I'm providing an update my previous review. I have now had my brand new car for 6 weeks and the radio/antennais still not fixed. The car has been in the shop 3 times already and I'mwaiting to hear when I can bring it back in to be "fixed" for a 4th time.The last time, they had the car for 5 days and I was called and told that theradio/antenna was working but that they had to order a "housing part for the antenna". When I arrived to pick up the car and turned the radio on IT WAS NOT WORKING. I spoke with, or rather yelled at, the Service Manager, Dave DeBlasio, who blamed the issue on Kia Tech support and that because this was an electrical problem it was complicated. He assured me that he personally would call me to schedule an appt. when "the part comes in". It has been four days and I've heard nothing. I called this morning and left a message for Dave and again have heard nothing. I don't care who's fault it is. THE RADIO/ANTENNA NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!!!!!

I just leased a new 2016 Kia Optima. The buying process was quick, easy and painless. Al is a pleasure to deal with. I've been a customer of Al's for 26 years. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the radio/antenna and I had to bring the car back for service. A part needed to be ordered so I will need to go back to have it installed. Not necessarily what one wants to do after having the car for a week. However, the service people were very nice and hopefully when I do go back the installation will be quick.

Our Honda lease was expiring in about a month, so we decided to check out the Kia Sportage. The 2017's for the CRV were not out yet and I wasn't all the thrilled with the design though the car served us quite well. At this dealership, One of the sales reps eventually came over to us to ask if we needed help. Believe it or not, he was part of the reason we decided to lease a Kia for the first time. John MacAndrew is knowledgeable, very personable and so easy to work with when having to do what I have always considered a stressful task - getting another car. Loving the car we looked at didn't hurt, but he could have been pushy, difficult and stubborn, all of which would have had us walk out. None of that happened. He was accommodating, respectful, pleasant and helpful at every turn. We rated John a 10 out 10.We have no other experience with this dealership or its service yet, but we are hopeful, based on our positive experience with John and the kindness of the other people we had to deal with to lease the car, that all will go smoothly in the future.

I was not in the market for a new car just yet, however the car that I saw and the willingness to work with me on a price just couldn't be any better. I traded in my 2007 Mercedes and left with a brand new 2016 Kia Sorento SXL. I could not be happier. The staff was very attentive and not pushy. From the salesman John, the financial personnel Jennifer, to the GM Paul. They respected my privacy when my husband and I needed to talk things over. I hope I may continue in the KIA family in the years to come. The Sorento is phenomenal. I love everything about it.

Came in to look at a 2011 Toyota Tundra. Truck wasnt at location, ended up having battery and computer blown out due to cables placed wrong on battery to jump start. Waited 2 weeks, truck came back. Was busy on third week but called salesman friday to see if truck was available. Truck was still there, told salesman would be in Saturday to get it. Showed up Saturday around 11am, salesman told me he sold truck at 9:30am that morning. No courtesy call to inform me the truck was gone. Huge waste of time.

I just started to come here from another Kia dealer due to the poor service I received there. I had my second oil change and tire rotation done and all was good. Two days later I noticed a bubble on one of the sidewalls of the rear tire. I took it back to dealer and was told tire had to be replaced to the tune of $268. I was outraged service manager said there was nothing he could do I had no recourse and tried contacting someone on several occasions and not one person got back to me. He claimed a pothole caused the bubble. I'm not so sure but can not prove it. All I can say is they are losing a customer who gets a new car every three years for a 268 tire and bad customer service.

I'm telling anyone not to buy a car here but pray you don't need any customer service at all because it does not exists at this dealer, unless you get service there and they want you to give them all 10's on the survey. They lost a 38k sale every three years because of a 200 tire issue. Good luck.

I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. This was my first time ever buying a brand new Car! As many do, I searched online with several different apps and searched so many different dealership websites. I inquired about an SUV online and Deanna Lackey was extremely prompt with her return email, I work a lot of hours so I did my research later in the evening, I sent Deanna an email at 10pm one night with a question and she returned the email a few minutes later! I thought I would have to wait until the morning to get my answer. She was fabulous.Al Paulo was my salesman and he was amazing. He was very patient with me and was very knowledgeable not only with Kia vehicles but with everything that goes with buying a car. Al showed me how to use all the features on my new SUV. He took a lot of time with me and he never ever pressured me like other sales men have. I felt very comfortable with Al and everyone at Bald hill Kia.Jennifer Philbrick their business manager was wonderful with my financing and telling me about an extened warranty because of the milles I travel yearly. Kia already has the best warranties on the market (which is why I choose Kia) But for just a little bit more I was able to extend my bumper to bumper to 125K miles for my purchase. Chris Singleton helped me out when there was a problem with my insurance company. I almost could not take my new SUV home that day but he worked hard to get me into a new Insurance policy with a better rate than I was paying for my previous vehicle! The owner Bob is not your typical dealership owner. He is extremely laid back and the most down to earth person. He has long blonde crazy hair It was refreshing to see someone so unique and down to earth!If you are interested in purchasing a Kia, Dodge, Chrysler or jeep I highly recommend BALD HILL!!!

Back in April , I bought a 2015 Kia Sorento. The staff was great. They let me take my time looking around and helping me by answering any questions I had. Joe Monti was extremely helpful. Although I did not get my in-dash navigation and sunroof I wanted ( because I did not have enough money ), The experience was well worth the trip. They took in my 2007 Ford Escape for a trade towards my new sorento. Good job. Keep up the good work.

