I love my new 2016 New Altima! It's by far the best car purchase I've ever made! I love everything about my new car! I had a great salesman named Steven O. and would definitely recommend this car as well as Autonation Nissan on Hacks Cross to any prospective car buyers! I went in for my first oil change and again I was provided with exceptional customer service. They even vacuumed and washed my car! All I can say is wow!

I bought my 2013 Nissan Rouge at the end of 2012. I hesitantly, bought the oil change package and warranty. There is a sign above their service department that says express. Today, continued to be a disappointing long, uncomfortable wait. I had an appointment for an oil change at 2 pm and arrived at 1:40pm. I was told it would be 45 minutes to one hour. About 3:10 I inquired about my car. Around 3:15pm a lady came out nd told me I need ove $1,000 of service. I declined and was told they would have my car ready in 3 minutes. About 10 minutes later I asked for the manager who never appeared. I finally got my car and was able to leave after 3:30pm. The las time I had my oil changed I was told I needed new back brakes. I had brake work done at their facility just prior to that appointment, so I declined. The over $1,000 of repairs I was told I need today did not include my back brakes. This leads me to believe I did not need back brake repairs last visit. I will have them checked somewhere else. I would not return to their service department If I did not have their oil change plan.

Recently purchase a 2015 Nissan Altima from this dealership.I was able to negotiate a walk out the door price via email which was honored upon our arrival and the sales process went as smoothly as I have ever experienced. It was like night and day compared to the horrible experience I had with Wolfchase Nissan.

We bought a new Altima from AutoNation. It has now been 5 weeks and we have yet to receive our new tags. New tags. NOT transferring the tags. Called on a wednesday. Amazingly they shipped to our town the NEXT day. However the genius who filed them did not calculate the taxes correctly and now we have to wait even longer. We are driving on an expired drive-out tag. I was going to give a decent review and have recommended them to others, but no longer.As long as you think it should take 6 hours to buy a car, this is the place for you.As long as you plan to buy the 2nd car you looked at, and want to waste A LOT of time, this is the place for you.As long as you like to have to re-send them paperwork that they did not fill out correctly, this is the place for you. However, I have 3 kids (2 will be 16 soon) and my husband has to change cars every 4 years. You would think they would be happy with repeat business. I guess not.Still waiting on my tags....

We went to the dealership to check out several used trucks and SUV's we found on the website. While in the showroom the new Frontier struck our eye. After driving several used vehicles, we realized that the new Frontier was not that big a stretch. Our host was very patient and understanding - and we took a lot of his time. Ultimately, we chose to buy the new Frontier and we are delighted with the truck.

Purchased an NEW F350 a few months ago. Began to hear loud noises maybe from the transmission. After speaking with Jonathan on Monday morning he told us to bring the vehicle to Auto Nation. Jonathan stated he would contact Ford to verify that the work could be performed and follow up with us upon hearing from Ford. We asked for a receipt that stated what the problem was and when to expect the work to be done. Tuesday morning we took the vehicle to Auto nation. On Tuesday evening Jonathan stated he had not heard from Ford. Also at this point he had not given us a diagnosis of the problem. Also keep in mind this truck only has 3000 miles and it is new so IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY!!!! Wednesday we called to follow up on the truck and was told that Jonathan had a family emergency. Thursday upon our follow up Jonathan told us that he was still waiting on a response from Ford...REALLY!!!! NO MORE GAMES WE WENT AND PICKED UP THE TRUCK!!!!!!!!!!!! STILL NOTHING STATING WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. Following Monday left a message for Ed Stock, Service Manager and Jamie Rutland, GM. Thanks Ed for calling me back but your staff needs to be written up or fired. Poor customer service and run around that your staff gave for a 50K truck under warranty. AS OF TODAY I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER NOR HAS JONATHAN CALLED TO SAY THE WORK WAS APPROVED. Friday called the dealership where we originally purchased the truck and not only have they given us a date to bring it in but will be giving us a loaner vehicle which is apart of our warranty. When asked if they needed to get approval from Ford they said they had never heard of that. WHY SHOULD A CUSTOMER OF FORD HAVE TO DRIVE 300 MILES ROUND TRIP TO GET TRUCK WARRANTY SERVICED AND THEN DRIVE 300 MILES ROUND TRIP TO PICK UP WHEN YOU ARE 6 MILES AWAY FROM A FORD DEALERSHIP....REALLY!!!!! I AM ABSOUTELY NOT HAPPY AND WILL BE CONTACTING FORD DIRECTLY!!!

