I scheduled service to work on the A/C for a 2020 Enclave. When talking to the service scheduling representative, I was asked if I was dropping off or waiting for service to complete. I needed to wait with the car. Because of that, I could not book for 2 weeks. Not fun with no a/c in 90+ degree, but that's the earliest they could do. Day of service came and I brought in the car. I was told that they wouldn't even be able to look at the car for 2-3 days (then I'm not sure what an appointment is for?!?). I told them of the discussion when I booked the service and the response was "we've told them that they can't promise that but the still do". After leaving with no service done, I called and spoke with the manager. He said he would put a high priority on getting a loaner for me and get the car in for service ASAP. That was 2 weeks ago and have not heard a word back. That's a poor culture of customer service given the mulitple failure points - from scheduling the service, at the time of service, and in follow-up with the manager.

I setup an appointment yesterday to take a look at a Yukon with the Sales Manager and got pawned off to a salesperson. While inspecting the car I was reviewing the sticker and had notice that the dealership had added a $5,000 Market Rate Adjustment on top of the price of the car. I had asked in negotiable and was told it the representative maybe some, but not all. We had been to several other dealerships and even another GMC/Buick and nobody else was charging this fee. So BEWARE of the $5,000 mark up as this kept me from buying here and instead now I'm looking in Summerville.

BEWARE BUYER BEWARE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!What a bunch of LIARS!! I brought a GMC Yukon that the sales manager Russell said had been checked out from top to bottom. But now I have a $3200 repair! I called and ask for help and the service manager dean treated me like a stranger with no remorse when I told him what happened!! I thought Baker was a name you could TRUST but WAS COMPLETELY WRONG!! I recommend that you by from McElveen GMC not this CROOKED PLACE THEY EVEN FIRED MY SALESMAN LANARD HE WAS A GREAT GUY AND THE BEST SALESMAN THERE HANDS DOWN ! So I'm definitely NEVER COMING BACK TO BAKER EVERY IN LIFE !!!!! A VERY BAD ESTABLISHMENT!!!

I was seen promptly for my appointment, everyone was kind and efficient. Once it was determined that my 2-yr. old car would need extended warranty work, I was quickly provided with a new loaner, and was on my way. Several days later, my own car was ready, washed, seems like new. Great experience, as always. I love my 2014 Buick Encore, and love my Baker Buick!

Had a little longer than expected wait time but overall excellent. Cadillac provided a ride to and from the dealership. I was getting new tires all around and found them at a cheaper price elsewhere and they honored the lower pricing tires from a competitor. Car was returned clean and without issue. They also honored a diagnostic service which I had incurred 8 months ago, thus applying the credit to the overall cost of the repair. Thank you Cadillac, outstanding job

Baker Cadillac is a very professionally run organization! Most worthy of carrying the 'Cadillac' brand name! The personnel are all most friendly and courteous and we consider ourselves 'friends' with the staff. Especially Lewis, Andrew, and Max in the Sales Dept, as well as those in the Service Dept. We had our previous Cadillac CTS (bought in PA) serviced at Baker and have now purchased a new CT6 from Baker. We would not consider going anywhere else!

Overall experience was good. I felt that I should have gotten more on my trade . After explaining that I was pre approved at a bank , the finance manager and salesman still wanted me to go through dealership. This went on for about 15 to 20 minutes.

The service writer Mike Pipcorn did a great job in ordering the needed part and setting up a follow-up appt for the repair. And the service tech installed it correctly. Great dealership. My issue is with Cadillac having inferior parts in their vehicles that wear out. Would you like for me to list all the part failures on my vehicle? It is ridiculous.