I went in late april to see about a new car because my 11 year old Toyota was very tired. Joe did everything possible to help me out. he was very pleasant and very helpful and got me into a 2014 car. I loved that car. there were a few issues that had to be addressed and Joe made sure it was taken care of. he really went out of his way to make sure I was happy and that the car was fixed. I highly recommend talking to Joe. Unfortunately I had to trade the car in this month due to some other major issues that the service manager Daved would not deal with. so if you need a car, go see Joe but don't use the service department.

The process of buying a vehicle here started out great. I found a truck I liked priced a bit high online. I spoke with Mike online and over the phone. Came to an agreed price. Got it in writing. I arrived and met with Adam. He was a jovial, energetic salesman and I just fell in love with his personality. Adam your the best! In May 2014 my husband was looking for a new car, and he was interested in the Kia Soul. So we went to Bald Hill Kia. While we were there I looked at the 2014 Kia Sportage. A couple weeks later I went back to Bald Hill and met with Mike Maymon. I made sure Mike knew I was just shopping and not ready to buy. Now we move forward to April 2015 and I was now ready to buy. I went back to Bald Hill Kia and met Mike again. This time we made a deal. I never felt any pressure from Mike. I am not sure I got the best deal, but I did get a deal I was happy with. I have now had my new Kia Sportage for 2 months, and I have no regrets. I have purchased many new cars since 1972, and I have never had the kind of relationship with a dealership or car company like the one I have had with Kia, Bald Hill Kia and Mike Maymon.

I stopped in to Bald Kia to test drive a car because my fiancee had purchased a car from them a few years ago. Since she had a great experience there, she wanted me to give them a try. I have to say that it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I first met with Scott Gagan, on the sales floor, who made us feel very comfortable. It was clear that he was paying close attention to what we needed and showed us the type of cars that we were in the market for. After I took a 2011 Kia Optima for a test drive, He went over my finances, brought in Paul Venice, the sales manager, who was equally as helpful and we came to an agreed price very quickly without any of the usual car buying hassles. The next day I met with Jennifer Philbrick who went over the financing. That was also the best car financing experience I've ever had. All in all, I have to say that, to date, this has to be the best place to buy a car. Especially when dealing with the three people I dealt with. Because of my experience with Jennifer, Paul and Scott, I would recommend them and Bald Hill Kia to everyone looking to buy a car, new or used. Thank you.

I recently went to Bald Hill Kia in search of a larger family vehicle. This was the first time I went to purchase a car without having my husband or someone with me so I was a little nervous. I met with Chris Singleton and went through what I was looking for in a vehicle. I test drove a 2013 Kia Sorento and loved it. Chris worked with me to get the very best deal for my trade-in as well as the best deal for financing. He even transferred the car seats from my old vehicle into my new one once everything was done. From start to finish, this had to be one of the best and easiest car buying experiences I have had. My initial contact was online and Deanna Lackey was quick to answer all my questions even after the dealership was closed! They gave me a great price through email on the Soul I wanted, so my wife and I made the 45 minute trip to look at it first-hand. That is when we met Al Paulo, who proceeded to give us one of the most thorough test drives I had been on. He asked us what our normal drive was then directed us to similar areas for about 10 miles! It really allowed us to see how this little car would perform and made the decision to buy easy. Now came the hard part...the deal and would they honor that great price without adding back in rebates I could not qualify for? Yes they did! Once the numbers were settled on, Paul Venice worked closely with us to get the best financing and payment we wanted, and Kevin Shannon completed the deal quickly. The whole experience took less than 3 hours! My wife and I were impressed with the entire process and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. If you're thinking about going to this dealership, don't hesitate...it will be one of the best decisions you make.

I would like to thank Chris Singleton for making my car buying experience a good one! I had a terrible experience in the past and he did a great job at putting me in the right vehicle that I could afford. He was down to earth and not at all pushy (there is nothing worse than a pushy car salesman). I absolultely love the Optima -it is a great car. Over all-the experience was great-from walking in and being greeted by the owner's dog (which I loved and made it feel like everyone was family) to the friendly woman at the front desk-Everyone was helpful. Chris was great and Kevin was extrememely helpful with the paperwork!

He knows how to make customers satisfied and fit all they needs. And helped get the best price available. Chris also assisted me in deciding whether I should buy or lease a car and broke down the financing choices for me. Of course he had to show me a car that I fell in love with and bought on the spot. He pulled the cars around for me to test drive and we were on the road in no time. He was very respectful of my time and I appreciate that more than anything. My husband and I walked around the lot and were approached by Mike Maymon. He introduced himself and offered his help if we saw anything we liked. He let us look around and when I wanted to see one of the Soul's he was happy to grab a few keys and let us take a look at them. We took the one we liked for a test drive and were happily surprised. This is the second Kia I purchased from this dealer. I was happy with my first experience there and that is why I returned to buy my second Kia. The dealership is clean, people are all very pleasant and no one is overbearing. They are informative about their vehicles and are very happy to put you in a vehicle you want at a reasonable price. Although the selling process can be trying for the salesmen, they are patient and will do what it takes as many times as they need to to make you happy with the purchase process. The salesman I had today was great! Even though my husband and I made several changes in the model of car we wanted and the colors we wanted he was patient and pleasant and never seemed to mind we were probably driving him mad. He was as quick as possible to process the paper work and was willing to bend over backwards to get me in the car I wanted. I would also like to add the service I got with my 2011 Sorento when I brought it in was prompt and courteous. My 2011 Sorento was very dependable. The only time I really needed service was to change the oil and replace a lost key. Other than that it was a great car.

