If this is not the most frustrating journey ever. Came back (had an appointment) for the service and radio issue (ongoing for 3 months) and when I took over the car, I noticed that they probably did not change the oil!! The sticker was not changed, but why should I have to worry if it just the sticker that was not replaced. So I called back after few minutes and since it was few minutes over 7pm rep told me that the service has left for the day and that they will call me in the morning. Means, I would have to drive back AGAIN! The same service advisor. They did washed my car and did a nice job with the inside of the car, but the overall experience swiped away all the extra steps they were trying to do ....Had a very bad experience with the service department. Came in to replace the radio that was under factory warranty still. I was told that they have to order the part and will follow up with me once they get the part. After one month I called myself to follow up and phone rep told me that my service rep is off and will call me once he gets back. No call. Followed again after a week or two (was making sure that I do not call same day in the week) and guess what, my advisor was 'off' again. After 2 months since the first follow up I called again, I explained all the unsuccessful follow ups. The rep 'was truly sorry' as all reps are trained, however, they were trying to connect me with the parts department. The transfer failed so I was told again that they will leave a note and somebody will call me back. No call received in the following days. So, I called again and explain all and was finally transferred to the service department. I explained all the glitches and time frames to the service rep, he quickly checked with the parts dep. if the radio came in and explained to me that the part came in on time and because, I was not contacted!! (Imagine how often I called in) they had to send the part back, because the s. number or sth expires after some time if the radio is not installed and it had to be sent back. As you can assume, I had to schedule and come in again to repeat the procedure and once the radio comes in again, I could only hope they would call me. Pretty frustrating, and unprofessional.Delete review

Overall I'm happy with the end result. To future car buyers, read the contract very carefully and don't rush into signing anything. The staff here is very helpful and responsive.

Think excellent service and Stewart Burzee, Service Manager at AutoNation Toyota Winter Park comes immediately to mind! The two are synonymous! Stewart personifies graciousness and consistency, always greeting us with a warm smile and attending to our needs and any maintenance concerns in a timely, responsive matter, despite his heavy work demands and hectic schedule, and we dont even drive a Toyota! We rely on Stewart to provide our maintenance care for both our Lexus RX350 and Audi SUV. He is very knowledgeable in various models and never steers us in the wrong direction! He and his team (Joe Fortier, Asst. Service Manager and Oscar Luna, Master Asst. Service Manager) are like extended family and work hard to provide timely service, while never compromising the safety and reliability of our vehicles. We no longer take our vehicles anywhere else for service and highly recommend AutoNation Toyota in Winter Park for your all of your maintenance needs!

Would not have even given them one star but no other options avail . Worst place ever DONT EVEN WALK THROUGH THE DOOR. back and forth for over a month online with sales person explained to him that I was disabled and only had the one income avail to me I filled out all of the financial information . He told me he had a car avail I sent and filled out the online form to evaluate the value of my trade in when it came time to go there he told me that the car was sold. Gave him benefit of the doubt and he convinced to to bring my car in there and assured me there was a lot of cars there that I qualify for . Even after I explained that it would probably be a one way 40 mile trip with my trade in cause of the transmission problem he said no problem if it breaks down he would come get me. Well after getting there he said I needed a co signer and there was nothing he could do. This was the beginning of my nightmare. Remember I'm very disabled on a fixed income and this man had me go there under completely false pretense. My Car broke down on the way home and it cost me $350.00 to have the car towed and take a taxi home plus gas in the car and tolls. DONT LET THEM LIE TO YOU STAY AWAY.

the salesman told me when I bought my car that I get a free oil change every 5000 miles and when i went to have my oil change they said that this is a lie and that oil change is every 10000 miles while my engine noise is very high and my oil is pitch black and this is my first oil change ,when I called the manager chafic he said I am sorry the Salesman didn't know what he was doing and left saying sorry,my new car will be driven on bad oil and high engine noise,but david Maus in sanford will save my car and change my oil at 5000,never again I will buy a car from auto nation,worst sales and service..

As an owner of a 2004 toyota Corolla, Id love to buy another one to replace my old one. However, I was not treated as a customer due to the fact that I looked really young. Not only did Richard not help make deals, he did not tell me how much the price was till the very very end. I was sort of disappointed with his lack of information on the 2015 corolla, because I had happen to know more upon the vehicle in a week versus a man who makes a living off of it. Overall, I was not treated look a customer and I regret wasting my time there.

Ive been to a lot of dealerships lately but this one was probably the best one so far. I inquired about a used vehicle on-line and was contacted by Richard Newton shortly after. When I visited the dealership and met Richard he very nice and a great person to work with, he even sent me a Christmas card :)He showed me exactly what I wanted, within my price range and I didn't feel pressured by him at all. Some salesman can be very pushy to the point that you want to run screaming but he was very easy to talk to and seemed to be very experienced. As far as the cars are concerned they seem to be in GREAT condition and very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this dealership and you should really work with Richard Newton.

Ok, I spent 45 min driving to them (one way) after getting promise car was there only to find it wasn't and that they had allegedly sold it. I told them they were liars and just to be straight with me. If you truly buy their promise that the car is there make them text you a picture with the vin # and a word of your choosing to your phone. I guarantee you don't get one because they promise everyone that car is there but it is a scam to get you in and to sell you another model, vehicle etc. Do something so you can avoid wasting your time as you can see so many reviews of this same type that the car really isn't there and the price changes. I just left and called their manager a liar to her face and didn't feel bad about doing it. Car dealerships don't have the best reputation anyway but these people take it to a new low. As a business owner myself I would never treat a client like that. Lying does not build that trusting relationship. If you can read this then take heed of the warning.

My son went to purchase a vehicle we called about. When he arrived he was shown another vehicle. Which he settled on buying. When it came to doing the paper work. He had 3 different people that he dealt with just writing up the paper work. When it came to the financing he informed them he had his own financing and they proceeded to tell him yes it alright just fill out the paper? He questioned them about shouldn't he just call the financial institution he had already been approved. They told him they would contact them to just fill out the paper. He was questioning filling out the paper as it was like he was applying for a loan. Once again he said shouldn't I just call the financial institution it has already been approved. When it came down to it they ran it through World Omni which turned it down, then ran it through another institution which approved it. His financial institution contacted him a day later and said they never got the paper work on the vehicle. I then called the dealership and was told oh we got him a better rate he would have had a much higher interest rate at his institution. When in fact his institution worked for six weeks to try and get the cleared title to refinance him at half as much interest as the institution they ran it through. Then when they tried to do a payoff the title was still in World Omni's name and when dealership was contacted said they don't even know who World Omni is. They then changed the title put it in my son's name without even a lien holder. In turn he had to go pay to have the lien put on the title to get it refinanced correctly. When he bought the car there was a small hole in seat, he was told they would repair that at his 1st servicing,well after having the car for about 5 hours that never happened either. This sure has been an awful experience for a 1st time car buyer. These people are the worst, they are deceptive. I would never recommend anyone buy a vehicle from them. Thank goodness he can have his car serviced elsewhere.

Classic bait and switch. After talking to a sales representative on the phone and being assured the car was for sale, I drove the approximate 15 miles to the dealership to check out the vehicle. Upon arrival approximately 35 minutes after confirming the car was in stock, I was informed it had just been sold. To alleviate my disappointment , they informed me the advertised price was wrong and the car was actually $1000 higher and offered to show me was was in stock. Stay away from this dealership.

Do not deal with these folks -- they outright lie. I specifically called to check availability of 2 advertised specials and after much ado was told that both vehicles were there and not sold. Within 1/2 hour my son arrived and was told they were, in fact, not there. BALD-FACED LIARS!!!!! Bait & Switch!!!!

