonation we saw every way we were saving money. Mr. Miller told us their goal is to make lifelong relationships with their customers and they truly did for us in every way. The 1000 mile drive was worth it, we saved thousands, and we can't wait to get with David Miller again to get my husband a new Ford as well.

I had a fine experience purchasing my car from this place, about a year later I needed help with my warranty. The front desk was cranky, couldn't look up my file and purchase, told me service department would get back to me, they never did. I had to call later, and the service department was unhelpful as well! They grudgingly looked up my file after I pressed them to see if I would be covered. Just in general bad attitude and no customer service, didn't care to make me happy at all or even be kind to me over the phone. I work as a guest service as well and I got off the phone, shocked by the lack of caring. I understand if something isn't covered, but you can at least pretend to be nice about it. Will continue taking my car to mike fitzpatrick for service and help, not autonation, where I bought my car.

I live in Louisiana and was looking online for a used Lincoln MKC. I wasn't having any luck locally, so I searched autonation. I found one in Atlanta at autonation ford lincoln in Union City, GA. Mark Cain got back with me very quickly. I told him what I was looking for. He has one like I wanted in his inventory. I have always had excellent customer service when Gene Evans owned the Dealership. Since AutoNation, customer service in Service Department has gone down hill. I have bought two cars from Gene Evans and was very loyal customer driving the extra distance for outstanding Service. Since AutoNation, you can never get through to the service department and when you do you get a voice recording to leave a message and no one ever calls back in the timely fashion. In the past week each day to get someone to call me back or to get a live person has taken over 2 1/2 hours each time. When the service rep was going to get back to me (doesn't that mean the same day?) no call back. My car was held there for a week. When I called the Service Manager on Monday, the operator laughed saying its so hard to get a hold of him and the general manager. I left a very curt message at noon and asked to be called back. He never did. The service Rep finally called me back on Tuesday to take care of the problem that I had been waiting to hear back from last friday. When I went in today to pick up my car ( and the service rep knew I was coming in), he never came over even though eye contact was made, nor did the service manager ensure all was taken care of to my satisfaction. Very poor customer service!!!! All it would take is for both to ensure I was greeted and all was taken care of!! Thats what Gene Evans staff would have done. It only takes a few moments and I would have left feeling that AutoNation cared about its customers. Well I left and after 15 years of coming to this location, I will be going to another ford dealership for my service.

I have been going to this location for over 15 years when it was Gene Evans Ford and was a very loyal customer driving the extra distance to this ford dealership. I have bought 2 cars from them. My last one was a 2013 CMAX. When I would go in to get service work done, I was always updated and I left my car off, would get a call when the car was done. The past two times I have gone under AutoNation, I never get a phone call to either update me nor tell me my car is done. This past time I had a major issue of which, the service department allowed me to drive away with an issue worst than what I brought in. I immediately turned around and brought the car back. Now mind you, its took over 2 1/2 hours to get a live person after leaving phone messages asking to be called back to see what was going on. On Friday the service rep called me at 3pm over the issue and promised to get back to me ( wouldn't that be the same day?), no call back. On Monday I called and keep getting the recording to leave a message. When I got a hold of the operator, she told me the service rep was off and when I asked to talk to the Service Manager , she laughed and said he and the General Manager were very hard to get a hold of. Are you kidding me, where is the customer service? I leave a very curt message to the service manager over the issue at hand and to call me back as soon as possible. No call back. Finally Tuesday the Service Rep calls me back and says they were taking care of the issue and asked if my car was there. Are you kidding? Don't you know you took it in and have been sitting on it. I had to keep calling today to find out if it was done. Mind you its now a week my car. Finally called the cashier and found out it was done and then right afterwards the sales rep called to say the same thing. When I arrived shortly afterwards, the cashier knew who I was, but did the Service Rep or the Service Manager touch basis to ensure I left feeling like they cared about my issue. The cashier handed my paper work and off I went. Very poor customer service. All it would have taken and they were not busy in the service department, is to touch basis, a few minutes of customer service and I would have left feeling they did help me and wanted my business. I am not returning and will go to another ford dealership for service and will be purchasing future fords else where.

I first contacted AutoNation last August asking for information on the best truck to be used for hauling cars. Mark Cain contacted me. I went in to see what information he had. He provided me with a lot of information. I was ready to purchase at the time. About 2 weeks ago, I called Mark because he wasn't bothering me very much like many car dealers do when you visit their website. He was very patient and every once in a while, he would send a message to keep in touch. I was finally ready to purchase a truck. I visited Mark. My first trip to AutoNation service department was for a factory recall of my Lincoln MKZ to correct a problem with tail lamps. I had to explain to the service advisor three times why I was there, even showing him the documentation (including pictures) that I had received from Lincoln which described the recall problem in detail. At this point I was told that parts would have to be ordered and an authorization from Lincoln received before the work could be done. When I made the service appointment I was told by the same service advisor that the recall service would not take long. He made that statement having no idea of what the service entailed. I asked for my car back, the service advisor was no where to be seen. A driver brought my car around and I left having wasted several hours and accomplished nothing.

