My daughter bought her first car. Honda CRV. She put $7500 down they promised her service contracts, towing package, tire and wheel replacement. Since she was in there with her Dad when buying the car, who had been in the business for several years, they were very accommodating at that time. Then they continuously called her 4 to 5 times a day to Come Back In saying they needed her to sign documents. Once she came back in alone they told her they needed to charge her $500 more to keep the services they had promised. Not only did they take everything away, all of the extras, her interest rate went up. NEVER go to this deakership. They are shady. They took advantage of my daughter. She put over 75% down. And now she is financing more than she put down. The original price of the car was $10,900. Now after her down payment she is financing $8,000. The whole reason they had her come back was to charge her more when she was without her dad. Do NOT send your daughter in here alone or without an experienced car salesman. Or maybe a team of lawyers.

I was in town visiting my son and took my car in for service. When I came in to pick up my car the cashier was so rude!!! The tech who took my car was so helpful but when I had a question the cashier couldn't answer my question. So I asked to speak to e manager and she said they don't have managers working on the weekend so I asked to speak to the tech who got my car and she said NO that the tech was busy with others customers. So I signed the work order but would not initial the final estimate and she told me she wouldn't give me my keys. I asked her why I had just paid for the service and she said to bad you have to I initial so I initial under duress I have NEVER had this can of problem at the dealership I use in Fairfield and Vacaville. I will never use your service dept again!!!

I recently bought a used CRV from your dealership. Everything was great, my only complaint was I had asked for the deal to be a certain amount including taxes and registration. The dealer did not modify the sales tax to fit the amount despite me living in a different county. I love my car very much though!

My daughter goes to school in Arizona, where the Honda dealership and service departments are excellent. They answer their phones, make service appointments in a timely matter, and give you eye contact and acknowledgment when you arrive at their service center. Honda Roseville in the Automall is completely on the other end of the spectrum. After multiple days of calling, NO ONE ever answers the phone. Instead, a computed voice just keeps rerouting you . Our attempt to make an appointment on line looked to be promising until we came to the actual scheduling and weren't allowed to proceed. (another glitch?)We finally drove to the dealership (this is just for question about windshield wiper that wasn't working). We parked the car, no one came out to acknowledge us. We went inside, again, no acknowledgement again, went to the cashier where we were told we couldn't be helped as cashier is only for people picking up vehicles. We were sent to parts counter, again, nobody there. After 10 minutes we finally had a person to help! The elderly woman in front of us was redirected to a service personnel where she should have been sent to in the first place. And the same gentleman, "Ken", the only shining star over there, was kind of enough to take good care of us and got the windshield wipers squared away on my daughters car. We wanted to get the oil changed before she left, but will wait to get her back to her dealership. By far this is the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I wouldn't purchase from them, and certainly not maintain my car there.

I was going in there just to look at the deals they had going on. As soon as i walked out my car i was approached by Will. He showed us a couple of different cars and let us test drive them. I was not prepared to buy but Will was very patient with me choosing the right car that fits me best! He was very friendly. As soon as i narrowed my choices to two cars we went inside and talked to his manager eddie. Eddie provided great customer service. He was really trying to help me get the car that i wanted in a reasonable budget. I left there very happy and satified with both will and eddie's efforts to get me a new honda! I originally went to the dealership to see if I could return my 2015 CRV that I bought from a dealership in the Bay that had been giving me issues & in the shop 4 times in 8 months. The Vech was a " lemon from factory" which for Honda is vary rare. This was my 5th Honda & the first time I had issues. Example my 2000 CRV ran 15 years & only had to change battery twice. Our sales Rep Jeff went beyond the extra mile being a rare situation, not only took it back but my wife 16yr old Corolla was on its last legs & really wanted a new Corolla. After test driving the new Civic, we ended up working out an amazing deal & left with a 2016 CRV & 2016 Civic. I will only deal with Honda Roseville in the Future. Never had a sales rep work so hard as Jeff did to make not only my difficult issue resolve but leave with 2 new Vech. 5 Star Service

I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Civic from AutoNation Honda, Roseville. The salesman Luis was exceptionally kind, patient, and informative throughout the entire car shopping process. After visiting some dealers we were not looking forward at all to interact with more car salesman but we needed a car. Automation turned out to be completely different. The sales person demonstrated a range cars according to our instructions, he never pushed more expensive cars. He gave us good advice and explained to us features included in our model, why they were important (or not). The pricing was transparent and they they work hard to get your business. My 2012 Ford Fusion was totaled in an accident and I decided to upgrade a little with the insurance money. I got overwhelmed shopping at first but then I read multiple reviews on Honda being the best and safest in the class I was looking for. There are certain events in life that we don?t expect to find pleasant and one of those used to be buying a vehicle. However, due to an especially great group of people, you don?t have to dread it anymore. These guys make it about you, not them! AutoNation Honda made sure our family had a great experience when we recently bought a new Honda Accord. In particular, Dominick Daurizio, worked with us, and it was a pleasure. This was no old-fashioned experience. Dominick had all the papers prepared and we had reviewed them from the comfort of home before the sale. He gave us all the information we needed to choose a vehicle and asked us how we would like each aspect of the sale to happen. We got nothing but exactly what we asked for in every way. There was absolutely no pressure, but a level of customer service that addressed our needs and put a car in our garage. In fact, he offered to deliver it to our house, since we were busy and it was late in the evening. We don?t want to forget to mention that we bought this car for more than a fair price and I researched that carefully. Honestly, there is no reason not to make your next purchase at AutoNation Honda and we highly recommend that you ask for Dominick. We were also fortunate to have all our financing handled by Gary Pistochini. He is amazing, as well. This is our second car from this dealership in the last couple years. Our first experience was just as pleasant and went just as smoothly. Give Dominick the opportunity to do what he did for our family, and you will stick with this dealer just like our family has had the pleasure to do.

