By far the easiest and most satisfying car buying experience I've ever had. This CRV was a gift for a family member. Listen to me: these folks are extraordinary! I highly recommend our salesman, Tylor. He was honest, helpful and PATIENT. He worked well with his manager (wish I could remember his name) and between the two of them, they came up with a deal we couldn't pass up. When we signed papers, we were pleasantly surprised the license and taxes had already been included rather than added on after the deal was completed. Since the car was a gift to a family member to be picked up on a different day, when he arrived, the car was ready to go, filled with gas and had a commercial sized bow on the hood. We will definitely check at Auto Nation Honda the next time we look for a car. Who knows, this family who has previously owned Toyota/Lexus's for 20yrs. might be ready for a switch to Honda! Loved these guys! ' '

The sales person calls number of times. Could not reach me Do emailed a number of times. But when i finally emailed back that another company could not get me a loan on desired wishes. He didn't return any phoned nor emails. Then next day files app out online and he returned on email since saying he received app and asked what car i was interested in and that was it. Been 4days and nothing. To prior of knowing my history her was annoyingly bugging.

Needed to buy a car, my husband hates the process so I started everything, found the car and worked with the sales rep, they were all very attentive, helped me make it as easy as possible, and helped us get what we needed and wanted in the price range we wanted!! We were looking for a vehicle it would be easier for my husband to get in and out of. We asked about using our car as a trade in on a lease. After everything being answered and explained we were not able to lease a new vehicle but we're given a great option of purchasing one we qualified for. We decided to purchase it, did all the paperwork and took the car home. We were contacted the next day to let us know funding had been approved at a lower interest with lower payments and a higher trade in amount than originally stated. We had NEVER had a dealer do this before. The staff at Auto Nation Honda Spokane Valley is the best we have EVER dealt with!!! Thank you Justin, John, Brett and Josh!

I purchased a 2004 Ford Excursion from the dealer on 2/7/2015. The transaction went smoothly, albeit, they need more closers on staff to provide a less than 4 hour total purchasing experience with 2 toddlers and 3 other kids under 8. The issue that I am having is that I repeatedly have called to have a part installed that was promised to be installed at closing, and they NEVER call back, except when I made a phone call to the general manager; I get a call back, and they order the WRONG PART, even though I specify in photos and emails the correct part to order. we are going on OVER 10 WEEKS since we closed the deal, and Autonation Honda has not made good on installing the part. Also, I have called to request information on where the windshield was replaced so that I can have warranty work performed on the seal that has separated from the top of the windshield, and THEY NEVER CALL BACK! Am I sensing a common theme here? Autonation markets itself on customer service and loyalty. This is my second Autonation purchase, and I want the general manager to make it right, not another ten weeks from now, but a phone call in the next week, is that too much to ask? You can find me by the vehicle type and year and sale date at the top! Just give me a call!

From the minute we walked in the door, Josh Evans was the ideal salesman, focused on helping me get the car that fit my needs. He never tried to pigeon-hole my needs into a different car. His honest, friendly enthusiasm was refreshing after having been met the stereotypical "Car Salesman" at some other dealerships we had visited. He went out of his way, coming in on a busy holiday he had off, to help us locate and complete the purchase of our car. If you need a car, you should visit AutoNation and ask for Josh.If you need an SUV, you should definitely check out the Honda Pilot. I'm loving mine. Unlike SUV-wannabees (Minivans masquerading as SUVs.), the Pilot has great visibility and ample room. It hauls LOADS of cargo without looking like a truck like a few other SUVs. The Pilot interior has all the comforts and amenities I want without feeling overstuffed, making my driving experience relaxed and easy.--even in the snow ice. The Pilot traction and drive are stable and dependable, AND, I finally had to fill up the gas tank. With a mix of town driving and a short highway drive, my PIlot gave me 22 miles per gallon on the first tank! I can't rate quality of repairs because I haven't needed any; but I can rate my Pilot and the sales experience at AutoNation with Josh as 10 stars!

This was the first time I purchased a car online and Tony Crego was amazing. He answered all my questions in a direct and forth right manner. I never felt like he was telling me what I wanted to hear just to make a sale. Tony took the time to get to know us and followed thru immediately when he heard of a vehicle we might be interested in. He did such a good job matching us to the vehicles we needed that we ended up buying TWO vehicles! I will definately return to autonation, no matter that it is hundreds of miles away. Now my husband and I both have the vehicles we need and wanted at reasonable prices. Lastly, the vehicles at autonation were fairly priced. You can't beat excellent customer service and fair prices!