I wanted to purchase a new car and after looking at many different Toyota dealerships I came to this one because they offered the "lowest" price for the car that I wanted. I could not receive an estimated price on a vehicle even after I gave them all of my information. It was only possible when I said I wanted to buy the car. When the contract came they did not even bother to completely discuss what they were charging me. I even fully believe they have charged me twice for two different "services": once included with the vehicle price and the other written out on the contract. Overall I do not recommend this dealership. If you want to purchase a car there are MUCH better and honest places than this one.

After reading all the comments about this dealership, I have to say that I have been fortunate enough not have ever had any issues with them. I have purchased 3 cars from them in the last 8 years and have had them serviced there as well without any issues. They have always given me great friendly service. Shawn Thompson responded to my internet search for a used Camry or Corolla and was patient and thorough with my requests for info on several cars. He did not high-pressure us and I was relieved as I dread the car salesman's pitch and pressure tactics. He was polite and went out of his way for us. We went in and bought a 2011 Camry from him. He even took me home to get my checkbook. I am handicapped and he helped me up and down steps repeatedly. I will definitely recommend him to others because of my experience.

If you get Oscar Luna or Stuart, the Service Manager, push your car to the next dealership because if not, you'll be pushing your vehicle back there after it leaves.Brought my brand new 2013 Scion in for electrical issues that should have been covered under the warranty. They serviced the car and charged me $326 when I picked it up. The reasoning was that a GPS monitoring component had been installed, which "voided" the warranty. They disconnected the GPS and called it done. I didn't make it out to Semoran Blvd before noticing the clock and radio weren't working, so I turned around and headed back. Oscar Luna fixed a "fuse" and off I went..again.Made a left down Fairbanks and didn't make it more than 3 miles before the power started going out again, then eventually the power steering/brakes, radio, and the entire instrument panel! The car would not keep an idle and I coasted it into the IDC parking lot. Bigger problems than what I originally brought it in for.Called Oscar right away, at which point he told me the tow back may not be covered under the warranty..it just depended on what they found.In the end, I picked the car up today and asked for the Service Manager- Stuart was his name. This "new" problem was covered under the warranty, along with the towing service. But this "new" problem did not constitute a refund for their first mistake in his opinion. It suddenly became an "additional" problem.Meanwhile, their first mistake in misdiagnosing the problem came out of my pocket and they REFUSED to give me a refund.I would highly encourage anyone NOT to have service work done and this dealership! The service department here is a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS!

No one really paid attention to me as I brought my car in and only ONE other person besides my adviser said hello to me. I waited a bit before anyone helped me.Ozzie/Osvaldo Perez greeted me, took care of EVERYTHING I asked for, was approachable, kind, informative and assisted in getting the best for my car/me.He was able to give me realistic timelines, fix things wrong with my car I thought I would have to go to my dealer 3 hours away for, and presented great overall customer service. Where I was unimpressed with the dealership in regards to it's attentiveness, the popcorn and movie helped pass the time. The cashier and inside staff were also very friendly.Thanks Ozzie. I'll be using this Toyota/Scion from now on.

I recently owned a Nissan product which I used to take for service to a Honda dealership for care, due to extreme deficiencies at the main Nissan dealership. I honestly still believe that Honda dealership's service department was the best experience I ever had. That is until I went for my first "complementary" service for my 2013 Highlander. I came in before my scheduled appointment and was greeted in a courteous manner by Mr. Perez. My first impression was positive. Everyone I came across, acted like they were paid to have fun at what they do. Not a person we encountered presented with that so common attitude of " this is just a job", but appeared seriously and cheerfully dedicated to the task at hand.Ozzie showed us around the dealership facilities and introduced us to some of the other members of the staff. My wife and I went to the showroom and browsed to all the vehicles on display. A salesperson approached us, greeted us and offered assistance in a kind manner. After we told her that we were just waiting for our car to be serviced, she simply made herself available if we had any questions and left us alone to continue what we were doing; no high pressure sales tactics, what a blessing!!!Our vehicle was finished earlier than when promised by Ozzie, now, what can be better than that on a Saturday morning???My wife's impression was as positive as mine. She will soon need a new car, and, guess where we are going to purchase it.........do I need to say where?

Sent an inquiery on a car and decided that we would look into another car a Se Camry. This dealership gave me the worst in trade in value at 9800 when most dealerships were 2 to 3 grand more. Even though they said they could make a deal I refuse to step in their door with a lowball quote like that. Raul seemed very nice from the email conversations.

I have had my tundra in for routine service twice already. The guys are excellent at the service, letting you know if they found anything else that needs to be looked at and the price for that service. The prices on the different services appear to be pretty good. Jason, theservice writer I work with is excellent and makes sure that your vehicle is taken care of. They are an busy shop, so if you want to wait,it may be an hour or two. They do wash and vacuum your vehicle after service, great service for the customer.

I went to Courtesy Toyota (Semoran, Orlando FL) to do the 30,000 miles service to my Toyota Venza. I was surprised in a good way because although I arrived to make an appointment, Jason told me that I could have my car serviced at that moment. Because the 30,000 service is longer the usual, I was offered a lift home.I already used all service coupons but got good pricing and discounts on what was performed that day.The only negative thing I have to say is that the car didn't get a wash as usual it does.