Shopping for My Daughter's First Car for 16th Birthday -- Great Shopping and Buying Experience!! 5 Star Attitude - 5 Star Approach - 5 Star Experience I visited 6-7 dealerships about a month ago to test drive a variety of vehicles to see what I thought would be a good fit for my daughter. Last Saturday, I got up early did some research, and went out searching for 2 vehicles, Toyota RAV4 and Nissan Rogue. Spent all day, going all over memphis visiting 12 dealerships. Actually found a couple of possibilities. Decided to visit the last dealership on my list AutoNation NISSAN to look at a Rogue. I was greeted by a young man, who's approach I greatly appreciated - Jonathan Fought. (I hate when I'm greeted with a cocky, prideful, and/or arrogant Sales person that don't greet me with the intent to help me with what I'm looking for.) Jonathan Faught greeted me and he began for first LISTENING to me and what I was looking for. I felt he wasn't pushy, but instead was genuinely interested in HELPING ME the customer. (so far he was 2 for 2 in my book). Then he showed me what you had to offer in line with what I was looking for. He went over the features and benefits of the vehicle (again without being pushy or aggressive... 3 for 3 now). Took the Rogue out for a short test drive. I loved the way it handled and braking and I was convinced that the Rogue was going to be the car for my new 16 yr old. Now, it was just a matter if I was going to be able to buy it here or go back to 2 other options I had found early that morning. Both other vehicles 2011 were 1 owner with 32-36K miles. I really liked the car, Jonathan's attitude and approach towards me and I wanted to drive back to Bartlett to get my wife so she could see it and test drive if she wanted to. Then one of the Managers stepped in (can't remember his name) and offered to allow me to just take the vehicle to Bartlett to show my wife (I really appreciated the pro-active attitude and willingness to do everything possible and gave me the impression that the customer comes first). Then he went over the CarFax report and explained further how the report worked, what to look for and benefits of it. All of this still happened as I was leaving the dealership without the intent of buying the car because of the price being a little out of my budget. Now we're 4 for 4, I was truly impressed with the level of professionalism, courtesy, customer-first approach. After understanding the CarFax report and the value of being able to see the service records for this vehicle. I decided that I might want to adjust my budget just slightly in order to have this peace of mind of knowing what I was getting. All that said....I would highly recommend allowing this dealership the opportunity to help you with your search for a new or used car. I genuinely had a CUSTOMER COMES FIRST Experience with Jonathan leading the way. We decided to purchase the vehicle and surprise my daughter with it that night. They even lent us a big red bow to put on the vehicle (once again.... taking care of all the customer's needs). Since, the purchase, Jonathan has been following up with me to check to see if I had any questions, concerns or anything he might be able to help us with. We went to the dealership in search of a Nissan Murano we had seen on the Internet. When we arrived we were greeted by Shannon Webb he was super friendly and very helpful to my wife and myself. We don't have the best credit in the world we are trying to rebuild it and thought we could never afford such a great vehicle much less get approved for it but they work hard to get us approved and get us in the vehicle the same day. My car experience begin with the computer and the telephone. Flawn telephone voice was professional and courtesy. I told her the type of car I was interested in and she ensured me that it was in stocked. She was not a push saleperson trying to make a quick sale. She listen as we discuss the process. From the sales staff to finance officer, I had an A+ experience with everyone, Flawn, Steve, Reggie, and Josh was professional. It was indeed a honor to meet Reggie Hill, salesman, Auto Nation Nissan Memphis. I informed Mr. Hill that I was in need of a car for my daughter who is in college. The salesmen were very busy, Saturday, March 28th, and Mr. Hill offered us something to drink and a snack while we waited for the next step, which was to sign the papers.Finally, we met Mr. Terry Simmons who assisted us in closing the deal (as you all would say) on the car. They help you find the car that's right for you and listen to your needs. You don't have to negotiate price because up front, they give you the lowest price. Robert Leach "Sarge" helped me find the Rogue that I was looking for. He took extra time with me and showed me how everything worked in the vehicle. After I took home my new Rogue, a couple of days later, he called me to make sure that I was enjoying my car. He told me to stop by anytime if I had questions. He also sent me an email. I just recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima from Auto Nation Nissan and had an excellent experience. My sales person Lowell Wherry was a God send. I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and what was in my budget and he made it happen. I came in with another vehicle in mind, but I left with something more and it was still within my price range. What I loved most about this salesman was his patience. He took the time to make sure I knew of all the features in the car before I left the lot. He even called the next day to ask if I were satisfied with my vehicle and if everything was working well. I also appreciate that he wasn't one of those pushy salesman that tried to get you to purchase something that wasn't within your budget. I highly recommend this gentleman if you're searching to purchase a Nissan. Auto Nation Nissan are a welcoming and warm dealership. They seem to genuinely care about their customers well being and want to make sure you get the best deal possible. Auto Nation Nissan is a great spot and Lowell Wherry will do a great job with you as he's done with me.

I hate going to the dentist and I hate buying cars from a dealership and I really hate the typical back and forth game that a dealer puts you through. However, due to a recent wreck, my wife and I found ourselves shopping for a used car for our daughter. We were tired, short of time and not the happiest of people when we pulled into the dealership one Saturday morning. This was day 3 in our shopping adventure. and after countless hours of pouring over internet ads and descriptions. We were greeted by and worked with Michael Good at Automation Nissan of Memphis. We were in the market for a used auto and didn't have a lot to spend and were very price sensitive. However, Michael came back with a fair and reasonable price at the very start. And further, when they pulled the car around to the front of dealership after the paperwork, I was really surprised to see that they had replaced a weak hood support shock that we noticed when we test drove the vehicle, gassed it up, cleaned it up and even had someone work on a cloudy headlamp lens. So when they pulled it up out front, it looked better than what we test drove and purchased. And it was better. The entire experience was a shock to me, especially for used car purchase. I am a picky person and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They're not your typical "car salesmen" they are just the opposite. They were like dealing with regular people. I know it seem like a cliche but they really are different. I'm still surprised and it's now been two weeks since our purchase. They made me wish I needed another car, so I could go back. And to be clear, prior to this visit I've never been in the dealership before and didn't know anyone who works there.

