He explained the pro's and con's of both options and didn't try to sell me on either one. If you're looking for a low pressure/low stress car buying experience, ask for Mark Y.

We walked into the showroom and immediately greeted by Khaled. We were interested in a new Honda Pilot and wanted more information and test drive. We had purchased an Accord in 2005 and had a very good experience then and that is why we returned. We keep our cars for a long time and were also trading in a CR-V with over 200,000 miles. I liked Khaled from the first meeting, but I did research for about month to upgrade my old minivan and came back to Khaled with fixed price in mind. Khaled delivered White Pearl Odyssey SE for the price I wanted, even that was almost half way below initial estimates and prices that other dealers could provide. He also provided great, friendly service during all the time and I drove home on my dream car and highly impressed! Don't go anywhere else, if you planning to buy Honda!

The staff at this dealership are nothing short of fantastic. Our car buying experience (while lengthy, which is to be expected) was remarkable. Professional, friendly, FUNNY, and thorough, we never felt pressured or haggled with. The facility is the cleanest I've ever seen, there's Starbucks, popcorn, a play-room for kiddos waiting on parents, and the perks for car-buyers literally cannot be beat (free oil changes for life, massages/manicures while you wait on service, comfortable seating and tvs and refreshments.

I initially met Brian Fabricatore in the showroom and explained I was just there to look and get the feel of the CR-V. He was accommodating and explained the features of the auto and answered my questions. I explained to him I was not ready to test drive as I wanted to check out a couple of other models (Toyota, Ford and Nissan). He was fine with that and did not pressure me in any way. After putting hands on the other options and driving them, I decided the Honda was what I wanted. Going back to Brian, we completed the deal with little "haggling" and I believe I got a adequate deal. He walked me through the intricacies of the various systems and helped me feel comfortable with the new car. He got the car ready and I was able to drive it off the lot the same day. I couldn't ask for a better sales person than Brian

This was our first purchase with Autopark Honda, having previously leased a CR-V through them. Received an e-mail from Allen Alston about coming in to discuss an early lease termination. Allen did a great job and then turned us over to Brian Fabricatore. Brian was wondewrful! Bedides being knowledgable about the various vehicles, he was extremely friendly and pleasent to deal with. There was never any pressure to over-buy, or to choose options we did not want or need. He was very honest about the pros and cons a-of the options offered, and realistic about what would best meet our needs. Brian made the process of buying a car easy. He is one of the reasons we will keep going back to Autopark. We have always found the sales associates, and everyone else, to be very pleasent and easy to deal with, but even in this great field Brian stands out. He was a real pleasure to work with.

Inexperience mechanic , don't know what the issue, A/C was not getting cool, like some time it used on and off,Good mechanic will know what the issue, they replaced the relay and charged $160 , took the car and was same issue, informed same, they said replacing new replay and later said compressor needs a change and will cost 1200 Never go to autopark honda

We needed a 2nd car. Went in with the Honda HR-V in mind and worked with Craig Nashsin. After test driving my wife wanted to look at the Honda Civic. Wow! Mr. Khaled Elridi at AutoPark was one of the best (if not THE best) sales consultant I have ever worked with! I have bought many cars over the years and, based on past experience, was expecting the experience to be a long, drawn out process. However, I was pleasantly surprised! Negotiations were pleasant, straightforward and quick! Mr. Elridi was extremely knowledgeable about what he was selling and, clearly, believes in the quality of his product and the integrity of the dealership. (I can also say the same for, John Escano, the finance guy. Top-notch employees!) One other thing about Khaled that impressed me was that he went out of his way, on his own personal time and, AFTER the deal was done, to give me a ride back from Car Max (who offered me more for my trade-in). (Proof, to me, that building the customer relationship was more important to him than the individual sale.) Kudos!

Shawn Whitfield listened to my needs and found the right lease vehicle at the right price for me and my family. Listening is a skill, and Shawn (despite his youth), has mastered the skill of listening to customers and responding in an efficient, professional manner. Never did I get the impression that the interests of the dealership were a priority over my satisfaction. I needed to downgrade my Honda due to retirement by trading-in for a lease vehicle. Buying a car at Autopark was stress-free, and they provide a lot of support even after purchase. When I got to the dealership I met Don Hillenbrand. I told him I was looking for an Accord with leather and navigation. He asked what kind of phone I had and told him an I phone. He explained how I can use the smart phone on my new Accord and talk to Siri. I can use the navigation thru my phone,texting etc., but it is on my Honda screen. I found out I did not need the navigation and saved $2000. Thanks Don. Everything went well during the purchase and Don went over the features. Could not be happier.

James Spivey helped me with my car buying process starting in October and ending this April with a new HRV. He showed patience and care even though the HRV is a high demand vehicle for which he could find another customer easily. My family shopped around other dealerships to find the best price, but James and his managers are the fairest to deal with, and as one of the bigger Honda dealers in NC, they were able to beat any other offer from the other dealers.