I came into Bald Hill KIA looking to upgrade my 2012 KIA Optima LX to the 2015 Optima EX. Will was a great salesman. I told him exactly what options I wanted and he went above and beyond to help me. They didn't have the color that I wanted on the lot so he hunted around for it for a few days. He called me a few days later explaining they couldn't find my car with the options I wanted so he asked about the next step up with the GPS screen upgrade. This is my 3rd new Kia from Bald Hill Kia once again hats off to Al Paulo my salesman. Paul Venice the sales manager was great he found the exact car I wanted and secured it. Kevin Shannon the finance manager made the buying experience enjoyable, the paperwork was ready when I arrived at the dealership to pickup my new SUV and 10 minutes later I had the keys to my car. Now all Bob Petrarca has to do is get the service department to run as smooth as the rest of the dealership. It takes several phone calls and about 1.5 weeks to get an appointment for an oil change, this almost cost the dealership a sale but Al saved the day.

My fiance and I called after not having a great experience at another dealership and told them we were looking for a 2012 or 2013 Optima and our price point. They told us they didn't have of those year models on the lot but they a 2014 at the price point we wanted and they would hold it for us to look at. Upon our arrival, Mike was there to great us with a friendly demeanor and completely understood what we wanted and was honest with us the entire time. He showed us the websites of other dealerships and the national comparison of car pricing and showed they were pricing their vehicles competitively but fairly. At that moment, it was great to know that we were fluffing up the prices or hiding things. They did a complete breakdown of all the fees/costs calculated in the monthly payment. I knew they weren't hiding anything in the price!!! Kevin did an awesome job working with the bank to get a great APR allowing us to be at the monthly payment price we wanted with no money down!All the associates were eager and available to answer all of our random questions when we wandered around the showroom floor while waiting for the car to be cleaned up for us to drive home.Our experience at Bald Hill Kia was unlike any other and I would buy from them again in a heartbeat and I have already told at least 14 people about my experience and it all happened yesterday.And on a side note, I absolutely love our 2014 Kia Optima!! It is such a nice, comfortably, cozy, spacious and sporty ride!

They are extremely friendly and appear as helpful and as if the customer is number one and they will do anything to make you happy. Negative! They sold me a vehicle for $31,000 when the vehicle was advertised for $26,090 even after I spent hours explaining my situation. I was tired, weak and frustrated after visiting many dealerships and they took advantage of me. Please be aware of their scheme. They will lure you in and say they are transparent but they are not in the least. Walk around the lot and right down the VIN NO's and insert those numbers in Google and it will tell you exactly what that same dealerships and others who have owned it advertised prices. Please do not spend more than 20 minutes with the sales agent or even the managers discussing a vehicle. They will keep you there for hours making you think they are working out this unbelievable deal for you, it's all a hoax. If they do not give you a competitive price that is comparable to other dealerships, walk out or you will be BAMBOOZLED. Don't be a fool like me thinking I could trust this family owned business. If you do decide you still want to get your vehicle from Bald Hill, ask for Mike Maymon. He seems to be the best and most honest of them all

Very quickly after an internet inquiry, we received a call back from Rachel who pleasantly discussed the vehicle that we were looking at, a 2014 Kia Sedona. We briefly discussed some financing options but did not commit to anything. We knew that we would be taking a ride to see this vehicle but it was not for a week or two. We were pleased that we did not receive any pressure phone calls trying to badger us on a sale. We arrived one day and met up with Paul Venice. Extremely friendly and very laid back (our type of sales person). We also met with Rachel who remembered us from our call. We took the Kia out for a drive and were happy with it. Paul and the financing dept. were able to get us better financing than we were able to get at our own bank. We recently purchased (April 12, 2014) a 2014 Kia Soul at Bald Hill Kia. When we first visited the dealership a few weeks back we were met by Mike Maymom. MIke showed us the Kia model that we were interested in and didn't try to show us more expensive cars as many other dealerships tend to do. Mike was very knowledgeable about the cars and could answer every question that both myself and my wife asked. Mike also took us for two test rides to show us the difference in how the vehicles operated. We felt extremely comfortable with Mike and he showed us the we were more like family then a customer. Mike took us thru the entire dealership and shows us the sales department, service areas, part department and business office. He also explained that Kia offers a shuttle service if you need a ride home after dropping off your vehicle for service. I found the car that I wanted on the internet and immediately received an e-mail from Bald Hill Kia. They answered all my questions and made an appointment for me to see the car. I was impressed by the attitude of the sales department which worked together as a team to help me make my purchase. The service department detailed and made my seven year old car look almost like new. I returned a few days after my purchase for a steering vibration problem, which their service team took the time and care to repair for me. They took the time to follow up with e-mails and voice-mails to make sure that my experience with them was, and continues to be, a positive one. Bald Hill Kia is a meticulously clean dealership staffed by helpful and friendly people. While I was there waiting for my repair, I looked at the Kias in the showroom. I recently turned in my 2011 Kia Sportage lease in for a new lease on a 2014 Kia Sorento (AWD). When I originally leased my 2011, I didn't leave with a great experience, and when I recently went to a different dealership to talk about trading in/up, I was disappointed again. However, from my very first interaction with Ed Santiago, I felt completely different. Straight from the get-go, he was honest, up front, and I could tell that he valued my time. I told him what I was looking for and what my options were budget wise, etc., which he absolutely respected and never tried to pressure me into anything beyond what I told him I could afford. I cannot say enough good things about Ed Santiago, who was a pleasure to work with and restored my faith in the car buying experience. I hope he's still there when my lease is up again.

