Donald Blanco did an excellent job showing us the cars and explaining the differences in the various models of Rav 4's. He was everything you would want in a salesman. But trying to pay for the Rav 4 was very trying. The check approval process was handled very poorly. It was bad enough that I'm not sure I would purchased another car at Auto Nation Toyota in Davie.

I bought the new car from AutoNation Toyota in Weston on October 1. They were ok until the sale was finalized. My current tag expired on October 25 and they said I would have my new tags mailed to me within 2 weeks. Claude Campbell the finance manager told me there was a DMV office in their building so I wasn?t worried. Well 2 weeks came and went and we never heard back from anyone at this dealer. I made numerous phone calls to Lisa Robertson the Customer Relations Manager but only got her voicemail. I would leave a very detailed message but never received a call back. On October 28 I called the dealer and was still getting the run around. I finally got Claude on the phone but all he had was excuses. He said the new tags were there and ready for pick up. It had todays date on it. The car is for my elderly parents and for them to drive there and pick up the tags when they told they would be mailed is unprofessional. I was looking to buy a Toyota van but I will definitely not buy it from AutoNation.

Sales lied saying that AutoNation Toyota in Weston will take care of everything when you change your old lease to a new one. Asked the vendor many times how much I have to pay when the car is returned. He said that since I was dealing with them, everything was checked and there was no issue on the car, if I receive any bill, just contact them and they will take care for me, I just got I bill from SETF and when I contacted the sales person, he just said "you drove the car, not me, you have to call south toyota finance and talk to them".

The buying process takes to long. Overall this process should be examined and be tweaked to minimize the time for the buyer. I selected the vehicle I wanted to purchase within 45 mins or less. To finalize the deal from negotiation to finance office to cashier I was their another 2.5 to 3 hrs.

Everyone was very courteous when pulled the car into the area for them to ask me why I was there. They helped me. I needed a ride to my house while they did the work. The work was done quicker then they told me. The ride to and from my home was very pleasant. The driver was very informed about the car industry and your company. I would bring the car back to your location if I need any repairs or have problems that can't be fixed by my son.

One of the best car buying experiences I've had to date! David was knowledgeable about the vehicle and its options despite it just coming on the market. What he didn't know he researched instead of just blowing off the question or making up the answer (which I've had other sales people do). He was proactive in the sales process always ready to take the next step. He went above and beyond to work with my husband'a crazy work schedule to make him apart of the car buying process, answering his questions via phone and/or text when he couldn't physically be at the dealership. All in all, the purchasing experience of our new Toyota 2017 Sienna with David Miller and Auto Nation Weston Toyota was top notch! We would definitely consider future purchases with this dealership!

I recently purchased a brand new car here and when it comes to service they are horrible.. they take forever to do a oil change and theres a bunch of fraudulent activity going on here. i had a problem with my car and they told me it was my axle, they made me pay a $100 deductible to fix it because it was under warranty, comes to find out that the axle wasnt the problem with my car and they want me to pay over $500 to fix my struts because its not covered under the warranty. i asked them back for my $100 because they didnt fix anything and they refused to give it back.. worst dealership by far.

I am starting saying that I totally dislike going to any dealer. Buying a car is an agony for me, but my experience with Frank Cabrera at AutoNation Toyota Scion Weston was excellent! Frank's knowledge and attitude were tremendous. I liked that he was not harassing or pushing me to buy the car. His honesty and desire to help in the process were very valuable to our family. No hidden fees or last minute surprises. What he told us, it was what we finally paid. Frank walked the extra mile and is in his blood to serve. Pleasantly surprised at my drop-in visit to find out if my broken visor was covered under the extended warranty. Victor not only sprang into action letting me know it had been recalled long with the "sticky" dashboard he noticed by looking through the windshield. I thought I would have to make an appointment, but he took my car right in after making sure they had the parts. There was a complimentary ride to take me home while they did the work. When I picked up the car, it was washed and cleaned. I think they also put gas in. I will definitely use again!

Very good customer service. My car went in for a recall and during the recall correction they found the passenger air bag also needed to be replaced. The part was not in stock so Les offered me a free loaner/rental vehicle. Almost 2 months later and they still can't locate an airbag at no fault of theirs. I picked up my car and they will call me when the air bag is received. Les contacted me regularly keeping me updated on the repair progress.