My Experience in the last 5 years of which I have purchased 3 Vehicles from this facility has been nothing short of OUTSTANDING, but that is limited to the Sales representatives. The first time I purchased (2) Vehicles in one day from Mr. Fred Robinson, which is not a manager at this facility. Although negotiations were tough, Mr. Robinson found a unique way to seal the deal. For that Mr. Robinson, I have returned for more business. AutoNation should hire more individuals like this man, as he is an exceptional leader, closer and makes you feel like he's buying the car and looks out for you although he works for the dealership. This was crucial in the fact that I bought 2 cars, in the same day from this man. A true salesman and exceptional employee. I returned to buy a new Prius that my wife had racked up 100k mile on recently. Initially, there seemed to not be a possibility in a deal even being considered, but.....Mr. Michael Miller thought otherwise. He analyzed every detail of my trade and explained the trade in process. Mr. Miller is probably the BEST salesman I encountered, as he tailored his approach to my mindset and feelings. He understood were I was and worked diligently on working on a deal that was perceived to come across abrasive because of trade-in allowance. He simply worked magic, while working with the trade-in dept. in an order to work out a deal. I have worked with 2 outstanding individuals at AutoNation Toyota at the Winter Park Facility and have been nothing short of COMPLETELY SATISFIED with Mr. Fred Robinson's and Mr. Michael Millers performance and professionalism. I would highly encourage AutoNation Toyota to hire more employees of this caliber as their business would simply do more business! That my friends, IS FACT!!! Now, to address the "we owe you" aspect of the deal. We were able to secure a deal because of the ingenuity of Mr. Miller by means of adding the heated seats option to the new Prius to solidify the deal. I mad it VERY CLEAR and was assured that FACTORY HEATED SEATS were going to be installed at a later time and I was called by a service representative Mr. Juan Mancayo for an appointment. I dropped off my vehicle and was provided a rental for the time day, so that this "I owe you" would be completed. When I arrived back the next day, I was greated by Mr. Macayo and showed the vehicle. I was IMMEDIATELY UPSET. First, one of the headrests, where missing! Really? Next, the heated seats where aftermarket and the switches where mounted on the side of the seats where you couldn't see them. "LED lit, heated set lights w/ 2 function options, mounted whereas you would need to stop the car, open the door to even see what setting you where on! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I then was met with "well sir, that is the way they come", while looking at the factory unused blowout faceplate where TOYOTA would install the heated seats switch directly under the instruments cluster, center of the vehicle. WOW. As an Electrical Engineer of which working at Lockheed Martin for over 11 years, I felt very, very insulted. I asked for the switch and stated that I, "I'll take the switch and do it myself, just give me the switch". Was then told that "we can't do that", "that is the way it comes". "Since you didn't purchase the car with the option, that is the kit we had to put in". Such BS!! I intern asked this...."so, when a customer comes in with heated seats that need repair; You guys have to put aftermarket parts in order to repair the car and change the configuration of the car?". After the insult, I ended the conversation and talked with the Service Manager that "DID WHAT WAS RIGHT". I give the Sales Staff 5 stars, Service Advisor a 1 Star, and that's for coming up with a reason that would be believable to anyone that didn't know better. My car (Sienna purchased from you a few months ago) said "maintenance required" so I assumed it was time for an oil change..your staff gave me a same day appointment. I was greeted immediately and Ozzie took wonderful care of us. I had my 2 kids in tow so your facility equipped with snacks/tv/play was like a dream come true. Ozzie could not have been a better representation of your company. I felt like an appreciated customer. He was so gracious, accomodating and kept us informed. Our wait ended up being shorter than the estimated time and he explained to me that we have synthetic oil so it wasn't time for oil changed but informed me about our tires needing to be rotated. When searching for a vehicle, i did a lot of research to find the right one. I have a 5 month old baby and wanted to get a Sedan or SUV. I saw an incredible deal on a Toyota Rav4 at Courtesy Toyota of Winter Park. I live in Tampa, which is about a 2 1/2 hour drive away. So I called in the A.M. to confirm that the price was correct and that the vehicle was still available. The person answering the phone said it was correct and was still available. I drove the distance with my baby in tow. I arrived and the vehicle was already in front and they were waiting for me. Upon seeing it I knew it was mine. The test drive was just dessert. It was a great deal. Then when we sat down I told them I already had financing from my credit union. They had approved me at a 6.99% with no money down. I was approved for exactly the advertised price plus tax, tag and transfer. The sales person came back and said 'sorry, but the price was wrong. We advertised it wrong. It is actually $2000 more than what it says. We're sorry, but we are in this business to make money and aren't going to give the vehicle away." WHAT ???!!!! I was so upset. But it was a good deal at $2000 more. But my credit union (Grow Financial) was closed by this time. So Finance came out and offered to see what their lenders would say. They came back with a 26.99% and $1000 down. This was excluding the bumper to bumper warranty and any extended coverage as advertised. I was so upset. Then the Finance Manager said I could close and then go to my bank the next day and refinance it. I asked if he was sure. He said he does it all the time. Reluctantly, I closed. The next day I went to Grow Financial and they said they couldn't refinance me for 6 months and that Courtesy Toyota of Winter Park was "well aware of this" and that "they do this to people all the time." The lender Courtesy found me (Santander) pays kick backs to the dealership, but they don't get the kickback if refinanced within 6 months. Since Grow has a business relationship with Santander, they respectfully don't refinance for 6 months so that all involved are pleased. My bank said they'd close on my financing directly to Courtesy within an hour of my call, but that Courtesy would have to contact Santander to rescind the transaction, which was possible if they hdn't yet funded. I called Santander and they had not yet funded. So I called Courtesy and not one person in the entire establishment knew how to call the lender to rescind. I called the sales manager, the finance manager, the salesperson, and anyone who would listen. But as the Finance man who took care of me the day before was off, there was nothing they could do. So, when they could have helped me fix the entire horrible screw job, they chose to screw me again. Groe Financial did, in fact, close for me and had the funds available for Courtesy to claim, but they never did. Needless to say the payment difference between a 26.99% and a 6.99% is significant, even for 6 months. And furthermore, my lender was giving me 100% financing and would have reimbursed me the $1000 that I had to pay upfront with Santander. Overall, Courtesy did nothing to accomodate me. The can of Coca Cola was the best part of the experience. But it ended up costing me over $4000. False advertising and an entire team that acted like they were doing me a favor. I will never recommend this place or their people again. They were condescending and unaccomodating. They were strictly "in the business to make money" and that is sad. I thought they were in the business of servicing clients and earning business......that's a better way to make long term money in my experience.

Send inquiry via internet, dealer responded one time. I called 4 times and left messages. I received no call back. So I called to ask for a manager and the gal that answered the phone acted like I was dumb or something. Some guy answered, I told him I would be able to make a deal that day if they took off the appearance protection and theft protection (which are just a way for the dealer to make more $$$$). They refused then I asked if they would work with me on the price for them ($800) he's response was I will call you back in 5 min. almost 3 hours later he calls back, but it was too late another dealer worked with me and we struck a deal. Too back your not very Courteous, leave me hanging ill go behind your back and make my own deal. To be honest you have the exact car I wanted too at a better price. Just so I would not have to deal with slim xxxxx like these guys I forked over 3,000 dollars extra granted the car I got has half the miles and is CPO but what ever losers!

Bob Lavin was waiting for me in the parking lot when I arrived. He greeted me as if I were an old friend and by the time I left with my new Prius, I felt that I WAS an old friend. This is the friendliest dealership with which I have ever dealt. I used the COSTCO Buying Service, so I didn't have to negotiate the price. I thought, for sure, they were going to make it up on the trade. However, they actually gave me MORE that I expected to get for my old car. I have already recommended Courtesy Toyoto to several of my friends and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great buying experience. If the other salespeople are anything like Bob Lavin, this has got to be the greatest dealership in Florida.

I started off my experience with Oscar in the service dept. He was very friendly and did some great service work on my vehicle. Because of how great Oscar did I decided to work with Leanne on the idea of purchasing another Camry. She followed up with me via text (my preferred communication) once she got in the car in the color I had asked about. She did an excellent job helping me with my 2013 Camry SE purchase. She went above and beyond to make the deal happen. She was able to work with both my wife and I until 10:30 at night to make sure we got the car that night. It was a pleasure to have a sales person that was respectful of my very limited time. She worked with her manager to get us a great deal on our financing, a fair price for our trade, & made sure the car came with the high end accessories. Along with the good deal on the car she was able to help me keep my 2 young kids having fun during the whole process.(this was a deal closer for me). We did have a miss communication on one of the features but this was corrected promptly by the finance director. This proved to me that this dealership truly cares about the customer even after the purchase. I have traded in both of my Ford & Lincoln vehicles and love my new Toyotas. I now own 2 new Toyotas and plan on buying a 3rd from Courtesy once they bring back the Supra because of the friendly service, customer follow up, and great deals on great cars. I highly recommend both Leanna and Courtesy Toyota for anyone looking for a truly amazing car purchase experience.

Great experience with all at Courtesy Toyota/Scion used vehicles. From sales to finishing paperwork.I called to look at a Scion tc, Edmund confirmed car was available and arranged test drive. Edmund was with a client but greeted my son and I and introduced Youssef to help us with car. Youssef was a great guy to work with. He knew everything about the certified pre-owned car and answered all questions I had as son test drove and we rode along. He had the 120 point inspection and the car was impressive, loved it and price. Financing was a breeze and was the best available. He took care of everything. Edmund checked with us now and then and that was nice. Dealership is extraordinary. Clean, friendly, comfortable. Easiest and best deal I ever got on a used car. Love certified program, bought additional warranty that I needed and Fred Robinson helped a great deal. We keyed in on what I needed and once was a skeptic of warranties but Fred helped me find what I need at right price and even scheduled first routine service appointment. Now I don't have to worry about ever maintaining or fixing/repairs. I love Certified Pre-owned as the depreciation of a new car reduces price but you still get a darn near new car that's all checked out and warrantied.Totally impressed and pleased as was my son. I don't usually write so much and so positive about anything but finding the Scion tc and Courtesy was awesome.Peter B.