Refreshing experience! I bought a Ford Focus for my daughter on May 9, 2015. The sales person Tom Kirby was wonderful! First, I walked in at 9am and by 11am I was out the door with a new vehicle. My mom came w me to look for a car because my husband works on Saturdays, she wasn't too thrilled about this bc she knows how the car buying process can be. We have bought many cars in the past from gene Evans so we first went there, to find out its now autonation. Basically the whole experience is great from when you walk in until you leave, everyone there is so nice. We found a car I loved but my mom wanted the best deal so we shopped around a bit. We could have gotten a new VW for less but something (probably Mark) kept bringing us back to autonation. I am so thankful that it did. the car that i loved sold and he found another one (that i ended up buying and love even more!) he even personally drove it down from their Alpharetta location so he clearly goes above and beyond. Mark is awesome, patient and just a nice guy. my mom and i can be a lot to handle alone plus i had my two little boys with us and they were running around everywhere!! Something that struck me about him was that he had a bible verse at the end of his emails :) I can go on and on but anyone looking to buy a car I would 100% recommend Auto Nation just bc of Mark.... When it's time for me to come in for my maintenance they always get me right in and done in a timely manner. The Service guys are always friendly and making sure that I have been helped. My service advisor keeps me up to date and let's me know if there is any other things going on with my truck. They have excellent service. While there is a Ford delaership less than 5 miles from our home, my wife and I traveled >25 miles to purchase our new 2015 Fusion from AutoNation Ford Lincoln Union City. In fact, this is the second vehicle we've purchased from this dealership within the past few years, and I will continue to purchase all future vehicles from the AutoNation Union City team. Our sales professional, Mark Cain, was extremely patient with my wife and I as we weighed our options. While we obviously prevented Mark from seeing other customers as a result of our indecisiveness, he never once tried to pressure us into making a hasty decision. I took my f150 to get my rear defroster fixed it was not working so i got there and they greeted me and started working on my truck seemed like i just sat down they were telling me what was wrong and telling me how long it would take if I waited so i said ok I'll wait about every 15 minutes they were updating me. Thanks autonation for getting my truck fixed in time. I will keep coming back for service. Thank you autonation ford union city. Now I'm looking at buying a new truck from them.

Recently, I began a nation wide search for a 2014, Ford Flex Limited. I was unable to find an exact match for my personal specifications. I did however, locate eight vehicles that were acceptable. Of the eight, only two were identically equipped. The eight were located in seven southeastern states. I notified each dealership that I am retired and enjoy automotive research and that the cost of the vehicle would be paramount. Although my residence is Michigan, they were aware that three of my last four purchases were in Florida, so I was prepared to venture several miles for a "deal". As bids poured in, I considered the three most competitive proposals. Even though AutoNation Ford Lincoln was not the lowest, this dealership won my confidence and business. The tipping point was found in the person of Mr. Lavial Arnold. I was blessed to have Mr. Arnold as my sales associate. Throughtout the negotiations, Mr. Arnold was always prompt, informative and courtious. He was never pushy but patiently answered each question. When flying to Atlanta to receive ownership of my Flex, Mr. Arnold was at the airport on time to pick me up. What began as a casual conversation centered around a Ford Flex has developed into a friendship. Sould I ever again consider a Ford product, AutoNation Ford Lincoln will be consulted and I will seek the professionalism of Mr. Levial Arnold.

I went into Ford Auto Nation to have a transmission replaced under warranty. My service advisor Sheri NEVER, not once called me about the status of my vehicle. I had to call her to keep checking the status of my vehicle. Horrible customer service!! Her excuse was always " Oh I'm waiting on this, or I'm waiting on that". How about you call the customer in the meantime, and advise them of updates! Or I guess that would be asking to much for the $4,000 job that your doing to my vehicle. Go to Gwinnett Ford, they are the BEST!!!!

I have to say out of all the car dealers I have ever been to probably since I was old enough to even think of buying a car have never treated me as great as AutoNation Ford Lincoln of Union City. Yes.. not having the best credit most people would laugh us all the way out of the door not even wanting to hear our needs or situation. We DID NOT experience that here as we where treated with the utmost kindness and respect and most of all understanding a gentlemen by the name Mike Thurmond was very patient with us and for that I am very grateful. We have a little girl with medical issues and not having a way to get her to her appointments or hospital was quite scary, this company knew this and did what ever they could to make a way for our family! I'm not one for writing many reviews but when a company goes though this much to show they care about our family( families in general) I believe we need to speak up and let others know! My family is super Thankful!!