This was my first time buying a car in the US, and to be honest, I do not know if my experience qualifies as business as usual in terms of the US? used cars (CPOs) purchasing standards, but having purchased cars in two other continents, I have to say that I think this was far away from being considered as a good experience: 3 whole days at the dealer (2 dealing with endless loan?s paperwork and 1 with insurance and tag issues); original picked up car was sold to a third one ?supposedly? because of a system glitch by the dealer; new car had to be chosen on a hurry because of sales manager?s pressure (and not so many way outs on this particular situation): ?or you pick a new car among the inventory, or we will be constrained to return you your down payment?; car was picked among used cars inventory?s new arrivals (with ?supposedly? a better class/performance/price ratio) but ?adventure? (nightmare?) did not finished there: even if ?pre-owned certification checks and controls? were claimed by the dealer to have been applied to the car, I noticed a possible mechanical issue on the car since I took it out of the dealer (a deep sound on the front left suspension of the car when steering at low speed on irregular pavement): I will have to return to the dealer (again) next week in order a Service Specialist to check the car and let me know what is wrong with the car. In order to be fare with people at the dealer: A+ to Financial Manager, A+ to Sales Executive, C- to Sales Manager (actually F on ?people skills? and ?emotional intelligence?)

Jose Gonzalez was absolutely amazing in His customer service. He didn't waste anytime in getting my car serviced as quickly as possible. He was very polite and helpful while answering all of my questions cordially. He even got my car washed! All in all I had a great experience. I've been thinking about purchasing a second car in the next 3-6 months and was debating between Toyota and Honda. But after my experience in toyota I have to go with them. The service was just to exceptional. I felt like a Lexus owner even though I went to take my mother in law's Toyota Yaris. Interestingly, I had just gotten my other car serviced at Honda the week before and it was a horrible experience. Really, great job Toyota!!! Thank you.

Terrible dealership. I made an appointment on a Wednesday, they said the needed the VIN to make sure they had the part. They said they ordered the part. Brought the car in 2 days later and they checked it in. My daughters waited 2 hours and finally they asked what was going on and dealership said they did not have the part and had known they did not have the part 2 days earlier. They knew then, they knew the day before and they knew when we checked in. They completely ignored my daughters and never told them they had come for nothing. They do not respect anyone's time, they are unreliable and I would NOT BUY A CAR THERE EITHER!!!

Could have been a good experience, but the wait to close deal was way too long. Also, the car came with ONLY one key! And no owner's manual (which was later mailed after requesting it). Additional keys were promised but did not materialize.... I was forced to get duplicate from local Toyota; e mailed copy of invoice to dealer for refund but never got reply/acknowledgement.

I think most people dread going to buy a car. I can safely say, not me. I was driving a ticking time bomb (a 1996 Honda Accord LX with multiple problems) and to be honest, this wasn't the first dealership I went too. After the first one left me with a bad taste in my mouth I went to AutoNation Toyota Scion of Weston. There I was greeted by Duane the Internet Sales Manager (who I had some communication prior since I was researching for days if not weeks before. He was busy so he put me with one of another person named Alan. While looking, I found a 2010 Toyota Corolla that caught my eye. We went for a test drive and compared to what I was in, a major improvement! Had really low miles for the age (31,313) and we didn't just do a few little neighborhood streets. We were on the main roads and the highway. The process of getting the car was pretty smooth all things considering. I was there for only 6 hours (2 of which we were on hold waiting for my insurance agency to pick up a phone, since it was on New Years Eve). After driving it a few days, realized the radio was acting up, they told me to bring it right away and I bought the Toyota Certified Pre-Owned Warranty, and they are ordering a new radio for my car. I will write again once I see how there service center does, but overall, buying process, nice and smooth and they don't push you at all. Their true priority is whatever you want and to make you happy! I have driven my car over 300 miles in week I have owned it and no complaints whatsoever!

After going to three Toyota dealerships in my area I decided to try one more at Autonation after I heard you can do most of the paperwork online. (I hate the car buying process because of the negotations and how they try to wear you down). I was able to get a quote on my trade in, select a car, get financing...all online. I was promised that after everything was done online there would be no long wait or haggling at the dealership. Guess what...they were right. I dealt with Isaac Ergas and Steve (don't remember his last name) and they were great. There was absolutely no discussion on the offer they made...my trade in value was spot on, the financing was approved for what they said and my new car was exactly the price they quoted me. My only mistake was now I wish I had ordered the step-up model with the keyless ignition, better sound system, etc...but that was my fault. If you're in the market for a new Toyota...do your shopping but go to Autonation, ask for these guys and I will guarantee you they will give you the best price and service. Harold L.