My husband and I worked with Dominick Daurizio on purchasing our 2016 Honda Civic. It was a easy hassle free experience, unlike the Toyota dealer across the street. The experience at Toyota was very uncomfortable similar to the old car dealer shake down. Roseville Honda was just the opposite. Dominick was so easy to work with. We bought the car in two days and drove it to Portland for Thanksgiving. We went with the 2016 model and love the new features with the extra pick-up and MPG. It drove like a dream through the rain, sleet, hail, and snow.

Found the experience enjoyable - in that day after noon and out by 6 p.m. Tai Cai handled me like a pro - honest, straight forward, even apologized when one of the write-ups incorrectly indicated on another SUV I considered that had printed 20K miles vs. the actual 120K miles which we determined by the Autofacts materials that he provided - even AutoNation screws up. More importantly he gave me the scoop on my 34K mile now vehicle, was gracious, knowledgeable and pulled no punches. I found the finance director to be level-headed and reasonable. All in all, would have no trouble recommending AutoNation Honda in the Roseville automall.

Dominick went above and beyond the call of duty! I was looking for a hard to find model (2016 Pilot Elite). I contacted several dealerships but Dominick D. was the most accommodating dealer in the area. He was easy to reach and very responsive. He knew the his cars extremely well and was able to answer every question we had. It took a few days to get the model in the color I wanted, but Dominick delivered the car to our house....the night before Thanksgiving! I went to this dealership as I have purchased cars from them in the past and have always been happy. I specifically wanted to look at the CR-Z and a few other models. Freddy was the sales person I dealt with and I can not stress enough how honest, caring and helpful he was. Last week I bought my very first car. It was a white 2015 Honda Civic LX sedan. I was really anxious about going car shopping and tried not to get my hopes up just in case I didn't leave with a car. I was looking at different internet prices on the car and stumbled upon a deal at AutoNation Honda that I told my parents I couldn't pass up. I put in an inquiry for the call and received a call a few minutes later, I was set on going to the dealership later that day. The car I wanted was already pulled to the front of the lot by the time I got there, the test drive was great and I was beyond ready to sign all the paperwork. I told them what I wanted as far as financing and my monthly payment and they were more then willing to accommodate my requests. Not only did I leave with everything I wanted and more, but they were able to make my first car buying experience quick and easy and go over as smoothly as possible. I would 110% recommend going to AutoNation Honda for your car buying needs! And ask for Jordon!

Internet salesperson had sent me an email with an out the door price of 2016 Honda Pilot. I've accepted his offer and scheduled to pick me up immediately. Thirty minutes later I received a call from him and stated that it has be on Monday because the shop was closed on Sunday. Came Monday I have received an email from the salesperson that the manager made a mistake and the out the door price has gone up to $900.00 more.

I had such a great experience at this Honda dealership! I went in to buy a new 2015 Fit and the entire staff was supremely friendly and helpful. The people that helped me were Jake, Wes, and Sonny. Jake facilitated the test drive - which I always find a little awkward since getting used to driving a totally new car can be a little rough - and he was so nice and answered all of my questions. Sonny and Wes in particular were so knowledgable, professional, and helpful it blew me away. This was my first time buying a car and they never made me feel rushed or uninformed. They answered all of my questions, took their time with me, and in the end gave me the best possible car and warranties for my needs. 2015 Fits were nearly out of stock all over California when I decided to buy, and before I even came in, Sonny helped me track down and get into stock the exact car that I wanted. He gave me an explanation of financing and advised me on what the pros and cons were of buying vs lending. Wes, our financial guy, explained every part of the warranty for me and allowed me to make the bottom line decisions about which warranties I did or didn't want.Overall, the entire time I felt like I was getting advice from good friends instead of getting pushed to buy something from a salesperson. I have endless appreciation for the transparency, honesty, helpfulness, and friendliness that everyone at this dealership exuded! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Go see Sonny, you won't regret it!

