Was shopping for a second vehicle and came by Bailey Brothers online. Saw the RAV 4 and called to for a veiwing. Was able to come right in and take a look. Jim was very friendly and had very good knowledge of the vehicle. Answered all questions that I had. The buying process ran very smooth. Would consider buying a vehicle here again!

The folks at Bailey Brothers provide a low key buying experience, with absolutely no sales preasure. I knew what I wanted when I went to them for my second new truck in 2 years , both from Bailey's.They found my truck at a reasonable price and I was driving it in 3 days.

I went in today to view an 09 subaru forester I saw online for my first car, upon arrival Jim Purington came out to assist us promptly. We were able to take a test drive after only about 10 minutes of talking. The staff here gave us plenty of time to privately discuss the sale, without any pressure. After doing so we discussed business and I was actually able to purchase the vehicle fairly quickly. The customer service was quick and very kind. If youre looking for a pressure free car buying experience I would highly recommend purchasing or servicing a vehicle through Bailey Brothers Ford.

What can I say Bailey brothers Ford is a great place to do business. I leased a 2012 truck from Jim at Baileys. Did buy a few before this truck. Did decide to buy my lease because its been a nice truck. If in the market for new or used do see them. Buy local is nice and they have loaners if you need one just ask.

I just bought a nice 2015 F-150 Crew Cab truck. Went to Bailey Brothers Ford and was treated very nicely. The sale was very quick and no presure. This was very fast and Jim & Brenda were helpful. Dealership is located near us. We have shopped with other dealers years ago but would not go any where else now. I was looking for a Ford Fusion to replace my Wife's vehicle. I did a search all over Maine and New Hampshire to find the best deal. I found Bailey Brothers Ford to be priced a lot under what other dealerships were asking for the same car. Most other dealerships were asking much more for their Fusion's with higher miles. We worked with Jim Purington in sales and he was fantastic throughout the entire buying process. Very satisfied with the condition and price of the Fusion we purchased. Was well worth the 1 hour and 45 minute drive from Brewer to Livermore Falls. Thank Bailey Brothers and Jim for such a great deal on the exact car we were shopping for.

I was disappointed with another dealer and found the exact same car at Baileys. They matched the price from the other dealer, gave me more for my trade and paid my first months payment!!! I was in a big rush so they were able to get me in and out with-in an hour, An HOUR. That was start to finish. Amazing dealer! Worth the 2 hour drive for me.

We enjoyed the buying process at Bailey Brothers Ford. We said we were looking for a used suv with four wheel drive. Jim showed us a left over Flex then showed the 2013 Explorer. He then offered us a test drive. Then we went with the Explorer and love it. The sale was done fast and we now own the 2013 Explorer. We want people to take the time and shop at Bailey Brothers Ford. Had my first oil change at Bailey Brothers Ford. It was quick to get a appointment and done in a quick amount of time. It does pay to buy in a small dealership. We ask for a loaner and it was a nice Fusion. Take the time to check with Bailey Brothers. I live in town were they are and it makes sense.

Well we bought another vehicle at Bailey Brothers Ford. This is our second on we bought there. We will pick it up on Wednesday afternoon. Baileys is a very nice place to purchase a vehicle. This is a small dealership and quick to deal with. No presure and do listen to your needs. The service department has a good group of employees. They do know there product. Super kind, down to Earth people who give you plenty of time to make choices. No sales pressure. Listened to me and let me make choices. Decent follow up correspondence without being pushy. Clean, utilitarian showroom and very broad selection of vehicles for a smaller dealership. They were very fair with my trade. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with them and will review their repair service when it becomes necessary to service my new car.

The buying process was excellant at Bailey Bros, we have talked about buying a used car and looked for over a year, visited Baily bros several times and Jim our sales man came out and answered questions and never pushed us, Always said to give him a call when we made up our minds to buy something. Relatives had a Fusion that is a great car so we tried out a 2011 and decided to buy it then changed our mind again after vapproval when we saw the Fiesta tryed that one and loved it, got the service plan with it and am enjoying it. Average 37.4 mpg around town and short trips so far. Great car and dealership. Thank You bailey Bros for a great car buying experence.

Buying from Bailey Brothers Ford is very comfortable and no pressure. I did buy a 2014 Escape on 11-1-13 and that was the same way. Now the service department gives you the same treatment. The crew in the service department know the product. Jim is very nice to work with through out the sale. I would say that this dealership is the place to buy.

They took time to find the truck we wanted. It was ready when promised. Friendly and helpful sales staff. Even notified our insurance company and obtained insurance card. This is the best car buying experience I have had.

Very friendly service, prompt and to the point with no haggling. Gave us a good deal on our trade-in, and a good price for the car. I don't particularly agree with the rule of having to have the salesman go on the test-drive with us, it made it uncomfortable to discuss the purchase.