Both Meg and Jon who worked at the dealership were very helpful in making sure I got the car I wanted (since there was only one in five states). Jon was extremely helpful in explaining all the "extras" in the car to me. I say extras even though they are standard gear because I have not had a new car in 25 years, so my car is all "do it yourself." I would say the only issue I had was in the signing of the documents when I picked up my car. For some reason they wait until the end to try and get you to buy all the extended warranties. Then they try and freak you out by saying all the things that could go wrong. I just bought a brand new car! How can anything go wrong in the first year? Suppose it could, but it's under warranty then. I think if they are going to offer those extended warranties they should be brought up in the initial running of the numbers. Had I had those numbers, I could have adjusted and probably purchased the "Care Plan." But because they try and get you at the end of the deal, I only purchased the oil change plan. As far as the sales folks go, however, they did a great job, they kept me informed, they would provide information I asked for. And a few of the other salesman who didn't know me congratulated me on my way the door that day.

I used the USAA car buying service so the price was already set and to save time on the buying process. I had a pre-approved USAA loan and an appointment to test drive the CRV, It shouldn't have taken 3.5 hours to buy the vehicle. Although I got a good price, I did not like sitting there for hours waiting for the paperwork to get prepared so I could sign.

We just bought an Accord Hybrid...quite hard to find. They had one and we were able to buy it at what I thought was a very good price. The sales people very all excellent we dealt with. Even the closing paperwork person (from Branson, MO is all I remember) was a very nice guy. I was not happy to be "pressured" to buy an extended warranty at closing. I had just paid more than I did for my first house, and now I was "offered" a deal to pay another $5000 to "cover the very expensive computers, etc. in the car". This is just after I was told the car with proper maintenance should go 200,000 miles possibly. Then, after I said no (thanks to my wife) I was offered the same coverage at a very substantial discount. Again, after my "no" I was told I could buy parts of it "al-a-carte". I wasn't told this until I had said no more than once. I believe car sales people would have a better reputation if they would present this at the beginning and tell me I could buy just certain parts. I don't blame Valley Honda. I'm sure this is industry wide. They are just doing their job and we all know these extended warranties are HUGE business and money makers. We are bombarded with the offers even at WalMart when you buy a $25 razer. Next time I will be ready for it. So I don't blame Mr. Branson. It's his job and I understand it's in the industry now. I just will remember it will be coming if I ever have to buy another car. You never know at my age.

Meg Glover responded to my online inquiry about a new CRV immediately and was very knowledgable and helpful at the dealership. The initial quote was actually a little below the KBB fair purchase price. That part of the purchase was excellent. The gentleman who handled the final paperwork was more of a pressure salesman and we ended up buying and extended warranty I wish we hadn't after we left the dealership. Expect a smooth sales pitch at that point.

I worked with Appleway Honda and Reiko Johnson to get a new Honda CRV. They made the process very easy and not stressful at all. I liked how I was treated and the process was very smooth. I can't say enough great things about Appleway Honda and their service. The whole process was completed quickly and seamlessly I had completed part of it a few days before over email. Reiko is very conscientious and checked on my experience with buying my car before I got it and a few times after to make sure everything was going fine. I can also say the service department is top notch, they worked on my used 2007 CRV and always went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

Overall it was a very stress free buying experience at Auto Nation, Spokane Valley. The only thing to watch out for is the extra costs they enjoy tacking on. It doesn't seem like you have a choice in regards to paying for these "ring protector" stickers they put behind the handles, as well as the splash guards. We did pay extra for the mats (somewhat expensive), but hopefully worth it with all the rain, mud and snow in Spokane. The other thing to watch out for is the Gap Insurance. In the state of Washington your insurance company can provide you that coverage at a very low cost. USAA only charges 50 cents extra per month!! Washington, I have been told, is unique for this. The dealership will try to talk you in to buying theirs, so check with your insurance company first!! Otherwise, super nice at Auto Nation, and Meg, our salesperson, took lots of time showing us want we wanted to see. We are happy with our new car!

The quoted price was the lowest I received by a significant amount, and was lower than I had expected overall. They were transparent in all charges and savings and very straightforward. I had hoped to buy from a closer dealership that we have had excellent relations with for over 10 years but the price difference made it worth our while to go up to Spokane. Very pleasant people - sales and finance.