I normally dread having to purchase a car and deal with a car dealership. But Keith and Christopher changed my perception of what buying a car could be like. My wife and I would highly recommend working with Khaled. No high pressure sales tactics and very informative on the Honda Pilot and CR-V's we were looking at. He also said if we have any questions at all to give him a call. The end of the sale is just the beginning of the relationship. We mentioned we were on the fence with a Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander. He encouraged us to go to the Toyota dealer and test drive a Highlander to make our own conclusion. We did try a Highlander and made a trip back to Honda. Ended up going with a Certified Pre-Owned Honda CR-V EX-L. The Pilot was just too much vehicle for us. We cannot thank Khaled enough for the help and the trusting relationship we have started.

We came to this particular Honda because the service department is far better than the one closer to our house. We were looking for a used Pilot with a specific budget and mileage requirements. They has several in stock and very helpful to find us what we were looking for. Justin was our salesmen and we were out test driving a car within 15 minutes of arriving at the dealer. He was super patient with both us wanting to drive the car and us having our infant with us (including on the test drive). He wasn't pushy but very helpful getting all the information we asked about. He was efficient and knowledgeable about the whole process. The finance department was also great. We were out within 4 hours and leaving with our car. I took my Honda Ridgeline in for service and the quality of service was excellent from beginning to end. I was quoted a price for the service before I took the vehicle in, and the final price was a couple of dollars difference with no surprises. The only issue I had was with the reservation. I changed the reservation from Friday to Monday but the person with whom I spoke did not effectively make the change because when I arrived at the dealership, the reservation was still on for Friday. Overall, the service was excellent.

Prior to moving to the area I had a Honda dealership that I knew and loved, so there were some big shoes that Autopark had to fill. Landon has been the service advisor that I have been dealing with when I have needed oil changes or repairs. Landon and all the other employees that help me have always been very polite, friendly and professional. Landon always keeps his promise on calling you with updates. The repairs are completed when they say they will be, the entire dealership is clean and the waiting room is comfortable.

Carly Ricker was wonderful as was her sales manager Chris and the finance manager as well. I didn't go in to the dealership expecting to purchase a vehicle that day but Carly was so patient and addressed any concerns I had. Her relaxed yet attentive personality really put me at ease. I have to admit, I was a little nervous and under the gun to purchase a vehicle as I was in the midst of a sudden job change (losing a company car) and dealing with an upcoming surgery (which was yesterday) that would put me out of commission and not able to "shop around as much" so to speak. But, again, Carly was so "laid back" and "low pressure" yet confident in the product and her dealership. And I must say that while I will not be able to drive the car (I did drive it for 4 days after I picked it up) for a while due to my surgery, I have not had one bit of buyer's remorse and don't expect to. Thanks to Autopark for Carly and her professionalism and personal touch. I would definitely recommend the dealership (and Carly) to anyone interested in a Honda (or any other vehicle they supply). I hope to buy my next vehicle there although I have a feeling the Honda will be a keeper for a while!

Buying a new vehicle ranks on my list of things I enjoy doing right around "getting root canal" - so I generally approach it without a great deal of expectation. Buying a vehicle at Auto Park Honda was one of the best car buying experiences I've had in a long, long time. Brian Fabricatore greeted my wife, daughter and me at the door and helped us through the whole processes with a great deal of patience and professionalism. Despite lousy weather (we just had a pretty unpleasant snow/sleet/ice event), Brian went the extra mile in getting us set up to test drive a new CR-V and worked with us to get a deal in place that we were all comfortable with. I would not hesitate to recommend Brian and Auto Park Honda to anyone looking for a new Honda.

I have purchased 2 Honda Civic Si from Salesperson Jae Kim for past few years, and time and time again, I continue to recieve some of the best customer service in my car buying experience. Jae has always managed to get the model and color I wanted. This past week, I purchased my first Honda Accord, because I wanted more room and slightly better fuel effeciency. It took a little longer than I expected, but that was because like the two Si's before, I needed the Accord in a Manual Transmission which I know in the industry is slightly hard to find. BUT, once again Jae made it happpen. Another reason i would recommend Jae Kim for assistance in purchasing your Honda, is because once he finds the vehicle that best fits you or the one you want, he prepares everything in a timely manner, and every time I have dealth with buying a car, he makes it so fast and easy.

I had to make the decision to purchase a new car because my current car was out of commission and I was spending too much money each year in its up keep. Before going to Honda I had made my mind up that I was going to be stern and not very nice to the sales people because they typically prey on young women. However, upon meeting Ronny Davis I knew that I would not have to be mean because he was going to give me a great price and take care of me. The 8 collective hours I spent there were highly comical and not taxing at all. I recommend Cary autopark to everyone who is looking for a new car (or a comedy break) because the staff is excellent. Worked with Allen Alsten in purchasing a new Honda Odyssey 2016. It was a great experience - quick and awesome discount compared to other dealers. This is the second time I worked with Allen. My experience did not start well, but Brent Mikell saved it turning a 1 rating to a 4.5. The first salesperson I dealt with did not search the inventory correctly and the car I wanted the first day went to see the dealer, and was told is not on the lot, was sold later in the day after I left. I found this out the next day when searched the inventory online and found the car I wanted. Unfortunately, it was sold at the end of the previous day and the inventory was not updated Saturday night. But I went back and worked with Brent Mikell he got me in a car that I liked just as much as the one I originally wanted. He got me features that I did not think I would pay more for, but the added cost for the next trim up was well worth those options and I have found those options invaluable now that I own the car. Thanks Brent. Vinnie Ferrone processed the paperwork and he was very easy to work with even though I did not want add ons offered (no pressure to buy).Thanks Vinnie. I just wish I had more time to consider the increased interest rate as a result of the extended term adding on the Gap Insurance and keeping the payment the same. Just a tip for anyone else, please consider. Not a slight of Brent or Vinnie though. Great guys to work with!!!