I bought a used Honda Accord at AutoNation Nissan on Oct. 9. Drove the car home and parked it until that following Monday. To my dismay, when I attempted to start the car, it would not start. The battery was completely dead and I had to go buy a new one. I've also discovered that that Rear Defrost does not work very well on the car. I would have thought the 125 point inspection that they boast would have discovered these issues. I've bought several used cars in the past from other dealerships and never had any issues and the vehicles lasted me for years. So far, my car buying experience with AutoNation Nissan is not starting off very well.

I recently purchased a 2008 Maxima and was from out of town, when we arrived our sales assoc. Steve Miller was so helpful and patient. Steve started four days before my arrival answering my questions about the car and was totally honest. As it always go there was a small problem with the ac and they thought they had fixed it. Keith Mitchell the manager had said if something was wrong they would take care of it. We notified them of the problem Monday and Wen. Morning they had the part at the local Nissan store for I wouldn't have to drive a hour and a half back. From start to finish sales, finance,and manager were very pleasant and did not push the sale. The experience here was enjoyable and this was my fifth kid car purchase so I have bought a lot of vehicles.

I tracked down the Maxima w/ exactly the equipment my wife and I wanted at AutoNation Nissan Memphis. I used the internet pricing quote to start a dialogue w/ Steve Miller, the internet manager. After swapping several e-mails, we arrived at OUR price. According to Steve, Jeff Smith, the General Manager was also involved in the final figures. This process took only hours during one day. Steve is a true professional as are all the others we deal w/ during our most pleasant auto purchase. Once everything was settled over the internet, Steve sent a "out-the-door" price guarantee in writing. They had 2 days to get the car ready for our arrival. We left early from Paris, TN and drove 155 miles to get the car. It was a beauty to behold. Now you may ask why all the praise. We tried to buy from 2 other Nissan dealers much closer to our home. They did not earn our business and were not willing to negotiate even one dollar. Steve and Jeff earned our business and as stated above, we bought at our price. Steve also spent all the time we needed to understand the car and the technology it is built with. I also need to give cudos to Shannon, Josh and Terry. The electricity went out after our decision to buy so the manager sent us out to lunch on him. If not for lunch, the process would've taken maybe an hour which is much better then experiences I've had with other dealerships. Went in to get my 07 frontier fixed because it was over heating only when I would use the a/c. I left my truck for a day as they requested. They told me it was the fan clutch that was not working properly and that if I had it fixed there, they would not charge me a diagnostic fee. I had them repair my truck and the total amount for the repairs was about 500 dollars. The truck drove fine for about a week and then it started doing the same thing again. I took it back and they said they would look at it again. They call me back and tell me nothing is wrong with the truck and that I could pick it up. I ended up taking it 5 different times for the same reason. After so many times the service manager said I would have to pay a diagnostic fee. After that I took it else where were they checked it and replaced the fan clutch. Ever since then the truck has ran fine. I returned to the dealership and told them and they did not want to refund me any of my money.

Shane M. was very knowledgeable about his product line. He explained and demonstrated the features of each vehicle I considered before I settled on the 2013 Nissan Altima. The buying experience did not stop with the sale. He delivered the car to my home, assisted me in the programming of some the feature that I knew that I would use regularly. Time is a very valuable commodity. Once it is spent there are no refunds. I consider the time that I spent purchasing my Altima a good investment. Price for new vehicle was initially quoted. We waited one hour and 15 minutes before sales rep got back with us on a trade in price, only after we told him we had been waiting that long and needed to leave, but he could call us. At that point, he was very rude, and showed us the price he had come up with. The trade in price for our 2002 Oldsmobile Silhouette in excellent condition was an insult and the price quote of the new vehicle had increased over $1000. He showed us the blue book price of our vehicle was at $5300, but only offered us $1750 after stating our vehicle was in excellent condition. Since we, as senior citizens, felt we were treated poorly, we asked for the key to our car. He didn't even offer to get it - he said the key was at the front desk if we wanted it, and we had to go get it. Then treated with "an attitude" by person who gave us the key. Never in my life had such POOR customer service.

This was my first pleasant experience buying a new car. There was no hard sell approach and we were allowed to take our time, ask questions, and get clarification on all dealer charges. Reggie Hill was agreat sales person and I would definitely buy another car from him again

This is our third buy on this place. Justin and carter is very helpful. The only thing we have to go back and ask for a mat for our new rouge. The people who supposed to clean our car did not even clean our car that well; u can really see all the mud in our new car. Disappointed on the cleaning of my car specially supposed to be new.