Planning to buy a honda pilot with navigation-- they guve me honda ex L and promise that their is Hdmi that provide navigation after all we process all the papers i check the car dont have that feature.. Try to upgrade it in the nxt day with navigation the manager say they dont have it- think he is not willing to help me to get a new one-i even want to upgrade with intertainment system if they show me one- was dissappointed.. I originally came in to see the certified used Pilots and test drive one to compare it against the Toyota Highlander. After test driving the Pilot, I was immediately sold on buying one. I was looking for a new car to replace my 2005 Pilot. I've had no problems with it but wanted something newer and with better gas mileage. I am looking to purchase a new, 2016, Mazda MX-5, Miata. They are just being released and are in great demand. I live in Reno, Nevada and called many Mazda dealers in California to learn what was available. I carefully screened the Dealers for good buyer reviews. Autonation had excellent reviews and Autonation had the exact car I wanted. At the time of my inquiry I learned that it had arrived in port and was due to arrive at Autonation in about one week. I told the New Car Sales Manager, Brad Tiplett, that I was willing to buy the car for cash and he assured me that the car was mine and that there was no need for a deposit. He then had Sam Condon, one of the Internet Sales Managers stay in further contact with me. Condon confirmed that the car was mine and we discussed payment and pick-up by an out-of-state purchaser issues. He told me that he'd get me an out-the-door price. While waiting for that car Mr.Condon contacted me to inform me that Autonation had two other pre-ordered cars that had become available and that he wanted to give me the first chance at them. I told him that I'd pass as I preferred the one we had agreed upon. He acknowledged my e-mail.A week passed without any follow up information from Autonation so I sent Condon an e-mail requesting the car's status. Carson Wittwer, another Internet Sales Manager (how many "Managers" do they have?), responded that the car had arrived in the showroom an hour before, he attached a complete Sales Contract with the out-the-door price and asked me if I still wanted it "as there are a couple of people interested in the car and I wanted to make sure you got your chance at it." I immediately responded that I did want the car and would pay a deposit for them to hold it until I could drive down to pick it up. Their immediate reply was "Right after I received your email, I went to my management and asked about the car and found out there is someone on there (sic) way with a trailer from Bakersfield to pick up the car tonight."So, the car that was mine and was reserved for me per the word of three of their Managers, was not mine. I guess they were holding me in reserve.Do not buy from these unworthy, dishonest and, unfortunately, typically sleazy, Car Salesmen.

Great experience getting the Accord model and color of choice. I stopped by in the morning to just get information, but soon found myself test driving one. Mike Perez is so friendly and helped me find the "perfect" Accord, and worked out a dealer trade in a few hours so I can drive it home that afternoon. I originally thought of just buying a "basic commuter" car...but left with a vehicle that I can love for a long time. Friends and co-workers have been jealous!

I walked in after a horrible experience at Roseville Toyota and met Dominick- he immediately made me feel at ease and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted- and what would be manageable with my particular situation. We went over every possibility and he did everything he could to get me the best value for the best price- all while staying in my right budget. I ended up with a brand new 2015 Honda civic EX- when I originally thought I wouldn't even be approved for an older, used, super basic model. We were at the Automall having our car serviced when we decided to check out the new Honda Pilot based on recent favorable reviews. Although we were still in the very early stages of shopping for a new vehicle to replace our Acura MDX, we noticed a Honda Pilot in the lot and were checking it out. James came over to introduce himself and gave us information on the vehicle as well as the dealership. We decided to test drive the vehicle and were very pleased with its overall performance, features, etc. which lead to our entering into a deal! We were extremely pleased with James Newman, who made the buying process pleasurable. Also, Aioki (sp), the finance manager was great. Since we did not have our trade-in vehicle with us, we were extremely appreciative that the dealer agreed to pick it up and deliver our new vehicle to our home in Nevada County. I was ready to lease a Volkswagen Zetta, on their sign and drive program. I had just stopped to check out the Honda one more time and was hurriedly on my way to pick up my daughter from an appointment. James spoke with me and I hurriedly told him the VW deal and unless he could match it I really was not interested. I said I would be gone about one hour to pick her up and then would be at VW. I never in a million years thought he could pull it off, but in about 45 minutes my cell phone rang. How could I not talk to someone who went to that kind of trouble. We obtained an appointed through AutoNation and were to meet with B. at 1:00pm. Evidently this appointment was not arranged or important to B. as he was not available. After some time we continued our purchase with other sales personnel. This experience was efficient and satisfactory. However, since it eventually became obvious that B. was in the facility, it would have been nice for him to drop by.

I knew I wanted a 2015 V-6 Honda Accord and how much I was willing to pay. After calling a couple of other dealers who didn't have the color I wanted I called AutoNation Honda Roseville. I talked with Mike Perez, asked if he had the car I wanted and made my offer. They had the car; he accepted the offer; and I went to pick it up the next morning. There was no further hassling from Mike. There was no negotiation back and forth or intervention by a manager. Even the finance people didn't hassle me! I paid cash and it was an entirely customer-friendly experience all around. I was surprised and pleased!

I had purchased my 2015 accord and its great! I love the car, i had got there and asked for a black honda accord sport and Garry neighbors got right to it and found it for me! May i add that it was the last one they had that day to ! When I was buying Brian the sales manager was always available but once the purchase was complete I could not get him to even acknowledge my emails. He told me to let him know if I had any questions which I did. Well not even the courtesy of an email brush off. Ruined the entire buying experience for me and I would not recommend this lot to others.