AutoNation was a pleasant shopping experience. We had a terrific salesman named Isaac Ergas who was very friendly, open, honest, and went above and beyond in sending me information and text pictures. I was out of town and visiting and I wanted to be sure he understood what I was looking for and expected before I would make the trip. Isaac was fantastic, can't ask for better. I still like to haggle a little on the sales price but Isaac told me Auto Nation does not haggle. I paid a fair price for the car and got an excellent vehicle, particularly for its age. I needed a commuting transportation vehicle and found a great one. The only reason I did not give a five star on customer service is because it took quite a bit of time to do the paperwork to complete the sale. Not Isaac's fault. It got a little frustrating in what was otherwise a very pleasant experience. I don't know if they were short handed, extremely busy or what, but the paperwork for a cash sale in particular should be fast and perhaps should be handled in another department.

Ms. Evans provided excellent customer service, she was compassionate, understanding my needs and credit condition. Ms Evans made me feel right at home. After a week and a few used vehicles possibilities. The awful impression My son and I got was l that we were not valuable enough, the lack of attention and poor service by the USED car management Reps team. Ms. Evans refuse to treat us any different from any another customer, did not demonstrate the demeanor of the Used car management team. She took us to the New Cars building and was able to put us in a New Car in matter of minutes. The price was right and down payment was worth it. After , all the run around, lack of effort and caring by the Used Car management team. I was able to get a new car rather then to put to the side by the USED car management team. Ms, Evans and financing representative Clyde was very helpful and outstanding with us!!!! Ms. Evans really saved the name of Auto Nation in my eyes. I will refer my friends and family to Mrs Evans but not to visited the USED car Area. Thank you please contract me if any questions.

Went to look for a car to purchase for myself. I looked at both used cars to buy and new cars to lease. Andy at the AutoNation Toyota Scion Weston location was a huge help. I never felt pressured personally on his part. In the end I was highly satisfied with my 2016 Toyota Corolla purchase. I did a lot of research before I went near a dealership, and narrowed my choice to 3 vehicles. I took a test drive at 3 dealerships, Weston Toyota being # 2 on the list.My experience on the test drives was actually very good at all 3 (Honda, Toyota and Subaru).After my drives, I took all my experiences and information home and decided that Toyota was the closest to my overall needs. I was not able to get an upgraded interior on any of the three vehicles without also getting a sunroof. I can't think of anything I want less in the scorching heat of Florida than a sunroof, maybe that's just me, but if any manufacturer does read this, I and many others I have spoken to, would like an upgraded interior without a sunroof that might be used once a year and will leak over time.I don't care what anyone tells you, I promise you it will leak eventually (rubber + excessive heat + humidity + time = degradation).Anyway...to the next step.On my return, my initial contact, Jose Vazquez, seemed surprised to see me, not that surprising as I'm sure a lot of people test drive and never return.To the deal itself, the usual back and forth haggling that no-one enjoys, but it was helped by Jose's easy and pleasant nature. His manager seemed a little abrasive in nature, but I'm going to give him the benefit of doubt as I'm sure the end of the month is very stressful for him and his department.Going by figures easily obtained online, I believe I negotiated a fair price and moved on to the closing process. Chris in financing was also cheery and helpful with explaining each piece of paper (there's a lot of paper!!)Overall, I was happy with the ease of the transaction, and impressed that Jose came in on his day off to ensure I got my floor mats even though I insisted it was not necessary for him to do so.I have not used the service department yet so cannot comment on that aspect.

Miguel Galvez was my salesman and he was amazing. Not the typical pushy guy, he was so kind and polite and really went beyond any expectations for me. I wanted a car that was reliable but did not really have a preference. He heard my mom and I saying I like silver but that it was not my top priority. Lo and behold he found the best deal on a silver car for me. He paid attention to details, and was so kind throughout the entire process. THANK YOU! I went to AutoNation because my friend recommended it, and I was very happy I went. They were the first and last place I went when I bought my 2015 Toyota Corolla LE Plus. Love the car, love the price, love the service. The entire process Kalie Marsch from corporate waschecing up on me, trying to fix all my issues and really helped in the negotiation process. They really wanted to give a good deal, not rip the customer off. The prices were so good I went in to buy a used car and left with a new one. So I had a great experience.