I was in that area from out of state for a job interview at another baker store. while I was there my AC quit working so I took it to this dealership while I was there everything was great the staff was extremely accommodating and the service consultant was great. they changed the oil and found the issue with the AC. they said it was AC tubes. I have an extended warranty on the car and they called it in and it was not a covered part so I decided I would wait until I could call them to see why. I came and picked up my car and brought them all doughnuts because they were so great! I was impressed being that I was the Assistant Service Manager at a luxury car dealership. I looked forward to bringing it back. On my way home I realized there was a cup full of change missing out of my car. I was quite upset and normally I remove stuff like that but my car was packed with stuff and I had nowhere to put it. so I called the Service Consultant and left a message. I called the Service Manager and left a message I called everybody and got a hold of nobody! So I called the Fixed Operations Director. The gentleman that I had an interview with just the day before he seemed like he didn't even know what to say. He assured me the Service Manager would call. He never did. I did not make a big deal I just simply wrote it off. The larger issue is when I finally got around to taking it somewhere else to have the work done they informed me it was not AC tubes it was a AC condenser and that the condenser would have been covered by my warranty but now I am out of warranty by millage. On top of all these issues Baker still sent me a survey and I couldn't bring myself to give them a bad survey because I know what those survey's mean to the dealership and the service consultant. I am hoping they will make this right.

Purchased my 2016 ATS V COUPE from Baker Cadillac. Salesman and Sales Manager were great. There was a discrepancy in the price of car on the internet and the price that the dealership was actually selling the car. Long story short the finance manager honored the price on the internet. Received a great deal on my car. Definitely will purchase from Baker Cadillac again.

They wouldn't respond to ANY emails, so I called them and they said it was SOLD! Then I get constant emails asking if I'm still interested in the vehicle that's been SOLD!?! Baker GMC is the most unprofessional car dealership I've ever went to. There collision repair shop is low rate and very unprofessional. I have received 3 different dates to pick up my truck for repairs and all three times, the day I was supposed to pickup my truck they found something new that was wrong. I could appreciate there ability to do a good job but when your truck is involved in a front in crash and it takes them 2 months to realize you need a new radiator even though it was on the original estimate is something that shows how unprofessional and unknowledgeable this dealership is. Baker should consider themselves having 1 less customer and I will let people know that if they consider a GMC go to another dealership ASAP. If you are involved in a crash, or want to purchase a new truck consider somewhere else because Baker GMC is a low rate dealership.

10 reasons NOT bring your car to Baker Buick GMC body shop 1. Worst quality and customer service. My car was hit by the Tornado the night of September 24th, 2015. I brought my car into the GMC dealership on October 1st, 2015 to begin repairs, it is not 105 days later and I still do not have my car back. 2. When I brought my brand new 2015 GMC Yukon Denali into Baker GMC I expressed that the insurance adjuster did not cover all the damage as my car was under a tree and covered with branches and debris from the Tornado. They responded that this is normal and that Baker GMC would send a supplement with any additional damage found from the Tornado to the insurance company once they got it up on a lift and under the inspection lights. (Original cost and time for repair noted by the adjuster $2,668 and 10 days to repair putting October 6th as completion date) 3. Manager of the body shop argues and makes excuses with the customer instead of coming up with solutions. 4. Limited to no follow up phone calls to the status of my vehicle. I would be told a date the car would be ready and on that said date no phone call. I would call on my way home from work that day and I would get some type of excuse; either the part didnt come in, or we have to order an additional part, or we need to repaint but I would have never found out this information unless I called. The insurance company couldnt even get this information because of their lack of communication and the absurdly slow and/or lack of processing paperwork. 5. Manager of Body shop states you can barely see those scratches how would I know you wanted them replaced. Must I repeat, MY BRAND NEW 2015 YUKON DENALI WITH 10K MILES ON IT GOT HIT BY A TORNADO. (At this point I want ask if he needs the definition of what a tornado is, and how it acts because I am just flabbergasted that he cannot comprehend that every finish on my car has been hit by the tornado and will have scratches of all sizes, to which I and anyone else with a brand new car would want fixed, no matter how minor the scratch may be) 6. Manager of body shop explains that the paint job isnt perfect but its acceptable for GM standards. Seriously? I respond great, Im not GM and it is not acceptable to my standards. 7. I have left messages with the General Manager, to which the first one was responded to on Dec. 30th from the General Managers secretary, whom after listening to my troubles at Baker GMC she said she would guarantee that I would be 100% satisfied with my vehicle when I came to pick it up the following morning. (its now the 13th.I dont have my car back) The second message was left just yesterday, so I am waiting on a return phone call. 8. Baker GMC is not responsible for paying the bill for all the repairs on my car, yet they want to argue with me, the customer, about what should be replaced, for example; the windshield. The excuse I get for not replacing this when the car when under the initial inspection is nowhere on the insurance appraisal did it mention the windshield. Please refer to #2 above where Baker GMC said they would send a supplement with any additional damage found. BTW my windshield is now on national back order. 9. The manager threatened that they would not pay for my rental vehicle anymore because I did not tell them I wanted all of the trim replaced that is scratched. UNBELIEVABLE. Because I did not tell them how to do their job I am not being threatenedYet on Dec 31st when I told the manager about the issues I saw with my car, he ensured that he would go panel by panel on my vehicle to make sure everything was perfect. 10. No responsibility to the quality of their work, No acknowledgement that they were at fault. I have zero trust that my car will ever be repaired by Baker Buick GMC Cadillac.