We bought 2015 Honda Accord Sport on 11-28-14 and were very pleased with the entire process. Our salesman Brian Machado was very helpful and did not pressure us in any way. The people at AutoNation were friendly except one person who seemed to want to pressure us. We were given a high interest rate by him. I guess he was the loan manager. We walked out. They came back with a better deal in a few days. However, I found myself signing up to too many warranties - which I did not need. Fortunately after a lot of back and forth negotiating and making a couple visits, they agreed to cancel the warranties totalling close to 4K for the Honda Civic which included extended warranty, Tire, theft prevention and paint/interior. One of the managers representing the General Manager (GM) was very helpful. The finance manager Eddie was helpful. The salesperson Vikash Reddy who was continuously communicating with me was forthright and very helpful. He went out of the way to provide every help I needed. I also was given the right color choices of car and was helped to connect my cell phone to the car via blue-tooth. The manager representing GM (his name ends with sky) was very determined to make sure the customer service was very good at the end of the day because of who I was able to cancel an unwanted warranty. I especially felt Vikash did a great job of explaining all my options professionally and truthfully.

Been trying to cancel my extended warranty for my vehicle for weeks and they told me they sent over the papers to the warranty company, come to find out they never sent anything over. I keep calling the financing dept and they always send me to voicemail or tell me they will give me a call back, and yet to this day they never return my calls. I will never purchase anything from this place even if this is the last resort. NEVER!

Honda really listened when I took my 2013 Crosstour in for seat repairs. While unsure of the cause, the damage to my rear seat was not covered under Honda' warranty but James listened. He then spoke to Honda management and was able to resolve the issue by reducing the out of pocket cost to me in a timely and professional manner. The seat has been repaired and I look forward to working with James in the future.

We purchased a new Accord and was waiting for it to be exchanged from Fremont on the following day. We heard nothing the following day. When I called the 2nd day in the morning, I did not get a call for over 4 hours, so I called and was told someone would get right back to me. After waiting another 2 hours, I called and told them the purchase was void. Lousy communication with us, the customers. Wonder how we would be treated after we bought the car. We went to another dealership and purchased a new Accord.

This was our 3rd dealership for the day. Our salesman, Ed, was great. He listened to our wish list and took us directly to the exact car that we wanted. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't want or trash talk the competitors as a previous dealership did. He was the only salesman we had that day that offered to show us under the hood and tell us about the safety features of the CRV. Ed was very informative and didn't tell us he was giving us some secret info on how to get the best deal (as if we were best friends), as we heard from the two previous salesmen at other dealerships. He respected us and our time. We were in and out with the exact car we were looking for and for the price we wanted in two hours. The most painless auto purchase experience we have ever had.

I spent a week going back and fourth in negotiation with several car dealerships trying to get the car I wanted for a monthly payment I could afford. I was up front about my needs and all the salesmen told me it was impossible, they couldn't do it, I was crazy and the only way to get my desired paymets was to put money down or by a smaller car with less options. We were looking for a SUV with third row seat and a reasonable price. A guy got Darby for us to assist us. From the very start Darby provided us with what we ask for like special pricing for the Honda Pilot, colors available and financing. It was a smooth transaction even though it was getting late. We were done with paper work at 10 pm because we arrive at Autonation late too. But we were happy with our purchase and the transaction. We will definitely go back there if we need another car.

For me, AutoNation Honda Roseville gets a 5 out of 5. They offered no pressure to sell, when I was ready to purchase, they went out of their way to secure pretty much exactly the vehicle I was looking for.. well, my 2nd choice in color, but still very good considering how hard it was to locate the particular car I wanted with the specifics I also wanted in options, as well. They were friendly and offered a great price on the car as well as finance options. HOWEVER... Although I've been a long time fan and Honda driver and overall I believe they offer great quality, style and price, regarding the 2015 Fit I just purchased, I have to say for Honda as a company itself (not the dealership itself), I was a bit disappointed.. would have given them 4 out of 5 because they are making me pay for a cargo cover which in every single new car I've ever purchased, was always included.. it shouldn't have to be an option to have a cargo cover in the rear of a hatch back, especially!.. and to ask around $200 ($300 to install a clip on piece?!), that's highway robbery! Not cool, and I really desire and would have expected a rear cargo cover to be included with the car, especially a hatch back so whatever you stow in the rear is covered and out of sight. Going back to AutoNation Honda Roseville, I want to reiterate my experience was great and that dealership and it's people gets a 5 out of 5.

After test driving cars from several dealerships, and dealing with pushy and rude sales people, we went to AutoNation Honda in Roseville. What a pleasant and surprising difference! We went back on 2 separate occasions and dealt with 2 different salesmen, Peter and Clement. Both were equally attentive, polite and helpful. They conversed with each other on our second visit but did not "compete" with each other for our sale. They worked together very well telling us that our satisfaction was their main goal. When it came time to buy we actually worked with one of the managers, Sonny, who we had been referred to by a mutual friend. He was beyond helpful. He was respectful of our time and helped us get everything we wanted in our new Honda Accord at the very best price! (We know because we did our homework). We got a GREAT deal. They worked hard to help us through the purchasing process as quickly as possible. It was the most pleasurable auto purchase my husband and I had ever had!