Back in 2012, Wilson Cherelus was my salesman when I leased a Corolla. I was happy with my deal then. When I'd bring my car back for the free maintenance, I'd always stop and chat with him if he wasn't busy. So, with the lease ending soon, I decided to end it 3 months early (Autonation made the remaining payments) and buy a new Camry. Autonation itself does not add a bunch of dealer installed items, which also keeps the price down. And once again, Wilson and I negotiated a deal I was happy with. I'm also very happy with the service I got over the past few years, working with Jerry Young, my Service Advisor.

They worked hard to deliver all of my expectations. They have great follow up skills. They spent as much time as I needed explaining all of the options on the car and offered to provide additional instructions after I start using some of those options should I need additional assistance. The car was delivered spotless and with a full tank of gas. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and easy. I would definitely recommend them when buying a car.

It was the worst car shopping experience that I ever had, I had done my research online and knew the price I was willing to pay. I had made that very clear when I walked in that all I am interested is to see if the price could be matched and I am not interested in playing any games, but instead I was made to wait forever and then was treated disrespectfully. I never expected Autonation to use intimidation tactics, a simple "No, we can't meet that number" would have been sufficient but instead had to go through the worst experience that I ever had at a dealership in years of car buying that I have done for family and friends.

I did buy a used Truck from AutoNation dealer of Weston and had a really-really bad service even from sales to repair shop and totally unhappy with the Truck I did buy about two weeks ago, I'll never come back this dealer again and even any AutoNation dealer around and strongly not refer any friend or any one I know who's looking to buy the car. The reason I say like that because the Truck I buy from them not good and they did not fix or repair the Truck like what they promised to me before I buy it, did not do right things for their honestly customer, sincerely.

Careful when buying a vehicle in the dealer, the sales department is very friendly and will serve as you are, but when you go to the finance department will devour you, they're going to show packages, they tell you that you can remove when you want but you will never say the consequences it brings if you remove these packages. After removing the packages and agree to the cancellation fee, they now are discounting me a lot more money for the time delayed being on cancel, less than three months after purchase. Talking to the first financier to 30 days for them to mail the money to have it reduced the financial and balance. Talking to the second financier may take up to 8 weeks and the clock is ticking. They are not reliable, I do not know what kind of reputation they will have but I do not think is very good. Beware if you're going to save money when buying your car, they're going to eat you in the finance department, I guarantee it to you. I do not recommend this dealer.

Lost of trust Two weeks ago I got my 2009 Camry maintenance, change oil and filter and tire rotation, done at Auto Nation Toyota in Weston. I was told by the service person, Sonel Augustin the the mechanic recommended to replace the Power Steering Power Line and the Valve Cover Gasket because they were leaking; the repair will cost me between $ 800 and $900 dollars. I took my car to an independent mechanic and he replaced only the clamp, there was no need to replace the line or rubber hose; he charged me $5 dollars. About the engine cover gasket that was leaking, he couldnt find any leaking. I called Auto Nation Toyota and I spoke to Tamara Buggie customer service; she asked to bring the car. The service manager, Hector Landrove, explained that the power steering hose tends to become hard through time and the engine cover gasket he showed me something that seemed dirt thats something it is not supposed to be there; these engines are notorious for this problem; what the service person tried to explain that the is preventable. Wow, preventable and Miss Buggie said the labor is high, wow. It is good to have a second opinion, it might save money, a lot money. Jose

I arrived on a Sunday afternoon. The place was buzzing with car shoppers. Despite the busyness, I was greeted within minutes by Steve Prince, the internet sales manager. He knew who I was and what car I wanted to purchase. I had reached out via their website the day before. I was impressed at the preparedness of his team. Omar walked me out to the lot and showed me exactly what I wanted to see. There was no pressure. Omar was very willing to share his knowledge about the vehicle and answer questions at will. Within minutes we had a test drive of the vehicle we chose. Omar was very efficient and professional throughout the entire process. We worked out an amazing deal with a fabulous discount and a great trade in value. We left the lot a couple hours later with a new vehicle. We then had to go back to the dealership to install tints and protective covering on the vehicle inside and out. Jose Rivera, called me Monday morning to schedule a convenient time to drop the car off to have the tints installed. He handled the process from start to finish. I was greeted by him the day of drop off and he communicated with me throughout the day advising of the status of the work. I picked the car up that evening. Great service and a great team is what it is all about. They have it all.