The entire purchase process was very professional from start to finish. I worked with salesperson Reiko and sales manager Sean on the purchase of a 2014 Honda Accord EX-L V6. Purchasing a car is normally not a very "fun" experience, but was actually made enjoyable by Reiko and Sean. They went the extra mile to find the vehicle that best suited my needs at a price I could not refuse. They were also of great help in evaluating options for financing, etc. Reiko was extremely thorough in explaining all of the features of the car and even paired my phone to the infotainment system after the purchase was complete. I will definitely be returning to AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley for all of my future Honda needs.

We bought a used pilot from Meg who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised because buying a car has not been a good experience unless it was brand new. We were lead to believe that the interest rate would be lower if we purchased the service contract so we did adding several thousand dollars to the cost. Later I contacted my bank and they offered same deal(our credit rating was great) minus the extra $. Told Honda to transfer contract to them and delete service. Went to sign new papers with Honda and they had drawn up new contract with another Credit union (not ours) and said it was the same deal but NOW I FIND OUT I HAVE TO HAVE AN ACTIVE CHECKING account with this other credit union in order to get the best rate. Lesson: be sure and verify what financial person says. Just because he sounds like he knows what he is saying doesn't mean he does. Very frustrated will go back to my credit union and see if this mess can be fixed. We are on a fixed income and cannot maintain two banking accounts. Will not deal with this company again not due to seller/service but the contract nonsense.

I would never buy a used car from Autonation Honda. On bringing to there attention the fact that the car I was looking at buying from them needed a new timing belt they were not interested in reducing the price to cover a new timing belt or getting it repaired. I imagine they went on to sell the car to somebody who had no idea the belt needed replacing.

I highly recommend this dealership, as I've dealt with this same dealership for years. I dealt with Meg the last time I leased my car and I dealt with Meg again this time. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I got on the internet to look at cars late at night By 8:30 the next morning Meg called me to make an appointment to look at the van I was interested in. When I got there the van was pulled up ready to test drive. While the deal was being made she encouraged both my young children to play and have fun in the show room. They had so much fun with the cars, coloring, playing games, in made whole process fun for us and the kids. The next car I need will be bought from Auto Nation Honda.

We just purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey EX-L with Rear Entertainment. Our salesmen was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and all of its features. The buying process was easy. We purchase new cars every 2-3 years and will be going back to this dealer again.

I love my new CRV. The only negative is that you can still hear the road noise. That was an issue with my old car. I can live with it. The experience at the dealership was great. Jon was very knowledge and helpful.

I used the Internet contact and dealt with Meg. She took good care of us. As with any purchase, you need to know and research the market, a dealer is not going to give a car away. I researched actual sales prices using several different methods, and was willing to drive 200 miles to save, if need be. They matched the low price, so it wasn't necessary. I really do recommend asking for Meg, The old-school high pressure approach is still in operation, but a knowledgeable buyer can avoid all that and cut to a reasonable deal. You still have to say NO to the high pressure Insurance and magic pixie upholstery dust sales.

We were looking for a replacement for my wifes 2003 VW Eurovan which had been totalled on an accident. Had looked at the Toyota Highlander and spotted this 2010 Pilot online. Made our way to Appleway on Easter Sunday after church, met Jim, took the car for a drive and left that evening with a new (to us) Pilot. The entire transaction was low pressure, friendly and very simple. Daniel in Finance was very thorough (it was his second day on the job) and was very accomodating. I heartily recommend purchasing a vehicle from Appleway. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a gift certificate to the Onion!

The entire process was pleasant, Our salesperson was Daniel B. He is a personable young man, refreshingly honest, bright, and informative. We enjoyed meeting him and his associates. After an unpleasant experience with a different agency, we were a bit skeptical. But at once, we were put at ease by the whole staff. I had a pleasant car buying experience at Appleway Honda. Everyone at the dealership greeted me with a smile and an offer of help each time I was there. My salesman James H. was able to answer every question I had about the CRV, and about the Toyota and Subaru models in which I was interested; he also arranged for me to test drive each vehicle on the same day. Although they did not have the CRV-LX model in stock for me, they managed to get one within a couple weeks. The car was ready when they told me it would be, and the paperwork was made as quick as the law might allow. James H. provided me with instructions on the operation of all the car's technical aspects and helped me with set up before I left the lot So far I'm loving this vehicle so I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Appleway Honda and that you ask for James H.