I had a great car buying experience at Auto Park Honda in Cary. Barbara Yarber made the whole car-buying process easy and painless. There was no hassle or price haggling and not once was I ever pressured or rushed into buying a car. Barbara made the whole process stress-free and worry-free. She got me a good deal on a used 2014 Honda Civic. Given my current situation (was in a car accident that totaled my car), I needed a new car fairly quickly, but not once did I ever feel rushed into buying something here. I came to Auto Park at 8:30 am and was in my car ready to go by lunch time. Some other perks of this dealership: -I was able to get a better interest rate by financing through Auto Park Honda rather than with my credit union. -Barbara and other staff will help you return your rental car. In my case, I was rear-ended by another driver who's insurance was paying for my rental. Barbara let me drop the rental car off at Enterprise and she even picked me up and took me back to my new car at the Honda dealership. -Barbara offered advice on my car purchase and treated me like a family member rather than just another sale. -Free Starbucks Coffee and popcorn is always nice too! :) Thank you Auto Park Honda and Barbara and Vinnie for making my car-buying process the best possible.

After Having my Accord serviced and the tires rotated we heard a strange noise from the front wheel. We took the car back to AutoPark Honda to have this checked out.Our service technician Jason, had the car checked out and found a wear problem on the front tires. They then re-rotated the tires and fixed the noise problem. When I went to check out I found that there was no charge. I was shocked that a dealership would fix a problem they did not create, and do it for free. Thank you Jason and the AutoPark service team.

I can't say enough good things about Calvin Ng and the Auto Park Honda teem! I've been a loyal customer for more than twenty years and that alone should speak for itself. There are three main reasons that I've given my loyalty to Auto Park Honda. 1.) The sales team and the training they receive to better serve their customers as far as I am concerned is second to none. My experience Calvin NG, the sales rep that I purchased my car from was as good as it can get. He was very competent & attentive during the process. He made eye contact with me, used my name, leaned forward & listened to what I had to say and then responded appropriately, was knowledgeable about the product he was selling, gave complete and accurate answers to any questions I had, if he didnt know the answer he would tell me that he didnt know and would research it and get back to me with a correct answer. Not just guess. 2.) Auto Park Hondas prices are as competitive if not better than anyplace else. 3.) The service department backs up what they sell & you can thank Kevin Mills for that. He oversees the Auto Park Honda service team & he is the guy that Ive been dealing with for over twenty years and the reason that I continue to be a loyal customer to Auto Park Honda. Only twice in the twenty years since Ive been a customer Ive had an unsatisfactory issue with service and when I brought it to Kevins attention he immediately stopped whatever it was he was doing and solved my problem to my satisfaction before I left the building. From the moment we walked in and our consultant greeted us the experience was very enjoyable. No pressure and no "typical" Car sales gimmicks and games. No one enjoys going car shopping because of years of bad auto dealer reputations. In my opinion this dealership and staff has taken away that worry and fear and they treated me and my family very well. Caleb took me, my wife, and kids around in a golf cart to view inventory that was far away. The kids really enjoyed the ride. Negotiating and working out the deal we wanted was easy and low pressure. Glenn was very respectful and understood what we needed and made every effort to accommodate us. Johanna Que was the best Finance person I have ever dealt with and that includes my time actually working within a dealership environment. She understood what we wanted and didn't and explained all our options thoroughly and quickly. Once we made a decision she didn't get upset or pushy like most other dealership finance managers do. She was a pleasure to work with. In addition to the staff the showroom and facilities were very updated, clean, and even decorated for the holiday. The kids waiting area was great bonus, our kids enjoyed playing there, eating popcorn, making a mess (sorry), and making new friend who where also purchasing a Honda Odyssey like us. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know and I can't speak for any of the other salespeople, but Caleb Elks was great.

My son was having problems with his 2008 Civic overheating for the past several months. We added anti-freeze several times, but could find no leaks in hoses or the radiator. We were about to take it to our regular mechanic when our son did some research online and found from consumer reports that there was an issue with the engine block cracking on certain Civics model years 2006-2009 causing the coolant to leak out. The report said Honda would replace the engine block for affected models at no costs. I was doubtful this would be the case, since no recall had been issued. But we took the Civic to AutoPark Honda and Mark was great!! He looked up the VIN, saw that our car qualified and said all they had to do was check to make sure it was indeed the engine block. We left the car and by the end of the day Mark notified us that the engine block was indeed cracked and that they would replace it at no cost to us!! Within a week we had our car back without paying a cent!! We were even offered a loaner car during the time we were without our vehicle!! I call that exceptional service!!