I purchased two Toyota Camry's SE 2012 and really like these cars. Everytime I bring these cars to get serviced Jason Rubel has been ontime and really handles his business. I never have to wait for an appointment with same day service in most cases. He never pushes for you to buy any extra service or equipment as some other dealers try to do so I never feel pressure to have to do something I can't afford. I made a 2:30 appointment for a 5,000 Mi. check and arrived 10 minutes early. It took approximately 25 minutes to meet with a Service Advisor, however, you were quite busy for a Sunday. Ozzie finally arrived on the scene and the process began. Ozzie is knowledgeable, attentive and customer oriented. He turned, what started out to be an unpleasant experience, into a positive event.

Mr. Perez was an awesome employee. He told my dad and I that it was going to take about an hour to check over my car because it was a busy day yesterday and within thirty minutes he was done. He was very polite and made sure that my dad and I knew where the waiting section is. When he told me that my car was ready he saw me studying for my Spanish class. He asked me if I needed help carrying anything and I told him no thank you but he helped me with my Spanish; by telling me what he did to my car and I understood everything he said. He also made sure I understood so I told him what he said in English and it was awesome that he took the time to help me improve my Spanish conversations. He was again very awesome and had a lot of guest service and hospitality skills and took care of my dad and I. Thank you :)

I was impressed with my visit overall. I called on a Thursday and scheduled an appointment for Saturday. Ozzie Perez greeted me on Saturday morning and had my car in the shop on time. Maintenance was completed by the end of the day as promised. I was pleased with the overall service and will be returning for future maintenance. Ozzie in particular was very easy to talk to, and I enjoyed dealing with him.

My only complaint is that I was very focused on price and was promised a price-matching of any other service price or coupons that I could find. (Which I appreciate.) However, I also wanted all my prices as "out the door" amounts. So after I spent a lot of time talking about prices and then signed an agreement that I would pay approximately $550 for all the work I was having done, I was pretty disappointed to see that my total came to over $610. It was explained to me that that total included shop fees and taxes that couldn't be removed. Fine. But why wasn't that total given to me UP FRONT when I was consistently asking for my out the door prices?!? Especially considering that the prices that were being matched by Toyota's service department were other service providers out the door prices, not prices that they would then add on fees/taxes to. So did I even save any money? Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and I'm sure we could have reached an agreement on price but I feel like the way it was handled was misleading.

I called Juan Mancayo and set an appointment for window tinting after some phone tag I was able to set appointment at 1PM.I brought the vehicle in with my wife and mentioned to Juan Mancayo that the 2010 Toyota 4Runner was washed but not waxed prior to delivery,so he put on the work order for the vehicle to be tinted and WAXED.When the job was finished he told me BOTH the tinting and waxing of the vehicle were done as explained on the receipt I got.I took delivery of the vehicle and left.The following day I inspected the work which was done and noticed the tint was put on well (I paid 205 incl tax for this) the wax however was not applied.Just to verify I took the vehicle to a professorial car wash and they confirmed my suspicion THE VEHICLE WAS NOT WAXED!!! I think the fact that Juan lied about this is distasteful for a big dealer as Courtesy Toyota division of Autonation founded by Wayne Huizenga.I have paid $1500 for the supplemental insurance for interior and exterior,so if something were to happen it is covered,problem in this case is that when you bring in the vehicle and request service you are told it was done,where in reality it was not.I have subsequently waxed the vehicle myself with Teflon wax and the difference is notable.I am disappointed with this event and unfortunately cannot recommend this sector of the dealership.

I just had an oil change and tire rotation done but the service department always makes you feel welcome and keeps you updated with how long it will be. The waiting area is nice with plenty of seating with quite a few people getting work done. I guess it says something that that many people will bring their vehicle to this dealership, I know I will. He did not overwhelm me and clearly explained to me the options I had with purchasing new tires that I needed; explaining the difference in oil choices for my car for the mileage I was at; and gently broke the news to me about need new brakes. I did not wait at the dealership and he called me to let me know the status and check points of where my vehicle was at and called me when my vehicle was ready--plus he always clearly explained the price of each service and always clearly explained my options as well not overwhelming me or pressuring me into any specific service. When I came to pick up my vehicle, he promptly met me at the cashier's desk with a friendly smile and hand shake. Ozzie, thank you for your wonderful customer service!!

I live in northwest Florida so used internet to search for best price for a 2012 Toyota Prius. After contacting several dealers, Brent Dillingham at Courtesy Toyota offered best price. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Turns out they did not have the model/color we were looking for but Brent searched around and found the exact match for the price he originally quoted. My daughter, who lives in Orlando, went in to get a test drive and sign the offer. Brent helped her with all the details of a new car purchase. He kept us informed on the status of the new car and helped her with the sale 2 days later. Stewart, Eladio, and Jason finally solved the problems I was having with my 2009 Toyota Corolla. I was having steering problems and a foul odor emitting fromt the A/C. After a few trips to Courtesy Toyota, several A/C components were replaced correcting the odor problem. Jason and Eladio suggested replacing the tires with Michelin Harmoney tires. This corrected the steering issues I was experiencing. Everyone was helpful, courteous and completed the service on my car in a timely manner. I now enjoy driving my Corolla thanks to the Service Team and Ray Hernandez.

My new Tacoma just reached 5000 miles and needed routine service, I called up Courtesy Toyota and quickly got an appointment for the next morning, exactly when I needed it to be. Soon as I brought her in I was greeted and taken care of by Ozzie. I asked where I might get some breakfast and he gave me a full tour of the facility including the small cafe area. As the cafe was not yet open, he asked around for me and found out about Johnny's Diner right across the street, where I was able to walk to while my truck was getting taken care of. As the work was coming to an end and before the complimentary car wash, Ozzie gave me a call to let me know I could start making my way back from breakfast. In perfect timing I walked back in just as my keys were returned to his desk.It was a great experience, I was promptly taken care of, treated extremely well, kept in the loop, and my truck was done before I knew it. I am very happy to know that I have this dealer to come back to so close to home, and will gladly return here for my future service needs.

Jason Rubel does a terrific job. He got me in an hour after I called for a regular maintenance. While the car was there he arranged for body shop estimator to give me an estimate for previous damage. Found a nail in my tire and asked if I wanted to remove it and repair it. I did. I love the free car wash and vacum. Jason does a great job and is very pleasant to deal with.

Mr. Perez greeted me in a friendly, cordial manner. I had prepared a list of the services that had been done by Toyota of Orlando in the past. I explained that I had chosen Courtesy Toyota to service my RAV IV because the other dealership, which was quite close to my house, relocated in April. Mr. Perez reviewed the entire history of service performed since I had purchased the car in 2006. He discussed what should be done (75,000 mile service) and explained why. He had told me the estimated amount of cost and time that the necessary service would entail. I did not feel pressured to accept any additional service. Mr. Perez also took the time to look up the history of the service done on my Highlander which will be due for service soon. Previous service (2008 to 2011) was done in Fredericksburg, VA at Rosner Toyota.