My experience with AutoNation was good. I just recently bought Toyota Sienna XLS 2009. They have plenty of cars around the State, good quality service and reliable sales managers (mine great guys were Isaak and Jerry). You can choose and try a car from the variety, and also get an internet pricing from home, which is lower than at the place. The minor consent is a buying process, which is a little bit pain due to only one Financial Manager available (maybe I came in a wrong day). Also after the purchase my mailing box became overfilled frequently with an "Urgent" everyday offers to immediately continue with additional aftermarket guarantee. This is really annoying. Nevertheless, I will recommend AutoNation to friends. Thank you for a great car!

I have been searching for a good used car for a while now putting it off because of the dreaded "sales sharks" attacks! But when I found a SUV I was looking for a Hummer H3 looked like new in the pictures on cars. Com I was willing to enter the water with my spear gun loaded and ready for the Sharks. To my surprise I was contacted by Issac in the Internet dept. and answered all my questions straight forward. So I drove over the next day and Issac was with another customer and sent over Oscar a manager in Internet sales and it was an amazing experience. No Pressure No Hipe always professional and the Hummer sold me. The vehicle was certified clean Carfax looked almost showroom for a 2006 I was sold. I met Bert he gave me a great price on my trade in and then onto Victor in finance and in 1 hour I was driving out with a full tank of gas and my new (to me) H3! Keep up the great work guys I will tell everyone who needs a car new or used to visit you the best I have met!

This is the second time I have used them for service. This visit was for a factory recall on the front seat. I also got my scheduled maintenance service done and a diagnostic review on a possible a/c problem. I don't feel they are giving false repair needs. I had a feeling I already knew what was happening with the a/c and they confirmed it without hyping it up. I have been to other mechanics garages and actually left with my car barely running when it was fine when I went it. Chris Campbell took care of me initially and the service was done in a timely manner. I did have to wait a few hours because of the recall repair required, but the waiting area is comfortable and there's even a food counter if you get hungry.

I was pricing Toyota Corollas at different dealers. Autonation Toyota of Weston was the best experience in my quest. You walk into a clean and modern building and meet a great staff all friendly too, these folks even serve coffee and donuts and a large screen TV to keep up with Brazil's world cup game (Sat. June 14th). Spoke with Internet manager and through him a sales rep. Got all my questions answered and test drove a 2014 Corolla S. I was looking for an Corolla LE and bought the S instead for a hand full of dollars more for longer value benefits and slower depreciation as the sales team emphasized and I believe it to be true. The experience with the Finance manager of the moment, who looks and speaks honest and with a real smile not a fake one was also a very good one, This Caribbean gentleman did not push the added optional packages, had patience enough to go back and forth on my many questions and options. I have to say that the 3 folks I dealt with make up a very professional team. I recommend Autonation Toyota of Weston to anyone seeking great customer service, excellent professionalism and absolutely NO PRESSURE!. My experience left me very satisfied!.

I bought at AutoNation a new Corolla S. As part of the optional I asked to add the navigation system, the seller said it would not be problem and that in two days I would be called to proceed with the exchange. Now I was notified that it will take more than ONE MONTH. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. I took my car to the 15K miles maintenance. I also asked them to take a look on a problem that I've been having with a annoying noise that coming from the A/C outlet. This was the third time that I asked them to take a look on it and as I unfortunately expected they didn't find anything. I told them exactly where the problem is and how to solve it but they (AutoNation Toyota - Weston) didn't do anything about it.