I have been looking at the Rouges for a long time now & have stopped at a few dealers..but no one seemed willing to work with us. But not AutoNation (Dobbs) they went well beyond to help put us in a wonderful awsome Rouge. Shane Moss was so helpful. It seemed like we were buying from a friend. Thanks Again Shane. my experience was terrible. my salesman was reggie hill, I was in the middle of my deal on a 2012 Quest and he was supposed to go and get and answer for me and he left me in a room waiting on him for 30 minutes. I got frustrated and decided to leave and i saw him on the lot as i was leaving. i texed him my disapproval and he never responded. He never got around to demostrate the features of the car.I don't think I will ever go back if I must deal with reggie hill.

I was very please with the service which I received, but the follow up that they said they would do was very poorly. I purchased a used GMC Acadia which did not have the owner manual. The sales man told me that he would contact the person that traded the vehicle in and see if they still have it. The follow up I got was yes and would bring it by the dealer ship by the end of the week. I called to follow up and they said no one had been by but they would call and follow up again. I told them that I would pay to have it sent to me or the dealer ship if they would just let me know. Ok I will call again, after four months still no answer. I feel like all they had to tell me was they could not get it and let it go.

He executed several options until he was finallly able to tailor a deal specifically around my needs. Tonorris is a great salesman. He was not eager to get the sales as he was eager to ensure customer's satisfaction. This weekend we purchased a new 2013 Nissan Maxima SV from Jerry Sanford at Dobbs Nissan and couldn't have been happier! Personable, knowledgeable, he didn't give me the hard sell, he made the experience easy. Terri Simmons was my finance guy, and he was also friendly and professional, and quick. I was in and out in about 2 hours. I got a great deal on a sweet, lightly-used car. I'm very happy with Dobbs Nissan.

Recently moved into the Memphis area looking for a new car and Justin Carter did a superb job of helping find the right Altima for me with his attentive and focused customer service. He was knowledgeable and helpful and I found the buying experience overall to be about as stress free as it can be given that buying a car is never easy and such a major purchase. The process of arranging and finalizing financing took more time than it should have as there was a lot of waiting time due to a busy day at the dealership but we perservered and Justin was attentive throughout the entire experience. I have had a minor problem with the trunk latch that was taken care of by the dealership right away and so far I'm really happy with my new car.

My wife found the ad for Dobbs Nissan in Memphis. The price they advertised was the best price we had found anywhere. We made the 70 mile trip to Memphis to see their inventory. When we got there, someone put us in contact with Justin Carter. We had gotten to the dealership a little later than expected, but he offered to stay as long as it took to show us the vehicle that we wanted see. Justin had great product knowledge and made buying a vehicle the best experience that I have ever had! It was not the high pressure selling like you have at so many other dealerships. When we left, I told my wife that he must have been a great salesman because we only went to LOOK at vehicles and ended up buying one!

I can not say enough nice things about Jerry Sanford! I had gone online to inquire about a 2012 Versa and got a response from Jerry the very same day with a e-mail and a phone call. I was very pleased with his manner and the way he expressed himself in both. So when I got ready to go see a car, I asked to see him. My son and I was greeted with a big smile and a friendly handshake. He made us feel as tho we had already known him before now. He was respectful and very attendative to make sure that we was well taken care of, at all times. I was not able to get the Versa but Jerry had ask me earlier what I wanted in a car. Then he ask me if I would like to see a used car. He showed me a Red Mazda 2006-6 Sport Sedan. I knew the minute I saw it, that this was the car for me and I wanted it! He was straight forward and honest about what they had to offer. He did not waste time trying to steer me to another vehicle. I appreciated the fact that haggling was kept to a minimum and once the price was agreed upon, everything moved quickly. I did not spend a long time waiting for the approval and offer. Man, was it a great experience - the internet manager Rob Payne responded promptly with pricing and information on the Nissan Quest that I had enquired about. He then followed up by calling me and making sure I had all my questions answered so that I would make a well informed decesion. He explained all the incentives and rebates and ask questions to cover all possible situtations. He then made an appointment at my convience to come by and test drive the Quest. When I arrived, he made a point to meet me at the front door. He arranged for one of the sales people to Show me the Quest and took me for a test drive. I test drove the Quest and LOVED IT!!!! The entire process was very pleasant and very easy - I Highly recommend going through the internet manager - Rob Payne is great to work with.

After I arrived at the car lot on a Sunday afternoon, I realized Ms. Carr had come into work on her day off because of my work schedule. I recently purchased a used SUV from Dobbs Nissan and worked with salesperson Caroline Carr. She was so friendly and answered all my questions. I went to the dealership only to browse at their cars. I had planned on buying one in Dec. I was approached by Manix Chambers who was extremely nice and knowledgeable of Dobb's cars. I was impressed because he had only been there about 12 days. He knew everything about the altima. He pulled the car out and showed me everything from the bumper to the trunk. He was very polite and patient with my many questions and concerns. At the end of the day, I left with a 09 altima. I told the manager and finance manager how impressed I was with Manix who was a new employee. I will definitely refer customers to Manix.