He described what they were going to do in detail and assured me the work would be completed by the end of my business day. Jason was VERY helpful overall. The only thing that might have not been "perfect" about this particular "car repair" experience was that it took quite a while to find out what was wrong with my car. When we finally found out (that same day - Tuesday), we unfortunately had to wait two days as my Rep (Jason) was off the next day as was his mechanic, so we had to wait until the day after that (Thursday) to get the job finalized. I wished I had known earlier that first day because I would have rented a car and not cancelled my evening class that day. I did rent a car the following day and was able to go and teach. I do have to say that Jason was wonderful in accepting a coupon I had just received in the mail the very same day I dropped off the car but which I did not bring in WITH the car (because the mail had not been delivered at that point in the morning). The coupon really helped since it is summer and during the summer I don't teach full time and car repairs can become a financial hardship. I still had to use a credit card. :-) Thank you for all the help received.

When I made my initial call to the 1800 number, the lady was very efficient. I was able to set the appointment at my convenience.When I arrived Jason Rubel was there to greet me, looked over the car, and asked if I had any concerns, other than the fact I was there for the normal service call. He explained the benefits of using Pennzoil, then gave me clear directions to go on line for the warranty. I thought that I would need a ride to work -- but learned the car would be ready sooner than I expected... The car would be ready pretty much the same time the ride would be available. The wait was not long. I watched TV, and drank coffee. Jason brought the AC Filter and suggested it be changed. He also said my tires were fine, but they have been on the car for 4 years, and to keep a check on them. He gave me 3 options of tires to choose from for the future, with the price of the tires, balancing them etc. He explained the car needed AC Refresher and a valve replacement. He was thorough, and I appreciate that. I plan to keep this car for a very long time with Jason as the machanic. :) By the way.... the soap in the restroom has a nice fregrance...

I would recommend this dealer to anyone they had so many diffrent things to keep me and my child occupied during out wait. loved the movie room with the popcorn, then the play area for my little guy with a cat in the hat movie, then i also got a chance to view some new cars that im interested in purchasing in the near future oh and they also have a cafe that was excellent drinks and food. Going to a Dealership, right? There must be away to avoid this. Maybe I can buy my car on line. I'll start with USAA, my insurance company for 57 years. That was easy because after finding the dealerships with the auto I wanted they put me in touch with AutoNation Direct. With Johan's help the appointment was made with Courtesy Scion and I got to meet Brent Dillingham.Everyone should be so fortunate. He and the financial guru made this the easiest and most pleasant auto purchase experience of my life. Brent made the process a smooth one. He even arranged to have my new car delivered to my home so that I wouldn't have to come back. {I had several reasons why I wasn't going to buy that day. But Brent took care of all of my issues.)The bottom line, at the end of the day, give Brent and Courtesy Toyota/Scion a chance. Based on my experience, Guido from Detroit recommends them as well.

The only bad side was my wife came in expecting to only be there long enough for an oil change. It was discovered the water pump had a leak and the brakes needed work so she wound up waiting about 6 hours + for the repairs to be completed. You took her to fountain square mall and brought her back.Thanks for making it a little less painful for her.

This was my first time to bring in my 2012 Toyota Camry. Ozzie came out and greeted me, took all my info and then showed me around the lobby where I waited. It was only an hr and I found the complimentary coffee, popcorn, movie a special treat to make the time go by faster. This was a great experience. I coordinated the purchase of my vehicle over the internet. Brent Dillingham was honest and worked hard to meet my needs, but was not fully aware of the specifics with respect to rebates and how they worked. He delivered the requested vehicle as promised. Once our processes switched to the Finance department that was where the experience went down hill fast. Fred Robinson, while stating he had years of experience, made three errors on the contract which had to be corrected by South East Toyota (SET). Further, he advised that we would receive the title from SET to register the vehicle when in truth the dealership had it all along and delayed our vehicle registration by three weeks. When we would call either Mr. Robinson or the Finance Director, Chafik Amrani, they were unprofessional and rude placing the blame on us. The dealership states that they "support and appreciate the military and all we do", but that is used as a means to get the military business because in the end they treat you no different. Additionally, Mr. Robinson is unaware of details regarding financing vehicles. During my nearly two hours with him in his office I specifically asked if there were any prepayment penalties if I was to pay off the loan early. He passed on that if the loan was paid off before 30 days there would be, but after 30 days - no penalty. I called SET after the one month period to get my payoff amount and noted a big difference between what was now due as compared to what was financed just over a month ago. The SET Finance rep told me that there was a $75 prepayment penalty since I was paying off the loan before the 6 month time frame. This information was never passed on to me even after specifically asking the question. Bottom line: If you don't know the answer, or aren't sure, find out before you mis-advise customers. All we wanted was a fair price and a smooth hassle free car purchasing process, Courtesy Toyota failed to deliver. We do not recommend this dealership.

Everyone is friendly and efficient. My problem was AC and loose brake. Only needed freon and brake fluid. Fluids used to be included in regular required service checks. Almost $300 seems high for these additives. Would appreciate some warnings in advance concerning the recommended intervals when these fluids should be checked. Very unpleasant in Florida when AC stops working in May & June! Prevention would be better than correction.

Ozzie Perez did a good job of explaining everything to me, offering me options and giving me an accurate estimate of time and costs. I also loved being able to go home in the Courtesy van and not have to sit at the dealership all day. The two Courtesy van drivers, Felix and ?, were also first rate. They were good drivers, courteous and I felt at ease with both of them. Even the attendants who first greeted me at the entrance of the shop were friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The work was completed as expected and although it's only been a few hours, I think it was done satisfactorily. I don't know much about cars! That's why I come to you. I feel I can trust your staff. Ozzie was a joy to work with. Look no further! After going to all the local Toyota dealerships in the Orlando area Courtesy was the best to deal with. A local dealer in Sanford had me go to the dealership 3 times before telling me to purchase elsewhere. Brent, Mike, and George were three of the best salesman I have ever dealt with. There was no pressure, only honest upfront pricing and nothing changed when I got to the table. I will not waste my time going to other dealers to get my next Toyota; I will get in contact with these guys. Give them a shot and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Likely one of the worst experiences with a particular person to date. Per the concept of Internet sales, I sent over my offer on a trade in for a new car. Brent responded by telling me that we could easily reach a deal. He provided rough figures for a trade in and, while he did not have the model car I was looking for ensured me that the car could be located nearby soon. He said just come in and let him see the trade vehicle and he could make the deal. Needless to say, the deal wasn't even close. To make matters worse, suddenly the best deal was $5k over the msrp value! Unfortunately, I learned of this "deal" through email because after sittin in the dealer for an hour an waiting for the offer paperwork, I searched out Brent to understand the delay. I found him in an office with two other co workers leaned back in chairs casually. I left asking for a follow up on what the offer would be. Only to get an email two days later with the offer of the over sticker price. When asked for details via email - no answer. I found the car I wanted and the deal needed with another dealer that treated me with respect and values my time as much as there own. Be wary of working with an Internet group and Brent. Promises made, offers switched.

Came bc I needed a part for my Rav4. I ordered the part then had the service dept to put it in my SUV. I waited for a little while for them to tell me that they installd the wrong part. So, they had to take that part out and install the right part. The guy stated that it was his fault and apologized for it. He gave us a rental until they was able to fix my suv. Mr. Perez was really nice and very professional. I would recommend anyone to deal with him as their service advisor.

Jason knows that as a single woman, not mechanically educated, I am always concerned about any car problems. All I have to do is say something feels or sounds funny and he investigates. This time, he found the battery was not working properly and immediately had it fixed. He teaches me what I should "look out for" and "listen for", and what not to worry about. That makes it personal-- like a family member who cares rather than a service person moving on to the next job. Jason treats me like a person, not a number. To me that's SERVICE.