Khaled was WONDERFUL!!! He is friendly and professional, an excellent salesman without being pushy. We had a limited budget and he worked with us until we could find the car that fit our family's needs and our budget. It took several weeks for the right car to come along, but Khaled recognized it was the car for us and called us right away. After a test drive, the process was so easy and Khaled moved things along quickly into Vinnie's hands. Vinnie was great! My wife and I bought a new 2015 Civic Hybrid last night from AutoPark Honda, and the experience could not have been better. The sales consultants, JAE KIM, is a rock star. His knowledge of the Honda product, and his easy-going demeanor, made buying from him, an easy decision. When we got to the financing, which is usually the most painful part of the car-buying process, KAIN SCHENK was also amazing. The entire process with Kain only took about an hour and a half. After we bought the car, Jae spent time showing us how to use everything in the vehicle, paired her phone to the Bluetooth, set up her call list and even added her music! After thinking several months about trading in my 2004 Honda Accord for a late model used car I went to see the Sales Manager Glen Finkel who had sold 3 other Honda cars to me in the past. In speaking with Glen he explained how it would be beneficial to consider a new 2015 model instead of buying a a 2013 used car but I still had some reservations. He introduced me to one of his sales associates Craig Nachsin who showed a couple of Accords to me and explained the latest and greatest features that I would be missing out on by not purchasing new. He was very thorough, very sincere and friendly, and not pushy. He went over the financing options with me, reviewed the trade in amount and we came to an agreement that I felt was a great price. Buying a car is not usually a pleasant experience but I would say that it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend doing business with Craig and Glen as they are honest, sincere and more importantly trustworthy.

I bought an Accord Coupe from Jae Kim at this dealership. All in all I was satisfied with the experience. Mr. Kim answered all of my questions, did a walkthrough over both the financial documents and the car-specific basics. Did not try to pressure me into a purchase. Was able to contrast the differences between the Accord and the Civic SI that I bought from the same dealer earlier in the year. Did not try to upsell. I got the car for $500 less than my offering price which was a nice surprise.

Charlie Bruce: not only did he know the exact number of cupholders, but he could also demonstrate the ease of use of each button on the car as well as all the features such as rearrangment of seats. I went to other dealerships and found sales associates did not have the skills or knowledge of the vehicle. Additionally, charlie put no pressure on me to purchase the car - he let me take my time to feel reassured with the deal. Charlie also made a special arrangement for me to get my trade back as I changed my mind after the car was purchased. Once we agreed to a price, the process in getting the car was quick. I appreciated the clarity in the paperwork process. I highly recommend Charlie when buying a car. I would definitely request to work w/ Charlie for my future Honda purchases.

I feel comfortable walking in the service dept. as a woman without my husband with me and know I will not be told lies to just get money. I love the atmosphere it's relaxing and professional. I only went for an oil change but the fee for and oil change is cheaper than jiffy lube. In addition to being cheaper, you know they will take care of you and your car at autopark honda. If I had to buy another car I would go to autopark honda because of my great experience with the service dept.

Auto Park Honda staff are truly exceptional at what they do. I walked into the dealership with a plan in my mind but a lot of doubt and confusion but as soon as I met Barbara, she was able to put provide me with a new perspective of options that were actually VERY affordable and appropriate for my situation. I was very pleased and grateful with the way Barbara and her team worked diligently for hours to provide me with a deal that would work for me. I have to say after shopping around, Auto Park Honda, is by far the easiest to do business with!! They make the process quick and they do all dealings via computer right in front of you - (no going to the back to talk to a manager, having to wait for 30 minutes, come back, negotiate, go back to the manager, etc. -). They were very professional and when we went out to get our new car we noticed an issue, Khaleed immediately went and got the manager and instead of trying to fix the issue they said let's just get her another car (and they can do this as they have the most inventory around)!! The process took a little longer because of this but I am grateful that they went that far just to make it right and that they will go to this extreme just to make their customers happy. Brent Mikell made our car shopping and buying experience so easy. He is an awesome salesperson with a no pressure attitude with his customers. I had a great sales person, Khaled Elridi, who took great care of my wife and my needs. He showed a vehicle that just matched our needs without wasting time on looking at other cars. He answered all our questions and went the extra mile to get some answers that he did not have. We have a smooth sale although there was an issue from the financier, Khaled, provided a solution. I expected Nissan dealers to provide the treatment since I had been with Nissan for 3 generations as far as I know. I would love to go back to Khaled to purchase my next vehicles. I didn't anticipate having to buy a car for another 3+ years, but when the time came that I really had no choice, Auto Park Honda was the first place I went, simply based on their responsiveness and helpfulness via email and phone. When I arrived, I was greeted outside by Barbara and a sales person in training. They brought me inside, and we started talking about the situation, and looking at what I could afford to get. When it became obvious that I was not going to be able to get what I initially had in mind, they didn't just turn me away or treat me differently, we worked through it to find a solution that I would be happy with. I normally get terrible buyer's remorse, but they helped me avoid that turmoil with such a large purchase. I came for a CR-V, but I ended up with a 2015 Civic. I NEVER thought I would be happy with a sedan but I have to say, this is by far the best car I have ever owned and I do LOVE it. I will refrain from reviewing the car itself, but the process of getting it - and the "push" to try something outside my initial comfort level was perfect. I love my car, and will absolutely be returning to Auto Park for future car-buying needs (as well as referring my friends to go to them as well)