I took two Escapes in for recall work. Mike Eaton couldn't have been more helpful. The work was performed in a timely manner with no issues. Then, when I needed help removing a headrest to install a seat cover, Mike told me to come on in and he'd help me - no charge. I purchased a vehicle (2011 Grand Jeep Cherokee) on June 14, 2014 with only 15, 594 miles. Two weeks later my vehicle stopped on me while driving. It was driven to the closest Jeep Dealer and from July 09, 2014 until September 08, 2014, my truck was in "repair mode". The following was done: 1. New Torque Converter 2. New Transmission 3. Reprograming and Updates 4. Oil Change. 5. Electrical System Now I know the dealership that sold me this car "clearly knew" that there were issues with this vehicle. They stated they inspected it, so why would they sell it with all of these issues? They gave me a loner for 2 weeks and for 8 weeks I was without a car, an on my own for transportation. This dealer doesn't play fair and I would never buy a car or recommend anyone to this place. It doesn't help that they have poor customer service and lacks professionalism. There was one good salesman (LaVail) because Mr. Mike Thurmond was a nightmare...

I wasn't in the market for a new car until the engine on my Porsche failed. My son-in-law recommended I check them out as he has purchased several through this dealership. I was impressed by the no pressure sales pitch. David Miller was extremely patient since I really had no idea what kind of vehicle I wanted. I was able to test drive several vehicles before ultimately purchasing a 2014 Mustang. They even researched for other inventory at other dealerships since I wasn't completely sold on the color. However, I did finally opt for the ruby red one they had on the lot, and have no regrets. Everyone comments how they love the color, and it looked spectacular after they detailed it. The staff at Autonation made this one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.

If you are looking for an Atlanta area Ford dealer for service or repair of your car, the Union City AutoNation is an excellent choice. I buy Ford cars and trucks, and I buy them from my brother's dealership in Texas. But since I live in the Atlanta metro area, having my cars serviced where I buy them just isn't practical. I have used other Atlanta area Ford dealers for routine maintenance on my cars, but I now take them to AutoNation in Union City exclusively. I have found that when I take my car to AutoNation in Union City, the work is done correctly, neatly (no greasy spots on the steering wheel, seats or floor mats, for example), quickly and completely. This location has done mostly routine maintenance for me, like oil changes and tire rotations, but they have also done body work on my cars after I had two accidents. The routine maintenance has always been top notch, and the body work has been especially pleasing due to the expert job done by the shop in painting the repaired areas. Again, if you are looking for a Ford dealer in this area, look no further.

We purchased our 2011 Lincoln MKX about 2 weeks ago and we love it. There were some serious dents on the car and they fixed it at no charge. Michael Claman was most helpful with the purchase and we got a good deal from the manager, Bill Miller. They were prompt with service and did what they said they would do. if you deal with Mike Thurmond, it will be the best car buying experience you will ever receive. I needed a AWD Ford Escape which was not available in Florida. He had the exact car in stock and was willing to arrange for it to be delivered to an AutoNation dealership in St. Petersburg, Florida. When the car was being delivered, he called me every two hours to let me know when it would arrive so that I would be ready to make the trip to pick it up. Everything was explained and was delivered to me when he promised. He was upfront with all charges and there were no hidden costs that usually show up at the time of delivery. When I also needed optional items, he arranged for me to purchase them from the St Pete dealership at the same costs he charged back in Georgia. He also follows up with phone calls to make sure nothing goes wrong. You can call him at any time with questions you have concerning the operation of the car. I only wish that the Union City dealership was nearby so that I could experience the same great treatment from their service center. My experience with Mike Thurmond has changed my concept of a new car salesman and created such a favorable image that I now look forward to future car purchases. The car itself has so many outstanding features that I can't wait to show it off to everyone and drive it for a long time. Ford should be thankful to have him working for them. What a pleasant and nice experience with no hassles or problems.

I was out car shopping the day before New Year's Eve trying to take advantage of the year end deals. I had already been to Nissan and Chevrolet dealers that day and wasn't really sold on the cars they were offering. I had looked at an Edge when visiting family in Florida and really liked the vehicle. I was trying to step down from a GMC Yukon XL for better gas mileage. I walked in and met Mark Cain the salesperson who contacted me after inquiring for information online. Mark was very friendly and immediately began asking me what my needs and wants were in a vehicle. I told him that I was looking for a crossover vehicle for better gas mileage and the Ford Edge had caught my eye. He was so helpful in the total process. I walked out with a 2013 Ford Edge with 0% interest. It was a great experience.

Stopped by dealer and made appointment for 9 am the following day ,arrived on time was told to expect 1.5 - 2 hr duration, after 2.5 hrs went to check on progress and was told that "we only have 1 person working on electrical and there were still 3 in front of me before they would even look at it " . When I arrived I was told that they would get it in immediately because I had an appointment . I left without having the truck repaired,when leaving they asked if I would like to reschedule , I declined and wonder what would be the use since they obviously don't know what scheduling an appointment means.