I usually use this dealer for maintenance. This time, I had a dead battery and just had to get in while the car was running. I had no appointment, but Ozzie got me in right away, confirmed the problem with the battery and corroded positive terminal, changed my oil, and got me on my way. He was friendly and helpful. The battery and oil change prices were what I expected, but the terminal cost a LOT more than I thought it would, considering it's a three-inch piece of metal and a generic one only costs about $3 at the auto parts store.

I brought my car from this dealership and have used them for all my maintenance.The last visit I was surprised that the tech did not clean out the leaves from my air vents under the hood. I have a lot of trees around my drive way and at work so my car gets leaves under the hood right at the air intake. I usually clean it out but thought that since I had it serviced they would have done that. Unfortunately that was not the case. I understand it is not a"service" but common sense would indicate that to be done.

Our original experience with buying our Toyota was unpleasant to say the least. After months of our front speakers not working we figured it was finally time to bring our car in and have her looked at. When we walked in the doors Jason was the first person who approached us. Not only did he answer all of our questions, he went above and beyond to take care of us. Jason pulled up our account on the computer. We pointed out that our car was blue and not silver as the computer stated it was. We expressed our concern with possible DMV issues. Within hours Jason had the issue fixed. We were in a real tight spot, money wise. I only had $6000 to buy a used car, including tax, tag, title. My kids and I have been without a vehicle for over a year and I just got my disability, but couldn't afford a car payment. We had been to other dealers that wanted to get me into payments, but I can't afford that. Edmond and his manager worked with me and came in at the price I needed. They totally informed me about the van I purchased and were very honest. I had to go back home after seeing the van to purchase my insurance, because the van wasn't ready yet. (Only because it had just got traded in the night before - not their fault). Edmond came and picked me up to take me back to the dealership to test drive the van and we loved it. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Edmond to anyone looking to buy a car. They were fantastic. They made my day. Gerry is a great service consultant. He always checks to make sure I get the exact service I need for my 4Runner and does not try and push for thing that I do not really need. As a result I have had my 4 Runner running great for the years as I have owned it with no complaints. Gerry also took the time to show me what I services I have already completed on my vehicle and what he reccomended service wise. Also, the service center was fairly busy during my last visit and Gerry found me in the waiting area and gave me updates as to where my vehicle was in the service center process, which was great! Before I had a bad impression of dealership service centers, but with the service and attention to detail I recieve from Gerry has changed my mind.

As a result, they did not fix the problems I had with my side windows and the sunroof, but Mr. Jason did very well on helping me with those issues on the day I came to your dealer. I have always had a great working relationship with Jason. He is very professional and responsive to my needs. However, on my last visit with my Sequoia, I decided rather than do the reommended repairs, I would replace the vehicle with a Sienna. Jason put me in touch with a sales person who, to say the least was grossly incompetent!. It took him well over an hour to give me a price quote AFTER we had test drove the vehicle. Then, when comparing the price to Honda (Odessey) and David Maus Toyota, I found that your dealership was over $2,500 higher than both WITHOUT negotiating! I didn't bother to come back, even though I hate to have to rebuild a service relationship with David Maus.It was, again, gross incompetence from a sales person who cost your dealership a sale and an ongoing maintenance relationship for the new vehicle.

The reason why I rated the quality of work good (4) and not great (5) is because the quality of the car wash was really poor. I understand that I was only there for a scheduled oil change and the car wash was a free bonus but I still believe that when you do something, you do it right. So if I could change anything I would want the vehicle to look better after the car wash. Other than that, everyone was friendly and I enjoyed going into this particular Toyota dealership.

I located the vehicle I wanted through the internet and discussed with the internet sales consultant Bishoy Rezek at Courtesy Toyota in Winter Park, FL. He pulled the vehicle and scheduled a time that I could stop by to see it and test drive it. I liked how I honed in on the vehicle online first then planned to go see it. This was great for the schedule I have. Upon arriving at the Toyota Dealership I was greated by Bishoy and he began showing me the vehicle. It was cleaned, parked right in the front and ready for a showing. I expected Bishoy to be a pushy salesmen however, he ended up being nothing like that, which is why I began my search online in the first place. It was apparent that he was very thorough in the process of explaining this vehicle to me. The exterior, interior, electronics he educated me on very well and I was comfortable with the process. The test drive was great too. He put the vehicle to the test and showed me the way it can be driven and what it can do. We went through other trim levels and he showed me the difference between each of them. However, nothing could top the SE Swagger Wagon so I bought it right then. I will tell you this, I think Bishoy was pinnacle in my decision to actually go through with the purchase at this Toyota dealership and not look at any other dealers. The actual purchasing process with trade in, insurance, loan and warranty was a little extended on time but managed well enough for me to know exactly what I was purchasing because I wanted to know everything I could. I had never purchased a brand new vehicle in my life. This was my first time and it was comforting how I was walked and not ran through the whole experience and I know Bishoy had a big hand in making that happen. I continued to explain, I was only there to look, but he kept questioning me about price and interest rate would help me, to change my mind. Henry Modaresi was a pleasure to work with. Henry responded to my online request for information quickly. He answered all of my questions about the car. This was very important since I was out of state making decisions sight unseen. Decided to purchase the car so we placed a deposit over the phone. I called the dealership to inquire about a diagnostic checkup due to the engine light being lit. Andrew took the call and was very friendly and professional over the phone. He offered a complimentary diagnostic checkup and offered to schedule me an appointment or take care of me as a walk-in. I canceled an existing appointment with another center and brought my car to Courtesy Toyota Winter Park. The staff was very hepful from the moment I pulled in. Andrew came out to greet me, provided a general time for completion and directed me to their waiting area which included a lounge like environment, cafe, theatre, gaming area for children, and who knows what else. The diognostic checkup took longer than expected and the news to follow bleek. The check engine light was the least of my troubles, the thorough inspection provided by the technician identified critical repairs needed which I was shown including a split drive belt among other things. On my budget, I thought I would have to walk away but Andrew and I reviewed the recommended services, identified the critical repairs needed, and negociated a price that I could afford for these repairs. I was provided a rental car free of charge while they repaired my vehicle. They even went as far as repairing a couple small items that were not on the list such as the dashboard light and water line. I an beyond pleased with the quality of service receieved from the staff, Andrew was wonderful, the rental car agent was very pleasant and the technician who repaired my car did an awesome job. I now have a place to take my car that I trust will do right by me.

I purchased a 2010 Prius from Courtesy Toyota. My sales person was George Ibrahim. George is highly knowledgeable, friendly, and instantly gained my trust. His emphasis seemed to be on meeting my needs and making sure I had a good buying experience. Courtesy didn't have the Prius I wanted with the advanced technology package in stock. George located one at another dealership. I got a fair price on my trade and George made the buying experience enjoyable and stress free. I had been to another dealership previously, where the emphasis seemed to be on the quick sale, selling me what they had on their lot, whether it matched my needs or not. It was indeed refreshing to walk in to Courtesy and have the customer centered experience I had.We love the Prius, but it developed a high speed (above 60 mph) squeak which was hard to isolate. My service advisor, Jason Rubel, had his technicians ride with me to try to isolate the troublesome squeak. The technicians were so knowledgeable and friendly, but after a few appointments, the high speed squeak persisted. The service director, Stewart Burzee, got involved, having other technicians try to isolate the squeak. The problem was finally resolved when Mr Burzee himself rode laying down in the back seat, with the door open, at 60 mph on the interstate, identifying the source by pressing on the rocker panel under the door. It was a defective clip. The personal involvement of Mr Burzee in diagnosing the problem and the persistence of his staff are exemplary. They are true professionals!My youngest daughter and her husband in Fort Myers, FL were recently in the market for a car. I recommended they drive the 200 miles up to Orlando to buy their car from the best car dealership I've encountered. I sent them to George Ibrahim. My daughter and her husband had the same enjoyable, stress free purchase experience as I did. They bought a Venza. I have since recommended Courtesy Toyota to several of my friends. Courtesy Toyota has the qualities one hopes for in a dealership, both in the way they treat you during the purchase process, and the way they take care of their customers after the sale.