Had a very good experience with Autopark Honda overall. Bought a new Accord 2015 Sedan. Craig Nachsin, the salesperson, was super helpful, and very kind. He spent a lot of time with us and explained the necessary things. The recently promoted manager Chris said a Hi to us, but didn't talk much, and the new Finance Manager took a very long time to respond, had to wait for a long time to finish certain paper work. When I visited Autopark Honda in 2014 July, it was an awful experience with a different salesperson, who told us they don't sell cars to the people with Work Visa and he didn't care to explain a dime. This time I was lucky to have Craig Nachsin as the Salesperson and he made a difference.

Having bought only brand new cars in the past, I started my search for a used Accord with concerns about the risks of undetected problems. Fortunately, Jae Kim helped me get all the information I needed to buy the car I wanted with confidence. He patiently answered my many questions and accommodated my need for multiple visits to the dealership to test drive the car. He also allowed me to take the car to an independent auto mechanic for an inspection. Then, when I had last-minute questions about something I did not notice until driving the car back from the inspection, he was quick to ask someone from the service department to ride with me in the car to check it out. I could not have asked for better customer service, and Jae Kims expertise, professionalism and good-natured personality made him a pleasure to work with.

This was my second new car purchase at AutoPark Honda within the last 7 months. My daughter had just graduated from college and I wanted to co-sign with her on a new H-RV. Our sales consultant, Brent Mikell, called me when he located the exact car we wanted- a white 2016 H-RV, EX w/2wd. We were able to write a check for deposit to hold the car while we examined our options with trade in or selling her current vehicle ourselves. Charlie is a consummate professional and great to work with...knowledgable, helpful, thorough; the process was efficient and pleasant. Charlie Bruce was extremely helpful when I came to trade in my 2015 CR-V with 2500 miles on that I had for less than 6 months. When I explained it was in an accident due to another party running a red light and caused more than 25% damage to the vehicle and I wanted another one, he volunteered to sell me the new one at cost. The truck got delayed multiple times (not the dealerships fault), and there was no ETA of when it would arrive. Have been thinking about purchasing a new vehicle for some time now to replace a vehicle that was old and had high miles. With kids we wanted to make sure we had something reliable and of course were looking at minivans. Had actually stopped by KIA and almost bought one but said hey, let me go around the corner and see what Honda can do (my wife really wanted an Odyssey). As soon as I got out of my car Raymond was there to welcome me. He was very friendly so I told him that I was interested in the Odyssey, didn't need to test drive or anything else, just needed to talk numbers. If the numbers were right then I would be walking out of the dealership the owner of a brand new Odyssey. It took quite a bit of back and forth and Raymond was a great negotiator, to the point that I almost walked out! However, he worked with me and was eventually able to get me right where I wanted to be on price, financing, etc. and the deal was done. It was then on to Vinnie from Naples! I love Italian people (my wife is Italian) and he was the nicest guy! Went through all the paperwork and he got me the best financing rate possible and even got my payment down a little more! I have purchased and leased many vehicles but the customer experience that I had working with Raymond and Vinnie was fantastic and when I am looking for a new vehicle in the next 6 to 12 months you can bet I am headed to Autopark Honda to seek out Raymond! Thanks a bunch guys!!!!

Ferrante Campbell is knowledgeable on the product, and is able to facilitate the sales process well. The dealership seems to be a great place to form a new relationship - but it would be nice if honda.com allowed me to review -> buy -> finance the car on-line before meeting my new favorite sales person Ferrante with the keys to my new car. I plan to continue my purchasing of new cars on line. Just need test drive centers for cars. Be cool if you could stop in, show license/insurance/ and test drive the heck out of new cars on a track. Then engage online. That is the future.

I lived an hour away from the dealership, but chose to purchase from it due to a recommendation. Sadly, the dealership didn't live up to the hype. I picked out the model and color I wanted on arrival and was told it would be in within the week. Perfect. However, when I came to pick up the vehicle not only was it the wrong interior color, but they had printed out paper work for an entirely different vehicle. I felt as if I wasn't taken seriously. They then told me to come back in a few days to pick it up. The second time I came for the vehicle there was an issue with my trade in, and once again told to come back in a few days. Thats 4 hours of driving for absolutely no reason. These issues could have been cleared up over the phone. I was not compensated for their mistakes and almost left the deal on the table. If it weren't for the wonderful product Honda made I would have never gone through with the deal at this dealership. They then proceeded to sit me through multiple employees and store managers to hike up the price by selling unnecessary add ons. Why the smoke and mirrors? I told you what I want. All in all this was an incredibly stressful, when I should have been enjoying my first car buying experience.