We used the Internet to locate the year, model and color we wanted. Then we compared price. Dobbs Nissan was the best price we found. From the time we first contacted sales person Ms. Caroline Carr, we were sold. Unlike other dealers, she always returned our calls, was very patient in answering our questions and addressing our concerns. Can you believe it? The price quoted over the phone was the exact number we paid at the the dealer. We traveled 200 miles to pick up the Quest. I have great confidence in John Galvalisi. Originally I was taking my Honda in to the dealership to have it serviced because it was close to my home. John listened carefully to what I told him about the sounds the car was making and always told me exactly what I needed to do to keep it running smoothly. I felt like he cared. I drive a Nissan Murano and recently had my tire light turn on. Well I didn't even know it was a tire light! I called the dealership and spoke with John. He was so nice and patient with me as I described what the light on my dashboard was. He said that with the weather change, it could cause the light to go on, but it would be good to bring it in since my dashboard was telling me it was a flat tire. Believe it or not, I had a nail in my tire. He was able to patch the tire. On top of that he got me in right when I called, and I was out within an hour. He was super nice, extremely professional, and even called to make sure the tire was OK later that day. Talk about primo service, no one has ever done that for me before!! I will bring back my car to Dobbs and tell my friends and family to go there too! Thanks John!!

My husband inspected the car from top to bottom, gave it a test drive, and then the manager offered to let us to drive the van 80 miles home to be inspected by our trusted family mechanic! Our mechanic gave it two thumbs up, and we purchased the vehicle the next day. We never dreamed we would receive this kind of treatment. Went in and looked at an 06 Cadillac sts.. rode nice but had multiple problems like passenger side door wouldnt open.. brakes squealed to no end.. was promised that the brakes would be fixed well once we got to figuring everything out on the deal they said the brakes wouldnt be fixed because nothing was wrong but yet they said they heard the squealing.. big waste of time the used car manager and his sales team need to get on the same page!!

I recently purchased a 2012 Murano from Dobbs Nissan. I am not one to haggle or "deal" - I do my research then purchase. Given this, I decided to use the internet. I filled out the online information on the vehicle I selected and recieved a call from the internet sales manager (Rob Payne) within a few hours. This amazed me given that its been almost a month since I contacted other dealers and still have not heard back from them. Rob Payne was responsive to my questions and quickly quoated me an online price that was a good deal in my opinion. When I got to the dealer Reggie Hill walked me through the process and was fantastic! All of the paperwork was ready with no surprises. Imagine buying a car with no surprises! In the end I was able to purchase an SV model from Dobbs at a cost comparable(if not lower)to what other dealers were charging for the S version. The interenet and Dobbs Nissan made this the least stressful car buying experience I have ever had.

We are toyota owners and fully intended to buy a Camary the day we decided to check out the Nissan dealership.We were met by Robert Kartaitepe who shook our hand and said I can walk you all over this lot or we can save your time by sitting down and talking about what you are looking for. Robert's aproach of listening to us until he understood what we wanted, needed and how much we were able to spend made our experience more comfortable. Robert began to tell us how the Altima conpared to the Camary and the word timing chain caught John's attention. That was certainly a plus.After explaining all the pro's to owning an Altima, Robert convinced us to take a drive. I can say great comfort, great quality and we were impressed that we didn't feel the gear changes.We were sold on the Altima and went back to the table to talk money.I have to admit that was were I thought it was going to fall apart. We did not get the car we took for the first test drive, we couldn't work the price out so that John and I were comfortable with it. Robert was relentless in trying to make something work in our budget. We were walking out the door not once, but twice when Robert came out with the keys to what would be our first new Nissan. Not only was the last car we look at the best deal, loaded with the 20th anniversary specials but it was at the best price, even better than the one we took for the first test drive. The entire staff at Dobbs Nissan was great, but we are drivng a Nissan Altima because of the personal care we got from Robert Kartaitepe. I would recommend Dobbs Nissan to my friends and family. To whom it may concern,I haven't had a new car in 14 years. This car was a gift, a surprise, from my sister. I had no idea this was coming. The memory will forever be burned in my brain and I want you to know, Mr. Jerry Sanford played a very important role. Not only was he a very nice and good-looking young man, he was so professional and courteous to my family. He went out of his way to assist my sister with the surprise. He bought some "happy" decals and placed them in the truck of my Rogue. I had been driving a 1998 Mazda 606 forever and in letters he spelled out, "say goodbye to the Mazda"! I kept those letters so I would never forget. It was as though he was just as happy to see me receive my new car as much as I was to get it. He was so incredibly nice to do that. He took the time to show me all the new things this car can do as my Mazda was so old, it has only a radio with one working station. He put surprise decals inside the vehicle and I drove around with them for a week. When it comes time again to buy another car, I will seek him out. He gave us everything we need. Ok..you walk into a dealership...prepared for the onslaught of sleazy salesman tricks...on your guard and expecting the worst.....relax! We (wife and I) had a great experience! No pressure, very friendly, very informative and no problems. Our sales "professional" (he is more than just a salesman) Jerry Sanford, was a pleasure to work with. We knew what we wanted , but he took the time to explain everything to us to ensure we were happy with our choice. No trying to steer us towards anything we weren't interested in. Also, he took us back and met the folks in the service department. We highly recommend you ask for Jerry! Joshua Robinson (Finance Manager) walked us through the minimal paperwork that was needed. Not only that, but he pointed out how that in lieu of a certain loan percentage, we could take advantage of additional dealer incentives that lowered our already small monthly loan amount (we put down a substantial down payment). There were some additional extended warranty/maintenance coverage programs that he explained thoroughly and without pressuring. These weren't the usual "under coating" or "scotch guarding" offers, but legitimate programs that, depending upon your philosophy of money management, were worth evaluating. Josh was a pleasure to work with.I'm writing this the day after we purchased our car and highly recommend Jerry, Josh and this dealership...no buyers remorse!

