Just started dealing with this dealership today. I will say this that they have good prices and they are up front and will answer any questions you have. If you are looking for a used vehicle I would highly recommend you go see them.

This is the worse place To Ever Buy A CAR THE SALESMAN DANIEL IS A LIARRRR and Con-Artist they Are Really Bad Business They Take Your Money Sale Bad Cars, Don’t Honor They Word I bought A Car From Them & Paid A really Big DownPayment, they didn’t even put Floor mats in the car they give you a free oil change so that you can use and they don’t let you use it. They sold me a car and my paperwork wasn’t finalized by the bank. I tried return the car back and Daniel tried take money out my downpayment when it was there fault my paperwork wasn’t finalized. He forgerd my paperwork to go through when I didn’t send anything in to be process they are a very bad Business Please Don’t go here to buy a car the worse Car Service Experience I’ve ever went through. I’ll post the screenshots of more proof if y’all want see them.

i had a due bill filled out and signed by my sales man Daniel Porras last month when i purchased my vehicle. They cleared my check engine light and called it good, told me to bring it back if it were to come on. A week later it came back on, i texted Daniel Porras (sales man at the Lowell location) i got no response. Texted him again the next day and still nothing. Called his number and left a voicemail and i never heard back from him. Luckily my vehicle is getting repaired by Honda under warranty but i would never trust this dealership or this salesman again. He will tell you whatever to buy the vehicle then simply ignore you after you do and not fulfill a due bill. If you are looking for a used vehicle i would take my business elsewhere.

2020 - Had my oil changed there today, the service was quick and the price was amazing!!!! The waiting room was super comfortable as well! Will definitely return for all my service needs! 7/2021 - I wanted to send you a letter saying thank you for the wonderful service this morning! Both technicians that spoke with me were professional and reassuring. I left the lot feeling very confident in their assessment, which is what I needed. I had the tire shop telling me something that didn’t quite make sense, and your guys set it straight. Thank you so much for always taking great care of me!