My family and I just went through the process of buying a new Honda for my mother. It was not the easiest experience since my mom would have to be home during the purchase process. He explained each detail of the car well and answered all of my questions. He is very personable and doesn't push or oversell to the customer. Chris Kenney was AMAZING. He made my first car buying experience very easy and comfortable. Mark Yingling took the time to work with us and he found exactly what we were looking for in regards to the year, make, model, and more importantly the price. There was a pretty effortless communication with Henry who helped meet the price I was looking for through online communication and set up a test drive. Throughout the years we have purchased several new cars and as everyone knows, it is usually filled with anxiety. We actually put off buying a new car because we didn't want to deal with the high pressure dealer. Checking online makes the process easier as you can see what cars are available. We went to AutoPark Honda after visiting another high pressure dealer previously. We found Brent Mikell and his non-nonsense, tell us what we want to know sales philosophy. He took the time to answer all our questions and was patient to our needs without the corny sales stories which you can spot immediately as fake (i.e. a car just came off the truck that fits your needs but you can't see it yet.) We decided to give the sale to him and were glad to be back at AutoPark Honda.

Jim was excellent. I was looking for a silver Honda Ridgeline to use for a specific purpose. I was in contact with many dealerships, some tried (and tried ) to put me in something else. I didnt need a new car, but I wanted one. I bought one nine months prior that I just never loved. Id always considered the Pilot but had never even sat in one. I liked the boxy look. So, I looked online and built what I wanted and watched videos of reviews. I showed up at the dealership and David was the first person I talked to. I told him exactly what I had to have, and the model I thought Id have to buy to get what I wanted. We drove one. I picked out the color I wanted and the add on features and we, along with Charlie, came up with a price I could live with. It was simple. I never felt pressured. I never felt like I was getting taken advantage of. The finance process was easy too. When it was all over, David sat in my new Pilot with me and showed me features. Best of all, he has been responsive to my follow up. When you buy a new car, you dont always know what to ask. You have to get in and drive it around, and then when you look for something and realize you cant find it, thats when you know you have a question to ask. I have had no buyers remorse with this vehicle. I totally love it. And, Id buy from David, and Autopark Honda again.

I purchased a pre-owned 2010 Honda Fit from Jim Cirimele at Auto Park Honda. Great experience! I saw the car online and called when the dealership opened. Spoke to Jim and made an appointment at lunchtime. He was just as nice and patient in person as he was on the phone. We went for a test drive and I liked the car but wanted to think it over. I felt no pressure whatsoever from Jim. I came back the next day and went for another test drive and decided to proceed with the purchase. Apparently my wife and I are early risers. We'd gone to the dealership early one Saturday to have our (now sold) 2007 Honda Civic looked at for a minor repair. We decided that while we waited, we wanted to look at the new Accord. We told our service advisor that we wanted to take a test drive and he told us that the sales team didn't come in until after 9, but that he would check to see if anyone was in yet. I believe it was 8:30 or earlier. Well, it turned out that Jim Cirimele was available. During the initial test drive, Jim was very informative of all the features, but not pushy or overbearing. We didn't buy that day, but left and test drove several other types and brands of vehicles. Fortunately my wife chose the Accord. Jim worked with us to get a great price and even closed the deal pretty late last night. Great experience.

The USAA car buying service paired with the entire team at Autopark Honda (Casey Robertson, Jim Cirimele & Mark Williams) made it extremely easy to get our new Odyssey. I've owned a lot of vehicles in my life, purchased used vehicles from dealers, but this is my experience buying new. We found the exact model we wanted through USAA, Casey Robertson sent the sale price (best price of any Honda dealership in the State of NC), we printed the voucher off USAA, met Jim Cirimele, closed with Mark Williams, and drove off in the new Van. I have to dedicate a large portion to Jim Cirimele. We've all meet less than honest sales reps at dealerships, but with Jim, this wasn't the case. He spoke about the car in a way that was informational, not pushy. There was not a single question he could not answer. Most of all, the single most important attribute that we saw in Jim was THE WAY he spoke to us. He was the most easy-going sales rep i've ever met, and Honda should be glad they have a guy like him working for them. The lifetime oil changes, manicures, and massages are just a plus. My daughter had identified a prospective used vehicle that just happened to be at this location using an online search. As timing would have it we were only able to get there on a saturday afternoon in the rain. After a test drive and some discussion we elected to purchase and negotiated a price. Up to this point the experience was enjoyable and relaxed. At the beginning of the paperwork process our salesman made a comment about having just a single finance manager for the day. After waiting for about 1 1/2 hours and seeing no break in the finance manager's office I asked the floor manager if we should go home and come back tomorrow. She checked and told us it should be about 15 minutes. Another 45-60 minutes later we begain our processing. Then after an erroneous debit transaction my down payment was tied up in bank processing for 2-3 days. The dealer offered a lower price on an extended warranty and a tank full of gas. I understand people being on vacation since it was the weekend after New Year's day but we should have been given some feedback and options regarding the wait.