I was needing an F 150 with specific items. Mark Cain was my salesman. Mark did a great job answering my questions and getting all the additions I needed. Mark stayed with me during the process and made me feel very good about making the decision to order my F150.Mark said it would take around 6 weeks to get my truck. The truck came in the time frame . I was very pleased with my F150, it was better thanwhat I had expected. When Mark called to inform me my F150 was in , he found an additional $750 rebate. I recently purchased a certified 2011 Lincoln MKS from Mark Cain and traded my 2006 Lincoln Designer Town Car. I have been purchasing vehicles here since 1989 when it was Gene Evans Ford. I bought several vehicles since then and all my experiences have been excellent. Mr. Jimmy Doyle was the sales person for my first three (3) trucks. All the trucks were passed on to my family members as I helped them get into their truck. Then in 1993 I purchased a F 150 and still have it today, 260,000 miles later all original except for an AC compressor and a clutch fan. Then I purchased a 2013 F 150 and love it. I am looking forward to it serving me as the 1993. The difference I see between my experience with Gene Evans Ford and AutoNation Ford; it simply has gotten better.

When I drove it, I knew I wanted it. The Ford Fusion is beautiful and has everything I wanted, everything. I had looked at an ATS too but for value the choice was clear. I test drove it, watned it but wasn't ready. Two months later I came back, found my salesman, Mike C., he was great. He says the cars sell themselves, he just helps with the process which is true. It was my first BRAND new car and I dreaded the car buying process but it was effortless, little back and forth. They wanted me to be happy and I wanted to happy with the payment. We found that sweet spot quickly. I see that 2015 mustang is coming.. if I get one, I know where to go. That's going to be the easy choice, the color is going to be the hard part.

Had Taken truck in due to engine light on Pick the truck up later on and it was running rougher then before I had taken in there shop Brought the truck back to tell them about problem they begin looking at it and came back and stated they need to change a gasket. Easy as pie from start to finish. Knowledgeable salesman (he knew his stuff, but he came off like Einstein compared to other dealers we visited), friendly staff, low-pressure buying environment. The only downside was the ridiculous number of "add-on" services they threw at us when we got to the financing person. They said the sales pitch was "mandatory," but give me a break...that's 20 minutes of my life I'll never have back! That being said, that was the ONLY drawback to the whole process. I highly recommend these guys.

I would without qualifications recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. Our salesman was the best. I felt we were in charge and had some say in the process. We did experience a minor mechanical problem on the way home . Our salesman had the vehicle picked up at our home and left us a new car to drive until our vehicle was returned. In January, I wrecked my 2001 Buick LeSabre. The insurance company totalled it out. I loved that car and wanted to replace it with the same thing. My granddaughter found the car on the Gene Evans website. I called up to ask about it and talked to Mark Cain. He told me the car was still available. I've been told that before and got to the dealership only to find out the car was sold. That wasn't what happened at Gene Evans. Mark had the car washed and shiny and pulled up waiting for me. I'm an older gentleman and didn't want to do a lot of walking around a car lot. Mark gave me a good price on the car. He's stayed in contact with me. He keeps in touch to make sure I still like the car. I love the car and the dealership has always dealt fairly with me. We were referred to this dealership by a friend. So began our experience, by shopping them on line and working with the Internet sales rep, Mark Cain, who worked diligently to find the car we were looking for. The dealership brought the car in for us to inspect - it was exactly as we had anticipated. We moved forward to craft a purchase with the dealership. They provided the best offer that we had received (after shopping two other Ford dealerships). After signing off on the paperwork with the finance office, we were informed the following business day that there was an additional rebate of five hundred dollars that they had found for us! Lavial Arnold is a great sales associate. He can get it done. In 2010 he put my wife and I in a brand new Ford Focus with no problems. The car still runs great and we haven't had any problems with it. When we need servicing, I go to Lavial and he gets me in and out as quickly as possible. This company is now called AutoNation Ford. I called about an ad that advertised one of those vehicles showing only one ID#s figuring that it was a sucker ad. The vehicle was no longer available. But the salesman said he had one for about $100 less and one for $600 more than the ad indicated. Having a military ID card I asked him if the military discount was still available and he stated that it ended at midnight that very night. (Which I already knew.) I also figured that the F150 advertised was a stripped down model as well. I told him to hold the red F150 I was on my way to test drive and probably purchase a truck. On the way I had called and told the salesman, Brent Popdan, that I would be a little late and he said he had to leave but I could deal with Andy Lewis. Well I figured that I was being setup for a sucker punch now for sure. When I got to the dealership which was about 1 hour drive from my home the F150 was parked in front of the dealership. Andy met us at the door and asked me if I wanted to drive the F150, of course I did, then he opened the door for my wife and said ok it is all yours. He let us take the truck alone which is unheard of these days. When we arrived back at the dealership we went to Andy's desk where he already had the paperwork completed and he asked me if I liked the F150. I did very much. He showed me the figures and with all tags, titles, taxes, doc fees, rebates and discounts and my 1997 F150 trade-in I paid less for the truck than the advertised vehicle was listed for in the paper. What a deal. To top it all off the new F150 is an 2013 F15 XLT Super Crew Cab with the standard packages plus the Equipment group 302A package that includes XLT Convenience package plus trailer brake controller, XLT plus package, reverse sensing system with camera, power sliding rear window, XLT chrome package, power adjustable pedals, running boards, trailer tow package, MYKEY, Perimeter alarm, Securicode Keyless Door Pad, with all the other bells and whistles I will ever need not a stripped down model all for under $30K. The sales team of Andy and Brent were outstanding and lived up to their promises. I was in and out within two hours. Best experience buying a vehicle I have ever had. Great deal on a Ford. I bought the 1997 Ford F150 XL new from this company when it was Gene Evans Ford sixteen years ago. Two days later I discover the right taillight lens had a major scratch and returned to have it repair but the dealership under the guidance of Andy simply replaced the entire lens. Ronnie at AutoNationFord in Union City was the first to reply. He gave me an inventory list of vehicles which he thought might fit my need. He sent a flyer for one in particular. Paul McCaughey is wonderful. Simple stright forward purchasing at a very fair price. Still not a fan of all the paperwork with closing the deal, but what do you expect with regulators being involved. I took a 2001 Used Ford Expedition to this location on June 26, 2013 for a diagnostic test. I left the truck overnight, to avoid dropping it off at 7:00am. The service advisor CHISTOPHER HARDER was initially very helpful and courteous. He called me back that night explaining the details about why the service light indictor was on. I decline getting my truck serviced there because they were simple things that my neighbor could fix. The next day I arrived to just pay the $104.00 for the diagnostic test and pick up the truck, the dealership lost the key :( I sat outside (hot) for 30 mins waiting for the truck to pull up before anyone told me that the key had been misplaced. I calmly waited another 40 mins for them to look for it. Then another 40 mins for them to arrange for me a ride back to work (3 miles away). Christopher Harder said that locksmith which I happen to be in contact with was on the way that day. No calls were made to me and the day and night ended . I called again the following day Friday 06/28/2013 and reminded him, just to find out that the key still hasn't been made. At this point, I wanted to receive 10% off getting the service being completed and Christopher Harder declined and said that we are already paying $125 to make a key that they lost... You Guys Lost the Key.... These folks care too much about profit lost than good customer service. 10% off is beginners customers service anywhere. I was Shocked!!!