My Cadillac ats needed a safety recall done and my drivers signal indicator in the mirror stopped working. I was provided a loaner while the work was done. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. Dean Griffin and all of the staff were cordial, professional and thorough as usual. Took my car into Baker for a regular service but also had a couple of things that occurred after I had made the appointment the previous month. Check up was completed and the lock was repaired on the glove compartment. 2 parts needed to be ordered and Dean informed me that when the ordered parts arrive I would be called to schedule an appointment for those repairs. Staff was professional, respectful and friendly which has been my experience at all times. Services were performed in a timely manner. Waiting are was immaculate as always and nice and peaceful.

Baker has worked on my car GMC Acadia multiple times. Almost every time it was not done correctly. They replaced our transmission and over filled the fluid by 2 quarts. But the last time they replaced the evaporator on the A/C and broke the heat. Then they told us that it would be $700 to repair but would split it with us. Why would I pay to fix something they broke.

I forget the salesman's name now, but he was very nice and very helpful. I told him what I was looking for, how much I could spend and made it work. I got the truck I wanted, and for less than what I was anticipating. He made it a very pleasant experience for a first-time buyer. My only negative statement would be, it took an awfully long time. I know that it takes a while, but when I was finished with the paper work it took almost another hour for the salesman to bring the car back from getting gas/ cleaned. I know it takes a while to clean, but they had already started doing that before I started signing off paperwork. I felt that it could have been timed a little better.... and for it to take 30-40 minutes to get gas in is kind of absurd.

They found what the problem was and were able to fix it. One thing I found out was the Cadillac service center doesn't allow a snack machine. However they did take me to the Buick service center in a golf cart to get a snack. I had a 2 hour wait, and had forgotten to bring some crackers. I am going thru chemo and have to eat small snacks regularly

The salesman, Cliff Tucker was amazing; not the stereotypic "car salesman". He was informative, not pushy and let us take our time. Dean in service is always so wonderful! He listens to me and if there's a issue with my car they get right to the root of the problem. There's always a comparable loaner car available for my use and that's so important because I'm in outside sales and I need to be able to continue with my work day. I brought my Chevy Trailblazer in for an oil change. I did not have an appointment. I was greeted immediately and I was shown where the waiting area was. The lounge was very clean and comfortable. My wait was only approximately 1 and 1 half hours. My vehicle was waiting inside for me when the service was completed. I was told by everyone that I spoke to, how much they "really appreciate your business". I was even given a beautiful, fragrant pink long-stemmed rose!

In the past year we had some problems with the service department. We feel it was with the employee who handledour service request. We did bring it to their attention and they did correct the issue, but it was something that we should not have had to come back. When we had our carservice the last time, it was somewhat better.The service that we received on Monday 4-28-14 was excellent. The person that helped us was Jimmy Huff. Hecould not have been more informative . He explain exactlywhat was wrong and what we could do in the future if thishappen again. My husband and I both took the car in and Ithen waited for it to be fixed. I had to wait for about an hour which is what they had told us. I can say I really enjoyed my wait in the new waiting room . Very relaxing.I just hope that this good service will continue.We had been customers of Harold Arnold Sentry Buick fora long time and always had excellent service. When Bakertook over the good service continued a little bit, and then itseem there was a lot of change in the employees in the service department and the service was not too good. LikeI said earlier , it had gotten a little better when we last hadour car serviced. We hope that will continue.Jimmy Huff is too be commended for his excellent customerservice skills. This is the type of service that keeps peoplecoming back. I am retired now , but was in the customer service field for over 40 yrs. I feel this is the most importantpart of any company. I had my husband's Buick Regal repaired by your service department and wanted to report a great experience. We live in Mt. Pleasant and when the check engine light came on I initially stopped at Mt. Pleasant Chevrolet to see which code would show up. The issue was under warranty and because I could drive it safely I was told that a Buick dealer needed to preform the warranty work. So I headed over to Savannah Highway and was greeted by your service advisor, Jimmy Huff. He is the reason we'll be doing more business with Baker Buick. Mr. Huff was very personable and kind and able to have the issue fixed within 40 minutes at the very end of the service department's work day. I won't mind the extra distance to get to your dealership with excellent service like I received today. Not only will we continue to have service done on the Regal there, but when I am ready for a newer vehicle Baker is the first place we'll look.Make sure to tell Mr. Huff thank you.