Bob Lavin did a wonderful job with my purchase as he asked the appropriate questions upon my arrival and then found the proper vehicle to match my desires for the least cost to me.Now, stating that? I purchased this vehicle under the Costco Executive Membership Program and with it I was provided a Gift Certificate for $50.00 (from the dealership) and 15% off parts and services. Prior to closing my vehicle purchase? I requested a written quote for Camry 2011 - Body Side Moldings - and Bob did so immediately. Then when I returned after my purchase and communicated with my assigned Service Representative? First, I called Joe Fortier and I was informed by the receptionists that he was busy with another customer, which was very acceptable. But after two + hours, I received a return phone call. That is not acceptable to me when after the simple question I was asking demanded that I appear at the dealership.Once I arrived at the dealership for services I desired within a month of my purchase? I had to wait over 45 minutes for the parts department to update the original proposal (which I provided to them in writing) I was given for the accessory I wanted. Then Joe, after being prompted by me, finally provided me with the NEW PRICE which was very much different than the price I was quoted prior to my purchase. The price he gave me now was well over 3 times the original quote. I was beside myself and then took a minute to think about the unconcerned people you have working for your company in your parts department that rush through everything. So, then I looked at the quote and I pointed out to Joe that this proposal was for a Spoiler and NOT Door Accent Moldings. The original written proposal for the desired work was given to the person in the parts department by Joe (with part numbers, etc) so this fact even lessens the opportunity for an excuse by the parts departments error.I do understand that unfortunate things do occur on a daily basis that should not but this is ridiculous and I do love the Service Department at that location and Joe normally does a great job for us but your Parts Department is crappy at best and they should slow down an provide much more concern for a recent purchaser than they do on their daily routine walk-in people.I felt bad for Joe as I felt the parts department just didn't show him any respect whatsoever and made him look like a fool!I assure you I would never purchase parts or accessories from this dealership in the future.Finally, I have called after one week from ordering my parts (which I was told it would be a week at most) and the parts still aren't in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My car would not start on Sunday afternoon. I called Courtesy and spoke with Jennifer and then Alden. Both were very friendly. AAA can to my home and determined there was something wrong with the electrical sysemt. I called Alden who set up an 8:15 A.M. appointment and advised where to drop have the toe truck drop the car. This amoring at around 8:20 I spoke to Ben Smith the Assistant Superviseor who advised I needed a new starter and a Serpentine belt. I purchased an 08 Camry that I found online on their website. The ad clearly stated that dealer fees were included but tax, tag, title was not included. No problem I thought. After driving the car the games started. Figures were presented to me and the price was $700 above and beyond the advertised price after adding tax, tag, and title fee. When I questioned the amount being wrong an attempt was made to tell me they was not actually charging me the amount on the paper. I then took the paper scratched out the $700 fee and stated: "This is what the correct price should be and thats all Im going to pay". The salesman said: "OK" let me present this to my supervisor. He comes back and says OK your offer is accepted so how do you want to do the financing? I said since I have a high beacon score and its a used car I still want a minimum of 4% for 60mths and Im paying $5,000 down and Ive already estimated my payment. Those are the terms I want and will not settle for anything different. After a few moments the salesman returns with another individual who basically lied to me stating that 6.49% was the best interest rate I could get and my payment was going to be higher than I wanted. Thats typical....they make $$ off the financing or they were attempting to. So I said no thats not going to get me the payment I need so its unacceptable. He then stated I could arrange my own financing if I thought I could do better. I said thats fine give me the amount you need a check for and I will go get my own financing because I know I can beat your interest rate and I also know you have more financing options that would beat 6.49% but, he insisted that simply was not the case. He then told me I would need a buyers order to obtain financing on my own and I said no problem print it up and give it to me. It wasnt no time after that scene until a third gentleman Mr. Mike Aly appeared and escorted me from the used car area to the new car area and was inquiring as to what it would take to sell me the car. I said that I wanted a better interest rate than I was given because my credit was excellent and that the payment would be acceptable if I was given that rate. He said to give him a few minutes and he would see what he could do. Mr. Aly came back after about 20min. and gave me a 2.3% for 60mths. so I signed the paperwork. So the best possible rate went from 6.49% to 2.3%. I do not like being played and treated like an idiot. I was lied to and disrespected by the unnamed gentleman. I have edited this posting to include a positive experience. After making this post I was contacted and apologized to for the way I was treated. The gentleman Mr. Rodriquez was very polite and helpful. He arranged for me to get a second key at no charge to me because after the closing of the deal I only had one key and was told that an additional key would cost $250. Thank You Mr. Rodriquez for being a stand up gentleman and attempting to repair the damage done by one of the other members of your staff.

We had been wanting a new car and originally had been directed to the KIA dealer down the road by our son. We had one of the most unhappy purchasing experiences we had ever had in our lives. So unhappy, that we almost gave up even wanting to purchase a new car at least for awhile. On our way home, we remembered that we both had purchased vehicles from your Toyota dealership. Mine many years ago when I lived near your dealership back then it was Orlando Toyota. My wife had actually purchased the van we were driving from your dealership and had always had excellent performance from it(past tense since we purchased a car).We walked in just wanting to see what was available. We met David, and David spent a lot of time with us showing us different vehicles that could fit our budget and what we had described we wanted. We had arrived late to do our unhappy experience with the other dealer. David stayed with us until almost midnight that evening even after every-one else had left at least in the general vicinity. David also spent additional time in driving with us home in order to get paperwork so we did not have to return to the dealership. David in our eyes was one of the best sales associates we had ever had the pleasure of working with. He had gone out of his way to make us happy, he was honorable and seamed to care deeply making sure we were satisfied customers.Due to Davids actions we want to express our deepest appreciation and respect to your dealership and company. I will for the rest of my lives be why we first consider purchasing a Toyota above other vehicles. In retrospect I wish I had replaced my Toyota SR5 that I owned with another Toyota truck. When I traded it in I had had no engine nor drive train problems and received top dollar for the trade in. Since then my Dodge truck has given me nothing but grief, and being on disability it seams we are stuck with it.But, thanks to you we do have one reliable vehicle again.P.S. I do wish a lease option would have been offered or discussed with us. We did not even think about a lease option on a vehicle until after we returned home nor had known about the lower payments. We may have been able to afford a larger vehicle with a few more options, and once when I was back to work at full salary we would have been able to trade it up probably at less of a loss to ourselves. I stressed for months knowing that I was going to do "car shopping". My husband and I must of looked at hundreds of Toyota Tundra's until we found the perfect one sitting in Courtesy Toyota in WinterPark. The saleslady that assisted us is named Jessica A Carrasco. I have never met a saleslady with so much patience, tolerance, and willingness to assist! We did not buy immediately because I wanted to make sure that we were obtaining the "the best deal". We must have called Jessica at least ten times with additional questions and went back to the dealer at least 3 times. After many opinions from friends, family, and other professional in the field, we came to the conclusion that the price-financing, options, and professionalism could not be beat.We are very happy that we purchased the Tundra and are looking forward to purchasing our Sienna or Sequoia at the end of this year. Al is a great person and a great sales man. I have bought many cars before and have never had such pleasant experience in doing so. He is very patient, never asked the wrong questions and was very honest even about his knowledge of the vehicle we purchased. He is very friendly, patient and not pushy at all. We are looking to buy another Toyota and we will purchase it from Al no questions asked.Quality of Work: Even though I am aware this is a team effort, this whole thing started with Al and it ended with AL. Again his work and quality of work to us was excellent.Friendliness: We couldn't have had a friendlier person. I wish all of our past dealership experiences were like the one we had with AL. Al was friendly at ALL times no matter how the deal was going. We have lots of respect for AL.Overall Experience: Again I have bought/leased more than 13 cars now and not once have I had such great experience as I had with AL and this dealership. Normally I hate going through the process, but would repeat this again with AL.Price: We were very close to where we wanted to be, therefore I can't complain. After going to almost every Hybrid car dealer in the Orlando area, my wife and I were most impressed with the honesty and open dialogue that was created by your entire staff. Bob was a joy and blessing to meet and work with. He was very patient in discussing and explaining all the detailed questions we had. The last new car purchase we make here in Orlando had a good sales staff, but the service department left a lot to be desired. (Lost my maintenance record book, were not prompt in keeping with preset schedules, high turn-over employee rate, and would take much longer for regular service that I have ever experienced before (1-2 hrs per oil change). A person would wonder, "What on earth are they doing to my vehicle?)