I called to inquire about a 2011 ford f150 lariat that caught my eye on the internet. I have been searching for a while to find a used f-150, with the engine and bells and whistles I wanted, that was low miles and still looked new. They are not easy to find. So when I saw this one on the internet, I looked at it on and off for a week, and finally decided before I called that if I was satisfied with the info I got from the dealer or sales person, I would go with the mindset of buying a vehicle that night. I called Mike , and asked about the vehicle, he walked down to the vehicle, and gave me the scoop on it, and answered my questions. I wanted to know if the vehicle was as clean as it looked on the internet, and he said it was. We talked for a while, and he called me back a few times, and I decided to drive to the dealership which was about 30 miles away on a Friday evening. It was Mike's helpful attitude that persuaded me to go see the vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle was as clean as described, and I knew Mike had a sale before I even test drove the vehicle, the rest was just a formality. I did not purchase the extra insurances they want you to buy, but they did not twist my arm when I politely declined the extra coverages, which is big too me. We dickered on price of vehicle some, but not too aggressively, and I was satisfied with how Mike explained pricing of vehicles these days. Maybe sometimes you wonder could I have negotiated harder, but I thought the vehicle was fairly priced for the extras it had on it. As a retired fleet administrator I have purchased over 700 vehicles and dealt with many salesmen and Jerry is one of the best. He took our order, correctly informed us of the delivery time, contacted us once or twice a week with updates, immediately agreed to all of our requests for discounts, rebates and promotinal items and spent all the time necessary to make sure we were completely satisfied. The car was received in perfect condition on 4/29/2013 while we were on vacation and he stored it for us until we returned. If anyone wants to experience the "New Lincoln Motor Company" experience I would suggest that they order their car from Jerry.

I had an absolutely awful experience this week. I took my 2012 Lincoln MKZ for service because the heated and cooled seats stopped working. When I went to get the car back the next day, the service advisor, Christopher Harder said he could find no fault with the system and wrote "Unable to verify concern" on the report. Foolishly I trusted him at the time and took the car home without verifying right there. The next day I tried to use the heated seats and the same problem was there. The light came on and stayed on for a two seconds and went out. The seats never heated. I immediately called Christopher Harder to tell him that the heated seats were not working. He insisted that he had witnessed himself that they worked, and dismissed my concern because he checked it himself. I took the car in that afternoon and showed another service advisor that it was not working and told me to wait for Christopher Harder. When Christopher Harder came he continued to insist that it was working because he checked it himself the day before and it was working then, even with all the evidence to the contrary right there. I explained that it had not worked for a month and it clearly was not working now so there is no way it worked when he checked it. He said he was done with me and asked if I wanted to speak to the service manager. I said yes. Service manager Wayne Quattlebaum came and I showed him that it was not working. He drove the car back to do some tests on it. After about an hour he came back with a printout from the manual and told me the seats are not supposed to work under certain conditions such as when the RPM is below a certain level. I explained that the seats work under no circumstances at all, at any speed, at any RPM, at any temperature. He scratched his head and said he would talk to an engineer tomorrow since his engineer was not there at that time. I asked if he was going to keep the car to show the engineer tomorrow. He said no, I should keep the car and he would call me tomorrow. Apparently, while I waited for about an hour, instead of doing tests on the car, which he said he was going to do, he was looking up reasons why it was OK that the heating -cooling system did not have to work. I do not know how the engineer is going to fix the car without looking at it so I guess they have decided that they are not going to fix it.Very disappointed with the service and attitude, especially the unapologetic rudeness of service advisor Christopher Harder. After driving foreign cars for many years I made a concerted effort to buy an American car. Never did I expect that the first problem I had with the car would be handled this way. Did I make a mistake to buy American?