The experience my husband and I had was great Eddy Santiago was informative,patient,explained everything we needed to know as to from putting the lights on- to opening the trunk. We came for two visits each asking about two different Kia's and Eddy new everything we asked and more . Even though we ended up buying a Ford instead of a Kia, (due to a great lease deal at Ford) I want to recommend Bald Hill Kia to people in the market for a Kia. Our experience at Bald Hill Kia, working with Al Paulo, far , far exceded the experience we had just a few days earlier at a Kia store in Johnston, RI. I asked Al to give us a lease price on a Kia Forte, and he immediatly came back with a lease price on a Kia that beat the lease price on the same car at the Johnston store by 25.00 per month. Al was very proffessional and friendly, no high pressure at all. I highly recommend Bald Hill Kia if your considering a Kia.

Everything about our interaction with Bald Hill Kia was positive. Al Paulo made me feel comfortable from minute one. I wanted to buy a car from him. Rachel was helpful. We bought a 2014 Kia Soul. We waited a few weeks to get the car to get the color we wanted because the Kia Soul is the top car in it's class and everyone wants one! No negatives. Our experience could not have been better.

After a nightmarish time attempting to negotiate a car with Metro in Raynham, I received an email from Rachel at Bald Hill. She assured me that not only could they meet my price, they could make it as painless as possible. It was fantastic. No high pressure, everything was exactly as promised, no hidden charges or fees being shoe horned into the sales agreement, just good customer service and a fair price. I spent maybe 45 minutes tops getting my car appraised and coming to an agreement on price. The next day we came in to sign papers on my loan and away we went. It was no harder than buying a TV, which is exactly how car buying should be.

I absolutely love Al Paulo. He was such a help from beginning to end with the purchase of my Kia Forte Koupe. It was very hard for me to give up my old car. It had so much sentimental value to me. I felt like I was leaving the only "faithful" piece of my life behind. Al was very understanding and helped me through. I was actually making a fool of myself and crying like a baby. I was the client, but he truly treated me like a friend by helping me make the right decision on the type of car I needed and how I should go about financing it according to my future plans. Al actually spent hours with me to make this reality happen. Al showed me everything I needed to know about the controls and functions inside of my car. He showed me around the dealership from customer service, the body shop, where to drop off my keys if I needed to have my car serviced after hours, etc.Today, Al gave me a follow-up phone call which I thought was so nice. I was pleased with everything about this experience except for the final offer. I felt the facility is very nice, the service is quick and excellent, and the selection is more than most. However I feel like I was low-balled on my trade in and the final figures didnt even add up. My payment was going to be much higher than the calculator was saying.

Jonathan Annear was the best! He treated me with courtesy and respect, was never pushy, never tried to talk me into something I didn't want. He helped me through the process, listened to my concerns, answered all my questions - and always did so without making me feel stupid or bothersome. He called me when the car I wanted became available (a 2013 Kia Soul) in the color I wanted, and Frank helped me set up the financing. All in all, it was a very positive experience. Without mentioning names, I had test drove a different make of car at another dealership, and was instantly turned off from them by the way they treated me (and the way I overheard one of their salesmen treating another female customer at the desk next to me). To all the women shopping for a new car, go see Jon! He's very considerate and respectful - he will treat you as a person, not as just another commission in his pocket.

We bought a 2013 Sonata from Jonathan. Had a very good experience, I don't usually go with my husband to purchase a car I pick it out then he goes back for the haggling , it has in the past at other dealers gotten very heated and uncomfortable. But from the time we pulled into the parking lot and Jonathan came out to answer our questions it was very friendly. This dealer is in Rhode Island we live in Connecticut and will travel back there for all our service needs and when we need another car, it was such a pleasant experience. We had been to a dealer in Connecticut and was not happy it was the same old what can we get out of you, instead of what can we do for you. Jonathan went out of his way to get us the car we wanted it was at another dealership and had to be traded i had some specific things i wanted on the Sonata. The dealership in CT said this is what we have and thats it tried to sell us a color and car i didn't want. He introduced us to the servece department and theybseem very nice as well . Jonathan called me to make sure all was going well with the car,even after we had already purchased it and driven it home and that never happens. I highly recommend this dealership and Jonathan my husband and I had such a great experience we wanted to let everyone know.

I found a gently used 2012 Kia Soul on their website. Although I live in MA I decided to purchase that vehicle based on the car fax and the savings involved with buying a vehicle with some(8,000)milage. I found the negotiation easy and quick. They answered all my questions about purchasing in another state and handled all paperwork for me so I needed to return only once more...to pick up the car.On the day of the transfer, I left some special transport leashes in my trade-in. I called Mike from my home and he retrieved them and sent them to me in time for a rescue I was doing that weekend, saving me an extra trip back to Warwick. I would purchase there again

I was very pleased with Kevin's service. We came in on a Saturday just looking at vehicles, to find out which make and model would best suit our family. He was not pushy and he respected the fact that we were just looking. He sat down with us and was very professional and never once pushed us into making a deal. He respected what we were trying to accomplish; finding a vehicle right for us. We went to a Toyota dealership, and our experience was much different. We were ignored when we said we were just looking, pressured into trying to make a decision on the spot, and with our continuous plee that we were just looking a manager was called to continue the pressure to make a deal. To say the least it was frustrating and exhausting. When we decided on the Kia Sorento, it was very easy to go back to see Kevin, because he had made us feel very comfortable right from the start. He earned our respect and it was very easy to do business with him. I would do business with him again and refer anyone who was in the market for a Kia.