This is our fifth Odyssey and now all the oil changes are included. Love the DVD player, vacuum cleaner, and ride. Recently went to Autopark Honda to look at a Certified Pre-Owned Accord. The car ended up not being a good fit for us, so we switched gears and began looking at 2015 Accords. David W. spent at least 4 hours with us, educating us on the different options available in the different model Accords, accompanied us on 3 test drives and wandered all over the lots looking at cars (in bone-chilling temperatures I might add). He worked with us on negotiating a price we were agreeable to (even to the last $.14), explained all the paperwork and additional options and even gave me a tutorial on the various functions in the car we were purchasing. David went well above and beyond in giving of his time and expertise. I would also like to thank Vinnie Ferrone for his patience and wisdom explaining to me (for the umpteenth time) what the extended warranty was all about and making sure I fully understood all the paperwork I was signing.

Couldn't be happier with our purchase experience at Autopark Honda. We initially went to another Honda dealer close to Southpoint Mall in Durham. It felt like they weren't being totally honest with us on the deal and had included the typical superfluous add-ons to the price that drive you crazy. So I e-mailed Autopark and they came back with a totally upfront deal, little negotiation needed. I got most of the details done over e-mail and all we had to do was go in and sign. Everyone was super friendly and there was no serious heavy selling on the warranties etc. in the finance office. Glad I took the time to get a comparison quote from these guys!

I was interested in Honda Accord, but undecided between conventional ICE or Hybrid. Jae Kim was very knowledgeable about various features of new Accord. He was friendly, and patiently took us to test drive conventional Accord twice, before and after we test drove Hybrid, for in-depth comparison. Once we decided on Hybrid, there was only one in stock but not inspected yet. He quickly arranged inspection and detailing of the car, allow us to drive it home within half a day. Jae provided many useful advice, and never put pressure on us to close the deal. I would definitely consider Jae for my future Honda purchase, and would recommend him to my friends. Thanks.

This was my first Honda purchase, and before this I had only owned 2 other vehicles. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. My parents came with me, and they thought it the whole experience was the best too. We were treated with such kindness, and friendliness, especially from the sales consultant Ronny who helped me with my Honda purchase. Ronny was extremely kind, very attentive to our needs, and answered all of our questions. I will highly recommend Auto Park Honda in Cary to my friends and family! :)

Was in a rush to get a new Honda Odyssey by end of October. Made an appointment with Mr. Bruce (based on an earlier test drive a few weeks earlier) as he had what we wanted at the best price point . (Note: There was never any pressure from any of the Honda staff.) Mr. Bruce moved us through the process and the paperwork quickly yet thoroughly, answering all our questions - he knows his stuff. Had a hiccup with the audio system, which was flawlessly replaced by the service dept when we had roof rails installed a week later. Interaction with the service department was super as well. I gave the Facilities 4 stars. Cary Autopark Honda had just moved into their new facility, and it seemed like they were still unsettled.

We recently purchased a 2015 Accord from Autopark Honda. Our Sales Rep was Peter Gazzard. I was very pleased with Peters sales approach, which was - how can I (as a sales person) best help you fulfil your needs. There was no attempt to have us look at models we werent interested in or pressure to make a decision that day. Also, unlike some other dealerships, Peter did not request a lot of personal information while we were just looking. We would recommend using Peter for assistance in selecting and purchasing a Honda automobile.

I bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra on 12/21 - after spending the day in two other car dealerships. My salesman Tim M, did not pressure - push or lie about what he had and could do for me. He listened to what we wanted, he provided written details, he had cars to show me. We went for a test drive and I was surprised at how comfortable the Sentra was, how good the car responded - handling, speed. It was very nice. We talked prices and financing options. It was late on a Saturday night and Tim offered to finalize things on Sunday - shocked me and my husband. The other dealerships would not let us leave (both offered to feed us if we would just stay) and Nissan was offering to finalized the deal tomorrow? We were grateful to go home and pick up on Sunday afternoon. At home, we googled Nissan and could not find a bad review! We came back, signed all the papers and picked up our new Sentra. Tim even found an additional discount based upon my employer - Bonus money! We purchased the extended warranty - and loved the options that were offered. I have had it for a week now and love it more everyday. The GPS and apps are fabulous; The Bose sound system is outrageous and reminds me of my teenage years - where the stereo was the most important part of a car! I got a sunroof and what a pleasure it is to be in a car, with the sky above you. This last week that was so gloomy with rain, was not so bad in a car with a sunroof! I have met several people who have had Nissans for over 15 years, and all recommend the brand. If you are looking for a new car - do stop by Cary Nissan. Ask for Tim and you will have a good new car shopping experience too!

Back to Leith VW of Cary for my third VW and decided to go with a 36 month lease on a 2015 Jetta TDI. Troy Haynes is a pleasure to work with and explained the leasing process quickly and simply to a leasing novice. Jeramy and Troy have been great to work with over the past 10 years and Tina in the Service Department provides the backend confidence that my new JEDI will be well cared for over the life of the lease.