I was there to find a great deal on a lease and he immediately started showing me vehicles in my price range. Not only was this my first "new" car it was also my first lease. I had so many questions about the lease process. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions and just made the whole process very easy and straight forward. Also, the sales manager that finalized all the paper work was great! Mike Kenyon, I think, was his name. He made the process a lot of fun. All that being said I would definitely buy from them again in the future.

The I-Net sales person and I talked on the phone she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was all signed up and went to pickup the car in Roseville. I used the referral service of Costco and Auto Club. I was contact by Brian Machado within 24 hours. I indicated I wanted to purchase a CR V, ExL. Color, interior and features I wanted. Brian emailed me that they had one in stock, quoted me the price and we set up an appointment. I also indicated that I wanted to trade in my 2005 Honda Odessey. Not a problem. I was totally satisfied with Brian and all the staff at AutoNation that I have had contact with. Oh, and I love my CR V. What a neat car to drive and good gas mileage, too. My purchase was only 6 weeks ago and I already have 1200 miles on it !

No pressure from salesman. Got me into a brand new car for the first time in my life and I didn't have to settle, I got the car I came for. Only thing I wish had been different are the high payments and the wheel upgrade I wanted but they wouldn't make part of the deal. Love the car (2014 CR-V). Wanted sage green and the salesman spent a significant amount of time trying to find one for me, but ultimately discovered the color had been discontinued. The car has great features, great technology, is peppy, turns on a dime, and is fun to drive. Good gas mileage so far (17-22mpg). Don't care for the head rests (feel like they push my head forward) and not a fan of the driver's side mirror - it has a vertical line on the outer 1/4 or so of the mirror that's intended to provide a longer range view. I find it distracting and the view in that portion is too distorted. Overall, I love this car though and I can live with those two things.

I bought my new 2014 Honda Civic LX from Autonation Honda. Wes Stewart helped my there. I emailed him before going to dealer he gave my his lowest price upfront. NO other dealers were willing to give me the price he did. I got there about 7:30 pm on a Thursday night I test drove, did paperwork and signed the papers and was back out of there by 10:15 pm. So Fast.!!! I have bought other cars from other dealers and never have I been done as fast as this. Wes is great. Everyone I met there has been awesome. The follow up after I bought car has been great even making sure I didn't need any help with setting up blue tooth. I did go to a few other dealers to test drive and didn't have the same level of customer service as I did here. If I had to pick one bad thing it would be the state of the Women's Restroom, it needs some serious attention.

I had found a Civic that matched a lot of my specifications at another dealership in the Roseville Automall, but it had sold the previous day. I visited the dealership this past weekend, January 20, 2014, and was looking forward to purchasing a Honda S2000. Prior from making the trip to Roseville, I contacted the used car sales department and was helped by a salesperson named TJ. TJ was asked various questions from any chip, bemished, or damages to the vehicle as I informed TJ that I will be driving from Fresno, CA to Roseville, CA. TJ insisted the car to be clean inside out without any damage to the paint beside the chip on the rear bumper. Upon arrival, I was disappointed after I inspected the car in person. The car was missing the passenger visor and the interior was overly spary with armor all. As I swipe my hand across the dash, my hand was dirty with dust and debris. The exterior of the car appeared to be fine but the front bumper was severly scratch on the lower portion of the bumper. There was a half of an inch scratch on the trunk on the passenger side which the metal was showing. The car was not what TJ described on the phone before I made the trip to the dealership. TJ offered to reduce the price by $500 for not realizing the visor was missing. I left the dealership disappointed and upset that TJ lied about the vehicle. I will not be doing business with Honda in Roseville again.

After a confirmation conversation of exactly what I was looking for, Sonny called me right back and said he had a car all ready for my husband and I to test drive. We had been searching for a quality used car for our teenage kids to drive to replace another car we had that was nickle and diming us to death. We set our sites on either a Honda Accord or Civic. We visited Autowest Honda's website and spoke with an online specialist, giving the details about our car search, Within 15 minutes we were contacted by our sales representative, Wes. He showed us several options and we ultimately decided on the Civic. We made our decision and got through the buying process fairly quickly. We noted a couple of things that needed to be addressed on the car as part of the sale and they were taken care of within a few days of our purchase. A very nice experience overall and the reason why we purchased our 2nd Civic within 3 months from Autowest Honda.

Awesome service, especially surprising to me because they were in temporary quarters so everything was a little strange and because I was in a bad frame of mind about dealerships based on my experience with my prior car. I was actually planning on buying my car through the Costco auto program and just stopped by to test drive the car. Kyle was awesome...let me drive the car I wanted, gave me and offer and let me leave on my own terms, Answered all my questions by email and let me take my time. A couple of weeks later they sold the car I drove but honored the price quote on a new car just delivered to the lot, same style, When I returned, Eddie X. was amazing. I searched dealerships from Shingle Springs to Vacaville and no one could meet or beat their price, not even Costco. Eddie took me on another test drive and answered all my questions. Helped me program the car and made sure I was taken care of with the finance group. Ask for Eddie X. He is the best. Very knowledgeable. No pressure, no games or gimmicks. I would buy again from this dealership especially if Eddie were still there.