Went in for an oil change / tire rotation on my 2010 Kia Forte Koup and left with a 2012 Kia Optima EX. I had my '96 Toyota Corolla for nearly eight years (since I was a Junior in high school) and when it finally came time to say goodbye to her I turned to the Kia Optima as my step up. Now, this was my first time buying a new car and so I knew that I needed to be cautious and do my research. I went to one Kia dealer and they were very helpful, but when I arrived at Bald Hill Kia I was introduced to Al and the process to get me into the car I wanted began. While Al is very headstrong and eager, he is more than willing to work with you and will bend over backwards to make sure that you feel comfortable not only in the Bald Hill Kia atmosphere, but also with the car that you're planning to buy. He works with you on the price and presents you with all of the necessary information in a true and friendly manner. If there is some discount that you're eligible for, Al will point it out and make sure to get it done for you and if there is any complication he will do his very best to oversee it personally until the matter is settled. In all honesty, there isn't a bad thing to say about my experience at Bald Hill Kia, and especially with Al. Are they eager to fit you into a car and see you drive off? Of course! But, you're not pressured like you are at other dealerships. No, Al will make sure that you get just what you want; he only provides that necessary push to get you started. My husband and I went to Bald Hill Kia hoping to purchase a 2011 Sedona that we had researched on line. When we walked into the showroom, the first thing we noticed was a gorgeous, brand new, glacier blue 2012 Sedona. We immediately fell in love with it but were unsure if we would be able to afford a bigger monthly payment than we would have had with the 2011 van. Al Paulo, the salesman, was friendly, knowledgeable and honest with us from the moment we met. He answered all of our questions and we never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. He made the whole car-buying experience unlike any other I have had. Within a very short time, we were told that not only had we been approved for the 2012 model but the monthly payment was only slightly more than what we had planned for and was totally affordable. Frank Vescera, the finance manager, was also extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and worked hard to give us the best price possible. In no time we signed all of the papers and had a tour of the service area for future maintainence visits. After a total of 2 1/2 hours, we drove home in our beautiful new 2012 Sedona. Al and Frank made the whole experience more pleasant and comfortable than I ever could have imagined. I would recommend Bald Hill Kia to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle; new or used.

Our experience was very positive. Al did not try to sell us any car other than what I specifically asked for- a car that offered room for transporting equipment and that had a standard transmission. I also wanted a grocery net, so Al threw that in before we drove away.I had done my homework on Edmunds.com, and even though I didn't press for the lowest price, I still feel we got a fair deal.

I was looking for a car in a certain price range which narrowed by search to one particular vehicle. Based on my needs they steered me toward a larger model I didn't think I could afford without any hard core pressure. They were all very helpful and patient, going out of their way to make the numbers work for me so that I could get a car even better than I hoped for. The model I wanted was not on their lot but they found it and I was driving it home the next day. They were all super friendly, professional and a pleasure to do business with. I have to admit right from the beggining I have never enjoyed buying cars in the past. Several experiences I have had buying cars in the past were not enjoyable. I honestly have to say working with Josh was the best experience I have had. I was buying this new car not because I wanted to but because I needed something that was good on gas. Josh took his time with me explaining all of the great options in the Kia Soul I picked out. He demonstrated the bluetooth to me. I say this because before I went to Bald Hill I went to 2 different dealerships and not 1 salesperson took the time to go over the specifics that came with the car. I went to look into a used Element I has seen online, and meet Jon, he said he did online sales, but ended up helping me anyway. The car I went in to see, was no longeravailable, but he talked me into talking a test drive of the Sportage. I appreciated his not being pushy, but knowledgeable. I needed a replacement part that was ordered promptly and Deanna went above and beyond to get me a loaner car (I have to be to work at 7:15 am! yikes) and the job got done so nicely. Jonathan was my initial contact at Bald Hill. He was very polite, helpful, courteous, and informative. He never tried to be pushy or disrespectful like I experienced at many other dealerships. He was fair and honest which is what won my buisness. If he was not such a pleasure to work with I would have found a different dealer that was closer to home. We drove 2.5 hours from NH to RI and will do it in the future for other cars because of our experience. We also had the pleasure of meeting Frank, the Finance Manager, who took the time to fully explain warranty offers, financing terms, and even above and beyond tips about insurance. Frank was very friendly and welcoming and a pleasure to work with. They made buying a car a good memory. I purchased a used 2006 Kia with 98,000 miles from a used car lot and brought it in with 108,500 to the dealer. It was in great condition and in show room floor condition. A few bulbs were out etc. I traveled to west side of the bay for this Kia dealer. Every much the professional dealer as described in the reviews on this site. Everything was fixed and at a very reasonable price to boot. A suggestion was to have the rear axle service because of the high mileage. I agreed and this work was also done. The point is, they could have suggested more additional work, yet just the work that 'really' needed to be done offered. ps) I dropped the car off first thing in the AM and received 2 calls during the day for updates and suggested work without the pushy sales type pitch. I highly recommend this dealer and I usually dont use 'dealer' services because of the pricing, yet they were very competitive. I will travel the extra miles for this kind of service and treatment.

