Daniel was awesome, not pushy super Patient and so informative. I walked in just to see what they were offering ans walked out with my brand new car. It’s wonderful! Everyone is nice there. :) Carlos Castro, assistant manager in the service center is wonderful with all his help. Thanks again team!

I have never had a bad experience when scheduling or arriving for my maintenance appointments. For this appointment, I was greeted quickly and asked if I had an appointment and who it was with. As soon as I advised the greeter it was with Hannah, she came up to me, introduced herself and welcomed me. We went inside, discussed what service I was there for and she processed the paperwork. She went over everything with me, and checked back with me to let me know everything was fine and my car would be ready soon. She came back, gave me the final paperwork and showed me to my car. She thanked me for having my car serviced, and asked if there was anything else she could help with. She was prompt, informative and kept me up to date. I appreciated the fact that she never tried to oversell me, which has happened at other places. Their waiting area is also very clean, which I appreciated.

Exceptional service as always from sir Martin in the Service department! He genuinely cares about his customers and takes the time to explain everything in full detail. Not only does sir Martin know how to make his customers feel valued while taking care of business, he also goes out of his way to make sure every customer leaves completely satisfied, with a smile on their face and a fully serviced car! I had the pleasure of doing business with sir Martin (again) recently during my last visit for a standard oil change and could not be more happy with the service he provided. He is truly a delight and nothing short of a miracle/miracle worker. First class!!

I bought my new Honda from Mark Scott earlier this summer. Mark was patient, transparent, but most importantly ... he quickly was able to determine what make/model I really needed and wanted. With rising gas prices, I am glad I bought the more fuel efficient car. He took the time to walk me through the process, test drove many options (and colors), and never pressured me for a sale. Mark is very experienced in the car business and I will definitely refer business his way.

Love bringing my SUV to get serviced here. I feel confident in the work they do. The Service Supervisor Neil C. Is always helpful and very knowledgeable. FERNADO C. Is always on point and provides excellent customer service. I've never been disappointed coming here. I recommend them for all your vehicle needs.