My wife and I upgraded from our 2001 Ford Explorer XLT to a 2006 Honda Pilot EXL w/RES We were looking for something very similar to our Explorer but wanted more seats. Ray was the first salesman to approach us and help us test drive and negotiate a price. So the service was professional, the car was thoroughly cleaned and they were able to match the APR of my bank's loan which helped the paperwork move along quickly since my bank was closed for the day. I've recommended this dealer to my friends because there is an automatic comfort level when purchasing a used car from a larger dealership than with a smaller one. I'd even encourage customers to go to both kinds and see who will negotiate a lower price with you.

When we arrived at Autowest Honda, Casey Cutts was our sales representative. He was very friendly and answered a majority of our questions. I did forget to re-ask one question so that was my fault also. He brought us to 2 of the Honda Pilots' that were for sale in our price range. We got to test drive the car and were very happy with his service. He was very polite and honest. We decided to buy one of the cars and went into negotiation. I wasn't as happy with the negotiation part and am not a big haggler but Casey did a great job explaining how he felt the process is. We went ahead and bought the car. We were very happy to have Casey as a sales representative and this helped influence our decision. Thank you Casey. The next part was frustrating waiting for the sales department. We waited for over an hour trying to get into the back. The negotiation and the wait made this experience less memorable. To their credit, they were shorthanded and Casey explained that to us and it was President's Day weekend. When we finally got into the sales office, the gentleman we talked to was polite and enjoyable. We joked around as we did the process and had a great time once again making the process enjoyable. Thank you to Casey and the Autowest Honda dealer for a good experience.

I concur with most of the things people are saying about the 2013 Honda Civic EX and the Honda brand in general. I will give you some items that highlight why I think that Honda has come out smelling like a rose in 2013. 1. Honda sales, finance and service people are hands down the best in the business imo. Compared only to the Saturn brand before GM stupidly ditched it. Our experience buying a Honda was a shining example of the companies business practices and principles as a whole. They have imparted these ideas to the Honda Brand here in the U.S.it seems... The staff are willing to go that extra mile to make sure their customers are 100% taken care of and happy. 2. The value of the Honda brand is once again hands down the best in the business imho. You never hear people saying "Oh no this is such a horrible value for what I paid for it." Price and quality are once again married to the Honda Brand. Known to last well into the 150,000+ mile zone. The American brands are so busy throwing accessories into their vehicles that they forget what the vehicle is supposed to do. That is provide an equal level of accessories vs price that so defines Honda and as a whole Asian vehicles in general. 3. Once again Honda puts it's competitors to shame by stepping up big time in the body and Paint department. We purchased a 2013 Civic EX in Crimson Pearl with a beige interior and I must say we were stunned. No internet picture can do it justice imo. The pearls Honda has bathed some of it's cars in has to be the most beautiful stock paint job any mid class vehicle has ever sported. The flakes in the crimson pearl and the other pearls make them some of the most beautiful paint jobs I have ever seen on a mid priced production vehicle. Heck even people repainting their cars would find this paint a superb and eye catching work of art. The flecks in the paint sparkle in the sun like Edward Cullen's vampire skin in the Twilight movie lol . The body styling is smooth, sleek, unbroken, and flowing not boxy and bland like some of the american brands. So much so that putting side molding on it is almost a crime. The styling and paint make this years Honda's outshine the other sedans by leaps and bounds. A 12 out of 10 without question!! Well done... 4. We purchased a 2013 Honda Civic EX after I spent 20+ hours over 5 days doing online research which included using the the Kelly Blue Book website which was incredibly helpful along with the differant car makers web sites and sales managers. Which included 3-4 emails a day working with the internet sales managers at several differant car lots.. The inernet sales manager at Honda went out of his way to provide great service. He provided the level of service americans have come to expect from the Honda brand. Putting the customer 1st is one of the things this brand has shown year after year is a top priority to them. Working hand in hand with todays tech-savvy younger generation while also providing solid Customer Service to average people marks Honda's understanding of what customer service is supposed to be like. The GM service staff and mechanics are A+ too bad the sales staff torpedos their hard faught efforts to attract new buyers. 2. Sometimes replying to emails sent to him after 11 pm since I work the Night shift and was researching stuff on my laptop while on break lol.All in all Honda has once again shown why they are hands down the best value in midsize vehicles imo. Everyone was so nice. No pressure. They gave me an awesome quote on a new Civic. When I came back a couple of weeks later they still honored the deal on a brand new civic that had just been delivered. They even matched the quote I had from Carmax on my car as a trade. Did not pressure me to buy extras. Eddy is the best...very patient teaching me the cars features and programming for me. He knows his stuff. I would definitely go back. They are in temporary facilities at the moment so a little chaotic but very worth. I was very pleasantly surprised since they are such a large dealer. Definitely recommend this place.