We went to Winter Park Toyota looking to learn before we bought and that is exactly what happened. Renaud Peters met us in the parking lot and took us through Toyota 101 in regards hybrids and showed us the cars we asked about with patience and open information as we went through the product line. From the first discussion until the night we signed the paperwork and drove off the lot, Renaud was personable, informative and low pressure, with the type of rapport with us that helped to us to form a decision with comfort and confidence. This was how car buying should be, and we will certainly be back to do it again as the need dictates. I had done a lot of homework on the Prius before I came to Courtesy. I had already made up my mind that it was to be the Prius V. I had received an e-mail and then talked to Bob on the phone. I made an appointment to visit the dealership. We talked for a bit and then he got the key remote so that I could test drive it. I, immediately, fell in love with the car. I really hadn't planned to buy it that day, but before I knew it, I was driving away in my new car. The finanacing went smoothly. Bob also introdued me to the service manager. I want the best price there is on my trade and the vehicle I'm buying. Mr Bob Lavin hung in there with me to the bitter Sweet end !! The dealership will give you a good price for tradein's as well as the new car your buying.In conclusion Mr Eunice sales GM and Mr Bob Lavin are great guys to do business with! As for the best part I have been back to the dealership a couple of times for service and questions and a person could not have ask for better help with either questions and service was over the top in my book. We had a horrible experience with Toyota of Orlando so we decided to give Courtesy Toyota a try. We ended up with a newer giant sales guy by the name of Basil who couldn't have been a nicer guy who was very knowledgeable and straight forward. He was the absolute opposite of our Toyota of Orlando sales guy who was pushy and just down right slimey. We found our Camry on the lot, exactly how we wanted it, and he let us continue on a pace we felt comfortable with. We believe we received a fair price and the transition was seamless. I understand a dealerships reputation can vary by the sales person, but this experience was great and I would recommend this store and sales person to my friends and family.

Let me start off by saying that I have never felt the need to write an online review of any establishment, either positive or negative, for any reason until now. However, I feel so strongly displeased with the consistent incompetence of the service staff of the Courtesy Toyota in Winter Park, that I feel I would be doing others in the area a disservice if I didn't give them fair warning before considering this location. I am not a car expert. That's why I pay the premium price of having my car serviced at the dealership. Due to faulty work in the service department, my 5 year old vehicle experienced complete engine failure. My service rep then began fabricating stories about the details of my maintenance in an attempt to rid himself of liability. I tried my best to work out a fair deal to take a brand new car off the lot, but rather than working with me in a professional manner, I had to wait endlessly in the showroom while they were "crunching numbers' for me and listen to Younes, the sales manager, gloat to a new sales associate about how much he can make in commission. As someone who has experience in professional selling, this is completely unacceptable, especially considering the circumstances. At the advice of my lawyer, I towed my vehicle from Toyota's lot, since it seemed no good faith agreement would be possible. After hearing this, they ripped up my $4K bill for repairs, and replaced my engine at no cost to me. What a generous change of heart, huh?After all this, you are probably curious why I would continue to have my vehicle serviced there. I simply assumed that after a nightmare experience like that with potential legal implications, I would be the last person they would want to treat in less than a professional manner. You would think that when I pulled my car in for service, red flags would go up in the history of the vehicle saying, "whatever you do, don't screw this up again." Wrong. Another misinformed service rep order a "missing part" for my car that mysteriously disappeared at my cost. I was shocked to see my oil change come out to $92 without any warning. After I paid the bill reluctantly, it was explained that the part was missing because it was only designed for cars built before 2003 and that it was not needed at all on my car. I hope my experience is an isolated one. The one shining light in this establishment is the even-tempered, apologetic professionalism of Stuart, the service manager, whose automotive knowledge seems to supersede the combined knowledge on the rest of the staff below him. Best case scenario, if everything goes as well here, be prepared to be inundated by letters, emails, and phone calls asking you to provide feedback afterwards. Today was my last visit to Courtesy Toyota of Winter Park.

The serving of the car there is a nightmare. Alot of bait and switch. I got rid of my Toyota just so I don't have to deal with the service again. If you're not paying attention, your tires are not rotated and all of a sudden, they are recommending all sorts of work done on your car, though mine was a year old. Good riddance! Went to David Maus and not only was the experience alot better and the paperwork shorter, I drive a better car with more power for the same money! My Toyota Sienna broke down while visiting my son who goes to college at UCF in Orlando. Since we were out-of-towners we felt that having it towed to a Toyota dealer would be safer and have less rip-off potential. I guess I was wrong.I knew the problem was in the top half of the engine and expected that this would not be a cheap fix but could be fixed. Rob, my service representative, called me and immediately started preparing me for an engine replacement. I asked if they took any part of the engine apart to reach that conclusion and was told that the Mechanic had a gut feeling. He quoted me $4500.00 for a used engine and $8500.00 for a rebuilt engine. I know a little about cars and knew that I was being victimized. I then arranged with an auto transport company to bring my car to my mechanic in South Florida at a cost of $445.00.My mechanic repaired the engine the same day for $400.00 and it runs like a new car. I would hope that the Corporate heads of Toyota reads this review and shuts this dealer down. I love Toyota cars, but this place tarnishes the reputation of Toyota.

I had gone to the service station of Courtesy on a sunday afternoon to have my alignment fixed, tires rotated and some routine maintenance. They called me up at evening to let me know that the car was ready. I had to wait around an hour outside the dealership because the car was in fact not ready for me to take out!!! When I finally got the car, the alignment was completely screwed up... more than what was originally wrong. Then I checked that the tires were not rotated (I had a new tire and it had not moved from it's place). I was so frustrated, that I took the car back. Unfortunately, the dealership had closed by then. When I went back next, the dealership denied that they didn't do the service. Only when I did show the proof did they really refund my money back. I've never been to that hell-hole since that experience.

Bait and switch! They actually admitted that they never had the car advertised for the price advertised, and admitted that they left additional dealer fees out of their ad because knowing all the fees "people would not come to the dealer." In my opinion, this dealer does not understand Truth in Advertising.