This is probably the 5-6 car/truck I buy from Auto Nation. I recently purchase a 2010 Tundra. First off their window sticker of options was wrong and 2nd it had paint work to the tailgate. This wasnt as issue as I pointed it out to them and they off set the difference on my trade. Next come the interest rate. They promised me something and then cam back with almost 2% more and gave me some speak about LTV value. Well didnt you figure it out from the beginning when you where crunching the numbers. So I take the higher interest rate, because i can off set it by paying more up front or in the payments. Deal is closed and I go home. Two days I notice that the passenger side fender also has paint. I send Jerry Velazquez a email about my concerns about this truck paint and I get a response from my sales guy. He said he would look into it and later that day sends me a Carfax that say no accidents or paint jobs have been done to the car. Well I tell him that not everything gets reported to Carfax and if that was all they where going to do about. Never heard back from them. Overall I am satisfied with the truck and Toyota has had problems with their white paint, my truck is white. But this doesnt excuse the fact of the lack of communication and then just trying to write me of with some Carfax report. No, I am sorry that we didnt catch that on the 160 point inspection, no, heres some free oil changes, nothing, not even a call to excuse them selfs. Needless to say I will get my free oil change from them and them never look back. My business will go to another dealer

The inquiry and quote process started completely on-line for me. It went back and forth a little but when I got to the dealer, the "out-the-door" price I was quoted was exactly what I paid. No gimmicks. Jerry Velazquez was very professional and upfront about everything. During the negotiation process, they sold the car I wanted but promised to have an exactly replica in a few days. The car came early and it was as promised, an exact replica (not special ordered). All questions were answered right away, even by email and even AFTER I bought the car. In spite of my worst fears, it was an overall stress-free experience!

I am happy to report on the experience I had with AutoNation Toyota Scion Weston. My experience began when I met with Tomas Ortiz. I have been a loyal Toyota client for over 12 years, but it is the first time I had such service and I wanted to thank Tomas. One of the things I hate most every time I go into a dealership, is the waiting and the bartering. It was refreshing to speak to one person; I sat with Tomas and went over the numbers, no games! He was a straight shooter and I felt for the first time I was dealing with someone honest. Upon agreement to what was offered, from beginning to the end, Thomas made copies of documents and explained what each section meant (something I have never experience before) and even gave me a copy of my credit score so all in all making this experience as transparent as possible. Upon delivery of the vehicle, he took the time to explain everything in the car as well as set up the blue tooth, and made sure I understood the features of the car. His service was unparalleled to any other service I have ever received from other Toyota dealerships, and I will definitely be taking all my business to him in the future as well as that of the rest of my family. It was also the view of my father who was the one who encouraged me to go to this location based off his experience, and I am so glad I did! My experience with this dealership was pretty average, but the post-sale follow up just doesn't cut it. I purchased a used Toyota Prius from them and I dealt with Patrick in the internet sales department. I also dealt with one of the sales managers, his name was Eddy. I'm actually located in the Sarasota area, so I drove three hours to Weston to purchase my vehicle, because it was the only one I could find that had all the options I wanted. Anyway, when I first submitted my request for information on their website, I received a response immediately. Patrick was very attentive and easy to get a hold of during the entire sales process, and he made sure everything was ready to go and waiting for me when I arrived to fill out the paperwork and pick up my Prius on 2/19. My finance manager was great, but unfortunately I can't remember his name. He made sure to explain all the paperwork I was signing and he made the process quick and painless. When I went to leave and start my three hour drive back home, I noticed one of my HID headlights was out. I pointed this out to Patrick, and he turned the headlights off and then on again to have them both working. At this point it was past 9:00 pm and I just wanted to get home. I thought of it as some strange glitch and Patrick suggested the same. I then drove off in my car. Once I pulled out of the parking lot, my headlight shut off again - and kept doing so after turning them off and on again. I was only gone for ten minutes at most when I drove back to the dealership. Patrick was nowhere to be found, but I showed Eddy (the sales manager) the problem with my headlight. Eddy then proceeded to hit my headlight assembly with his fist and say he didn't know what was wrong. At this point the service/parts departments were closed. Eddy told me to just drive the car home and just turn the headlights on and off to make them come back on whenever the issue happened - and he would make sure to send me some replacement headlight bulbs. At this point it was 10:00 PM and I just wanted to get home as I had to be at work early in the morning. So, I drove 3 hours back home with my headlights intermittently turning off and on. Luckily, I didn't get a ticket. It's been two weeks since I purchased my car and I've tried calling both Eddy and Patrick while sending numerous emails about this issue. So far, I've had absolutely no response from anyone. When I called Eddy, he quickly brushed me off saying he would speak to the used car manager and call me back - and he never did. I can't drive my new car at night and I'm going to have to shell out $100 for a set of new HID bulbs - after spending a bunch of money to get my Prius. This is another typical case of the car sales industry "turn 'em and burn 'em".