Our search for a 2013 Pilot started with an email to the internet sales dept. Garry was quick to respond with a phone call to get some questions answered so he could start a search for the vehicle we wanted. By the next day he had some options for us to see and an appointment was made at our convenience. When we arrived, he was waiting outside the door to greet us. He gave us some time to check the car out before he came over to answer questions. Nothing worse than a salesman hovering over you with the hard sell while you are exploring a car! Long story short...the team we worked with was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, no pressure with above-and-beyond customer service! The deal we got was crazy good, too. We have always purchased Honda vehicles and always will. We have experienced the surprise visit to just look at cars where the sales people are huddles around waiting... and sometimes have to deal with the hovering hard sell guy. For this reason I recommend using the internet sales all the way when you are serious about buying/leasing.Thanks Garry and the rest of the team at Autowest Honda.

Wanted to provide AutoWest Honda with a review from my experience shopping for used car. I worked mainly with Adam Harral at the dealership shopping for a new car. At the time when I 1st visited them, I had not identified the car I wanted yet but with what I described, Adam suggested I consider a Honda Element even though it might of cost him a sale. It turned out to be the car I purchased in the end and was very happy with his suggestion. Unfortunately they didn't have the model I needed but tried to find me one. He was very pleasant to work with. I ended up purchasing my Element with a private party when I found one that matched my needs. Thank you Adam, I wish you could have gotten credit for that sale. I will remember this the next time we shop for a car. Thank you for being a good listener.

I originally purchased a vehicle in feb.and did my deal with mike lesko..all went well happy with the deal. Now i wanted to trade that vehicle in for one that got better gas mileage..right out the gate i had problems getting ahold of the person i wanted to speak with, and was passed on to his partner david..well david had problems getting back to me..then i was able to get hold of mike and was asked to come in to appraise my truck..i make an appt, come in and mikes not there, so already i a frustrated that the person i made an appt with is not there, and once again i am handed off to david..who has no clue about anything about the deal I'm trying to do, and he keeps miss pronouncing my husbands name even after several corrections..we appraise my car and I'm told i will get a call back..two days later no call, so i call and have to leave a message. David calls me back to tell me we cant do the deal, fine, I'm not really worried about that, however i am bothered by the fact i have been jerked around for 4 days now..so here is the kicker, i call back to talk to a manager about the service i received and he so much as tells me who cares, what do you want me to do about it! Really??!! Well if you dont care about how your customers are treated then you wont have them for long..i will NEVER use this company again, and would suggest if you want a honda go to carmichael honda not this dealership that doesn't give a crap about its customers.

The lack of communication with the two persons that were servicing my care was terrible. It was beyond terrible. I dropped my car off 5 hours ago and nothing has been done and only the DVD player needed to be re-installed. The outside company couldn't make it out until 1 and no one bothered to call me. I needed an oil change and they didn't bother to complete that either. Would never recommend this dealer.

I live in San Jose and I went to this dealer to buy a used Car. They initially did not accept the price for which I would like to buy it for. I left the place. One day later, I got a call from this salesperson stating that they agreed to sell the car for the price I quoted, I went down to this place from San Jose after driving 3 hrs and now this salesperson says that his manager is not not agreeing to sell the car at my price. I asked them then why did they call me and brought me so far from my home and they had no response. Neither the manager nor the salesperson answered to any of my questions. They are the worst sales people I have ever seen in my life. I will never go to this place again and will also recommend everyone to be cautious about this salesperson. His name is Eddy. If they cannot sell the car for my price, they should not have called me in the first place. This wasted my whole day in just travelling from San Jose to Roseville and back for nothing.

I had sent an email for a price request the day before and had an instant reply followed up with a phone call. From the moment we walked onto the lot we were greeted in a friendly fashion and given great service. Gary Neighbors was great in his knowledge, professionalism and great follow up. Since we are both self-employed, service is the first thing we look for. We had gone to one other auto mall in the Sacramento area as well as an independent dealer and obviously because we didn't receive this great service, went to Roseville.We got the car we wanted and look forward to working with Auto West Honda for future needs.

Recently moved back stateside from being overseas, and I was looking to lease a new car due to my older vehicle still being in Germany. Not only did Gary make this a smooth transaction, he came and picked me up in his own vehicle because I didn't have transportation. Six years ago, we attempted to purchase a vehicle from Autowest Honda Roseville. We were treated poorly and were told the Odyssey sold itself and they weren't willing to deal with us. As a result we leased an Odyssey from Carmichael Honda instead. On 5/5/12, We reluctantly went to Autowest Honda Roseville because Carmichael Honda no longer exits. I was very surprised by the great customer service my wife a I received. We have credit problems due to my wife being out of work for the past four years. She got a job last September and our lease was due to run out next week. We decided we wanted to purchase our 2006 Odyssey out right. Marco and Kurt were great to us. They did comparisons with purchasing our old vehicle verses leasing a new one. Alex was great showing us the new Odysseys without pressuring us. He was knowledgable about the Odyssey and answered all the questions we had. He was great with our two little ones who were with us. They had questions about everything except cars. Finally Cameron helped us with the paperwork. He answered all our questions and he too was great our little ones who were getting bored with the process. We had a great expeience with Autowest Honda Roseville. I will recommened them to anyone who wants to buy or lease a Honda. I am very pleased with my experience at Autowest Honda Roseville. I negotiated my price via email with the internet sales manager. When I went to the lot it was an easy transaction, taking 15 minutes to sign the paperwork. They offered an additional warranty which I declined, and it wasn't pushed on my like with typical car transactions. The level of customer service was A#1. They were great all around and I would highly recommend.