On October 31, 2011 I was shopping around for a car and the first dealership I went to that night I was very disappointed with the service that I had received. To be honest I was positive that I would not be buying a car that night because of the experience that I had at that dealership. Simply because of how close Bald Hill Kia was to the first dealership and on the recommendation of a friend I went to the Bald Hill Kia dealership because I was interested in the Kia Forte and the Optima. When I walked into the show room all the sales associates were with other customers besides one. I was fortunate enough to be directed to Josh Ostrow. Josh's interpersonal and communicational skills immediately made me feel as though I was talking to a family member. The best was to describe it is to say that, Josh talked to me like I was an adult and did not discount me or blow me off because of my age. I am a 24 yr. old male and this was my first brand new car. Josh took the time to talk to me like I was an equal, someone who belonged there, instead of just going through the motions with me. I can assure you that if I wasnt interested with the Kia line of cars I would have found an adequate used car just so that I would be able to give specifically Josh my business. Now I am not saying that I didnt like the other sales associates, Im just saying that I wont have the opportunity to get to know them because as long as Josh Ostrow is a sales associate at Bald Kill Kia, I will be giving my business to Josh, and if Josh were ever to switch companies I would switch to that dealership. I was so happy with the experience that I had with Josh that I actually talked to my mother and told her to speak with Josh. As expected Josh treated my mother the same way he treated me and she bought the exact same car that I did. My mother and I both bought Kia Optimas from Josh. So to sum this up, Josh treated me like family, he helped me to make a sound business decision on the first major purchase of my life and I will always be indebted to him for that. He could have seen me as an easy target to take advantage of, but instead he helped me to understand the ins and outs of the car buying process. Josh then did the exact same thing for my mother. I will always from here forward consider Josh a family member and will always bring my car business to him. My fiance will be in the market soon for a new car and I can assure you that I will be going to Josh for that purchase as well. I hope that this review will be helpful to anyone who takes the time to read it, and who is interested in the Kia auto line and finds themselves at the Bald Hill Kia dealership.

After being to numerous dealerships in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to deal with Bald Hill Kia and Mike Maymon in particular. Mike Maymon was attentive, informative, genuine, no "heavy sales", treated me respectfully, with kindness and friendliness. He gave me just the right amount of space to ask the questions I needed to, went out of his way to gather answers that were not immediately on hand (contacting the previous owner for another key, for instance), gave me all the time in the world to test drive, inspect and just "be with" the car. It was a wonderful experience and VERY different from the hard sell, game playing scene I had been exposed to at other dealerships.... and I have SO little patience for that sort of thing!!! Obtaining financing was done with Frank Vescera at the dealership itself. Frank was informative, did his research and got me a better interest rate than I had been quoted with a local credit union, took his time to literally go over each and every number on the paperwork so that I felt educated and could make some confident decisions. The bottom line is that I got a spectacular Scion XB from 2006 (the fabulous "Toaster Car") with 70,000 miles on it and for a good price. It had a clean carfax and had been through the service center at Kia to attend to some dings and scratches that come with the older car. Let me tell you, it looks wonderful and to date is it performing great. Overall experience - I'm proud of my choice, feel I handled what can be a daunting experience well -- and I was able to do that because of the staff, particularly Mike Maymon, at Kia of Bald Hill.

I was car shopping with my daughter recently and had the pleasure of working with Joshua at your Kia Dealership. What an outstanding salesperson and asset he is to your company. He went above and beyond what we had hoped for he was very candid and kind hearted to both me and my daughter. He informed us that our car buying process was going to be the beggining to a relationship rather than an ending once our transaction was completed. He has followed up with what he said he would do since the suv we chose had a strange sound in the engine. Joshua and my daughter and I went on second test drive on a Thursday night with my husband who could not make it in the first time there. Josh said he would make sure he took care of it before we picked it up. This guy went in the day he was going on vacation to make sure it was taken care of. I am a very picky buyer and the guys at Bald Hill were exceptionaly patient with me. They answered all my questions and demonstrated they cared that I was making the right choice of vehicle to fit my needs. I walked in and told the salesperson that I was just looking and didn't want to buy today. I test drove a KIA Optima and asked if he could price it out for me. After offering me TWENTY dollars less than MSRP and 1/3 of the KBB for my trade, I said thank you for the information. The salesperson then started getting really pushy saying "I thought we had a deal. After spending over an hour with someone (almost all of which was spent getting me a price estimate), I at least deserve something" then just got up and walked away. I was so angry at the customer service that I told the manager. The manager apologized and told me that I could call him for anything or if I had any other questions. So a couple days later, I saw a car online at the dealership for a good price and called the manager. He proceeded to tell me that it was a typo, the car was really $3,000 more than that. I said that they should be more careful about the prices they post online because many shoppers, like myself, shop around primarily on the internet. The manager then said "I don't have to and shouldn't have to explain myself to you." That was the last straw. I would not recommend anyone go to this dealer. The prices are awful and the service is even worse. The only positive is that it is the only KIA dealership in the southern half of RI. However, if you do go, I would recommend asking for someone other than Mike.