Robert did an awesome job. He listens, answers questions honestly and helps you find the car of your dreams. We were looking for a low mileage used convertible and there wasn't a bunch of "used car salesman stuff". He was really interested in what met our needs. Today I came in to have my car for a multi-point inspection and protectorate on the interior and exterior. Robert found me in the waiting area and asked about my new car. He is the guy for you!!! Great service dept too.

Had a very pleasant experience purchasing our 2012 Nissan Versa from Lowell Wherry and Dobbs Nissan. Lowell is very pleasant to work with. No pressure. Just a nice person trying to help you end up with the car you want at the price you want. Was very helpful the day we made the purchase and with a few additional followups. Highly recommend. The dealership is clean and other people we met were also friendly and helpful. We are really enjoying our new Versa. It won't burn rubber, but we didn't buy it for that purpose. Wanted a small, fuel efficient car for city driving to save miles on our 2009 Buick LaCrosse and save it for the highway. We like to take long driving vacation trips. The Versa is averaging about 30 mpg in the city and is amazingly roomy and comfortable for a small car. We bought the middle of the line car and I'm glad we did. I like the added perks it has over the base model.

The reason I have given the rating I did was because the experience we had at Dobbs Nissan was excellent. This is the third car we have purchased from them. Brady was very helpful and very informative. Brady and Kevin were very helpful in helping get what I wanted. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in, and they did not play games about. Brady was on point in answering all questions to the best of his ability. If he did not know an answer right off, he found the answer. Everything the sticker showed or mentioned, Brady explained it clearly and honestly. We test drove the vehicle a couple times on different occasions before the final purchase. Brady was very patient each time and demonstrated all features of the vehicle. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, I would recommend Dobbs Nissian and look for Brady Cayet.

Brady was very nice and answered any and all questions we had. He asked what I was lookin for and what I wanted, and pulled the cars to the front door. He was always extremely polite, and helped us any way possible. At one point, we had even spoken to the manager about some other options, but we liked dealing with Brady better than the manager. We love our Rogue and wouldn't have gotten it without Brady's help!

We looked all around town for the best priced Murano. Dobbs Nissan offered a price that couldn't be beat! Not only was Brady super friendly, he was willing to work with us so we knew we were getting the best deal. Also this was the most child friendly dealership. Our two year old loved playing in the play area while we were waiting on all our paperwork! Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

I wasn't planning on buying a new car for a few more months, but my sister had recently purchased a car from Dobbs Nissan and highly recommended that I talk to Robert K. So, I went in on a Sunday evening (just to take a look). Robert had come in on his day off and talked with me until close of business about pricing, the exact features I wanted and didn't want, etc. He was very patient and thorough. He narrowed down the perfect car for me before we even left the building! I didn't have to walk from car to car having a salesman "talk me into" liking what I was looking at. Instead, Robert took the time to get to know my needs and wants and HE used his expertise and knowledge to find the right car for me. Let me tell you, this man KNOWS cars and he is EXCEPTIONAL at his job. I have never been more impressed with a salesperson. I never felt pressured into buying or that I was being given the run around. Robert was honest and respectful through the whole process. They didn't have the color I wanted on the lot, so he and Kevin had it shipped in the next day, and by Thursday I was driving away in my new car!! Robert even helped me set up the bluetooth and navigation system before I left the lot and he called me the next day to make sure I was still liking my car. Easiest and most fun purchase of my life! Josh was extremely helpful in explaining all the the finances and added warranties. He was honest with any questions I had and again, I didn't feel pressured into buying a policy that I didn't need/want. I have already recommended Dobbs Nissan and Robert K. to several people and I will continue to brag about the exceptional service I received. Thanks Robert, Kevin, and Josh!!

Buying my Nissan Quest was my best experience in buying a New or Used car and I've bought 5. I was looking at the website Dobbs Nissan and found the car I wanted. I contacted them and Nastasha Regnier called me back and we set up a time for me to come and look at it. We went for a test drive and I set up another time to bring my family to look at it and drive it. Talked with the finance department and with the manager. Everyone was so nice and answered all my questions or concerns. They brought the Van to me to drive for a couple of weeks while I was working out myfinanicing. I went to Dobbs Nissan after deciding I wanted to test drive the 2012 Versa. Natasha Regnier was the sales representative who assisted me. We looked at several Versa models, as well as some other possibilities. She was very up front, friendly, and knowledgeable in the way she took care of me. We can't say enough about our experience at Dobb's Nissan. We had absolutely no intention of actually buying a car when we walked in. Then, here came the salesman who was all decked out in his fancy duds. Robert K. made us feel like long lost cousins. He was very down to earth and easy to talk too while also displaying a great deal of knowledge about Nissan vehicles. I honestly don't think you could meet a nicer, more sincere guy. He even laughed at my husband's dumb jokes. (Thanks for encouraging his immature crazy behavior Robert!!). Then, we met the sales manager, Kevin, who bent over backwards to make us feel welcomed. His next career might actually be in pinstripe removal. Sorry for being so picky! When I took a test drive in the Altima coupe, I knew I was in trouble. Then, came the part I despise, the deal. Ugh....but Robert K. and Kevin made working out the details easy. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. When I signed the agreement, I did so without feeling pressured and I actually felt like I got a great deal. Even the guy in the finance department, Josh, was great to work with. and very patient. My husband asked a zillion questions. I'm fairly certain he hoped we would just go away!! But, he too kept smiling and answering every question or addressing any concerns we had. Sure hope his kid won that pine wood derby!! Did I mention we drove two and a half hours from Missouri to get to Dobbs. Trust me, it was well worth it if your looking for a dealership that actually makes buying a new car feel like it should. I drove away smiling and am still smiling today. Matter of fact, I plan on going back to buy my next car.