I really had not even considered buying a new car. I have a 1997 Mercury Cougar purchased through Bill Miller at Gene Evans in August of 2010. It had 52000 miles on it and is the best car I ever had. It now only has 73000 miles and is still a wonderful car! I would never consider trading this car in, however, Bill wanted me to look at the new Ford Fusion and so I did. Wow...this car is so amazing! Bill made the deal so attractive I couldn't resist! I still did not trade in my Cougar! I Love that car! So I just purchased the 2013 Fusion and decided to keep the Cougar as well! I have purchased several cars from Bill over the years and he is one of the finest people I know! He always does exactly what he says and that is important to me! I've nIver been promised anything by Bill that I didn't receive. Gene Evans Ford, specifically Drew Lewis, made our car buying experience so quick and easy. There was no pressure. No hassling. Drew provided us with all the information that we needed and was quick to accommodate all of our requests. We were having a DVD player installed. Drew was on top of it. I recently purchased a new 2013 Ford Taurus from Patrick Jefferson at Gene Evans Ford. I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for. At the dealership I met Patrick. He was very accomidating and personable, there was no pressure, He was only there to help answer any questions I had. I drove the car and told him that I would have to talk to my partner about the purchase, again no pressure. I was so impressed that we purchased the car the next day. Gene Evans is not the closest Ford dealer to where I live but it's the one I prefer I have had many Ford products and many were purchased for this dealer. All my repair work is done on my vehicles at Gene Evans. The service has always been first class. I highly recommend Patrick Jefferson and Gene Evans Ford.

We had a great time learning, looking, and finally buying one of our dream cars at Gene Evans Team Ford, Union City, GA. Paul McCaughey provided us with the necessary information about our vehicle in order to make our final decision. We purchased our vehicle under the Ford X Plan. This is an amazing program should you qualify for it. The experience was great and the process was honest and straight forward with respect to the pricing of the vehicle. A seamless transaction. It was interesting how Paul McCaughey, Fleet Manager became our sales rep. We were looking and researching our Mustang for about a year and we stopped by Gene Evans Team Ford to look around the lot. We bumped into another customer who was about to purchase his second vehicle there and highly recommended Paul. I wish I had gotten his name so that I can thank him for referring Paul to us. For this second purchace we drove over 600 miles just to buy the car from Gene Evans Ford and James Watkins! His knowledge of the vehicles and the "bells and whistles" that go them them is impressive. His willingness to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy is something that is not seen much anymore. I had been looking at purchasing a new Ford Edge for a couple of weeks. My brother recommended that I drive to Union City to purchase a car since I had a bad experience at another dealership. When Dennis Moore came out of the dealership he treated me with respect, listened to me, and showed me the type of vehicle I wanted to buy within my budget. I was very impressed with the service and committment to securing a new vehicle within a short amount of time. Dennis Moore located the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted. He explained and showed me how to work all the features in the vehicle. Everyone at Gene Evans Team Ford have been very hospitable and courteous whenever I call or visit. The buying experience at Gene Evans was not stressful. I discussed with Norma Kelley (my sales rep) what I wanted as far as my truck purchase, and items about my trade in. In a very short period of time I was given an offer on my trade and the cost for the new vehicle. I compared this with other dealers and found Gene Evans price to match one other dealer and bettered two that I sought a new vehicle thur. The other dealers pressured me using gimmicks and idle threats such as incentives wouldn't last long. At Gene Evans, my trade in offer was very fair and because of that, we completed the deal timely. I would recommend them as the experience wasn't pressured or intimidating. Simply put, if you do not like the numbers, then you should go elsewhere no matter who the dealer is, that said, Gene Evans treated me well.

Had an appointment with Jim Ward. When we got to the dealership he had a truck ready for him to look at and take for a test drive. Showed my son some used trucks and discussed the benefits of new verses used. my son ended up purchasing a new 2012 F-150. Jim was very helpful and knowledgeable. This was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. We will definitely refer our friends to Gene Evans and to Jim Ward!