I went to Bald Hill Kia after I had a very bad customer service experience with another dearlership. I had wish I had gone to Bald Hill Kia first. I called and was connected with Rob Baker, the Sales Manager, and he said to come into Bald Hill Kia and speak with them and they would help me. He had assigned Chris Singleton to my account and Chris was so friendly and accommodating, I would recommend him to any customer. The owner is very nice and Bald Hill Kia is family owned and the family has been in the car dealership for many, many years. 3 or 4 generations. I leased a Kia Sportage and they had shown me the vehicle on the showroom floor, which I loved. Exactly what I was looking for. Going through the financing office was easy and the woman that was in that office was friendly and smiling and accommodating. I have already recommended Bald Hill Kia to a friend of mine and gave her one of the referral vouchers that the dealership gave to me with all of my paperwork. (hopefully she uses it!) Once again, thank you Bald Hill Kia for turning my awful customer service experience with the other dealership into a nice, accommodating and actually fun experience! There are some dealerships that I would never return to again. Balk Hill Kia is one I will come back to and will recommend to friends.As we were replacing a car that was totaled in an accident Josh was particularly helpful not just in finding the right car (2011 Kia Sou) but in helping us deal with the insurance company - especially when they (the insurance company) seemed to be dragging their feet in getting us our settlement.Josh never pressured us and gave us time to go to other dealerships to check other cars and options. When we came back Josh was there to help. He answered all our questions and never tried to push us into a car that was more than what we were looking for. Overall, while not something I want to do again soon, it was a good experience and I would certainly come back to Bald Hill and Josh next time I'm in need of a new car.

The day that I went to Bald Hill Kia, I was expecting the same old routine that car dealers are known for. To my surprise, I experienced something totally unexpected. As soon as I was introduced to my salesperson Joshua Ostrow, I was confidently reassured that my next car buying experience was going to be very different than all of my others. To be honest the process was made very easy and effortless as Josh worked on my behalf to make sure I got what I felt was a fair price for my van that I was trading in. After telling Josh what and where I needed to be for a payment, I was willing to spend more to get what I wanted as Joshua demonstrated over and over again the value of my new Kia Soul Exclaim!!!!!! Joshua knew all of the features and demonstrated all of them unlike all of the other Kia dealers that I went to. I could of gotten the soul cheaper at Metro, but after seeing all of the great reviews Joshua had I felt confident I was buying from someone that truly believed in Customer Service after the sale. Our son Chris was looking for a Kia Forte SX. He went to a dealer inJohnston RI and got the run around and BS that they are known for. My first visit to Bald Hill Kia did not turn out well. The first salesperson Ispoke with (he knows he he is) was supposed to get back to me with prices andinformation. After waiting 10 days for him to get back to me I decided to stop inagain to the dealership. This salesman did not remember who I was and couldn't locateany information about my first visit until going through stacks of files and blaming someone else for his incompetence. Needless to say, I did not want to dobusiness with him. I was fortunate to speak with another salesperson, Joshua Ostrow.Josh was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very polite. He spoke with me asif he really was concerned about my needs. He returned my phone calls promptly andalways with the correct information I was seeking. He helped me get a great finance rate for my loan. Also, he got more for my tade-in than I thought it was worth. Frank Jr. went on the test drives with me. This place has a fair and honest staff. I was able to secure a loan, get the trade in value I was looking for and drove away the same day. I highly recommend this dealership. The sales person was very knowledgable and honest (did not sugarcoast as most sales persons do) The business manager was very thourough and explained how he was able to secure the loan, rate and term. He also gave options that I would have been able to do if I wanted to go down various finance options.

Well we are glad we did because we ended up with terrific value at a great price, one of the two best warranties in the industry and the nicest salesperson to deal with, Chris Singleton. He didn't push. He wasn't condescending. He listened and offered affordable alternatives. ANd we bought - and are glad we did. Joe Monti was extremely friendly and patient while showing us (my wife and I) the various Kia models available including both used and new. He demonstrated great knowledge in presenting the various options in each vehicle in which we showed interest. We never felt pressured toward any particular vehicle or into making a purchase. We purchased a 2011 Kia Sorento two weeks ago and have been extremely satisfied with its performance.Also Frank Vescera assisted with the financing portion of our purchase. This has been the best experience I have ever encountered with a car dealership. Thesales person ( Chris Singelton) was not pushy and very knowledgeable of the vehicle. He never tried to pressure me in making a decision. Bob Petraca was awesome to deal with. He was very honest, down to earth and made me feel very comfortable while figuring out the best option for me in my price range. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. I wouldn't hesitate to lease another vehicle from them in the future.