Really happy with initial sales guy, not pushy at all. Really friendly and down to earth. Got a decent trade in value and they worked with us on financing. Didn't get as good a feel from the second guy we worked with (the financing guy) but they did work with us, just the normal sales stuff in there too. It's the second time I've dealt with Autowest Honda and I actually liked this time better than the first.

Not a good car buying experience at all. They offered me an obscenely low amount for my trade in. The sales guy tried to tell me my car rated "fair" by KBB standards but could not tell me what the KBB definition of "fair" is. After finally offering me a more reasonable trade in price they tried to make it up with an exceptionally aggressive (and sometimes rude) effort to sell me extended warranty protections. When they finally delivered the car the salesman gave me only one key. When I asked about a spare key, the salesman shrugged his shoulders and said "that's all we have, sorry." He then told me I could get one made for about $250. I then went in and asked about a spare key pointing out that I have never bought a car and been only been given one set of keys. The salesman then came back and told me that if I had friends buying cars I should send them to him because he was going to get me a spare key made and was "doing me a favor." Really???? So, they finally deliver the car - with less than !/4 tank of gas - nice. These guys could learn to practice a little more courtesy and understand that it's the little things that make the difference. I will only recommend this dealer to people I don't like and I will be sure to never go back.

Greg has helped me set up appointments that best fit my schecule and has worked well with me. He has always explained what the service entailed and also if there were any problems. This is one of the top two worst experiences that I have ever had buying a car. The price bargaining was slow. Then everything was so slow. But the worst part was when the deal came to the final stage of the paperwork. We met with a financial officer. He tried to sell us all of these things that we clearly said that we didn't want, such as extended warranty, tire service, oil changes prepaid. When we refused he left & came back & said that he had added the tire package for free yet he had written the price on sales doc. I pointed that out & was told to ignore that. Then he said it was taken out of the sales tax. No way I said. He kept this up for 40 minutes. We were exhausted after 4 hours of this. He kept saying they had shifted things around to make the tire thing free. Finally we just signed it but it kept me awake that night. The next morning I found it on another piece of paper & it had raised our payment by $7/month. I called his boss & they were snippy about it but claim they have removed it. I called the guy who did it & he claimed we said that we wanted it. No way. I would never go back to them. I like people who tell the truth & don't try to scam me. I would have just walked out but it was the last Insight EX in the area.

We were narrowing down our choices between the Accord, Camry, and Nissan, we came here to look at the Accord.We walked up.....nothing. Stood around for a about five minutes, walked by the civics and the hideous crosstour, couldnt find the Accords. Still no salesperson, we go inside and approach the receptionist. She calls some little man, didnt get his name as it took only a few minutes for me to dislike him completely. He STUNK Of cigarettes, and seemed to have trouble listening. We stated we wanted to test drive an Accords EX witn Navigation and V6, which is what we would be purchasing. He over and over tried to get us to drive an accord without those things, no no no. He didnt even have one with navigation on the lot, at this point I am not liking the vibe of this dealership at all, when Jimmy Super Fly Snuka sales manager comes over. He tries every tactic to get us to stay, drive a used car, drive a civic its like an Accord, no, here is our number.If you read the yelp reviews here you can see why, doesnt look like many people have a great experience here. Just slimy and pushy. NEXT!

I took my car in to have an oil change while we were on vacation. The oil change went well, but since my visit I have received tons of paperwork from the dealership and obviously from third parties with whom the dealer shared my name and address. I have asked them several times to remove my name and address from their mailing lists, but they ignore my requests and since they shared my name and address with others (extended warranty companies, for example) the mail just keeps increasing. If you don't mind getting tons of junk mail, by all means have service done at AutoWest Honda-Roseville!

I bought a brand new 2005 Honda Accord EX fully loaded. They were great to me at the time of purchase. Then, 20 thousand miles later, my car broke down. I had to have it towed in, and they didnt do anything! They didnt even want to work on it that day! I am under the age of 21 and they didnt want to give me a rental car either. They didnt make me feel at ease, or calm, in fact, they upset me more! Finally about five days later, I got my car back. When I went to the service manager and asked him to guarantee his work, he wouldnt! I ended up calling the Manager of AutoWest Honda and telling him. All that he offered me was to pay for the costs to repair my car. When I told him that it was under warranty and there were no costs, just frustrations, he said that there was nothing more that he could do! I would NEVER recommend going to them for anything! The Roseville Auto Mall is a joke, along with their employees, and customer service.