Wanting to buy a new truck,I stopped in at Gene Evans because I have bought fromthem before.After meeting Jim Ward and telling him what I was looking for he found a truck on their lot that met my requirments. he then demoed the truck and answered all of my questions in a very professional way. Normally I would shop around for the best price before buying but Jim went to work for me and after some negotiating we agreed on a price and closed the deal.For anyone buying a new vehicle I recommend you go to Gene Evans and ask for Jim Ward.

We arrived armed with a newspaper ad advertising the car, a 2012 Fusion. Sales associate Jim Ward met us at the door and without pressuring us answered all our questions in a friendly and courteous manner. When pointed out that in the ad the driver's seat was electrically adjustable but not so in the car we were buying, Jim immediately adjusted the sales price accordingly. Mr. Ward also took the time to brief Mrs. Adam on the use of the car before we left. All in all it was an enjoyable experience with Mr. Ward.

I was attempting to purchase a vehicle VIA the internet. We got to a point where price was agreed and I ask for a purchase agreement. I had explaied this was a cash sale and they could verify funds with my bank and I would deliver the funds in cashier or certified check or wire transfer. Opps next email another customer MAY make an offer on the same vehicle and they would get back with me. Lets see, I thought we had an offer and acceptance and they should tell the "other Buyer" that. Next e-mail, the other buyer took the car. Next up we have another just like it. Opps again different year model and 10 grand higher. OH I am sorry we do have another very similar, next email OK what is the total and final price on this one? Oh, I am sorry someone just bought that one in the last 2 minutes. This company plays games. Typical car sales tactics. Do not do business with these people especially over the internet

Okay, so my fiance and I visited this dealership to buy a used Mustang for me, for Christmas (I know, he is great). Well I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences I have ever had in buying ANYTHING (not just cars). Although Sam and Mark Hopkins were the people we worked with directly, I felt the need to include Jim and Patrick in the process in terms of customer service and helping us feel at ease and comfortable. This atmosphere is so awesome, everyone is personable, friendly, and will just sit and have a real conversation with you! As for the buying and price process, it was a breeze... we got an awesome price, for an extraordinary car! We were not pushed, or bullied into getting anything, there was no pressure or stress, what we said no to was just that and on to the next subject. These guys really know how to run a business. I can't wait for us to get another car so that we can visit them again!

Over the past few weeks, I took my Ford Escape in because the engine light keep coming on. Prior to taking my truck in for service, I visited Auto Zone and each time my car was diagnosed with ignition coil issues with the last service request being "misfire". Having only to drive my car for two weeks, the light came on again. When I took it back, I waited for three hours only to find out that the fuel injector for P2 need cleaning. Not once did they tell me what was wrong with my car! I asked them 3 times and each time they told me they were working on it granted without my permission. When my car was completed, I drove off, car ran fine, no problems. On the way from my last errand, my car ran hot. I immediately stopped. There was no antifreeze in the reservoir! I waited a few minute until the car cooled down, replace the coolant and the car was fine. The nex morning, the engine light came on again. I went to the dealer again. Two days later the advised me that I had a cracked head gasket!!!!!! After viewing my initial invoice, the service dept checked all blocks stating that they had checked the fluid levels in each component. The couldn't have! Needless to say, I am taking steps to resolve this issue legally. In the meantime, DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED AT GENE EVANS FORD!

Paul McCaughey was my salesman at Gene Evans Ford. I felt blessed to have met him initially on my first visit. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Most importantly, he was patient with me. He didn't even push me when I was test driving close to closing time on a Saturday night! There was over a month time period between my visits with Paul, and he never pestered me to come back. I'm sure this was because Paul also listened to me. He listened to my wants, answered my questions, but most importantly he let me make my own decisions. He never pushed me or tried to lead me in a particular direction. He was straight forward and honest. I guess you could say that he let the cars speak for themselves. When I finally arrived at a decision, Paul went the extra mile to find exactly the car I was looking for and got it for me as quickly as possible. Paul has also made himself available via phone or in person when I have needed to talk with him. I and my family felt like family when he took care of us. I would recommend Paul to family or friends who were interested in buying a car from Gene Evans.

I called the dealership and told David what car I wanted and what I wanted the car to include. David walked me through the sale and helped get the car of my dreams. By the way the new Ford Focus Hatchback ROCKS!!!When I ordered the car it took exactly the 6 wks I was told it was going to take to get it. The paperwork went smoothly and the financing was a breeze. Oh and one more thing for the first time ever...EVER the salesman David called me to see if I still loved my car and everything was running smoothly. Talk about great customer service.My sister in law is now thinking about buying one of these and will be going to this dealership because of my experience. Keep up the great work guys!

We went to Gene Evans based off a referral from a neighbor. He had dealt with Paul and was extremely pleased with the level of service that they got. When we arrived, Paul greeted by my wife and I and had us test drive one of the 2011 Explorers that we had looked at. What I liked with Paul was that there was pressure after the test drive to sit down and talk about numbers. He provided information on the Explorer and followed up a couple days later. This no-pressure transaction was what made me come back and finally by the Explorer.