I am in Afghanistan and was looking to buy a new car before my return home. I was looking for a dealer that would allow my wife to purchase the car with a power of attorney and not require that she set foot at the dealership. We contacted several Toyota dealers in the area and this was the only one that would meet my terms. Not only did we get a great price on the car that we wanted, but we were able to have them deliver to car to our home and allow my wife to sign all the paperwork at the time of delivery. I went to buy a new 2013 Highlander. The Sales Consultant, Rudolph Rowe, did an excellent job, was very courteous and patient, but his supervisor (Mr. X, probably a business manager) was outright aggressive, disrespectful and condescending. I have had my Avalon serviced regularly at the dealership for over 12 years and have been very satisfied with service people, particularly Chris Campbell, but the sales/business managers have much to learn in dealing with clients. I left without buying the vehicle and will look at Hollywood Toyota, which has an overall rating of 4.8 compared to Autonation's 4.3.

I was called about turning my lease in and they would put me in a new lease. But i was lied to about the price when i got there. They told me they could not do the same deal as my last lease so i left. They called me again to come in and told me they would do the deal. I had a little damage on the fender where someone hit the car. The manager came out looked at the car and said they would take the car in as is. All i had to do is put $1500 dollars down for the new lease so i did. I was told that i would not be responsible for the damage on the other car i turned in if i do the new lease and that they would take care of everything. This all took place in early March of 2013, now i get a phone call in June 2013 saying i am responsible for the damage and if i don't pay the $800 dollars they would take it to collections. I am not happy with all of the lies and i would never ever go back to Toyota again for another lease.

I was just looking at cars really did not need a new one , but because of the sale person and staff I drove out with a new Corolla Beautiful Blue I have always been a Toyota guy . I traded in 1995 Camry that had over 263000 mike on it, and before that had a Toy0ta pickup. My recent experience at AutoNation Toyota Weston was a great experience. I live in Key West FL where we have very limited auto dealers to deal with. I have dealt with the local Toyota dealer before- this time I could not even get the courtesy of a call back after several weeks and trip going to the dealership. Because I live 150+ miles from the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area I started searching on line for my desired vehicle. From the first contact on line with AutoNation Toyota Weston the internet sales manager, Eddie Ramirez was amazing! He found the car I wanted, we made the deal and set up time to pick up the car, all in just a very few days. A great experience, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. I am very pleased with my vehicle and the entire purchase process. A+ super satisfied!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to contact Eddy Ramirez via email before we ever set foot in the dealership. Most of the negotiation had already taken place while exchanging emails so by the time we reached the dealership all we had to do was pick the car color!! I was shopping for a new car with not so great credit. I contacted eddy Ramirez from auto nation. I gave him my information. He and his partner Sadi iturraldes got together reviewed my info. Eddy told me to come in and we'll see. I reluctantly went in thinking this is going nowhere. I was greeted at the door by a gitty eddy Ramirez saying I have great news I can put you in a new Toyota. To my amazement eddy had researched all avenues and made it happen. Next step trading in my old beat up Toyota that's were Sadi came in. He took my old car and came back with a top dollar price. Same day I traded in an old Toyota left with a brand new Toyota and I'm loving it. These guys made it happen for me I'm sure they can put anyone in a new car. Go see eddy and Sadi they know the car business and they'll give you a great deal!!

I couldn't have asked for better customer service coming from Joseph Providence and definitely Hussain from the finance dept. Those two gave me exactly what I was looking and shopping for, and on top of it I got MORE out of the deal including a brand new car I thought I wouldn't be able to have with ever thing taken care of! JP was so determine to get me into a new car and not used, and Hussain helped out to his very best as well, I had just left Rick Case dealer with terrible service and no help at all, and walked into Toyota with open arms. Very happy with every thing and will always go back to this dealer as long as I am shopping for a car. As well as recommending these two fellas to everyone I know :) THANKS AUTONATION TOYOTA!!