Jim could not have been nicer. I visited the dealership at least four times, trying all possible Golf TDIs. I left with a Jetta, manual transmission. - a better fit. Jim was unfailingly polite, very well informed and able to answer all my questions. I would recommend him to anyone interested in the VW cars.

Being an owner of a 2010 VW GTI, I went into the Leith dealership in Cary just to look and possibly test drive the 2014 Tiguan. A very knowledgeable and affable salesman Jim Cochran must cast a spell on me, as I walked out of the dealership as a happy owner of a cute SUV. A good price, and a generous trade in value of my GTI made my decision quite easy. Good deal and experience. I dont like buying a new vehicle but Jim made the deal pretty painless. Thank you Jim.

Jason helped me into my new VW jetta TDI. I was worried that my lease was going to be over mileage and decided to visit and see what options I had to trade it in and get something new. Jason was great! He walked me through the process seamlessly and was able to work with me to get my payments where they needed to be. Just purchased a Honda Odyssey from Jim Cirimele at Autopark Honda. From the moment we met Jim to the time we drove off the lot, Jim was professional and pleasant to work with throughout the process. Took home a 2015 Nissan Rogue this week from Leith Nissan in Cary. The purchase experience was excellent and painless. Tim and Curtis were very friendly and helpful with all aspects of the selection, negotiating and delivery process. The color of vehicle we wanted was not available at the dealership but they were able to locate one that fit our needs and had it available for delivery quickly. The purchase price and trade in allowance were very fair and hassle free. I would highly recommend Leith Nissan.

Just bought a used Volkswagen Passat from Auto Park Volkswagen. Jim Cochran made the experience one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had. I have been driving my 2014 Nissan Juke SL and loving it! Derek Parker is the reason I chose Leith Nissan! Derek was the only salesperson I spoke with (during my shopping experience with many dealerships) that did not try to change my mind about color, accessories, etc., try to make me choose a Juke already on the lot and he did not dismiss me, but treated me as a potential customer, even though I let him know up front I was in the beginning stages of my shopping process! Everyone I worked with during this experience were professional, friendly and helpful! I would not hesitate to refer friends/family to this dealership!

Robert was a great salesman. We drove two hours to look at a used Suzuki. Everything went well until they discovered a open recall on the car that they should of found prior to it being for sale. I did have to wait a few days longer to receive the car but they did deliver it to me in exelent condition.

I was a loyal Nissan driver until I did a bit of research about the Jetta Diesel TDI. I have never owned a VW let alone a diesel. Went to Leith VW in Cary after talking with Cedric many times by phone. He introduced me to the Value Edition Jetta. Cedric was very informative - technically very savvy regarding VW engineering. He did not try to sell me the car, just helped provide a solution. If you want a great customer experience, I would recommend Cedric - 5 stars all the way--- as this car buying experience was simply great.

Christopher provided us with the best car buying experience I have ever had. He listened carefully and responded intelligently and respectfully to everything I said or asked about. I came to Cary Autopark to buy my first brand new car back at the end of October. Unknowingly to me my grandfather had talked with Brent a few times and passed along his phone number to me. I am glad I gave him a call and decided to work with him to get my new car. He was very personable and was willing to request what I wanted during the deal negotiation. He made me feel at ease during the whole process and not pressured into things I expressed that I did not want, which was a concern of mine being a younger female trying to make a deal by myself. I feel that I got a fair deal on my CRV and Brent made my first time buyer experience a positive one. The only slight downside of my experience was when it came to dealing with the finance manager, who became a little aggressive when I declined all of the add-on protections. I understand that it is part of his job to get people to buy those add-ons, but when I say no several times and then feel as if I am getting attitude and being questioned on my decision it put a little sour taste in my mouth. But I love my CRV and Brent took the time after everything was done to connect my phone to the Bluetooth and show me a few other features of my new car. Thanks Brent!

I know Leith Volkswagen in Cary, NC 27511 for more than 10 years. In the last few years I have had the service consultant Tina Jastrow who has always been very supportive giving excellent professional advice. I did not have to look for any other place to buy another car today. I got a few recommendations on Internet from Casey Sessions and the rest was very straightforward with the sales consultatnt Jim Cochran. With such a service, customers come back to Volkswagen and the dealership.

I wish they had price matched a quote I had, but then the oil change and loaner cars probably make it worthwhile. I was disappointed they didn't transfer my specialty tag, and it turns out they could have even though the boss upstairs said they couldn't. But overall, very pleased

Carly was a perfect salesperson. My wife and I came in to just gather information and Carly helped us out. We test drove an Accord that day and loved it. I cannot say enough about my experience at Leith Nissan. From beginning to end, it was honestly a great experience. Curtis Underwood was my sales person, and he was extremely professional, no pressure, and easy to work with. I can truly say that from the receptionist Kathy (who I spoke to several times), all the way up to the Sales manager Bonnie, Owner Loyalty Manager Ruth, and Finance manager John, it was an experience that was as stress free as the car buying process can possibly be.