I went into this dealership with a chip on my shoulder because of the negative experiences I had at previous Kia dealers. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle but was interested in looking at the Nissan Rogue. Not only was Robert K at the door waiting on us, but he knew my name and was sincerely friendly. He jumped right into the most extensive breakdown of the vehicle, bumper to bumper, that I have ever experienced. His knowledge of Nissan vehicles gave me added confidence in this dealership and their integrity. Never once did Robert K push me to purchase the vehicle, but instead took an approach that focused on my needs and wants. I felt like a person in this dealership rather than a price tag or a waste of time. I test drove the vehicle and fell in love. It had such a smooth ride and amazing features. Without me even having to ask, Robert K asked me what specific features were most important to me and showed me a model of the two types of cars with those features. I was able to compare them in person, with him providing guidance along the way. Robert K also offered to provide me with a detailed breakdown of the pricing of the three models I was debating between. The pricing was very fair and they were more than willing to negotiate with me to get the price-point I was looking for. He was up-front about all costs prior to negotiations and there were no hidden costs added on the back end. Honest has been a rarity at car dealerships, in my past experience, but Dobbs Nissan was different than the rest. There were no schemes or tricks and there was no pushing on Nissans part, so that made me feel in control of the situation and put my fears at ease. We were able to work in a great deal for my trade-in and I even added the extended warranty (which is awesome!). I honestly had no intention of purchasing a vehicle. This is the first car I have purchased all on my own and I honestly could not have had a better experience; especially compared to my experiences at other dealerships in the area. I would NEVER go to another dealer for any future purchases. Nissan on Hacks Cross has my lifelong business and I am thoroughly impressed with their customer service, company morals and integrity. If you would like knowledgeable staff, great pricing and top-notch vehicles, Robert K at Dobbs Nissan is your man! Also, Terri Simmons, the finance manager, was so incredibly friendly and willing to patiently allow us to review every cent included in the paperwork. He was knowledgeable of the rules and regulations and was more than eager to explain every line on the form, just so I could make sure I wasn't being ripped off.

The experience with Robert K was so professional and hassled free. I didn't have a question that he couldn't answer but to make my experience more wonderful I didn't have any insurance and he called around and got me some and I didn't have to move. The Finance Department was a pleasant experience too. I never been to a dealership that could meet all my expectations like Dobbs Nissan. Robert K is the man to see for any car purchasing. If you know what I know you wouldn't go anywhere else but to see Robert K at Dobbs Nissan. I thought when I left there that was it but the next day Robert K called me to see if my kids liked the car and if everything was going good. After seeing a few used vehicles shown in a Memphis car magazine,I stopped by the Dobbs Nissan around 5:00 PM on Friday night 1/27/12 to see what used vehicles they still had similar in body type to my 98 Ford Explorer Sport. Something newer with less mileage than mine which has only 112k.(This is a deal breaker for me). I have been looking for a while but nobody trades them in much as once they buy one they really like them. Robert K greeted me right away and took me to see the 2001 Ford Explorer Sport they had in stock. It was in excellent condition and price. He got the keys and brought it up front for me to get in and look and he was smiling really big and we both got excited and high fived when he told me it had only 104k milage. It was really funny. I don't know which of us was happier ..lol. The inside and exterior was in excellent condition. It had almost new tires and the only place that showed wear of 104k mileage was the steering wheel(which a new cover could easily take care of). The dealership is at an excellent location for a highway or city street test drive and we took it out and it drove smooth. They were willing to work with me on a cash discount. They washed it again while Robert gave me a ride home to drop off my car(I live close by) so I wouldn't have to come back the next day with someone else. They quickly looked over mine and gave me an expected trade in estimate (but I decided to keep it for a while as I may give it to my daughter). The finance guy Terry was great also and explained everything clearly and it didn't take very long. In a couple of hours I drove the car home and even though I was the last to leave on a Friday night everyone there was friendly and personable and seemed happy to get the deal done for me. Robert K even called me on Saturday the next day to make sure all was ok and I was happy. I will definitely recommend this Dobbs Nissan dealership team to others.