I have driven a Cadillac since 1991 and this is the first time I have been quite unhappy with a dealership. I bought my first 3 from Miller Cadillac in Mt. Pleasant and my last from Fields Cadillac in St. Augustine Fl. (living in Fl. at that time)I have contacted Cadillac Customer Svc and have a case # 71-1284762384 if you wish to read all my complaints. I had a sunroom leak which I discovered coming back from NCso I stopped by Jim Hudson in combia SC, they were busyand dd not have time to fix so they cleaned out drain and told me to go to the dealership closest to my home in Walterboro SC. Four days I went to Baker and told they about my situation and without taking my car back to the technician to look at they pour water through the sunroof and showed me where it was draining and said it must be fixed. That Sunday night (after raining all day) I got in my vehicle and found it soaking wet again. Next morning I went back to Baker and their technician looking at my car told me sunroom drain on the right from as disconnected at he base of A-pillar. Baker said I had no Bumper/Bumper warranty, that is only for brand new cars. They need to read Cadillac's website under certified pre owned warranty they are not doing what is advertised and I hate for this to happen to others that buy their pre-owned because of the nice warranty they are offering. I have taken customers to Baker (who have bought from them) but I will never do this again. This leak was not caused from anything that I did or any accident my car has been in, this was a malfunction in my vehicle and feel I should not be paying $168.60 for this.

I had booked a non-warranted service appointment for my Cadillac CTS (slow air leak in tire). A small nail was found in the center of the tread. My repair was handled quickly, the charge was very reasonable, and when it was ready my car was nicely washed and vacuumed at no additional charge. The new facility is great - it reminded me of first-class airline lounges. Phil Grainger was our sales rep and he was terrific. Because he was so helpful with our needs, we drove 385 miles from Orlando to Charleston just to deal with him. He was on the spot with everything we asked about. Totally knowledgeable about the product. Got us exactly what we wanted at the price we were looking for. I have been in sales my entire career and he is the very best I have found. I would hire him in one minute, he is that good! My appointment was to change the oil, rotate the tires and replace the lock in the glove box which fell out in my hand. I did have to wait 3 hours for the service to be completed. I was so tired that I failed to check the lock when I left the dealership. It had not been replaced so I'll have to go back. Dean did arrange for my cracked windshield to be replaced.

I was greeted promptly, my paperwork was ready for my scheduled appointment, and the new waiting room and facilities are very nice. I was able to work and found the atmosphere relaxed and comfortable, My service took about an hour longer than planned, due to computer issues and speed apparently, but everything was done, the car was nicely washed, and overall things were fine. I was even offered lunch by a salesman (which was not needed).

My service advisor Carolyn Reetz is a joy to work with. It is so so easy to have car serviced at Baker Motors---She kept me fully informed and car was returned beautifully clean on outside and inside. I would be hard pressed to change to another dealership !

Came in for service on my 2012 LaCrosse and Earl Murray leased me a 2014 ! ! Earl sold me my 2012 and we have remained friends. He is a credit to Baker Buick/GMC.Am concerned about turnover in service department, but like "Bently" who I have been told will be my new service advisor. Do have some "detail" things to do on new car. Tires look like car was dragged through mud in Hilton Head. Suction rings and tape residue on windshield. One headlight pointing into trees on high beam. Want nitrogen in tires to maximize mileage. Seems like that ought to be standard procedure with eAssist models.Have an appointment for 1PM this Friday (7th).

