Wonderful customer service.. I called about an 02 trailblazer and the vehicle was exactly as advertised. Workers had the carfax handy when I test drove the car. Vehicle was clean inside and out. Dealer even went so far as to change the oil for me before purchase to ensure I would not have to do it during the winter. Only down side was their financing person was not there the day I initially looked at the vehicle and had to wait till Monday to determine if I wanted a loan or pay cash for the car. Their loan company charges way to much on Interest so I paid cash. Overall best experience I have had buying a car.. Only time will tell if the vehicle I purchased was a good buy, but as for now I'm satisfied with my purchase and looking forward to purchasing another car for my wife soon.

Terrible customer service. The guys that are working there act as if they can't be bothered. The car prices are cheap but BEWARE!!! the cars have maintanance issues.

I am undecided between a used S4 and BMW 335i that I have seen in the ads. I went to check out a used 2004 audi S4 to see how it drove. The salesperson informed me that they need to get a commit to buy and deposit just to test drive the car. I have bought used and new cars before and the salesperson cannot wait to get you in the seat. The dealership with the BMW was the exact opposite, the guy was even trying to get me to try an M3, but that was completely out of my price range... I am a serious buyer and was hoping to get one of the cars in less than a week.

I came in wanting one car and when I got there I could not make up my mind. their vehicles are so clean and there is such a large selection of vehicle to choose from. but b&b made the buying process very easy and very fast. the price was way lower then I have seen at different dealerships. I purchased a Honda civic which I could not be happier with. I recommend this anyone who is looking for a very clean very reliable vehicle with a great price. you can really get a great deal at b&b auto. I will continue to purchase vehicles from b&b for as long as they stay in business

This dealer was the easiest guy to deal with and forget about the "sleazy salesmen" rep that dealers have. Not this dealer or dealership. Not only do they have the lowest prices around, but their cars and very clean. Every car on the lot has a price so you know exactly what you are looking at. Every car on the lot tells you if you are receiving a warranty and for how long. Everything is neat and clear. You won't find a deal anywhere like you will receive at b&b auto. I will only recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a vehicle.

I found B&B to be quite refreshing as an auto dealership they were very helpful in securing the exact car that I wanted they even accepted my offer for a downpayment that I know was low I would and have reccomended this dealership to friends which we all know can be a sticky sitiation.

This dealer deserves a good review, especially after dealing with me. The man I spoke with, who I think is the owner, is a good guy. He was transparent, not pushy, provided a vehicle history report on request, helped with financing and even stayed after hours when my insurance company decided to keep me on the line listening to elevator jams for well over an hour. The car was a fair price and so far looks to be in good working order. Not to mention he had a great inventory (I went for one specific car and thought about buying four I passed just on the walk to the office), but that's personal taste I guess. Recommended.

Bought a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica Touring AWD - DVD and the whole nine (the kids love it). Price was great - exactly what was advertised, and I even negotiated down a few hundred bucks. Got the car for less than what other dealers were asking for the same vehicle, but way less equipped and with more miles! I even traded my old car in and got decent money for it - didn't try to low ball me. Only complaint - The one guy that can negotiate prices and finalize sales was not in the office. There were 3 parties all waiting to purchase vehicles, but the guy wasn't there. I didn't get that. We were second in line. The lady who was there first had an appointment - needless to say, she was pretty upset. I just walked in, so I didn't mind so much. There was someone working the lot, but I guess he could only answer questions and show the vehicles. Nevertheless, after about a 30-40 min wait, the guy shows up and in an hour we are driving home in our "new" Pacifica. Overall it's an honest dealership that buys and sells cars at fair prices. They are small, so don't expect a flashy showroom and coffee and donuts while you wait. But, you won't be hassled and hustled into a car you don't want or can't afford. I would buy from them again.

came to check out the black rsx. it looked beautiful from the outside!. once i turn the car on and see the maintenance required light on i was sad. the guy there opened the rear hatch and pulled the spare tire flap up to show me underneath, there was all water under the flap..and im puddles and. this guy tried telling me it was from detailing the car and when they hose it down water got in there. dude really -_-? when i test drove the car, i heard i really bad sound going only 10 and 20 miles an hour. that poor rsx!.