I approached my purchase of a 2012 Mustang as an internet sale, submitting requests for bid to a dozen dealers. Paul won my business by responding as if this were a fully commissioned floor sale, patiently answering all of my questions for several days, while returning with the lowest quote of the 12 dealers. I wound up ordering a vehicle from Paul built to my specifications. Paul kept me informed of the progress of the vehicle's construction and delivery without my having to request it, and the vehicle was delivered slightly ahead of schedule. Paul went over the vehicle features with me, and called me the following day to be sure I was satisfied. Overall, a very rewarding experience. I feel that Paul gave me the best of both worlds; full service and a low price. Recommended.

The service guy Jeff Hicks would not work with the warrenty people who neded verification of needed parts. He wanted me to guarantee the repairs above what they authorized to pay. Very bad experience. Go to another dealer for repairs.

Bill Miller and Jerry Singer made our new truck buying experience far more pleasurable than we ever thought it would be. These two gentlemen should author a book on how to treat a customer as both are experts. My wife is terrified of salesmen and she was so happy with our experience with these two gentlemen that she is actually baking them both some "thank you deserts" as I type this! Neither of these men did that ol' silly "can we do business today" thing and instead focused on showing us their product line in a very comfortable, non-pressured, way. The end result is that we couldn't be happier and are already recruiting our friends to visit Bill/Jerry.

He went and picked up the car and had it there the next day. He did this after only a phone call with me to discuss what I was interested in - by the time I got there he had most of the paperwork done and I was on my way- great job!!

My family has been buying cars from Bill Miller and Jerry Singer at Gene Evans for more than a dozen years. We bought my son his first Mustang when he turned sixteen back in '98. He has since gotten two more Mustangs and an F-150 from them. My daughter and son-in-law went in together to try to replace a gas guzzler my daughter was driving and left with two new Fusions! Each time Bill Miller set us up with Jerry Singer and Jerry took care of us. Bill Miller made sure we were happy every step of the way. Jerry is very thorough and patiently answers all questions. If they don't have a car with exactly the options we're looking for, he doesn't just try to sell us something he has on the lot. He searches other dealers and gets us exactly what we want. I am happy to recommend a trip to Gene Evans Ford to see Bill Miller and Jerry Singer to everyone I talk to who is considering a new car. By the way, my son lives in Alpharetta, my daughter is in Sugar Hill and I'm in Roswell. Not exactly a short trip for any of us, but definitely worth the drive.

This dealership is THE dealership to go to when you need a car. I have worked with Bill Miller and Jerry Singer with my cars since I was 16. I just recently got my 4th car from them and couldn't be more satisfied. They are always so friendly and actually listen to what you want instead of just trying to sell something that you might not be 100% on. They listen to you and get you what you want. They didn't have a Mustang just like what I was looking for, so Jerry plugged in all the options I wanted and found one at another dealership. He said he could have the car there the next day. I agreed and he put in the transfer order. When I showed up to the dealership the next day, I found my car had been detailed and pulled onto the showroom floor to keep it clean. It just shows that there are people that go the extra step to not only meet all your expectations, but exceed them. I live more than an hour away from Gene Evans Ford, but believe me when I tell you it is worth the trip. They believe in making you a customer for life, not just a customer for the moment to meet their sales goals. As long as Bill Miller and Jerry Singer are with Gene Evans, I will never buy a car from anyone else.

Customer service is exceptional at Gene Evans! There are always at least one to two individuals to greet me upon arrival and direct me to whoever I need to see. I feel as though I'm their only customer; never made to wait while they juggle other customers. Above all, experience with them has shown me that I can trust them. I drive off the lot knowing I have made a sound deal. They offer and explain optional packages well (tire care, appearance package, etc.) Quality of service is always as expected; no need to return for re-servicing - thank goodness! Wait times are shorter than expected. Yes, really. I appreciate the fact that the service department explains my repairs in a way I fully understand, yet I don't feel as though they are "talking down" to me. Because of repeated outstanding service received at Gene Evans, my family buys or leases all our cars from them. The sales staff reviews ALL options with me without wasting my time. I can tell them the bottom line on what I can afford, and they show me my options. If I weren't so pleased with them, I wouldn't return time after time. In today's competitive market, excellence in salesmanship, servicing, and auto performance keep me loyal to Gene Evans.

The staff at Gene Evans Team Ford & Lincoln are absolutely customer focused and professional. As with my previous 5-6 purchases/ leases with the dealership, this last lease transaction could not have been better! They worked hard to earn and retain my business by immediately responding to my calls/ inquiries during the buying process. They offered the best price/ lease rates for my current vehicle (2010 Escape) and their finance rates were extremely competitive. I definitely plan to continue doing business with them in the future. I would also like to add that the Service Department has been quick to handle any service related matters for both myself and my family.