The service center was ready for my arrival. They took my Truck right away. The rep explained the process and then I sat down in the waiting area. The rep came back and informed me that the problem was a warrantied service bulletin, but then he attempted to sell me something that I knew I didn't need. Other than that one deviation, the experience was perfect and that was literally the only thing that prevented me from giving you perfect feedback scores.

The work performed was excellent. However, it seemed to take an extremely long time to complete the bodywork. I spoke with 3 pesonnel at 3 different times and requested that, when the body work was complete, the car be taken to the service depart for regular maintenance. All assured me that it would. I requested that someone call me and let me know that this would be done. No one called. Had to request again and finally it got serviced and I picked it up. I spent over 3 weeks in a rental that I did not like. (I love my Verano!) Seems like poor communication between the departments.

The Finance Manager Dewayne explained all the details of the papers/contract very calm I did not feel he is in a hurry to get rid of me..which is common in every dealership ..the product specialist Elena Brill explained all the warranty and features of the vehicle and introduced me to the service advisor..the service advisor Jimmy and Bently were very nice! .I am happy with the way they treat me. I will highly recommend to all my co worker and family the entire staff who served me during my big need for a replacement vehicle. The Sales Manager Jason is very helpful and nice.Highly recommended dealership!Thank you Baker Buick GMC Cadillac! GOD BLESS!

I went to Baker Buick GMC Cadillac to have my car serviced and was so very impressed by this friendly spirited salesman that I returned and requested to see him so that I could purchase a vehicle. Upon arrival, Mr. Ben Ward was most assuring that I would be taken care of before I left the dealership, and that was the result. Mr. Ben Ward took time and patience in listening to get me what I wanted without once trying to suggest or pressure me into purchasing a car I did not want. Thank you to the staff and finance department at Baker! I am a little "high maintanence" and really made them work hard for this deal but they perservered and made me one happy Cadillac driver! They really wanted to make and keep me as a Baker customer. Excellent customer service! But most of all thank you to Ben Ward! You promised me my dream car and you delivered! You had your work cut out for you on this deal and I'm still not convinced you made any money! :) I can't see myself buying from any other Cadillac dealer. Dean and Dale are professional employees at Baker. Three (3) attempts to fix my car under GM's directions failed. They will attempt again this year (2014). I appreciate their being forthright with me about what is wrong with my car instead of trying to hide "facts" about Baker's mechanic's accomplishments. This creates respect and trust which is hard to find these days. The ladies in the service department entrance should be complimented for making customers feel welcome. Michael (black, I don't know his function at Baker) exhibits the same friendly attitude. I really love the "Baker" family. Is there really a Mr. Baker? If so, he should be proud of his employees.

Came in for an oil change and was very happy with two things. The length of time as well as friendliness of the staff and willingness to offer assistance or help if need be. My check engine light came on later that day on the way home and I called the dealership back and they made me an appointment for the followin day and fixed the loose hose it sensor. Very happy and pleased with service. Being new to the area in the last 6 months, Baker GMC has been very helpful, will most certainly return in the future for service.

My Husband and I were interested in possibly purchasing a used truck. We really didn't want to purchase another vehicle, but it was time to do a little upgrading to what we presently had. We actually were not looking to purchase the same day, but rather more interested in just getting some ideas of pricing and figuring out just what we really wanted. After visiting another dealership earlier in the day we decided to stop in to Baker after we saw they had a truck on their lot on their website that we were possibly interested in. We were greeted by multiple very friendly and professional staff members. Our salesman Ben Ward was absolutely amazing! He was never pushy and made us feel very comfortable! We never ever throughout the entire process felt the least bit pressured and everyone we dealt with was truly a pleasure to work with! Everyone there made this process very painless and actually a very pleasant experience! We were introduced to the general manager, as well as Mr. Baker himself! Both of these gentleman were very nice and truly seemed to appreciate us being there! I can honestly say we will be shopping with them again for our next vehicle purchase in the future!!!! We just went to look and left with a NEW not even used truck with no pressure at all! Literally this was the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had! We can't say enough how much I would recommend them! We even had a friend come up while we were there to see what we were looking at and he even ended up buying a vehicle himself!!! Hands down...don't pass them by! Take the time to sit down with these amazing people and see what they have to offer you! I can assure you, you will be just as happy as we are!!!