I was invited to a birthday party and Reggie Hill was there talking about this great looking new car they had on the showroom floor. He described the car a certified Nissan 370z 2011 the color and all its features. I had to see the car for myself, so I went to see Reggie Hill at Dobbs. We recently purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Dobbs Nissan. We had been looking at various SUVs for months and had visitied most dealers in the Memphis area. While many dealers and individual salesmen were cordial and helpful, Robert K. was very attentive to what we wanted to see, good to make suggestions, and made sure we never felt uncomfortable or pressured. Because of our reluctance to get into an "office" situation, he brought key members of their staff to meet us as we were looking at various choices and answer questions we had on the spot. The actual offer process was as pleasant as any we have been involved in, with none of the usual sales tactic verbiage. After the sale, Robert K. was still delivering customer service, getting back to us with questions on operations of our new car and making sure we were completely satisfied. Brady did a very good job with keeping me up to date on how the process was going. He was able to secure the vehicle that I was looking for and holding it for me. Brady has a calm demeanor and seems to be very honest and willing to go the extra mile. I have purchased from Dobbs Nissan in the past and had a very good experience. However, in dealing with Natasha, my recent purchase experience was outstanding. She was not at all what I expected in a salesperson. She was not pushy, she let me make suggestions on pricing and did not put me down (as so many other salespeople had). She worked with me and her sales manager to get me the price I wanted to pay. She was friendly and showed a professionalism missing in so many car sasles people. I had talked with another person, who I did not know, but who had purchased a truck like the one I wanted. He told me he bought from Dobbs and Natasha was his salesrep. He shared with me the price he paid, which gave me great hope. He too was very satisfied and that is why I sought to do business with Natasha and Dobbs. I had gotten the same truck and price from Jim Keras Nissasn but because of the way I was treated by Natasha, I went to Dobbs. She is a fine person and it was a pleasure having her for my salesrep. I hope the next time I want to purchase a new Nissan that Natasha will be available because she is the kind of sales professional I prefer to do business.

I had been looking for a Quest in my hometown, when they would not come off the price of the vehicle I started searching for another dealership & found Dobbs Nissan. Which is 2 hours away. But let me assure you it is worth the drive! My salesperson was Natasha. We spoke on the phone several times about the new vehicle I was searching for. Natasha was always polite & knowledgable about the particular vehicle I wanted. We done all the negotiating over the phone & I asked her could I come n the next morning & sign the paperwork. It only took 45 minutes to buy my new vehicle & it was thousands cheaper!!!! Natasha had it cleaned & full of gas! Outstanding experience. The entire staff at Dobbs Nissan worked to serve. I want to especially single out Ms. Natasha Regnier (sales) and Mr. John Galvalisi (Service). Natasha has greeted me personally every time that I have arrived. This personal attention has made me feel welcome an appreciated as a customer. Natasha was very knowledgeable and knew every aspect of my car. She took the time to demonstrate all of the functions associated with my new 370Z. On a test drive Natasha even let me play my favorite group, Rammstein, while we did a test drive just so I could test out the audio system. This is the first time that I have enjoyed buying a car and it is all due to my dealings with Natasha. When I had my car serviced I dealt with John Galvalisi. John was very nice and was always open and upfront about any work being done on my car. John made sure that my service started on time and that the work was completed promptly. John would even come out and give me updates. The rest of the staff were also polite and were very involved in the process. I highly recommend Dobbs Nissan and especially suggest asking for either Natasha or John.

My husband and I had been shopping around for a Nissan Murano for over two years. When we were finally ready to purchase one, we had a great deal of trouble finding the particular color that we wanted - Graphite Blue. After an online search, we found that what we wanted was in Memphis, Tennessee, at Dobbs Nissan, which is approximately 4 1/2 hours from home. Let me tell you, it was definitely worth the drive! Jim "Tank" Tankersley, our sales consultant, greeted us warmly when we walked in and immediately took us outside to look over the vehicle and take it for a test drive. Jim was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and told us about features that no other sales consultants had shown us in the two years we had been shopping around. When it came to negotiating the price, Roger (the sales manager) made us an awesome deal. Negotiating is usually uncomfortable and awkward, but not with Jim and Roger. I really feel like we paid a fair price for our Murano. When it came time to leave, Jim walked us out to the vehicle and took the time to answer all of our questions. He gave us his business card with his cell phone number and told us to call him anytime. You can't beat service like that! This morning, he called to make sure everything was great and to see if we had any more questions. We love our LE Murano and are so happy to have made the drive! Thanks, Jim and Roger!

Brady & all the employees at Dobbs Nissan have gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied customer. My Rogue is everything I wanted in a new vehicle. My financing options are extremely reasonable and were explained to me thoroughly. Any questions or concerns I've had are always addressed in a timely and effective manner. The service department is incredibly fast and have always made it possible to fit me in even on certain occasions when I haven't had an appointment. I recommend Brady & Dobbs to all of my family, friends, and coworkers when they mention needing a new car!

This is my fourth purchase from Kevin(mgr) and second from Natasha. Both individuals are without a doubt the highest caliber in integrity. In all of my dealings, never have I had my time wasted or my intelligence challenged. My most recent experience in buying a new Maxima was no exception. Quick in and quick out with all numbers and financing up front. If other car dealers would just realize this simple, no nonsense approach, they would certainly sell more.
