Bruno was amazing! His customer service skills are phenomenal, always keeping the clients interests in mind when shopping for a vehicle. We live an hour and a half away and he was kind enough to stay past closing time to finish up our deal and get us on our way with a brand new Dodge Ram! He made sure to go over all the controls, linked my phone to the truck, and helped set up the Sirius Radio before leaving. He assured us that if we had any issues, questions, or concerns to not hesitate to give him a call and he would do his best to take good care of us. We can't thank you enough for all your help. Also, I wanted to give a thankyou to Christopher for helping us with some of the paperwork! You guys are awesome!

After a bad experience at another dealer in Miami Lakes, we decided to go for Aventura Chrysler, Jeep…. Well this was a pleasant experience! We purchased a new Ram Promaster from the comfort of our home. Our salesman Justin was so easy to work with and gave us a fair price on the van. I highly recommend them! Very happy with my overall experience.

American dream come true! Story of me and my friend is simple. We both immigrants who have to run from home country. I’m 28 and my friend 23, we don’t have home yet, we was living in truck 24/7 and working like car delivery with enclosed trailer. On 30 of august 2021 we visited this dealer and ask tons of question to manager Alexander Katnelson, he understood our situation that we want to continue to work hard and we need new home (yes we live on the back seats of car), but we don’t have big credit history , just 8 months. He sad that he and team will try to do the best what they can. Finally we get new 2500 RAM and already in the ride. God please bless Alexander and team of this dealership!