My car was repaired under warranty. I was called to say it was finished. When I arrived, they couldn't find my car. The attendant said "oh, didn't they tell u we are doing a complimentary hand wash and vacuum? My car was dirty and had hand prints all through the interior as if someone ate a bucket of fried chicken in there with no napkins.dont lie if you aren't washing the car.

I had a very pleasant experience at Baker Buick GMC. The associate (Amber) that I worked with was kind and courteous. She engaged in polite conversation while gathering my information, answered my questions in a timely manner, and frequently checked on me while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. On my recent visit to Baker, I was in desperate need of a new car but was nervous due to the nature of my situation. My credit is not in the best condition currently. In addition to overcoming that obstacle, I am very particular when it comes to what I want from a car. I had a list of demands/wants for the car, as well as a tricky financial situation. I called the night before I intended to go up there and spoke with Benjamin Ward. He assured me that they would be able to accommodate me. I arrived the next morning and we began the process. We looked at multiple cars, test drove a few, and continued to run the numbers to try to find the best fit for my situation. Ben and his team stuck with me throughout the ENTIRE day until I got exactly what I needed. I was SO relieved that they were able to help me, just like they had promised. I was able to purchase a pre-owned car that met all my specifications. Baker has a great selection of both pre-owned and new cars! All of their employees were BEYOND helpful! I will absolutely return to see Ben and the whole Baker staff for all of my future car purchases and will recommend them highly to everyone!

Your new facility is great. I was met by the service rep as soon as I drove up. Was given a tour pointing out all the amenities and offered coffee or water. Computers available,quiet lounge and several times was asked if I needed anything. Was kept up to date by my rep and my car was delivered with all service complete and washed. Good job!!

I was greeted immediately ands I told him I was there for an oil change. However, not only did I get a car wash, but obviously it was time for a tire rotation and such and this was all taken care of for me in a relatively short time. I was most pleased especially since I am taking the car on the road very soon. I am sorry I do not recall the name of the gentleman who took care of me the other day.

While chaperoning a field trip for high school students to Charleston, I ran into car trouble. In all honesty, I thought that a young woman from out of town could easily become a recipe for disaster. However, from the moment I arrived at Baker, I had an incredible experience. They were able to look at my car as soon as the tow truck arrived -- something I thought would be near impossible on a Monday morning! The service was competed in a timely manner, and they even threw in a free oil change. I was more than satisfied with the services and support received. The staff was extremely helpful, understanding, and friendly. I wish that my dealership back home was a great as Baker!

Having some credit issues I was not looking forward to purchasing a car. After doing research on line I found a car I felt would be in my budget. I knew my interest rate was going to be high so my payment was going to be higher. I went to the dealership and told my salesman my situation and much to my surprise was treated like a king. The manager Trey Baker came to speak with me and assured me he would do what he could to get me what I wanted. I ended up with a new car with no money down. Thanks for going to bat for me guys!! What great total experience buying a New ATS at Baker Cadillac. The sales team was truely exceptional in every way. I bought one with new new CUE system that is far advanced than everything else I looked at. The voice commands do everything without me having to take my eyes off the road. No memorizing the commands, it gives you multiple choice. haven't seen that in any other vehicle i looked at. Love it!!!

I purchased a 2010 GMC Yukon through this dealer and the customer service was excellent! Everyone here was so nice and friendly. They took me for a tour of the whole facility including the service center and collision center so that I would know my way around! I was in and out of there in no time. The internet department was so helpful and answered all the questions I had before I even got there. Anyone interested in buying a car, definately should goto Baker Buick GMC Cadillac.

The salesman there were really nice and went out of their way (of course). However, when buying ANY car there spend major time in and around the car by yourself. They constantly nag u and annoy u while your looking. Makes you want to walk away. Brought a used automobile, luckily b4 I took it off the lot I seen repairs that needed to be made. Trust me, if it's not a new car/warranted..they will NOT HELP you in any way. Took 3 weeks to get repairs done..(too long especially if I just purchased the vehicle with their "certified used" stamp). The service area is nice but they are very slow. Asked them to check the tires after repairs (had to ask them repeatedly). Will not go there next yr for an upgraded vehicle and will not recommend. Once you purchase they care nothing about you or the car especially if it's used.