Bought an used 2006 Chevy HHR from them, got a good price, was very happy until...we asked them to wait to register the vehicle as we had temporary plates that lasted 20 days and immediately after buying the car had some major vet bills that we had to pay. Talked to Frank about it, who said it was no problem. So, finally payday comes around and I called Frank to ask him to go ahead and register the vehicle the next day. No problem, I was told, it would be done and we could come buy and pick up the paperwork or he would mail to us. Told him we'd prefer to pick it up as it's not far away from us. He said he'd call when he had the paperwork. Called Thursday evening as I had not heard from him, was told the person who actually goes to the registry had the paperwork and he would get it from them and call me Friday. No call Friday. I called Saturday afternoon, left a message to call me back. No return call. A few hours later I called again and was told Frank was still busy so I spoke with Joe, wanting to confirm at least that the vehicle was registered. (Now the temporary plates were expired and we had put on our transferred plates.) I kept getting an answer that they didn't know if it had been registered and wouldn't know until Monday. Joe got very rude when I started asking why it hadn't been done and that it was my fault for having them wait. My point was if it couldn't be done on Thursday they should have let me know and I or my husband could have registered the vehicle ourselves Thursday or Friday. Joe was so rude I finally got to talk to Chris, the service manager. Nice, but basically came down to it wouldn't be registered until Monday and if I got pulled over by a police officer I should tell them to talk to the dealership. So, they have taken what was originally a very positive buying experience and left me frustrated, irritated and never wanting to buy another car there again. Pity, because we need to replace our other car by next spring and I know I won't be buying it from them.

I just purchased my third Kia, now a 2010 Soul - this time from Bald Hill Kia. Of all of the dealerships I've been in between RI and MA, I can honestly say I trust Bald Hill and recommend them wholeheartedly! There is no pressure to buy, no sales pitches to buy extras, and prompt responses to my emails/phone calls. Al and Frank are the best! I've also used the service dept for my last Kia and the service was exceptional there as well!

Bought a car in early 2008 and the dealership inadvertently listed the wrong lienholder (Citizens Bank) on my title (which was no big deal). However, during the last year and a half Citizens Bank sent my title back to Bald Hill THREE separate times insisting that they were not the lienholder, and all three times, the Finance Manager Frank Vescera signed off on it and just kept sending the title back to Citizens. Then in September of 2009 I got a threatening letter from the DMV that there was a wrong lienholder listed on my title and that if I did not return the title to the DMV, that I would not be allowed to re-register my car. I immediately called Bald Hill, faxed them a copy of the letter from the DMV, faxed them another letter explainging about their initial mistake, etc., and I left a few voice mail messages for both the Finance Manger Frank Vescera and the owner Jim Hagan, seeking their assistance (as they were the ones who caused all of this), and neither of them have had the courtesy to look into the matter for me or at the very least, call me back. They have both ignored my phone calls, faxes, and voice mails over the last four weeks. I have had no return phone calls from either of them, and I ended up going to Citizens Bank myself to get this straightened out. Terrible customer service due to 1) their initial error of listing the wrong lienholder, 2) their returning the same title back to Citizens three additional times despite Citizens claim that they were not the lienholder, and 3) not assisting me with getting this matter straightened out or even returning my calls.

I had been looking for a small SUV when I test drove a Kia Sportage. I immediately loved it. I was looking for a 2008 with low mileage. After searching the internet I found the vehicle I was looking for at Bald Hill Kia at the price I wanted. Being from MA I was worried about using a RI dealership, but I began working with Mike Sorkin at Bald Hill Kia. We made an appointment for me to see the vehicle on a Saturday. I loved it, signed the papers that day, and Mike arranged to register my new Sportage in MA on Monday and delivered it to me on Tuesday. I also had my financing in place when I arrived at Bald Hill, but the finance manger was able to secure me a rate 2 percent lower than my credit union.This was the best experience I could ask for. I will recommend Bald Hill Kia to anyone looking for a new vehicle, and specifically Mike Sorkin.

My husband & I just bought a new Kia Sportage this week from Bald Hill Kia Motors. It was the best experience we've EVER had with a dealership. Our salesman was Anthony Castergini & he was just terrific. There was absolutely no pressure, no tough sales pitch & no tension whatsoever. Our questions were answered completely and we were made to feel "important" while we were there. We dreaded the thought of having to look for a new car because of previous experiences with car dealerships but Anthony actually made our sales experience feel almost like a new friendship. The car is great, the deal was great and my husband & I left there with a really nice car, for a really good price and NO FORCEFUL ANNOYING SALES PITCH. I would highly recommend Bald Hill Kia Motors to ANYONE!! Also, the paperwork was easy at the end & dealing with Frank Vescera was totally effortless. When we left the dealership by the end of the week, I felt like these people were friends............NOT your TYPICAL stereotype salesmen. If only everything in life was as easy and pleasant as buying a car at Bald Hill. P.S. We've never been there before but based on this experience, we WILL go there again.

Working with Mike Sorkin at Bald Hill Kia has been my best car-buying experience by far. Mike took the time to carefully answer all of my e-mails, and once I got to the dealership it was a no-pressure atmosphere; more like shopping at any other store. Mike knew the product inside and out and took way more time than I probably deserved test driving it, letting me play with all of the doodads and letting me ask tons of questions--even after the dealership had closed for the night. I was also pleased to get more for my trade-in than I had expected, which sealed the deal. Working with Frank in finance was also a pleasure--this is clearly a man who knows his stuff, with years of experience, and doesn't put the usual pressure on you to buy things you don't want/don't need. He just puts the products out there, points out the benefits, and the decision is up to you. That's how it should be! Thanks Bald Hill Kia; I will be back for sure. Oh, and thanks to Kia for making a great product at a great price.

Since the moment I arrived for the first time and I got to meet Louie, I fet just at home. My needs were taken care and all my questions clearlyt and promptly answer. Both Mike and Chris were very good sales people. Chris was sincere and actually got us to go to the dealership. Mike offered the Rondo which we love. He listened to us and understood what we were looking for in a car and realized the Rondo would be great for us. We love it!