I had an awful experience buying my 2011 RAV4 from another Toyota dealership. I essentially was sold a car that did not meet my needs nor I wanted because the saleman misrepresented the car's features. I swore off Toyotas because of the experience. I was looking at Hondas when the battery in my 2011 Rav4 shorted. I went to Autonation for service under warranty. While there I asked Parts about the price of new tires but I did not know the size. A voice from behind me asked which car in service was mine? He would go and get the tire size. He returned and introduced himself as Warren Smith. I asked if he was in service or sales. He said VIP sales. He didn't seem to be the typical salesman. I took a chance and asked to see a 2013 Rav4. I told him about my bad experience at the other Toyota dealership and that I wanted to be 10,000% certain that if I bought a car that it would meet my expectations and be the car I wanted. Warren understood. I poured over the brochures and Consumer Guides listing exactly my interpretation of the features I would be getting and my expectations of how each would perform. I gave Warren my list and sent him to work. I wanted no chance of mixed communications. Warren took my list and answered each question in writing. I made him work hard! He did a great job. He found me exactly the Rav4 I wanted and I took delivery faster than promised. This is my third Rav4 in a row. Upon delivery Warren spent as much time as I wanted showing me the car's features and even paired my Iphone to the Bluetooth. If it were not for Warren Smith and his dedication to good, old fashioned customer service rather than salesmanship, I would be driving a Honda CRV instead. I have a Rav4 that exceeds my expectations and which I am totally in love with. Thank you Warren.

I left a previous review with a poor rating. Within hours I had general management contact me. I have to admit, although they realized where they can improve on, they listened to my objectives and were determined to make it right. In less than 24 hours they obtained the exact vehicle I was looking for and had the best interest on helping me close the deal. I appreciate management's involvement and serious care on my initial feedback. I am pleased to say I am driving what I was looking for and am extremely pleased with their effort's on making things right. I feel this review is unique due to an initial negative response and management's quick efforts. As a business owner, we don't always get it right. However, its just as important to reflect and strive to make things right. This same effort is what wins come-back business. After 12 recommendations/purchases of my clients & colleagues in Autonation Weston and now my own purchase, I truly recommend them. How they cared to repair what they defected is truly as an important asset in any business. This is one of the important human features many corporations out there have forgotten over there years. Left extremely frustrated. Kept changing parameters of their deal based on their convenience. Sadly I'm ready to buy a vehicle but they didn't have what I was looking for. Instead 'pushed" on what they had. The only "good deals" are on what they needed to get rid of or was convenient for them. Anything else I needed to pay more. POOR REPRESENTATION OF TOYOTA and sadly lives up to the stereotype of a typical dealer. I will be contacting their superiors on their sales attitude.

bought two used cars from Maroone Toyota at the same time, 2011 Corolla and 2010 Accord, and paid cash for both. no follow up calls to ask about our experience and if there are any issues, careless attitude when we called about a noise in the transmission in the Honda, and found several mechanical issues they claimed were checked, but found to be a problem. Even after bringing this tot the so called "customer relations" manager attention, still no follow up. I'm really sorry that I'd taken my business to this dealership, whom i was told is honest and reputable...far from it.the director of their service department tried to rectify some of the issues, but my disappointment continues to be with a dishonest used sales department and customer relations personnel. i wouldn't recommend this dealership.

I dealt with Thea, who was a very nice lady. Unfortunately, the entire process took an insanely long time. I arrived at 3:30 and by 6, the only thing I'd done was test drive the car (Prius 2) for five minutes. One issue that I had was that, despite making it clear I was interested in a new 2013 car, I felt pressured to by used or a 2012 Prius (of which they had many). When I made it clear that I was interested first and foremost in the 2013 Prius 2, the lowest price they could give me was way, way above what I actually purchased the car (elsewhere) for -- despite having a Costco "discount." Also, they try to trick you about the price by including your trade-in in the final number.

From my initial contact with Faith who was very polite to talking to Mariam and trying to get a deal done. I am from Iowa and was shopping for a 2008 Prius that was in Florida. Mariam did an excellent job of getting more photos for me to look at and then work with her boss to get a deal done for me. Once the deal was agreed upon, Moe took over. He provided outstanding customer service in making sure everything was done properly and professionally. He went the extra mile for my wife and myself by getting us new floor mats and making sure the car was filled with gas for our long journey home. The dealership is first class and they put the used vehicles through an excellent inspection. We would definitely purchase another vehicle through Maroone Toyota.
