My daughter bought a Forester Subaru earlier this year, loves it and urged me to look into purchasing one myself. Finally I went to Baldwin Subaru in Covington, LA to look at inventory, immediately liked a 2022 Magnetite Gray Metallic Outback Wilderness Edition, drove it, loved it and bought it! The staff from Mike in Sales to administrative was the best dealership I have ever encountered. From what I've heard from other Subaru owners the Service Department has first class service which means they have it all. I highly recommend checking out Baldwin Motors!

Ms. Kathy is the most thorough and professional service writer I’ve ever encountered! She checked the inventory for the headlight I needed before I even showed up so I wouldn’t waste my trip, made sure my vehicle was taken care of as soon as possible, checked with me before authorizing repairs on two additional issues I didn’t even know about, and kept me apprised of my vehicle’s status at every point. This all seems like common courtesy but she actually DOES THIS while running around the shop, answering the phones, filling out paperwork, she’s exceptional. If you’ve got to drive a while to get to this shop, DO IT!! IT IS WORTH IT!

HONEST!!!! You can TRUST this service dept!! Kenneth is amazing to work with, he goes over his call of duty to help you. He was very patient with me I needed a couple days to get my affairs in order to get the car. I asked him on my first visit to give me a tune up and upon looking at the vehicle he told me that I didn’t need one that I just needed a oil change. You can’t find many HONEST dealerships and I promise you this is one! I highly recommend Baldwin Subaru service dept!! 5 stars!!!!

Mike White was great! The color/trim I wanted wasn’t available on the lot, so we decided to special order it knowing there was a 2 month wait because of the chip shortage and COVID. Mike kept me updated weekly on the order, sometimes reaching out to me first. Mike went over every last detail on my new car and made sure I was knowledgeable before I left the dealership. When it came to my trade in, they weren’t able to offer me what I wanted and said I’d have better luck going to Carmax down the road. They were right, and I’m so glad Baldwin Subaru was willing to offer advice on that end.
